In honor of our 41st anniversary today, the featured phrase of the week is "That's a Keeper"
Yep, we've kept it going for 41 years...not without some challenges, mind you, but the love abides.
BTW, here's a definition of a keeper that might seem relevant:
"a domestic animal considered with respect to how easy it is to care for" If you know us, you can see why Rochelle might have had some doubts about me being "a keeper."
Someone once asked us, to what do we attribute our "longevity" as a couple?
Our answer: A commitment to our friendship (even when we were in our biggest crisis), a sense of humor (several years ago, we re-framed our relationship from a marriage to a comedy act), and our shared focus and dedication to the Spiritual quest--(to what we regard as the loving Source and support of All Being.)
During tonight's program, we'll take a look at what becomes a "keeper" in terms of relationships, stuff, beliefs, opinions, or even.......... left overs.
