Charles (Chuck) Brooks serves as Vice President/Client Executive for DHS at Xerox. He recently served as Vice President for R & D at Rapiscan Systems specializing in sensor technologies. Earlier, he served as the Vice President for Government Affairs at SRA International Inc, where he served on the Executive Leadership reporting directly to the CEO. He also ran SRA’s PAC.

Raspin was born outside of Chicago, IL, and currently lives in the Hollywood Hills and has been living in the Los Angeles area for over 30 years. Raspin is a self-taught guitarist who has mastered the rhythm guitar.
