Steve is the Head of Operations for Right Fit and founder of the STRENGTH and VARSITY small group training programs. He began his journey with the family business in 2004, as a client, worked camps, front desk, and facility maintenance during college, and officially joined Right Fit in 2010. He has been providing results oriented programs to adults, athletes and teams since starting at Right Fit, and strives daily to make Right Fit a national training destination.

Right Fit is an all-inclusive fitness facility in southwestern suburban Chicago. We train adults, athletes, youth of all ages, and individuals with special needs to achieve their fitness goals. Your Goals…Our Goals is the motto of Right Fit as each program is specifically designed to meet the needs of its clients. Right Fit’s “inclusive” one of a kind 6000 square foot facility is equipped with the best equipment available. Included in our facility is a unique “Sensory Room” for individuals with special needs, 25 yards of artificial turf, cardiovascular machines, Olympic power lifting equipment, plyometric boxes, a rock-climbing wall, and much more. Right Fit offers professional training in three departments: 1) Fitness; 2) Sports Performance; and 3) Special Needs. Our fitness department encompasses our private fitness training, small-group fitness, and occupational fitness. One-on-one personal fitness training is our most popular service, as it can meet the needs and goal of any client. All clients go through our Body Awareness Training (BAT) and Postural Awareness Training (PAT) motor screens and assessments to look at their baseline of fitness and to ensure proper exercise prescription. Our small-group training offers the same benefits as our private training, but at a lower cost in a social environment. Finally, we also offer on and off-site occupational fitness programs to local fire departments, police stations, park districts, community centers and schools.
