Skin Wars with Richard L Kuhns B.S.Ch.E., and co-host, Robin O'Herron
Morgellons, Skin Parasites, Diet Protocols, and the Skin Wars Think Tank
Richard Kuhns and Robin O’Herron Welcome Listeners to Skin Wars
In this episode of Skin Wars, also framed during the program as the Morgellons Think Tank, host Richard Kuhns and co-host Robin O’Herron welcome listeners who are struggling with itching, biting sensations, skin irritation, and what they describe as unknown tiny critters or parasites. The episode is presented as a support-focused “think tank” for people seeking practical tools, community, and hope. The program begins with required disclaimers read by coach Sharon, explaining that listeners should consult their medical doctors before beginning Richard’s diet or following recommendations, and that the program does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Disclaimers, Personal Experience, and the King Diet
Sharon shares her personal experience, saying she was once diagnosed with delusional parasitosis by doctors but later found help through Richard’s program. She describes the group as a family that educates people about diet, disinfecting the home, deep-cleaning the skin through bathing or showering protocols, and using supplements that are compatible with the diet. She emphasizes that if one method does not work, listeners should not give up, but should continue examining diet, environment, bathing routines, skin cleaning, and supplements.
Robin O’Herron on Symptoms and Possible Co-Factors
Robin then discusses what she identifies as possible signs of Morgellons and related co-factors, including fibers or filaments, itching, biting sensations, lesions, burning skin, unusual material emerging from the skin, biofilm, mites, springtails or columbola, and fungal issues. She recommends a lint-roller test after bathing and using Nature’s Gift to check for small hairs or fibers on the skin. Robin explains that she believes biofilm and skin fungus can play a role in helping organisms survive and says that improvement may come through diet, skin cleaning, and careful attention to co-factors.
Richard Kuhns on Facebook, Conflicting Advice, and the Need for Hope
Richard criticizes the despair he sees in online Morgellons and skin-parasite groups, where people often post frightening images, conflicting theories, or single-supplement “solutions.” He argues that documentaries and social media groups can leave people feeling hopeless, while his program aims to offer a structured path forward. He discusses theories involving Lyme disease, spirochetes, Candida, worms, fungal organisms, nanobots, cloud seeding, and chemtrails, but emphasizes that his priority is not proving the origin of Morgellons. Instead, he focuses on what he says helps people reduce symptoms and regain quality of life.
Diet, Co-Factors, and Individual Investigation
The central teaching is Richard’s view that diet is the most important tool for managing symptoms. He explains that the diet has different stages, with stage one being the strictest, and that people may need to investigate details such as grains, carbohydrates, rice, millet, spelt, supplements, medications, capsules, fillers, and even how foods are heated. Richard repeatedly says the diet must be personalized because what works for one person may not work for another. He also cautions that people should review ingredients carefully, including salts, walnuts, bacon, deli meats, preservatives, and hidden additives.
Listener Q&A: Medication, Fungus, Bites, and Skin Care
During the Q&A, listeners ask about sleep medication, toenail fungus, bites on the back, biofilm, mites, columbola, and skin reactions. Richard and Robin suggest possible approaches such as checking medication fillers, discussing alternatives with a doctor, soaking feet with vinegar and Nature’s Gift, considering hydrogen peroxide for toenail fungus based on one listener’s report, and using lotions or sulfur products for skin irritation. They also remind participants that bites on the back could involve mites or columbola, and that enzymes may help some people with environmental issues.
Stage Two Diet Challenges and Environmental Cleaning
Several participants discuss the difficulty of moving into stage two of the diet. One caller explains that she accidentally ate walnuts containing rosemary and later experienced rashes, prompting discussion about delayed reactions, spring weather, mites, columbola, and environmental reinfestation. Another participant shares a warning that keeping bleach in a refrigerator may damage newer refrigerator coils because fumes can circulate through the system. The group discusses possible alternatives, including diatomaceous earth mixed with water, wiping surfaces gently, and avoiding corrosive fumes around appliances.
Household Protocols, Ride Sharing, and Sprays
Listeners also ask practical questions about disinfecting cars, using rideshare services, and treating indoor environments. Richard suggests that a light spray of Nature’s Gift on a rideshare seat could be framed as cleaning rather than as something inappropriate. Participants also discuss electrostatic sprayers, clean-up enzymes, fungicide products, ammonia, ductwork, and glue boards for identifying jumping insects or organisms. Richard emphasizes that different environmental approaches may be needed depending on whether someone is dealing with mites, columbola, or other organisms.
Supplements, Parasite Stop, and Ongoing Experimentation
Later questions address fulvic acid, tick-recovery herbal products, Parasite Stop, berberine, blood sugar, collagen for weight maintenance, and ways to avoid excessive weight loss on the diet. Richard says he is unfamiliar with some products and often redirects people toward protocols he has seen work within the group. He also explains that the think tank continues because new information keeps emerging, causing the book and program to evolve over time. He says the group has learned from participants’ experiences with weight loss, rice bran oil, salads, carbohydrates, Morgellons, columbola, and chronic Lyme-related issues.
A Community Built Around Shared Learning
The episode closes with Richard, Robin, and Sharon thanking participants and emphasizing that the call covered a great deal of information. Richard describes the group as an open community and a continuing think tank where people share what they are learning so others can benefit. The overall message is that those dealing with Morgellons or related skin-parasite experiences should consult medical professionals, avoid despair, be careful with ingredients and environmental exposures, and use community knowledge to keep refining what works for their individual situation.

Welcome everyone. It is Sunday, May 24th, 2026, and this is the Parasite Skin Wars BBS podcast
with featuring Richard Kuhns and Carrie Ann. We're so glad you're here if you have been
struggling with itching and biting and unknown, really tiny little critters that you can't
see and are at your wits end, you've come to the right place. This is a place it's
a community with solutions and support. We care. We have tools that will help you get
your life back. And so if you're new, grab a pen and some paper to take notes. There's
going to be a lot of information given and welcome. So at this time, I'm going to turn
it over to Sharon Alabama to read the AMA and FDA regulations.
Hi there everybody. Coach Sharon here are federal regulations by which we abide first.
The FDA requires us to inform you that before you start Richard King's diet or accept any
recommendations he or we make on this call that you discuss them with your medical doctor
thoroughly and make sure that they're not interfering with any treatment that you may be having.
Secondly, the AMA requires us to inform you that neither Richard or any of us are licensed medical
doctors. I wouldn't even want that. Therefore neither Richard or any of us will diagnose,
treat, cure or prevent diseases. However, now let me tell you what we can do.
We can educate you. We can educate you on how to clean your body. First, let me tell you about my
own personal experience. When I first found Richard, it was through a miracle.
It was nothing less than my entire face. I was a battered looking woman. I look like Freddy
Krueger came into my bedroom and literally slashed the right side of my face and continued to go
over to the left. I'd gone to a million doctors. I'm a veteran and they're diagnosed me just like
many of you with delusional pericidosis. But guess what? Once I made the King's diet work,
once I found this family, because this is a family, this is not just an organization. We're
family that are here to help you thrive, to help you get your life back. That's what we're here to do.
So let me just continue on before I give you my whole life story. I'm just excited because I got
my life back through this program. This one right here where you are today. So let me just go ahead.
That's my personal experience. And I'm also a coach. Now, the first thing we can educate you on
is what I just mentioned. This amazing life-bating diet. Secondly, it is important to know how to
disinfect your environment. Richard's book has over 20 pages of directions on how to disinfect
everything in your home. I want to mention, if one thing does not work, guys, please don't give up.
Don't say you've tried everything until you have tried everything because something will work.
Guarantee it. I have a chance to it. I'm a living witness. Okay. And thirdly, it is important to
de-clean your skin either by bathing or showering as a protocol for each. And of course, Richard's
nature's gift will be the product that can help you turn things around 100%. And lastly, we're
allowed to educate you on how to build health and immune functioning with various supplements.
For instance, if you're taking supplements, they must be compatible with the diet. I was just
mentioning that earlier. If you're going down and you're saying, I'm doing everything on the
king diet exactly the way it says, and I'm not getting this right, look at your supplements.
Look at your environment. Look at how many times you're bathing. You don't have any idea how many
people I've talked to that say, I bathe every three days. I bathe once a day. Well, guess what?
Then keep itching, scratching, and getting those vitamins because that's what is going to happen
when you're not doing these things. Well, folks, I guess I've said enough, and I hope I've gotten
you excited about getting your life back. I'm going to turn it back over to Richard and Kerry.
Dr. Robin. Oh, I probably got a drop-in. I'm sorry. I was so excited not getting everybody's
life back. I just wanted to go on with the show. That was a really wonderful project.
Great job. Great job, Sharon. Thank you. I love to that. I just want to talk a little bit about
it. It's so hard to figure out. Everyone wants to know what they have, and they collect samples,
and they send them places, and nobody gives them answers. I'm just going to talk for a minute about
what to look for to see if you have more gallons. Don't forget, there are other co-factors like
mites and springtails and so many things. Symptoms of more gallons include filaments and fibers.
Now, filaments and fibers can be so tiny and so thin that you don't even see them.
So there's a test that I recommend. If you say, I don't have any filaments and fibers,
that may or may not be true. So what I recommend is after you take a bath with all the stuff we
tell you to put in it, take a shower, rinse it off, and then take some nature's gift of writing.
So just put a little on your hand and rub it on your body. Wait five minutes, rinse it off.
Do it again and let it dry on your skin, and then take a lint roller and roll it on your skin.
And if you see little tiny hairs and fibers, that's more gallons. That is because that's the one thing
that everyone who has more gallons has, even when you don't see them because they're really small.
Then number two, itching and biting. Now this can be more gallons, mites,
columbola, but they all include and lesions. Lesions can be caused by any of, well, I don't
know about columbola, but mites and more gallons can cause lesions. When I first came down with
more gallons, I went to a dermatologist and I had a giant lesion on my stomach that I had not,
it just appeared. And he said, well, it's all in your head. I said, well then, how do you explain
this? And he said, stop scratching yourself. And I'm like, I haven't even touched it. It's like,
so just know, I mean, doctors don't know a lot about this, but
fill itching, biting, lesions, all symptoms of this. And then there's the burning. Your skin can
feel like it's burning and that's caused by skin fungus, which, you know, we've had, we're
kind of changing our story about that. Like for a long time, we didn't think skin fungus had
anything to do with it. I personally think skin fungus feeds columbola. They eat it off your skin.
So I don't know about more gallons, but I know that it's definitely a factor. And then,
now this is my favorite, the weird things that come out of your skin. They, I mean,
I could tell you some things that are just crazy, but usually it's more gallons and they,
you know, it's just creepy scary stuff coming out of your skin. And
that's just part of it, part for the course. And then there's also, you know, I don't know how you
myasis where midges or mites are, they lay eggs and then the eggs hatch and come out of your skin.
Lovely, lovely. And then there's biofilm. I believe that these things, like they create biofilm as
part of the environment they need to live in. And so, you know, it's, it's gooey stuff. It can be
clear, it can be white, it can be black, but it's goo. And, and, and it makes it easier for Mark
gallons to survive on you. So as you get the diet right and you do the skin cleaning,
you will eventually have zero biofilm. And, and that's a great goal to have and it's attainable.
So we're so lucky to be here with, I mean, Sharon is an incredible coach and, and Richard is like a
world leading expert on Margalans and Carrie Ann who, who I'm hoping is here with us today,
is the administrator for the Margalan Uncensored Facebook group with thousands of people in it,
I believe. And so, you know, you, this is like a star-studded cast. If, if more gallons, if this
was the Emmys for, for something, for Margalans, the stars are here with us today. So,
at this point, I'm going to turn it over to Richard Cunes and Carrie Ann. Take it away.
Thank you so much. Thank you. Incredible. Is Carrie Ann with us today? I know she had indicated
you're going to be Carrie Ann. Are you with us? I don't see you. Oh, perhaps you'll, perhaps you'll
join us later. So, you know, there are two kinds of posts that you generally see on Facebook.
And I implore all of the people in this program. It,
one of the people in the program, her name is Liz, and she'd been in the program for some time,
and I talked to her about a week or a couple of weeks ago. She said she doesn't go on Facebook
anymore. Why? Who, damn depressing? All those damn pictures of the, excuse my French stuff coming
out of your skin, and people confused and uncertain as to what to do and scared out of their wit's end.
I know. I've come on through it all. It is scary. And then you have all these experts
that, oh, all you got to do is take corsetin, for instance. Wait a minute. That's going to fix your
disinfection problem. That's going to clean your skin. I'm not pooping corsetin. It's good.
I mean, even if you have sugar problems, then you're taking berberine. It's in berberine.
Okay. That's good stuff. But man, it falls short. You got to wonder, okay, how many people have
these people actually worked with? Has it worked with two people they know? Has it worked with a half
a dozen? Has it worked with hundreds and hundreds as they have with my program? I mean, I'm not
exaggerating. Then you see a movie like Skin Deep. Have you guys seen that movie?
The most damn depressing movie there can be. That's why I haven't seen it. Zero Hope. Zero Hope.
It's scary. And then you have a group of people pushing antibiotics,
claiming it's spirocheedle infection. Margelins is associated with one of a couple of types of
Lyme disease. There's a guy in Europe who claims, I think his name is Newman. He has a big group. He
claims that there's as many as 34 different variations of spirocheeds. I don't know.
And yes, there are a significant number of people that have Lyme disease. There's a significant
number of people who have Candida albicans and other fungal issues. A tremendous amount of people
that have nematodes, worms. In fact, I saw a post the other day. Man, it says I started taking
Fenben and maybe was Ivermectin and my Margelins went away. Well, absolutely. If your issue is
worms, you see worms, for instance, can be dormant in your body for decades. Now, do you have worms?
Do you know how to check and see if you have worms? Take your pulse.
You have a pulse? You got worms unless you just, you warmed your tongue.
That's what Dr. J. Davidson here in New Jersey, a parasitologist says, 100% of the
TAL is the UDD worm yourself. How often has your doctor told you to deworm yourself?
Well, it should be once a year is what is recommended. How many of us do that?
Yeah. Now, many ways to deworm yourself. I think probably one of the most popular ones is
wormwood and black walnut. They are incredible as the warmer, but fall very short for us.
Because one of the organisms that if you have those filaments and fibers that Robin was talking
about coming out of your skin, you have an 80% to 90% chance of also a colon factor of
columbula, springtails, snow fleas, and they eat that stuff. So you might get rid of the worms,
but man, you're feeding columbula and it can be as bad, if not worse, than Margelins on your health
and your life. All right. So what is the answer? Well, there are a lot of posts on
Facebook about trying to figure out where it came from.
Nano bots, cloud seeding, chemtrails, I don't disavow any of them. I think it probably has
a portion of it. There are a lot of things that go together that make something work,
just not one thing necessarily. It's not like pneumonia, which is one bacterial thing that
contributes, that makes you have a pneumonia, with comes to Margelins, there are a lot of factors
that kind of intertwine and work together. So the guy who was taking sunburn and I have
remembered, and got rid of his Margelins, what he tells me, and she'd be telling you,
is for him, that was the issue that allowed Margelins to thrive in his body. And once he got
rid of that, boom. Once you got rid of the Lyme disease, boom. Once you got rid of the spirotosis,
roguardin disease, boom, god. But you know what? Once you make the diet work,
it doesn't matter about those cofactors, because the symptomatology goes away, boom,
by simply making the diet work. And then if you want to tackle those cofactors in my program,
it definitely gets into that. We definitely look at dealing with fungal issues and focal
complications, because someone else said and wrote to me and said, you know,
Lufinoron cured me of Margelins. Now what is Lufinoron? The pet medication. And it's used
for fungal. It inhibits the production of titan, which is like the building blocks of every
fungal organism. And mouth parts and mites and columbula cannot mature. Their eggs can't mature
because part of the mouth parts and the egg is chitin. So it inhibits the production of chitin.
And our issue, apparently, is what she's telling me, was a fungal organism. And once, boom,
away goes Margelins. So there are probably a lot of people that will say,
Richard, you're simplifying it, because what I say is Margelins is not a big deal.
It's like the king on the chessboard, the most important piece, but not the most powerful.
Hey, that lady queen man, she'll wipe out anybody comes close to her if she sees them. And the
bishop, some rucks, they really do a good job of cleaning out the ponds. They really do.
So you've got all these other co-factors. And if you identify them or are fortunate enough to do
that and knock them out away, goes Margelins. In the meantime, make the diet work. Now making a diet
work to be easy as it was for me, although it took me two years to figure out a lot of the foods
that are on the diet and not off the diet. In fact, I was listening to a lady in the beginning of
the program sharing what she was eating. And she's going to ask her question, I know.
But I was a little confused, keeping a diary is very important. And she kept a diary.
And yet she's having difficulty. We're not sure exactly why. And the potato she mentioned,
well, that's not on stage one. And I think she mentioned walnuts. That's not on stage. You see,
the diet has three distinct stages. Stage one is the strictest of all of them, really.
Stage two, we add some additional foods. But even stage one, making the diet work.
And I learn a lot from listening to many of you share your experiences. We'll be getting into
questions and answers. Carrie Ann apparently didn't make it today. I thought we were going
perhaps to have a last minute topic to discuss. So after I finish up here, we'll be another
couple of minutes and we'll go into questions and answers. But making a diet work is not just
necessarily eating what is listed in the book on stage one. Otherwise, you might be one of
those people that run off on the Facebook and say, well, his diet doesn't work. I didn't get
anything out of it. And I'm still suffering and life is miserable and so forth. But if they tune
into these calls, they will see what is necessary for some people to make this diet work. For instance,
I could have a millid, I could have rice, I could have rye. Some people can't have those grains.
Now, of course, if you're, you see, the gut is also an important issue. Candida albicans,
a normal fungal organism in the gut. But because of dietary abuse, maybe too much
sweet, too much wheat and too much pastries. An overgrowth of Candida albicans can happen there.
And it can be an issue. It could be a problem. So in which case, you wouldn't want to be eating
any carbohydrates that could convert into sugar easily, like even the, what do we say,
even the millets or the even rice could do. So, well, I can't reach that phone. We're just
going to have to let it play out. Anyway, so diet can be is super important. And some people,
even though they may not have a problem with fungal issues, they just can't have millet, rice,
or a spout. That's another grain. Then we do have one lady. Now, people,
you know, most of us have basically all of our senses. Now, can you imagine someone who is totally
blind? Yeah. She figured out that things like spelt, rice, pasta, made of rice, of course,
or these grains. She can't have one. They're hot after she makes them hot. She has to refrigerate
them. And then cool after they're cooled off, heat them up just to a temperature, slowly.
She heats them up too fast. She's blind now. She makes them too hot. Again, she'll have a reaction.
Other people have figured out that they're medications. Now, we don't get involved with
medications. You know, that's between you and your sacred doctor, all right, whatever medications
you're on. But if you look at the ingredients, some of those ingredients. So, some people have
gone to find out that even the ingredients in their medications. Now, it's not the actual med.
It's the other ingredients. The fillers that they use can keep them from making a diet work.
And they find a compounding pharmacy, get a prescription, and then get rid of those fillers
and make the diet work. Another lady found out now, veggie capsules are good for just about
everybody. Except one lady found out that the veggie capsule is a problem for her. And when she
takes anything that is in a capsule out of the capsule and sprinkles it on her food or how
we should configure how to take, you can make the diet work. So, you know, it's a lot more
than food. You really have to be investigative. And you know what? When you make this diet work,
you get your life back. But it may not be as easy as it would you would hope to. But will it be
worth it? Tell me, will it be worth it? Absolutely. Absolutely. One after it. So, you have to be
willing to go to the extreme because all I say is there's a connection between what you put into
your mouth and the activity of the organisms. Now, I don't care whether it comes from cloud
feeding. I don't care whether it's a fungal organism or gums. I don't care about the etiology.
It'd be nice to understand that. Nice. Nice. That's it. Nice.
It's like I see all these ads on TV for cancer research for the children's hospitals and all their
money they're putting in. And I say, all you've got to do is get rid of glyphosate and the
toxins and the mercury and the crap that we're exposed to. That's all we got to do.
And the research is done. Really. The research has already been done. So, all we're doing is
spending money researching how we can adapt to these toxins our world is exploding with.
And the United States being probably one of the worst countries in the world allowing our FDA and
the EPA allow the worst toxic crap in our food. Then the third world countries do. They're smarter.
Or maybe there's less graft there. Anyway. Okay. Let's turn on to Q&A. If you've got a question
I think Anne was first. Are you up Anne?
Star six.
Hey Richard. Hi.
So, yeah, you said the woman in the early in the program mentioned walnuts and red potatoes and
that was me. And I've talked to you. Yeah, I've talked to you plenty of times and there have been
times when I was told, yeah, you could probably move to stage two. And then you just mentioned.
So, I just didn't think I had any reaction from the potatoes and I waited quite a while before I
added walnuts to my salad. But, and as far as medications, I looked into the compounding pharmacy and
they told me they can't do trasadone, which I can't sleep without. But I've talked to Sharon,
I'm going to mention the prescription she said she takes to my doctor to see if I can do that
instead. I don't know. But I can't sleep without that.
Many ways of many other alternatives to getting a sleep, good sleep. Have you tried the,
we have, I have a free CD in the, it's called Sleep for the Night. Have you tried that to help you?
Sleep through the night. Yeah, there's a free CD on the resource page. You know, and you just
close your eyes right now. And think of your, think of your little right toe, the little toe in your
right foot and command it to go to sleep. And then think of the next toe and command it to go to sleep.
Yeah, I've actually done that, not toe by toe, but like start with my feet and my legs and I could
feel them relaxing. I've done that. And I've done other, there's a breathing exercise. Yes, all that,
all that may help. So there are other things. So your, your challenge would be to look into the
different things and Sharon has an idea for you that you can, that there's always different
ways of skinning the cat. So find an alternative to that medication that would be for you. Okay.
Yeah, I'm, I'm, I'm wondering if I should try the carnivore diet for a while just because
I don't know, it's supposed to, my son told me it cures a lot of things.
Um, I don't know, you know, it's not something that you do forever. It's, it's like all proteins,
you know, he talked to people who have been cured of all kinds of things arthritis,
any autoimmune diseases. I don't know. But the other thing is, I've been dealing with
toenail fungus for so long and I've tried so many things that my doctor wants to try an oral
medication. But what, what bothers me is, and I was thinking of calling Nancy about this,
why didn't the Loufenior on cure it? Because I've, I've taken Loufenior on for so long. I took it
for so long, you know, I think, I think the answer to that is because not necessarily is the fungus
inside your body, but it's between your, your skin and your toenail, perhaps. Have you done the
soaked with apple cider vinegar and some nature's gift of maybe several times a day? Have you done
that? No, I should try that. I'm absolutely. Nature's gift mixed with,
nature's gift mixed with apple cider vinegar. Well, let me correct that because I used to think
it's only apple cider vinegar, but according to Nancy, any vinegar will work. You don't need to
have an expensive apple cider vinegar. So any inexpensive white vinegar. Right. And take a foot
bath, maybe a gallon. Well, you just have to cover your ankles really because you're dealing
with your toes. So put in about a quarter cap of the concentrated nature's gift and some apples
type that maybe half a cup of, I did it again, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, and do that
for about maybe 30 minutes and do that several times a day and see how that works out for you.
And you said a cup of vinegar, right? About half a cup or a cup. You know, you have to experiment.
You know, you probably wouldn't need a full cup, a small amount of water like that, maybe only half
a cup. Yeah, my friend Claire, oh, I'm sorry, what? I was talking to a person I was
been coaching this week and she said that using hydrogen peroxide totally cured her of toenail
fungus. Wow. How did she do it? Did she just apply it to her toes? Yeah, I don't know if she put
it in a little bowl and soaked her feet, but it just, I think it will make a big difference.
Okay, there's an alternative. So you can do both. Yeah. You can do well. Once with hydrogen peroxide,
the other with the vinegar and the nature's gift. Yeah, my friend Claire, who I got this
perisite problem from told me to try the nature's get the, she said try the Richard's mouthwash,
spray the toes with that. I don't know. I don't think Freddie would do it enough. I think you need
to actually have it submerged in a bath. Yeah. And, and you know, I've been dealing with
bites on my back. What I think is bites on my back for too long. And she said, you know, I think
it's something else. I don't think that's perisites. I don't know. Maybe it's mite.
Mites are a parasite. Part of me? Yeah, I know. Yeah.
Pites on your back. Are you using any of the lotions, any of our lotions? Can you get them
onto your back? I spray it with nature's gift all the time. Okay.
And your hair, that's where they're coming from, your hair to your back.
And if nature's gift may not be strong enough, mites are really resistant for some of us.
Oh, and you know what? I just bought on Amazon might be gone. MITE capital B gone. I just, I'm
trying that. Yeah. They sell a lotion and a soap. It has sulfur. Huh? Sulfur is great.
Yeah, we have the sulfur. We also have a sulfur bar soap. Right. That you could use.
Yeah. Okay. Yeah. All right. Oh, and I think I'm sorry. One more thing. I think Robin said
something about biofilm a little while ago. What was that? I don't know. I said that
more gallons creates biofilm as part of their environment to live in. And as you get rid of
more gallons, you get rid of biofilm. Oh, what exactly is biofilm? Well, it's a gooey. It's a gooey
stuff. You would definitely know it. If it's sealed slippery to you again. So you can have it on
your skin. And when we're coming down with things like when we're talking about Lyme disease,
then oftentimes the spirochetes gather together a little colonies and they build a
huddle around them of biofilm to protect them from antibiotics or anything getting to them.
Okay. Okay. Bites on the back can also be a columbula.
Okay. Because that's what I'm experiencing. I got rid of my mites and I know what I'm dealing with.
And boy, they love to chew on you that back there until you get ahold of them. And I'm trying right
now the enzymes straight on the skin. That kicks. That kicks for me. I'm experimenting with that.
Yeah. That's good. Yeah. Very big good for columbula or mites. Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah.
I'll have to try that. Thank you. Okay. Who's next? Star six.
I was just mountain. That was me, Maris talking. Could I go ahead and bless
this somebody with an urgent urgent? Go right ahead, Maris. Thank you. Robin, I wanted to tell
you that I got the fungicide three and I cannot use it straight. I cannot spray with it. It is
toxic. I'm not. It's water it down. Oh, good. That's what I've been doing.
I don't want to spray it. You're not supposed to inhale it. It's terrible. And this isn't on the
bottom thing. Don't inhale it. When you get the concentrate, you have a control over how weak
or how strong you make it. Okay. I did. I did. And what what I'm doing. I never noticed a strong
smell and I've never had any reaction. And I know you and Sharon are tougher than me apparently.
I don't think so. I think you made it too strong. I think you know I made it I made it 50 50 and
it was still terrible. Wait 50. I never have told anyone to do 50 50. I was like you put in maybe a
quarter of cup in a 10 to 12 ounce bottle and the rest water. On the hoodie what? I forgot what
you said the water is the water's water. Well, I mean how much a quarter cup and then I lost the
other description. I didn't hear it. A quarter cup and the 10 ounces of water. 10 ounces. I did
not hear 10 ounces. Great. 10 ounces. I'm actually using a spray mom because I'm going for the
floors in Columbula and I have spray mops. I have a spray bottle and I spray the floor and then I
use a wet mop. Okay. Well my arms I look like the Hulk from my shoulders down. I've been spraying
for about three years now. So I'm ready to use a spray mop and I actually was using one fifth.
Water is it down enough? Yeah. Okay. Yeah. I'm going to use the spray mop and I can actually spray
the sides of the what do you call the things? Baseboards and everything else and then
use the spray. But I don't like to use it up too high because even with
actually it was in the 50 50. I'm thinking about the hydrochlorus.
Okay. 50 50. Yeah. Can we move now? Can we move along? Can you move? But I'm going to come back
because I've got two more questions. All right. And share and make them please write them down
and make them succinct and then ask them. Okay. Well I got them. I've got them right now but I'll
get off the phone if you want me to. Bye. Bye. Who's next? Anyone else? Yes. Have an happy question.
Hi. Hi. Kathy. Welcome. Hey. So just one of Warren people stage two. It's easy to make a
mistake and I have a question about mine. I was eating walnuts, seems like always well and I ran
out of the ones I normally buy and then I grabbed some out of the supermarket and then something told
me after I'd eaten, I don't know, a couple handfuls over a day or two to just look at the ingredients
and I really said that freakin rosemary in it and I freaked out so I stopped and I just didn't
think to look for the ingredients on freakin walnuts. So my question is, every label,
but who would think of looking at ingredients? Although they might have sunflower oil or something
like that. Yeah. Right. Right. So don't get too comfortable with the stuff you buy. I mean,
that's the first thing I wanted to share with people. But then the other thing was,
is it possible and I don't know what I have. If I know I've got some kind of might and
more gallons and stuff, but I don't know if I have like a lumbler. I don't know. Nobody could help
me with that. So my question is, is it possible that a couple weeks later is when I'm noticing,
because I'm recently noticing some rash breakouts that I haven't had for a long time and it's just
like, I don't know if it's just die off that has to happen or if it is related to that mistake
I made. And so timeframe wise is wondering if you have any insight. How long are you? How long?
I'm sorry. Go ahead, Brian. First, I want to say that springtails come in the house in the spring
and then the fall. They they automatically are going to do that. If they're in the ground,
they're going to come in. And if your house got reinfested because you opened the windows and
everything came in and you hadn't treated your lawn, that could be one reason why it might not be the
diet. Well, we're looking right now at these walnuts, which we already know have an ingredient
that is not on the diet. So how long after did you, how long after you ate the walnuts, did you
notice the back the breakout on your back? It's been a couple weeks or more.
A couple weeks or more. Is that just too long? And so therefore, I just don't know how this goes.
The interesting thing about this diet is that there's like a delayed response. But once you make the
diet work, it's like you're in heaven. There's no activity. You don't feel anything. And you can
go off the diet and eat what you ate and not feel it for days or maybe a week or so. Two weeks, I
don't know. That's a little questionable. I would think you would feel it before the two weeks.
But perhaps who knows? Right. Okay. So as usual, go ahead, Robin. Sorry.
Well, two weeks ago, I mean, I just think it coincides with spring weather. And that's why
everything goes to the sides. I have an exterminator come automatically that time of year to do my
yard and my house. Because that's what happened to me every year. This is this year that guy,
the timing was just right. Oh, good. It's huge difference. Do you feel any activity around your
ankles or lower legs when you're in the house? No, I don't think so. Nothing strange.
They're really, although I knew I had your eyelids. Are they crusty or any crusty?
No. That's right. I know. Not even around the back of the neck or upper shoulders in the back.
Not really lesions. It'll just be like a little pimply type of thing. And then some rassee areas
on my abdomen, especially right now and underarms. Yeah, it doesn't sound like you're dealing
necessarily with Colomba law. Now the raschiness around your experience, the weight loss.
I'm, you know, been in the program for over a year. So I'm holding my weight now, which is good.
You know, I'm able to. Okay. Yeah, that's good. I'm not doing, I'm not experiencing that anymore.
And I'm wondering, you know, raschiness are one of the indicators of Strungaloidy,
Sarah Callist, alternating diarrhea, constipation,
hides around the buttocks, around the anus, anything like that, any of those?
It's, we could do this. No, not really. No, not there. Not, not there. Not, not there.
Not at all. Yeah. Well, I, you know, it's hard to say what's contributing to the rasch. I would say,
you know, the nature's gift lotions would pretty well wipe them out pretty fast, whatever it might
be, clean up the skin. Okay. And I mean, is it possible that it's just, you know, because I,
on my abdomen, you know, before I found you all a year and a half ago, there was, I saw this,
I don't know if it was a tick or what, something just like went in, I tried to get it, I couldn't
get it out. And I had no idea how devastating that could be, you know, I, and yeah. So, I, I don't know.
Well, that's about a year and a half ago. Any result of that you would have experienced. I tell you,
so you joined the program about a year and a half ago, would you like to share where you were before
you joined the program, what kind of mental state you were, what you were doing, how badly you were
impacted and how long it took you to make the diet, the notice of diet was the difference. Would
you like to share? Oh, well, yeah, I mean, I was, I was in horrible shape. So you have to, you know,
making the diet work, but also getting your, or me getting my, I just just just, I'm cleaned out
because I had just, it had clogged me up entirely. It was in every like, so in my body, it seemed,
whatever that it is, you know, the melodelins and the mites. So no, and it, and it took me a
while to, took a little while for that diet to kick in. And then, you know, there's mistakes,
like Sharon pointed out recently that eating, even if it's grass fed salted butter could be a
problem. Even, I could think, oh, if it's grass fed, the salt and the butter might not be an issue,
but I'm going to be trying anything. But that's a potential mistake as well. I, I thank you, Sharon,
you know, yeah. And what she's referring to, salt is on the diet. However, if the salt is
diamond salt, they put sugar in diamond salt and some of the Morton salt. So you need to be very
cautious that whatever salt that you are using has none of the sugar in it or anything else in it
that could be a problem. And we know that's how critical this diet can be for some people.
But when you figure these things out, how is your life now compared to what it was before you
started a program? It's way, it's way better. But it is a slow process. And I'm just, you know,
I'm reaching out to any stage two people out there, you know, it, it can, I think, and I think Robin
had mentioned before that, you know, stage two is tricky. You can, you can easily make a mistake.
And, and you get used to the, the comfort level. And then we have what,
either seems like a setback or maybe it's just a necessary part of the process. It,
you know, can weigh on you mentally. But compared to before, yeah, it's way better. And I need to
remind myself of that. But you know, I'm, I'm just, it wears me down a little just to be honest.
So yeah, Sharon's always there for me though. Thank you, Sharon. Wonderful.
Yeah. So love you. I love you. Love you too.
Yeah. So thank you so much for being a part of our program today. And I'm honored to be,
I'm honored that my coaches and myself are, can contribute to your life and make the quality of
it much better. Thank you. You're all amazing. Thank you. Oh, I just wanted to say something,
somebody mentioned walnuts with rosemary. I just looked at my bag of walnuts and the
ingredient is just walnuts. I can't believe there's rosemary in some walnuts, but not mine.
Yeah, you always have to check. You always have to check. Yeah. Mine just says walnuts.
That's where you'd want to be careful. You didn't find walnuts with sunflower oil or something like
that. Okay. Yeah. All right. Thank you. Who's next star six star six? We have any new people on the
program. I know I've been a lot of Facebook posting and hopefully I do have a question.
Okay. This is Robin in Birmingham, Alabama. Hi, Robin.
Hi. If anyone happens to find any no sugar uncured bacon that does not contain celery powder,
I would like to know about it. I get bacon. I'm sorry. I get bacon from Crater Joe's and there's
expensive. There's no sugar. I don't think it has any other ingredients.
Can you hear it? Do you have one in your fridge and can you read the Netflix? Yeah. Yeah. But
you know, Darnit, I just realized it comes with a cardboard label wrapped around it and I got rid of
it. Darnit, I don't have it right now. But it's Trader Joe's. It's 699 here
and for one pack. But I mean, I remember looking at the label. I mean, it took me a while to find
this bacon that doesn't have anything else in it. All right. So go to Trader Joe and check it out
and see if it'll work for you. All right. Yeah. Okay. Thank you. Okay. Anyone else who's next?
Did you? The book. Yes. The book, by the way, is how to get your life back from
Margalins and other skin parasites available on Amazon. The ebook is free. If you have joined
our program, if you're new here today and are not in the program, I think you want to be because
this is not a program like you hear people on that silly documentary crying and despair and
no hope. This is where people get progress. So if you join the program, it's simply
more gallons, solutions.com. You'll get the book PDF form free along with all of our other resources,
including the diet. The book there also, Lyme doesn't have to own you anymore. When the war
or the mite, there are just two of the other books. Okay. Who? Oh, well,
else would like to ask a question or share. For you there, Richard? I am. Okay. It's Carolina.
I want to share something. Okay. That happens to some women else. And, you know, I moved to Florida
and the refrigerator and things in here were brand new. So the warranty had just run out
a few weeks ago. But, you know, I've been, the newer fridge has a top, you know, freezer and
then your bottom area. Okay. So I've been putting the bowl of leech, you know, in there and on the
new one, it stopped cooling correctly. So they came out and checked it. I've got to get a new
fridge because the first thing he said was, are you putting ammonia or bleach in the fridge? And I
think, yep, keep a bowl of leech in the fridge. Because, you know, that's what we do to draw on
in other areas of the house. Well, he took pictures when underneath and the fumes when the fans
come on in your fridge and freezer of the new ones. Now some of you may have older ones.
It goes into the coil that goes from the bottom all the way up. And it, after a couple of years,
it's fried. The whole thing is like, fried. So he said, don't you see anything? But the
the disinfectant liquid soap, what is that, Robin, that we use? Not the dial, but
that name brand. Oh, Dawn. Dawn. A little bit of dawn, just a pad and plain warm water to wash
it out. So I thought, well, what are we going to do to keep, what can I do that safe to keep
things away? Because I'm going to have to get a new fridge brought in.
Tuesday, the offer I for me. I know. But got to have a fridge. So he said, it flies the coil
of the fridge. So anybody that has that type after a couple of years or more, it's going to start
just not doing exactly what it should and and the mite. I mean, the
Morganne does go to the bowl, but it also draws them, you know, and then the fumes from bleach or
ammonia will absolutely, he said, fly that coil. So I just wanted to share that.
If anybody knows of anything safe, I was thinking of just the plain donation served
counter, but I'm kind of afraid to put anything, but maybe just to just wipe it out daily with
what he said or any suggestions anybody to keep them away from your fridge. People used
diet, tomato, and they just mixed it in a small bowl of water and put that in the fridge. I was
thinking of that, Robin. Okay. So I just wanted to bring this out because I don't want anybody
else to have to buy a new refrigerator, but any way it is life. But Richard's 100%
going to target with the diet. Because you can go to stage two once you get the diet working good,
or you just got to be slow and Robin taught me that very well. Because I'm one that you say I can
have, but you know, something like the walnut, then I don't want just a sprinkle. You know,
I go for a few handfuls. So you got to you got to do a little of the apple or a stage two at a time
and see how it affects your body. That's the only way you're going to learn. And the walnut,
the only ones I found without the rosemary and stuff in them are called the Fisher
brand. By the way, they're the Fisher brand and there's nothing in them but the
walnut shop walnut. So unless you buy them fresh Trader Joe's or somewhere like that.
Great. Well, thank you for sharing that, Carol. And I never thought of the chlorine
bleach, but that makes a lot of sense when the fan would circulate that bleach and destroy your
thank you. Thank you so much. And then in the daytime, see, I would wipe it out with ammonia
and have a bowl of bleach sitting in there like a pool and I know when you're cleaning out your
automobile and spraying through the vents, you spray ammonia or something like that through the
vents. You don't want to do a lot because you can mess things up there as well as well using
too much ozone, things like that. So we need, but thank you so much for sharing that.
Chris texted me and wondering why those of you who are looking for the special meats don't go to
your local butcher and get them fresh without the preservatives. Many of these foods,
the bacon that you buy, I don't know, I have a bulk bacon in years, but you want to check and
see if they have preservatives like bicell fights. So bicell fights are terrible. They're okay with
the diet, no problem whatsoever. But there are studies that indicate people who consume
these preservatives like BHA by sulfates and so forth have a 40% a greater chance of acquiring
Alzheimer's disease. So I'd be very wary of having of buying any foods that have preservatives.
And that's a good reason why we don't go using deli meats generally because that's where you
find preservatives up to yin yang is all in these deli meats. So thank you Chris.
Who's next? Anyone else? Maris, it's your turn.
If hi, this is Anna. I have a question in reference to if one has to use a ride sharing like Uber
or Lyft, is there a protocol that one can use to protect oneself because you just can't use,
you know, nature's gift spray and you know, Uber vehicle on the seat. I think that would not
be appropriate. Do you have any thoughts on that? I'd appreciate any feedback.
I don't see why it would be inappropriate. It doesn't have any odor. It's a very light
concentration. You're not going to be using the, it'd be different if you were spraying the mouth
wash that has the cinnamon in it and the peppermint. So I don't see why not. I would.
You think you don't think it would be a problem? I don't think it would be a problem. It's
telling me you're cleaning the seat and that's what you're doing. You're cleaning the seat.
Okay, because in other words, too, if you're, you know, having to go into another vehicle,
a strange vehicle, you think, of course, like, you get the little spray bottle. It takes you
no more than about two seconds to spray the seat and the back of the vehicle. That's a good,
very good suggestion. Very good. Thank you. Okay. Thank you very much. Appreciate it. Thank you.
Good. Anyone else? Star six. We have any new people? I hope I've gotten some interest in the
post I've made to have some people join in and see what this is all about. We're dapped back down
to about a minute and 30 seconds until we complete this segment and then we'll close
and then come back with more questions, Q&A. Anyone else? Well, we got a minute. You got
anything to wrap up, Robin? This segment? This has been a really good call and I appreciate
everything that everyone's brought to it. It's really good. Sarah, you got anything to add
just before we wrap this one up? Yes, my normal. We love you. Keep coming back. We're here to support
you and we'll see you next Sunday, guys. Okay. All right. That concludes this portion of the program.
Welcome back, everyone. This is Richard, author of the book, The Book to Read. If you find a better
one, let me know how to get your life back from Margala's Chronic Lime and other skin parasites
welcoming you to the second portion of our think tank. We call it a think tank because,
you know, even though the book has been revised 13 times, now why is it revised? Because the
information in the beginning was poor? No. Because we keep learning and learning and learning and getting better and getting better and getting better and more success and more success.
And, gosh, even if I just added what we learned in the last couple of weeks, it would be adding another couple of pages to the book. I have to get around to that.
So, like last week, you know, the diet has very few carbohydrates. I mean, there are no fruits except lime and lemon.
And you're not going to get fat on lime and lemon. You're not going to gain weight on lime and lemon.
There's no wheat. So, out with all those pudgy snacks that are high in calories. So, it's lean meat. It's veggies,
low caloric veggies that, you know, low corn, no starchy, carrots or corn. No, nothing starchy. So, it's a phenomenal weight loss diet.
I mean, what are our coaches? Nick lost over 100 pounds with it. And he was grateful because he had weighed about 300 when he started.
275. So, he was grateful. But nevertheless, if you're like Coach Carol Ann and you're already down, you're down at 100 and you don't want to go to 95, you know, you don't want to get there. And this diet can take you there.
Well, last week, Mary shared and it's always been an issue to just come up.
Although I get my weight back. I want to get my weight back. I want to do the diet, but I can't do the diet because I can't lose more weight. I can't get rid of it. I'll be unhealthy. I got to get my weight back.
Carol Ann shared last week that taking a supplement. What was that supplement? College and helped her build weight.
And Mary shared that what she does is she has lots of vegetable salads. Now, you would think that would be a weight loser, right? Well, she chooses the ones that are more caloric, high caloric.
And she uses rice bran oil and makes her salad dressing out of rice bran oil. And that allowed her to bring her weight up.
So these are the fantastic things that we discover here every week. We make new discoveries. So you don't want to miss a session. The session you miss could make a big difference in your life.
You can make the difference between having this diet take two years to kick in versus three days because we know the diet is not easy.
And we know it works.
And the diet is your diet. What works for you? I can only throw out the idea that there's a connection between food and parasitic activation.
And I can throw out what I know are definite foods that are going to cause problems and what foods generally are going to be okay.
But it's you who figures out the dynamics that fit your body to pull away Margalans.
You know, the fantastic thing is when I started, I only was dealing with columbula and strong gloise. That's the only two organisms I was dealing with.
And discovered the diet didn't work. And then around 2002 or so when they coined a word, Margalans, I first heard about this incredible disease.
And I was wondering, well, I don't have Margalans. And then I figured out it was something else I had, but I didn't know why.
You know, I didn't know it was columbula until 2006.
But the diet worked, but I didn't know if the diet would work for my gallons.
Well, thanks to our first coach, Andrew, who had Margalans, she discovered, made the diet work.
And from her eating behavior and what she could eat and not eat, I discovered we together figured out the difference between what you can eat with Margalans and what you can't eat with columbula.
So, chapter four, tell you that.
So, like for instance, I believe it is you can actually have some covenate with Margalans, but not columbula.
You can have ice cream in stage two with columbula, but not Margalans.
Blueberries are good, I believe, in stage one of Margalans, but not columbula.
So, you see, it's a matter of you figuring out what worked for you and then coming back and sharing that.
And don't keep it a secret.
Please don't keep it a secret.
Go on Facebook.
There are tons of groups on there.
Brag.
Tell everybody, shout it to the top of the world. It's a depressing place to go, but please go there.
And shout it to the top of the world that you found the solution, along with hundreds of others,
is the best kept secret in the Margalans community.
And if they join this program, it's free.
They're going to get their lives back.
Okay, more PNA. Who's up?
Richard, thank you for reminding me.
I left my ice cream in the car. It was almost melted.
Richard, I have a question.
He did. He got the bag of ice cream.
It's okay. We have a question.
Hi, Richard. I was wondering if you could tell me, is full-vic acid good for you?
I'm not sure what it is. I'd have to look it up.
If I looked it up, I'd better agree.
It says liquid mineral supplement. I just didn't know if you guys think that's good or no.
Well, if you read the ingredients, have the ingredients there?
I do see ingredients. It says, I've not tried this. I just bought it.
It says magnesium from CTM, chloride from CTM, concentrate trace minerals,
full-vic acid solution, and then the other ingredients, it says purified water,
non-GMO citric acid, and potassium sorbate.
Well, let me see. I'd have to look up full-vic acid in the first place. What's it used for?
Well, it's supposed to go to the cellular part of your body and help you be able to
digest vitamins and minerals better. I think maybe that's how I can say that.
Well, I really don't know. I'm totally ignorant on the topic. I can't really comment on it.
All I know is, and I know I remember you have various sensitivities.
So we have our digestive enzymes. I don't know if they work for you or if you can handle them.
That we have the one that is the polyphenols, which is a digestive aid. It's also a skin
regenerator with lots of polyphenols with ginger and herbs like that.
Yes. I had one more. Somebody told me to try this, and I was just, before I buy it, I thought
maybe you're just throwing it out there and seeing what you thought of it. It's from Sam Sarah,
S-A-M-S-A-R-A, and it says, tick recovery herbal extract. Have you heard of this?
No, I haven't. No. Okay. Just checking, just wondering what is out there and what isn't,
and if anybody had any extra things to say. I heard of it when a coach,
Sherry was one of our coaches. That was one of the supplements that she had me to purchase.
I found that Richard's protocols work better than any of those supplements that were just
things that were like running down the rabbit hole, so to speak. It would just be another supplement
that you're taking. It didn't do. I couldn't see any results from it. So if you go through the
phone, it didn't get you to like a next stage. No, ma'am. I actually bought like three months
worth expecting a miracle because it was very early on, but it wasn't anything miraculous.
So if anything, I would refer you back to Richard's door, then just wasting money on that because his
protocols work better. Well, I buy a ton from him. So I do everything that I buy.
That's just my experience. I bought it, you know, like it comes in a bag and it's like a,
it's not a peel. So it's a,
um, something to add to. Yeah, it's like a powder. You just added into something that you drink,
but here again, I didn't see that it was not anything miraculous. I think that the guard of
still in work better than than that kick recovery. Okay. Well, I'm using that and I do agree with
you with that. So, okay. Thank you. Okay. Thank you for sharing and being part of our program.
Who's next? He said, Morris can have a turn. Oh, yes, Mary. Way back. Can you read us your
questions? Of course. They've been written for a week. Um, when I get the pair of stop,
which I will thank God that came in, um, I kind of don't want to take three of them a day. Um,
what I just wondered if anybody else had any suggestions about taking less here stop or
do you start off? I'll answer your question. You do whatever you need to do. So, okay. I want
a day and say if that makes a difference, okay, it's, it's like, uh, I'm using the, uh, the
berberine and the salon for my blood sugar issue. And I, I really believe when it comes to blood
sugar diabetes, it has more to do with a gut than it does with a pancreas. But that's just my
silly thought, you know, I'm not the researcher and I don't have clinical experience. It's just my,
what I believe from a little bit of what I've done. So I noticed that if I take one capsule,
there's a little bit, but not that much. I need two capsules. Sometimes I need three capsules.
So you have to figure out what you need to get, to get the desired result.
Okay. We can't promise that three a day is going to be enough. I mean, if it, you know,
what the parasite stop formula does is it reduces the dopamine uptake in the brain. Now, how much
is dopamine uptake in the brain is you're going to be required for each person taking the, that's
a guess, you know, who knows between what these event, about three capsule a day, we're guessing.
But if it took 10 capsules, the benefits would be dramatic, dramatic. If it took one capsule,
that'd be fantastic. That'd be fantastic. But we're hoping it'll be at least no more than three,
but maybe one will do it. And it does, it has a possibility of causing depression.
And I have a possibility of causing depression with myself.
A little bit of sense, it's compulsive. So, you know, can get the point.
Tell me, tell me one person, tell me one person dealing with Morgellum's who isn't depressed.
I don't know. You got, you're right about that, Richard.
Yeah. So, I mean, it is a clinical warning that we have to put on there,
but we're all pretty much depressed, hopefully. There's a lot less depression
than the people that belong to this group than other groups where they're getting nowhere.
I think in this group, we find a lot more inspiration. We find a lot more good things to look at.
We find a lot of progress, which is inspiring. But, yeah, certain herbs can contribute to that.
And just about every medication that you see advertised on TV, they read a whole litany of,
oh, my commit suicide. Oh, get into depression. Oh, lead to bleeding. Call your doctor, you know?
Oh, I know it's terrible. Yeah. Oh, I have a question about mixing something that I,
with Robin, one time, Robin, you said that when you use the fungicide 3 as a spray in your house
to clear out the columbula that you put in also clean and look enzymes. And I didn't believe you,
and you said Richard didn't believe you, and it's quite expensive. But did you actually really,
really, really say that? Because Sharon thinks you didn't. I did say that. And I believe that
the reason they work together is because the enzymes are live enzymes, but the fungicide 3
is an oil, oil base, and they don't harm each other. Whereas if it would have been a, like,
benefit, which is a strong cleaner, it would kill the enzymes. Yes, ma'am. I understand.
Yeah, because the enzymes are very, very delicate. And in terms of that,
the second part of my question about the enzymes is I have an albabitanic, a very
emollient, aloe vera organic cream that when I was a massage therapist, I would use that. It's
like the best. It's unscented. And I wanted to mix in some, I wanted to mix in some enzymes,
some cleanup enzymes, but skin. Do you think, I mean, do you think that aloe vera is going to
knock them out because it's so sensitive or just use the... I mean, I guess you'd have to try
a small amount and maybe you'd be able to tell because it didn't work as well. Yes, ma'am.
Okay. And then sharing, and then I've got one thing to share, and then I'm off like a rabbit
and listening again. I heard some really bad news that we don't have to give power or fear to,
but the person who appears to be Mr. Fosse, who's nobody's friend, is inventing these incredible,
strange, crazy pleas that give you limes, but if you eat meat, it will close up your throat,
and you will die. Is that... I mean, yeah, that's what I'm saying. That's why I'm sharing it.
And that is verified. Can't what you said. Who... What is that? Is that a form of lime to see?
It's a new kind of flea that Fosse who wants to kill people on this planet along with Bill Gates
has invented this flea, has gotten this flea that is supposed to spread around it.
It's fear-porned, but I mean, so is the hunt of Ila's fear-porn. We don't have to buy it,
but we need to be aware and not give it power, not give it fear, but also the remedy.
So you're saying there's a new conspiracy theory out there now?
No, it's not a conspiracy theory. There really is. He really is developed. This flea
that it will give limes that will, when you eat meat, if you get the limes from the flea,
that he invents because he's mutated the flea, and they say that if you eat the meat, it's not they,
it's verified, and I'll have to look where I found it verified, probably with Michael
Jacob, who's 32 years Navy SEAL and 11 years CIA. He's on our side from Charlotte, North Carolina.
He's written about 10, 12 books, and he's nobody's fool.
Thank you. Thank you, Mary. So to combat that, let's just get deep 40 or above,
and that'll keep us from getting bit by bit. That'll keep us from getting bit by bit.
Right. That'll keep us from all the stuff. Everybody. Yeah. Thank you, Mary.
Okay. Thank you. Bye.
Let's go on. Who's next?
Richard, can I ask another question? Of course.
Before a while ago, you said that you can spray ammonia in your duck work or something like that
in your furnace. I think it was the duck work that you said. But can you do that with an
electrostatic sprayer and use PCO or your enzyme?
Well, I don't see why not. I don't know about using PCO in an electrostatic sprayer.
I have no experience with that, but you could definitely spray the enzyme with the electrostatic
sprayer. It would be probably even better than just spraying it with a regular spray.
Anything to give you? Now, remember, enzymes are not effective with Margalance.
They won't touch it. I don't have Margalance. Okay.
I'm on there. Yeah. Yeah. And my other question was, I think she's the lady that was saying
about the flea. I think it's a tick. So just thought I would throw that out there.
Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Thank you. Who's next?
Is the tick. You're right.
And it wasn't a tick that's been around with Lyme disease since the 12th century.
I don't know. Hello. Hello. This is Gary. Hi, Gary. Hi, hi.
Richard, I wanted to say a couple of things. One thing, as far as a shared mixing, using my name
and place the robins, I think she was thinking about me when she's because she knows I don't
take showers very often. And I'm working on that. I was not referring to you. I went down a wheel
hollow. I was not referring to you, but you just told her about the terrible, terrible,
taking showers. Listen, I have a C-MEC floor in my bathroom and I only have one shower door,
the back one that works. And I put paper down and stuff too. Because it's, and so it's such a
pain in the butt, you know. But I know I have to, this is so important for me to take a shower
every day. I just take two a day. Like listen, I was, because I do have cement on the floor,
I got all this debris, whatever it is, because I'm still not sure what the hell I got. But I was
burning them with a lighter torch, you know. And they jump out of the way, it seems like.
I don't think it's the flame moving them, because they would just move out of the way. But these
are actually jumping, like a hop. All right. Well, what you want to do Gary, is you want to go to
one of those online pest control companies, do your own pest control or something like that,
and order glue boards, white glue boards, you set them on the floor. And when they jump,
they'll jump right onto it. Then you can easily see what it is. Well, I'm, I'm,
capture them and stuff and I'm, well, I don't have them. I don't have the a,
the strongest magnifying glass I have is 40 power. It's not strong enough. I don't have a
microscope. I really need a microscope to really tell what it is. But I got this stuff all over
the house, you know, after reacting twice a day. And then my, I have two cats. So, but it seems like,
it seems like, have you used the electrostatic sprayer? I have not used it yet. I'm going to,
though. I don't know. And I don't know what's preventing me from using that. I have a one that
I bought a long time ago. Maybe I just thought, sure, what to use, what product to use in it.
Well, if, if the organism that you're seeing jumping is like a, a mite or a lumbel or something
like that, well, then they clean them up end times would probably would do the trick.
That was what you would use. You know, I kind of over,
overspent on my credit card. I was, I was going to buy something from you this morning and it didn't
go through. So I'll get some of the enzyme and I wanted to get the stop parasite, the parasite
stop. But I'll get that as soon as I can afford to. Okay. I just, I just thought, you know, like,
if you want to kill them, you can use a torch, but I'm all recommended inside the house.
No, you have to, you have too much space to cover with a torch. Never work.
As far as like I do. Yeah. All right. Thank you for sharing. You know, if anybody has a microscope
and we'd like some research, and this is how you do it, it takes some, you take some of the enzymes
and you add to it the fungicide three dilute, the porting that, put it under a microscope
and see how the enzymes respond. You have to have the dilutions, right? But see if the enzymes are
affected and then we'd clear up this controversy once and for all. Okay. Thank you. Who's next?
Sarsus. Hi, this is Anna. I have another question. I'm just wondering if, you know, when one orders,
you know, the supplements from the store or any of the other solutions, if the extreme heat
that's, you know, very evident these days can affect the potency or destroy any of the, you know,
benefit of the products. Is there any information on that? Because I'm there.
And summertime, the we were conditioned and a lot of them are kept refrigerated.
So you don't think there would be any issue? That was one of the reasons. As far as shipping,
usually not, you know, a couple of days is not going to be a big problem two or three days.
Okay. So there's no worries about that because that is a good thing.
Good to be. No. Okay. Thank you. I just wanted to thank very much.
Hey, do we have anybody new on the program, new from Facebook,
from never heard of us before, just tuned in on a curiosity to see what the heck we're about.
If we make any sense or not, anybody at all? No one?
Anyone? Anyone else with a question or like to share?
Quiet group today. Anyone?
Well, I guess we're winding down, huh? You have anything to close with, Robin?
Anything to wrap up? No. I think this was a really good conversation.
We covered a lot of ground. Thank you. Yeah, I think we did. Sharon, do you have anything to wrap up?
I think it was wonderful too. I think a lot of information was covered today. A lot of it was
some new information. So yeah, I agree. This has been one of our, one of our better conference calls.
Okay. Thank you. Thank you for doing the AMA and the FDA disclosures. And Robin, thank you for
going over the symptomatology of Murgallens. We did that for new people, but we don't know
if we have any new people here. So I don't know. Hey, it could be repetitious.
Perhaps quiet. So this is an open community. I have one other thing to mention. We have Kathy that
