Skin Parasite Q&A: Diet Protocols, Environmental Cleaning, and Stress Support
Introducing the Skin Parasite Wars Community
In this episode of Morgellons Skin Parasite Wars, host Robin opens the weekly think tank call by welcoming listeners who are dealing with Morgellons, springtails, Lyme disease, mites, itching, bites, lesions, and related skin-parasite concerns. She frames the show as a caring support community built around protocols based on Richard Kuhns’ book, How to Get Your Life Back from Morgellons, Lyme and Other Skin Parasites. Richard begins by giving regulatory disclaimers, emphasizing that participants should consult their medical doctors before starting his diet or recommendations, and clarifying that the group is offering education rather than medical diagnosis or treatment.
Richard Kuhns’ Background and the Role of Diet
Richard explains how his own experience began after pulling a vine from a tree and developing intense itching that did not resolve through early medical attempts. He describes spending years trying to identify what organisms might be involved, including mites, springtails, Strongyloides, fungal issues, and Morgellons-like symptoms. A major part of his account is the discovery that food seemed connected to itching, biting, lesions, and symptom flare-ups. He describes developing what he calls the “Kuhns diet,” saying it took about two years to refine and that different organisms or symptom patterns may require slightly different diet adjustments.
Identifying Possible Organisms and Symptoms
The episode includes a detailed explanation of how Richard uses a questionnaire to educate callers about which organisms they may be dealing with, while emphasizing that this is not a formal diagnosis. He discusses Morgellons in terms of abnormal filaments or fibers from the skin, springtails or Collembola in relation to itching and biting that may begin around the ankles or lower legs, skin fungus in connection with burning and redness, and Strongyloides as a parasite that can be checked through a blood test. He also mentions complications such as Lyme disease, rashes, coughing, digestive issues, biofilm, and other co-infections that callers may be trying to understand.
Environmental Cleaning and Product Questions
Much of the call is devoted to practical questions from listeners about cleaning, spraying, and household management. Robin discusses using Garden Safe Fungicide 3 or similar products containing neem oil and labeled as fungicide, miticide, and insecticide, especially for springtail-related concerns. She describes using it in spray bottles, on furniture, rooms, floors, clothing, and sometimes in combination with enzyme cleaner, while also explaining how she rinses an electrostatic sprayer with hot soapy water and clear hot water afterward to prevent clogs. Callers also ask about ammonia dilution, diatomaceous earth, cedar oil alternatives, Bayer insecticide, ozone, DEET, and treating clothing during tick season.
Callers Discuss Progress, Hair, Diet, and Supplements
Several callers share progress updates and ask about specific challenges. One caller reports removing carpet and installing solid flooring to make cleaning easier, while another discusses possible sensitivity to capsules, rice, toothpaste, medications, and other small details that may affect how the diet works for them. A caller from Arizona describes suspected mites, Collembola, possible scabies, bird exposure, hair infestation concerns, and the difficulty of cutting long hair to make scalp treatment more effective. The group also discusses products such as Nature’s Gift, Claudia’s Dream Cream, herbal parasite products, amino acids, enzymes for biofilm, and ordering supplements from related websites.
Stress Management and Deep Breathing
The episode closes with a stress-management exercise focused on deep breathing and affirmations. Robin explains that deep breathing can calm the nervous system, reduce stress, support immune function, and improve mental clarity. She guides listeners through box breathing, encouraging them to breathe in hope, expectancy, joy, strength, clarity, happiness, and new beginnings, while breathing out anxiety, fear, discouragement, and the feeling of being overwhelmed by parasites. The closing exercise shifts the tone from symptom management to emotional resilience, giving listeners a moment of calm and encouragement after a long technical Q&A.

Welcome everyone. It is Sunday, May 10th, 2026, and this is the Morganne's Skin Parasite
Wars podcast on VBS. It's also the Morganne's think tank call of the week. We're here to
address the issues with skin parasites. Morganne's, springtails, Lyme disease, and mites and other
skin parasites. If you're struggling with itching and bites and lesions and you're at your
wit send or even if you're not at your wit send yet, it will be. But you've come to the right place.
We are a helpful, caring community. We have tried and true protocols that work and they're based on
Richard Cunes and his book, How to Get Your Life Back from Morganne's Lyme and other skin
parasites. He took two years and figured out a diet that seems to put parasites in your body to
sleep. He is here to answer questions. He's here every week and this week we're going to dive deep
into Q&A. So at this time I'd like to welcome world-leading expert on Morganne's Lyme,
other skin parasites. Richard Cunes. Thank you Robin. Thank you. It's always great to be here
every Sunday. First of all, I need to start off with the federal regulators by which we abide
and that is the FDA requires me to inform everyone that before you start my diet or accept any of
our regulations, our recommendations, not really, our recommendations that you thoroughly
discuss them with your medical doctor to make sure they do not interfere with any health problems
you're presently experiencing. The AMA requires me to inform you that none of us are medical doctors.
We've not been trained or licensed. Therefore we do not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or
prevent any disease. We can educate you. That's what we're allowed to do. Now how are we going to
educate you? Well to beat these organisms there's a lot of things you have to do. It's like being in a war.
A war with the unknown.
For me, when I was first infested with them from pulling a vine from my backyard on a tree
and started with the intense itching, I thought that a simple matter of going to the doctor and
getting something elotium like Lindane would be the answer and it wasn't. Oh well, I'm not
maybe it worked for a few days and I thought everything was good and then it wasn't anymore.
Which meant several other doctors after that.
It's a lot to do. First is I spent probably six years just trying to figure out what
organisms it could possibly be. The one that generally you look at is possibly
mites. Is it some kind of mite? I have talked to experts around the world when in Australia
about the baldly faced mite and things of that nature that maybe you get from pigeons or
but not because there are pigeons around but certainly came from a vine in a tree.
It certainly looked like I did have some kind of mite. I had
brights. If I stood in the room with a sunlight coming in the window and it hit my arm,
there were bright, tiny things on my arm and when I put them under a microscope,
microscopes are generally, I guess a microscope company sell out because everybody wants to put
it under a microscope and see what it is. Well, I put those things under a microscope and it was
a perfect sphere like an egg and I sure managed it was an egg of a mite. I guess it was, I don't know.
But the first thing is to figure out what the heck it might be. And the thing is that you
probably never even heard of some of these organisms to even know to look and see if it might be these
organisms. Like I never heard of the word Morgellus, of course, back in the mid 90s.
Did you hear me? Yeah, okay. Back in the mid 90s, the word wasn't even coined.
Didn't even hear the word Morgellus. Columbula, springtails, man, not until 2006 that I understand
that those organisms can be a problem, can be infectious. Getting focused.
Never in my wildest dream that I think of that. Strong gloides. Wow. Until 2006 that I read
somebody was saying, nobody's got Margallins. Everybody claims they have Margallins, they actually
have stronger gloides. Well, I had actually been tested and I did have stronger gloides,
but I didn't have the symptoms of the filaments and fibers coming out of my skin
or any organisms coming out of my skin. So usually when you get infested with these things,
the big question is, well, what the heck is it? What am I dealing with? Because you think that
once you figure out what you're dealing with, at least you then might figure out how to go about
dealing with it and treating it. So fortunately for me, back in the mid 90s,
I did figure out how to deal with it before I knew what I was dealing with. And that was,
I discovered that there was a connection between the food that I ate and itching and
abiding symptomatology that experienced and the formation of these lesions that never seemed
to want to heal. So that was the king diet, as Robin mentioned in the intro, it took me about two
years. It only took me maybe three hours to realize there was a connection between food
and the symptomatology because I just said arbitrarily, I'm going to start eating only eggs on Teflon,
no butter, no nothing. And I was amazed to find that after I did that, there were some
those symptoms afterwards. And that led me to looking into other foods. And I looked into corn chips,
like corn chips, but they didn't work. I ended up itching. So that's how I developed this amazing
diet that started working even before I knew what it was that I was dealing with. And over the
years, I learned that there's a thing called more gallants. And I didn't have more gallants at
that time. I had none of the symptoms. But the amazing thing was, is that my, our first coach,
her name is Sandra, she had more gallants and the diet worked for her. It was working. In fact,
it saved her life. And from her experiences, I found out there's certain nuances in the diet,
in other words, he could have avocados, I believe, and she could have some other foods that when you
look in chapter four, you'll see that the diet is very specific. If you're only dealing with
columbula, then in stage two of the diet, you can actually have sugar, really. Not that it's good
for you, but you can have it. But she could not have any form of sugar at all. So we learned a
little bit about the idiosyncrasies of the diet with respect to the different organisms. And of
course, I was far from escaping more gallants. It wasn't until about 2018 or so that I did have
my first interaction with more gallants. And it was scary as hell. But again, the diet and the
things that I do, it was a blip in my life and not a major catastrophe as it has been for many people.
Now, how do you find out what organisms you are dealing with, for instance?
Well, because I didn't get all of them at once, and I got them in a sequence, and some after I'd
gotten rid of some of the others, I'm able to produce a questionnaire which is available. It's on the
resource page. So every one of you who have signed up, if you go to the resource page and scroll down,
there's a questionnaire, or you can simply email me and I'll be glad to send you the questionnaire.
And with the answers to those, I can tell you whether you're dealing with more gallants.
Now, this is educational, not diagnostic, because there is no diagnosis. So when I educate you, I go
by Dr. Saverly's definition of more gallants. Dr. Saverly says that filaments and fibers coming
from your skin that are abnormal means that you deal with more gallants. That's it. They can be
microscopic in size and maybe you only find them as a lit-like or substance in your bedding and
clothing. That is more gallants. Now, itching and biting. All right, if you're telling me that
you're having itching and biting, that can be more gallants. Or now, particularly if it's around the
ankles or lower legs where it starts, I'm into the back and maybe the back of the neck,
well, then that is highly likely columbula or springtails itching and biting. All right.
Now, burning, burning, burning redness of the skin. Well, if you go to a WebMD or any of those
medical sources and look up burning skin, red skin, so forth like that, that is skin fungus.
Sort of like athlete's foot or jock itch, but it's in other parts of the body not limited to the feet
or the where you get a jock itch. So that's now, how about there's a thing called Strongeloidy Seric
Collots. And the only way to find out for sure is you get a blood test.
And the blood test will tell you whether you're dealing with it. Now, it doesn't really contribute
to itching. I was amazed to find out. I had it way back. It does respond to the diet, but
there are symptoms that are coughing. There are seven different symptoms. They're listed in the book.
This is the book, The Holy Grail in a sense. How to get your life back from Margallins and other
skin parasites. So, coughing, red hives around the anus, rashes, I think around like the belly and
there's another area that the rashes may show up. They're like four, they're different,
some weight loss, alternating constipation and diarrhea,
or one or the other. So that's about five. There's seven different questions. And it's rare that
people have maybe 15% of those who are dealing with skin parasites actually have it. It's called
the skin parasite because it has internal components and external. It has a life cycle that starts
outside, goes in, then comes out again, and where it multiplies and so forth. It is contagious.
As all of these issues are contagious. Not to everyone, but to some people, they are contagious.
Why we think it has to do with the pheronomes. Everybody emits pheronomes. And if you are
one of those unfortunate ones that emit the pheronomes that those of us in this group do,
well, then you're susceptible to these organisms. Otherwise, you may not be susceptible. And you
may have them in varying degrees. Not everybody is affected by these organisms to the
ultimate degree of itching and biting and driving them nuts. It's not uncommon for
the wife to be dramatically affected and the husband minimally affected and thinking the
wife is kind of crazy. And the rest of the family agrees that they got a mental problem
and not a parasitic problem. And that complicates one's life in getting their lives back.
Now there are other symptoms. My aces. My aces is when there are organisms that are under your
skin that breed and then produce that often types of midges do that. Not really associate with
morgallons, although you could have the midges and the morgallons because there are many ways
that you can contract morgallons. You can contract it like a couple of months ago in the county
courthouse. And I noticed a blotch starting on my hand, the top side of my hand and a purplish
thing. It kind of looked like that skin disorder that suriasis. It kind of looked like that. That's
how it would start for me. And if I didn't know what to do about within a couple of days,
it would turn into a strange alteration and filaments would start growing out of it.
So you can pick it now. There are many vectors and vectors are things that carry the organism.
And what is the organism? Well, I go by the idea most likely a fungal in nature.
I think the fellow who's that researcher that I think is German, he has some videos about it.
But I tend to agree with his assessment that it is fungal in nature. So you can get it from
being bitten by bed bugs, being bitten by mites, a columbula perhaps. Yeah, definitely columbula
because my findings are that 90% of the people who are more gallons also are dealing with columbula,
i.e. springtails. So mosquito bites, I imagine, or almost any organism that may have bitten an
infected organism, an infected animal. So you're looking at this also being in the wild, and it is.
You know, I have a colony of raccoons in my backyard, and I know they're infected because they
contaminate my patio by hanging out there eating my fish. So I know they're there and they carry it.
So it can be easily transmitted from a variety of ways to one. Now, one other thing that people
report is that organisms come from their skin that are weird. Like waspy, cocoon-like things,
one lady reported and showed me a picture of a 16-legged spider coming out of her skin,
barb-like kind of things. Like, perhaps they barbed some of them small, like three-quarter
of an inch in length. Some of them, one lady reported her barbs were like three inches long,
very painful and excruciating to get them out. So, and then there's also
goo, that's the biofilm. It can be bluish, blackish on the skin. Also, the biofilm is internal.
And then we get along with complications, so things like Lyme disease that can complicate
its pyrotosis, rose gardeners disease, and many other co-infectors that co-infections that we also
deal with. So that's kind of like the rundown. If you complete the questionnaire and send it in,
I'll be glad to give you an education as to what specific organisms you're most likely dealing with,
along with a detailed set of recommendations as how to deal with them.
This, we're going to open it up now to Q&A. So, if anyone would like to ask the question,
please feel free to do a star six. This is our Mother's Day podcast. Okay, all your mothers out
there and dads do your star six and open up and ask your questions. See if I can answer them.
Okay, I'm going to start. This question, hi, I'm sharing everybody. This question is for Robin.
Robin, the question of the week from my group, what exactly do you use this for? What are all the
different things that you use this wonderful product for? This is the fungicide free that you
talk about a lot. So, Garden Safe Fungicide 3 is just one of many organic gardening products.
They don't have to be that name, but they have to have 70 percent neem oil and they have to say
fungicide, miticide, insecticide, which is what that says. Okay, they were designed for organic
gardening because they're safe to use on allegedly on vegetables you're going to eat.
Okay, so I, they also, I never get the premix stuff. I get it where it's not and I can mix my own
strength. That's the first thing. So, I have my own spray bottles, but you can also get it where
it attaches to a hose and you use it to spray your yard once a month from like spring to fall
and it kills everything in your yard. It's just that because it's a liquid, it doesn't last as long as
like G granules. But I use a combination of both. That's the first thing. Second thing is I,
I, it's amazingly effective against the column bola springtails. I had such a bad infestation of
springtails. Everything I owned was infested. I was throwing furniture out. I couldn't throw
away my guitars, but I couldn't play them because they were so infested. And so I used 100 percent
fungicide three bait. Well, I would mix it in a, so it's a similar, I would use similar proportions
as if it was an enzyme cleaner. So it would be like if the bottles, I don't know, maybe 12, 16 ounces,
I would use a quarter cup of the fungicide three undiluted tap water and I would spray the heck
out of everything. I used it to wipe down things. I'd spray everything literally. And I'd use it
just like you would use ammonia before you enter room. Then to give you an effective, because it's not
a disinfectant. It's basically an essential oil. And I mixed it with, with enzyme cleaner,
which can be destroyed by disinfectants. But they, and I know Richard is skeptical about this,
but all I can say is it totally works. And I cleared my house of springtails that way.
And I would spray it on my clothes before I put it on the lawn. I'd spray it on every,
I'd spray it before I entered a room. I'd spray the house once or twice a day. And, and if it wasn't
working, I'd change up the percentage. So like when I was using it with the enzyme cleaner, because
I would use about a quarter cup of each. But if I was, if it wasn't effective, I would still use a
quarter cup of the enzyme cleaner, but then I'd add more of the fungicide three until I found what
for me. I mean, when it, I would use it to wipe down wooden furniture. I would use it to clean
my floors. I would use it to spray a room before. I, the only thing I didn't use it for was laundry.
But, okay. And I would spray my body that I did in my hair. I wanted to know that.
That's not wanted to know. If I was just like, just like with the nature's gift, which is also,
you know, you carry a little spray bottle in your car. And I do, and I still do that. But, but,
if I was itching really, really bad, I mean, the nature's gift would work. But,
being on a budget at that, you know, I couldn't always afford the nature's gift. This was before
I was a coach even. And, and I, I would, I would just, I'd spray the inside of the car before I sat
down. If I got it, she had sprayed me. I have, so I, I love this stuff.
Okay. I'll shoot them to the top.
Who you will, is it safe to put this in the electric static sprayer?
Okay. Good question. So, I have had my electric static sprayer for years and other people,
it was like a race. They would break down. They would, they sprayers would stop working. But,
here's the trick. Fungicide 3 is an oil and it's spec. And, and the same thing, the enzyme
cleaner is a little bit thick. I would use the combination of the 2 in the electrostatic sprayer.
But, I would, it would be a little bit less, like, my electric static sprayer has a tank.
And I've put, maybe, I feel about an inch of the tank with each of those things. And then,
I just use tap water because, because what you do to save your electrostatic sprayer
is after you spray everything, you feel a glass with really hot, soapy water. And you put the
electrostatic sprayer and spray that into the sink. And then you rinse with really hot clean water.
And if you do that every time you use it in the sprayer, your sprayer will not clog up and
will not break. Okay. Okay. Thank you. All right. Yes. They were asking me and I'm like,
I have an experience that I have to wait next, Robin on Sunday. So, thanks. I really welcome.
And I really, I mean, at one point, I had people calling me from all over the country
asking me why they kept their electric static sprayers kept breaking. And it was, well,
you're not rinsing and washing it after. That's key, because this stuff is thick. It's not designed.
The tub would be fine. Just a little bit of dub and hot water.
That's a little bit of soap. I like the one anti-bacterial soap, because it's anti-bacterial,
dish soap. And you just fill a eight ounce glass with really hot soapy water.
I don't know what cut my sprayer has like a tube that goes into the tank. I put that in the glass
and I just shoot it into the sink. And then I fill the glass really hot water clear. And I
rinse it until it stops being fuzzy. Okay. Okay. Thank you. Thank you. That helps out a lot.
Okay. Anyone else have a question?
Our six.
Understand where you're supposed to have some new people on today from various Facebook groups.
Melanie, you tell me she's been talking to a lot of people. This may all sound like
poverty go up to you. So let's hear from you. How long have you had the disease? What have you
been doing about it? Tell us. Ask any questions you have. Oh, by the way, Richard, you sound
great today. Yeah, I'm using my cell phone. Thank you. Thank you. Anyone else?
Maybe you're better. Can you hear me? I can hear you. Can you hear me? Yeah, hi. So you can put the
Sharon thought that, Robin, that you put fungicide three in the electric static sprayer. And I thought
you couldn't do that. And I, are we wrong? I just gave a detailed explanation of how to do it.
Were you listening? Yeah, I was. And I, and I missed some of it. I was trying to lift. Yeah, I was
listening. This call is no longer being recorded. So what happened? I don't think that was us.
Was it? It said, I just heard this is no longer being recorded. I'm going to start recording again.
Because it was a different voice. So in the recording, and Sharon has the all the information
now, and you absolutely can you fungicide three in electric static spray if you use it properly.
Okay. Okay. And Sharon's got that information for you. All right. Yeah, I heard a quarter of a
copper quarter. Yeah. And you said it has to have mitasides insecticide and fungicide. It has to
stay off. Just saying that fungicide three is one brand of many and the brand and they all have
those three things in them. Okay. All right. And. Okay. So strong the lights. We were talking
strong the lights. I thought strong the lights were column ball but I guess not.
No. And there and you can go to a doctor for that. They know how to treat that actually.
They okay. Yeah. What what I'm sorry.
So it's a blood test. What are strong the lights? Aren't they a parasite?
Yes, they are a parasite. They're a small worm and they can be identified with a blood test.
And in the book, it tells you how they can be treated. But and it tells you the symptoms. So if
you don't have if you only have two or three to the symptoms, I'd say you don't probably have it.
So I wouldn't go bother getting a blood test unless you have at least six five or six of those symptoms.
Yeah. You were saying hives or yeah. I heard you say hives around the anus,
coughing, belly rash, weight loss, constipation or diarrhea.
Right. Headache. Okay. Headache. Yeah. I'm next to her about that one and I have to check.
Oh, okay. All right. And then what else? Oh, Nancy was suggesting I go to an LLMD to make sure I
don't have limes, you know, a Lyme doctor. But I don't think I have limes because I don't think
I have any of the symptoms like, you know, the joint thing. But we can find is a unique disease
and like you could have Lyme meningitis, you could have neurological Lyme, you could have arthritic
Lyme. There are so many varied symptoms that I think unless it's extreme, it's really hard to
diagnose yourself and it always pays to get a test. Well, I don't know about that.
Tests are very, very elusive. Well, I'm literate doctor who can get you good tests.
I don't know. I don't know about that. The only test that I would ever recommend
and would be a microscopy test. And in the book, it tells you, I think it's in Arizona where you
can get that microscopy test. All the others come back with positive, false negatives and
problems. And your basic, in my opinion, is you're wasting your money getting any kind of Lyme
test unless it's microscopy test. What is that? That's a test where they take your blood and
they put it under a microscope. And if you look in the book, you will see my test results there.
And the photograph that it shows the Lyme organism exploding my red blood cells. It
will show you that picture. That's what you can see. So that if you're going to a Lyme literate
doctor is that if the test, I mean, I have had Lyme like eight times and only three of the times
did I test positive, but I had a Lyme literate doctor that recognized my symptoms and said,
you have Lyme disease. And I had no doubt, but it was nice to get confirmation from a doctor.
Wow. Okay. And then the other, oh, if Chris is on the call, I wonder if we have amino acid pills
and laundry detergent. I know the laundry detergent's been on backwater.
Yeah, there's nothing definite on the laundry detergent. And the amino acids, I think they're
in stock. Oh, they are. Oh, okay. And then how about have you heard of penishealed?
Penishealed is a penishealed instead of red cedar oil. I have no, I haven't.
My cedar oil does, first of all, it makes, it's really good for wood. It has a quality of wood
and it kills things that are on the wood. Right. And I have used it. What it does, but it doesn't
sound like it would necessarily be good for wood. Yeah, I have used the red cedar oil, but penishealed,
it's said that it's for the same thing. So I don't know. And then,
the red cedar oil is used to polish and clean wood. So it may not, it may not be the same thing. It
may work killing bugs, but it may not be the same thing. Oh, okay. And then,
somebody mentioned putting lime down in the garden and around the grass and everything.
How about, I have a bag of Bayer, B-A-Y-E-R brand, Advanced Complete Insecticide Killer. Isn't that
good enough? It's hard to say, you know, these insecticide killers are toxic and poisonous to the
environment. So if it's by Bayer, I would trust it. You know, Bayer is the worst company. It's like
Monsanto. In fact, they own Monsanto. They're the worst company. They produce the worst,
the pesticides that kill the bees. Anything with a Bayer name on, I would not touch.
Wow. Okay. Wow. I put the dietomaceous earth in my gardens.
Okay. So, yeah. All right. Well, thank you. Sure. Okay. Anyone else?
Star six. We only have a small proof here today. Star six.
Hi, Maris. Maris in Georgia. Hi. It's Maris in Georgia. Okay. Can, how effective, I mean,
I heard everything that Robin said about Columbola. And I'm just wondering, Robin, do you think,
what percentage does ozone every day, sometimes twice a day, what percentage of ozone
compared to what you described today would help with the Columbola in the home?
Well, I was dealing with Columbola and Mites. And so
I did not stop ozoneing, but the thing that tipped it over to getting better was the fungicide
three. I'm going to get some for sure. Yep. Well, yeah. Well, I'm dealing with it in the body too. I
mean, it's kind of like, well, I also bought like, neem oil and I would mix that with a carrier oil,
along with citronella and clove oil and tea tree oil and peppermint oil and make a
mixture that I used for my body. Okay. Because what I have right now is nature's gift.
Well, you know, like, I put the nature's gift in with the oils as well. You're not going to like
this, but I like it. 91% alcohol and pure straight neem, organic neem.
Well, I would think that the problem is, is that I would think that the alcohol would counteract
and make the neem less effective because it would like. Oh, okay. So just put those essential oils.
Could I get them right fast enough? You were naming a lot of essential oils. Could you redo that?
I got tea tree and peppermint. So I would use either coconut oil or olive oil as a carrier oil.
Okay. Then I would add to that neem oil, clove oil, citronella oil, tea tree oil, peppermint oil,
cinnamon oil. And I can't remember what else I said, but those were main ones.
Okay. I have tea tree and peppermint already. Do I have, and of course, neem already. I have coconut
already. You could just use those. I mean, I just, I got more and more aggressive. Yes, I understand.
Oh, and oregano, oregano oil and clove oil. If you could only add one more add clove. And if you
can add two more, you said you had tea tree, right? Oh, I already have oregano. Actually,
I have everything, but it's in small quantity and super expensive because it comes from young
living. And I'm just not going to break into that. I didn't care so much about the quality because
I wasn't ingesting. That's what I'm saying. I'm not going to use up my good young living stuff.
I would buy large lot on Amazon. You could buy eight or 16. I would buy 16 ounce things of
cool. Okay. Yeah. So that the clove is actually the most important after after tea tree and
peppermint is a name, of course, and the coconut carrier. Clove, clove is the most important.
You know what, clove is important. I think clove is important for all this mysterious things too.
Great. That sounds good. I'm just investigating. I never heard, I mean, I heard Richard say
midges before, but I don't want to assume that I have anything that I don't have, but
I'm identifying what I have right now since I don't seem to have any mites anymore. And
you know, I'm feeling the pinchy bites once in a while and stuff in the neck and stuff in the
female area and everything like that. And I'm being extremely aggressive with that with the
white vinegar bats and douches and everything like that, you know, and tweaking the diet and
you know, no gelatin caps on stuff and taking out the ashwagandha. And you know, I mean, every
week I learned something so I can eliminate more and more what was maybe blocking my progress
and it's starting to get better. But what is a midge? I mean, I don't want to have it, but I'm just
curious. They're a teeny tiny, really annoying fly. Oh, okay. Okay. All righty. Oh, and for Chris,
do we have, I know I know I've called about three times this week or two, expected ETA on the,
I know everybody wants to know this, a lot of people do on the herbal thing. I can't think.
Herbal starts by stop should be. Yeah, thank you, Richard.
Okay. All right, who's next?
Well, I want to know when we're getting it.
Nate, by the end of next week, I said, oh, then next week, will you talk really fast
number Southern or okay, I've got a few in my ears up to be high speed. I don't drink coffee.
Thank you. Thank you. Bye. Bye. There's a star six.
Well, I'll just say something really quick. As a reminder, it is a tick season. I know Robin
mentioned this a couple of calls ago, but it is important that we use the deep. And I believe
Robin said that we need to get the 40% deep and I was able to find and repel. They actually have
this one in the dollar store as well. But guys, sure, make sure that you're using the deep to
protect yourself when you go out because ticks are everywhere. Right. And you spray it on your
clothes, not on your skin. And it can last up to, I don't know, three to six washings is what
it says. I would always just pray. I would always pray again. Yeah. Yeah. I would pray.
Okay. Anyone else?
No more questions? There's got to be some new people here.
And you are. I need. I wanted to ask just something just before the newbies. Come on.
I got the non 40% deep after I treated and rushed and treated and washed all my curtains.
And then I spray them with not 40% deep because I don't want to toxify inside of my house.
You know, just 0% deep. How how effective is that Robin or anybody wants to answer?
Zero percent. No, I mean, I'm not. I don't have any please in my house. Come on.
It's toxic. You know, you could just if you're going to you.
Deed is for spraying your clothes and your shoes on the outside. And you could always just stand
outside your house and spray them. You know, it's not it dissipates if it's in your house,
but I when I would spray my clothes, I would just hold my breath and leave the room and let it dry.
Okay. So you're saying 40% deep on everything, even though several months ago,
zero percent deep was advised. We were in a different season then.
And zero percent deep. I found some zero percent deep. Well, let's get
out. Oh, you repel without repel without deep in it. I bought some.
All right. Well, it's not deep.
But but I don't just repel. Yeah, repel has has it has it's for like kids and stuff. It has it's
much milder. And and that's great if you're just worried about mosquitoes and kids, but that's
okay. I got to reorder that then. Okay. Thank you. We're the new people. We love y'all. Bye-bye. Here I go. Bye.
Okay. Anybody new people questions? We got about another nine, 10 minutes.
Anyone Q&A? Everybody's doing good. Anyone want to share your progress?
Cricket. How you been doing?
Well, the weather is great here in Alabama.
Really?
It's been raining for three days.
Yeah, it's been raining here too, but it's been like 35 to 40 degrees in raining.
Oh, it's in the 80. It's 80 years. Well, I have a progress update. I've got the yep.
It's been a long time coming after taking the carpet out and
putting up with bare concrete for a very, very long time. I finally found a contractor who had come in and put in
you know solid flooring no carpet anywhere in my house. So there's that's a milestone achieved.
No carpet, no rugs anywhere.
So now I can I can spray mop if I want. I can spray and then mop.
I can clean them up all those things. You can put them in the side three
and I can fungicide three. That's right. I could do all these things.
Oh, wait, let me let me not forget. You can clean them up and sign them.
Clean them up. That's right. That used to be all I used.
So I don't I don't need that as much anymore. I've cleaned them up.
That that that part is taken care of. My next hurdle is air conditioning.
I've got a minisplit unit that's got to come down. It is fully infested
and I'm getting new units to put up and I've got to keep them clean
and make sure they're draining properly. The first one was not installed properly and it was staying wet.
And I also want to hang like in a window.
No, they hang on your wall and they and they have a little pan and they drain outside
and sometimes the drains get clogged up or they're not installed correctly and they
they drip or accumulate and cause a mold and issues like that.
And dialing in that diet some more things that I thought I could eat. I took myself back off of.
I'm just giving stricter and stricter and stricter with the diet and
I have found that if you take Richard's multivitamin and
and open up the pill and put that in water and loosen around and send them
and put some lemon in there and some stevia it actually tastes like tang.
Really? It's actually it's actually palatable. The thing that's so bitter and I can make that work too.
The herbal stop the herbal parasite stop that is pretty bitter. You can still make that
taste like tea as well. Same thing just dilute it with a lot of water a lot of lemons
and a little bit of stevia and it tastes like tea.
You take them out of the capsule because you're sensitive to the
study of those capsules. Yep, I can't have the capsules. If I don't have the capsules I make a
lot more progress in the bathtub. Okay. Yeah, that's rare. That's when I say to making a diet
work and it's rare that one may have a pearl with a capsule itself but it's making the diet
work and discovering that reality is a big difference. It makes a big difference in making
the diet work. I mean there are so many little nuances like even the toothpaste that you're using
could in some cases keep the diet from working because it's got stuff in it that is not on the
diet. Even though you're not supposed to swallow the toothpaste you're still getting it in and it's
absorbing into your sublingually. So yeah, and we found that- I only use Richard's toothpaste.
That's the only toothpaste I use. I do have baking soda as a backup if I run out. That's all I would
ever use. And we have some people find that even prescription medications have ingredients in it
that are not good and they then get a prescription and go to a compounding pharmacy. So maybe the
diet work is the answer and it is the same for everyone but people who figure out how to make
the diet work do get their lives back. There is a connection between the food and the things that
you put in your mouth. In this case these things are not food, castles are not food,
the ingredients in medications are not food but there is a connection between what you put in your
mouth and the symptomatology that you have. I mean for many years we've known that people
may have a problem with rice, some rice, some spell or they can only have at certain times of the day.
So when somebody tells me, well I've done everything, no you haven't. You haven't. You thought you have.
You really got to die deeper and attending these calls sometimes rings a bell as to what you
might be missing and where you want to die a little deeper. And I have a new secret weapon.
I take Richard's Nature's gift skin lotion and I add in clove oil, mix that in real good and so I kind
of make my own clove cream and that's then very beneficial. I will put that on my feet right after
a baster example just anywhere that I see. I feel activity because the clove oil is pretty
actionable for me. Robin, Robin with a lie, you forgot to, Robin with a lie in Alabama,
you forgot to identify yourself, you're a newbie and a coach and boy do we love you, you're fantastic.
And she's dealing with fungal. Fungal is important so people don't think oh I can get rid of
mites by doing what Robin in Alabama, Birmingham. Oh I had, I had mites, oh I had them and with that
enzymes, enzymes, enzymes. Okay. And I used to use, when this first started I thought mites was all
I had. I didn't know about the skin fungus. When I got rid of the mites and the fungus took over.
I was like oh well that's pleasant. How did you get rid of all that stuff underneath the floor?
Because you sent me a picture of your floor. How did you get rid of all that? Well when it was bare,
when it was bare I just sprayed and sprayed and sprayed continuously. I don't know that I got
rid of all of it but it's completely covered and so you know it's underneath the flooring which is
now sealed it under. Saturated and sealed, S&S sounds good to me. I'm jumping off, thank you.
That's what I'm hoping. I mean I don't know what else to do. I'm not an expert here. I'm just,
at least I don't have carpet I guess is what I'm saying. That's a good word. Yeah,
you know none of us are experts until we figure out what works and if it works for other people
as well then we can't kind of become an expert. We figured out some answers and that's great.
Thank you Robin. Right. I also recently bought Claudius Dream Cream and I really really like that
product. Yeah it's great. I love the
product. I didn't get to sleep until probably about eight o'clock in the morning. I've got to
readjust. Miss Lee's schedule again. Robin with a wide. Mary says a question for you. So how is
Claudius Dream Cream? Can't speak either Dream Cream different from the one that you've added to
that you were seeking of earlier. Well Claudius Dream Cream does have a little bit of citronella
but not overpoweringly so from another company I had bought a similar product and it was just,
it was like pouring a citronella candle over you. It wasn't too much citronella. It got in my clothes
and I couldn't use that product but Claudius Dream Cream is very light, subtle. It's almost a
limiting, a limiting citronella and I'm sure it has. Actually I've read the ingredients. I don't
have long memorized but it's got a lot of the oils in it that act as the repellent. So it's like
it does the hard work of putting all that together for you. I was inspired by our
Sunday co-host Robin who said that she makes her oil blend and I'm going to try that. I bought
some olive oil, I bought some coconut oil and what I've got in my cabinet I've got name and pepper
mint, I've got lavender, I've got lemon eucalyptus, I've got clove of course. Are there any oils that
I'm missing that I need to get? I think I've got oregano as well. Lavender oregano peppermint
name. What else do I need? Tea tree? Well here are the tea tree oil. Here's what the ingredients of
Claudia. Palo Santo peppermint rosemary lemon grass lavender.
Pellor, I came and pronounced it. Hilarish, medium, red thyme, black spruce.
Yeah that's what it's got. Carrier oils, they sense flour, extra virgin olive oil and
shade butter are the carrier oils. Yeah okay. Richard the thyme is up.
Oh yeah. Okay we got like a half a minute anyway. You got anything to wrap up with Robin and Sharon?
No I just wanted to add Birmingham Robin. You have two different creams you used, the one
we were talking about and the other one that you mentioned earlier. Do you use them at different
times of day? Birmingham Robin. I tend to oil up and cream up right after the bath and then
when I wake up in the morning. But I mean both creams, both formulas.
Sometimes yeah okay thank you thank you. Okay all right. All right that wraps up this segment
we'll continue so we can stop the recording now.
All right welcome back and anyone have a question maybe during that little break you thought of a
question. There are six. We have a question here. Okay. So we were unable to find the laundry
ammonia. So we bought some from ACE hardware so it's stronger than the laundry ammonia and we're
just curious we want to make sure we're doing the right dilution amount to really kill these
things but of course not be overwhelmed. So what would you recommend as a dilution ratio for the
hardware style ammonia? Well that's that's dangerous stuff. You want to wear high classes and you
want to wear rubber gloves when you're handling it and it is eight times stronger I believe eight
times stronger than regular ammonia. So you definitely want to dilute it one to eight one part
ammonia to eight parts water. Okay. And be careful when you're diluting it so that doesn't uh I don't
know which way you do. I think you would pour the water into the ammonia I believe to dilute it.
It might not matter. I don't know but you might want to you might want to go to Google and ask
as for dilution instructions of janitorial grade ammonia how to do it. That sounds good. Yeah we've
been doing the ammonia and then pouring the water in and and we've been doing eight to one so that's
good. All right. Thank you so much. Sure thing. Thank you. All right. How are you doing?
Have you made the diet work?
Hello? Yeah. How are you doing with the diet? What's happening? Well.
How far are we? Well I'm strictly doing the stage one but I am wondering because last time I didn't
do cellulose capsule uh something and I don't know it seemed to be more active but I also tried
putting diet tenacious earth on my hair so it could have been just that making it more active.
I put I put on the cap and everything. Actually I did a trash bag but I did a little hole in a
sour cap for us and put the diet tenacious earth in there so it wouldn't inhale it and I put it
all around my hair and they didn't like it at all but I'm not sure if you know how much the kill
ratio was on that. So I'm I'm unsure if it was just the diet tenacious earth or the capsule
but I think what I'm going to do is just continue to journal since I do that capsule every other day.
I'm going to be you know if I'm having a worse time after the capsule versus before. Do you think
that if I did I would notice pretty much right off the get-go? Which capsule is it that you're
taking? I'm taking an other method in capsule that my doctor has just changed. Is it uh
vegetarian capsule? Yeah it's somewhat complicated so my guess is yes. I've also
put that from the regular pharmacy before and um but I mean sometimes the ivermectin will just make
things more active in general. Why are you taking ivermectin and how much are you taking and how long?
So I'm taking it because I have had the well I was first diagnosed with scabies. I know pretty
sure after speaking with ramen that I have mites we did have a bird's nest that flew out of a tree
and we were just unaware of what that could mean and then there's the columbula,
faster. I am seeing a dermatologist and he has me taking ivermectin. Probably he's just under
the impression it's gabies and I'm not saying it's not scabies. I could still be dealing with that
but also I might have some other parasites like I'm going to look into the strong veloyties
and um yeah I'm just going to see about maybe even doing the full detox at this point.
Yeah it's good to do the full detox bundle that they have on shop foringgalon and dot com
to get rid of all those factors. So I mean I kind of think about the rice um but wow if I didn't
have the rice I would be hungry all the time. I'm already small and so I eat a lot for my size
and I don't want to be hungry so I'm trying to you know we did rice pasta as well for the
last two days not the day we just did regular rice so that's the thing we bought some rice crackers
that you guys suggest for the diet I need a few of those. So yeah I mean the rice does seem to be
an important part. I guess I could eliminate the gelatin capsule first or whatever it is cellulose
capsule see how that goes and then from there if I'm if I'm not getting the results what I need
I'm thinking how long I've been on the diet probably like two weeks so I'm still pretty new
I was on the last two Sunday calls and I think I just started it with the first Sunday call
but I did the questionnaire and I emailed it to you and I did speak with Robin
and um on um then we'll just like a couple days ago and she gave me some tips.
Your first name? Laurie from Arizona. Did I send you I don't remember Laurie you did that just a
couple did I send you the analysis? No. Oh send it to me again because I don't remember
the questionnaire from you. Okay I will I will send it to you again I'll just find it in my sent
mail and send it off to you again. I think I just copied your email address from the
email body of the email so I'll make sure that that's correct as well. Yeah and I see too at
Verizon.net. Okay yeah so Laurie I wanted to say that I had forgotten just to make sure about the
diet. I wondered if you could like keep it diary for three to five days and then we could talk
about it. We could look at how you're doing with the foods and and tweak it if we need to.
Okay that sounds good. Yeah that would be useful. Based upon what I've heard today I mean I might
have everything. Sad to say but but yeah I'll get you that question used as well and and that's
a great idea Robin I will certainly probably journal maybe I'll journal how I'm doing but I
think you're maybe just takes a little while. I can't say I think I'm counting improvement and then
I mean it's just taking the bass and I've been doing that shower cap regimen that
your first coach Sandra had done and they really were like popping on my hair is super
super infested so I think that's like my biggest problem area. If you get the diet to really work
it's going to help with the hair as well. Oh that's a good tonight. Yeah have you have you
shortened your hair or were you short? Yeah well there's waist length but now it's more like a
shoulder just like a little bit past my shoulders like touching in the front maybe and past it you
know in the back but it's not waist anymore. So I mean it's really hard when you've had long hair
your whole life to go immediately up but if you think I should do tell me. Well it's a matter of
consider this that if they are in your scalp and in your hair most of that hair is dead and all of
the most of the stuff that you're using in your hair is being wasted on dead hair and not really
working on your scalp. So it's a matter of the efficiency of the getting your scalp totally clean
of it because getting your hair clean of it is I mean it's it's already shot right Robin that
hair is already gone it's dead. Right I mean yes that's true but. So you want you want your hair
as staves as close as you can or as short as you possibly can. Okay wow take take two inches off
every day or every two every two days and get it and make it slow. You know you do that. Yeah I'll
take it slow because I can't go anywhere I don't want to insect anybody so I have to do it myself
and I mean I'm not a hair stylist but I've managed to get a pretty good look up with this one
so I'll just first I gave myself a bunch of layers it kept the length and then that was before I
started doing the dieting getting on your protocol and then I went now late late to like shoulder
length so with some layers in it. So I'm getting me who knows maybe I'll end up having another career
after all this is done. No I don't I don't want to be possibly affected by other people and here
in Arizona we have talk about the insect capital of the world with parasites I mean it's really
done so but yeah I'll just do like a couple inches that's a great idea to just and that'll make it
easier for me as well to keep the shape of the hair. Okay all right thanks so much. Thanks for
being a part of our program. Also anyone have a question? Lori in Arizona that's where I got
the bird mites Maris in Georgia on my graded away from them and didn't help but anyway are you
are you aware of shop for my help.com with Nancy in Austin Texas?
For my house? Yeah we all take the pills from there we all order those even when like Sharon's
done with it she's still ordering the pills. There she is. I've remecked in bed. You talk about the detox
kits for the number four? Yes. Yeah I'm talking about Nancy in Austin Texas that we buy our
three or four different bills from including our remecked in. Use the site shop for margaleons.com
that one's specific and you can always call her at the bottom right of the page her phone number
there. It's a lot of eight eight eight eight eight four dash eight eight two two I think.
But yeah shop for margaleons.com. All right that sounds great I will and you just recommend
doing the full detox. I mean I have a sense of the stomach which maybe well it's partly because I do
have biofilm. I have SIBO. I have SIRS. Unless you're familiar with chronic inflammatory response
syndrome but that is in the questionnaire. But what happens with mold toxicity is you get a biofilm
that is has a in your nose and it is it's they call it marcons and so it is it's not MRSA but it is a
similar stuff like cock eye that is multi antibiotic resistant and so I'm I'm starting to
finally be able to do the binder but the biofilm that this stuff produces the mold and all of that
is a struggle and so it makes my stomach a little more sensitive or it could just be parasites.
I am not sure but well in our store yeah in our store there is a product called
Kyanase enzymes that is actually created for biofilm.
Okay Kyanase enzymes right you can call in and order it direct from Chris.
I already placed an order about five days ago I did it through the email this time
it was a different order so I should that should be getting shipped out before too long.
Everything so well if you call in if you call in and hasn't been shipped you can add it to your order.
Great all right so hey that's a really great idea so thank you thank you so much.
Okay all right anyone else a question?
Star-tixed?
Anyone else?
I heard there was going to be some newbies on that I haven't heard any of them
but don't be shy we all start as a newbie.
Well I guess we'll go into managing stress what do you want to do to manage stress today Robin?
I don't know what are you guys in the mood for?
We haven't done deep breathing in a while.
Okay go ahead and do that.
Okay all right we're still recording is that is that okay?
Sure.
Wait no maybe we stopped recording because we just phone calls and I never started it again.
I just wanted to say to Lori in Arizona that if she's concerned I'm sure that if you order from
the word gallant site or enancia.
Okay do go ahead do stress management.
All right all right guys we're going to do deep breathing today deep breathing is
amazing because it lowers your blood pressure, it calms your whole nervous system,
takes the nervous out of system and it enhances your immune system and your overall health
gives you more clarity of mind and it's just it does a lot of great things for you because
it reduces stress just by breathing.
I think that's amazing.
So we're going to do some deep breathing with some affirmations.
We're going to if you're sitting make sure your legs are uncrossed and on the floor,
your back is kind of tucked into the back of the chair.
If you're standing your legs are apart either way your shoulders are down,
your chin is down and you're going to breathe from your diaphragm which is in your belly.
This is called box breathing and when you inhale your shoulders stay down they don't go up
and your belly goes out.
It's think of your diaphragm as like a bellows and you're filling it with air and then
you're going to use your muscles to slowly push the air out.
You're going to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And so we're going to start by taking a cleansing breath, breathe in through your nose
and then out through your mouth and now we're going to breathe in for the count of five,
hold for five and then exhale slowly.
Breathe in two, three, four, five and hold and slowly let it out in the hiss.
Now let's breathe in hope and expectancy and joy hold that thoughts and let's breathe out and
imagine parasites being dissolved into nothingness all around you.
Every breathe in every place you step parasites die and flee and breathe out slowly and notice
that your environment is clean and safe.
Breathe in breathe in strength and clarity of purpose hold that thought and release anxiety
and fear and discouragement.
Breathe in breathe in happiness we can be happy even with parasites hold that thought and release
anxiety and fear again just release it and place it with hope.
Okay one more breathe in new beginnings spring and release fear and longing and discouragement
and then have a cup of tea or water lemon water sistice tea and yeah I feel so much better.
I hope you do too. All right I'm going to stop the recording again.
