Personal Purpose and Purposeful Recovery of Morgellons
This transcript features a deep-dive discussion led by Richard and Sharon regarding the recovery from Morgellons disease and other skin parasites. The conversation emphasizes the "King Diet" as the primary tool for healing, while also exploring the psychological and spiritual journey of finding purpose through chronic illness.
The Core Protocol: The King Diet and Recovery
The foundation of the recovery program is the "King Diet," a multi-stage nutritional protocol designed to stop the breeding cycle of parasites. Richard emphasizes that while many people focus on external treatments, the diet is the "first clutch" that must be engaged for other protocols to work. Stage 1 is described as extremely strict, often leading to immediate relief from the intense itching, biting, and crawling sensations associated with Morgellons. The most significant early indicator that the diet is working is the restoration of a full night's sleep, which many sufferers haven't experienced in years.
Symptoms, Diagnosis, and Medical Realities
Participants discussed the difficulty of obtaining a correct diagnosis, noting that the medical establishment frequently labels Morgellons patients with "delusional parasitosis." Richard highlights that symptoms like non-healing lesions, filaments/fibers growing from the skin (sometimes fluorescent), and intense neurological sensations are physical realities, not delusions. The discussion also touches on "cofactors" such as Lyme disease, Collembola, mites, and environmental stressors like GMOs, glyphosate, and EMFs, all of which can exacerbate the condition by weakening the immune system.
Practical Health and Environmental Tips
The session provided several actionable health tips for those in the program:
Hydration: Sharon shared a personal experience of being hospitalized for dehydration. Richard suggested the "pinch test" (pinching the skin to see if it stays tented) as a quick check for hydration levels.
Supplements: Richard shared a breakthrough using "Polyphenols" (Digestive Aid) to manage diabetic-like symptoms and neuropathy, suggesting that some issues attributed to insulin may actually be digestive in nature.
Environment: For disinfecting the home, hypochlorous acid was discussed as a less toxic alternative to ammonia, though results vary by individual.
Cookware: Cast iron is highly recommended for its safety and traditional benefits, provided the user does not have iron sensitivity.
Finding Purpose through Suffering
A significant portion of the call focused on the "purpose of life" discovered through the struggle with Morgellons. Sharon and Carol Ann both expressed that their experiences led them closer to spiritual faith and a desire to "pay it forward" by coaching others. Richard reflected on his own journey from engineering to stress management and eventually to parasite research, concluding that his purpose is providing results-oriented solutions for a community often ignored by mainstream medicine.
The discussion reinforces that while Morgellons is a devastating condition often dismissed by the medical community, recovery is possible through a disciplined dietary approach and a supportive community. By addressing both the physical cofactors and the spiritual mindset, sufferers can transition from "parasite breeding machines" back to healthy, purposeful individuals.

[00:12] Speaker 1: (Dinging)
[00:17] Speaker 2: Good afternoon, everybody. I lost Sharon. I can't hear her. So, (laughs) she was going to introduce-
[00:25] Speaker 3: I-
[00:26] Speaker 2: Are, are you there, Sharon? Can you hear-
[00:29] Speaker 3: Sorry about that. (laughs)
[00:30] Speaker 2: Okay.
[00:31] Speaker 3: I got muted. Welcome, everybody. It is the last BBC, or no, let me correct that, BBS podcast of the month. Welcome, welcome, welcome. I am filling in. My name is Sharon, and I'm filling in for Robin, our co-host. She is not here today. Um, however, we will have our question and answer session, and we will go through our program just as normal. Um, just to tell you a little bit about me, I joined, um, actually, uh, about three years ago. My doctor and I, we were, uh, reconnecting and, and going over all of the things that I'd gone through within those three years and how far I've come because of Richard, Robin, and all the wonderful coaches. Um, I was very infected. I looked like a battered woman, beat from head to toe. I lost my teeth. I lost my hair.
[01:28] Speaker 3: Everything just kind of vanished away, but I thank Richard, and of course thank God, that I am getting my life back, or have gotten my life back, one, because of that wonderful King Diet that Richard has made, and two-
[01:42] Speaker 3: (dinging ... is because of all of the protocols that he has provided for us. He's provided all the pieces of the puzzle to get your life back. And when you hear the excitement in my voice, it's because I'm so happy to pay this forward to you guys and just keep coming back. Richard, he first became infected in the '90s, and it was very life-changing for him, just as it's been life-changing for us. But he didn't have a Richard, so we're so grateful to have a Richard, so that he's already done the footwork. He's done boots on the ground, and only thing we have to do is make this King Diet work, take our supplements, uh, to boost our health and immune, and to make sure that we don't forget how important it is to clean our environment. Uh, Richard went through countless doctors, and there was nothing that they could do for him, just as there's nothing that they can do for us. However, we give it a shot every now and then, but we always end up coming right back to this wonderful 13th edition of How to Get Your Life Back from Margellans, or Morgellons, and Other Skin Parasites. This will be your savior. And at this time, I will, uh, give it over to Richard, the one who- (dinging)
[03:00] Speaker 2: ... wrote this wonderful book. Richard, it's all yours. Thank you, Sharon. Wonderful to be here, my favorite place to be during the week. Uh, and why? Well, what, what is your purpose in life? Take, take a moment and, and reflect. And
[03:25] Speaker 3: (beeping)
[03:25] Speaker 2: ... while you're reflecting on your purpose in life, I'm going to read or state the, uh, federal guidelines that, uh, apply to what we do. Uh, the FDA has not evaluated anything that we say or anything about my book or anything that's written in my book. Uh, that's because to be evaluated by the FDA, you gotta put millions of dollars up front to have them, (laughs) evaluate it, so, yeah. Uh, we're not there. Uh, the FDA require, the, they require me to inform you that before you start my incredible diet or accept any of our recommendations... Now, the law is written such that if I recommend that you drink a lot of water, that's a recommendation, and you are to discuss that with your medical doctor to make sure that it doesn't... whatever recommendations we make, the diet or whatever doesn't interfere with your health problems. Um, now, we also have the AMA.
[04:41] Speaker 2: Now, you are most likely familiar with very many of their members, and have gone to countless numbers of doctors and spent hundreds of dollars, if not thousands of dollars, and the best result you can get there is, is if-
[05:03] Speaker 3: (coughs)
[05:03] Speaker 2: ... the doctor says, "Well, you got something, but I don't know what it is or how to treat it." That's the best.
[05:10] Speaker 3: (coughs)
[05:10] Speaker 2: Well, they might mention, "Yeah, maybe you have Morgellons."
[05:14] Speaker 3: (dinging)
[05:14] Speaker 2: But I recommend you never, ever, ever walk into a doctor's office, show him your skin and say, "Is this Morgellons?" (laughs) Uh, it's easy enough to get diagnosed as being delusional (laughs) without popping up the delusion word, Morgellons. Uh, so, being that we do not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent disease, 'cause only doctors can, by law-
[05:51] Speaker 3: (coughs)
[05:51] Speaker 2: ... we're fortunate enough to be able to educate you. Now, based on my 25, 30 years... God, I'm getting old. 79, would you believe that?Right? Wait, that- where the hell did life go? Uh, it's gone, but I'm here. (laughs) So, we're allowed to educate you. Can educate you... Well, before I get into this, I want anybody on this call to tell me where you get these four things; boom, boom, boom, boom. Outline, concise, and then a protocol to follow it. You ever find it on Facebook? Sharon, what do you... Have you ever read Facebook and- and seen any post that says, "Well, you, if you wanna get rid of a village, you gotta do more than drink baking soda"?
[06:57] Speaker 3: (laughs) Fortunately, I don't follow Facebook. I don't have a Facebook account, so I didn't get to run down that rabbit. (laughs)
[07:04] Speaker 2: (laughs) Okay. Well, there are many people do, who do in- indeed. And I- I believe it. It's a fantastic place to bring people together, but there's no place to go. You know, their guidelines say they can't recommend things even if they do work. Even if they do work, they can't recommend it. And I understand that. Everybody in this rabbit hole would be on there saying, "Hey, do this and do that." It's... I've gone down a lot of rabbit holes. I certainly have. There should be a place in between where... What I've discovered is acknowledged, what diet works. There is no place in the whole entire world where you people can go and find people who are getting well and not just showing you stupid pictures of filaments and fibers and lesions and crap. We don't get into that stuff. We don't care where Morgellons came from. We don't care what caused it. We don't care what your lesions look like. We don't care! Why? "Why, Rob?" Wh- why, I keep saying Robert. Why, Sharon? Why don't we care?
[08:27] Speaker 3: We don't care because we have the answers. We know-
[08:29] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[08:29] Speaker 3: ... how to combat.
[08:31] Speaker 2: And the answer is the diet, absolutely, the diet. Now, uh, this is a podcast that may be the first time that- that you're listening to it, and how do you know if you have Morgellons? So, um, I was hoping, uh, my, uh, Carrie Ann would be with us today. Are you with us, Carrie Ann? I don't think so. Uh, we had communicated earlier. Uh, but how do you know if you have Morgellons? Well, if you have filaments and fibers growing from your skin that are not normal, that are different, could be different sizes, different colors, could even be fluorescent, could be minuscule in size so that you only find them, uh, when you are accumulated in your bedding and your clothing, uh, and- and you're not wearing cashmere or wool. Well, that's a good indication that you're dealing with Morgellons. Along with that, you may experience intense itching and biting sensations and lesions that are not healing and things coming out of your skin and, uh, even, uh, it can affect your mental attitude.
[09:44] Speaker 2: And some people can, can be, uh, more paranoid or bipolar as, uh, Dr. Bransfield, the psychiatrist that's specializing in this, uh, disease, will also tell you. So- and those, some of those symptoms, the filaments and fibers are Morgellons. The other symptoms can be, uh, different, uh, parasitic organisms such as coloboma, uh, different, uh, skin fungus, uh, uh, and, uh, mites can also contribute to those things. Uh, rashes on the skin are- are often bacterial or caused by, uh, worms that are loose in your body and- and they- they infect- infest the skin as well. So that- that's what it's about. Now, back to the four things to do. And it's like, uh, driving an automobile with a- a shift instead of the automatic thing that you have now.
[10:46] Speaker 2: I don't know if anybody drives these shifts anymore, but-
[10:49] Speaker 3: Five speed. (laughs)
[10:51] Speaker 2: Huh? You what?
[10:53] Speaker 3: The five-speed shift. The stick-
[10:55] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[10:55] Speaker 3: ... to the five-speed. (laughs)
[10:57] Speaker 2: So this, this, uh, this- this automobile has four clutches, and we need to engage them all at once. Now, many people are already doing, uh, three of them. And unless you're doing the first one, then the other three don't really make much difference, because, uh, as I've said on many occasions, you're a walking, talking parasite breeding machine. Everywhere you go, they're shedding or jumping from your body or the filaments are flying off of you, floating away from you as- as you shed them. Uh, those filaments can be contagious, not to everybody, but to, uh, many people. Uh, there's a researcher at, uh, uh, one of the, uh, more famous, uh, places that you'll find on the web talking about Morgellons that says it's, uh, more c- uh, the Mayo Clinic, yeah, who estimates 27 out of 100,000 people in the country are suffering from delusions of parasitosis.
[12:09] Speaker 2: Uh, 8.1 out of 100,000 are suffering from Lyme disease. Now, what is the diagnosis that you get when you go to a doctor complaining of, uh, Morgellons or... What, what is that diagnosis?
[12:25] Speaker 3: Delusional parasitosis.
[12:28] Speaker 2: Delusional parasitosis, 27 out of 100,000!
[12:32] Speaker 3: (laughs)
[12:33] Speaker 2: Three times greater than Lyme disease. And a study done by the National Pedulisa Society... I don't know if I pronounced that right, but it's the Lyme organization. Back in 2010... You know, there's not enough research. There is no research. This was a fantastic study, but how many people have tried to duplicate it or bring it? 20... I think 18 outta 20 or 20 out of 22 people diagnosed with delusional parasitosis through microscopy were found to be suffering or dealing or infested with kumbaya.
[13:13] Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
[13:13] Speaker 2: I didn't even mention Morgellons. Kumbaya.
[13:16] Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
[13:17] Speaker 2: That's before the word Morgellons was coined. So you know what the other two were suffering from? Morgellons. (laughs)
[13:25] Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
[13:25] Speaker 2: Actually, I find that 90%, 90% of those with Morgellons are also dealing with kumbaya, such as I was. So-
[13:37] Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
[13:39] Speaker 2: ... number one, make the diet work. I don't know exactly why the diet works. I would guess that if we were able to do research or knew how to do research, we'd find it has to do with vibrations. The foods that are on the eat list, which also happen to be healthy, you know, you won't find, uh, a milk chocolate there and you won't find, uh, uh, sugary, uh, breakfast cereals or wheat and, and, uh, muffins and... Y- you're not gonna find junk food there and sodas. No. Y- you know, so it's very much like most diets, but you're not gonna find carrots on stage one. You're not gonna find peas or olive oil. So it's very different, and I sense it has something to do with the vibrations. Once you make this diet work, within days you can be... Te- tell 'em. What happens if you make the diet work within days? I know it didn't happen with you, but what, what can happen?
[14:45] Speaker 3: (laughs) Yeah, I'm a slow learner, but once I finally caught on, all the itching, the biting, the crawling stopped. So, even with not mastering it fully, I could still see within a matter of days (bell dings) that it made a difference. I could sleep. So, yeah. Eating got-
[15:03] Speaker 2: There. You said the magic word. You said the magic word. And what word? Sleep.
[15:07] Speaker 3: Sleep. (laughs)
[15:08] Speaker 2: You'll have your first full night of sleep that you've had in years.
[15:15] Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
[15:16] Speaker 2: And you know the diet is working. From then on, there should be no question in your mind. No question in your mind because you're on the path. If I was a preacher, I'd bring you to the Lord.
[15:29] Speaker 3: (laughs) Amen.
[15:31] Speaker 2: I'm bringing you to the diet amen.
[15:34] Speaker 3: (laughs)
[15:36] Speaker 2: And I don't care if you're 96 pounds, you can figure it out and make it work, because the end result... You know, how long does it take to get through stage one? It's strict, and you can lose weight in stage one, but we have coaches that can help you minimize the amount of weight that you lose, and, uh, uh, tell you what to eat. Maybe like, uh, oh, I love fried chicken skin. Man, mm-mm. Uh- And that helps you build weight, yeah?
[16:08] Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
[16:09] Speaker 2: Right. So, how long can it be from between when you start stage one and you get to stage two?
[16:19] Speaker 3: Well, that depends on you. Depends on how quickly you make the King Diet work. I stayed on stage one for over a year because I was comfortable there, and I didn't wanna try anything else because I didn't want the misery to come back.
[16:34] Speaker 2: (laughs)
[16:35] Speaker 3: So-
[16:35] Speaker 2: You know, I, I've talked to many, many people who voiced the same thing. (laughs) Stage one, most people agree it works, and why do I want to... (laughs) You know, why, why do I wanna mess it up? But there are people who want to gain weight and, and so forth, and they do wanna go to... And stage two has some wonderful, beautiful foods like red potatoes and, uh, uh, walnuts and macad- macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts and, uh, green apples and bananas. Mm. We do add, uh, some ni- And the recipes become more flavorful as we move into stage two. Now stage two, you know, I can't say you can do it in... To, to move to three in, in a few days. I mean, if you get stage one right, you can get to stage two within days. You literally can. For me it was hours. That's, that's right. Hours. Hours, not days, hours. But then I only started with eggs. Now, I don't want you to go around eating only eggs, but... (laughs) For...
[17:46] Speaker 2: Because once I knew it was working, then I had to figure out what other foods I could eat. Then it took me two years to figure that out. But you could go to stage two (bell dings) within days. So, um, what we're gonna do is go into the Q&A. I was hoping that Carrie Ann could be with us today, or at least somebody from Morgellons Uncensored. Uh, you know, they, they have a political thing there.Uh, politically, and I understand it, I mentioned it earlier, uh, on, uh, Facebook groups, they don't want people mentioning things like, uh, (beep) go out and buy this or, "I bought this and this worked for me," and, or, "I sell this, and this is the best product in the wh- whole, entire world," and send people down a whole bunch of rabbit holes. But by the same token, you don't get any real direction on Facebook Groups. All you do get i- is accumulation of complaining and pictures and pictures and... It's stupid.
[18:47] Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.
[18:49] Speaker 2: Yeah. So on one part, they do a great job. On another part, it's kind of stupid to stay stuck at the same damn thing. I hope that we can come together and educate people. Uh, couple of weeks ago, we had, uh, uh, Nancy from the, uh, shopstoremorgellons.com.
[19:11] Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.
[19:12] Speaker 2: And she is an expert. I, I mean, you could... Th- they have parasite groups too. Now, cofactors. Everybody gets caught up in a cofactor. Uh, and there are many different cofactors.
[19:31] Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.
[19:32] Speaker 2: And once you identify what your cofactor, it's so easy to say, "Well, everybody has this cofactor." Like the, uh, Tell-Solomon Association, "Everybody, it's about Lyme disease. It's about Lyme disease." And then there's another, uh, website, it's about Roediger's Disease. What is that? Spirochaetosis? I don't, I don't know. Roediger's Disease, that's what everybody's got, you know. Uh, years ago, there was a, a guy, a, uh, he was also affected by, uh, Strongyloides Saracolles. I also dealt with it. And he was running around, "E- Everybody's got Strongyloides Saracolles. That's what you gotta do." You know, that, then you get well. Uh, and then we have a guy in, uh, in, uh, Europe, "It's helminths, it's worms, it's worms. That's what you gotta deal with." (laughs) So, you get the picture?
[20:28] Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.
[20:28] Speaker 2: It's all these things. Not just one of them, it's all of them, and it's nice to be able to identify the cofactor. But you know what? The diet doesn't give a crap about your cofactor. It's gotta work. But yeah-
[20:40] Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.
[20:40] Speaker 2: ... we do wanna get rid of the cofactors, and the quicker you identify or deal with the cofactor, faster you're gonna get your life back. So, we go at it all around. You don't see this on Facebook. Uh-
[20:53] Speaker 4: Mm-mm.
[20:53] Speaker 2: ... I saw an interesting post on Facebook. It was on Morgellons Uncensored. And this person, he was probably the first, or she, I don't remember, uh, the first person with any intelligence about... And he's saying, it's about, um, Monsanto's non-GMO foods. Monsanto's glyphosate. You know what? I agree 100%. But it's not only about Monsanto and their glyphosate, and their non G- and their GMOs. It's not only. It's EMF as well. We can't... It's so many stress factors as well, but they are the biggies. It's their, and they're, pesticides as well.
[21:51] Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.
[21:52] Speaker 2: Anything that gums up the ordinary cycle of life is going to contribute to us being more susceptible to Morgellons. So who has a question out there? I know you're tired of hearing me talk. Who has a question out there? Do a star six, or, uh, anybody give their last four di- digits?
[22:14] Speaker 4: No, there's yet- Not
[22:15] Speaker 2: ... nobody gave me a number. All right, so you know how to do it. Uh, star six, that's two different keys, you push them at the same time, the star key and the six key. Introduce yourself, share how you're doing, if you're in the program, if you're new, what your question is. Who's first?
[22:36] Speaker 3: Well, since we don't have anyone to start, I know someone'll ask a question after I began. But, um, I was just sharing at the beginning, um, when I l- logged on to the call, that a week or so ago, I was, um, in the hospital for food poisoning. That's what happens when you get along (computer dings) to stage three, you start getting food poisoning and other toxins-
[22:59] Speaker 2: (laughs) .
[22:59] Speaker 3: ... that you get, you get on (laughs) the king diet. But, um, point to make is the, uh, Chasing Miracles, had I continued to use that, I could have avoided that dehydration, um, because once I got dehydrated, everything else just went downhill, along with potassium. And, and they kept me in the hospital for three days because of it. So just as a extra precaution to you guys, um, make sure you stay hydrated, and it's about to be starting to get hot, so you wanna, um, make sure you're drinking plenty of water. Plenty of water, 'cause when you're taking the supplements, and if you're taking anything from Shop For Morgellons, from Nancy, you definitely need to stay hydrated.
[23:44] Speaker 2: Do you know how to tell if you're dehydrated? A easy test?
[23:49] Speaker 3: What was that?
[23:50] Speaker 2: Do you know an easy test to tell if you're dehydrated?
[23:54] Speaker 3: No. What is it?
[23:56] Speaker 2: Okay. You pinch your skin, like that. And if it stays pinched, you're dehydrated. If it smooths right out, you're good.
[24:08] Speaker 3: Okay. I need that because I get dehydrated (laughs) so often. Um, yeah, that's a good-
[24:14] Speaker 2: I- it, pinch your skin.
[24:14] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[24:14] Speaker 2: Just sque- squeeze it.
[24:17] Speaker 3: Yeah. (laughs)
[24:17] Speaker 2: And, and see how long it stays up there.
[24:20] Speaker 5: Oh, I'm, I'm really hydrated now 'cause I'm taking the Chasing Miracles. (laughs)
[24:28] Speaker 2: (laughs) So, there you go.
[24:31] Speaker 5: (laughs)
[24:32] Speaker 2: So, who has a question? Star six. I know you guys are not shy. If you're new to the program, if you're not in my program and have learned about it through a Facebook group or whatever, speak up. We love to hear from you. Wow, this could be the shortest call ever.
[24:51] Speaker 4: I'm on the phone.
[24:52] Speaker 2: Hello?
[24:53] Speaker 4: Hang on. A call ˴ about what ˴ said ˴ that.
[24:57] Speaker 2: Hello?
[24:58] Speaker 4: Hello?
[24:59] Speaker 2: Yes. Hi. What's your name-
[25:01] Speaker 4: Yes.
[25:01] Speaker 2: ... and where are you from?
[25:06] Speaker 4: From Texas.
[25:08] Speaker 2: Hi, Texas.
[25:08] Speaker 4: Chart, a graphic that shows it ... Diane.
[25:13] Speaker 2: Hi, Diane. Welcome.
[25:17] Speaker 4: Hi. There's a, um, there's a chart, a graphic that shows that if you're hydrated, then your u- urine will be light yellow. If you're dehydrated, it gets dark, and it gets darker the more dehydrated you are. And of course being over-hydrated is bad too, so if it's crystal clear, then you're overly hydrated.
[25:43] Speaker 5: Oh.
[25:43] Speaker 2: Wonderful. That's good. And also, if your urine is not clear, then your kidneys are not doing a good job.
[25:53] Speaker 5: Mm.
[25:54] Speaker 2: So that, that could be a warning sign as well. Okay, thank you. Anyone else like to share? How are you doing?
[26:02] Speaker 4: Sure.
[26:02] Speaker 2: Are you, have you been in the program? Have you started the diet? Is it working for you? Tell us. Tell us.
[26:08] Speaker 4: (laughs)
[26:12] Speaker 2: Hello? Tell us.
[26:13] Speaker 4: Bye.
[26:17] Speaker 2: We lost her. Okay, who's next? Star six.
[26:20] Speaker 4: Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't know, I thought you were-
[26:22] Speaker 2: Oh.
[26:22] Speaker 4: I thought you were waiting for someone to chime in. No-
[26:25] Speaker 2: Oh.
[26:25] Speaker 4: Um, I've talked to you many times. Um, y- yeah, I'm still like on stage one and a half.
[26:33] Speaker 2: Well, that's good. And h- how are you doing, uh, uh-
[26:36] Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah.
[26:36] Speaker 2: ... in terms of getting your life back? In terms of getting your life back?
[26:41] Speaker 4: About the same.
[26:43] Speaker 2: A- and tell us what that is. What, what, uh, any roadblocks? Any problems with your health?
[26:47] Speaker 4: It's about the same. It's, it's about stage one and a half.
[26:51] Speaker 2: Okay. Uh, what about the symptoms? Uh, uh, are you, uh, relatively free of the itching and the biting and all that, uh, uncomfortable stuff?
[27:01] Speaker 4: As long as I'm on stage one and a half.
[27:04] Speaker 2: Okay. So life is different now than it was, being on stage one and a half.
[27:11] Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.
[27:12] Speaker 2: H- h- how long have you been on stage one and a half?
[27:13] Speaker 4: Uh, yes, I've been on stage one and a half for about four or five years.
[27:19] Speaker 2: Four or five years.
[27:20] Speaker 5: Wow.
[27:20] Speaker 2: Okay. Well ... And life is different than it was five years ago?
[27:28] Speaker 4: Yes.
[27:29] Speaker 2: Good. Tell us what's different. What, what about your life is different than when you first joined?
[27:39] Speaker 4: The sa-, I don't have the same symptoms. I was just, I just wanted to chime in about the hydration, because I just learned that.
[27:47] Speaker 2: Oh.
[27:47] Speaker 4: That's all. That's all I wanted do was just chime in about the hydration.
[27:51] Speaker 2: All right then.
[27:51] Speaker 4: Thank you very much for everything you do.
[27:54] Speaker 2: Well, you're most welcome.
[27:55] Speaker 4: (laughs)
[27:55] Speaker 2: And th- and thank you for being part of our program. We appreciate that. Who's next? Star six, please. Anyone else?
[28:08] Speaker 5: Wow.
[28:11] Speaker 2: This is unheard of.
[28:13] Speaker 5: It is. (laughs) No questions.
[28:16] Speaker 2: We sometimes go two hours.
[28:19] Speaker 5: Maybe stress relief. (laughs)
[28:23] Speaker 6: Um, this is-
[28:24] Speaker 5: Too excited.
[28:24] Speaker 6: This is Jen. I'm sorry.
[28:26] Speaker 2: Hi, Jen.
[28:26] Speaker 6: It really hurts to talk, but I do have a question, Richard.
[28:29] Speaker 2: Sure.
[28:30] Speaker 6: Um, do you support the use of hydrochlorous, uh, acid as anything that might help, um, a little bit?
[28:41] Speaker 2: Hypochlorous acid in disinfecting your environment, if it works, that's great. Uh, there is a, a fellow, uh, his name is Michael, I've worked with him for years. He sells ozone machines, and we used to handle hi- his machines, and he feels that dealing ... Of course, ozone, he uses ma- mainly for dealing with mites, and he swears on hypochlorous acid being the answer. Yet, over the years, I've gotten very few people telling me that hypochlorous acid actually worked for them. So, contrary to ammonia, but ammonia is more toxic. So if hypochlo- hypochlorous acid works for you, I'd say great, fantastic. That's good. You don't have to deal with that stinky ammonia.
[29:35] Speaker 6: Okay, great. (laughs)
[29:37] Speaker 2: Thank you for the question. Uh, how are you doing?
[29:40] Speaker 6: It keeps hope. I really appreciate it. I'm sorry. (laughs)
[29:43] Speaker 2: Oh, no, no apologies. H- how are you doing? Uh, are you, have you made the diet work?
[29:48] Speaker 6: I'm still making the diet work. Um, I am so sorry I'm so sick that it, it hurts to talk. But, um, I'm getting there. I'm trying, trying my best.
[30:00] Speaker 2: Okay.
[30:00] Speaker 6: And I'm grateful for you and grateful for everyone there. Thank you so much.
[30:05] Speaker 2: Well, we're, we're very grateful that you're with us and hope to be a, a, uh, a force in your recovery.
[30:12] Speaker 6: Thank you. Thank you.
[30:13] Speaker 2: Absolutely. Thank you.
[30:13] Speaker 6: I appreciate it so much. Thanks.
[30:15] Speaker 2: And, uh, you know, it ... I asked before, what is your purpose in life? And you've had a lot of time to think about that.Would anybody like to share what your purpose is, what you f- have come to find your purpose in life is? (beep) Anyone?
[30:35] Speaker 3: Well, I'll share.
[30:38] Speaker 2: Go for it.
[30:38] Speaker 3: Um, and... This is, of course, something that, um, as a result of this illness, um, it has drawn me a lot closer to God. It's also allowed me to know myself, um, and learn myself more. And through all of this experience with Morgue and all the other parasites, it has helped me to see that, I believe my, um, uh, I'm supposed to pay it forward. I believe that my goal and my mission in life is to help. Um, and I believe that the, the, the struggles that I've gone through has made me (computer dings) strong enough to become a coach and to pay it forward. So, that's what I believe for me. I think I'm here to help others.
[31:37] Speaker 2: Thank you. That's wonderful. To be of service to others. I wish politicians were more like that.
[31:43] Speaker 3: (laughs)
[31:44] Speaker 2: Instead of service to themselves. Anyone else wanna share what's your purpose?
[31:50] Speaker 7: I will, Richard.
[31:51] Speaker 2: Yes, okay. Go for it.
[31:53] Speaker 7: It's Carol Ann. Um-
[31:55] Speaker 2: Hi, Carol Ann.
[31:55] Speaker 7: Like, what's up? Hey, how are you? Was that Sharon speaking?
[31:59] Speaker 2: That was Sharon.
[32:00] Speaker 7: It, it was.
[32:01] Speaker 2: When are you gonna-
[32:01] Speaker 7: Yeah, that's a good question-
[32:02] Speaker 2: When are you gonna, when are you gonna get video? When are you gonna get video capabilities and join us with video?
[32:06] Speaker 7: Um, in, um, in May, I will have k- uh, internet where I can bundle in my p- my area-
[32:16] Speaker 2: Okay.
[32:16] Speaker 7: ... in the new subdivision that I'm putting in. So-
[32:18] Speaker 2: Looking forward to it.
[32:19] Speaker 7: I will, I will 'cause I'm doing so much better. Um, actually, I do not have that vein disease. I went to the doctor, um, which is, my veins are, he said, for my age, um, I'm at the very end of the 60s going into the 70s. (laughs) But he said that, um, they were just great and... So, anyway, the, the skin stuff I've been using works good. And what... My purpose, I believe, when I was 30 years old, um, I had a weight issue all my life and, um, I lost 100 pounds with Weight Watchers International and built territories, and, uh, my purpose turned into helping others lose weight. Um, I went back to college to work for a chiropractor and that's how I finished my career. It was wonderful. But this was a totally different protocol that God taught me. (laughs) And I think I have grown, like Sharon said, uh, in my faith.
[33:20] Speaker 7: And also, it humbles you, um, and it gives you a love and, um, to help others, uh, no matter what they're going through, no matter what color, no matter what race, no matter what status or finances. It doesn't matter. Your he- the program I did and designed with the chiropractor was your health is your wealth. And it is your wealth. If you have not your health, you have nothing here because you can't be a usable vessel.
[33:51] Speaker 7: And the purpose-
[33:52] Speaker 2: Your, your purpose-
[33:52] Speaker 7: ... of this is to-
[33:53] Speaker 2: Your purpose is to support and be of value to others.
[33:58] Speaker 7: Yes. And, and show them-
[34:00] Speaker 2: There you go.
[34:00] Speaker 7: ... if I can lose 100, if I can go through Morgellons, and I have the Mites and the other one, um, but I'm telling you, Richard, the diet plays a 99.9% because I have tested it and tested it and tested it. And when I do something I should not eat in 15 minutes-
[34:24] Speaker 2: You feel it.
[34:24] Speaker 7: ... my legs let me know.
[34:26] Speaker 2: Yeah. I-
[34:27] Speaker 7: So, the diet works. It, it clears it up. I mean, I don't have the symptoms-
[34:32] Speaker 2: Thank you.
[34:32] Speaker 7: ... when I stick to it.
[34:34] Speaker 2: Thank you so much. Now, you know, in, in, uh-
[34:37] Speaker 7: (laughs)
[34:37] Speaker 2: ... wee- weeks past, I just do wanna mention this. In weeks past, we often about this time had people, uh, complaining about the quality of the, of the audio, uh, on, on the call, that they, my voice is all crackled and, uh, loud and over- whatever. And i- it's about this time. So I did, did want to address that issue. If you do have a problem-
[35:02] Speaker 7: Okay.
[35:02] Speaker 2: ... with my voice, now, it is not me, it is not my sound. I know that for sure because I get the videos after they're done, they're recorded, and I listen, and it is not me. Uh, but we have what we believe affects for you. Now, many people just hang up and then call back but the problem is still there. It seems that it might be in your phone, whether it's an AT&T or, uh, Verizon or whatever network you're on, or whether it's an Apple or whether it's a, uh, what, what's the other guy used to, the, the-
[35:45] Speaker 7: Oh, um...
[35:47] Speaker 2: What, whatever it is. You, you know, they, they accumulate memory. Like computers, they, they, they, they have this cache or whatever you gotta clear out every now and then and if it hasn't recently updated. So, if you're getting bad reception from, from this call, the idea is to hang up, but not just call back, but restart your phone. Shut it off completely and then restart it and then call back-
[36:17] Speaker 7: Interesting.
[36:17] Speaker 2: ... and let me know if, uh, the quality is better, uh, of, uh, of my audio that, that you may be hearing. All right. Back to purpose.
[36:26] Speaker 7: Okay.
[36:26] Speaker 2: So far, two people-
[36:28] Speaker 8: Richard, today, today, it was very, very, uh, clear. You're very clear today with me.
[36:33] Speaker 2: Clear today?
[36:33] Speaker 8: So, thank you.
[36:34] Speaker 2: Oh, thank you.
[36:34] Speaker 8: Yes.
[36:35] Speaker 2: All right.
[36:36] Speaker 8: I agree.
[36:36] Speaker 2: It may be the weather, right? I don't know, but I do know, I do know, and if you've... I publish these videos every week, and you can see for yourself, it is not from my end that the problem exists. It's something-
[36:50] Speaker 8: Uh-huh.
[36:50] Speaker 2: ... going on with your end. Okay.
[36:53] Speaker 8: With the phone.
[36:54] Speaker 2: Anyone else wanna tell us about your porpoise purpose in life?
[36:59] Speaker 8: (laughs)
[37:00] Speaker 9: Yes. I'm sorry, go ahead.
[37:01] Speaker 2: Yes. Oh, hi. Your name and where are you from?
[37:07] Speaker 9: Yeah. This is Robin in Birmingham, Alabama.
[37:10] Speaker 2: Hi, Robin in Birmingham. How are you today? How's the diet working for you? How is life for you?
[37:15] Speaker 9: I, I am making progress on making the diet work for me, but it has been a struggle. Um, part of it is I'm hardheaded, um, (laughs) because I read the book.
[37:27] Speaker 8: (laughs) Yeah.
[37:27] Speaker 2: Are, are you a, are you a Taurus? Are you the, are you a Taurus like this?
[37:31] Speaker 9: No.
[37:32] Speaker 2: No?
[37:32] Speaker 9: No, I'm a Scorpio. (laughs)
[37:35] Speaker 2: Good.
[37:35] Speaker 8: (laughs)
[37:36] Speaker 2: Stuck with me, Scorpio. Who heard of that?
[37:37] Speaker 9: And I, I wanna eat what I wanna eat. And then, I'm sorry, the parasites don't care-
[37:42] Speaker 2: I know. (laughs)
[37:42] Speaker 9: ... as you know.
[37:44] Speaker 2: I know.
[37:44] Speaker 9: Parasites don't care what you wanna eat, okay?
[37:47] Speaker 2: They don't give a, they don't-
[37:47] Speaker 9: They don't care. They do care. They want you to eat the stuff that they want you to eat.
[37:52] Speaker 2: That's right.
[37:53] Speaker 9: And, um, so it's been a struggle. It has, because I read the book, and I look at what everyone else can eat. I'm on super, super, super strict stage one. I'm on a, a, a version of stage one that is way more strict than what other people can have, and I've been struggling with the idea of, of maybe throwing my hat in the ring and being a coach, because I've finally been able to figure out how to make it work for me. But it's different for other people. I can't have spelt or millet or rye or rice.
[38:26] Speaker 8: Mm-hmm.
[38:27] Speaker 9: I even do better on clarified butter. I limit rice bran oil even. Um, I have got such a sensitive system, and I think that if you are insulin resistant or pre-diabetic or diabetic, you have got a challenge ahead of you with the diet, because my body wants to turn anything it eats into sugar.
[38:53] Speaker 2: Or may, may I interrupt you? Are you-
[38:56] Speaker 9: Sure.
[38:56] Speaker 2: ... are you perhaps using our Digestive Aid? Have, have you thought of using that?
[39:02] Speaker 9: I've got Argo.
[39:04] Speaker 2: No, our D- our Digestive Aid. Not, not the, uh, uh, enzymes, but the, uh, it's Skin Regenerator Digestive Aid by Polyphenols, uh, have you used those?
[39:17] Speaker 9: I haven't bought that yet. Um-
[39:19] Speaker 2: Well, let me just-
[39:20] Speaker 9: It seems like it was stage two.
[39:22] Speaker 2: Le- le- before you continue, just let me interject a little bit of my own experience.
[39:28] Speaker 9: Sure.
[39:28] Speaker 2: I've been pre-diabetic for quite some time, and about maybe two months ago, I went over the line and, uh, was diabetic, and I had the neuropathy, the, uh, pain in the foot, and, uh, you know, the coldness and everything. And it, it was like a misery. And I was looking at everything on Facebook and, uh, Tip Top or whatever, TikTok. Uh, and oh, by the way, uh, I'm also on TikTok and, and if you like to be entertained, uh, go over there and, and check me out. Uh, I do the Zen Videli- you know, it's a lot of fun. (laughs) I, uh, like to do a little zen.
[40:10] Speaker 9: Okay.
[40:10] Speaker 2: But, uh, you know, the, I'm checking out everything and, of course, uh, cinnamon and, and berberine ha- have been, uh, uh, something that's important, but even that wasn't actually doing it for me. And I saw this video, well, there was Dr. Uh, Oz and Dr. Phil and Halle Berry, and they were talking about worms in the pancreas and how, how weird that sounded, and, and part of the video looked kind of like fakeish anyway, so I checked it out and it turned out to be an AI generated video. And you see a lot of people now, uh, on this worm thing in the pancreas causing, uh, diabetes. And then I saw a, a lady talking about she's selling a book for 40 bucks, and she talked about the importance of poly- Polyphenols, and a little light bulb went off in my head. Hell, we have polyphenols. So I brought the bag home of the polyphenols. I took two capsules with my breakfast, and bang, 90% improvement. Two capsules with my lunch, ni- 90% improvement.
[41:23] Speaker 2: I took, uh, six capsules a day, two with each meal, and it was miraculous. Uh-
[41:30] Speaker 9: Okay.
[41:30] Speaker 2: ... I could have ice cream that I was not able to have before with minimal, I can't say zero, but minimal. So I'm not saying this is a, some kind of a cure, but I, you know, and I can't say it would work for anybody else, but all I know is, in my mind now, it's not an insulin or pancreas problem. It's a digestive issue. At least it is for me, because polyphenols, the epithelial cells are in the gut, that's why we also call it a Digestive Aid. And I started this about a month ago, and now instead of taking six a day, I, I'm down to maybe like two a day.
[42:12] Speaker 2: So this is kind of telling me that what was bad can kind of even be corrected in a sense-
[42:19] Speaker 9: Okay.
[42:19] Speaker 2: ... that you don't have to even rely on this. So, okay, that's my interruption, and continue, please.
[42:25] Speaker 9: That's okay. Well, I, and I very much appreciate that. I will check that out definitely. I was curious to know what app you're using so that video is-... um, available during these sessions? 'Cause I've just been calling it in on my phone. Is there an app you're using like Zoom or GoTo Meetings, something of that nature?
[42:46] Speaker 2: Well, uh, tomorrow, look in your inbox and you should have a, uh, an email from me that has this recording on it, and, uh, a, uh, an outline of the, of the different things that we talked about. And not only today's video, but if you scroll down, you'll see every video probably that we did for the last, uh, year or so. And you can see some of the topics that were, uh, we talked about. Uh-
[43:16] Speaker 9: Okay.
[43:16] Speaker 2: ... so sometimes when I look back, there, there's, there's a lot in this book. Like, about a month ago, uh, (laughs) something I totally forgot about and never even thought about was that when you scratch your itches, it actually causes you problems in affecting the mass cells in your body, infecting the immune system. Something as silly as itching and, uh, uh, scratching an itch. And so... And of course, the good news is we have our Nature's Gift that, uh, puts the itch to, to bed pretty quick. So anyway, thank you so much for sharing.
[43:59] Speaker 9: Mm-hmm. Yes.
[43:59] Speaker 2: Anything else you'd like to, uh, share and...
[44:04] Speaker 9: Um, if I'm interested in becoming a coach, how do I go about doing that?
[44:10] Speaker 2: Just, uh, send me an email.
[44:13] Speaker 9: Okay.
[44:13] Speaker 2: And, uh, yeah, I'd love to welcome you, uh, to our coaching team.
[44:18] Speaker 9: Okay, I'll send you an email.
[44:20] Speaker 2: Okay, thank you so much.
[44:22] Speaker 9: Okay, thank you.
[44:23] Speaker 10: All right, anyone-
[44:23] Speaker 11: And Robin? Robin?
[44:24] Speaker 9: Yes.
[44:25] Speaker 11: You're not very far from me.
[44:26] Speaker 9: Yes.
[44:26] Speaker 11: I didn't realize you were in Birmingham. I'm in Holland Homes. So if you need-
[44:31] Speaker 9: Hi.
[44:31] Speaker 11: ... you can always contact me as well. I'd love to help you.
[44:35] Speaker 9: Is this Sharon?
[44:37] Speaker 11: Yes. (laughs)
[44:38] Speaker 2: Yes.
[44:38] Speaker 11: Yes. You've been on my mind. I've been thinking, you know, that Sharon, she's my neighbor. I am
[44:44] Speaker 2: (laughs)
[44:44] Speaker 11: She's right, she's right here in Alabama, I need to reach out to Sharon.
[44:49] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[44:49] Speaker 11: Absolutely, please do.
[44:51] Speaker 2: And you had to come to me to connect to her, how kind.
[44:54] Speaker 9: I know, I did.
[44:56] Speaker 11: I know. (laughs)
[44:56] Speaker 2: Strange world, strange world.
[44:58] Speaker 11: (laughs)
[44:59] Speaker 9: (laughs)
[44:59] Speaker 2: All right, any, anyone else? A question or wanna share your pur- purpose in life?
[45:03] Speaker 12: Hi, it's Maris in Georgia. Does anybody-
[45:05] Speaker 2: Hi, Maris.
[45:06] Speaker 12: ... is anybody anxious to go? Hello, Richard.
[45:08] Speaker 2: Hi.
[45:09] Speaker 12: Is anybody... Um, I've never heard of palen- Palatino before. Is that a grain?
[45:16] Speaker 2: Palatino? Who mentioned that? I don't remember that.
[45:18] Speaker 12: You just did. You said you took Palatino.
[45:22] Speaker 2: No.
[45:23] Speaker 12: Or either it's my southern ears-
[45:25] Speaker 11: Yeah.
[45:25] Speaker 12: ... translating what you said. It was right in here?
[45:28] Speaker 11: Oh. Palatino.
[45:29] Speaker 2: What I did, I, I took our, I took our formulation. It's for, it's for, uh, digestive aid, digestive aid formulation.
[45:36] Speaker 12: Uh-huh.
[45:36] Speaker 2: Polyphenols.
[45:39] Speaker 12: Oh, polyphenols. Oh my god. It was my-
[45:42] Speaker 2: It's here, it's here.
[45:42] Speaker 12: ... southern ears translating, translating what you said, darling.
[45:45] Speaker 2: Like, this here is a polyphenol, okay? All right.
[45:48] Speaker 12: Polyphenol.
[45:48] Speaker 2: Right.
[45:48] Speaker 12: Um, do you take that, um, by itself?
[45:52] Speaker 2: I take it, uh, with my meal.
[45:56] Speaker 12: Okay. 'Cause I'm hyperglycemic and it's been really weird, like, dealing with this. Um, I, I wanted to just ask some really fast questions. Um, (laughs) I, I have some... this is silly, but I ha- but I, they're in a box for over a year. Real boots from really Mexico that smell like cows, and I've been sca- um, you know, before I met y'all, I thought, "Oh, they're gonna love that," not knowing that they, they don't like it when I eat meat, you know? So are there... Can I bring my boots out and they still smell like... They're the real thing. They smell like cows. They're beautiful, I wanna wear them.
[46:35] Speaker 12: (laughs)
[46:35] Speaker 2: Well, why not? Uh, you, you know, uh, Robin might suggest first that you put some, uh, uh, put them in plastic bags and, and put a sachet of, uh, menthol crystals in there for a few days.
[46:45] Speaker 12: Oh, yeah.
[46:46] Speaker 2: And, and then, uh, I'm sure she will.
[46:47] Speaker 12: I think I've done, I think I've done everything with them, but I'll, I'll make sure because they've been packed up so long. Um, let's see. The other question is, um, is it hydro, hydrochloric acid that you can wash the floor with that you can get at Home Depot?
[47:01] Speaker 2: No, no, no. Hy- hydrochloric acid is very dangerous. They use that to wash brick with. Um-
[47:06] Speaker 12: Oh.
[47:07] Speaker 2: ... hypochlorous, hypochlorous.
[47:10] Speaker 12: Hypochlorous.
[47:14] Speaker 2: Big difference-
[47:15] Speaker 12: Okay.
[47:15] Speaker 2: ... between hydrochloric and hypochlorous.
[47:18] Speaker 12: Thank you, sir.
[47:20] Speaker 2: That's the thing, do you understand?
[47:20] Speaker 12: 'Cause I'm everything but a chemist. (laughs)
[47:21] Speaker 2: Thank you for asking. I, I'm glad you clarified that up. I'd hate to find out next week somebody ordered hydrochloric acid.
[47:26] Speaker 12: No, I don't, uh, I'm not, I'm not gonna do stuff that I don't know.
[47:30] Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe just check.
[47:30] Speaker 12: I am that smart. But anyway, hy- hypochlori- hypochlorous, hypochlorous. Uh, where do you get-
[47:37] Speaker 2: Okay.
[47:37] Speaker 12: ... and you just order it like Home Depot or, um, Amazon?
[47:42] Speaker 2: I, I really, I really don't know. Um-
[47:43] Speaker 12: Okay.
[47:44] Speaker 2: ... I, I've never ordered it at Home Depot.
[47:45] Speaker 11: Yep.
[47:45] Speaker 12: I'll find out.
[47:47] Speaker 2: All right, and it's inexpensive-
[47:49] Speaker 12: And can I use-
[47:49] Speaker 2: What's that?
[47:51] Speaker 11: Amazon has it.
[47:51] Speaker 12: Somebody wanted to say something. Am- Amazon has it.
[47:55] Speaker 11: I think Amazon has it.
[47:57] Speaker 2: I, I would look locally. You gotta pay a lot of shipping. Uh, it's, you know, you, you take in terms of-
[48:03] Speaker 11: They ship it.
[48:03] Speaker 2: ... you, you're gonna be using it by the gallon and a gallon is like eight pounds and it's pretty expensive shipping, like 15 or 20 bucks. So you probably want to find-
[48:13] Speaker 12: Not if you're online.
[48:13] Speaker 2: ... you wanna find it in a, a hardware store or someplace like that.
[48:18] Speaker 12: Okay. For, for a smaller quantity and it's basically for washing the floors, don't you like... 'Cause I had to step away from the call, I'm actually at work. I had to step away from the call and-
[48:27] Speaker 2: I, I'm not, I'm not an expert on it. You'd have to look it up as to what usage you have on it.
[48:31] Speaker 12: Oh, okay.
[48:32] Speaker 2: Okay?
[48:32] Speaker 11: Mm-hmm.
[48:32] Speaker 12: All right. So I'm, I'm on stage one and I'm wondering about, um, can I make some bread with rice blan- rice bran flour?
[48:43] Speaker 2: I don't see why not. There's, uh, there should be a, uh, yeah, yeah, there, there's an easy, uh, recipe, uh, in the, uh, chapter five using spelt. Uh, you can use-
[48:52] Speaker 12: Oh.
[48:52] Speaker 2: ... use, uh, substitute, uh, rice flour, I would think.
[48:56] Speaker 12: Okay.
[48:56] Speaker 2: So-
[48:56] Speaker 12: I'm gonna g- give it a shot because the spelt is way expensive. Way, way, way out of my re- out of my league expensive-
[49:03] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[49:03] Speaker 12: ... for, you know. Um...
[49:05] Speaker 2: All right. Okay.
[49:06] Speaker 12: Rice bran. Okay.
[49:07] Speaker 2: Thank you.
[49:08] Speaker 12: Got another one. Um, uh, well, I've got another question. Um, the ingredient called whey, uh, is that out for us on stage one?
[49:17] Speaker 2: It's milk. That's a milk, yes, that's out. Whey is out.
[49:19] Speaker 12: Well, shoot.
[49:20] Speaker 2: All right.
[49:21] Speaker 12: Okay.
[49:22] Speaker 2: Thank you.
[49:23] Speaker 13: Have a good one.
[49:23] Speaker 12: And I'm not done-
[49:24] Speaker 2: All right, bye.
[49:24] Speaker 12: ... but I'll come back. I'll, I'll, I'll-
[49:26] Speaker 2: Okay.
[49:26] Speaker 12: ... unmute and come back later. Okay, thank you.
[49:29] Speaker 2: Anyone else, anyone else with a question or your purpose?
[49:30] Speaker 14: Yes. Hi, this i- hi, this is Anna. Thank you, as always, for everything.
[49:35] Speaker 12: Thank you.
[49:35] Speaker 14: Yeah, I have a, a quick question, um, in reference to the diet. Um, uh, I'd like some feedback from any of, any of the folks on the line, um, uh, if they've used cast iron cookware or there's this company that makes cast iron cookware and as well as the, uh-
[49:52] Speaker 2: I take *******.
[49:53] Speaker 14: ... carbon steel.
[49:54] Speaker 2: I say cast iron cookware is probably the best you could ever use. Uh, the only problem is rusting and, of course, sticking. Uh, I, I wouldn't y- I wouldn't buy any cast iron cookware with anti-stick properties. Who knows what kind of chemicals they're using. But real-
[50:11] Speaker 14: Uh-huh.
[50:11] Speaker 2: ... cast iron cookware is the way your mom and my grandma used to cook. And it's, it's the best unless you have a sensitivity to iron for some reason or other.
[50:20] Speaker 14: Right, 'cause it could not... Uh, yeah, it tends to contribute to, you know, with iron, overload for some folks, so.
[50:27] Speaker 2: Right. So it's ******* thing.
[50:28] Speaker 14: Yeah, and but, uh, this company, there's a company that also, in, in conjunction with the cast iron cookware, they're making and they're, you know, there's, um, online reviews on the carbon steel cookware, uh, from the same company, that's supposed to be lighter. And some people prefer that over the cast iron. Does anybody know about that? The carbon steel?
[50:50] Speaker 2: I don't know if any- if anybody knows about that. Uh, you know, do your star six. But, uh, I don't know, you just have to go by the reviews.
[50:57] Speaker 14: Okay. So, in other words, you c- uh, the, uh, cast iron is the way that, to go, in your opinion. That i- that's the best, then?
[51:05] Speaker 2: Oh, absolutely. Yeah. It, it, yeah. I don't use it.
[51:08] Speaker 14: Yeah.
[51:08] Speaker 2: I wish I did, but I don't have it, but-
[51:10] Speaker 14: Okay. So you can use that for any, any entrees? I mean, uh-
[51:14] Speaker 2: Oh, a- anything, of course.
[51:16] Speaker 14: Yeah, anything. Fisher. Okay. Uh, yeah, I've never used it and I, I appreciate the, uh, information.
[51:21] Speaker 2: My grandmother never would've questioned using cast iron for anything. Okay. All right. Th- thank you. Bye-bye.
[51:26] Speaker 14: Thank you. Bye-bye.
[51:28] Speaker 2: Who's next? Question or your purpose? We got, like, seven minutes. Well, my purpose. You know, sometimes, uh, you, you, you don't wake up and say, "Well, this is my purpose in life." You don't go through school. I mean, you, you might go through elementary school and high school and college with a purpose in life, and, eh, that's great, and you might start out that way, but life doesn't seem to be about the plans that we make.
[52:00] Speaker 2: It seems to be more about the plans that fall through, and-
[52:05] Speaker 14: Mm-hmm.
[52:05] Speaker 2: ... how we navigate the stresses related with those. Uh, you know, I, I started in engineering, and my purpose in life then was to build natural gas plants. And then I thought, I was thinking, well, you know, they're making synthetic foods. That would be a great thing to do. We, we could see the world, uh, with a chemical plant. Being stupid as I was at that point, not realizing that (laughs) uh, you can't replace nutrition, you can't replace what comes out of, uh, real foods. And I (laughs) , you know, so a- and then I got into stress management, and my purpose in life was to, uh, make the world, uh, healthier and help people, uh, get their lives back from anxieties and headaches and, uh, high blood pressure problems and all the other things that, uh, people suffer from colitis and, and, of course, I stumbled upon the idea, or the reality, not the idea, but the reality is that probably 100% of us suffer from lack of self-worth.
[53:17] Speaker 2: Um, I've worked with politicians and lawyers and, and, uh CEOs, and nobody has good self-worth. So I wrote the book about it. It's called, uh, My Dog Got Run Over By A Rainbow: How To Build True Self-Worth. And I felt that was my purpose in life. And then along comes Morgellons and, uh, skin parasites-
[53:41] Speaker 12: (laughs)
[53:42] Speaker 2: ... and man, all my purposes in life went out the window. And, um-
[53:46] Speaker 12: Mm-hmm.
[53:47] Speaker 2: ... I, you know, uh, therefo- I started manufacturing gutter guards, and my purpose in life was to put up the best gutter guard in every house in the world, or at least in this country. And, but, uh, the, the, uh, the parasite issue really became, uh, paramount, uh, for a long time. And I was fortunate enough to discover the diet and, and kind of escape it. And it seems that, you know, when I, when I read the lot of Facebook posts, there are probably thousands of people doing the same thing that I was doing, was trying to make, uh, heads or tails out of this thing, where it comes from, how we get it, uh, what to do about it, and, and, uh, so forth. Uh, I guess I was fortunate enough to, first of all, fall into the diet, you know, just fell into it. And nobody else has, uh, really looked at it or, or, uh, used it to the, to the re-... to, to the benefit that I've helped, uh, I, I think hundreds of people.
[54:56] Speaker 2: Uh, then along came called Lyme disease, and I had no idea what the hell to do about that. I thought that was gonna end my life, and I was thinking, "Holy crap, finally I got free of, uh, skin parasites, (laughs) and now I'm gonna die from Lyme disease. It's gonna kill me."
[55:15] Speaker 4: Uh-
[55:15] Speaker 2: And it was disastrous. I couldn't write my name. I couldn't, uh, uh, drive my car with my f- using my foot on the gas pedal, it was so painful. I had to modulate it with a, with a stick, about a, a 30-inch long stick. I had to modulate the, uh, the gas pedal. Uh, and it was terrible. And fortunate enough to discover, uh, glutathione and then the, the, the magic of, uh, Garcillin and got my life back from that. But, uh, that could be my purpose in life, but, uh, that's such a huge purpose. Uh, I'm still in the, I'm still in Morgellons. I mean, who's got... (computer dinging) You know, Lyme disease is recognized, there's so many experts that speak about it, and, uh, uh, my voice is much larger here with, uh, with Morgellons. And, you know, the... What then keeps me going is listening to you guys share your progress. I couldn't run a Facebook group. I could not do that.
[56:19] Speaker 2: Just to see people posting that crap, pictures and pictures and stupid shit, I'm sorry, for, for my language, and getting nowhere. I'm a results-oriented guy. If I don't have results, if I don't hear feedback from you, I'm away, I'm gone. I'll find another purpose. It's as simple as that. Uh, but it seems that this is my purpose. Now, many people, you know, even Robin, uh, s- shared, you know, that she was praying with her pastor about a solution, it happened upon my book, changed her life. People say that, uh, God sent them, sent me to you. I don't believe that. No. I'm here... You know, God is the laws of the universe, and one of those laws are probability. And the probability of searching and searching eventually sent you to me, and that is God, to me. But it doesn't... It really helps to feel the love of yourself. It really helps to feel a connection with the universe. Now universe is wild. (laughs) That sits way out there.
[57:50] Speaker 4: (laughs)
[57:50] Speaker 2: Th- and this is where we get into vibrations.
[57:53] Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.
[57:54] Speaker 2: Because you can be religious with the wrong vibrations.
[57:59] Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.
[58:00] Speaker 2: We've seen the results of that (laughs) sometimes in politics.
[58:03] Speaker 4: Yeah.
[58:04] Speaker 2: But you can be religious with the right relations, but, you know, if you searched, and I wrote a book, it's Prosper with the Power of God on Your Side. It's on Amazon. And if you study the history of the church, the actual Catholic Church, if you study the re- (computer dinging) the history of Islam, you would never go into another church or temple again in your life. If you knew that the King James Version of the Bible, which every one of us... I was indoctrinated with it. Do you know who actually, uh, approved that version? King James. That's why it's called the King James Version. Do you know who King James was? He thought he was ordained by God. So, it is not a spiritual, it is a political instrument, is what it is. It's a, an agreement between the church and a king to provide you guidance. So, anyway, our time is up. I love you all. Keep coming back.
[59:33] Speaker 2: Uh, I hope my a- my, uh, (laughs) opinions about, uh, the spirituality-
[59:37] Speaker 4: (laughs)
[59:37] Speaker 2: ... or whatever, you know, take it with a grain of sand if you like, or listen because it can a- it can affect your life. Love you all. Have a great time.
[59:46] Speaker 4: I love you.
[59:46] Speaker 12: Are we gonna have more question and answers?
[59:49] Speaker 2: Oh-
