Skin Wars with Richard L Kuhns B.S.Ch.E., and co-host, Robin O'Herron
Reclaiming Vitality, Four Pillars of Recovery, Co-infections and Internal Health
This episode of the Parasite Wars Podcast features expert Richard Kunes and co-host Robin discussing holistic recovery from Morgellons disease and skin parasites. The discussion centers on the "King Diet," environmental disinfection, and the critical importance of meticulous lifestyle changes to "get your life back" from chronic infestation.
The Primacy of the King Diet
Richard Kunes emphasizes that the "King Diet" is the absolute foundation of recovery. He asserts that while his research team provides high-quality products, these are largely ineffective—benefiting only about 20% of users—unless the diet is strictly followed. When the diet is executed correctly, the success rate for stopping the activity of organisms rises to 100%. The diet is more restrictive than standard keto or Mediterranean protocols, specifically forbidding carrots, peas, potatoes, and all vegetable oils. A major hurdle for many is "hidden" ingredients; for example, common table salts or organic stevia brands often contain sugars or fillers that can inadvertently fuel the parasites and stall progress.
The Four Pillars of Recovery
Recovery is structured around four essential pillars: making the diet work, disinfecting the environment, cleaning the skin, and supporting immune function. Environmental disinfection is particularly grueling, with Kunes’s protocol dedicating 60 pages to cleaning laundry, furniture, and vehicles to prevent reinfection. Participants are encouraged to simplify their surroundings—sometimes even discarding furniture—to make the cleaning process manageable. For skin care, the podcast highlights the use of Ichthamol cream to draw out slivers or organisms and specific bathing protocols to physically remove parasites from the body.
Managing Co-infections and Internal Health
The team discusses the prevalence of co-infections, noting that 90% of Morgellons sufferers also deal with Collembola (springtails). Traditional herbal dewormers like black walnut hull are discouraged because Collembola actually feed on such organic matter. Instead, the protocol suggests annual deworming using specific combinations of Fenbendazole and Ivermectin, or potentially castor oil packs as a less costly alternative. Regarding internal health, Kunes clarifies that while Morgellons is not directly related to diabetes, maintaining stable glucose levels via supplements like Berberine or Ceylon cinnamon can prevent the body from becoming a more hospitable environment for parasites.
Lymphatic Support and Practical Tips
For those feeling "clogged" or dealing with biofilm, the podcast recommends "rebounding" (using a mini-trampoline) to stimulate lymphatic drainage through gravitational force. Other practical advice includes using Ziploc plastic covers for memory foam mattresses and pillows to prevent infestations and using menthol crystals inside sealed bags to disinfect clothing without damaging the fabric. The session concludes with the introduction of a new coach, Robyn, who shares her personal success in managing the diet by sticking strictly to fresh meats, eggs, and specific green vegetables like zucchini and Brussels sprouts.
Recovery from Morgellons and skin parasites is presented not as a quick fix, but as a disciplined lifestyle overhaul. By prioritizing the "King Diet" and maintaining a sterile environment, the speakers argue that patients can transition from "misery" back to a functional, healthy life.

[00:01] Speaker 1: Welcome, everyone. Today is Sunday, April 5th, Easter Sunday, and, uh, and also Passover is going on right now, so I wanna wish everyone a happy holiday, however you celebrate, or even if you don't. And this is the Morgellons, um, what is it? The Parasite Wars Podcast of the week, and I'm Robin, the co-host. I'm thrilled to be here. You know, Morgellons is a damaging, scary, unfathomable, uh, disease that medical science, and mainstream science, and medical doctors don't know how to deal with. It's re- it's unfortunate, but there's very little help out there, and that's why we do this podcast, because Richard Kunes, author of How to Get Your Life Back from Morgellons, Uh, Lyme, and Other Skin Parasites, has found amazing solutions, and we also are his research team. So, this has evolved over the years into a solid, solid plan on how to get your life back. So, if you are struggling, if you're searching, you've come to the right place. We have solutions and answers.
[01:34] Speaker 1: We are here to help you get your life back. Now, Richard Kunes is a world-leading expert on Morgellons and Lyme and other skin parasites. He does research. He answers questions. He has wonderful guests come and, and, uh, be on this, this show. So, I am thrilled to welcome at this time Richard Kunes, author of How to Get Your Life Back from Morgellons, Lyme, and Other Skin Parasites, and, and, uh, host of the BBS Parasite War Podcast. Did I get that right? (laughs) You're muted, Richard.
[02:20] Speaker 2: You got that right. Happy Bunny Day, everybody, and welcome. I usually go through the FDA guidelines at this point. I'm gonna get them a little bit later. Uh, you know, I'm 79 and oftentimes when we get to this age, the, the younger set, you know, the ones in their 30s and 40s, you know, they, they have an attitude about us, you know, getting senile, not knowing what we're talking about. Well, it's sometimes true, but, uh, not necessarily. Why I'm bringing this up is, um, Robin mentioned in their very beginning before we started recording that you have to be careful who you talk to, because they can commit your ass.
[03:16] Speaker 1: Yes.
[03:17] Speaker 2: That quick. I got a call from Rachel this morning. Uh, Rachel's a wonderful lady. I first met her by phone about maybe nine months or a year ago, I don't recall exactly. She's from, uh, Israel, and she came to California, and we talked on the phone at length and, uh, got her all set up and what she needed in terms of... Well, she, she went for the electrostatic spray and sent her all the supplies that, that she needed. She was really set to go, you know, and she had a doctor's appointment, and I guess her only transportation was her daughter. And so, her daughter took her to the doctor's appointment, and, oh my God, the word Morgellons came up. Oh my God, you can't believe what happened. Her daughter took complete control, had her throw out everything she purchased in terms of skin lotions, multiple vitamins, and so forth. Threw them all out. Can you imagine? And basically committed her to living in her apartment in misery.
[04:43] Speaker 1: Mm.
[04:44] Speaker 2: Well, she did eventually, uh, get some kind of freedom and went back to Israel, and I got a call from her this morning. And of course, she's, uh, still in misery with the parasites and desperate for me to send her some products. And recognizing how our stupid, ridiculous pedophile president started a goddamn war he had no business starting, we only get 50 people in and out of Israel every day. That's it. Like, she can't get any products. Well, I emphasize the fact that you don't need the products. I keep telling people this. You don't need the products. You need the diet. Diet, diet. Do the diet, the king diet. It stops... That's why I call it the king diet. How's my voice? I'm not, uh, over... I'm not resonating or anything, am I, Robin? Going to get loud?
[05:44] Speaker 1: No, it's a little bit muffly, but, um, better than last week. (laughs)
[05:49] Speaker 2: Okay. Well, you weren't here last week. (laughs) And, and you-
[05:51] Speaker 1: Oh, on the weekend I was here. Sorry. (laughs)
[05:54] Speaker 2: Last week was perfect. Was perfect. (laughs)
[05:56] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[05:58] Speaker 2: So, again-And she- sh- she acknowledged that, yeah, when she was doing the diet, she was feeling better, and I just got her back on track and make the diet work. The diet, the diet, the diet. The products and all that good stuff come later, (laughs) you know? They're- they're kind of useless in my opinion, even though they're the best in the world. They're kind of useless until you make the diet work. Wouldn't you agree, Robin?
[06:24] Speaker 3: Yes.
[06:25] Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, only 20... about 20% who- who somehow get into the store without getting the book and the diet and- and start buying products, only about 20% of them gain any benefit-
[06:40] Speaker 3: Right.
[06:40] Speaker 2: ... from the product. But when you're on the diet, we got 100%.
[06:45] Speaker 3: Once they make it work. (laughs)
[06:47] Speaker 2: Yeah, when you make that diet work. The... You put the two together, and you are home. Now, what the FDA says... The FDA has not evaluated anything (bell dings) that we... uh, that I've written or that I say or anything that my coaches say. We just don't have the millions and millions of dollars to submit and go through all that bull, you know? So, the FDA requires me to be on board and tell you before you start the diet... And now, this would be true for any diet. You know, the FDA regulations are written, not that they're- they are interpreted to this degree, but they are written to the point that if I tell you to drink more water, that's a recommendation, and you should clear that with your doctor and say, "Richard says I should drink more water. Is that okay?" You know, that's how strict the regulations are. All right? So, they require me to tell you that before you start this diet... In fact, anybody who starts any diet, uh, from a- a professional should be told the same thing.
[07:48] Speaker 2: Before you start this diet or accept any of my recommendations, you are to thoroughly discuss them with your medical doctor to make sure they do not interfere with any health problems you're presently experiencing. Okay? Now, we have the AMA. We are a country of government, although it's falling apart. The AMA requires me to inform you that we are not trained medical doctors. Now, truth be, I would never, ever, ever want to be a medical doctor in today's society. Not that... Uh, I mean, if I could pass that test tomorrow, I would never, ever want to be a doctor. Not the way the medical profession is run. But nevertheless, we are a country of laws. So, because we are not medical doctors or licensed, n- me or nor- neither... none of my coaches, we do not diagnose you. In fact, there is a clinical, uh, medical diagnosis for Morgellons. They call it delusions of parasitosis. All right?
[08:53] Speaker 2: And some doctors may say, "Well, you might have Morgellons," but that is not a clinical diagnosis on his part. All right? So, we do not diagnose. We do not treat. You know, doctors are supposed to treat, prevent, and cure disease. We do none of that. Then what the heck can we do? What can we do? We can educate you. Can educate you how to turn misery into life again. In other words, get your life back. That's what this is about. Isn't that a great name, Get Your Life Back?
[09:35] Speaker 3: I like it.
[09:36] Speaker 2: Did- did- did you feel like... Did you... Whe- when you were suffering, did you feel you had your life?
[09:43] Speaker 3: Uh, the- the name of, um, your group gave me hope that I would get my life back.
[09:49] Speaker 2: The name.
[09:51] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[09:51] Speaker 2: It rang it, yeah. It- it's- it's something-
[09:55] Speaker 3: It resonated.
[09:55] Speaker 2: It- it's something that you- you were really looking forward to, because when you are experiencing the hell of these organisms, it is not your life. It is their life. You live according to their whims. If they wanna itch and bite, they're gonna itch and bite, and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it.
[10:18] Speaker 3: Right.
[10:18] Speaker 2: They're just gonna do it. So, getting your life back. We can educate you how to use this diet. Now, do not assume that this is like a Mediterranean diet or a keto diet or any of those, hyperglycemia diet or anything like that. Yeah, there are commonalities, and this is the keto, the Mediterranean, the hyperglycemia, the candida diet to the ultimate and beyond. No carrots, no peas, no potatoes, no olive oil.
[10:58] Speaker 3: Asparagus.
[11:00] Speaker 2: No asparagus. No vegetable oils of any kind. None. Absolutely no. So, you can see this is far beyond any of the other popular diets that are out there, for whatever reason they are. We can educate you how to make the diet work. And Robin mentioned the importance of having a coach, because it may not be so easy. It is a very detailed diet, a very specific diet. And you could be thinking that you are on it. Just one thing, salt. S-A-L-T. Salt is on the diet, yeah. Uh, and that being so, you could be (bell dings) on a diet and you're using salt and not work... nothing's working. (laughs) What- what's this stupid diet about? It doesn't help me. But you're using Diamond salt or maybe Morton salt or some other popular salt, and if you read the ingredients, it's got sugar in it.... that's why it's a very detailed diet, and can be a challenge.
[12:15] Speaker 2: Even stevia, it's one of the approved sweeteners (bell dinging) and you may go to a health food store and buy organic stevia thinking, "Oh, my God, exactly what I need." And the diet doesn't work. And then bing, you read the ingredients and see it's got sugar in it, or xylitol, or some other stupid thing, that you wonder, "What the hell they putting that in stevia for?" So, you see, the diet is not necessarily easy unless you study it. Like, for instance, you move to another state and you wanna get the driver's license. You just don't go in the DMV and get a stamp that says, "Okay, you're approved in this state." No, you gotta study. You gotta know how many feet you gotta stop behind a bus, uh, when they put the lights on. You gotta know when you come to a four-way stop sign which and who goes first, and so forth. You gotta know these details. I don't (laughs) know them even in this state, but nevertheless, if I were to re- reapply for my license, I'd have to study.
[13:23] Speaker 2: So, you need to study to make this diet work. So, there are four things basically that are important to getting your life back from Morgellons disease, and you've probably been doing three of them already. But, uh, we're gonna fine-tune those even. So, first of all, it is to make the diet work, and that is crucial because without making the diet work, the other three are kinda useless because you're a walking, talking, breathing parasite machine until you make this diet work. So, when you make the diet work, you no longer are a walking, talking, breathing parasite machine. They're not jumping off of you anymore. They're not... Uh, the filaments are not flying off of you, or, uh, floating away from you, and you're no longer contagious. So, you're no longer contaminating your own workspace when you make the diet work. So, number one, make the diet work. Number two, disinfect your environment. Now, there are chapter two, three...
[14:27] Speaker 2: Uh, chapter three of my book, How to Get Your Life Back for Morgellons and Other Skin Parasites... (clears throat) Uh, there she is, has about 50 pages in chapter three.
[14:42] Speaker 3: Oh.
[14:42] Speaker 2: 60 pages. You get that? 60 pages. Not-
[14:48] Speaker 3: Wow.
[14:48] Speaker 2: ... two or three pages, 60 pages about how to disinfect your laundry, your clothing, your bedding, your, uh, um, closets, your furniture, your workspace.
[15:01] Speaker 3: Your car.
[15:01] Speaker 2: Your automobile. What did you say?
[15:05] Speaker 3: Yeah. Car.
[15:06] Speaker 2: Yeah. 60 pages about how to disinfect all this. Uh, w- your bathroom, your kitchen area, sinks, toilets, everything. You know, very detailed, because if you miss one little detail, what happens, Robin? Yeah.
[15:25] Speaker 3: It's so easy to make mistakes.
[15:28] Speaker 2: One little detail is all you have to miss, and you're reinfected.
[15:35] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[15:35] Speaker 2: You're starting over. Do not pass go, do not collect $300, whatever that is. I forget how that goes. But nevertheless, you're back at square one. All right. Now, so disinfecting your environment, number two. Now, many of you maybe on Facebook, you ever see anything about that? You ever see anything (object clattering) about the importance of disinfecting the environment on Facebook or any other? No, I, no. I never saw it. Cleaning your skin, number three. How you clean your skin is important. Well, there's not 40 page, you know, maybe four or five pages, but it's important how to clean your skin and get them out, bathing. Or, if you don't have a bathtub, how to take a shower, and what products to use, and how to get it out. Now, you don't... (clears throat) Now, many people think that simply because I have the best store in terms of the best products in the entire world, that you have to buy my products in order to make all this work. Hogwash. Remember, I was infected in 19...
[16:51] Speaker 2: In the mid, mid-'90s. I had my life back by 1999. I didn't have a store started until 2014. So, it tells you in the book how you can do it without using any of my products. So, you know, I'm not here to take all your resources. There's no membership to this program. There's nothing to buy. The diet is free. The book is free. The coaching is free. Even the disinfection products, the food that you buy, is it from your local grocery store. So, uh, you can do it. Now, why do I have a store? Because it's the best products in the world and they produce incredible results. And I use them myself now that I have it. Now, bathing, cleaning your skin, number three. Number four, it's affordable. If the ******* function.
[17:58] Speaker 3: You're sounding, uh, like you're underwater all of a sudden.
[18:01] Speaker 2: Sounding like I'm underwater all of a sudden. Okay, so is that any better?
[18:09] Speaker 3: Try now.
[18:10] Speaker 2: Uh, okay. Number four, it's available to help immune functioning, it's affordable.Still no ... There was nothing happening here.
[18:18] Speaker 3: I don't know what happened. Is it ...
[18:23] Speaker 2: Sharon, how do you, how do you feel, picking me up? Sharon? Is she there? Is she ******?
[18:31] Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah, you still sound kind of, like underwater.
[18:35] Speaker 2: I do sound like underwater?
[18:38] Speaker 4: Yeah.
[18:38] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[18:40] Speaker 5: Lynn here, and yes, all of a sudden you went under.
[18:45] Speaker 2: It said all of a sudden you went under (laughs) .
[18:48] Speaker 4: (laughs) .
[18:48] Speaker 2: It said all of a sudden I went under. Went out like that. And I'm ******* clear.
[18:51] Speaker 3: Weird. You were okay before.
[18:56] Speaker 2: No, there was no change here. I didn't change anything. Everything's slightly, exactly the same. Weird. Uh, right, wrong?
[19:03] Speaker 3: Maybe, maybe your headphone connection got loose, or your microphone connection?
[19:09] Speaker 2: Take it off. How, how's that? Is that any better?
[19:12] Speaker 4: That's better. Perfect.
[19:13] Speaker 2: Much better.
[19:13] Speaker 4: That's better. Whatever you did, leave it there.
[19:17] Speaker 2: Oh, that thing is loose. Uh, it's a lot of money for a Yeti and these f- these connections don't work all the time. Okay, so we're back again.
[19:25] Speaker 4: Have you tried this?
[19:26] Speaker 2: I apologize.
[19:27] Speaker 4: Yep.
[19:27] Speaker 4: (laughs I think I'm gonna just sell that Yeti thing. Ah, and get rid of it and simply use this. Yeah. All right. So number four is to build health and immune functioning. Now, u- utilizing our various products, uh, if, if affordable. Now, I say utilizing our various products, the, uh, the supplements, uh, it's highly recommended to build health utilizing supplements. You don't have to. You don't have to. You could ... If it's unaffordable, I can understand that. But our multiple vitamin, for instance, is no more costly than any other multiple vitamin you're going to find in a health food store. And yet, our multiple vitamin is the only multiple vitamin made in America that is compatible with the diet, and I have a $100 challenge because if they ever stop making this one, uh, we're in trouble. So, if anybody out there can find a multiple vitamin that is compatible with this diet, I'll pay you $100 just so I have it as a backup. Uh, it's, it's that simple. Okay. So, uh, today I was hoping that, uh, Carrie Ann would be ... I invited her to discuss ... A couple weeks ago, we had, uh, Nancy on from Shop For Morgellons, talking about, uh, the use of Ivermectin and Fenben and dealing with worms and ... I noticed a post, uh, in Morgellons Uncensored, uh, from, I don't remember the name of the doctor, but it was quite lengthly and made a lot of sense and it basically said everything that we always say about worms. Why do you want to get rid of worms? Well, you know, for instance, and, and all of us have worms. 100% of us have worms, unless you've been on Fenben recently, and have completed it. Uh, it's something that one should consi- consider doing at least once a year, deworming, because you can go into any public restaurant, I mean restroom, restaurants have public restaurant, restrooms, and touch a door handle, and if that door handle was touched with someone who did not wash their hands and was infected, boom, you're infected. They go through your skin. Worms can actually go through your skin and inhabit you that way. So, it is recommended to be on the peak of health, to deworm yourself once a year, just as you take your dog to the vet and th- they get dewormed regularly as well. So, worms are a part of the world, part of the world. Now, why? Because worms use up your energy force. They use up your nutrition. They use up resources that are n- not available then to fight Morgellons. You get it? So, we want to be ... Morgellons is a monster and we want to do everything we can to throw all the resources of our body to kill, get rid of, defeat Morgellons. And if you're full of worms and parasites and fungus and, and things like that, it's just gonna bog it down. Now, I'm not saying the diet isn't gonna work because of that. In fact, the diet will work, but you'll get your health back a lot faster if you get rid of worms. So, we had Nancy on and she talked about Fenbenzedil and Ivermectin and how to use them to, uh, uh, uh, get them out of your body. And in all of my years, the only other approach that I have ever heard of in dealing with worms is wormwood and black walnut hull. And, you know, both of them are excellent if you don't have Columbola, all right? Uh, so they're out. 90% of us who are dealing with Morgellons are also dealing with Columbola. And Columbola, Columbola, springtails, snow fleas, whatever you want to call them ... Oh, by the way, you know another word, another, uh, name for Morgellons is sugar snake. You ever hear of that? Sugar snake? No. Yeah, that's a ... Morgellons is also known as sugar snake. I don't know how that came about, but nevertheless, just a tidbit. Yeah. So, the only thing I knew about dealing with worms is wormwood, black walnut hull, which is not good for us because 90% of us are dealing with Collembola. And Collembola live in the environment, 6,000 species. Their job is to ... disintegrate all those leaves and black walnut hulls and things that fall off trees and, you know, the wormwood and that kind of stuff. That's their job. They, they eat that. That's their food. So it makes sense to me that, well, we don't want to, if you're ... Now, if you only have Morgellons, sure. But again, most of us have, uh, co-infection of, uh, Collembola. So the only other thing I knew was Fenben and Ivermectin. And both of them a- if you know how to take them, you know. P- people often abuse Ivermectin to the nth degree and it can be a problem with the liver in time. So ... But nevertheless, Nancy has a protocol where it is not o- abused and used correctly. It's how you take them and the combination that makes the difference. Uh, you're not gonna get rid of worms if you just take Ivermectin. It's not ... It gets rid of some of them, but it's not gonna get rid of them all. So you need to know how to move from Ivermectin to Fenben, and she knows how to do that. And strangely enough, I was going through Facebook, and occasionally there is a post that makes sense. And as I mentioned before, there is a doctor that was talking about exactly what I was saying. Uh, worms use up your reserves and, uh, you, you don't have as much to fight Morgellons if you've got worms. And she's talking about castor oil packs. Have you ever heard of them? Pa- castor oil packs? Hmm. No, I never did. I never heard of them either. Uh, you know, so- (laughs)
[26:29] Speaker 1: .
[26:29] Speaker 2: Th- that's an alternative and I was gonna, I was gonna ask, uh, hopefully maybe Keriann will be on next week and she can get more into it, I hope, but, uh, 'c- 'cause it was, uh, on her, uh, Facebook page, that you use the castor oil in place of ... as I understand it, in place of Ivermectin or Fenben and it seems to me it would be a less costly proposition. Now-
[26:56] Speaker 1: Excuse me?
[26:57] Speaker 2: We have lots of experience with Fenben and Ivermectin. We have very ... We have zero experience with that, so th- in terms of that, that would be one of these things that I, I only recommend looking at because it was recommended by a doctor and that, uh, seemed to know what she was talking about. So, that, that would be something, uh, we would like to learn more about. All right, uh, I think, uh, we're gonna go into Q&A right now. We have a half hour left yet. So, uh, is there ... Did anyone give their number in the beginning, uh, who would like to ask a question?
[27:41] Speaker 3: No, Richard. I didn't get any.
[27:43] Speaker 2: Yes?
[27:44] Speaker 3: No.
[27:46] Speaker 2: Nobody left, uh, their number for a question?
[27:49] Speaker 3: No.
[27:50] Speaker 2: All right, everybody. You know how this works. It's Easter Sunday. Don't be shy. Just push the star key and the six key at the same time and you're on. So-
[28:01] Speaker 6: Yes. Hi. This is, yeah, this is Anna. I have a question, uh, if you would, uh, kindly answer about the bone broth, um, that one can purchase, uh, from the store. Uh, does anybody have a brand name that can, um, you know, s- support us with the diet? Uh, I know that-
[28:18] Speaker 2: It's yours, Robin. Go for it. Robin, she's asking about the brand of bone broth.
[28:26] Speaker 1: Uh, uh, bone broth. Oh, okay. I couldn't hear what she said. Um, yeah. So Zoup has one, but you still have to read labels because Zoup, Z-O-U-P, makes, uh, different kinds of bone broths and, uh, a couple of them ... I think the, the beef bone broth and the chicken bone broth are both okay, but you have to read labels. And I have found store, local store brands actually that have bo- ch- I found a chicken bone broth at my local store, supermarket that is totally stage one. Um, so things are ... You know, there's more and more brands that are able to work and if you're in stage two, just remember that if there's one or two ingredients that are not on the diet, but they're the last thing listed, the ingredients are listed by how much of them are in the thing, so, so usually if it's the last one or two, you might be able to get away with it in stage two.
[29:34] Speaker 6: Okay. Could you-
[29:35] Speaker 1: But I-
[29:35] Speaker 6: Could you please ... I ... Thank you so much, Robin. Could you please spell out the Zoup? I, I didn't hear it, uh, clearly. I'd appreciate it.
[29:42] Speaker 1: Z-O-U-P.
[29:46] Speaker 6: Z-O-U-P. Okay. And then I should be able to get it, like, at Whole Foods or ...
[29:51] Speaker 1: Yeah. I- it ... You should be able to get it and just know that not all of the ... You have to read the labels on each one still.
[30:00] Speaker 6: Okay. I really thank you. Yeah.
[30:02] Speaker 2: Is that Zoup?
[30:03] Speaker 6: Because that's confusing for-
[30:04] Speaker 2: Zoup. No pun intended, but kill two birds with s- uh, with one stone. Buy a whole chicken and, uh, bake the chicken-
[30:12] Speaker 6: Yeah.
[30:12] Speaker 2: ... and then save the bones and make bone broth from the ch- from the bones.
[30:18] Speaker 6: Okay. Yeah.
[30:19] Speaker 1: Yeah. I do that all the time.
[30:19] Speaker 6: Okay. Do you use ... Um, just put it in a pan or do you use a slow cooker? How do you do that? What is your protocol if you don't mind, uh, with the bone broth?
[30:29] Speaker 1: Oh, I just put chicken like I'm roasting it and then, and then I throw the bones in a big pot and make, uh, slow-cooked soup.
[30:38] Speaker 6: Okay. You just put it in a big pot.
[30:40] Speaker 1: Yes.
[30:40] Speaker 6: Okay. Over, over the stov- over stove. Okay. All right. Well, thank you. I really appreciate it, everything. Thanks so much.
[30:46] Speaker 2: Sure. Add in some celery, some, uh, onions, some, uh, leeks, and, uh, you'll have a great, uh, f- a fantastic, uh, bone broth. All right, who's next? Star six. Thank you, Anna. Happy Easter.
[31:02] Speaker 7: Hi, this is Maris in Georgia.
[31:05] Speaker 2: Your name please?
[31:06] Speaker 7: Maris in Georgia.
[31:08] Speaker 2: Hi, Maris. How are you today? Happy Easter.
[31:10] Speaker 7: Very good. Happy Ishtar. I wanna say it the old way. Um, I've been waiting to ask Robin how to, um, how to find the, uh, ichchmael cream, or whatever it's called, ichchmael cream that she used on her children.
[31:25] Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I can't understand. What kind of cream?
[31:28] Speaker 7: Well, y- I think it's I-C-H-A-M-
[31:32] Speaker 1: Oh, ichthamol.
[31:34] Speaker 7: Icthamol. Okay. That's why I needed spelling. (laughs)
[31:37] Speaker 1: Every drugstore has it. Every drugstore has it. It's an old-fashioned remedy. It's black and oily. And it's, I used it to draw splinters out of my kids' skin, so I didn't have to dig in-
[31:47] Speaker 7: Okay.
[31:47] Speaker 1: Um, but it'll-
[31:49] Speaker 7: How do I find it?
[31:50] Speaker 1: ... help. Uh, you just go to, it's I-C-H-M-A-T-H-O-L, ichthamol.
[31:58] Speaker 7: Okay.
[31:58] Speaker 1: It's an-
[31:59] Speaker 7: Great.
[31:59] Speaker 1: ... old-fashioned, every drugstore has, has it.
[32:02] Speaker 7: All right. Quick second one. Um, do you think Parasi- bleh, I can't talk today. Parasite Stop would also stop the colum- Columbola? Columbola?
[32:14] Speaker 2: Yes. Uh, it reduces the, uh, the dopamine uptake in the brain. However, Maris, it is important that you stick to the diet as close, stick to the diet. Don't, don't veer from it or think that just because you're taking Parasite Stop-
[32:28] Speaker 7: Okay.
[32:29] Speaker 2: ... that you can, uh, eat things that are not on the diet. The idea is to help make the diet kick in faster.
[32:38] Speaker 7: Gotcha. Okay. I'm not even bake, I'm not even making any bread. I mean, I'm finally honed down because I was, uh, misinformed, uh, or rather misinformed my brain about the green apples. But I haven't had green apples in a long, long time. So I'm down to, like, nothing, nothing bad, quote-unquote, nothing off phase one. Um, now, when I do make bread, um, there's some cool recipes I found, um, in addition to yours, uh, that have psyllium husks in them. Are psyllium husk anything that we can use on stage one or stage two?
[33:10] Speaker 2: As far as I know, psyllium husk are fine. There should be no problem. (clears throat)
[33:14] Speaker 7: All righty. And then I had asked, um, I had asked you when Robin wasn't here, and so, um, I'm not gonna buy the Spooky, Spooky2 because I've already bought the Calminty, which is, uh, $75. And they recommend a, uh, 7, a 728 frequency. And you have, you have to know the frequencies because all you can, you put in your own frequencies on this thing. If anybody wants to know this, I'm sharing this for people that don't want to afford the, uh, Spooky2. Um, and then of course, Sharon told me to try 863. She said a long time ago, you said, "Use 863 as a frequency." This is a little machine that you can actually do your own frequency. And they send you an email link so you can do that, and it takes forever to get here. It literally was in Shanghai for nine days before it even got on the freaking boat. Um, (laughs) it took 13 days to get here. But it's called C-A-L-M-I-N-T-Y, Calm, and then I-N, and then T-Y. Uh, just wanted to share that. And, um, and then the castor oil. Yeah, castor oil.
[34:28] Speaker 7: I've u- I've used that. It's good to detox the liver and to put it on the liver. You can get little pads, uh, or you can use a towel, um, off of Amazon or something like that. But w- are we gonna find out more about that later, about the castor oil? Um, using, w- when are we gonna find out about that against the Columbola?
[34:48] Speaker 2: Right. Okay. Thank you, Maris. Uh, who's next?
[34:53] Speaker 7: Castor oil. Columbola.
[34:56] Speaker 2: Anyone else? Star six?
[35:03] Speaker 7: (jingle) Just gotta... (bell dings)
[35:07] Speaker 2: Star six, if you'd like to share your progress. If you are new and, uh, have, have not joined my program, it's www.morgellonsolutions.com. But if you're here from a Facebook group, please share, introduce yourself. Tell us a little bit about the hell you've been going through. Or if you've been in the program, uh, tell us about your success, your progress. Star six. No need to be shy. (clears throat)
[35:45] Speaker 5: Hi, Richard. I have a question.
[35:48] Speaker 2: Yes. Hi.
[35:49] Speaker 5: Can you hear me?
[35:49] Speaker 2: Your first name?
[35:49] Speaker 5: Hi. Hi. Tracy.
[35:52] Speaker 2: Hi, Tracy. How are you?
[35:52] Speaker 5: So I've been on your... I'm good. How are you? Happy Easter.
[35:56] Speaker 2: Good.
[35:58] Speaker 5: Um, so I've been on the program. I do have the diet working. Um, but I am also apparently very close to being diabetic. Um, I eat nothing with sugar in it, nothing. I use maybe a little stevia maybe once a week, not really much more than that. But my sugar levels keep going, like, a little high. So my question is, is, are the parasites feeding... 'Cause I mainly have mites and Columbola, I think. I'm not really positive. I probably have everything. But-Are they feeding off of my glucose levels?
[36:40] Speaker 5: Or are they-
[36:40] Speaker 2: No.
[36:41] Speaker 5: ... feeding off of sugar that ...you eat?
[36:42] Speaker 2: Not really. Not, not really.
[36:45] Speaker 5: No?
[36:45] Speaker 2: Uh, you know, the diabetic thing is a, uh, uh ... Are, are you experiencing any, uh, neuropathy uh, numbness in your feet, tingling, feet?
[36:55] Speaker 5: No, I'm not ... I'm not on medication for the diabetic issues. I did take-
[37:01] Speaker 2: Uh-huh.
[37:02] Speaker 5: ... um, the stuff that was called Berbine Met-X and it-
[37:04] Speaker 2: Berberine?
[37:04] Speaker 5: ... really ... Yeah, it was berberine, yeah. But it also had a couple other things that did not affect me. Um, I don't know about anybody else so I don't wanna, you know, like recommend it for people who-
[37:16] Speaker 2: Okay.
[37:16] Speaker 5: ... you know, might. But I know for like your diabetic issues, it really worked. But I stopped taking it because my levels went normal. But now they seem to be climbing again. But again, I don't eat anything with sugar.
[37:30] Speaker 2: Well, I-
[37:31] Speaker 5: Um, and I'm still between-
[37:32] Speaker 2: ... if I refer-
[37:33] Speaker 5: ... stage one.
[37:34] Speaker 2: Are you referring to our formula of berberine and Ceylon cinnamon? Is that the one you were taking?
[37:41] Speaker 5: No, I actually took something else from a health food store. Um-
[37:45] Speaker 2: Okay.
[37:46] Speaker 5: And it didn't bother me, but I've ... Again, I haven't taken it for months, um, because I thought I ... everything was under control. But, um, it ... Apparently mine's going back up for some reason.
[37:57] Speaker 2: Well-
[37:57] Speaker 5: But they say-
[37:58] Speaker 2: ... I, I don't th-
[37:58] Speaker 5: ... it could be just your DNA.
[38:00] Speaker 2: I don't think you're g- ... You know, uh, I'm far from being an expert when it comes to, uh, diabetes, and I'm getting educated myself. Uh, from what I understand, you're not gonna take the berberine and the Ceylon cinnamon and get rid of the problem. You're going to keep taking it to keep the problem at bay and keep things working the way they're supposed to be working. Uh, my personal experience recently is that, uh, I've been experiencing the, uh, neuropathy in the feet and, and the numbness and the, and the tingliness and I found that our, uh, uh, digestive aid with polyphenols has produced amazing results. Of course, I haven't had my blood tested, but I can tell there's a, a lot less neuropathy in the, in the, uh, symptoms I had in the feet.
[38:57] Speaker 2: Uh, and of course, uh, uh, my doctor's diagnosed me as being diabetic, so it's not that I'm suspecting that I'm diabetic, uh, that's what she has, uh, diagnosed me as, and of course wants me to go on the, what, metformin I think it is, and, uh, everything I hear about-
[39:18] Speaker 5: Yeah, which is horrible. (laughs)
[39:18] Speaker 2: ... the death sentence.
[39:20] Speaker 5: Yeah, metformin is the worst. Um, and again, I ... If I was you, I would look into it. But our ... I have a health food store next to, close to us and they recommed- recommended Berbine Met-X. It's an extra strength formula. It only cost like $29, $30 and, again, it regulated me. It did an amazing job. I didn't, I didn't have any major issues. I'm not saying that, you know, anybody else should jump on it, but I'm just saying for me personally, um, it worked. But my, my question was that my sugar was going, you know, back up 'cause I hadn't taken it.
[39:59] Speaker 2: Well, I, I'd say-
[39:59] Speaker 5: Are they feeding off of that glucose?
[40:02] Speaker 2: ... you have the answer, uh, back on the, on that, uh, supplement then.
[40:08] Speaker 5: Okay.
[40:09] Speaker 2: And-
[40:09] Speaker 5: My other question is-
[40:11] Speaker 2: Your answer ... Morgellons has nothing to do with diabetes, uh, or even-
[40:15] Speaker 5: Okay.
[40:15] Speaker 2: ... Colombo's. They're not interrelated at all.
[40:19] Speaker 5: That's cool.
[40:19] Speaker 2: Okay. Thank you.
[40:19] Speaker 5: My other question is, I have one more question. Um, my other one is with your lymphatic system, how do you unclog it? Is it more glutathione or you're just not real sure about that? I don't know, like if you guys have done any-
[40:35] Speaker 2: The best, the best way ... Well, your lymphatic system is a drainage system, so there's nothing to-
[40:42] Speaker 5: Right.
[40:42] Speaker 2: ... pump or anything like that. I think the best method of doing it is rebounding. Are you familiar with a rebounder?
[40:51] Speaker 5: Nope. Um, because I think-
[40:54] Speaker 2: Well, a rebounder is a-
[40:54] Speaker 5: ... that parasites are hiding in my lymphatic (laughs) system and I am taking the Mucinaron for the biofilm 'cause I do think-
[41:02] Speaker 2: Okay.
[41:02] Speaker 5: ... the biofilm somehow has done something to my lymphatic system and that they're ... that's kind of where they work. 'Cause that seems to be where my, a lot of my issues are. Again, I'm so concentrated in figuring out all this stuff because I just want my life back. (laughs) Um, so I do think that there is something with that. So what is rebound?
[41:27] Speaker 2: Well, a rebounder is a mini trampoline. You know, you know what a trampoline is?
[41:32] Speaker 5: Yes.
[41:33] Speaker 2: All right. It's a, a rebounder is like 36 inches in diameter. It sits four, about six inches off the floor and, uh, has a, a, an elastic mat and you stand in it and you just bounce up and down. It's good to, uh, for balance, uh, training and, uh, it opens up your lymphatic system with the up and down motion of gravitational forces. The other thing that you can do to open up the lymphatics is a massage. You can get these, uh, vibrating, uh, massages, massagers that, uh, uh, you can hold them under your knees, under, uh, your, uh, armpits, uh, wherever, you know, you feel that you might need the, the lymphatics draining, uh, around your neck and so forth. And, uh, uh, use a massage to, uh, open the lymphatics.
[42:25] Speaker 5: Have you ever heard, I, um ... 'Cause, you know, I'm googling everything, but, um, I always come and check with you 'cause I, I, I really believe in all of your products. Um, everything that you guys make, um, is awesome and it's good. And-
[42:40] Speaker 2: Thank you.
[42:40] Speaker 5: ... um, for those people who, who don't want to use your products or, or they're saying that you push them, I have never felt that you have pushed your products. I always feel that you should push them more, um, because they are so fantastic.
[42:53] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
[42:54] Speaker 5: So, you know, I just wanna tell you that. Um, do you have milk thistle or have anybody ever used it? Is it bad for those who have parasites or is it something good?
[43:06] Speaker 2: What? I didn't get the question. What is-
[43:08] Speaker 5: Milk-
[43:10] Speaker 8: Milk thistle.
[43:11] Speaker 5: Um, milk thistle. It is-
[43:11] Speaker 2: Milk thistle.
[43:12] Speaker 5: ... supposed to-
[43:13] Speaker 2: You know, the, the very first supplement that I put on my protocol was milk thistle as an anti-inflammatory. And the only reason I removed it from my protocol is then I learned about glutathione. And glutathione is not only an anti-inflammatory, it's an anti-, uh, uh, detoxify- I mean, it's a detoxifier. It does 15 things more than milk thistle. So because I, I don't want to over push, you know, nobody's got $10,000 a month to do this stuff. You know?
[43:51] Speaker 2: Trying to keep it-
[43:52] Speaker 5: Right.
[43:52] Speaker 2: ... down to where it's reasonable in terms of cost. But yes, milk thistle is fantastic. That is your answer.
[44:00] Speaker 5: Great.
[44:00] Speaker 2: Of course, check the ingredients.
[44:02] Speaker 5: Right.
[44:02] Speaker 2: The other ingredient. Um, hmm.
[44:05] Speaker 5: I also, um, are you guys gonna, um... I know I talked to, I texted Chris, um, the Glutathione Max 1, I think it is. Are you guys gonna have that this week maybe?
[44:17] Speaker 2: I believe we have it in stock if you call in and order by phone. It's not available in the, uh, uh, in the store at this point, uh, or-
[44:27] Speaker 5: Okay.
[44:27] Speaker 2: ... in the email. Uh, except unless you buy it with, with a pack of Life.
[44:32] Speaker 5: Okay. Um, okay. Well, I'll text Chris later this week, maybe Monday or Tuesday. Thank you and happy Easter, Richard. You guys are great. I just really, really appreciate all your answers. And I'm just so impressed that you guys, on holidays and everything, are here for everyone. You know, I just, I really hope you have a blessed Easter. And, you know, I just wanna say, you know, you guys do a fantastic job.
[44:55] Speaker 5: And, and I want you to know that God sees you, because that's how I got to you, was because I-
[45:03] Speaker 2: Well, I, I thank you so much, Tracy, and be, you know-
[45:06] Speaker 5: Yes.
[45:06] Speaker 2: Please keep coming back and sharing your, how mu- how much you love the products 'cause I don't wanna-
[45:11] Speaker 5: We did.
[45:11] Speaker 2: ... I don't like to push them. Uh, and, and I am happy that you share. And you know what, Tracy? The only reason I believe that Robin is here, I know the only reason that I'm here, and I believe the only reason that, uh, Sharon is here is because we get results. And we love hearing from people such as you how we've affected your lives. And that's what we're here for.
[45:34] Speaker 5: Absolutely.
[45:34] Speaker 2: You know? (laughs)
[45:35] Speaker 5: Yeah. Absolutely.
[45:36] Speaker 2: You know, I-
[45:36] Speaker 5: And you guys are all amazing, so thank you.
[45:39] Speaker 2: One, one of my early success stories, uh, his name is John, I won't give his last name, but he's a big banker. And, uh, I haven't talked to him in, in many years, but this goes way back to probably 2010. And he, he told me, he said, "Richard, I hope you become a millionaire with your products." And I said, "Why is that?" And he said, "Because you'd be helping a hell of a lot of people."
[46:05] Speaker 5: Absolutely.
[46:07] Speaker 2: So, well, anyway, I'm not a millionaire. (laughs)
[46:10] Speaker 5: (laughs) Okay.
[46:10] Speaker 2: But I do enjoy, I'm here, and Robin and I and Sharon and, and Chris and everybody's here because we love results. And we love to hear that we have an impact in your lives. Last week, to talk- we talked about purpose. And yes, you know, we, we don't set out and say, "Well, I want my purpose in life to be, uh, helping people with parasites of the skin." I don't think anybody ever set out with that purpose in mind.
[46:40] Speaker 5: Nope.
[46:40] Speaker 2: But it seems to, uh, have come my way. And, uh, I'll take it.
[46:47] Speaker 5: Well, we're all thankful that it did come your way. And, and like I said, I really think, you know, you, you don't push your products. I don't think that's ever, and I honestly think that, you know, um, you should. Um, and, you know, who cares what everybody else thinks? If they don't wanna buy your products, they don't need to buy them. But for those of us who know that those products work, they are amazing. They are 100%. Um, and I'm, I'm just thankful that I was able to find you and, and the products that you sell. And, and you and Chris and Robin, I mean, I, I don't know, Sharon, I haven't talked to her, but, I mean, you guys are just all amazing. I just wanted to say happy Easter to everybody. Thank you.
[47:24] Speaker 2: Thank you so much. Thank you. Happy Easter to you. Who's next? Anybody have a question? Like to share your story, your success, your failures, your, if you're having trouble, if you don't think it's working. Uh, we're non-judgmental. We're here to think tank the answers for you. I don't have all the answers. That's why many times I sh- give the question to Robin. She's much better at it, the answer, than I am. And we have Sharon. Uh, so anyone else have a question? This is the best place to be on a Sunday afternoon if you wanna get your life back from skin parasites. Or even Lyme disease. We don't talk too much about Lyme disease, but, you know, to me, Lyme disease is a pussycat. Anyone else? Star six.
[48:21] Speaker 2: Or just say, "Happy Easter."
[48:24] Speaker 5: Yeah.
[48:25] Speaker 2: Hello?
[48:27] Speaker 8: This is Sharon. Happy Easter. And again, happy Passover to everybody. Um, I just wanted to say as a reminder, um, if you are having some difficulties with the cane diet, which it's absolutely reasonable to do so, took me a long time, took me about six months to really get a handle on it and then I messed up again. But in the event that you are having some issues with it, start keeping a diary. Always wanna recommend that. Write down your diary, talk with your coach after you do like a three-day diary, and then maybe come back to the conference call and share that with us.
[49:04] Speaker 9: So, just as a reminder, that's an extra tool to put in your toolbox.
[49:09] Speaker 2: Fantastic. Uh, you know, we have a new coach that just joined us last week. I wonder if she's with us. Robyn, are you with us? I believe so. Robyn, do a star six. Tell us about yourself-
[49:20] Speaker 9: Yes.
[49:20] Speaker 2: ... a little bit.
[49:22] Speaker 9: I'm here.
[49:23] Speaker 2: Hi. How are you today?
[49:24] Speaker 9: Okay. I am better, so much better. Um, been sta- been- been, uh, you know, staying on the diet that works for me and jealous of people who can have things I can't have. My-
[49:43] Speaker 2: Isn't that terrible?
[49:44] Speaker 9: It gets-
[49:45] Speaker 2: You just want to kick them, right, don't you? (laughs)
[49:47] Speaker 9: I do. I mean-
[49:48] Speaker 1: Also-
[49:48] Speaker 9: ... I'm talking about people who have the same condition. I- I can't have any grains, no spelt, no millet, no rye, no rice. I do better with clarified butter, although I will allow myself a little bit of rice bran oil in my own taco salad creation, which is, um, raise-the-roof delicious. If anyone wants my taco salad recipe, please reach out. I would love to share that.
[50:17] Speaker 2: Hey, uh, send it- send it to me and I'll be glad to publish it.
[50:21] Speaker 9: Okay. I took my-
[50:22] Speaker 2: For everybody.
[50:23] Speaker 9: Okay. I sure will. I took myself off of goat cheese. I thought that that was working for me. I decided it's not. Um, but since I have been staying strictly, so, so much more strictly on what works for me, and there's lots of delicious things I can have, a good old chuck roast, and, um, adding in zucchini and Brussels sprouts is working for me. So, staying on my green vegetables, staying with my salads, and staying on meats and eggs, it's working for me. It's hard, but it works. It's hard to read the labels of every single thing you're thinking about buying, but you've got to do it.
[51:11] Speaker 9: Um, and I can't have-
[51:13] Speaker 2: It's worth it.
[51:14] Speaker 1: It is too.
[51:15] Speaker 9: Yes, worth it. I can't have any processed meats. If you find either a sausage or a bacon or a ham that works, please let me know. I don't believe you. It's like Richard with the multivitamins. I don't believe you. I have tried every bacon-
[51:31] Speaker 1: Well, there is one bacon-
[51:32] Speaker 9: Okay.
[51:32] Speaker 1: There is one bacon. Um, I think it was Applegate sugar-free, no nitrates, no nitrites, um, bacon. And it says a big sugar free across the package. And the other kind of bacon that I found that works on stage one is if you have a farm... Uh, I live in the country, so we have farmer's markets, and they have organic bacon with no sugar sometimes. And those bacons also work. But- but those are the only two kinds of bacon I have found that work on-
[52:08] Speaker 9: Right.
[52:08] Speaker 1: ... stage one.
[52:10] Speaker 9: I tried that Applegate. I'll try it again, but the last time I tried it-
[52:14] Speaker 1: Well, did- was it-
[52:14] Speaker 9: ... I threw it out.
[52:15] Speaker 1: Did you try the white line that... There's one, was it, did it say Giant sugar-free across the top?
[52:21] Speaker 9: I'm pretty sure it did. One thing, I- I've been reading up on it. The reason why they can... The food industry has found a workaround. They can say uncured, but it's a lie, because culture-
[52:34] Speaker 1: Right, you still have to read the label.
[52:37] Speaker 9: Yeah. The c- well, because-
[52:38] Speaker 1: Ah.
[52:38] Speaker 9: ... culture, when you culture celery powder, it turns into sodium nitrate or nitrite.
[52:46] Speaker 1: Ah.
[52:47] Speaker 9: And if- is sodium nitrate or nitrite is, are those things that we cannot have.
[52:52] Speaker 1: Right.
[52:53] Speaker 2: I believe you can have them.
[52:54] Speaker 1: Well, they're just not good for you. They're not-
[52:56] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[52:56] Speaker 1: I think it's that they're-
[52:58] Speaker 2: No.
[52:58] Speaker 1: Not that they're not on the diet, it's just that they're unhealthy. They're just unhealthy.
[53:01] Speaker 2: The problem with the- the problem with the sodium nitrates is that, uh, a- and again, this is all very controversial, but I have no reason to not believe it. I've always been thinking that aluminum and fluoride are the big problems with, uh, Alzheimer's, and it's not that they're not, but according to some published studies, the nitrates drive the chances of Alzheimer's up to like 70%.
[53:30] Speaker 1: Wow.
[53:30] Speaker 2: Which is way beyond what aluminum and fluoride is gonna do to you. So, uh, they're- they're okay on the diet, but, uh, as far as, uh, keeping your mind, I- I'd be very leery of any of those kind of, uh- uh, preservatives.
[53:49] Speaker 1: Right.
[53:49] Speaker 9: Right. Right. That's- that's what I've been worried about. Um-
[53:53] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[53:54] Speaker 9: But as far as disinfecting my environment, I'm making progress there, but it is the most overwhelming to me, even more overwhelming than the diet, which is hard to imagine, but it is because it's your entire house. It's everything in it, it's every floor, every wall, every object. I have thrown away more stuff than I've kept, and still thinking of more things to throw away, because if I keep it, I think, "Well, I'm gonna have to clean it."
[54:22] Speaker 2: (laughs)
[54:23] Speaker 9: Pretty soon it's just gonna be some cords in there.
[54:24] Speaker 2: So it's easier to toss than clean. (laughs)
[54:27] Speaker 9: Yeah, I'm gonna have an air mattress and a chair and a TV in my kitchen and my bathroom, and that's it. Everything else has gotta go.
[54:37] Speaker 1: Well, can I make (...)
[54:38] Speaker 2: I'm so sick and tired of cleaning crap.
[54:41] Speaker 1: Rob- Robyn?
[54:42] Speaker 9: Yeah.
[54:42] Speaker 1: I did that. I went through that, and I threw out 90% of my furniture, and now I'm back with furniture. But what I found, um, that works in terms of a bed is, uh, is a memory foam mattress covered in a Ziploc mattress, um, pa- uh, mattress, uh, z- uh, uh-Uh-
[55:08] Speaker 9: Waterproof cover?
[55:10] Speaker 1: So, yeah, but not just the regular. It has to be, um, plastic, Ziploc plastic-
[55:17] Speaker 9: Yeah.
[55:17] Speaker 1: ... cover. And, and the thing about memory foam is you don't need ... You get a platform bed.
[55:23] Speaker 9: Yeah.
[55:23] Speaker 1: And they have iron ones, they have all different styles. And, um, so after I had thrown out my bed and my headboard and everything three times, I got a memory foam bed, like, I don't know, six years ago. Put it in the Ziploc plastic. I have a, I have a really nice, it looks like an antique bed frame, and I haven't had to throw it out. It's easy to clean, and my mattress has never gotten infested, and I can sleep on the bed, and I do the same thing with pillows. It's just really comfortable.
[55:59] Speaker 2: (clears throat)
[56:00] Speaker 1: And, and it makes your life easier. The same thing with, um, comforters. I, I put them in a Ziploc bag with either, um, with NewVon strips or, or some kind of pesticide that can't get out of the plastic, and then I get a cotton duvet cover that I cover it with so that I have comfy covers. It's just they're encased also and I don't have to wash them. I just wash the duvet cover. It's-
[56:30] Speaker 9: Okay.
[56:31] Speaker 1: ... just, like, so much easier.
[56:33] Speaker 9: Where do we get the NewVon strips?
[56:36] Speaker 1: Um, they sell them on Amazon. Uh, they're harder to get now. There's also, uh, a variation of it, uh, that's cheaper that W- Walmart has. It's not-
[56:48] Speaker 9: Okay.
[56:48] Speaker 1: ... NewVon strip. Um, and, uh, you can also use menthol crystals instead, so ...
[56:57] Speaker 9: Yes. I'm using-
[56:58] Speaker 1: But for-
[56:58] Speaker 9: ... menthol crystals right now pretty much for everything. What I do is I get an oversized bag-
[57:04] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.
[57:04] Speaker 9: ... and then I isolate the crystals in a part of the o- the bag that's not touching the fabric, because I know you said that the menthol crystals can disintegrate some fabrics.
[57:17] Speaker 1: Right. I, I just use the little gift, the, like, wedding gift gauze bags. That's what I keep menthol crystals in.
[57:25] Speaker 9: Yeah.
[57:26] Speaker 1: Um, but, but yeah. Yeah, menthol crystals are great. It's just that they ... You know, the reason I would say use them inside, um, when you're putting things in a Ziploc plastic bag or a zippered plastic bag is that you don't want the fumes to get out anywhere near what you're breathing.
[57:47] Speaker 9: Right, right, right. No, it's, it's Ziplocked, um, very securely. But yeah-
[57:53] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[57:53] Speaker 9: ... you definitely smell it when you open it. (laughs)
[57:56] Speaker 1: Right, right. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[57:59] Speaker 2: So we have just-
[58:00] Speaker 9: Luckily, I'm more like (overlapping speech)
[58:02] Speaker 2: ... a few more ... We have just a few more minutes left. Robin, would you tell us why you are volunteering your valuable time to help others for free, to help oth- coach others as our other coaches do? Why did you join our team?
[58:18] Speaker 9: I joined because I put the time and effort in on the diet. Um, out o- and, and, uh, you know, when I first started the diet, I might have been skeptical a long time ago, but as desperate as I was, literally willing to try anything. If you told me I could stand on my head and get rid of Morgellons, I would be standing on my head. When you're desperate, you'll do anything.
[58:46] Speaker 2: Mm.
[58:46] Speaker 9: Well, that's, that's kind of it leads you to trying this diet. And the good news is it really does work, but it's hard to make it work. It doesn't work the same for everybody. And because of my experience, I feel like I can help someone who's just starting and not reading the label of the Morton Salt like I did, not reading the package of the stevia like I did. And just, you know, I, I feel like I can help others save their time, save their energy, get them on track quicker, and get them to relief quicker because if you shop the produce section in the butcher's market only, stay away from all processed, canned foods, initially, in the beginning-
[59:37] Speaker 2: Okay, we're down to 10 seconds.
[59:39] Speaker 9: ... you've got a better chance.
[59:40] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[59:40] Speaker 2: We're down to 10 seconds. Robin, I want to thank you for joining the team. I love all of my coaches. They make my life so much easier. And this concludes this portion of the program.
