Title: Take Great Care to NOT CARE

Peace Beyond the Programming: Caring Without Emotional Attachment

Summary

Caring Versus Taking Care

The episode centers on the host's effort to distinguish emotional caring from taking deliberate care. She reflects on Q's statement that freedom in the human experience may require not caring, an idea she initially resisted because she considered compassion and concern among her greatest strengths. Through further discussion, she comes to define “taking great care” as conscious action, responsibility, and precision in the words and choices a person makes. By contrast, “not caring” means releasing emotional attachment to events, outcomes, money, fairness, and other people's behavior. Her goal is not indifference, but a carefully chosen return to peace.

The Restaurant Lesson in Emotional Detachment

A workplace incident provides the episode's central practical example. The host describes being skipped in a restaurant's table rotation when a hostess gives a valuable party of 12 to her brother, even though it was the host's turn. Her familiar mental programming immediately produces thoughts of unfairness, lost income, and being wronged. At the dish pit, however, she recognizes the reaction as part of what she calls the mind matrix and begins laughing at the situation. The laughter moves her attention from her head into her body, breaks the emotional charge, and becomes a playful connection with a coworker. She presents the moment as evidence that a person can notice an old reaction without continuing to feed it.

Releasing Old Movies and Returning to Peace

The host compares painful memories and present conflicts to movie scenes recorded by the brain. She explains that a person can observe those scenes without identifying with them or becoming emotionally attached to someone else's experience. Crying, breathing, bodily awareness, and quiet reflection are described as methods of shedding old emotional material. Morning stillness is especially valuable to her because it allows past memories to surface without immediate distraction. Rather than criticizing herself for having an emotional response, she encourages recognizing it, releasing it, and returning to peace as soon as possible. The practice is presented as a continuing process rather than a demand for instant perfection.

Playing With Awareness and the Lime-Green Bobber

The episode then revisits simple creation games discussed with Shane and Birdie. Colors, words, a pink vehicle, cougars, and cheetahs become playful exercises in attention, while lime green becomes a symbolic fishing bobber that tells the host to watch for a meaningful experience. She follows a lime-green Jeep from a dentist's office to an ACE Hardware store, where pool noodles and red-cardinal decorations guide her toward the fishing aisle. There she finds the exact type of box she had recently said she needed for her jewelry tools. In another example, a lime-green truck prompts her to wait patiently at a picnic table, where she has an hour-long conversation with a woman she believes was mutually helpful. These stories illustrate her belief that patience, awareness, and play allow communication with Source to become visible.

Expectations, Language, and the Mind Matrix

Music selections about living without expectation and finding inner peace support the episode's message. The host explains that expectations about fairness, progress, and personal performance can become another form of attachment. She also focuses on the creative power she assigns to language, especially statements beginning with “I am” and judgments directed at other people. Through a waitress analogy, she portrays the universe as serving whatever a person repeatedly orders through thoughts, words, and emotional emphasis. Terms such as God, Source, Prime Creation, and Source Creator are presented as interchangeable according to each listener's comfort and understanding. Her broader point is that awareness of language can help replace old mental programming with more peaceful and intentional patterns.

Compassion, Laughter, and Conscious Choice

Near the close, the host emphasizes self-compassion for people who discover that old reactions still return after periods of progress. Sheila adds that a deep belly laugh can create a powerful feeling of Spirit being fully present within her. The host agrees and acknowledges that she still makes mistakes, becomes upset, and sometimes feels wronged. The practice is therefore not about denying human reactions, but about finding humor in them and choosing a different response. She encourages listeners to take great care with positive statements, their connection to the universe, and their movement from the mind into the heart. The program ends with a call to live, love, create, and participate in what the closing song describes as an awakening into a new world.

Speaker 3 - Prerecorded Song / Voice:

I am here now.
You are here now.
The signal was never lost, only forgotten.
They told you to look above, but the truth was always within.

Born into silence, taught what to believe,
stories written, but not meant to free.
They named the light, then buried the flame,
built every system to control the game.

But something stirred deep in the soul,
a whisper saying, “You are whole -
not broken, not lost, not needing a throne.
The source you seek has always been home.”

And now the veil is falling down.
Truth is rising from the ground.
What was hidden cannot remain.
We remember who we are again.

This is the awakening.
Feel the light remembering.
We are not what we've been told.
We are fire. We are gold.
The war is over. Can you see?
We are living fully free.
From the shadows into birth,
we are creating the new world.

They fear the day you realize
the power living in your eyes.
No gods above, no chains below.
[Unclear lyric.]

Fragments scattered across time,
thousands waking, same design.
Not just one, but many rise,
truth reflected in our lives.

Every system starts to break.
Every illusion starts to shake.
What was hidden, now revealed.
What was wounded, now is healed.

[Vocalization.]

Okay. We are here creating our own reality, as usual. I am going to talk about some words in the English language today.

On last week's A St. Thomas Show, we discussed something my brother Q once said that really threw me. He said that the answer to this human experience is not to care. I struggled with that and chewed on it for quite a while because I thought one of my greatest assets was that I care so much.

I care. I care about this, and I care about me. I care about you. I care about life. I care about my job. I care about my employers. I thought that caring was a great asset, so it really surprised me to hear him say that. What did he mean?

Last week, Rob offered a great perspective. He said, “Yes, but Q also said that he took great care.” I take great care. That led me to look at the difference in how we use the word care.

Of course, we know that the English language was designed and engineered to limit our expression. If we communicated through our hearts without language, there would not be such a barrier of misunderstanding or limitation. But for podcast land, let us use the English language and dissect this a little.

For me, to take great care means that I am aware and choose specifically. It is more of an action. I want to take great care because it is a great responsibility to come onto a podcast and speak, especially when we understand ourselves to be creators. I know I could say something and somebody could create from my words. I do not want to be responsible for another person's creation, so I take great care in my actions and in the words I choose. I choose very specifically.

The other kind of care is what Q was talking about when he said that the answer to human freedom may be not to care. That is care as an emotion. It means detaching my emotion from the matrix, from the events at hand, and from the reality in front of me.

I am going to give you an example of how this works for me. I work in a restaurant, so that setting provides the example, but I think you can understand the meaning even if you do not work in a restaurant.

Imagine that four servers have four different sections. The seating hostess seats Server 1, then Server 2, then Server 3, and then Server 4. She returns to Server 1 and continues in a fair, methodical way, dividing the tables evenly.

Now imagine that, for whatever reason, the seating hostess becomes upset with someone, or Server 3 is her brother. She seats Servers 1, 2, and 3. The third party is only one customer, so her brother receives a single customer. I am Server 4 and should be next in the rotation. Then a large party of 12 arrives. A table of 12 can mean a substantial amount of money.

The hostess seats the party in the back, in what we call the party room. There are two large tables there. We can divide the room and take turns serving it. Maybe Server 1 gets it one time, then Server 2, and then Server 3. This time, however, it is my turn as Server 4, but the hostess gives the party to her brother.

When I ask, “Who has the room in the back? Who got the party room?” I am told that her brother did. I ask, “So he was double-seated?” The response is, “Well, his first table was only a single.” Yes, but that is how the chips fall in the restaurant business. It was my turn.

The mind - the mind matrix - says, “I was wronged. You are treating me unfairly. I am not going to get that money. That money belonged to me. It was my turn.”

That was my normal reaction in the past. I always looked for fairness. If I were Server 3 and received a one-person table, and the next server received the party, I would consider that fair because we were taking turns. Sometimes I get one person, and sometimes I get 12. That is simply how it works.

But when I learned that the hostess had given special privileges to her brother, skipped me, and cost me money, my brain started. My mind started. The matrix started. The chatter in my head started.

I went to some of my tables, collected dishes, and returned to the dish pit in the kitchen. I set the dishes on the counter and stood there. Then I realized, “This is not real. None of this is real. This is just a matrix. This is just a simulation.”

I began laughing. The vibration in my belly brought me down from my head. I moved out of my head and into my belly because I was getting the joke. I was seeing the humor in what was happening.

I detached from the need for that money, which was unusual for me because I have been waitressing for a long time. Many of my jobs had been about the money. I used to work the busy nights and wanted all the money - money, money, money. This is a new life for me. It is a new way of being in the simulation, where I detach from money.

It helps me to know that I am the creator of my reality and that I have everything I need. If I need something, I create it. It comes to me. I pull it toward me. Maybe I do not truly need anything. Or do I? It may still be a perception that I need something. I might think, “My rent is due,” but I trust it will be there because I am going to create abundance in my life.

The important part is that I was at the dish pit laughing. The dishwasher turned around. He does not speak much English, although this is his second year with us and he knows some. He knows me as Shelly. He said, “Shelly,” and looked at me while I stood there laughing out loud.

I pointed at him and laughed. Then he pointed at me and laughed. For the rest of the night, whenever we saw each other, we pointed and laughed. It was fun. It was a great game.

That is how we detach. We are so trained in the brain - in the recording system and its programs. This is how we disable the programs and change the dynamic of our thinking. We reprogram. We tell our minds that it does not matter. It is just a simulation. I am here to watch the movie, and I detach emotionally. I detach the care.

Do I care whose turn it is? Do I care who gets one person? Do I care who gets 12 people? Do I care who is going to make money? Do I care what kind of money I make? Do I care? That is the emotion.

The theme of this show is to take great care not to care. I am going to choose. I am going to be very specific. I am going to take great care to detach emotionally. Take care - take great care - not to care. Detach emotionally.

When we leave the matrix, when we do not care in that emotional sense, and when we detach the emotion, we are at peace. We remain at peace.

As I go through this process and learn how to disable and reboot the programming, sometimes there is a release I have to experience. If I am deeply emotionally attached to something, the release may involve what I call shedding. For me, shedding often involves crying. Tears are cleansing. I shed, release, detach, let go, cry, understand, and flow.

The new programming is flow. I just go. I observe the matrix without attaching to it. I observe. I watch. It is like a movie, and I do not get wrapped up in the emotions of the movie because none of it matters.

I am physically safe. I am physically okay. I am going to sleep in my bed tonight, and I am going to be at peace. If I do not get the table and the brother gets the money, money is not real. It is part of the simulation. I can create whatever I want. It is just a movie.

The things I am watching might not be my creation, but I am simply watching them. I do not have to become emotionally attached to someone else's movie.

This recording system - this brain and head I have - records. Sometimes I wake in the morning with a scene from a past movie running through my head. Maybe I was emotionally attached to it when it happened, and now I wake with that old scene or memory.

If it is not a happy movie, perhaps that is my awareness that it needs to be shed and released. I need to detach. Waking can be a good moment for that. When I wake in peace, it is my time to be alone, to be with Source, and to be without distractions. I do not wake up and immediately turn on noise or listen to people talking. I wake up quietly.

That is a good moment for me to acknowledge what has surfaced. There might be a reason I woke with an emotionally upsetting scene from my past, or I might not know why. Maybe the only awareness I need is that it is time to shed it, let it go, and release it.

I invite my tears. I know what crying has meant to me and what it does for me. It is a huge release. I get to let go. I detach the care from this human reality and human experience. I release more emotions, and that is where I find my peace.

Breathing helps. Breathing techniques help. I focus on my upper lip, my breath, and my body. Is my whole body at peace? Is there tension somewhere? If I feel tension, I can focus on that spot and release it.

I am not the movie. I am observing the movie. I do not feel the movie. The movie is not real. I am at peace. I am not connected to the movie. I am not connected to this recording system. I am carefree. I am emotionless. I am motionless. I am detached. I am at peace. I am peace. I am light. I am light. I am peace.

I had to remove the thought, “I am being wronged,” or that life is treating me unfairly. That is only programming in my brain. It is just tapes playing in my head.

I want to revisit a little of last week's Project Review show. I came on with Shane, and a little before that I came on with Birdie. If you have been following along, we were talking about games - simple, easy things that help us learn how to create.

Creation can start small. People may talk about creating a million dollars, but can you truly know in your heart that you are capable of doing that? Most of us believe or think we are not. We are capable, but let us start with something smaller - something we know we can create.

One example involved creating the color lime green. Birdie, I think, was working with someone, and they chose lime green. Then they began seeing that color in many different things. Lime green shows up often for me now.

I also liked the example of creating a pink vehicle. How often do you see a pink vehicle? That can be a fun, challenging game. Know in your heart that your pink vehicle will appear today, and then go about your day. You do not have to become a treasure hunter who obsessively searches around every corner.

I did that once. Shane was working with me on this game, and we chose a word. I chose “cougar” and went looking for cougars. Source kept putting cheetahs in my path. I thought, “Well, it is a big cat. Am I cheating?” I would call Shane and say, “I found a cheetah,” but it was not a cougar. I think I played a game on myself with Source. We were playing, laughing, and having a good time.

Shane gave me another great analogy using lime green. He said lime green was his bobber. If you know how to fish, you will understand. You put bait on a hook, attach a bobber, and cast it into the water. The bobber floats calmly, but if a fish begins biting, it bobs and moves.

Lime green became my bobber. When I see lime green, I know that I have a fish biting. I begin talking to Source: “Thank you, Source. I see my bobber. I see that a fish is biting.”

After Shane told me how lime green had appeared as his bobber and how he watched it and reeled in the fish, I understood that the game is about bringing awareness, communicating with Source, and playing with Source. It is a game I am learning to play.

I came out of a grocery store and was walking back to my house when I saw a lime-green Jeep. I said, “Oh, my bobber.” I looked around and asked, “Where is my fish? Where is my fish?”

I did not immediately see anything. I thought, “All right, I do not see what I am supposed to see. I am going to call in a fish.” I walked circles around the Jeep and studied the building in front of it. The Jeep was parked outside a dentist's office.

I thanked Source for the bobber, but I had no desire to go into a dentist's office. I thought perhaps there might be a person inside whom I needed to talk with, but I resisted that idea. I could not see anything. I walked around the Jeep, looked at the building, and began heading home.

There was a bench nearby. I thought, “I am not in a hurry. I am going to sit on this bench and watch my bobber.” I sat down and looked at the Jeep. From the bench, my perspective changed. Beyond the Jeep, I could see a different building: an ACE Hardware store.

That was interesting because I had mentioned that hardware store about three times that week. Earlier at work, a man and I had discussed a FURminator cat brush. They cost around $30, but it is an amazing brush that removes a lot of loose hair from pets. He asked where he could buy one, and I said that the ACE Hardware store had many pet supplies. I did not know whether it carried that particular brush, but it was one reason the store had been on my mind.

A customer had also asked me about mousetraps, and I suggested the hardware store. I had been talking about that store repeatedly, so I felt pulled toward it. I thought, “It is the hardware store.”

Outside, the store had a rack of bargain items. I love a bargain, so I headed over. I did not have anything specific to shop for, but I examined the bargain shelf. It held chemicals, oil, and odd items that did not resonate with me. Then something said, “Go in.”

I went inside and stood there with groceries in my hands. I had no idea why I was in the hardware store, but I was following my bobber. The lime-green Jeep meant a fish was biting. Source was giving me a fish on my hook, and I needed to reel it in.

I stood in the doorway. Displays ran down the middle, with aisles going left and right. On the right were lime-green swimming-pool noodles. I do not know their technical name, but they are those floating tubes children use in swimming pools. They can hit one another with them without getting hurt. The display had many colors - pink, blue, red, yellow, and lime green. The lime green was at the far-right end, so I thought, “Okay, we will go that way.”

I walked down that aisle without knowing where I was headed. I saw the pet supplies and checked them. They did have the FURminator brush, so I knew I could tell the young man at work. Still, I did not see anything I wanted.

I went back to the lime-green noodles and stood there. Then I noticed two red cardinals. If you have seen the movie Disclosure Day, it might not have affected you the way it affected me, but I had seen the new Spielberg movie, and a red cardinal was a symbol in it.

The two cardinals were pointing in the same direction. I thought, “Okay, here we are,” and walked down the aisle, looking at the shelves and all the merchandise. I still did not know why I was there. I turned and looked back at the cardinals. One cardinal pointed beyond where I was standing, so I decided to follow it.

I reached the end of the aisle and looked at the endcap. Then an employee appeared and asked, “Can I help you find anything?”

Quietly, I said, “I am looking for a fish.”

He replied, “Excuse me? What?”

I repeated it clearly: “I am looking for a fish.”

He said, “Oh, the fishing department is this way,” and took off. I followed him.

As soon as we turned into the fishing aisle, I knew exactly why I was there. There was the box I had spoken about out loud only the day before.

I had found my jewelry-tool kit. I have a box for my jewelry tools that I have owned for 25 years, but I do not like it. It had been buried behind other things because I was not using it. For the last four winters, I had been using a cardboard box with a better size and shape. It was more convenient, easy to grab, and located where I could reach it. That cardboard box held my tools and supplies.

The day before, I had uncovered the old plastic box, which was inconvenient and unused, and said out loud, “I really need to get a new box. It is time to get a new box for my jewelry tools.”

When we turned into the fishing aisle, there it was. I knew immediately what it was. “Thank you, Source. Thank you, Source. What a fun fishing trip.”

This is a new game I am playing. When I see lime green, I know my bobber is being hit by a fish.

Another example happened on Friday, two days ago. I was entering an organization, parked, and got out to walk inside. There was a huge lime-green truck. I thought, “Look, my bobber.” Parked beside it was another truck I had seen before. It had a camper shell, and on the back window was a large picture of a fish with the words, “Oh, to be fishing.”

I started laughing because the huge lime-green truck was my bobber, and the sign on the next truck said, “Oh, to be fishing.” I giggled and spoke to Source: “Cool, I am fishing. Hi, Source. How are you today? I am going fishing.”

My bobber was getting hit, and I became excited because the game was becoming fun. I went into the building, spoke with people I knew and people I did not know, and took care of my business. I thought there would be a fish inside, but I did not recognize one. I left and almost forgot about it.

When I came back outside, I saw the lime-green truck again and remembered, “Oh, yes. I am fishing.” Then I noticed a picnic table beneath a tree. I decided to sit and watch my bobber.

It was in the upper 90s and very hot, but the picnic table was beneath a huge tree and looked like a good place to sit. I sat and watched. I watched the lime-green truck and everything around me. Nothing seemed to be happening. No people came by. There was only the truck.

But if you are a fisherman sitting on a bank watching a bobber, you know that you need patience and awareness. If you are not paying attention, you can miss a fish biting. The practice is about becoming aware - aware of myself, aware of the scenery, and aware of how Source is speaking to me.

Soon a van pulled up. A woman jumped out, and the van drove away. She walked toward me. I said, “Hi. How are you today?” She immediately began talking, sat down, and put the things she was carrying on the picnic table.

That woman and I talked for an entire hour. I have no doubt that she needed the information I was sharing and that I needed what she was sharing. Source gave me a huge fish - a champion fish. I only needed to sit still, be patient, and watch the bobber. I caught a big fish that day. What a gift. What an incredible gift. It was a lot of fun.

I should give out the call-in numbers. Anyone who wants to talk with me today can call. We do take calls on this show. The numbers are 888-627-6008 or 323-744-4831. This is a call-in show, and I would love to hear how you are creating your reality today. It is so much fun.

My song today relates to letting go of care, seeing the matrix, and observing the movie. It is called “Without Expectation” by Trevor Hall, from the album In and Through the Body. He is one of my inspirational singers. I love the words in his songs. They are very inspirational to me.

My mind has so many programs, and I often expect things. When I expect events to happen in a certain way - for example, expecting that the restaurant will give me my turn and a fair share - those expectations create attachment. When I let go of expectations, it helps me learn not to care in the emotional sense. I felt that “Without Expectation” related closely to our topic today.

Speaker 3 - Prerecorded Song / Voice:

No more secrets. How much you are.
All of it fits just right, heart to heart.
There is no tradition, everything by the book.
All you need is courage. Have the strength to look.
There is no more pretending. You cannot measure in this room.
Just walk through the doorway. Just follow the tune.
I see your robe of patches. It is perfectly arranged.
Here, there is no worry, letting go of shame.
We sit in pure absence, without expectation.
Let us share. Do not be scared. Come on in.
Everything will be all right.
A common truth or something new - what is there to lose?
All we have to do is try. We just try.

Speaker 1 - Host:

These are just examples. We learn, practice, and have patience. We love ourselves through the process. I really like the tone of this song.

We let go of shame. We let go of worry. We are letting go of our care and resonating in peace. We sit in pure absence and release fear. We do not have to be scared. Everything is all right.

When I first found out that I had been skipped at the restaurant, and that it might have been my turn to receive that table, my brain switched on. All those old stories began playing like tapes in my head. Luckily, I have been practicing this for a while, so it was easy for me to recognize the pattern.

I remember the moment specifically. I had just set the dishes down at the dish pit, and I stood in the kitchen laughing and laughing. It was hilarious. This is just a simulation.

Is it not funny how quickly something can bother us? We are not necessarily going to become instantly unbothered by everything. Something can still get to us. But the sooner we recognize what is happening, the sooner we can return to peace. At any moment you can, come back to peace. Do not beat yourself up.

I began struggling after I had practiced this for a while and started expecting that I should be better at it. I had experienced breakthrough moments. I was having success. It was working. I was getting out of my mind, staying in my heart, and keeping my peace.

Then something happened, and I told myself, “I should be better at this. There I go again.” Those thoughts were simply more old tapes and old programming.

The person with whom we most need to have compassion is ourselves. It is not our fault that our programming and recording system have been overloaded with data. This has been the great mind matrix. In my view, it has been highly engineered to keep us from ascension.

But it is okay now because the game is up. We are aware that the prison gate was our mind. The mind matrix held us in prison, and now we are free to leave. We are free to leave the old constructs and old programming. We can create something new. We can create the paradise we have always longed for.

We become aware of how the tapes in the mind play, and then we become mindful of the words we use. What words am I using? “I cannot.” “I will not.” I pay special attention to “I” statements. Whenever I say “I,” I watch what follows it.

Here is another waitress analogy. The universe shows up and gives us whatever we ask for. It does not differentiate or judge that someone is asking for something unpleasant. If I say, “I will never be any good. I am never going to be able to do that,” the universe simply says, “Okay. You are never going to be able to do that.” It does not judge.

The universe does not have emotion. Source - God, if you will - is a word we sometimes use interchangeably with other words. The English language is limited, and “God” is a loose term. Some people do not like the word at all and may turn me off when they hear it.

I like to resonate with the person in front of me. Because I am on the radio, I want to say that the word you use is up to you. “God” might not be a good word for you, so do not use it. When I use it, translate it into your own understanding: Source, Prime Creation, the Source Creator within me, or the Source Creator that created me.

In my understanding, Source does not have emotion and does not judge what I am doing. It does not reward me for being a good little girl or punish me for being a bad little girl. Those are programs in my mind. I might punish or reward myself. The mind matrix is the judge.

The more I move into my heart and out of my mind, the less judgment I experience. In fact, when I am fully in my heart, I have no judgment. Judgment exists in the mind. That is the duality of good and bad, light and dark, truth and deception.

Imagine that the waitress comes to the table and that the waitress represents Source - God herself. The universe asks, “What would you like to order?”

The person responds, “I am having a really bad day. Everything is going wrong. My car stopped running, I am walking, it is hot outside, and it is awful.” The waitress - the universe - says, “Coming right up,” and serves that experience.

Then the waitress goes to the next table and asks, “What would you like to order?” That person says, “I am having the best day. This is a fabulous day. I am blessed and excited to be here. I would love a nice, cold lemonade. I am grateful for how blessed I am.” The waitress says, “Coming right up,” and that person is filled with gratifying experiences.

The universe gives us what we ask for. This is where awareness begins. What statements am I making? What follows my “I am” statements? What am I saying about myself?

We should also notice our “you” statements. “You are this. You are that.” What are we speaking aloud? What thoughts are running through our minds? We might not say them aloud, but a tape may play constantly: “They are obnoxious. They are bothering me.”

If I judge what other people are doing and remain unhappy about it, I believe I will keep creating more of it. If I keep saying, “They are obnoxious,” they will keep giving me what I label obnoxious because that is what I am stating - especially when I attach emotion to it. If I care intensely because I dislike it, I create more of it.

Beautiful Chorus is a group of singers, perhaps a band, whose songs are like mantras. Their harmonies are incredible. They sing short phrases that are easy to learn and remember. When I remember and sing their songs, it creates beauty in my life.

I have brought many of their songs to the show. One is “Inner Peace.” The line says, “Please let me feel inner peace,” although I can remove “please” because I do not ask for anything: “Let me feel inner peace. Let me feel inner peace from my center, at the center of me. My heart is open. I am awake. In me is a knowing of love.” Beautiful Chorus makes incredible music.

We are getting close to the end of the hour. I see that I had five minutes, but my clock says I have eight. I am wondering whether Dawn is in the house because I can wrap this up.

Sheila, is there anything you would add to today's topic, or any encouraging words you would offer the listeners?

Speaker 2 - Sheila:

I do not know, but when you were talking about laughing - that belly laugh - something has been moving through my heart. Every time I laugh that way, I realize how fully Spirit seems to be present within me. That is the most wonderful feeling there is.

Speaker 1 - Host:

It is the most wonderful feeling, and that is a great point on which to end. I make mistakes. I fall down. I get upset. I feel wronged, and I feel all kinds of things in this world. It is not always fair. In my view, it was designed and engineered that way to keep us disgruntled and trapped in anger, fear, and worry.

That is what we are learning to come out of. Today, we are going to take great care to make positive statements. We are going to take great care in how we speak to the universe, how we connect with the universe, how we remain in our hearts, and how we find humor.

Find the humor in the stumbles. Find the humor in the mistakes. That will help us remain connected.

Email me with any questions. Call me with any realities you want to share. This is a wrap. Love, love, love.

Speaker 3 - Prerecorded Song / Voice:

We are not what we've been told.
We are fire. We are gold.
The war is over. Can you see?
We are living fully free.
From the shadows into birth,
we are creating the new world.

The truth will shock you.
It will shake everything you believed.
But listen: it is over.
The children are safe.
The darkness has fallen.

And now, what do we do?
We live.
We love.
We create.
From the heart.
From the Source.
From within.

This is the awakening.
Hear the whole world echoing.
We are rising. We are one.
A thousand lights become the sun.
No more fear. No more divide.
We are standing in our light.

From the ashes, we give birth.
We are living the new world.

I am here now.
You are here now.
And the light has already won.
