What a wonderfull rapport with nature - this CBD business. Sepaking with Dr. Phillip Blair, learning how his MD career was changed by his explorations with CBD is heart filling. Not only is this part of the hemp cannibis universe healing, it has unique regenerative properties... eg. when people are on antidepressants and want to get off, it takes so lilttle time and provides lasting readjustment. Big news for PTSD in adults and children. Plus Dr. Blair is always studying more about cannabanoids and the evoutionary steps they can help us take towards our well being. The rapport it has with all plant life, resonating with so many other plants. I didn't know that it reinforced familiar spices liked cloves, basil, oregano, cinnamon and more. Apparently CBD helps with vision as well, but I haven't tried that yet!

Hi Everyone-
Welcome to SPRING TIME! Today is a beautiful, sunny and warm day. Flowers are everywhere. Life is changing for so many people but when it is like this all "feels" well.
Who are you? The Guides and I are starting up a series of 6 classes to help us all prioritize what about ourselves we want to discover or refine or understand before our life on this crazy planet releases us.
At any age, it is a question to ask, and it is important to explore, so we gather the value of our lives. Remember you are the only YOU in the universe(s).
We'll use meditation, talk, journaling and even laughter to journey together.
The class's schedule and cost are still to be fryrtminrf. I plan that the sessions will be an hour a class with a half hour for personal questions, and, as always, we love you input. You'll received a complete class description soon.
