Threshold Radio continues with another special presentation of Bridge of Light Production_s showcase of musical talent throughout the world- with our second focus on an emerging singer/songwriter, Stephanie Slevin from the U.K. This program, -I Talk With Angels,- the title of this show is also a title of a song, which along with another song, -My Pretty Shoes,- explains the source of many of Stephanie’s work- an interchange between angelic voices and the souls of the deceased. Much of Stephanie’s inspiration comes from her overcoming obstacles from a seriously abused childhood bolstered at the time by the loving attention and enduring care of her grandmother, who inspired three songs in this program, -Grandmother_s Love,- -The Cemetery” and “Goodbye, My Love.- Stephanie relates how some of her songs like -Freckled Face Boy,- -Johnny McGinty- and -She Silently Sleeps- emerge from whispered otherworldly voices, synchronicity, often appearing from the depths of dreams. many of Stephanie_s original creations, tracing her dramatic, career as an emerging songwriter. We also include her bittersweet, -I Know You Love Me the Most,- that has achieved and -Dublin,- an account of JFK_s visit to the famous city when Stephanie was a mere toddler as well as -Gifted,- a tribute the perseverance and commitment to his art of blues singer and songwriter, Robert Johnson.
