Sound Healing with David Gibson
Sound for Issues Part 2
Sound as Medicine: Peace, Frequency, and the Healing Power of Vibration
The Sound Healing Center’s Expanding Work
This rerun episode of Sound Healing opens with a broad overview of the Sound Healing Center, including the Globe Institute, the Sound Healing Store, the Sound Therapy Center, and the Sound Healing Research Foundation. The introduction describes the center’s sound-healing certificates, audio-recording certificate, online and in-person programs, books by David Gibson, sound-healing instruments, vibroacoustic tools, research resources, dementia protocols, and educational curriculum for children. It positions the center as a hub for sound healing, sound therapy, research, education, and consciousness-raising technologies.
Peace as the Foundation of Sound Healing
Host David Gibson begins by announcing upcoming programs and then continues a teaching on sound, music, and vibration as treatments for mental, physical, and emotional issues. He explains that the previous episode covered the importance of bringing people into peace, and he returns to that theme as the foundation for nearly every condition discussed. According to Gibson, sound can create peace through frequency, tone, timbre, musical intervals, chords, flow, stable vibrations, and instruments such as crystal bowls, tuning forks, vowels, sound lounges, and sound tables.
Pain, Trauma, and the Body’s Response to Sound
The first treatment areas discussed are pain, PTSD, and trauma. Gibson says sound may help pain by distracting the mind, creating bliss, reducing stress, filling nerves with vibration, and calming the body enough for natural healing responses to work more effectively. He also discusses tuning forks, frequency CDs, vibroacoustic devices, bass straps, and sound pillows. For PTSD and trauma, he stresses caution, trust-building, peace, slow exposure, call-and-response sound work, emotional expression through sound, and techniques for staying peaceful in the midst of triggering memories.
Dementia, Parkinson’s, Autism, and Nonverbal Connection
Gibson then describes sound-based protocols for dementia, including finding music patients love, using familiar songs to “wake them up,” identifying instruments they enjoy, organizing jam sessions and sound baths, applying tuning forks, using sound lounges, and exploring 40 Hertz sound and infrared light. He emphasizes that sound can help create connection when words become difficult. For Parkinson’s, he discusses a sound-lounge study using his song “Water of Life,” brainwave work, tremor rhythms, and the possibility of frequency-based alternatives to invasive stimulation. He also compares autism work to dementia protocols, stressing the need to watch each person carefully, especially if they are highly sensitive to sound.
Addiction, Schizophrenia, and Emotional Stabilization
The episode next covers addiction and schizophrenia. For addiction, Gibson describes peace, sleep support, brainwave entrainment, emotional sound expression, vibroacoustics, sound lounges, holding-frequency techniques, connection to source energy, universal love, lifestyle changes, and vision boards as possible supports. For schizophrenia, he says the work is especially tricky because the same sound may calm a person one day and destabilize them another day. He focuses again on peace and then moves into more metaphysical territory, discussing entities, spiritual clearing methods, Archangel Michael, Christ energy, Neptune energy, and group toning as approaches he says he has encountered or used.
Organs, Blood Clots, Heart, Digestion, Cancer, and COVID
Gibson also discusses sound approaches for thyroid, adrenals, blood clots, heart conditions, digestion, cancer, and COVID. He describes using frequency sweeps, tone generators, voice analysis, chakra associations, somatic recordings, and sound around the body. He gives a strong warning not to apply physical vibration directly to blood clots because of the danger of dislodging them, instead emphasizing movement and activation. For heart conditions, he focuses heavily on love, heart-opening meditations, universal love, and music such as “Unconditional Love” and “Water of Life.” For digestion, he distinguishes stress-related issues from infections or parasites that may require other treatment. For cancer, he emphasizes peace, immune support, empowerment, emotional clearing, visualization, and emerging frequency or ultrasound-related approaches. He briefly says COVID might one day be addressed by identifying and disrupting its frequency.
“Water of Life” and the Closing Visualization
Near the end, Gibson plays “Water of Life,” presenting it as music connected to universal love, peace, and empowerment. After the sound/music segment, he returns to the core message that love and peace are central to healing. He encourages listeners to tune into whatever physical, mental, or emotional issue they are carrying, imagine it completely gone, feel what that would be like, and make the sound of that healed state. He closes by asking listeners to hold that energy into the night, the weeks ahead, and beyond.

Now enjoy the podcast. Speaker 2 - David Gibson:
Hi there. I'm David Gibson. Let me tell you about some things going on here at the Institute in Sausalito, just outside San Francisco. You've got a sound bath I'm doing Friday, July 17, and you lay down bliss out, and it's all about the sound of love, and it's 6.30 to 8.15. We also have a weekend sound healing intensive in Sausalito that I'm doing Saturday, July 25, day and night, and Sunday, July 26, just all day. It's all about how sound works for healing and raising consciousness, a really good overview. If you continue into the program, you get the fee off for that. Then we've got a sound healing retreat in Mount Shasta, August 1 and 2nd. It's at the Crystal Tone Shop. On the first day and the second day, we go up on the mountain and do sound. It's a profound experience in Mount Shasta. It's just got little fairies and light beings flying around everywhere. We also have an open house on Sunday, August 23, and it's all about how sound works, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We do a lot of heart opening meditations and put everybody on the sound lounge. You get blissed out. We also have our in-person program starting again, September 8th, half of its online. The in-person is three and a half months, online, six months. We also have the full program online. You don't have to ever come here. That's starting July 14th, although it starts every week or two. Then you can take individual classes as well. We also have a recording program about recording, mixing, and producing, starting again, September 15th. We have the voice analysis training coming up July 12th. That's if you buy the software by July 10th. Again, find everything at soundhealingcenter.com. Today we're going to continue with all the different treatments with sound, music, and vibration for mental and physical and emotional issues. Again, this is from two weeks ago we did about seven or eight issues and now we're going to continue with the rest of them. All of these came from our Medical Sound Association meetings with over 1,000 doctors and sound therapists. We have 30-page treatment plans that are really detailed that goes into all the aspects of the medical issue and the treatments that are current for the medical field and how we created treatments based on that information for sound. It's really well informed for all these different issues. We're going to continue with that. Last time we went over this, we talked about all the different ways that you can get people at to peace. Peace is good for just about every issue there is and peace is the number one thing that we do with sound healing. Whether it's crystal bowls or toning, stable, consistent vibrations create piece, stable, consistent flow without blockages creates piece, even warm sounds create piece. You can have piece by frequency, by tonality or timbre, by musical intervals or chords and also by musical flow. We went through those in detail a couple of weeks ago. You can find that on the site at medicalsoundassociation.com. You can find all the details for each of these issues. 30 pages for each one at medicalsoundassociation.com. Let's continue here now and let's start with pain.
Pain. Sound is so effective for pain. There's a few ways that you can work with pain. First, you can actually just get people distracted. Diversion. I mean, get people thinking about something else and often the pain goes away. The problem is it normally comes back once you stop being diverted. That's not always that great, but it can be cool. Music or any type of bliss can be really effective, especially music is one of the easiest ways to get people blissed out. When you're blissed out, your brain secretes dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins and that can get rid of the pain and sometimes not very often, but sometimes it can get rid of it forever. That can be really cool, just musical bliss. But also what we know is when you have pain, you get often really stressed out. You get anxiety as well and that stress and anxiety makes the pain worse. God blew it when it came to pain here. Kind of overdid it a little bit. If you can just get somebody to a place of peace with any sound healing instrument, vowels, even getting them to make sound can be very cool. Toning is really helpful, especially sound lounges and sound tables that we'll talk about. Any way you can get a person to a place of peace and calm, then often it gets rid of 50% of the pain right there because they're no longer stressed and in that cycle. Also, the natural healing response of the body is able to kick in because you're not like running all these stress hormones. The other thing we've learned about pain, I learned from a doctor actually, is when you fill up a nerve with sound, a nerve can only handle one piece of information and therefore there's no more pain. I learned this when I broke a rib years ago and I screamed for three hours and I had no pain. Finally, I got too tired. I couldn't scream anymore. That's really cool because I learned you don't have to scream. You can actually just tone any vowels, sing any vowel and that will get rid of the pain. It doesn't always get rid of it completely, but what this means is we can now research and find the frequency of the nerves that are creating the pain or the frequency of the muscles or the frequency of every mechanism that's creating the pain and then play it to that part of the body and it will totally get rid of the pain. I had kidney stones years ago and God, I wish I had frequencies that would take care of that. I actually have used frequencies on minor kidney stones just recently and it really helped. In fact, even helped them pass. This is huge. Pain is so debilitating. You can also just put tuning forks on the pain if it's not too bad or you can put tuning forks around the pain if it's really bad. Then vibroacoustics, we've got the bass strap as well. You've got all these frequencies, CDs for nerves, tendons, ligaments and muscles that are really good for pain. You don't listen to them. You play them on the body with headphones or you can play them with the sound pillow or sound lounge. You can also use the bass, especially the strap. You can place the little subwoofer of the strap right on the pain and with those frequencies and it's really effective. I've seen pain go away completely and never come back. I've seen people with pain around seven to nine and within ten minutes it's down to two. I've actually had pain in my lower back and I use it and it goes away completely and it doesn't come back the rest of the day. You can also use our dolphin as well. You can find all of this at soundlowncenter.com. It's so, so, so effective. But one day we'll have the frequency for every pain. That's where we're headed. Even we can ultimately use frequencies to repair the cells or repair the nerves that are causing the pain. That's where we're ultimately headed.
Then there's PTSD and trauma. Trauma and PTSD you have to be really careful with because you can re-trigger that trauma and often people are too fragile or they're just not going to really focus on the trauma. The number one treatment in psychotherapy for PTSD and trauma is to talk about it over and over and over so it's no longer triggering so you're desensitized to it. So we've got many techniques that can help do that. First you need to create trust and we've got a list of about 30 intake questions that can really help you build that trust with the person because a lot of people are not going to trust. Especially people that were in the war or first responders I've found. Peace is the, you've got to get them to place a peace before you dive into anything and that could be everything we talked about. Frequencies, timbers, musical, enterals, music and sound lounge really effective. The problem with PTSD and even just trauma is a lot of people are not going to talk about it. They're not going to talk about their friends being blown up or having to kill people. So the trick is to really ultimately get them to even make the sound of it. But you have to go really slow. First of all, most people are scared to death to make sounds so you've got to do a week or two of call and response. Making sound, making even weird sounds and getting them to repeat it back so they're at least comfortable making sound. And then you can start working on making the sound of how you're feeling. Here's how I feel. Right? Today. And then you say, how do you feel? Oh, I'm kind of down. Is it like this? Ooh. And they're like, no, how about this? Yeah, more like that. You want to make the sound with us? And then you get them to start making the sound of how they're feeling. And then you go, you ready to make the sound of the trauma? Oh, I don't know, man. I don't know. Well, you want me to make the sound of it? Okay. All right. And then ultimately they face it and even transform it into a beautiful sound. And that is very desensitizing. We also have our holding frequency class where we have 11 techniques for being at peace in the midst of a challenge, just letting it be, being in your body, being the witness and watching it, actually just breathing, also just toning any vowel or singing along with it, having gratitude for it. That's a hard one, but it's really excellent doing compassion for it or the people were involved and running love, sending love to it with the sound, especially. And if you can go to a place where you're one with the universe, that's really excellent as well. So then you teach them how to be at peace in the midst of these challenges. We have a whole class online or in person that you can actually get for that. And that's really, really effective. So when the trigger comes up that triggers the PTSD or the trauma, then they know exactly what to do. Then you can actually talk about how to actually transform it. But again, only if they're ready. If they're really fragile, they may never be ready. Or if they're really old, you've got to be really careful. And you can bring up the trauma and just trigger it and then have another trauma crisis. So you've got to be really careful. Watch closely. Watch like a hawk. You can also teach them how to witness emotions. Be the camera that is the witness that never has emotions, is just watching them. Or no, you're not the trauma. You are a perfect spirit. You're a soul. You are universal love. You are a stable, consistent vibration. You are not the trauma. And there's Ed Rupert that has contracts with 75% of all first responders, police and fire stations in Colorado. And he's got our sound lounges. And if they have a crisis, which means about to commit suicide normally, Ed goes out with our sound lounge and gets them on it. He's saved over 300 lives in the last six years. And now police and fire stations are buying the sound lounges and pillows left and right. It's so effective for overcoming the trauma, especially suicide issues. Okay.
Dementia. We've now had a contract for three years with Providence Dementia Center in Napa, just north of here. And we have transformed the place drastically. We've calmed it down 50%. We have eight different protocols that are really effective. The first thing we do is we find music they love. Music of their past, which helps them to wake up, which is really cool. Or any sound healing music, we've got 150 sound healing songs that we test for them. And then we create or put all these songs on their MP3 player so that they've got music they love that lights them up like a Christmas tree wakes them up. We also go through all the instruments and see which ones they love and which ones they can play. 30% of the dementia patients did not like crystal balls to piercing. So you find the ones they love and you play those for them or put them in groups where you play them. And the ones they can play and you get them to play the instrument because if they can actually play it, that's even cooler. We have whole jam sessions two or three times a week at the dementia center where they're playing. And we actually do sound baths for them as well. And now this is for the early stages of dementia. For the later stages, they are actually often, they can't play instruments often. So you can play four of them or you can put tuning forks on them. That's very cool. Also, it's good important to know that in early stages, the main remedy for dementia is more blood flow to the brain. So any activation you can get going is really the best. Whereas with later stages of dementia, activation will trigger anxiety. They are easily triggered. So you've got to do only piece, calm and stillness. So we're also finding their home note and tuning the music to their brain, especially effective in alpha and beta tuned to them. Oh my God. We also have a room with a sound lounge there and we're putting them on the sound lounge with music tuned to them and other music. And it's transformed people drastically. Even the workers, the staff are getting on the sound lounge and it's calmed them down as well. There's also research that 40 Hertz actually can reverse dementia. So we've created a song which is free on our website, by the way, of 40 Hertz. And it's really effective as well. And we're starting to use infrared light at 40 Hertz because that's what the clinical study was with. And we're teaching nonverbal communication. It's really cool to get them to make the sound of how they're feeling. So again, you have to do the call in response, get them comfortable. But just a couple of months ago, there was this guy who was like catatonic. And we had already done sound and I said, can you make the sound of how you're feeling? And he goes, ahh, ahh, ahh, and he looks up at me and smiles and goes back down. Oh my God. We made a connection. The cool thing about sound is when people have dementia, words are hard. Words are much more difficult. Sounds much easier to do. So what you can do is teach them to actually make the sound of how they're feeling in the early stages of dementia when they go to later stages, then they can make the sound of how they're feeling without using words. And it's so beautiful. And even with the later stages, you can just mimic their emotions with sound. And they'll see that you're connecting and wake up. It's very cool. Alright. And they'll just look at you like, what's going on? And then, and all of a sudden there was a connection. I had this one woman and I just toned for 15 minutes. She was, she was totally nonverbal and I toned for 15 minutes and she was trans-fixed and totally at peace because she had a lot of anxiety. So you can find all of these treatments at soundfordementia.com. We're also got a whole protocols that we're bringing into dementia centers or we can do for anybody you know.
Parkinson's. We did we did a clinical study with a dozen Parkinson's patients and put them on the sound lounge with my song, The Water of Life. They went from an average of eight with the tremors down to two. Some of them, a lot of them got rid of their tremors completely and were able to get off of their meds completely by doing the sound lounge at least a couple of times a day. That's very cool. We also have worked with the brainwave for them to actually get them back to peace. That's very effective. My music, Water of Life and unconditional love has been really effective as well. We can also find the rhythm of their tremors and tune music to the tremors. We've also actually, I talked to the head of surgery that does deep brain stimulation at the UC med center and asked them, that's where they actually insert a pacemaker in the brain. It's just really quite effective. I said, well, what's the frequency? They said around 30 Hertz, but then we tune it to the person. I said, well, how do you tune it? They said, well, after we've implanted it, we just bring them in and we go up and down in frequency until their tremors stop. It's like the same thing as the brainwave. We could totally do that frequency with the brainwave in the ears without a $50,000 or $100,000 surgery that's totally invasive and I bet it would be even more effective. We've got a lot of different possibilities for Parkinson's.
Autism is really similar in the treatment as to dementia. First of all, it's completely different depending on where they are on the spectrum. If they're on the spectrum, they often love music and sound and working with the sound of emotions. Whereas, if they're high on the spectrum, we worked with the center in East Bay here of San Francisco and you couldn't even walk up to them. They were super hypersensitive and so often sound was way too much for them. Whenever you work with anybody with autism, you just got to watch them like a hawk and just see what they can actually handle and especially find what instruments and music they love and also what they can play. That's very cool. The brainwave entrainment where we find the note of their nervous system or rhythm of their nervous system and tune music in Delta for sleep, theta for creativity, alpha for learning and beta for thinking and overcoming ADHD and gamma for blissing out. Really effective especially based on the research of Jeffrey Thompson. This is really effective. And then if not high on the spectrum or you could try it if they're high on the spectrum, you just got to be really careful. Tuning forks on the body, getting them in their body Tibetan bowls, even a frame drum around the body or put them on the sound lounge and see. Anytime anybody's fragile, you have to do a test on the sound lounge not only for the amount of vibration but for the volume in the headphones just to see what they can handle. So that's really effective. And then again, nonverbal communication, teaching them how to make the sound of how they're feeling or if they're high on the spectrum, just making sounds to match where they're at emotionally to create a connection.
Addiction. We had an addiction center, two buildings down from our place in San Francisco when we were there for 15 years. And we did treatments weekly there for a couple of years and got some really good results. Again, the number one thing is peace, especially if they're Jonesing and just coming off drugs. You know, peace is the whole deal. Often they can't sleep. So peace and delta, especially brainwave and treatment tuned to them is so effective. And then finding the instruments and music they love is really good because they're really fragile. Expressing emotions with sound, that's so cool because they've got, you know, it's kind of stressful being in an addiction center, especially when you've lost everything and your body is totally freaking out. So, you know, often people feel really bad about themselves as well. So to work with expressing emotions, I found was really cool. Sounds on the body, vibroacoustics is the best. Sound loud, sound table, sound vest, oh my, the best because it totally overcomes any anxiety or Jonesing and makes them at peace. The holding frequency class where they can actually learn the 11 techniques to be at peace in the midst of challenges or in the midst of any, you know, wanting drugs. That's very cool. I've come to believe that a lot of the problem is that not just for addiction but also for a lot of people is people are bored to death because they've lost their connection to spirit and they're just looking for that. That's why they do the drugs even. So, if you can bring them into the energy of source or just run source energy while you're actually doing sound and resonate that energy, that can be really cool. If you can teach them how to run universal love and connect to oneness and unity consciousness, that's the best. You can also talk about a new lifestyle. I mean, a lot of people have no goals. They have no ambition, no, no, I mean, nothing to do. So, you know, work it and create a vision board and maybe they could even do sound healing for that matter. A lot of things for addiction.
Then we have schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is really tricky because schizophrenia, you can do sound one day. And get them to peace. Peace is the main deal again. And it's great. Works perfectly. And then the next day you do the exact same thing and they go out to another dimension and out of their body. So, it's really can be really tricky. The only thing I've found is peace, peace and more peace. Although I have to say, and this might be a little out there, but let me say, I have a friend thit workeds in a center for people with all types of mental emotional issues and a lot of them have schizophrenia. And she, this woman, my friend is very psychic. And she said, Dave, they all have entities. I might, whoa, okay. So there's different techniques you can use to get rid of entities that I've found because I've taken on entities in the past. By the way, if this is too out there, don't tell anybody. Okay. So one is you can say, in Jesus name, go. You have to be firm with those suckers. In Jesus name, go, go. Right? And that often works. I have this intuitive that he's actually seen it worked. But another thing that I found that I always told is really bizarre is to bring in Neptune energy. Neptune ends. I told up a picture of Neptune and brought in that energy. And that gets rid of the really deep powerful ones called gens, they say, the ones that the Christ/Jesus energy doesn't work. And so they can, that can actually get rid of the really, really powerful ones. But this other psychic said, yeah, but the Neptunians, they steal stuff. So you have to get rid of them with the Christ energy. Oh, God, it's a weird world out there. Again, if this is too out there, don't tell anybody. You can also use Archangel Michael and say, go, I've also visualized the entity going into the light. I've actually had people who died in my bedroom show up in my bedroom and I sent visualized, sending them into the light and it worked. Also, I once years ago had this guy that was really amped in class, really almost disruptive sometimes. I wouldn't normally say this, but I go, maybe you have an entity and he goes, Oh, yeah. The general has been here for 10 years and I done everything and I can't get rid of them. So we formed a circle around him with the whole class and toned with the intention of getting rid of the entity. The next day he comes back and he goes, Dave, the general is completely gone and his energy changed drastically. He was much calmer and more peaceful in class and it was just completely different. Very cool. So think about working to actually send these boogers into the light. Okay. That is schizophrenia.
The next one is thyroid and adrenals. So in my book and in the reader for the classes, we have actual frequencies for thyroid and adrenals. So you can actually look those up and or even do a search on the internet and then you can actually play a tone generator or just tone that frequency and that can be really cool. We also teach how to do a frequency sweep where you just go up and down and find your thyroid. There's mine or find the frequency of adrenals. Often do that silently because I can't really feel my adrenals but then you can actually tone or make that frequency out loud. Just trust that you can find it. Even if you don't get it right, it's still really effective. But also with adrenals, I mean adrenals is just fatigue. You're worn out. You've overdone it. So peace is the best. And again, we are masters at peace around here with sound healing. So relaxing music or sounds or anything that just gets them to a place of stillness is really good for adrenals. For the thyroid, the thyroid is associated with the throat chakra. So any way you can release stuck emotions where you make the sound of the motion and transform it to a bowel or to love. You can also make the sound of the part of the body that's holding the emotion. We have a whole class on this and it's also in my book as well. Or you could actually just bring in higher beings, let them make the sound of the emotion through you. So that can be really good for the thyroid where the throat chakra is or just express yourself. Do gibberish, make weird sounds and get really loud. We also have my somatic CDs and downloads for the endocrine glands where you could just play that right on the body, right on the thyroid or the adrenals. We have songs for thyroid and adrenals. Also in our voice analysis software, the thyroid is the note of C and the adrenals are the note of D-sharp. The only problem is you could have too much of that where they're worn out or you could have too little where they're stagnant and not really working. So you need to do the voice analysis assessment to actually find whether it's too little or too much and then you get the remedy for too little or too much and that can be really effective. I mean, we should have an assessment tool that scans your body because everybody's a little bit different and finds the frequency of your thyroid, adrenals and plays it. All the frequencies of thyroid and adrenals and poof, it's done, right? Especially since these are such, they're so receptive to sound because they're also tied to the chakras as well. You can't even work with the chakras on them as we talked about. And adrenals, maybe you're not in your power. You need to be more in your power equal to people, which is the solar plexus chakra.
Okay. Blood clots. I'm kind of a specialist at blood clots because I had blood clots and still have a little bit. I had it really badly at one point. The main thing about blood clots and sound, you cannot do sound physically on the body with blood clots. You can't put tuning forks on the body. You can't play any vibroacoustics on the body. You can't vibrate the blood clots because they could break loose. If they go into the lungs or heart or brain, you're dead. It's really dangerous. They say you can't even get a massage. So you got to be really careful with sound. You can do sound around the body and visualize the blood clots melting. I've had that treatment done to me and that seems feels really effective. Visualize the blood clots. So you can still run energy and do all types of sound around the body to get people to a place of peace. But really, the deal with blood clots is more activation. You need more blood flow. I mean, they told me the best thing I can do is do a hike. So I do a hike almost every day now. And that's really good movement and is just the best. So get somebody dancing to the music or get them playing a drum where they're moving. Get them actually moving or playing sound. So that's really, really effective. I mean, one day we're going to have the frequency of those blood clots and we'll just melt them like that with ultrasound or other things. One day.
Heart conditions. I would bet that 70% of all heart conditions or more, maybe even 95% is because of lack of love. When you go to the doctor, if you got a heart condition, they should pull out all these different music and give it to you for resonating more love. They should teach you how to run love. It could be just as simple as sending a sound to your own heart. Right. Right. But learn how to run universal love. I mean, universal love, you can visualize it coming in through the thymus down into the heart. That's the way a lot of people say it happens or until it finally happens and where you could visualize light coming down through your crown into your heart as well and then out the heart. So run this love from the universe, the source of all into your heart. We teach a class on how to do that in our sound of love class or there's also videos on YouTube on how to do it. Learn how to run love. You can also just do meditations on love, tons of them on YouTube or watch movies that are really heart opening. We also have my CD Unconditional Love, which is just filled with love. I held the energy of universal love through the whole thing and the water of life is also based on the energy of love. You can also do a frequency sweep and find the frequency of the heart. There's mine. And then make that sound or you can actually find the frequencies to do a search online. I mean, everybody, nobody agrees with anybody, but it's worth a try. Those frequencies are in my book as well. We hand them out in classes and then just play those on the heart as well. We also have the Somatic CD. The Endocrine System CD actually has a song called Heart that you can play right on the heart. Be careful. I mean, don't overdo it. And then you could play the Circulatory System CD. These are downloads as well. And you can play that CD all through the Circulatory System, which could be really good for the heart. Moves the whole deal. Just learn how to run love on your own. It's really the best.
Digestion is often caused by stress. The most digestion issues are because of stress. So we've got that down. I mean, any music or sound that relaxes you, which is everything we've talked about as far as peace. So that's really good. You can also work on emotions because often these emotions are causing the stress. So releasing the stuck emotions, making the sound of them and transforming them that we talked about. You can also find the frequency of the intestines and you can do a frequency sweep up and down. And make that sound. Or you can actually use the frequencies in my book that we list or just do a search online and play those using the Intract Tuner Online Tone Generator and get them on the body. We also have the CD download for digestion that is really effective. I've had a lot of people say that it's really worked for them. You play it on the body with headphones or the bass strap or the vest is really effective. Or the sound lounge is cool too. The problem with digestion though is I believe there are some bugs in there like parasites and H. pylori that sound is not going to get rid of when you're relaxed. They are very powerful bugs. In fact, antibiotics don't even often work on them. So I found some tea called Matulliti. I actually had H. pylori and couldn't get out of bed or actually couldn't hardly make it through the day for like years. And then I got rid of it and it's so much better. Sound, I don't think it's going to get rid of those serious bugs. Maybe but not like one day we'll find the frequency of those bugs and explode them. Then we can get rid of them with sound. But you know, just peace is you know, so you might need to do something else. Functional medicine is what really helped me. But one day we'll get there. But you just have basic stress that's causing your digestion problem where you're holding on to stuck emotions. That can be, we can totally take care of that.
Then there's cancer. With cancer, peace is always the best. Because when you're at peace, your immune system works much better. And that's the deal. The biggest problem with cancer, I believe, is people go into fear. So anything you can do to do empowerment where you go, okay, let's do, imagine there's a tiger attacking you and on three, which is always four, we're going to do a really loud note. One, two, three. No, right. And you get them to make really strong, loud, screaming sounds, to get them out of their fear, to be empowered again. I know a guy thit workeds with really loud voices, medical intuitive. And when he worked on me, I could feel that. I felt, I felt empowered. So anything that gets you back in your power, until her comes to fear. I had this one woman, she said, I'm actually doing well. That's the people around me that are freaking out. They're all in fear. So I have to take care of them. Oh, God. Get them in their body with vibration tuning forks. That's really good because that's the best for peace. And then do emotional clearing. Everybody says the emotions are the number one cause. So work with the emotions and make the sound of them, transform them. You can also find the frequency. But that part of the body before it had the cancer and make the sound of that or play it on the body with the device. And then one of the best is just imagine it, completely gone. The body knows no difference. Right now, there are many hospitals throughout the country that in the last six months, they just now are offering ultrasound for liver and prostate cancer. Anthony Holland has 15 electromagnetic frequencies that will destroy 15 types of cancer in the lab and he's got clinical studies to prove it and show it. So we're on the verge of no more chemo and radiation. We're really on the way and it's happening. It's already in hospitals. That's really, really cool. Again, peace and empowerment. I had this one woman, she had throat cancer and I had her make do that. We're really loud, no and make the sound of how she's feeling. And it took about nine months, but her cancer went away. Right? Totally cool.
COVID ultimately, with COVID, we can find the frequency of the COVID and explode it. We could do that right now. The only problem is there's only three COVID centers in the whole United States and they're really top high security. So you can't get in there to do any tests. But one day, we could just explode those suckers. It's so simple, right, before they cause any problem. Okay. So let me play for you a song that will help get you to a place of peace. Let's do Water of Life. So enjoy this. This is about running universal love. This is universal love and it's very empowering as well. Okay, so enjoy Water of Life.

Love and peace is the whole deal. The number one thing for any issue is imagine it's gone. Make the sound of it. For yourself, tune in to whatever you have going on. Physically and mentally emotionally. And imagine it's completely gone. What would it feel like if it were completely gone? So, feel it completely. And then make the sound of that. Oh my God. The body now is no different. Visualize it completely gone. It's a done deal. Hold that energy the rest of the night and weeks ahead, months ahead, years ahead, and lifetimes. Thanks so much and take care.
