Friends, regardless of what branch of government, office, or party affiliation, the law applies to each and every one of us. No one is above the law. We all must keep in scope that the purpose of government is to restrain men from sin, breaking the law, First John 3:4, and enforce God's standard of right and wrong as we make reference to God's moral law, for we are based on the mosaic institution in the United States of America. And the purpose? To maintain order. (gavel bangs) Now, knowing this, how does one accept what is happening in American governments today? Just recently, Al Franken from Minnesota simply chose to resign after being accused of inappropriately touching multiple women before and after he was a senator.

[01:01] Speaker 3: I felt that we had entered an important moment (camera shutter clicks) in the history of this country. (camera shutter clicks)

[01:06] Speaker 1: Ethics committee investigation was already underway. Facing multiple allegations of sexual harassment, Representative John Conyers from Michigan simply chose to resign as Congress's longest-serving member Tuesday, becoming the first lawmaker to step down as Capitol Hill grapples with allegations of inappropriate behavior by, listen carefully, lawmakers. Conyers, who represented the Detroit area for 52 years, yielded to mounting pressure from representatives to step aside as a growing number of female former aides accused him of unwanted advances and mistreatment.

[01:52] Speaker 2: That's right, there's another. Arizona Republican Congressman Trent Franks is now announcing that he will be resigning.

[01:59] Speaker 1: Arizona Republican Rep. Trent Franks announced in a statement Thursday that he will simply resign from Congress at the end of January after the House Ethics Committee said that it would investigate allegations against him of sexual harassment. Wow, just think about this. They're uncovered for their offenses towards our laws, and when found out, they simply choose to resign without fear of the consequence? A mere slap on the hand is a signal of encouragement to the next violator of law in line to do the same in their criminal endeavors. The last to resign amid a scandal was Senator John Ensign, a representative from Nevada, in 2011, who quit during an investigation by the ethics committee into his affair with a former campaign staffer who was married to a Senate staffer. Before that, Senator Robert Packwood, a representative from Oregon, resigned after being recommended for expulsion amid accusations of sexual abuse in 1995.

[03:13] Speaker 1: And going even further back, we have Senator Harrison Williams, a representative from New Jersey. He resigned in 1982 after being recommended for expulsion after a bribery conviction. Folks, this list of criminals is only the tip of the iceberg. Where have the American people accepted the notion that public servants, those that are entrusted to serve we, the people, who have been placed into public trust and have transgressed American laws, must simply resign after the criminal violations rather than face justice as to the laws they broke? As if to suggest that this will somehow appease the crime? Friends, it only encourages more crimes. There is a higher trust placed in the individual that serves we, the people. Therefore, if they violate that trust by breaking the law, then there is a higher consequence that they must pay for their transgressions.

[04:12] Speaker 1: Article II, Section 4 of the United States Constitution tells us that the president, the vice president, and all civil officers of the United States shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. Asking them to resign is like hiring a banker that turns out to be a bank robber, and then after their crimes are discovered, you ask the bank robber to simply return the money and go find another job. He will merely go to another bank and then repeat the crime all over again. You don't ask for a resignation. You fire him and call the police and have them prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for their crimes against we, the people.

[05:03] Speaker 1: We should be deterring the crime, not encouraging it. Americans need to understand that where justice is left off, it will create repeat offenders, and so it has and will, and it will continue to do so.

[05:17] Speaker 1: Roger Sherman, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, signer of the Constitution, stated, "I believe that there is only one living and true God, existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost; that the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are revelation from God; that God did send his own Son to become a man, die in the room and stead of sinners, and thus to lay a foundation for the offer of pardon and salvation to all mankind so all may be saved who are willing to accept the Gospel offer." Roger also stated that, "Sad will be the day when the American people forget their traditions, and their history..."... and no longer remember that the country that they love, the institutions they cherish, and the freedom that they hope to preserve were born from the throws of armed resistance to tyranny and nursed in the rugged arms of fearless men.

Folks, you have to understand, when you look in the Old Testament and the New Testament, you are not gonna find the consequence outside of Luke 17:2 or, uh, going back to Exodus 22 as well, concerning those that would cry out to the Lord, that he would surely hear them and he would kill them with the sword. And he's talking about the fatherless in the Old Testament.

[08:16] Speaker 1: And in the New Testament, it says, "It's better for them to take a millstone and wrap it around their own necks and cast themselves into the sea rather than to offend one of these little ones." Uh, it's amazing to me, friends, the message that this is sending across the country to those that dare touch one of the little ones. It should have been implemented, uh, long ago. Case in point, it has been, it just hasn't been enforced. It's been omitted and ignored by the mainstream media. I thought it was kind of odd and, uh, quite telling, to be quite honest with you friends, concerning the timing of this Tanner Horner sentence, uh, in the face of all that's going on with the Epstein files, because again, here's the message: "You know, all of you peasants are held accountable to the law, but us over here, no, no, no, the law doesn't apply to us because we're demigods.

[09:05] Speaker 1: We're above the law." Uh, I'm just here to tell you, Americans, this is answer to prayer on my part, and I can tell you right now, it's a mercy of the Lord that all things that are covered shall be revealed and there's nothing hid that shall not be made known. This is the mercy of God, and this is where the people come into play, but the Lord once again is pulling the cover off the guilty concerning those that are committing crimes against children. Now it's happening to the peasants. Now the peasants, that's me and you, right? They would have us believe that we're peasants and we're here to serve them, uh, and what we do, we do by their good graces, yay or nay. Uh, we need to hold them accountable as well, to remind them in this life that they're not above the law, because again, friends, look at the timing, in parallel, how this is coming out.

[09:48] Speaker 1: Look at in timing, friends, all of those, uh, raids that are taking place across the United States of America during the same time that the Epstein files have been released. Uh, case in point, yesterday had, somebody had said, "You know, I, I just, you know, I just know as a fact that Donald Trump is not on those, those files at all." And, uh, well, here, let's, let's go ahead and listen to this.

[10:12] Speaker 6: Talk about releasing the Epstein files, I'm like, "This is a no-brainer." President Trump will just roll them out on a big cart himself, stacks and stacks and stacks of the Epstein files, because obviously Bill Clinton is all in there, and Hillary Clinton. That's what I had been told all along, right? Well, it was the most shocking thing when I sat in a conference meeting and I learned that the president didn't want to release the Epstein files. I was like, "What?" Yeah, come to find out, he was very much against it.

[10:47] Speaker 1: Marjorie Taylor Greene.

[10:48] Speaker 6: So we kept on trying and kept on talking about it, and then the president told Mike Johnson, "No, do not bring that resolution to the floor for a vote." He told the Rules Committee and Johnson told the Rules Committee, "No, you will not mark up any bill in the Rules Committee that will allow the Epstein files to be released." And the resistance built and built and built.

[11:09] Speaker 1: Interesting.

[11:09] Speaker 6: He told Cam Bondi, "Don't release the Epstein files." He told everybody, "Don't release the Epstein files." So we persisted, because that's what we promised, that's what we campaigned on, transparency and accountability, especially to pedophiles. How is that complicated? So it got s- to be such, um, gigantic amount of resistance coming from the President and the Speaker and everyone, the DOJ, I said, "Fine, I'll do the unthinkable. I'll go over there and I'll sign my name on a discharge petition that all the Democrats are signing their name on." Talk about crossing the aisle. Me, a general in the MAGA Army, crossing over to sign my name with a bunch of Democrats. Yeah, I did.... because women were raped when they were 16 and 14 years old.

[12:06] Speaker 1: Not just women, people.

[12:08] Speaker 6: And he was a convicted pedophile, and we knew there were many with him. So I signed my name on the discharge petition. Oh, did I get my name on the naughty list then. Let me tell you. That became a real issue at the White House. Well, I'll never forget it. I was in my office in the Rayburn Building, and I got a phone call from the President. And he was at the White House, and he wanted to talk to me about the dispar- discharge petition that I'd signed my name on. And he said, "Marjorie, you're gonna have to take your name off that discharge petition. The, these ... We can't let ... This is a hoax. We can't carry this. This is a hoax. It's a Democrat hoax, and we've got to just put this away and stop doing this." And he said, "My friends are going to get hurt." He said his friends would get hurt if we released the Epstein files. He said, "Marjorie, these are good people. These are people you know at Mar-a-Lago. People in Palm Beach. They're going to get hurt by this." And I said, "Mr.

[13:12] Speaker 6: President, people have been hurt. These women have been hurt." I said, "Have you talked to them?" I said, "You should talk to them. You should have them in the Oval Office, Mr. President. You have everybody in the Oval Office. You have sports teams, you have world leaders, you have Al-Qaeda terrorists that are now leading Syria. You have Mom Donnie. I mean, you have everybody in the Oval Office. Surely you can have these women who were raped as teenagers. Talk to them. I talk to them all the time, as a matter of fact. Many of them voted for you." That's what I told him. "They voted for you." Epstein victims voted for Donald Trump. And he wouldn't have anything to do with them. And he told me his friends would get hurt. And I said, "Not taking my name off the discharge petition." Because this crosses party lines. It crosses ... As a matter of fact, it crosses all the lines.

Well, let's put it this way, friends. Social media platform during that particular time, letting the colonies know what the British were doing and what they intended to do. Okay? Samuel Adams, who also became the governor, I believe of Virginia. I believe it was Virginia. I could stand corrected, but I believe it was.

[22:29] Speaker 1: He's the one that said, "He who is void of virtuous attachments, your said representatives, in private laugh-" Uh, he said, "In private life is or very soon will be void of all regard for his country. There is seldom an instance of a man guilty of betraying his country who had not before lost the feeling of moral obligations in his private connections." Let me say it this way. How can a man ... Because they all do it, friends, as you all too well know. They all put their hand on the Bible swearing to uphold the Constitution during their oath. Their only purpose in doing that is to put the people back to sleep. It's to deceive the people, and what they don't realize is they're actually deceiving themselves, because the Lord will hold them accountable to their oaths. Uh, Ecclesiastes 5:4. Read Numbers 30:2. Read Deuteronomy 23:23. Matter of fact, on Judgment Day, friends, uh, we're gonna be held accountable for every idle word and every idle thought.

[23:31] Speaker 1: You wanna talk about seeing through us, all the way through and through, friends? That's exactly what judgment's gonna be like, and we're gonna answer for what we do and what we don't do. And when it comes to these scoundrels that we're highlighting right now, friends, uh, them not upholding their, their oaths? "The Lord is not slack to repay them to their face that hate Him." Deuteronomy 7:10. Uh, those that, uh, take the name of the Lord thy God in vain, what does it say right after that? Most people don't even d- don't even consider what it says in context. "For the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh His name in vain." The Lord will hold him, and, uh, He will hold him accountable for what he does and what he says. Again, talking of scoundrels, if you just joined us. I wanna make clear that you all understand that it didn't require any discipline for them to attain the position in which they now have.

[24:24] Speaker 1: They were promoted through their immoralities and their compromises, people. They read what others have done, and they took it another step.They didn't earn the knowledge for themselves, so they don't have to take responsibility for it, so they think. That is, if the American people would actually respond to heaven by holding them accountable. Yet, they will, again, when you hold them to it. As Americans, who knows better and can see through their administration, lack thereof, there is clear incompetence concerning what it is that the American people are putting up with today. I wanna go back in history. I have a documentary called The Good, Bad and The Righteous, and I just want you to listen to the characteristics because you've become accustomed to this, uh, that this is just how things are, when in fact they aren't and they don't have to be the way that they are. Uh, especially when it comes to those said candidates that are offered to us on an election cycle.

[25:25] Speaker 1: For example, if you're new here, do remember that during the last presidential cycle, the options that you were given were merely a handful. And what most people didn't do is take the time to pull the curtain back to understand that the options that were given were all on the same team. They were all wearing the same jersey, regardless if they had a R on their jersey or a D on their jersey, because it is a uni-party system. I also want to prove this with this statement. There was over 1,100 presidential options given throughout the United States of America. How many have the mainstream media offered you? How many did they offer you, Americans? Usually when I give this statistics, it's, it, it, simply, there's no gainsay, people stop their mouth, they stop and think, "Oh my goodness, was I beguiled? Was I lied to again?" Yep, and it's gonna happen the next cycle. It's not just the president, it's also the governors, it's also the mayors, it's also the said city representatives.

[26:31] Speaker 1: Do we have good guys in office? Yes, but they're rare as hen's teeth to say the least, friends. In m- in most cases, the American people have become so brainwashed, speaking of which, that they think the good guys are the bad guys when they have it completely backwards. And it shows you how brainwashed they have become. It shows you that the politicians that lie to them know how to lie better than most know how to tell the truth, because the people that listen to 'em don't know the truth. Because if they did, they would stand up against those that are lying to them, those that they parrot on a 24/7 basis. Um, uh, I, I, I'm ashamed to say that on the behalf of so many, to say the least. Wasn't it Malcolm X that rightly said, "Love him or hate him" friends? Wasn't it r- wasn't it right, what he said when he said, "If you're not careful, the newspapers will having you hate the oppress and loving the oppressors"? Yes, exactly. And that's where America's at today.

[27:31] Speaker 1: Let me show you none other than Benedict Arnold off of a, uh, documentary I did, and I want you to listen carefully to this. What about Benedict Arnold? Everybody thought that he was a patriot, yet when he was exposed, he was found to be a man that committed high treason against his own country. In July 1780, Benedict Arnold sought and obtained command of the fort at West Point. He had already begun a year-long correspondence with General Sir Henry Clinton in New York City through Major Andrea, and was closely involved with Beverly Robinson, a prominent loyalist in command of a loyalist regiment. Benedict Arnold offered to hand the fort over to the British for three million US dollars, that is in 2008 terms, and as a brigadier's commission. He chose West Point for its strategic importance.

[28:28] Speaker 1: The Americans had been using its position to prevent British ships from moving northward from New York City up the Hudson, and connecting with the British Forces in Canada, a move that would have split the north from the south. It's a very short piece, but it highlights how Benedict Arnold was sold to the people during that particular time in the founding era as a war hero, when in fact he was betraying the people.
