[01:20] Speaker 13: I wrote this piece on the behalf of our future posterity. If we do not sow into the fields of our young today, do remember that tomorrow, they will be your rulers. I wrote this for the future of our country and the upholding and magnification of our constitution, and a care for the veterans who have so valiantly fought, bled, and died to ratify that constitution. They fought for the freedoms that we now have. As do I have a care to please my heavenly Father by honoring the death of his son, Jesus Christ, who fought, bled, and died on Calvary's hill for the sins of the world. He fought for our redemption to bestow upon us salvation, to live for what he died for. Because, as we all know, he's not on that cross anymore. He is alive forevermore, and that's why we fight.

[02:16] Speaker 13: (instrumental music plays) It all started when doing high school assemblies across the nation of ours, that I noticed articles would come out on me through the media which were nothing less than being contrived, fabricated, and thrown out there as facts about my assembly. When in truth, oftentimes the reporters would not stay or even see the assembly that they were purportedly writing about. What, I ask, could possibly be wrong with teaching our foundations and our laws to the young in public schools in this country? Shouldn't they be teaching that? One thing that I noticed immediately was that we started to feel some opposition when the media began to push the gay agenda on the American people. Something was up and I had to find out what it was. I figured that if they wanted to blow the smoke, then I'll bring the fire. It has been said to tell the truth in the time of deception is a revolutionary act.

[03:49] Speaker 13: Well, I say in response to that statement, if it is truth that brings on a revolution, then bring on the revolution so we as a people can gut out the deceptions, and of course, those who promulgate the deception. And I have noticed that deception is all that the homosexual radicals have brought to the table, because the truth doesn't work for their agenda. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.

[04:19] Speaker 4: It's to be able to get married, it's to be able to get a job, and it's to be able to fight for our country. (crowd cheering) For those who are worried about the radical homosexual agenda, let me put them on notice. Two down, two to go.

[04:38] Speaker 13: Folks, by his own admission, this is the same guy who had a male prostitute living with him, who ran a prostitution ring running out of his Washington, DC apartment. None other than Massachusetts congressman Barney Frank. His name was brought up in a court testimony as being involved in a pedophile ring operation and accused of having sexual relations with a boy who was brought to Frank's home in Massachusetts. America, you need to understand that the laws of our land are the obstacles that stand in front of these criminals. Did you know that homosexuality upends your constitu- Here we go. JC Ryle rightly stated that, "The saddest symptom about many so-called Christians is the utter absence of anything like conflict and fight against spiritual apathy in their Christianity. They eat, they drink, they dress, they work, they amuse themselves, they get money, they spend money, they go through a brief round of formal religious services once or twice every week.

[05:46] Speaker 13: But of the great spiritual warfare, its watchings and strugglings, its agonies and anxieties, its battles and contests, of all things they appear to know nothing at all." Let us take care that this case is not our own.We should all consider Charles Spurgeon's quote when he said, "The cross is the danger signal to all of us. It warns you that if God spared not his only son, he will not spare you. It is the lighthouse set on the rocks of sin to warn you that swift and sure destruction awaits you if you continue to rebel against the Lord."

Uh, yesterday I had highlighted the fact, uh, the f- concerning what's going on in the Pentagon, that this is nothing brand new, and I'm talking about the brand new report concerning the rampant child porn sharing discovered on Department of Defense computers.

[08:18] Speaker 13: Well, that's how they're doing what they're doing, friends, is they're all extorted, and, uh, they're finding that hundreds of employees are implicated for downloading child pornography in the Pentagon. Uh, we know that it was up to 5 to 10,000 employees coming from Brian Bender, uh, and he is a reporter from the Boston Globe, which we highlighted, oh, I'm, I'm guessing 10, 12 years ago. And so with that, we're, we're also finding that, you know, not only the Epstein files and less than 1% has been released and Donald Trump's name is on those files over 16,000 times. Yes, you heard me right. Uh, less than 1% of the Epstein files have been released, and Donald Trump's name is found on those files less than s- or, or more than 16,000 times with just 1% of the files released. Much, by the way, uh, has been redacted. Okay? These are your said representatives. And then on top of that, we find out that the House voted 357.

[09:18] Speaker 13: These were the ones that were crying the loudest, friends, your said g- representatives, the good guys that are sold to you as the good guys, the Republicans, right? The unconstitutional Republicans. Uh, they voted 357 times to block the release of congressional sexual misconduct. And then we found out, as I brought up yesterday, that, uh, the taxpayers are actually paying for the hush money concerning the victims of your said representatives. So th- what's going on in this country should come as no surprise to anybody, uh, as to what's going on. But this is also, uh, another reason to highlight the fact, and point my finger back to yesterday's title, that what the American people tolerate, the Lord is not going to tolerate in any sense of the word, and we're seeing this. So what we're gonna do today, friends, is we're gonna have our friend Jessica Saxton jump on, and, uh, she's gonna kind of highlight some of the stuff that's going on inside of the courts with CPS.

[10:20] Speaker 13: And what I wanna do before we pull her up, I, I wanna go ahead and pull this piece up really quick. This is by the late-

[10:26] Speaker 13: ... uh, Nancy Schaefer. Uh, she was a senator, and, uh, in the process of doing so, people brought information that children were being ripped off from judges, and working with the CPS, and fraud was, uh, uh, found within, and that they were being incentivized to steal children. And before you know it, friends, what's crazy about it is when she was gonna come out the next day with all the information, her and her husband mysteriously, uh, were murdered, and they said that it was a murder-suicide. Uh, no joke. A- and again, folks, just pay attention as to what's going on in your country. But I'm gonna play this short piece for you really quick before we pull up Jessica. Check this out.

[11:04] Speaker 14: ... you on the unlimited power of Child Protective Services. I served in the Georgia State Senate, and after four years of viewing the ruthless and unsparing actions of Child Protective Services, also called CPS, which I will use tonight, I wrote a scathing report entitled The Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services. The report cost me my senate seat. However, there are causes worth losing over, and this is one. Children are seized unnecessarily from their families due to the federal aid created in 1974 entitled the Adoption and Safe Families Act.

[11:45] Speaker 14: It offers financial incentives-

[11:46] Speaker 13: This Safe Families Act-

[11:47] Speaker 14: ... for the states to increase-

[11:47] Speaker 13: Pay attention to their names, people.

[11:49] Speaker 14: ... adoption numbers. To receive the adoption incentives, or bonuses, local CPS must have more children. They must have more merchandise to sell. Funding is available when a child is placed in a foster home with strangers, or placed in a mental health facility.... and medicated, usually against the parents' wishes.

[12:10] Speaker 13: Yup.

[12:12] Speaker 14: Parents are victimized by the system that makes a profit for holding children longer, and bonuses for not mature- returning children to their parents. This is abuse of power.

[12:23] Speaker 13: This is your government, people.

[12:24] Speaker 14: It is lack of accountability, and it is a growing criminal political phenomenon spreading around the globe. Being poor and lacking proper housing does not mean your children should be removed. Best interest, of course, has also been redefined at the child's expense. Once a child is legally kidnapped and placed in official safety, the child is far more likely to suffer abuse, including sexual molestation and/or rape. Caseworkers and social workers are often guilty of fraud.

[13:01] Speaker 13: This is your government, people.

[13:02] Speaker 14: They withhold and destroy evidence, and they seek wrongly to terminate parental rights while being protected by state immunity. There is a huge bureaucracy made up of judges, court-appointed attorneys, guardian ad litems, social workers, state employees, court investigators, therapists, uh, psychologists, psychiatrists, foster parents, adoptive parents, and on and on, who are looking to the children in state care for their job security. The United States Census Bureau reported in 2002 that 40 billion in transfer payments were made between households of custody parents and other parents.

[13:42] Speaker 13: This is your government, people.

[13:43] Speaker 14: That money, 40 billion, is under the direction and control of family court judges in environments covered with confidentiality laws that protect the wrong people.

[13:55] Speaker 13: Okay, so this is your said representative government making a incentivized business, uh, off of stealing children through foster care and CPS. And people have been blowing the whistle on what's been going on here for a long time, uh, but I do wanna again highlight this was Georgia Senator Nancy Schaefer. And, uh, the day she was supposed to release more information concerning her findings with the corrupt CPS and the judges and so on and so forth, uh, somehow or another, her husband decided to murder his wife and then himself. Uh, how convenient. And if you wrap this all up in what was transpiring and what is transpiring today, friends, I think it's quite obvious as to what's going on here. Uh, one of the questions that we all need to beg is, where does the government and where does the state have children? I- I- I can't find that. I can't find where they have children. But how is it that they're doing what they're doing again?

[14:54] Speaker 13: Because they're assuming authority outside of their scope of authority, which has been delegated to them by the people. My name is Jessica Saxton, and I am also here, uh, to provide notice in accordance with U.S.C.s Rules of Civil Procedure, as well as Rule 17 and Rule 20 from the United States Supreme Court. So as Mr. Downing was just talking about referring to your law enforcement officers, you also pay your judges and your prosecutors. And you have one judge in this county, like all other, uh, 3,143 counties in America, that is acting unlawfully in family court, in juvenile court. And you guys are paying for these crimes to happen. You're paying for the deprivation of rights regarding our families and our children. Not only that, what makes it worse is that you are incentivized to unlawfully remove children from healthy, loving, fit parents. The state incentivizes you all to remove these children under Title 4E, Title 4B, and sometimes under Title 4D. And all of you know this to be true. Judge Melissa Zaber, I have evidence in my possession that she is acting criminally.

[22:55] Speaker 17: She has committed felonious acts against families in this county, and you all continue to pay her. Now, that may be because you don't know, maybe you're not made aware, or maybe you don't have the evidence in your possession. But I'm gonna leave here today letting you know that there is evidence of these crimes that she's committing against these families. That she is removing children unlawfully. She's depriving these children of their rights. And, and you know what?

[23:17] Speaker 17: Under, uh, 18 U.S.C 242, if kidnapping occurs-

[23:21] Speaker 13: Yep.

[23:22] Speaker 17: ... the punishment for that is death.

[23:23] Speaker 13: Amen. And guess where you get that from? Th- uh, that's ex- folks, that is directly extracted from the word of God. It's found in First Timothy 1:7-8. The consequence of kidnapping is death. Uh, i- i- that also goes, and it's also, uh, the consequence of treason as well. (laughs) And my goodness, and the American people think that they're being entertained somehow by the crimes of their said politicians. But when it comes to this kind of stuff, I'll tell you what, it gets me in craw. It goes directly to the heart, and it's one of those things that we need to address. And thank God we got some people out there that are addressing the issue when it comes to our kids. Uh, Jessica Saxton is, for g- for the record, is not a, uh, career advocate. Uh, she's a mother who was pulled into this fight after facing what she describes as an unjust treatment in family court, cover-up by CPS, and separation from her children. Hmm.

[24:20] Speaker 13: She began researching the laws, the funding structures, and the oversight mechanisms behind the system. Her personal heartbreak transformed into a nationwide advocacy effort focused on protecting children and parental rights and suing due process and exposing the judges. Uh, well, you know, first of all, the first thing I wanna ask you is, uh, you know, I mean, I, y- y- you kinda told me when you gave me your bio as to how you got into this, and I don't know why it is, but it seems to be before people actually move on anything, it's gotta first happen to them. Can you tell us a little bit of your story as to what was the spark that ignited what you're doing on a nationwide level today?

[25:07] Speaker 18: Yes, absolutely. I was in court for several years hiring, uh, four different attorneys. All of them royally screwed me, and I could not figure out why. And I started talking with some other people, uh, through Facebook that had the same judge that I did, and I was like, "Here we go. This is... It's not just me." And once I, once I realized that it wasn't just me and that this was happening to other people in my local county, that's when I fired my attorney. The other attorney withdrew, and I started representing myself. I mean, I literally had to learn how to walk in this. I had no idea what I was doing. All I knew was that I was doing the right thing, and I've learned, learned along the way.

[25:49] Speaker 18: So-

[25:49] Speaker 13: Did you find-

[25:50] Speaker 18: ... that's really what started this.

[25:51] Speaker 13: ... did you, did you basically dismiss your attorneys because you were f-, uh, finding that they were also a part of the problem, or what was the re-

[25:58] Speaker 18: Yes.

[25:59] Speaker 13: You did? You did.

[26:00] Speaker 18: Yeah.

[26:00] Speaker 13: Yeah. And I think people need to understand that as well. They think that this system is set up to work for them, when in fact when you get in the inside of it, you're gonna find out just the exact opposite, and those that are supposed to be your advocates are the ones that are actually warring against you.

[26:13] Speaker 13: And it's really kind of a sad scenario. Uh, our friend Bob Brewer actually, uh-

[26:18] Speaker 18: Mm-hmm.

[26:18] Speaker 13: ... brought up you and an- another individual, and I said, "Well, what's her name?" So what I did is I went online, and I seen what you were doing, and I said, "Listen, I wanna get her on, uh, because I think it's gonna be more pertinent because you're taking it the way I would take it, the way, uh, my friends would take it in." Because we're in the same vein. We're on the same page. We're not gonna sit back and tolerate this.

[26:39] Speaker 13: It's not like they have a right to break the law in the first place, and, uh-

[26:43] Speaker 18: Right.

[26:43] Speaker 13: ... that's just what they're doing, and this is happening with the admission and permission of 349 million people that act as if it's not happening. But when it does happen to one of them, this is what transpires once again. So, what I wanna do is I got about two minutes for the first segment, Jessica, and what I wanna hear from you, if you don't mind, within that two minutes, can you give us some, like, short testimonies of what you're seeing in the courts right now? And then when I bring you back on the other side of this hard break, I'm gonna go ahead and let you loose and just go ahead and share away with the people concerning the information you need to have, uh, that they need to have.

[27:19] Speaker 18: Okay. Yeah, so what we're seeing is an a- is an absolute, um, deprivation of rights under the color of law. These judges, the guardian ad litems, the attorneys, every one of them have swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution, and they're failing to do that, royally failing to do that. We're watching judges create law in their courts in order to remove these children. Um, as far as the Title IV-D is concerned, what our investigation has exposed is that one judge will order child support to be paid to each parent, so $500 here and $500 there both going to each other. You know what that, do you know what that proves? That proves a massive amount of nationwide RICO, because if one person is paying and the other person is paying, and they're sending that money up under Title IV-D to receive the federal funding, 100% like that, that's a big issue, right? So, we're watching that.

[28:17] Speaker 18: We're watching, um, the, the testimonies, testimonies, evidential records completely just be gone, you know? They're, it's there-

Before we started the show, Jessica, I'd actually played a piece from s- former senator, uh, from Georgia, Nancy Schaefer, and I'm sure you all do well know her story as well. A- is that true?

[34:12] Speaker 18: Yes. Yes, I do.

[34:13] Speaker 13: Yes.

[34:13] Speaker 18: Nancy Schaefer is ... She's a hero and I, I can assure you that her death will not be in vain.

[34:18] Speaker 13: It ... Was there, was there anything else that transpired after that outside of the obvious, the unspoken, um, when it came out that she was gonna release the information exposing the government ties and the CPS and the funding, uh, so on and so forth and then, uh, mysteriously, you know, like I said, the day before, her husband decides to shoot, uh, her and then kill himself? I mean, I don't think anybody bought that story, did they?

[34:43] Speaker 18: No. No, uh, not, not in my opinion. The people that I communicate with, they did not buy that at all. You know that f- that famous speech that she gave, the one that you played-

[34:52] Speaker 13: Yes.

[34:52] Speaker 18: ... that was in, um ... She did that and, and 18 months and two days later is when she was murdered. She and her husband were murdered. That's not a very long time. And then you're right about the timeline. That's what people need to focus on is the timeline. She was getting ready to release a lot of information and just so happens to be murdered. No, it wasn't a murder-suicide. They were murdered, 100%, both of them.

[35:15] Speaker 13: Well, I ... And I think the d- deeper you get into this, the more you understand the danger of the people that we're tolerating, um, by, by allowing them to continue on to do the things that they're doing to our children. Um, I ... One of the things that I'd asked you during the last segment, and I just wanna kinda get a little taste for the people to how this goes right to the gut. Can you give us a testimony, uh, of what you've seen, uh, concerning innocent parents and then the judge and others working with the corrupt judges to just nab them away on the behalf of making profit for themselves and the state?

[35:49] Speaker 18: Yeah. We, we have an entire system that has been set up to destroy families, and I do not say that lightly. This is not a conspiracy. It is 100% true. When you have a mother that goes into a hospital and is already on a list to where the social worker is going to come into the hospital and remove that child before they're even able to go home, not for any legitimate reason, all right? This is ... And it's very difficult for people who are not in this situation to really get it, but I can assure you that it is happening. We have doctors, we have the school administrators, you know, children are being removed for truancy.

[36:30] Speaker 18: We have one mother-

[36:31] Speaker 13: Mm.

[36:31] Speaker 18: ... in North Carolina right now, her daughter missed two days of truancy that was not approved, four days total, all three of her children were taken, now her older son is missing while in state custody. The other two children have been removed as well. I mean, when you ha- you have an entire-Abe (laughs) -

[36:49] Speaker 13: Th- they're- they're laying-

[36:50] Speaker 18: ... it's such a wide web.

[36:50] Speaker 13: ... for broken families, right? They're- they're laying-

[36:52] Speaker 18: It's such-

[36:52] Speaker 13: ... for broken families. Is that correct?

[36:55] Speaker 18: 100%. Well-

[36:56] Speaker 13: Yeah.

[36:56] Speaker 18: ... well, yes.

[36:58] Speaker 13: Okay.

[36:58] Speaker 18: Yeah, but it's not- it's not just the broken families, and Na- Nancy Schaeffer was correct that just because you're poor doesn't mean that you can't raise your children adequately.

[37:07] Speaker 13: Right. Yep.

[37:07] Speaker 18: That means that the state should technically come in and get that person back into a state of stability so that they can keep the family intact. Another thing that we're exposing is the fact that there is funding for reunification to families. Okay? But the local CPS agencies are not petitioning to receive that federal funding. Why? Because if they can get a child into the system, they're already calculating the long-term benefits of the financial incentives that they can have off of that child if they stay in the system until 18. In some cases, the state is receiving that federal funding until those children are 21. If they have a disability, it could be for the rest of their lives.

[37:47] Speaker 13: Hm. Hmm.

[37:47] Speaker 18: Another thing that we're seeing is that children who previously had no issue, no disability whatsoever, once they're taken into state custody within just a few months, now all of a sudden they have ADHD.

[37:58] Speaker 13: Yeah.

[37:58] Speaker 18: Now all of a sudden they're being diagnosed as autistic. Well, why? Because the state receives more federal funding if a child has a disability. It is the most seditious, evil, disgusting system that I think I've ever heard of. I mean, we literally are walking into a, uh, Nazi Germany scenario.

[38:20] Speaker 13: Okay.

[38:21] Speaker 18: And it's right under everybody's nose-

[38:22] Speaker 13: Yep. Yep.

[38:23] Speaker 18: ... noses. That's what is so frustrating to me, is that it's under everyone's noses. You know, your neighbor, all of the people at church. The churches are a big issue. A lot of people don't realize that churches have third-party... or are a third-party service provider for CPS.

[38:38] Speaker 13: Hmm. Hmm.

[38:39] Speaker 18: And these churches are making a lot of money off of that.

[38:41] Speaker 13: Yeah, I bet.

[38:42] Speaker 18: Whether that be through, you know, some type of foster care placement, uh, class, or parenting classes, or whatever. But you need to start checking out your local churches. And that's one of the things that Justice Without Limits is working on doing, is compiling all of this information so that we can start connecting all of these nodes. Where is all of this money going? Is it going to your local church?

[39:04] Speaker 18: Do you really want to keep tithing to that church who is aiding and abetting in the destruction-

[39:09] Speaker 13: Yeah.

[39:09] Speaker 18: ... of the same families that are going to that church? So yes.

[39:13] Speaker 18: A lot of work needs to be done, um, but I think we're gonna get there.

[39:16] Speaker 13: Amen. And- and to... and I- I love that. Okay, so that's how I feel too. You know what? Our backs are up against the wall. The history of the church. I'm a preacher. Here comes the Lord. Uh, the history of the church, our backs are up against the wall. Here comes the Lord. Do all that you can do and leave the results up to him. He, without fail-

[39:33] Speaker 18: Right.

[39:33] Speaker 13: ... shows up every single time. It doesn't always come when you want him to come, but he comes soon enough. Um, but with that, I also want to kind of dig in a little bit deeper with that as well. Um, a lot of these kids go missing. Is that correct?

[39:46] Speaker 18: Yes.

[39:46] Speaker 13: Within the system?

[39:48] Speaker 18: Yes.

[39:48] Speaker 13: How- how does the state justify... Well, l- l- let me go back, 'cause I always want to go to the foundation of this. Jessica, where in the Constitution does the state have children anywhere, and where is it that the American people delegated authority to our said representatives in our limited form of our Constitutional Republic, where is it that they're deriving delegated authority from us to steal our children? So that was two questions, I guess.

[40:15] Speaker 18: Yeah. So that... And that's actually a very tough question, because the Constitution, if you read it, it never mentions our families.

[40:22] Speaker 13: Exactly.

[40:22] Speaker 18: This whole idea of parental rights, it's not in the Constitution.

[40:26] Speaker 13: That's right.

[40:26] Speaker 18: And so we're actually having to provide a very articulate argument as to why the family unit needs to be stay- needs to be intact, it needs to be protected. Um, we are doing that through the Due Process Clause, the Fifth Amendment, the Fourteenth Amendment. We're doing that through the Fourth Amendment with unlawful seizure, you know?

[40:46] Speaker 13: Mm-hmm. Yep.

[40:47] Speaker 18: There's- there's a lot of arguments that we can make regarding our families. Where I like to go specifically is 18 USC 242 and 241, and that is the deprivation of rights under the color of law. So if you have a judge that is operating in a court and removing a child from you, that judge has a duty to be sure that due process within that court is happening. And this is where they're really royally messing up, because there is no due process. When you have an ex parte motion from a social worker at a hospital or a social worker at school, you know, when you have this ex parte order to remove these children, the child is taken, put into a foster care facility that night. These parents are literally waiting, sometimes years, before an actual hearing.

[41:39] Speaker 13: Hmm.

[41:39] Speaker 18: We have the attorneys coming in, the public defenders, public pretenders, right?

[41:45] Speaker 13: Yep.

[41:45] Speaker 18: These public pretenders are coming in and they're not protecting- they're not protecting the Constitution, which is what they swore an oath to support and defend-

[41:53] Speaker 13: Yep.

[41:53] Speaker 18: ... and protect the Constitution. They're protecting their own self- interests. So if they can extend the litigation of these parents, that's where the court's making money. Uh, personal example. I had a- a, uh, dependency and neglect case before Blount County Juvenile Court. I recently found out, I ordered all of my records, recently found out that they just closed that case in December of 2025. However, the case was previously merged with the Circuit Court back in October of 2023. So we're looking at almost two years that that juvenile court has been drawing off of the federal funding for that to stay open, even though it is not open in that court. It was already previously merged. That is the type of information that we are gathering nationwide. That's why we need everyone to come forward. Don't be scared.

[42:42] Speaker 18: You know-

[42:42] Speaker 13: Amen.

[42:42] Speaker 18: ... submit your evidence. We're putting all this stuff into, like I said, a repository, so that it cannot be altered, it cannot be destroyed. And with that, we're creating dossiers against judges, against the attorneys, against guardian ad litems. I mean, we're talking about 500-page dossiers against these judges.

[42:59] Speaker 13: Amen.

[43:00] Speaker 18: I have got three judges and one former magistrate under investigation in the state of Tennessee.Now, when you consider the fact that in 2024, there were 969 complaints that were filed with the, with, with Tennessee against judges, right? Only one of those judges ever had an investigation. So, the fact that this, this approach with a 500-page dossier has three judges and one former magistrate under investigation, I say that we should probably start taking that route.

[43:30] Speaker 13: Amen. So, I, I-

[43:31] Speaker 18: You know? And I don't know what's going to come from that, but still. At least right now, it's working.

[43:35] Speaker 13: Yeah. Well, you know what? It, it's the point that you're going in and pulling the layers off the onion to start to expose them for who they are.

[43:42] Speaker 18: Yes.

[43:42] Speaker 13: And I can imagine, um, that just stands against everything, you know, that they pompously stand for. Like, for example, "Who, who do you think you are to come in here and question me in my court?" Uh, and, and I'm, I'm sure you can tell me stories all day long. I got about two minutes with you, Jessica, and, um, what is it that you'd like to share with the people, and how is it that they get ahold of you, as well?

[44:06] Speaker 18: I would like to say that I am the founder of Justice Without Limits on paper, but in reality, Justice Without Limits over the last year has been built by the people, for the people. We are an Isaiah 61 ministry. If you go read Isaiah 61, it is 100% to release the oppressed, speak for those who are being deprived, you know, seek justice where there is injustice. We're talking with Jessica Saxton right now, who has the internal intestinal fortitude to actually take it to the enemy. And, uh, uh, she's confronting the CPS, friends. And she's doing this on a nationwide basis. And, uh, I just wanted to ask her before the end of the show, during the last segment, you know, what it is that she wanted to share with the people, and she wanted to make two points. So, I think we got one out of the way. What was the second one? It's all yours, Jessica.

[49:15] Speaker 18: The last one is, is simply for people to remember that Jesus, according to the state, was a criminal, right? He was, um, he was charged, he was convicted, and he was executed, and the state signed off on that. And here we are, 2,000 years later, we are still standing against the same Pontius Pilates-

[49:34] Speaker 18: ... of our day. Um, that narrative was quickly overturned because of the people, right? If it wasn't for the disciples and the people sharing that, that message and spreading that information, where would we be?

[49:51] Speaker 13: Amen.

[49:52] Speaker 18: So, to some degree, this is a, it is a God-led ministry that needs to be the hands-on, the people, the, the hands and feet of Christ. And so, we can't do this, one person can't do this, you can't do this by yourself even though y- you're doing a lot. There are other people that are doing a lot. There are people that have been fighting for this for 25-plus years, right? And so, we see those people. We also see the people who joined us yesterday, and I just want to encourage everyone that I truly believe that this is going to be the year that a lot changes, but we need everyone. And whatever talents you have, whether you're good at speaking, or you're good at investigating, or you want to go up and really challenge these people face-to-face, we need you. Our children need you.

[50:38] Speaker 18: And I, I cannot sleep well at night knowing that every child that is entered into the system has an 80% increased likelihood of being raped, molested-

[50:49] Speaker 13: Mm-hmm.

[50:50] Speaker 18: ... sodomized, abused. 80%. CPS's own reports, their own internal audits have stated that 82% of the children who were put into foster care was put in foster care a- at error. They had an 82%-

[51:06] Speaker 13: Mm-hmm.

[51:06] Speaker 18: ... error that those children should not be there. However, those children are not back home.

[51:10] Speaker 13: Yeah.

[51:11] Speaker 18: So, we really are raising up an army.

[51:13] Speaker 13: Yeah.

[51:13] Speaker 18: We're raising up an army of God, we're raising up a citizen army right now, and I just wanna keep everybody focused on the end result, and that is to absolutely get these children home.

[51:22] Speaker 13: Yeah, so Jessica, really what it comes down to, it's an error that they don't admit that was not an error. Uh, it's like when a politician many of the American people say, "Oh, look it, uh, m- one that the people hate, like a Barack Obama, "Lookit, he's losing, he's losing, he's losing." No, he's not losing. He's winning, because you're too ignorant to understand that they're not playing by the rules. And, uh, again, that is one of those things that the American people need to wake up to, is the fact that what they say and what they do are two different stories. One, one more thing that just came to my aid was, when I talked to you on the phone, you had brought up that Donald Trump just expanded foster care nationwide. Can you explain that? And, and look at the timing of all this.

[52:02] Speaker 13: And I think-

[52:03] Speaker 18: Yeah.

[52:03] Speaker 13: ... that's what people really need to pay attention to. What was it that you had, uh, shared with me on the phone that day?

[52:09] Speaker 18: Yeah, it was, it was ... And I haven't done too much research into this, but I was able to confirm that Donald Trump is extending the federal funding for foster care. Governor Lee out of Tennessee recently, you know, he agreed to it-

[52:23] Speaker 13: Yep.

[52:23] Speaker 18: ... and so now they are attempting to expand the, the foster care homes in Tennessee. And it's, it's the most asinine thing that I've ever heard of-

[52:31] Speaker 13: Yep. Mm-hmm.

[52:31] Speaker 18: ... really, because when you are taking a child from a mother that's already struggling or a father that's already financially deprived, and you put them into foster care, and you're ordering a parent to pay child support to the foster care parents while the foster care parents are receiving federal funding, as much as $2500 a month some of these, these foster care h- homes are making. If that foster care has, you know, four children, that's a, that's a big paycheck. And so, the incentive there is not reunification for the families.

[53:04] Speaker 13: Yep.

[53:04] Speaker 18: It's the destruction of our families. And yeah, they're, they're expanding it. Um, Melania Trump, she came out last year-

[53:10] Speaker 13: (laughs)

[53:11] Speaker 18: ... and was just, you know, gloating about how great foster care parents are.

[53:15] Speaker 13: Of course.

[53:15] Speaker 18: We have bills that are trying to be pushed through that give foster care parents just as much right to those children as the parent.

[53:23] Speaker 13: Yeah.

[53:24] Speaker 18: I mean, now is not the time to stay silent. We must start speaking up, and we must start, um, advocating directly. I mean, th- that's one of the things that Justice Without Limits is doing, is we have established teams and leadership nationwide. They are, they are under, um, I would say kind of like a sleeper cell right now, but we have them.

[53:45] Speaker 13: Amen.

[53:46] Speaker 18: And they're literally re- waiting, waiting-

I thank you that you keep us individually and corporately hidden under the shadow of the Almighty, and that no weapon formed or fashioned against any one of us should prosper, for our righteousness is of you. Your word says that it's a righteous thing with the Lord to recompense tribulation under those that trouble the righteous.

[54:56] Speaker 13: Well, I think of Lap- uh, Luke 17:2, Lord, where you said it's better for them to take a millstone and wrap it around their own necks rather than to offend one of these little ones, and that's exactly what they're doing, Father. And I just thank you that you'd show yourself strong on the behalf of those that are out there doing the works, Father God, that you might be glorified, John 15:8. And I just thank you that as your word says in the Book of Psalms as well, that you keep your holy angels encamped around us, and that again, Lord, that you're an enemy unto our enemies, and you're an adversary unto all of our adversaries, and that we're on the offensive and not on the defensive, and you give us everything that our foot treads upon as you said that you would.

[55:37] Speaker 13: And we pray this in the merit in J- of Jesus and His blood, in Jesus' holy name, concerning every one of us, and I just thank you again, Lord, that you keep us under the shadow of the Almighty, and that again, Father, we get to work down on the behalf of these little ones, and that you rise up, oh Lord God, and defend these little ones through the behalf of your servants on this Earth, and that your will is done on this Earth as it is in Heaven, in Jesus' holy name.Amen.
