[00:00] Speaker 1: (hip hop music) ... People who are members of churches in America today are not Christians. I say that without the slightest fear of contradiction. I base it on the empirical evidence of 24 years of examining thousands of people. In the early 2000s, I was the drummer in the band called Junkyard Prophet, voted second-best unsigned band in the country, behind that of a band called P.O.D., who in fact became MTV's darling. And according to ReverbNation, we were in fact the number one Christian band in the country. Friends, we've worked with Geffen Records, Warner Brothers, being endorsed by major musical instrumental companies on a global basis. And after touring the nation, as well as playing with the biggest names in the Christian scene, Bride, Guardian, Disciple, Nouveau, so on and so forth, and also playing with the big boys in the secular scene, Drowning Pool, Creed, Sick Puppies, ETC, I'm simply bringing my experience to you concerning the topic in which I will highlight firsthand.

[01:03] Speaker 1: Now, before I get started, I'd like to say to those who want to twist scripture in an attempt to protect the gods that they have in fact created in their minds, such as their favorite musicians, actors, so on and so forth, by suggesting that I am not to judge, I would remind you that I am using the Judge's Word to make judgments. I'm judging with righteous judgment, and that out of love. Furthermore, I'd like to add that if you are not zealous against error yourself, it's because you're probably not zealous for the truth, whereas I am. Now, yesterday I took the time to highlight on my radio show the likes of many celebrities that have been elevated to modern-day Christian stardom, such as Kanye West, who was trophied on the heretical Joel Osteen's platform recently for his supposed conversion. And you thought the political scene was filled with theater. Friends, the Lord warned us of both.

[01:59] Speaker 1: This novice, unacquainted or unskilled in the Word of God, Kanye West, stated that he was the greatest artist that God ever created.

[02:08] Speaker 2: Because now ... Now, I told you about my, my arrogance and cockiness already. Now, the greatest artist that God has ever exist- uh, created is now working for him. (laughs)

[02:24] Speaker 1: Folks, is this guy kidding me? Didn't know that it was about Kanye West anymore. Kanye was praising himself. Furthermore, does someone wanna give this guy a reality check on what talent truly is?

[02:39] Speaker 2: You're such a (beep) . I'm a sick (beep) , I like a quick (beep) . I'm a sick (beep) , I like a quick (beep) . I'm a sick (beep) , I like a quick (beep) .

[02:47] Speaker 1: Then again, the bar has been lowered so far that we can understand why he is deceived into believing that he is what he wants to believe that he is. It tells us in 1 Timothy 3:6-7, "Not in novice, lest being lifted up with pride, he fall into the condemnation of the devil. Moreover, he must have a good report of them which are without, lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil." Friends, you are to prove those who call themselves Christians. Again, it tells us in 1 Thessalonians 5:12, "And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labor among you." Now, case in point, established churches up until the 1900s used to prove their members for one to three years before accepting them for their professions. Now, friends, Kanye wants to evangelize America's youth with his music. Now, that's a good initiative, but he needs to first make sure that he's first partaker of the fruit that the Lord gives in understanding in all things. And time will show whether he is genuine or not.

[03:50] Speaker 1: The reason that I bring up this point is to show you that others that have claimed conversion, such as Bono from U2, Brian Head Welch from Korn, Alice Cooper, Bob Dylan, again, so on and so forth, friends, they go back to the vomit that they claimed that they were converted from. How does that work? It doesn't. For example, Brian Head Welch from Korn claims his conversion, but rejoins the band and lifestyle that he claimed to be converted from.

[04:49] Speaker 1: Let me tell you how that works, friends. By feeding upon the hirelings of the day and refusing to do your own due diligence in searching scriptures for yourselves.

James got saved after his resurrection, not before. He didn't believe 'em neither, and, uh, Jesus said, "I testify against the deeds of the world, that they're evil." (laughing) You can't even hear that. Where have you heard that from the pulpits in America?

[06:46] Speaker 1: And I'm- when I'm talking about that, friends, I'm talking about the popular hirelings of the day, that they've convinced many of you, uh, biblically illiterates, uh, of the fact that they're truly preachers of the Word of God, when in fact they omit the Word of God. They omit what it is that they should be preaching, that men might be converted, like it talks about in 2 Corinthians 15, where it talks about, "Knowing the terror of the Lord, we persuade man." That's the New Testament, folks. Or what about this in Matthew 3:7? It says that, uh, "O generation of vipers, who has warned you to flee from the wrath to come?" Or how about this one? "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand," Matthew 3:2. Or Acts 20, Verse 21, "Repentance towards God in faith in our Lord Jesus Christ." How often do you hear this stuff today? You just- you don't hear it at all.

[07:37] Speaker 1: You know, I seen a- I seen a- in contrast to what I'm talking about here, and I'll continue on this venture for a moment, but yesterday, I seen a guy that made a, uh, a football mask. And he put the football on his head and it w- it was- it m- it was made out to be like the movie Mask from the 1990s with Jim Carrey. But it was a perfect football, and somehow or another, when you pack a stadium where you have a bunch of grown men fighting over a pig ball with tights on, uh, they put these masks on, and they walk around praising their idols, which the Lord condemns in Jeremiah 11:13. I just wanna say this. If you haven't heard this, you need to hear this. You do know that the NFL is rigged. You knew- you do know that baseball games are rigged, right? The NBA is rigged. Eh, you can just ask the football players. We played the videos before from the football players, from the basketball players, who told you they already knew who was gonna win the Super Bowl the following year.

[08:34] Speaker 1: They knew exactly where to get hotel rooms a year before because it was all pre-scripted. Now, I'm saying that for the reason of this guy with a hat or- or- or a mask that looked like a football, it was actually pretty clever to be quite honest with ya, but i- i- interesting that, you know, you have 80 to 100,000 people in a stadium looking at that guy like he's totally normal, like this is just the norm of the day, watching a bunch of full-grown men hit each other. And, uh, somehow they're entertained by that. They- I think they forgot that Caesar said that you just give people a piece of bread a- and- and, uh, a show, entertain them, tain derived from entertain means to stop from entering in, uh, that you can do whatever you want with them. People are entertained out of their freedoms.

[09:25] Speaker 1: You know, a lot of times when we're talking about topics here on the show, we'll get people to call in and say, just like yesterday, Susan from Washington State, who had said that her and her husband were the only ones that deal with corruption in her whole county. Nobody else wanted to stand with her. Well, I c- I can tell you right now, if she really wanted the support, and I'm speaking this to myself as well, that's all I have to do is go to the football game to see what it is that they do support, and then that will give us the answer to- as to why we're in trouble in the first place. Now, let's go back to the guy with the football mask on. That's normal in the minds of the American people. But a preacher being faithful to God, especially going to those that claim to be Christians that don't know a thing about His Word, when we give 'em the Word, it's foreign to them. They're offended by the Word. It's a rock of offense and a stone of stumbling.

[10:14] Speaker 1: They're the ones that will be the first ones to say, "Crucify him. Crucify him. We have no king but our favorite football stars," John 19:15. I'm using in parallel concerning what they did to Christ when they said that they had no king but King Caesar. Oh, you can see the same thing with Fox News and the golden idol that they have created over there, friends. They all claim to be the Lords, but yet they know nothing of the Word whatsoever. Like for example, Ephesians 5:11. What does it say? "And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them." But rather reprove them. When's the last time you've seen that, friends? Curious. Or what about this one? This is my favorite. Uh, go over to Ezekiel chapter 3. We're to me- uh, we're to warn men. We're to warn men to flee from the wrath to come.

[11:08] Speaker 1: For example, in, uh, 3:18, he says, "When I say unto the wicked, 'Thou shalt surely die,' and thou givest him not warning..." The wicked are those that know to do right but they do it not. "Thou shalt surely die, and thou shalt givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from their wicked way, to save his life. The same wicked man shall die in his lawlessness, his iniquity, but his blood will I require at his hand." Who is that? Those that refuse to take heed to the warnings. Like- like I said to somebody the other day when they called in, I said, "It's not my job to drag people over the top of the hill with me. It's my job to show the people that it can be done and what- what it looks like when you're saved and when you bear forth fruit to the glory of Christ," John 15:8. And I was also thinking about 2 Corinthians 7:10-11. That's all I'm supposed to do. I'm not supposed to dra- Do you see Jesus dragging anybody about? Absolutely not.

[12:00] Speaker 1: The Bible says they followed him.They followed him, not the other way around. Now, the reason I'm saying that, folks, is because we've got, again, much to cover. I almost named the show Inundation today. Really, I did. You are being inundated from every corner from corp- the corporate world that has been created. And I'm talking about that figurative head, Donald Trump, who has sold himself out and his soul. H- He was just recently asked if he was going to heaven. He says, "No, I don't think I'm going there." Of course you're not. Of course you're not. You judge a man by his fruit, and look at the fruit. So many people out there, by the way, today are talking about the fruit of a tree that does not constitutionally exist. I know what I'm talking about when I'm telling you concerning the fruit of Donald Trump. But you are under attack. Here, case in point. Uh, just in passing before we hit our first hard break here, I want you to go ahead and take a look at this.

She just said what the politicians do all day long with their unconstitutional wars. Just ask them. But here, this is what I want you to see. Representative Ilhan Omar retweeted, she retweeted this. Okay?

[22:35] Speaker 1: And it's a picture of a Muslim flag on the state of Minnesota and, uh, she said this. She said, "There's power with numbers. Breed like rats and establish global dominance. Inshallah, the 21st century will see the great rise of Islam. Glory be to Allah." Boy, that's, that's an American. Right? That's what she calls herself. But it just doesn't jibe, does it? Well, I'm sure you've probably seen recently Newsmax highlighting the fact that she was GD in America. Now, I gotta be careful with this because I don't like the expletives. Scripture's very clear. Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. And it says that in Ephesians 4:29, James 1:26, and Colossians 3:8, that it's a, it's a fine reflection to see what's in the heart by what comes out of the mouth. Okay? And we're to let no corrupt communication proceed out of our mouth but that which is good to the, edifying to the hearers. That's what scripture clearly says.

And only to find out that they have paid protestors coming into America to do the very things that they're doing right now because it is all paid provocateurs. But, but you don't wanna listen to me. Okay. Okay. Here, let me show you how this ICE scenario is being played out and how it was all pre-planned. Listen carefully.

[37:53] Speaker 21: Per person detained by ICE. And also, how dangerous is ICE detention and how does that compare to being a police officer or being an ICE agent? And before we start, follow this channel if you wanna see more deep dives like this. Okay, let's get into it. In Donald Trump's big beautiful bill, it actually gave ICE about $45 billion for building new immigration detention centers, which by the way is 62% more than the entire federal prison system in the United States. It also gave ICE about $29.9 billion towards the enforcement operations, which is, you know, agents and stuff. But for this, let's not even count the big beautiful bill because we haven't spent all that money and that money is supposed to last several years. Just for the sake of argument, let's only use the federal budget that was passed in 2024 that they use throughout 2025. And for the year of 2025 passed in 2024, ICE got about $9.6 billion.

[38:45] Speaker 21: And during the time period that that budget was effective, ICE held in detention about 65,735 people.

[38:52] Speaker 21: And that means doing the math, we spent about-

[39:13] Speaker 21: For each person that we detain. And the thing is, this gets even worse if you factor in Donald Trump's big beautiful bill because that allocates $45 billion for new detention centers. Just that money by itself-

[39:23] Speaker 21: ... when you factor in that that allows 116,000 people to be detained, that means for all of you fiscally conservative people out there who don't like the government spending tax dollars on things that we don't have to spend it on, Trump's big beautiful bill costs about $397,000 per person it detains. That means we could literally pay for them to start a life somewhere else, but we're choosing to detain them because cruelty is the point. And how dangerous is it for them to be detained? Well, let's start off by using that same number, 65,735 people detained in ICE detention centers. In that same period of time, about 32 people died in ICE detention, which puts it at about 48 per 100,000. Put that in perspective, about 111 police officers died in 2025, but there were 750,000 police officers, which means being held in detention by ICE is actually more than three times as dangerous as being a police officer. Let's put that in a different perspective.

[40:18] Speaker 21: If being held in ICE detention was considered an occupation, it would be the fourth most dangerous job in America. More dangerous than being a steel worker, more dangerous than being a construction worker, more dangerous than being an aircraft engineer. Oh, and just a quick reminder, almost three quarters of these people have no criminal record. Oh, and almost 4,000 of these people detained are children.

That according to the Crime Prevention Research Center. If a man driving a vehicle hits a man and injures or kills him, is the company that built the vehicle to be held responsible for the driver? Absolutely not. If a man owns a hunting knife to cut up his game and ends up killing with it, are the manufacturers somehow responsible for the crimes committed?

[55:47] Speaker 1: Are they to be held liable? Absolutely not. No more than should gun manufacturers be held responsible for the crimes of them that choose to pull the trigger. This is what the arbitrary courts want you to believe to be the case today. Webster's 1828 dictionary defines arbitrary, adjective, Latin arbitrarius, depending on will or discretion, not governed by any fixed rules as an arbitrary decision, an arbitrary punishment. Take note, arbitrary power is most easily established on the runes of liberty abused to licentiousness. Friends, this is like blaming the manufacturers of forks and spoons for people being obese. How ridiculous. Furthermore, I ask, how can the act be apart from the actor? It cannot. And let me ask you one more question, a common sense question, and by the way, a very sincere question. Did the Lord blame the weapon when Cain killed Abel? No, he did not. He blamed Cain for killing Abel and the curse was the consequence and rightly so.

We are ruled by law, not the opinion of some unelected activist that sits on the bench acting on the behalf of the highest bidder. President Thomas Jefferson, the third president said, "To consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters to decide differences of right and wrong, of all constitutional questions, a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy." Friends, no law can give me the right to do what is wrong. Don't ever forget that. Yet, what the courts are attempting to do in this country, remember, contradicts what our forefathers have established concerning the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights. I want you to think of this for a moment with me, please.

[57:52] Speaker 1: The president is protected with guns, the Congress is protected with guns, governors are protected with guns, courts are protected with guns, banks are protected with guns, factories are protected with guns, jewelry stores are protected with guns, sports events are protected with guns, celebrities are protected with guns. Yet we allow these that have been given delegated authority from we, the people, you know, them that derive their just powers from the consent of we, the people, that they are to serve to defend America's children with a sign that reads, "This is a gun-free zone." The irony is that the victims are then to call someone with a gun if there's an emergency. These in government that work for we, the people, would have you believe that somehow or another they have delegated authority to strip their employers from their God-given right to keep and bear arms. Americans, think. Well, the good news is that someone is thinking.

[58:54] Speaker 1: A Michigan State lawmaker's newly introduced legislation to hold government agencies and private businesses liable for civil damages if anyone is injured during a shooting in a gun-free zone on their premises is a promising proposal indeed, according to noted gun scholar, John R. Lott Jr. The plan comes after a summer of mass public shootings that received saturation media coverage, such as in Virginia Beach where a gunman left 12 dead and 5 injured, and in a Walmart store in El Paso, Texas where a gunman killed 22 and injured 24. Oh, P.S., don't forget about the eyewitnesses that contradicted the mainstream media's narrative. Since then, Walmart and a host of large retail chains have banned the open carrying of firearms in their stores. Because almost all mass public shootings take place in gun-free zones, those areas would more accurately be called killing zones, said State Rep. Gary Eysen, a representative...

It's embarrassing. It truly is. Folks, today we're gonna have Sheriff Richard Mack with us. We've had him on several times before, uh, but we're gonna have him on today again. He's, uh, ringing the bell again, friends, blowing the trumpet again, Ezekiel 33 Verse 3, uh, that the sheriffs are under attack. Of course, they are.

[01:03:03] Speaker 1: Of course, they are. Folks, I want you to think about this. The police are under attack. Who puts them in a negative light, friends? And don't sit there and tell me about how all of them are bad. Nonsense, baloney. No, the fact of the matter is, folks, it's 10% in any agency. You're always gonna get your bad apples. But again, people love to hear the squeaky wheel, they love to pay attention to the squeaky wheel, and then they believe the media that they say they don't believe in. That's, that's insane. I don't want you to think for one moment federal and state governments weren't colluding to bring about the fraud that took place. I can tell you that as a fact.

[01:05:47] Speaker 1: Uh, what you're gonna hear is this whistleblower telling you exactly how they were putting foxes in the chicken coop to guard the chicken coop from anybody that would dare speak out against the fraud that was being committed against them in the state of Minnesota. And most importantly, when I naively started speaking about it, the reaction from leadership within the Department of Human Services was very quick and very swift. Um, I was perp walked out of a very embarrassingly long hallway, um, and my badge taken away and told I was under investigation and actually banned-

[01:07:19] Speaker 26: ... from returning to the building. Um, and it, it... That's the kind of thing that sends such a chill to everyone who saw me walk down that very long hallway, being escorted out.Anyone who sees that would never want to speak up again. And additionally, not only is the retaliation so swift, but the rewards for people who do the retaliation is also swift. I was told-

[01:07:46] Speaker 26: ... by my direct supervisor-

[01:07:47] Speaker 1: ... this is an individual that was doing her job and she was exposing the fraud in 2019, and she's talking about how the injustice was swift, how she was, uh, removed from her position, her badge was taken away. And then she also learned that the people that were going along with the fraud were incentivized and they were rewarded for their crime. Of course you know that's what's going on in the halls of government, friends, because what we're seeing in the state of Minnesota and across the country right now, is again, the said representatives, the conservatives of the day, doing nothing but highlighting the fraud and the crimes, but not magnifying the law against those that chose to commit the crime, namely the said scoundrels in office that are committing the crimes against us. I think the American people need to understand that they have to ask the simple question, and lay it back to those that are guilty of the fraud and responsible for this fraud, "Where is our money?

[01:11:59] Speaker 1: Folks, we went from 68% out of 65 show hosts, Alex Jones was number four, I was number one, and I had 68% of all of the listenership. Completely gone. Completely gone. So I told you, as it tells us in Exodus 1:10, "The more that they afflict us, the more we multiply." So I just, what I'm showing you here right now, for those that don't understand that you gotta be a little bit more than just talkers and paper tigers and hiding behind a microphone, you gotta get out there and get to the people. Uh, I'm showing you papers, friends, a- around the counties that we're putting ads in exposing the illegalities of the censorship taking place in our country, because if there's one way that you're losing this war, friends, it's just that. Benjamin Franklin said, "It is our bulwark against tyranny." George Washington said, "If we ever allow them to go ahead and take our freedom of speech away," guess what? Because I'll tell you, the guest that we have right now is Sheriff Richard Mack.... uh, is one of those guys that's not gonna just roll over in the face of the sacrifice bestowed upon us. Uh, he's gonna stand up out of gratitude and fight for the freedoms that have been given unto us. And might I remind everybody, somebody had to sacrifice themselves to give us the freedoms that we have today, just like our forefathers did. Now it's our opportunity to do the same thing. I, I know that you're one of those guys that are out there, you're tried and true, uh, in the battle in front of us right now.

[01:13:47] Speaker 1: And I know that the younger generation's coming up behind us right now and we have to equip them, but also cause them to understand that they have to do more than just talk about the problem and highlight corruption. They need to magnify the law, which they are, against the corruption and bring forward judgment to establish righteousness and peace within the gate. What say you? What say you? [01:14:27] Speaker 1: Yeah before we set up the show today, we, we did a test run, and I just wanna kind of be candid about this with the people that are watching and listening right now concerning our affiliates, but one of the things that I wanted to talk about was what you went through back in 1994 when the Clintons wanted to go ahead and test their steel and start to attack the American people concerning, I believe, the Second Amendment, correct me if I'm wrong, and you stood up against it. And I just want you to kind of, if you would, convey to the people what that process looked like, because at the end of the day I know that you won that case.

[01:15:01] Speaker 27: Yeah.

[01:15:01] Speaker 1: But what did it look like in s- uh, process from start to finish, Mack?

[01:15:06] Speaker 27: Well, it, it looked like a s- a bloody mess. Uh, it was blood, sweat and tears. Now, now look, I know you have a good wife, uh, and I have one too, but she was really put to the test when I came home from a meeting in Phoenix when the BATF showed up at the sheriff's meeting, three agents of the BATF, January 21st, 1994. I was the sheriff of Graham County, Arizona. All sheriffs were there, well two, two sheriffs never came, the, the, the liberal one in, uh, Santa Cruz and the lib- uh, county, and the liberal one in Pima County, which was Tucson. They never came to our meetings. I don't know why. All the other democrats always came.

[01:15:53] Speaker 27: But, uh-

[01:15:54] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:15:55] Speaker 27: ... three agents of BATF came there and showed us a 25 page document, what our marching orders were from Congress and the President in order for us to enforce the Brady Bill for them for free. Yes, it was a gun control scheme, it was a gun control law, and worse yet though, they were violating the Tenth Amendment and n- just about the entire Constitution, telling sheriffs, ordering the sheriffs of this country that we had to do this, and if we, if we failed to comply, we were subject to a year in prison-

[01:16:32] Speaker 1: Mm.

[01:16:33] Speaker 27: ... or a $10,000 fine or both. Now, now I come home from the meeting and I'm telling my wife, "All the sheriffs were against it, but nobody else wanted to do anything."

[01:16:46] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:16:47] Speaker 27: "And I wanna sue the federal government. And then I, now I'm asking you, will you support me in this?" Now, th- imagine you telling that to your wife one day.

[01:16:59] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:17:00] Speaker 27: "I'm gonna sue the Clintons and we're gonna be, we're gonna try to be the ones to live to tell about it." You know? And sh- she was scared and she was nervous, and then she plopped down on the bed and she said, "Maybe now we know why the miracle you winning sheriff and why you're supposed to be sheriff."

[01:17:27] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:17:28] Speaker 27: She says, "I feel this is it."

[01:17:30] Speaker 1: Yep.

[01:17:30] Speaker 27: "We're supposed to do this."

[01:17:32] Speaker 1: Yep. And that's the exact... I, I can feel this. I mean, there's a witness on that.

[01:17:36] Speaker 27: Yeah.

[01:17:37] Speaker 1: If you know anything about the anointing, Isaiah 10:27, there's an absolute witness on that. Hebrews 2:4 also comes to my aid. But with that Mack, um, in the process, how many of the sheriffs stood with you nationwide in the face of the fear of man, let's put it that way?

[01:17:55] Speaker 27: Well, it, uh, I never tried to recruit anybody. Uh, I was really shocked though that no other sheriff in Arizona wanted to do it.

[01:18:03] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:18:03] Speaker 27: Because when the BATF was there, they were cussing like crazy. I mean, they were all against it.

[01:18:09] Speaker 1: Yep.

[01:18:09] Speaker 27: And they actually convinced me that we should not be doing this.

[01:18:14] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:18:15] Speaker 27: And they all acquiesced and-

[01:18:18] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[01:18:18] Speaker 27: ... I thought, "Oh, wow, well..." I told them, I said, "You guys, I don't know what I'm gonna do, but I'm, I know one thing, I'm not going to do it." And so all the way home, I had a two and a half hour drive, and I was brooding and brooding about how I was going to fight this and not go to jail because of the Clintons. And so when, when I finally got home and I took a deep breath, and my wife told me all that, I was really touched because I knew she had been moved by the spirit.

[01:18:53] Speaker 1: Yep.

[01:18:54] Speaker 27: And, uh, so-

[01:18:55] Speaker 1: Again, against all odds.

[01:18:57] Speaker 27: But, but the press, but, but-

[01:18:57] Speaker 1: Against all odds, yep.

[01:18:59] Speaker 27: Y- ri- right.

[01:19:00] Speaker 1: Yep.

[01:19:00] Speaker 27: But to answer your question, the media picked up on this case and it went viral. It went worldwide. I got calls from London, from Japan, from-

[01:19:11] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:19:11] Speaker 27: ... Canada, uh, Australia, and then, uh...... over 300 different calls from national media and l- m- big time media, 300 the first week in the United States. I wasn't ready for any of that. We had to get a new phone number at the sheriff's office-

[01:19:30] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[01:19:30] Speaker 27: ... just for those calls.

[01:19:32] Speaker 1: Yeah. (laughs)

[01:19:32] Speaker 27: And, uh, I, I tell you, I, I wa- I thought I was gonna be the Lone Ranger.

[01:19:39] Speaker 1: Yup.

[01:19:39] Speaker 27: Nobody had joined for five weeks. Nobody else had joined the suit, no one.

[01:19:44] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:19:46] Speaker 27: And then I was ... I got up, uh, early, uh, one morning to get to work. And on the early morning news of CBS, it was announced that Sheriff Jay Prince from Montana had filed a similar suit-

[01:20:01] Speaker 1: Amen.

[01:20:01] Speaker 27: ... against the federal government that was filed in Arizona.

[01:20:03] Speaker 1: Amen. Yeah.

[01:20:05] Speaker 27: And then five others joined after that.

[01:20:07] Speaker 1: Amen.

[01:20:07] Speaker 27: So seven sheriffs out of 3,086, seven sheriffs stood and fought and we won.

[01:20:16] Speaker 1: Amen. A- and you, and you lived. And that ... By the way, that's no joke. I mean, look at ... You-

[01:20:22] Speaker 27: Yeah. I know.

[01:20:22] Speaker 1: You all the well know that probably more than anybody concerning that particular situation. But it's crazy. It reminds me of what took place in Illinois. And I got a hard break coming up on me in just a moment here, Mack. But it was interesting. Remember when Pritzker went after the, what was it? The magazines concerning the, the AR-15s.

[01:20:39] Speaker 27: Oh, yeah.

[01:20:39] Speaker 1: And he wanted-

[01:20:40] Speaker 1: ... to remove them. And one guy stood up when nobody else would stand up, one county. And then it went from one county to, like, 90 counties to 101.

[01:20:49] Speaker 1: Yup. And then it went to 101 counties and they all stood up. It just took that one person. It reminds me of Flick on Bug's Life. It really does.

[01:20:58] Speaker 27: Yeah.

[01:20:58] Speaker 1: Until he stood up against Hopper, everybody was doing nothing but complaining about the problem until he stood up. And then they all stood up together. And there's the secret of all of it, and that's the power of unity under God concerning the Constitution. There's the force and the power of it when we stand together. And sometimes even when you don't stand with other people, the Lord will use that one person to get the job done on the behalf of the posterity up and coming. And that's exactly what he did. (instrumental music) And why did he do that? Because it tells us in 1 Corinthians that no flesh had glory in his presence. In other words, you better get off that because everybody needs to know who is responsible for that victory. Just get out of the way and give him all the glory for it. [01:29:50] Speaker 27: ... Prince and I were in the same circuit, in the Ninth Circuit, and we got overturned.

[01:29:54] Speaker 1: Oh.

[01:29:54] Speaker 27: And we lost at the Ninth Circuit, big straight, big surprise. But, uh, Koob from Texas and Romero from Louisiana were in New Orleans, the Fifth Circuit, and they won on the exact same case.

[01:30:08] Speaker 1: Interesting.

[01:30:08] Speaker 27: So two conflicting circuit court cases on the same case guaranteed us a trip to the Supreme Court.

[01:30:15] Speaker 1: Amen. Amen. Oh, uh-

[01:30:16] Speaker 27: And that was Prince-

[01:30:17] Speaker 1: Uh, uh, let's just talk a-

[01:30:18] Speaker 27: ... Prince to me.

[01:30:18] Speaker 1: Let's talk about that for a second. Wh- what, what was that, what was that experience like to actually-

[01:30:23] Speaker 1: ... walk into the Supreme Court? I'm curious.

[01:30:26] Speaker 27: It, it was so spiritual. It was so amazing. The Brady Bill was named for James Brady-

[01:30:32] Speaker 1: Yep.

[01:30:33] Speaker 27: ... the press secretary for Ronald Reagan-

[01:30:34] Speaker 1: Yep.

[01:30:35] Speaker 27: ... when Reagan was shot in March of 1981. He'd, he'd just been in office three months. And James Brady was there and I went over and talked to him, and he was so gracious. I'll never forget spending two minutes with him. And he said he really admired me for what I had done. He said it took a lot of courage. He said, uh, "I appreciate you. I don't consider you an enemy of any kind." He was so kind and gracious. His wife, that's another story.

[01:31:06] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[01:31:06] Speaker 27: She wasn't there right then. She- he was sitting by himself in his wheelchair. And so I'll never forget that, uh, interaction, that communion that he and I had together.

[01:31:17] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[01:31:17] Speaker 27: And then, miraculously, the Secret Service allowed me to take two of my children in with me.

[01:31:25] Speaker 1: Oh, cool.

[01:31:26] Speaker 27: Which they, they never do that.

[01:31:28] Speaker 1: Yep, yep.

[01:31:28] Speaker 27: They ne- And so we got 'em in.... uh, because two other people canceled. And it was great sharing that with two of my children. My wife didn't go. She says, "Take Lucy and Rich. Make this a great event for them." And miraculously, they got to go in and it was just so wonderful. All three of us talk about that. G. Gordon Liddy interviewed my daughter and me afterwards-

[01:31:54] Speaker 1: Yep.

[01:31:54] Speaker 27: ... on his national show, and he became a very good friend and very supportive of this case. It, it was probably his favorite case, uh, the entire, hi- in his lifetime, uh, and obviously mine. But, uh, the, the spirituality in that room, uh, was definitely there. This was, this was God's house.

[01:32:16] Speaker 27: There were people who were not godly that were in there.

[01:32:19] Speaker 1: Yep.

[01:32:20] Speaker 27: But it was God's house.

[01:32:21] Speaker 1: Amen.

[01:32:21] Speaker 27: And that's how I felt.

[01:32:22] Speaker 1: What was this-

[01:32:23] Speaker 27: Some- somebody wanna say, "Oh, no, it isn't. No, it-" You're not gonna change how I felt when I was there.

[01:32:28] Speaker 27: It was extremely spiritual.

[01:32:29] Speaker 1: Exactly.

[01:32:30] Speaker 27: Yeah.

[01:32:30] Speaker 1: So, so when you were there, what was the, uh, uh, what... I mean, first of all, the first thing I was thinking about is Brady saying that you, you'll never see that on camera. Am I right or am I wrong?

[01:32:40] Speaker 27: No, oh no, no.

[01:32:40] Speaker 1: Uh, because they wanna paint him out as the little straw man so they can push their agenda, isn't that right?

[01:32:45] Speaker 27: Right. Well, he was ex- he was exploited by his wife.

[01:32:48] Speaker 1: Exploited, that's a better word.

[01:32:49] Speaker 27: And Sarah Brady and the Brady Bunch.

[01:32:51] Speaker 1: Yeah. (laughs)

[01:32:51] Speaker 1: Exactly. What was the sincerity level with the said, um, individual sitting on the bench?

[01:33:00] Speaker 27: Uh, the nine justices, I thought were very attentive, uh, and Scalia in particularly, in particular was very funny, very engaged. Thomas never says a word, uh, but his, but his ruling was the best one.

[01:33:16] Speaker 1: Whoa. Really?

[01:33:19] Speaker 27: Yeah, yeah. But, but Scalia wrote for the majority, but on, uh, Cornell University Law School Review, it showed what every, uh, justice said. And Thomas, by far, was the strongest.

[01:33:31] Speaker 1: I- I wish he would stand up on the First Amendment that way. No joke.

[01:33:34] Speaker 27: I wish he would too.

[01:33:35] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[01:33:36] Speaker 27: Yes, yeah.

[01:33:36] Speaker 1: I mean, that guy can just drop the gavel and it'd be all over with all this nonsense going on in the country.

[01:33:42] Speaker 1: ... to that again. So w- what, what is the news that's making waves right now, uh, coming from your desk concerning how sheriffs are under attack?

[01:33:51] Speaker 27: Two weeks ago, we had, um, Patrick Byrne and General Flynn and Pastor CL Bryant, uh, three or four sheriffs, myself, uh, Sam Bushman our CEO, uh, some really excellent speakers at a rally in Wash- in Puyallup, Washington to help... And you know what the name of it was? Save Our Sheriffs.

[01:34:14] Speaker 1: Oh.

[01:34:14] Speaker 27: Save Our Sheriffs Rally.

[01:34:16] Speaker 1: Huh.

[01:34:16] Speaker 27: And, uh, uh, the good pastor there, Cummings, was just absolutely wonderful. He opened his entire church to us. He... "You guys do whatever you need to. We'll, we'll invite the community." Uh, over 400 people, standing room only, and-

[01:34:33] Speaker 1: Amen.

[01:34:33] Speaker 27: ... it was wonderful.

[01:34:34] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[01:34:35] Speaker 27: But the thing of it is, the, the reason we were there was horrible, because the state is trying to destroy the office of sheriff. And Sheriff Wagner in Adams County is being sued by the AG because he's trying to help with deportation.

[01:34:51] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[01:34:51] Speaker 27: And everyone knows, Tom Homan and I have had this talk. Tom Homan knows he cannot force sheriffs to help and he cannot... and no one can force them not to help. It's up to the sheriff and his boss, the people of his county.

[01:35:06] Speaker 1: Huh. Huh.

[01:35:06] Speaker 27: Not the, not the AG, not the cons- not the, uh, legislature, not the governor, not woke agendas, not any of these extremist leftists. It's up to the sheriff and his people. That's it. And that's what we were portraying, that's what we talked about at the, at the rally. Sheriff, uh, of Pierce County-

[01:35:28] Speaker 1: Huh.

[01:35:28] Speaker 27: ... Sheriff Schwenk, uh, came to our follow-up training and they're going after him right and left, and they're trying to remove him, and they've already made the sheriff of King County, Olympia Satella- uh, uh, Seahawk area-

[01:35:47] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:35:47] Speaker 27: ... (laughs) Seattle, all that area, now the entire King County has a bureaucrat for a sheriff.

[01:35:54] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:35:55] Speaker 27: He's no longer elected.

[01:35:56] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[01:35:56] Speaker 27: They stole.

[01:35:57] Speaker 1: Oh.

[01:35:57] Speaker 27: That's what they're doing, folks.

[01:35:59] Speaker 27: They're stealing the stewardship of We the People and they're trying to get rid of him-

[01:36:04] Speaker 27: ... so that these sheriffs that were fighting against COVID and all these other things will do what they're told.

I, you know what I personally believe in, and I think we experienced that when we did events here in the state of Minnesota after we did the event in South Dakota, you've seen how these sheriffs acted in the state of Minnesota. I think in a lot of ways, and I, I shouldn't say I think, but I've experienced that they act more like bureaucrats even when they're elected in because they have no backbone.

It's about, you've been a cop for, a sheriff for 20 some years.

[01:40:03] Speaker 27: I- I- I was a cop and detective for almost 12 years. I was sheriff for eight years.

[01:40:08] Speaker 1: Okay. Th- that's a long time. So I'm gonna talk to you-

[01:40:11] Speaker 27: 20 years.

[01:40:11] Speaker 1: ... I'm gonna talk to you as, again, a little brother, if you don't mind. Okay? Uh, as a little child.

[01:40:16] Speaker 27: (laughs)

[01:40:16] Speaker 1: Jesus said the model of heaven is a child, and I'm gonna come at you that way because I just heard you-

[01:40:22] Speaker 27: For such is, for such is the kingdom of heaven.

[01:40:23] Speaker 1: Amen. And so you were just talking about how these sheriffs are basically bureaucrats now. But yet, when I look at the Constitution, I see that they're supposed to, basically Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, swear an oath, uh, to uphold the Constitution, the enumerated laws found within against all enemies, both foreign and domestic, so help me God. And I'm trying to, in all sincerity from a sheriff's perspective, understand how it is that they can't uphold the law against those that have treasonously allured the illegals into their cities, rename them sanctuary cities after the act of treason is committed, Article III, Section 3, and we're supposed to believe that they have no power to right the wrongs. I'm just... How does that work? Especially when I look at Article II, Section 3, the whole purpose is what? The whole purpose is to enforce the law, to take care that the laws be faithfully executed under Article VI, Section 2.

[01:41:20] Speaker 1: Help me understand the mentality with these people, Mack, seriously.

[01:41:25] Speaker 27: Th- that was the issue b- way back in 1983 that changed my mind about law enforcement, and I almost quit. It was the oath of office. And I said, "Why do we take this oath and summarily ignore it?"

[01:41:38] Speaker 1: Yep.

[01:41:38] Speaker 27: All of us.

[01:41:39] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:41:39] Speaker 27: In all three branches, not just law enforcement. It's the judges, it's the legislatures.

[01:41:45] Speaker 1: Yep.

[01:41:45] Speaker 27: It's the executive branch, which we are. We are the executors of the law.

[01:41:50] Speaker 1: Exactly. Exactly. Yeah. I mean-

[01:41:51] Speaker 27: How can we swear-

[01:41:53] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[01:41:53] Speaker 27: ... in God's name that we're going to uphold, defend, protect and preserve the United States Constitution and never even read it or study it?

[01:42:01] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.

[01:42:01] Speaker 27: You know, so that changed my entire outlook on law enforcement. Y- y- you know the first thing I stopped doing? I stopped writing those ridiculous traffic tickets.

[01:42:14] Speaker 1: Oh. (laughs) Okay.

[01:42:16] Speaker 27: And, and, and I'm, and I'm gonna have to tell you, officers, uh, I know you have a son that's law enforcement. I will tell my personal advice to every officer. Until you get off probation, you gotta be writing some tickets. We're not gonna change everything that quickly where you're gonna be able to protect your job, and we want you good officers to stay. So you don't have to write as many, uh, you know. Be, make, make sure that you're, you, you let your conscience be your guide. But until you get off probation, you're gonna have to write those. I didn't wake up to this horrible situation and realize what was going on until I'd been a cop for three years.

[01:42:58] Speaker 1: Mm.

[01:42:58] Speaker 27: So I was already off probation. And I used to write those suckers like crazy.

[01:43:02] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[01:43:02] Speaker 27: Uh, and, and, and I- I had to repent of that.

[01:43:05] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[01:43:06] Speaker 27: And I don't, I don't know how to chase down everybody who I wrote a ticket to and pay them back.

[01:43:10] Speaker 1: (laughs) Yeah.

[01:43:10] Speaker 27: But I would have done that.

[01:43:12] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.

[01:43:12] Speaker 27: Uh, I- I- and I- I announced it publicly. "We, we all owe you this money back." Are all tickets unrighteous? No.

[01:43:19] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[01:43:20] Speaker 27: But there must be a legitimate threat.... and/or a legitimate victim-

[01:43:26] Speaker 1: Let, let me-

[01:43:26] Speaker 27: ... before we g- do that.

[01:43:28] Speaker 1: Let, let me throw this at you. Speaking of South Dakota, 'cause you and I did an event out there in Rapid City.

[01:43:33] Speaker 27: Yup.

[01:43:33] Speaker 1: Um, and it was interesting because I was actually preaching at a church, and there happened to be a senator in the room that I knew not was in the room, at least carnally, right? And I started to address the fact that many of these people that serve we the people don't even know what the Constitution says. They've never taken the time to read the founding documents, yet they swear the oath to uphold what they don't know that they're upholding.

[01:43:56] Speaker 1: And, uh-

[01:43:56] Speaker 27: I know.

[01:43:57] Speaker 1: So I called out a lady. Uh, she had raised her hand. She said, "I'm a senator here. I've been here for six years." And I wasn't trying to embarrass her. Uh, she did that all on her own, with all due respect.

[01:44:07] Speaker 27: Yeah, she doesn't need your help.

[01:44:08] Speaker 1: No, she didn't need my help at all.

[01:44:10] Speaker 27: (laughs)

[01:44:10] Speaker 1: She stepped in it, and it was all over. And I said, "So have you ever taken the time to read the Constitution?" And she said, "No, I never have." And so therein lies the problem. And the Lord said in Hosea 4:6, Mac-

[01:44:21] Speaker 27: Exactly.

[01:44:21] Speaker 1: ... "My people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge." It really falls to the people, though, more so than their said representatives because-

[01:44:28] Speaker 27: Exactly.

[01:44:28] Speaker 1: ... they're not taking responsibility.

[01:44:30] Speaker 27: The American people.

[01:44:31] Speaker 1: Yep.

[01:44:31] Speaker 27: The people on this show, listening to us right now, you have to get involved. Your sheriff works for you, and he needs to hear from you. And you've got to have a relationship with him. You're, you're not just part, you're the integral part of us saving our country. And we have a solution for that as CSPOA. Look, did I make it sound like that's a- another full-time job? Well, it's not. It's maybe a couple hours a week. If you wanna do more, you can. And on top of that, me doing high school assemblies across the country, just in part, colleges, tea parties, the list goes on, uh, less than one half percent of 1% of all that money that is supposed to go to, uh, the church goes to the young people. So their kids are completely being forgotten about. But if you look at any Sunday, any given Sunday across the United States of America, you're gonna see, uh, stadiums with 100,000 people sold out, acting like a bunch of lunatics, getting drunk over a bunch of grown men fighting over a pig ball with tights on. They don't care about their country. I mean, Richard, let's call it for what it is, because you see this as well, which I want to revert back over to this because I've got three minutes left with you.

[01:46:38] Speaker 1: Uh, o- one of the things that you had brought up in passing just a couple minutes ago was, a, a sheriff that was standing up or getting sued by the attorney general, the, the top law dog in the state.

[01:46:50] Speaker 1: Well, we've seen the same thing happen here by Keith Ellison. I, I mean, a- a- he's just, he's an installed pawn that nobody has any respect for. He's been denounced by the police. Nobody respects him. But when he says-

[01:47:03] Speaker 1: ... "You better obey my unjust decree, you better all fall in line, because if you don't, this is what's gonna happen," one sheriff stood up. Now let me go back to the time when you were in Minnesota. When you were doing your tour in the Midwest, how many sheriffs got behind you, as well as in South Dakota? I want the people to hear how involved their sheriffs were not when you came to town to show them how to do the job.

[01:47:29] Speaker 27: Well, I, while I was there, I learned that there was at least two sheriffs that were helping illegals get driver's licenses.

[01:47:35] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:47:36] Speaker 27: Uh, notices came from, uh, some leftist woke, uh, with some threats. Uh, a, a sheriff who was w- was a very good friend of mine in Minnesota, uh, who was going to be part of this and help advertise it and get more sheriffs there, decided that he and the other sheriffs should not attend.

[01:47:58] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:47:58] Speaker 27: And I said... And so I asked him why, and I... And he said, "Because of all these comments on the internet about you."

[01:48:05] Speaker 1: Yep, yep.

[01:48:06] Speaker 27: And I said, and I said, "You know they're lies." And he goes, "Of course I do. I know you."

[01:48:10] Speaker 1: Yep.

[01:48:11] Speaker 27: And I said, "Then why aren't you standing with me?" He goes, "Because we don't want to be attacked like you have been."

[01:48:16] Speaker 1: Yep.

[01:48:17] Speaker 27: That was it. That was it. That was the whole conversation.

[01:48:24] Speaker 27: But Sheriff Prince, Sheriff Prince says, Sheriff Prince put it this way. I said, I said, "Why aren't more sheriffs involved with us?" And he goes, "We just have too many damn wimpy sheriffs."
