[00:00] Speaker 1: Who gave delegated authority to the City Board of Deerfield to tear down the very laws in which they have sworn to uphold? Delegation of authority comes from we, the people, not the elected representatives of the people. Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. President Thomas Jefferson rightly said, "Whenever the general government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void and of no force." "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." Remember, a well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. This police officer went on to tell the American people that his partners in the police force were not and will not go door to door to enforce a violation of the Second Amendment.

[01:00] Speaker 2: The reason I'm doing it about Illinois is that I'm speaking about this as a former full-time sworn law enforcement officer. I have several friends who are full-time sworn law enforcement officers in the State of Illinois right now. Not only would these guys not follow this law, they would arrest people that tried to enforce this law. So let's really get the rundown on what's happening here.

[01:23] Speaker 1: Americans must remember that they have God-given rights to do that which is right, not privileges from the people that work for them. And after all, free people don't ask for permission to do what already belongs to them. He continued to share that if they were to enforce this unlawful and unconstitutional order to go door to door that they are no longer law enforcement agencies, but rather have become agents of the state.

[01:53] Speaker 2: I don't care what badge that you wear, I don't care what kind of police officer you think you are, when you start stripping people's Second Amendment and Fourth Amendment and everything else, when you start doing that, you cease to be a law enforcement officer and start being an agent of the state who goes to the highest bidder, whose services go to the highest bidder.

[02:11] Speaker 1: This is why it is important to learn from the Nuremberg trials, in which a majority of the war criminals were found guilty of obeying a tyrant named Adolf Hitler, rather than upholding the German constitution, which they themselves swore to uphold. If they were obeying their country's constitution, they would have lawfully dealt with the tyrant rather than violating its own law-abiding citizenry. Furthermore, for those who would go door to door to illegally confiscate guns from law-abiding gun owners would be violating the Fourth Amendment as well, which protects citizens from unlawful searches and seizures.

[02:50] Speaker 1: It states, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue but upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized." Now, we know that it has not gone this far yet. I said yet because it can all be avoided if we choose to do so. The way to avoid it getting to this point, as I have highlighted so many different times in so many different ways, is to deal with the corrupt politicians. Americans must come to the realization that either you lawfully remove corrupt, anti-American politicians or you will at length be disarmed. The response concerning bump stock bans across the country. In Denver, after the city banned bump stocks, which was approved by City Council, not one was turned in. In Columbus, a citywide bump stock ban went into effect.

[04:01] Speaker 1: They were so kind as to suggest even to come pick them up for you. Not one was turned in. The people in this country are being pushed and assaulted on a daily basis by corruption, and this is the response tyranny is getting. We can all look to Roger Sherman, a signer of the Declaration of Independence. He said... Andrew Young, former Mayor of Atlanta, said, "You don't want to think of yourself as a martyr, but if you worship in a religion, Christianity, where the symbol of that religion is a cross, you are reminded every day of your lives that the cross is not something that you just hang on the wall. It's something that comes out as a result of confrontation with evil, and that when you face that confrontation with evil, you're likely to face the possibility with a physical death.

[04:49] Speaker 1: But if you don't face that confrontation with evil, you inevitably face a spiritual death." "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and a religious people, Christian, it is wholly inadequate to the government of any other. Human passions unbridled by morality and religion, Christianity, would break the strongest chords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net." The second president of the United States of America, Mr. John Adams.

[06:24] Speaker 1: Hello, friends, as well as a few enemies, scoffers, atheists, skeptics, lunatics, weirdos, and assorted bad guys, and of course, all of you good guys and girls out there. Welcome to the Sons of Liberty. You have with yours truly, Mr. Bradley Dean. Listen to President Garfield, president of the United States two times over. He said, "Now more than ever before, the people, the people, the people..." I'm not stock people. President Garfield said, "The people are responsible for the character of their Congress. If that body be ignorant, reckless, and corrupt, it is because the people tolerate ignorance, recklessness, and corruption." That's what you see on the scene today. "In a word, our national safety demands that the fountains of political power shall be made pure by intelligence and kept pure by our vigilance." You know what's funny to me? I- it really is, and I'm saying this, of course, facetiously.

[07:16] Speaker 1: How people just kind of look at the, the aggressiveness, the militancy, uh, coming from this microphone, uh, to maintain the freedoms that we have by magnifying the laws against the crimes and the criminals themselves that are responsible for committing the crimes. And they look at me like, you know, "Okay, that's kind of your thing. That's kind of like what you're called to do." I mean, as if to suggest that I'm gonna be able to uphold the pillars of a society all by myself here, outside of the power of God, which he can do and he does do, and he has done, and I'm sure he's going to continuously do so. But the point is, is that people just are so flippant about the things that they have. They don't understand that we have freedom today because somebody sacrificed themselves in the natural, 1 Corinthians 2:14, because of what took place in the spiritual, Christ crucified on Calvary, when he bled that battlefield red with his blood as the propitiation of the sins of the world.

[08:10] Speaker 1: How do you take that lightly? I- I- I don't understand. I really do not understand. But we're gonna get to that. Folks, I also wanna say this. Where there is darkness, crimes will be committed. We see this. We're called to be the light as Christians, Ephesians 5:11. But where there's darkness, crimes will be committed. The guilty ones are not merely those, uh, who commit the crime, but he who caused the darkness. How about we just add the word instead of cause, tolerates the darkness? Let me take that over to Edmund Burke. Again, I have a lot of respect for Edmund Burke, but he was wrong when he said this, that, "Evil prevails because good men do nothing." Nothing could be further from the truth. Why do I say that? Because good men do not allow evil to prevail. How does one excuse themselves in allowing the things that are taking place in this country without putting a hand into it?

[09:06] Speaker 1: I'm gonna show you who is doing something about it, and I'm also here, gonna sh- uh, show you today on the show as, as to, uh, the problem that we're having is you're allowing the people that you don't wanna be doing something about it that are doing something about it. Isn't interesting as well, friends, how, how when I have guests, like for example, the senators or representatives, and they always talk about the left that doesn't constitutionally exist? It's almost like they're solidifying them and giving them a pass by acknowledging their existence as if to suggest they have a right to commit a crime. Yet when somebody commits a crime, do you understand that they forfeit their rights? That's why they're incarcerated. That's why they're thrown into a penitentiary to work penitence, right? Isaiah 57, Isaiah 66:2, 34:18 of Psalms, Psalm 51:17. The list goes on. It all premises from the creator, friends.

[10:01] Speaker 1: But isn't it interesting how they sit there and they just blame each other all day? Like, as if to suggest it's their job, uh, as I've said so many times before, to merely magnify the crime rather than the law to condemn the crime. I'm gonna go through that in just a moment here. But I, I wanna first go back to the responsible party, the people, who are the government in this country. The people have lost that because they haven't done their due diligence, but I wanna throw it at you. "Patriotism doesn't mean..." Uh, "It, it means to stand by the country," said Roosevelt. "It doesn't mean to stand by the president or any public official save exactly to the degree in which he himself stands by the country. It is patriotic to support him insofar as he is efficiently serving the country. It is unpatriotic not to oppose him to the exact extent that by inefficiency or otherwise he fails in his duty to stand by the country.

[10:55] Speaker 1: In either event, it is unpatriotic not to tell the truth, whether about the president or anybody else." Listen to this. Do you understand that by making, or should I say omitting the reference to the Constitution that condemns the ri- uh, the wicked and justifies the righteous, Deuteronomy 25:1, do you know what people resort to? They resort to the two-party system that has been created that you see on the scene today. For those that didn't know, George Orwell said long ago, he said, "There's a political language that's been created to make lies sound truthful." So again, it goes back to this divide and conquer system, this right and left fighting against each other. People need to take a step back, read their founding documents to understand that doesn't constitutionally exist. But this is what you submit yourself to, and you submitted yourself to it because you didn't take the time to know the difference that it's nowhere in the Constitution.

[11:53] Speaker 1: Here, now let me move over and ask the question, does anybody know the oath of those that are s- um, the oath that is taken by those that serve we the people, Ecclesiastes 5:4? I'm thinking of Numbers 30:2, Deuteronomy 23:23.Anybody know what that is? Here, let, let me read it for you. It says, "Before he enter on the execution of his office," this is found, by the way, in Article II, Section 1, uh, Clause VIII of the US Constitution, "he shall take the following oath or affirmation. 'I do solemnly swear or affirm.'" This is how they do it, with their hand on the Bible. "'I will faithfully execute the office of the President of the United States.'" Or whatever capacity that they will serve in. "'And will, to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the US Constitution of the United States of America.'" It's very similar to that of the military, which is to stand against all enemies, both foreign and domestic.

[12:52] Speaker 1: Does that, uh, omit the duties of the said president in the executive office, or in an- any other capacity within the government? Absolutely not. They're all to uphold the enumerated laws found within the Constitution. Now, I'm also laying a premise here, friends, that you do understand that when you read Article II, Section 3, under Article VI, Section 2 of the US Constitution, it is every said representative's job and duty, through delegated authority from the people, to do what? It is their job to take care that the laws, the laws on common law, discovering and applying the law. Listen to me, judges. He shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed. That word right there, what is MIA in the minds of the American people, is the very reason that you're tolerating this, number one, two-party system, and the corrupt found within that two-party system, which is equally weighed out in balance on both sides. Because they're not at each other's throats, they're at your throats.

Because I'm here to tell you, again, that it's not for your said representatives to highlight the crimes and the criminals that are guilty of violating the law. Folks, they have now taken the time to magnify the crime, rather than magnifying the law and condemning those that made the choice to commit the crime. Right?It, doesn't that make sense? Yeah. I, I did an event some time, uh, ago, in a little county (smacks lips) uh, in, uh, the state of Minnesota. And interestingly enough, they were doing this drug program. And when I got there, I noticed that what they were doing is they were teaching the kids, they were indoctrinating the kids through a system that the communists, uh, used to indoctrinate and to dummy down and to control the people of their perspective countries.

[19:17] Speaker 1: What I noticed is that they were, uh, an anti-drug program, giving the kids, no joke ... The people that were in this assembly setting, these police officers were doing nothing but showing the kids how to make the drugs, what the drugs look like, where to get the chemicals to make the drugs. Oh, have you ever heard of DARE? Oh, it's the same thing, folks. Y- you're introducing the kids to something that they never knew before and then you wonder why drug use is up on a higher level, statistically across the country. It's because you're allowing them to do so in public schools. How many drug dealers I've talked to, I have it on film. Sonsolibertymedia.com. And when you go over there, you can watch these kids, uh, prove my point.

[20:09] Speaker 1: But how many of these kids became drug dealers because the police were in fact teaching them how to commit the crime? It's the same thing that the American people are allowing the politicians to do. Now, let me go further with that. So I s- raise my hand, I stand up in front of everybody, and I ask this anti-drug program, "Why is it that you're teaching the young people in this room and in schools (claps hands) across the state of Minnesota how to commit the crime? How, why is it that you've now taken the time to show them what the drugs look like? Cocaine, crystal methane, heroin, marijuana, the list goes on. They never even knew exactly what it was until you just showed 'em what it was. And you call it awareness?" And then on the way out after the program, it was interesting, the media was there. They had to take pictures and throw me on the front page of the paper as one that disrupted their program. I disrupted their money flow, friends, is what I did.

[21:06] Speaker 1: Because as long as there's a drug problem in the community and counties in the state of Minnesota, they're gonna continuously collect money from the state to fund their programs. They don't want those programs to go to waste. They love the crime because it ensures the fact that they then have a job. Now, let me go back, friends. On the way out of that assembly program, uh, there was, uh, paraphernalia. The police officers were standing there and they had paraphernalia. Needles, pipes, glass pipes, metal pipes, you name it. And I looked at this cop who was just kinda like standing there like he was doing the right thing. And I said, "Guy, I'm not trying to come in here and disrupt anything. But do you realize what you're doing?" I said, "Why are you showing them how to use the drugs that were just introduced to them by this alleged anti-drug program?" And he got mad at me. So much so that they took a picture of me and one of the said representatives.

[22:08] Speaker 1: There happened to be a girl in the middle when that picture was taken, and they pasted it on the front page of the paper as me disrupting the program. No, I was disrupting their lies. That's my job. I, I am a troubler of Israel. That's what we're called to do. We're to, we're called to trouble the unrighteous, friends. We're call, called and commanded by God to c- to call them out for what they're doing in the fruits of darkness, even if they don't know it. And there's a different way of doing it, but in this particular case, I wasn't aggressive. I was just bringing it to the light. They were the ones that got aggressive with me for exposing their moneymaking programs. They didn't care about the kids. Remember that little girl that I told you that was in the center of us? She was probably 17 years old and here's the said representative on my right. And on my left is me. And again, here's Bradley Dean, the troubler. No, no, no.

[23:02] Speaker 1: I'm just fighting for the kids because you're throwing them into a cesspool to be indoctrinated c- in, in a system that's completely upside down on its head. It's judgment turned backwards. Isaiah 59:14. You know what that little girl said? She looked at the representative and she said in front of the whole group of people that were in the picture, that they were around us. She said, "What Bradley is saying is exactly right." She said, "All the kids in public schools are laughing at the older generation for doing what they're doing. They are inadvertently teaching us how to use drugs." That's a fact. I do a whole program on it. Maybe I'll, maybe one day I'll just take the time to highlight that. Just to go through it and show you the increase of d- drug use amongst our young since programs like DARE have come out onto the scene.

[23:50] Speaker 1: I even heard a DARE program, uh, uh, security guard even tell me in West Virginia when we did a high school assembly there, he said he was thankful for the program. He goes, "Because if it wasn't for the program, he wouldn't have a job." He was o- on the backs of the young people that were using drugs. He was okay with it because it ensured him of a position of having a job. It's the same thing that you're seeing in America today, friends. It's the exact same thing that you're seeing with these said politicians who are doing nothing but magnifying the crime and the criminals rather than condemning them by magnifying the law. Going back to the drug program. You teach them the consequence of violating the law. That's teaching them the fear of God. Proverbs 16:6. You teach them the consequence, what happens? You show them what happens when people commit the crime. You don't com- you don't teach 'em how to commit the crime. And that's how people in this country have be- been accustomed.

[24:54] Speaker 1: I just said during the end of the last segment, what you do, friends, is you just merely keep your eyes away from the founding documents and just be entertained away from your freedoms and do nothing but complain, just like the rest of your said conservatives, yesterday's liberals friends are doing, 'cause they're worthless. Matthew 5:13. They're to be trodden under the foot of men. They're good for nothing except breeding more of this that's taking place in our country. Well, it'll all stop when it hits home. And rest assured, it's hitting home. But let's go back to, uh, Article II, Section, uh, Three. I was highlighting the fact that the job of our said representatives is to what? It's to execute the laws found within. Did you hear what I said? Uh, they are to execute the laws. It didn't say magnify the crimes. It said execute the laws against the crimes.

[25:42] Speaker 1: And that applies to every said representative in every representative position from the president all the way down to local government. Not the other way around. He shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed and commission all of the officers of the United States of America. Oh, and yes, that applies to judges from the Supreme Court all the way down when they operate outside of their scope of authority. The people are to stand up in Article Two, Section Four, and they are to impeach them. The people are. The people are 'cause they're not. They're playing the game against the people. Okay? The Supreme Court or lower court judges, what are they supposed to do? Article Three, Section One tells us that they sit during good behavior. What happens when they no longer discover the law and apply the law? You remove them. You remove them 345,000,000 people complaining about less than 1.7% of the population. Ungrateful people to whom much is given, much is required.

[26:51] Speaker 1: And this all falls, by the way, concerning what I've already highlighted, uh, concerning Article Two, Section One, Clause Eight, concerning the oath that they swear before they serve the people and then going to Article Two, Section Three and what it is that they promised they would do in executing the laws against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. That all falls under Article Six, Section Two. I'm just educating people so you know where to put your feet because what you're seeing in federal and state government today over all, friends, and easily the majority, is they are operating outside of an authority that's never been delegated to them by the people. That means they're not working for you. They're working against you. And I'm gonna show you that in a just sec- in, uh, just a second here. Article Six, Section Two. What does this say? This is the Supremacy Clause. Remember what I said during the first segment?

[27:42] Speaker 1: When you, uh, when- when there's no reference to the Constitution, you revert back to unconstitutional party systems where they divide and conquer. (music) Well, when you make reference to the Constitution, that law condemns both sides of the unconstitutional aisle for what it is that they're getting away with today. They're supposed to take care of the laws that are found within the Constitution, and they are to faithfully execute them against the criminals, right? In either condemning or justifying, Deuteronomy 25 Verse 1. And then Article VI, Section 2 is what it all submits to under God, which is premised on common law.

Now, from that to now Donald Trump ha- has beat Tim Walz. And now Donald is trying to tell us everything's okay.

But they are. How is it that the people of the state of Minnesota are putting up with the crimes of such a small number of people? I, I wanna tell you why. So when you hold to your principles and you stand to the word of God and the Constitution, stand there, stay there, because it seems like everybody's going that same direction, but when they see what the media is doing, they feel like they're being beat up. Like, for example, do you guys remember Clinton, Hillary Clinton when she ran for president? She was one of the most hated women in the world, friends, and she still is. She's a criminal. And Donald never prosecuted her like he said he would. Remember that? Yeah, that's all... Remember then he called them good people after he won the, uh, alleged elections? Right? But folks, uh, but I just want you to pay attention. Hillary Clinton, when she first kicked off her presidential campaign in Iowa, do you know how many people showed up?

[01:02:53] Speaker 1: Just to show you how ignorant people are, you know how many people showed up? 22 people. 345 million people and 22 million people showed up. We were touring across the country during that time and we seen signs all over the country for Hillary Clinton to be imprisoned. And yet, they put up in front of the American people that the people wanted her as a candidate. And then what they did, of course, is they, they, they omitted the 1100 other presidential contenders that were legitimate and they just showed you the two players in the uni-party system that were working for the same people, like you have today, as you can well see. Americans, it's all nonsense. It, it's all lies. Here, o- one more thing, if you don't mind. I'm gonna take this call. I see you up there, David. Hang on a second. Look at this. H- how, how long have I been beating these drums before people wake up? So therein lies the purpose of beating the drum, right?

Th- they're not coming from what they call the left. They're all paid.

[01:08:23] Speaker 5: ... and they got all the cameramen running around, and it, it looked just like a movie set and they were filming down there of, of these protests. And it, I mean, it, it looked exactly like a movie set.

[01:08:34] Speaker 5: And, and this person, whoever was filming, was saying, "Oh, look at them down there. They're trying to make it look like there's a, there's a ton of people," the way they had them positioned out in the streets and stuff, you know? And it was probably about 50, 60 people, but the way they were doing it made it look like, you know, it was a whole bunch of people.

[01:08:49] Speaker 5: And, um, and I've got family members that just don't... They don't, they don't, th- they, they believe everything, you know? They believe Donald Trump's the, the, the second coming, I guess, or whatever, and they watch Fox News. And, and they'll, they'll, they'll just fight you to the end about... And I could bite a nail in half, man, to just listen to these people. I can't hardly stand it because I'm like, "Can't you..."

Uh, but it was interesting that they put me on the front page of, uh, the papers in the three surround- th- the two surrounding states, including Arkansas. And then I was also breaking news, David, and it was called Parent- or Parental, um, um, Parental Uproar. And I got the video. As a matter of fact, I should play it sometime for you guys.

The five parents that didn't like that, the cameras took them, they put them in chairs right next to each other, and they put, uh, uh, a line going down the five parents, and then they called it the Parental Protest. And then they sold that-

[01:10:16] Speaker 1: ... and put me on the front page of their paper for showing the kids and teaching the kids where they came from so that they might know where they're going. They don't realize they're being demoralized. I want them to know that they're being demoralized, because if we can demoralize them, they can control them. That's why they're pushing the gay agenda. Well, they came out after me.

And, uh, listen, I've been doing this for 30 years, and if you look at the Book of Ezekiel, for example, you can look at Jeremiah, uh, it's interesting that they were told to go tell these people to repent, but the Lord told them, "They're not gonna listen to you." Namely, Ezekiel.

[01:12:06] Speaker 1: And, uh, it's a hard j- it's, it's a job where you would never in a million years apply for it. But out of love for the Lord, you got to keep doing what you're doing, man, because if you don't do it... Even if you just get one soul saved, all of that-

[01:12:22] Speaker 1: ... that labor that went into it, that exasperated (laughs) labor-

[01:12:26] Speaker 5: Yeah.

[01:12:26] Speaker 1: ... and frustration, um, it, it, it all pays off. It'll pay off at the end-

[01:12:33] Speaker 5: One last thing and I'll let you go. Um, I just had a little short testimony because you brought up... Y- when you mentioned the b- the Scriptures, you made me think of something about forgiveness. And, um, I'm having trouble... I had trouble a long time with a guy at work that me and him, like, I don't know what, I don't know what his ideal is, but he does not like me. And I tend to think it's because, uh, I'm, I'm a Christian and he's, like, from what I've... the fruit that I see, he's, like, absolutely the other way. And, um, so I've realized, though, that, um, I needed to forgive him for the way he treats me and stuff, and, and, and, and release him and, and pray for him. I was n- I wasn't praying for him. Okay? So I started praying for the guy. And I was, I was, I mean, hard, hard praying. I mean, like, "Lord, please touch this guy. Do this, do that." You know? Trying to pray for him to, to come to, to the Lord.

[01:13:22] Speaker 5: And, and though he hasn't changed a whole lot, but he's never spoke to me, never said, "Good morning," never said anything like that other than say my name and that's it. The other morning after I, I'd been praying for him just for a few days, I realized that that's what I needed to do. Pray for your enemies, you know? And, uh, so I said... Then the one morning I came in after I'd been praying for him for, like, two or three days straight, pretty hard. And I said, "Good morning, Charles." He said, "Good morning, David." And I, I like to feel in the floor.I mean, I, I couldn't believe it.

[01:13:51] Speaker 5: I was like, "Thank you, God."

[01:13:53] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[01:13:53] Speaker 5: Because I didn't r- I didn't e- I really didn't even think about it too much until something... I was watching somebody and they were talking about praying for your enemies and this, that, and the other. So anyway, it just, like you were saying, you had to keep, you had to keep going and that's something that I, I just... Now I'm doing it more and more and more, praying for this guy, uh, to come to Jesus, because I, I just... You know, maybe that was holding me back from blessings that I might could, could enter into later on by, by, you know, not, not doing what I'm supposed to do in that situation.

[01:14:22] Speaker 5: ... that kind of... The only reason I mentioned that was because of, uh, holding, holding fast and, and continuing with the fight, like you were trying to tell me that we needed to do-

Uh, I believe that even as we're talking now, the Lord's putting a new anointing into you and He's giving you more light. If we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship as one with another. And I, I just believe that you're growing leaps and bounds right now because of the direction you're taking. When you're talking to me, I'm thinking of Mark 11:23-24, where it talks about not to retain, uh, you know, the sins of anybody else. You're to forgive them. Uh, and there's, there's two sides of this. I ju- uh, but I want to stay on the side that we're on with you right now. I, I think you're exactly right on par, and I think the Lord is bringing and working things in you that you didn't know that you had in you before. And as long as you keep your eyes fixed on Him, you're going to see more of Christ through you.

[01:15:32] Speaker 1: Just don't look to yourself, and that's how you'll always have the right answers.

I know the Holy Spirit gives a lot of them to you or whatever, and I, I mean, I would love to get to that point one day. I'm very, um, stubborn in my life as far as staying in the Word like I should. But, um, I would love to be one day where I could, I could know these verses like off the top of my head without having to go to the Bible and, and, and look them up, you know?

And then when I started listening to you and you were pointing out all the things, like all the, um... I want... I can't remember exactly, but I want to say you to- said something like it was 50 gun laws or something that he signed.

I'm in a Facebook comment and I was talking about my family is, uh, still watching the mainstream news and all that. I was saying, "Hey, these... You can't believe the narrative that these crooked politicians," and I put in parentheses, all of them, not just one. It's all of them. Every single one. If they're in Washington and they've been there for more than three months, they're probably bought and paid for. I mean, I don't care who they are.
