The Law of Sowing and Reaping-The Life We All Live
The Harvest of Our Choices: Faith, Consequence, and the Seeds We Sow
Summary
The Principle of Sowing and Reaping
The episode centers on the host's teaching that people inevitably reap consequences from what they sow through choices, habits, beliefs, and influences. He connects the theme to Galatians 6 and presents sowing and reaping as a spiritual law that applies to individuals and whole societies. A story about duck hunters, dynamite, a retriever, and a truck becomes an early illustration of misconduct producing an immediate consequence. Throughout the teaching, the host repeatedly asks listeners to examine the seed they have allowed into their lives and the harvest those seeds have produced. He frames repentance, obedience, and sowing to the Spirit as the positive alternative to destructive patterns.
Personal and National Consequences
The host expands the theme from personal behavior to national life and argues that cultural consequences can be traced to seeds planted through institutions, public policy, entertainment, and education. He cites numerous statistics and historical turning points, especially around 1962, to support his view that moral and social decline followed changes in American public life. These figures are presented in the transcript as the host's claims and are not independently verified here. He discusses family structure, education, crime, alcohol, drug use, abortion, sexuality, and political institutions as examples of what he sees as collective sowing and reaping. His repeated point is that a population cannot permit or participate in conduct without eventually sharing in its consequences.
Moral Law, Culture, and Accountability
A substantial portion of the episode argues that biblical moral law provides a standard that exposes wrongdoing and helps restrain destructive behavior. The host uses traffic laws and the sight of a police officer as an analogy for conscience, restraint, grace, and accountability. He criticizes what he sees as leniency in criminal justice and the normalization of harmful conduct through television, movies, advertising, schools, government programs, and other cultural channels. He also describes his objections to public-school drug-prevention messaging, alcohol marketing, and programs that, in his view, unintentionally teach or normalize the behavior they claim to discourage. The teaching consistently presents these cultural critiques as applications of the larger sowing-and-reaping principle.
The Parable of the Sower
The episode then turns to Mark 4 and the parable of the sower, with the host treating the different soils as pictures of the human heart. He discusses the wayside, stony ground, thorns, and good ground as different responses to the Word of God. The host argues that hearing is not merely receiving information but should lead to obedience, although the original-language terminology used in this section is badly garbled in the automated transcript and therefore remains flagged. He criticizes prosperity-oriented preaching and uses examples involving television, smartphones, distraction, and material concerns to illustrate how competing influences can choke spiritual fruitfulness. The desired outcome, in his teaching, is a prepared heart that receives the Word and bears fruit.
Testimony, Repentance, and Spiritual Formation
The host draws heavily on personal testimony to illustrate the consequences of earlier choices and the possibility of a changed direction. He recounts alcohol and drug use, multiple arrests or dangerous episodes, overdoses, hospitalization, violence, and other experiences from his former life, presenting them as a harvest from the seed he had sown. He contrasts that past with his present ministry and repeatedly credits Christ and the Holy Ghost for the change. Stories about youth ministry, hard soil, plowing, and breaking up fallow ground reinforce his argument that hard hearts sometimes require direct confrontation before they become receptive. The overall appeal is for listeners to examine themselves, repent where necessary, and intentionally sow toward righteousness.
Historical Warnings and Ministry Closing
Near the end, the host gives a series of historical and biblical examples that he presents as cases of people or governments reaping consequences from persecution, injustice, rejection of Christ, or other wrongdoing. Several names, dates, quotations, and numerical details in this rapid historical section require verification because the automated transcript is uncertain. He then returns to the present, arguing that sowing and reaping operates both individually and nationally and that people are responsible for what they tolerate as well as what they personally do. The closing shifts to ministry updates, recent travel to Johnstown, Colorado, past appearances, financial support, online resources, broadcast times, the Minnesota State Fair, and a booking phone number. He thanks supporters and connects charitable giving back to his teaching about sowing good seed before the recording ends abruptly mid-thought.

Speaker Identification
Speaker 1 - Host / Minister. The transcript itself identifies the host by the spoken name 'Bradley Dean' later in the teaching. Because the source is an automated transcript and no outside verification was requested, the exact first-name spelling should be checked against the official program credit if publication requires precise name styling.
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s). The host identifies these sections as ministry-created praise-and-worship music. The raw transcript does not reliably distinguish individual singers, so no personal singer identities are assigned.
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): And no one's here. It's just me wiping my [unclear] tears. [Unclear lyric.] I was broken tonight; it was deep inside. [Unclear lyric.]
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): Lay it down at His feet. Lay it down; you don't have to speak. He sees it all, your suffering. Lay it down at Jesus' feet.
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): Everyone has some story to tell. [Unclear lyric.] And you think you know the world, but you don't see them home at night, all alone. You don't see the pain inside they don't show. Lay it down at His feet. Lay it down; you don't have to speak. He sees it all, your suffering. So lay it down at Jesus' feet.
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): [Unclear lyric.] Because who am I if I don't believe? You're the hope in all the darkness. You're the light that sets me free. Lay it down at His feet. Lay it down; you don't have to speak. He sees it all, your suffering. So lay it down at Jesus' feet. Let it rest at Jesus' feet. Oh, lay it down at Jesus' feet.
Speaker 1 - Host: Good morning, my church family. We just got back from Colorado yesterday. We did a fantastic event out there. In the meantime, we're going to play some more of this music for you concerning praise and worship. The reason we're playing this music right now is we're testing Spotify to see whether they're censoring our church service as well. They're saying there are copyright violations. Well, guess what? This is our music. So without going further into all of that mess, friends, I do want to tell you: this is music from yours truly, Sons of Liberty. [Opening music-credit wording unclear.] Here you go. Enjoy.
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): When it comes to me and You, Lord, I'm trying to find my way. Though I'm here on my own, I can't do this alone, no matter what they say. Lord, why do You feel like You left me every time I try? I seem to get the same old result. I'm down here on my knees, trying to forget the pain of being an adult, but my mind won't stop. Is it my fault?
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): Daddy told me, if you go in your own strength, son, better prepare to feel that burning. You can rest assured: give sin an inch and it will take you a mile. But it's cool to say, 'I've got my own style.' Lord, where else should I go? You have the words of life. Lord, I choose to follow You, the way, the truth, and the life.
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): Yo, why has life got to be so hard? I'm feeling awful low every night, like I'm being marred. All my buddies [unclear lyric], saying, 'Hey, buddy, why are you being so bizarre? You want to be part of the game, you better start playing.' [Unclear lyric.] 'Come on, stud. You and your pride - we're Christian too, but we ain't saying no to a good time.'
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): [Extended wordless vocalization.] I follow, I follow You. I follow You. I follow You.
Speaker 1 - Host: Again, we're playing music directly from - actually, praise and worship directly from the ministry here that has been created for you. The reason is that over the last couple of weeks we've been doing a church service with a new affiliate that picked us up, and they were being blocked by Spotify. We're talking about Christian music here, friends, but we were being blocked by Spotify saying there were copyright violations, which is a bunch of nonsense, or these other Christians that were using music for praise and worship are in it for the money and they're the ones doing the blocking. We're not sure yet. But we figured if we just played our music - because we know that the morning show host from sonsoflibertyradio.com, Tim Brown, when he would play our music, other outlets would also block it and say that there's a copyright infringement. Well, guess what? It's our music. So we're going to continue on. We're just waiting for more people to come in. As I said, we just got back from Colorado last night, at a great event out there, KHNC 1360 AM in Johnstown. It was fantastic. A good crowd came out. Just happy to be a part of it in servitude toward the people.
Speaker 1 - Host: So we're going to play a couple more songs and then we're going to pick it up. We're going to be talking about sowing and reaping. It's a law that everybody lives, regardless of whether they want to admit it or not, but it's one that nobody can deny, more importantly.
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): All alone. It's been a while since I heard from You. My heart is torn. [Unclear lyric.] I don't even know. My heart is fading, and I've been waiting. [Unclear lyric.] So I scream in silence. I have no guidance. I thought You loved me so.
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): But I'm never going to let You go, never going to let You go. I am going to hold on tight, hold on tighter. Never going to let You go. No, I'm never going to let You go. I am going to hold on tighter.
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): Innocence was mine. I believed You all the time. Now there's chatter, like faith is fading, so I'll be coming back to You. [Unclear lyric.] Make me new. It's like You're really gone. My heart is fading, and I've been waiting. [Unclear lyric.] So I scream in silence. I have no guidance. I thought You loved me so.
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): I'm never going to let You go, never going to let You go. I am going to hold on tight, hold on tighter. Never going to let You go. No, I'm never going to let You go. I am going to hold on tighter. Hand in hand, I walk with You until the end of time, because I know that I am Yours and You are mine.
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): I'm never going to let You go, never going to let You go. I am going to hold on tighter. Never going to let You go. No, I'm never going to let You go. I am going to hold on tighter. [Closing lyric unclear.]
Speaker 1 - Host: Okay, again, folks, if you're just joining us, we're waiting for our church family, but I'm just giving you the heads up right now. In fact, exclusively with the ministry music right now, just due to the fact that there was some copyright infringement, we were told on other Christian music for praise and worship. You really can't make it up. You really can't, folks, to the degree that these people are willing to go. In censoring, those that they so choose to censor, and it needs to stop. Again, that's a violation of our First Amendment. But with that, we're testing it right now. We're going to play one more song, and we're going to be doing a teaching today, and we're going to be talking about the law of sowing and reaping because it's the life that we all live, and nobody's going to get away from it. You reap what you sow, and this applies to everybody.
Speaker 1 - Host: Hey, folks, it rains on the just, and it rains on the unjust, and according to the seed that's been sown, that's the harvest that you're going to reap in your life. So if you want to know what's going on in your life, that's all you have to do is look back and say, what sort of seed have I sown in my life? That's what we're going to be talking about. I also want to tell you, again, we're going to go with the Holy Ghost here. Romans 8:14, we're going to follow his leading. But with that, it's more of a teaching. In folks, we're going to be all across the board concerning the law of sowing and reaping. So we're going to play one more song, and we're going to pick it up here. Again, praise and worship friends. Sticking to the ministry music today, just doing a test. That's all. Nothing more. Nothing less.
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): And Lord, You know that I've been bad, so there's no use in lying about my sin. Heavenly Father, please forgive me. [Unclear lyric.]
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): Oh, when I come to the end of my journey, [unclear lyric], the battle is won. Carrying [unclear lyric], the cross of redemption, we'll understand things better by and by.
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): Lord, sometimes I feel like Samson. You know the world has so many deep lies. Almighty God, give me just a little more time to right all the wrong that I have done.
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): Oh, when I come to the end of my journey, [unclear lyric], the battle is won. Carrying [unclear lyric], the cross of redemption, and we'll understand it better by and by. We'll understand it better by and by and by. We'll understand it better by and by. We'll understand it better by and by and by. We'll understand it better by and by.
Speaker 2 - Prerecorded Ministry Music Vocalist(s): Oh, when I come to the end of my journey, [unclear lyric], the battle is won. Carrying [unclear lyric], the cross of redemption, and we'll understand it better by and by.
Speaker 1 - Host: Alright folks, we're just going to pick up from here and we're going to kind of go forward with what we're going to be talking about. And what we are going to be talking about is vitally important to everybody because it applies to everybody regardless if they want to see it that way or not. It is called the law of sowing and reaping. You reap what you sow. Nobody can deny this. Our greatest critics cannot deny this, friends, because it is a law unto itself. And again, as I said, we're going to get into this and it is a teaching and we're just going to take it as it comes. And we're going to be all over the boards because there's so many different ways we can apply the law of reaping or sowing and reaping.
Speaker 1 - Host: First thing I want to do is go over to Galatians 6. Before we open up in prayer here and we'll see exactly what that has to say concerning the application of the Word. Because the Bible tells us it says in 7 Galatians 6 verse 7, be not deceived. God is not mocked for whatever or whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption, but he that soweth to the spirit shall of the spirit reap everlasting life. And then he tells us in verse 9, 'Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.' And again, it's applicable to everybody, friends, nobody's going to get out of this one. And that's what's so wonderful about it if you're sowing into the spirit, because you are going to reap a harvest. Regardless if the devil wants to allow you to reap it or not, it matters not because it again is a law unto itself.
Speaker 1 - Host: And I'll give you some testimonials and explanations along the way concerning how it's applied to my life because again the only thing I can give to you is what Christ has done through me because I dare not speak of those things that Christ has not wrought through me. We're going to stay in school once again. So let's pray. And then we will open this up. I love this topic, by the way, but again, it is a teaching and we will follow the leading of the Holy Ghost regardless of where he goes on this. But I do know that what I have in front of me, it would be a teaching line upon line precept upon precept. Father, we thank you in Jesus name for the blood of the Lamb. Again, the Word of our testimony. We thank you that you've delivered us all individually and corporately from the power of darkness and you've translated us all into the kingdom of the Son of your love in whom we have redemption through his blood.
Speaker 1 - Host: Even the forgiveness of sins. I also thank you that Revelation 1:5 comes to my aid, Lord, by the Holy Ghost and unto us, Father, you have in Jesus name washed us from our sins in his own blood. Revelation 1:5, and I also thank you for sprinkling the blood of Jesus upon all of our evil countenances, friends, and our consciences, Lord, that you would purge us from dead works that we might serve the living God and that we continuously walk in the light as he is the Lord. He's in the light as we have fellowship is one with another and the blood of Jesus Christ, his son cleanseth us from all sins. And I thank you that anything standing between you and us, Lord, that is removed by the blood of the Lamb, the Word of our testimony. And I'm just thinking of Isaiah 59 as well. And Lord, I just thank you for giving us a perfect reconciliation in Christ and understanding by the Holy Spirit and that you continuously sprinkle clean water upon us and cleanse us from the Father.
Speaker 1 - Host: And that you give unto us a new heart, John 3, 3, Ezekiel 36, you give us a new heart in Jesus name and you put a spirit within us, the Holy Spirit, to guide us, to keep your judgments and your statutes for your glory. And that you cause all men, both friend and foe, to find their faith, not in the wisdom of men's words, but in the power and in the demonstration of the Spirit of God. And Lord, finally, I thank you for the Holy Spirit who teaches us all things, who guides us into all truth, who gives us perfect knowledge of every circumstance and opportunity that comes before us, where we have the wisdom of God, and we pray this in Jesus' holy name.
Speaker 1 - Host: Now friends, I honestly, again, there's so much content here. I don't even know where to start. And I think the best way to start, because I know that when I start giving people statistics, because I'm going to give you on a personal level testimony as to how it applies to us concerning the law of sowing and reaping. And I'm also going to go to national statistics so you can understand. And then we'll open up the Word, though, over to Mark for concerning the parable of the sower. And then we're going to come back and I'm going to give you biblical examples. And throughout history, examples of reaping and sowing. And I think before we leave the service today, everybody's going to get a clear understanding as to how it applies. I can tell you this after doing 366 public high schools across the country.
Speaker 1 - Host: I don't think I've ever heard anybody, neither a teacher or a student ever say to me, you know what? That law of sowing and reaping doesn't apply to me because it absolutely does, friends. It absolutely does on so many fronts. Let me start off with this. And I've shared this with you in the past and it's called the duck hunters. And it's a true story. It's a factual story. And it's a story which is told of two men who thought it would be okay to go duck hunting two weeks before the duck hunting season open. And what they did is they took a thumb, a retriever, a little dog, a brand new truck, decoys, fake ducks, and plenty of ammunition, bullets, and a couple of sticks of dynamite.
Speaker 1 - Host: When they arrived, they noticed that the lake they had chosen was all frozen over. And this was a big problem. One of them had a great idea, though. He would go to his truck, get a stick of dynamite out of the back and then blow a big hole in the middle of the lake. He would throw down the decoys and then he would have a heyday shooting at all those, well, those little duckies. So he did just that. He went to his truck, pulled out the stick of dynamite, lit the fuse, and threw it right smack center of the lake. One thing that he forgot, though, he had brought his little retriever, his little dog with him.
Speaker 1 - Host: And by the way, we all have them. And as faithful as he was, he ran after that stick of dynamite, put it in his mouth, and then he began to run back to his owner. The owner, in fear of being blown up, he ran to get his rifle. He began to shoot at the retriever in hopes that he would not come back to him. Well, the retriever was then scared away and he ran right under the brand new truck. Guess what blew up, friends? Yep, you got it. The retriever and the brand-new truck - the very evidence of his guilt, the very evidence of the things that he sown in his life.
Speaker 1 - Host: He reaped them quickly. See, his breaking of the law was the very thing that nipped him right in the butt, and these things that blew up were the very evidence of his guilt. And let me remind everybody today, friends, this applies to each and every one of us. And as I said before, and I'll say it again, it's amazing to me. We've heard this our whole lives. You know what? The law of sowing and reaping, and what does it mean? And it's one of the analogies and parables that I give to the young people in colleges, high schools, wherever I'm going. And I just simply ask them the question, so how is your life today? Are you having hard times? Are things getting dark?
Speaker 1 - Host: What's going on in your life? Because I can tell you right now, according to the seed that you sow in your life is exactly the harvest that you're going to reap. It's going to be the harvest that you're going to reap. And I'll tell you what, kids really open up to this and sort of the students in colleges and people all across the country because they don't realize that, wait a second, if I tell a lie, I'm going to reap a lie. If I steal, someone's going to steal from me. If I commit adultery, my wife probably ended up doing it to me. I mean, the list goes on and on. If I have other gods, one of the lords said that we're going to reap. It's not good friends, but confusion. Right? And then we go on, we go to the Ten Commandments and we see, well, if we've sowed seed that's in contrast in transgressing God's moral law, and this is the harvest that we're reaping, we better pay attention to the seeds that we're being allowed.
Speaker 1 - Host: Or are partaking with concerning how they're being sown into our hearts and our lives. So let me go over to this really quick and then we'll kick off into the parable of the sower. If we go back to George Washington, he warned in his farewell address. He said, let us caution indulge the supposition that morality cannot be maintained without Christianity. He said, whatever may be conceded to the influence of redefined education on the mind's reason and experience, both forbid as to expect the national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious Christian principles. So when we look at what's going on in our country today, and this is one of the reasons I always make distinction between the false prophets and the real prophets. And I make that distinction because I want people to understand that the Lord says when we take heed to the prophets and we hold to the prophets because the church is built upon the apostles and the prophets, Ephesians 2:20.
Speaker 1 - Host: And we go back in, we see in the book of Chronicles, 2 Chronicles where it talks about, believe the prophets and they'll shall be established. Well, what happens when we fail to hold to the prophets? Well, we reap the hell that we're reaping today, and that's what I'm going to highlight in just a moment here. So I'm going to go over to Psalm 9, and I want you to see this for yourself again because this is applicable to every single one of us. And when I go over to Psalm 9, I'm going to go down to 16. And it says this, the Lord is known by the judgment which he executes. The wicked is snared. Those that know to do right, but do it not as snared in the work of their own hands.
Speaker 1 - Host: Then he says to ponder it, think about it. Then he says in verse 17, the wicked shall be turned into hell in the nations that forget God. Now, let me ask you, is this the seed that has been in fact sown into the country? Not just again on an individual basis, but a national basis because the national seed is going to catch up with all of us, regardless if we want to or not. It's just going to catch up to us. But let me show you something here. So we go back into the, let's say just the high schools, talk about our kids for a moment. Since 1962, do you know that birth rates for unwed girls 15 to 19?
Speaker 1 - Host: Do you know that they've increased every year and have gone up 553%. Now listen, this is horrendous, but this is the fact of the matter. 553% in girls 10 to 14. Now, one has to ask the question, what is it that they're feeding on that they would end up in a situation like that? Well, that's all they have to do is turn on the television because the spirit of antichrist is continuously inundating them in hopes of sowing the seeds that they're reaping. Today, well, there's more reasons for that. But when we look at girls 10 to 14 years old and they end up pregnant by the percentage of 553%. Well, we understand what that's all about because the bad guys that are being allowed to sow the seeds are also on the other end hoping that the girls get two to three abortions.
Speaker 1 - Host: Planned Parenthood, in fact, friends hopes that every girl in America gets at least two to three abortions. That's not a joke. Number two, sexually transmitted diseases increased dramatically from 226% in students 15 to 19 and have gone up 257% in the ages of 10 to 14 folks. I mean, I'm not being, you know, like Mr. Goody two shoes because I was a sinner and I was a bad sinner and I serve a great savior. But saying the point and making the point here when I was 10 years old, I wasn't thinking like that. So how is it that they're thinking like that? They're actually coming to the point where they're reaping a harvest concerning the seeds that have been sown. Again, what is it that they're feeding on?
Speaker 1 - Host: Number three, premarital sex up 365% in teens 16, 271% in teens age 17, 209% in teens ages 18 and 1000% in teens ages 15. That's all they have to do is turn on a movie friends. Look at the filth. Look at the cesspool of indoctrination and again, going back to the spirit of Antichrist. That's all you have to do is read chapter two of 1 John and you're going to understand what the spirit of Antichrist feeds. It feels the lust of the flesh, the pride of life, the lust of the eyes, the love of the world, and then the Bible says the love of the Father is not in them. Okay, starts in verse 15. But again, it's right in their faces.
Speaker 1 - Host: It's being force fed upon them and that's exactly why we're reaping the harvest in fact that we are today. And this all does fall back to the gates in the front door of the American church. Not concerning taking the responsibility for everybody as a whole, but for failing to preach what it is that they should preach against, namely against the sins of the nation. Folks, I don't see it anywhere. That's another story, but I don't see for the most part, preachers actually preaching out against the sins of the nation. And because they're not preaching out against the sins of the nation, it's no wonder why we're reaping such a harvest as we are today.
Speaker 1 - Host: Now, let's go to families really quick. In 1962 and after the divorce rate had been declining for decades prior to 1962. And after 1963 divorce rates skyrocketed statistically friends, you can't make this up 117%. 117%. Wow. Sounds like someone's aiming at the family. Single-parent households where the female is the head and no spouse is present are up 140%. I was a part of that.
Speaker 1 - Host: Unmarried couples living together are up 536%. I wonder if we actually took time as Christians and told our kids what the Word says rather than trying to befriend them to Jesus, which is unscriptural. For example, telling them that no fornicator will enter into the kingdom of God and fornication is sex before marriage. Matter of fact, I remember one time a guy coming into my office and I knew him from Crystal, Minnesota, because I used to play the clubs over there, the rock clubs, namely the iron horse. And he used to show up quite a bit and he was kind of a bad apple. He was always a nice guy, but he was a bad apple. And I remember in particular one day, he found out where I was and he stopped down to the ministry center that we had in Plymouth during that particular time, Minnesota. And he had come in and he was just talking Jesus this and Jesus that and how much he loves Jesus.
Speaker 1 - Host: It was a lot of lip service friends. And right away, the Holy Ghost just quickened me and he was talking about a girl that he was hanging out with. And I told him, I said, 'You do know that 1 Corinthians 6:9 tells us that no fornicator shall inherit the kingdom of God,' just randomly. Just following the lead. And that's what I threw out there. And no wonder, by the way, he was talking in such a fashion that he was. He sits there and he feeds on a Joel Osteen, which is an enemy of the cross of Jesus Christ preaching metaphysics. As I said, no wonder why he was walking around pretending to be what he knew that he truly was not.
Speaker 1 - Host: And so what did he do after I told him that no fornicator shall enter into the kingdom of heaven. He had to go right away. He didn't want to hang around. All of a sudden his demeanor completely dropped. He wasn't talking about how he loved Jesus anymore. I'll tell you what he did love friends. He loved the Jesus that he created that suited his sin. And if you look at the second commandment, what does it say?
Speaker 1 - Host: It says, they shall not make unto thyself a graven image, a God to suit your sin. One that doesn't mind you fornicating. One that doesn't mind you lying. One that doesn't mind you stealing or coveting or having other gods or taking his name in vain or violating the Sabbath or dishonoring your parents. That's the God that he created in his mind. And I can rest assured a good majority of you that are watching right now or listening right now. That is exactly the God that you've created in your mind. And then you're trying to figure out why you keep stumbling over the rock of offense, namely the Word of God.
Speaker 1 - Host: Now, either you repent of it or the Lord says you're appointed to it. And that's between you and the Lord. Going on to the next one. What happened in schools going back to schools to our kids on an individual basis? SAT scores plummeted for 18 consecutive years since 1962. The rates are so low that the Department of what they call education want to make clear that everybody understands. The federal government has no business educating anybody's kids because they're not educating. They're indoctrinating illegally.
Speaker 1 - Host: That's why you have international baccalaureate. That's why you have 'No Child Left Indoctrinated' where they actually teach the kids to shoot for the floor rather than the stars. They're not rising to the level of expectation because there isn't one given. People, put that up against Acts 17:31. And that's why you have Common Core where you have bureaucrats, those that are trying to sow diverse seed, which the Lord told us not to do. And then the people again sit back and they try to figure out why everybody's at odds with each other. Well, if you go back to 1962, friends, case in point, all the way up until that point there was great unity in the United States of America. Why? Because the same seeds were being planted. The same principles were being planted.
Speaker 1 - Host: Now you can have different opinions concerning what they are, but overall people still fell under the umbrella of who we are as a Christian nation. When the American people said no to the federal government illegally indoctrinating their young people, which now, by the way, you're not so young anymore, are you? For those that were in school during that particular time. But if you look at what happened since then to the present, all those diverse seeds have been sown. And that's why the people are at odds with one another. And that's why you have a diversity of what people say that they believe and don't believe. Again, much of what's been thrown into the minds of the young people through the federal government illegally indoctrinated them is the very reason. I'm having to give statistics in such a fashion that I am.
Speaker 1 - Host: And furthermore, if I really want to hit home here, friends, it's not for anybody else to raise up your children. The Lord clearly tells us in Proverbs 22:6 that it's you, Dad, Mom, that it will raise up your children. You're to train them up in the ways that they should go. So when they're all they will not depart from them, not again to hand them over to your sworn enemies, you hypocrites to say the least. The rates are so low that the Department of Education states that this is the first time in American history that we are graduating generations of students who academically know less than their parents did. Absolutely. Absolutely. Did you also know that 700,000 people that graduate in this country every single year cannot even read their own graduation diplomas?
Speaker 1 - Host: I'm not making this up. I'm not making this up at all. I mean, go into the public school where these kids are being raised up by their sworn enemies and you'll understand why. And here you have the young people that are the soil for the enemies of the parents, at least their professed enemies, or their planting seeds by force into them, and they're teaching them how to submit to this lawless narrative and indoctrination scheme. I do want you to realize that 700,000 to 800,000 young people in this country can't even read their own graduation diplomas. By the way, if you look at what's going on in politics today, that's a prime example of what I'm talking about because I could pretty much go across the boards in both federal and in state governments and ask them fundamental questions concerning the Constitution and they couldn't give you the answer. We'll just think about how many kids are graduating public school who can't even read their own graduation diplomas.
Speaker 1 - Host: This is all by design. It's all by design because the more they're dumbed down, the more the tyrants can dictate and control the lives of those young people who will become their slaves because, again, the people allowed them to do what it is that they're doing. The SAT test has been the name since 1942 or 41, forgive me, and yet there's nearly 80 point difference. There's an 80 point difference between the two generations. In 1962, there were only 1,000 Christian schools, but by 1984, there was 32,000 Christian schools in the US.
Speaker 1 - Host: I want to tell you something friends. Having teams when we were doing high schools across the country, many of these young people came out of Christian families. They were called Christian families only to understand what the problem was when I was introduced to their parents. But many of these kids, when they were in Christian schools, they were actually conveying to me. They were calling those schools Christian high this, that, and the other thing. And really what they were friends were institutions where the kids could actually rule the roost over their teachers. And that is a good portion of what's coming out of these said Christian schools.
Speaker 1 - Host: I want to say this again concerning my testimony. I preached at Christian colleges where the professors didn't even know the common sense fundamental basis concerning the Word of God. And that is not a far stretch. And I preached at several of them. And again, it's sad to say going into secular colleges, I remember even talking about the fundamental basis of who we are as a government where I had 77 professors when asking them what sort of government has been given unto us as a people. They, every single one of them, raised their hand and said that we were a democracy. And the current administration is talking and continuously parroting the fact that we're a democratic society. We are a democracy.
Speaker 1 - Host: A purified democracy is what Mr. Trump has said. And in fact, we are not a purified democracy. We are a constitutional republic, Article 4, Section 4, and we're ruled by law, not by unconstitutional parties. And it's absolutely imperative that people understand that so they can get out of being the pawn concerning on the table that the redesigners of who we are as a people in government have institutionalized. And we're talking about the system that's been set up to divide and conquer the people. And I'm talking about the right-left paradigm, which does not constitutionally exist. Going back to 1962, currently 8.5 million students attend religious private schools. And SAT scores are nearly 80 points higher for private school students.
Speaker 1 - Host: These private schools even receive two-fifths less funding per student and are still topping the charts because of their teaching of Christian principles in schools. Now we would be talking about the small portion of the schools that are actually doing their job, but I praise God that we have them out there. Well, what happened to the nation after 1962? Folks, if you're just joining us, we are right now talking about reaping and sowing. And again, showing the applicability of how it applies to each and every one of us, the law of sowing and reaping. And I named the title of the church service today, the life that we all live. But moving on here, did you know that the nation since 1962? Well, I want to ask the people, church family.
Speaker 1 - Host: The question, what happened in 1962 for the cause of what it is that we see today? Well, it tells us in Romans 4:15 that if there is no law, there is no transgression. For example, if I'm driving down the highway and I'm going 70 in a 55-mile-hour zone and I'm pulled over by the police officer, what's the first thing that he does? He tells me as he points his finger to the law, he says, well, you have transgressed the law by 15 miles per hour. Is that what he says? That's exactly what he says, because he's showing you what it is that you have done wrong as to the reason you've been pulled over by the law in the first place. And then it tells us in Romans 4:15, if there is no law, then there's no transgression. See, and that's what the young people in this country have been taught since 1962, because what the American people have allowed, namely the church again, they've allowed a few in oligarchy to come in and say, you know what?
Speaker 1 - Host: We got to get rid of prayer. We got to get rid of the Ten Commandments. And it's not interesting the order in which they actually brought these things forward, because they said, let's get rid of prayer. It's unconstitutional, which is a bunch of nonsense. The lines between church and state are there too, and that wall is there to bar the government for what it is doing. Because if you look at how the government operates, friends, who institutionalized the government in which we have Exodus 1821, Exodus 1825, Exodus 20, the Lord did. So the church is there to be the light concerning the government as well as the church at first and foremost. So there is no separation, though the two sciences said James Wilson.
Speaker 1 - Host: The two sciences that run together, and science is the study of creation. Now it's interesting I'm saying that because when I was in Colorado just a couple days ago, I was actually talking about the very things that I'm talking about right now. And some people came up to me and asked me the question, well, we're not supposed to mingle politics. Well, listen, we all live politics, and politics is the science of government, and science is the study of creation. So how do you remove the creator from what the scientist takes upon himself in discovering what God has actually institutionalized when we're talking about the topic of government? You can't. You can't. They're one in the same people.
Speaker 1 - Host: And I wish people would understand this. If they did understand it, they would quit living compartmentalized lives. And the only reason they're living compartmentalized lives, for instance, because they fear the face of man and not the face of God. Okay. Moving on here, violent crimes in America since 1962. Tell me why. Why are they up 794%? Because they lowered the law.
Speaker 1 - Host: They dimmed the light by which man perceives his own guilt. See, no longer are they sinners because there's no law to show them before God that they have violated his moral law. Again, for you old times, you old schoolers, what is it that you don't understand? You say that, you know what, the law is the thing of the past, and it's the Old Testament, this, that, and the other thing. Yeah, you're talking about ceremonial law. You're not talking about moral law. Because moral law has never been abrogated. It's never been amended ever.
Speaker 1 - Host: It's been where it's always going to be. And if it was done away with, then why did Jesus come in and explain the law? Why did he exhibit the law? And then why did he tell those that are born of the Spirit that they're going to establish the law by faith? In what laws he's talking about? The moral law of God. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thyself any graven image.
Speaker 1 - Host: Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain. For the Lord will not hold him, guiltless that takeeth his name in vain. Speaking of the law of sowing and reaping. Thou shalt not what? Thou shalt not. The thou shalt not are therefore our good friends. Nowhere are you going to see the Lord say, thou shalt not unto us, which is not good for the souls of his children. God didn't give us the law because he hates us.
Speaker 1 - Host: He gave us the law because he loves us. Common sense comes into play. Furthermore, if you look at Psalm 19:11, what does it say? For by them thy servant is warned. We want to live our lives like King David did when he understood, being saved by grace, Psalm 51. And I'm talking about the fact that he said, 'Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.' If we walked out our lives living in the light of the countenance of God, we would have a different nation in which we have today. Should I say a different nation, we would have the nation that was originally given unto us by our forefathers and the Black Robe Regiment all up until the point of the 1960s.
Speaker 1 - Host: And the American people is plain and obvious as what the problem is. They just sit back and they can't figure out what the problem is. Well, let me say it this way. Have you ever been driving down the highway? And as you're driving down the highway or just the frontage road, wherever you may be, you can be on a highway going 75. It can be on a back road going 35. It can be in front of a school, 25 miles an hour. And notice those people that just like that.
Speaker 1 - Host: Well, they have a heavy foot. They like to go as fast as they want to go and they don't like to be restrained. Sound familiar people? Yep, the carnal nature. Warring against the things of the Spirit of God. Yep. Isn't it interesting that when the cop is seen by those that are driving as fast as they want to drive? Isn't it interesting all of a sudden you start to see them slow down real quick?
Speaker 1 - Host: I mean, you want to talk about quick on the other side of that is how quick they slow down when they see the cops. the Bible says more over the law enters that the offense might abound. That's what it tells us. So when they see the cop, they slow down because their conscience is telling them what they're doing is wrong. They're violating the law. But isn't it interesting also friends? Moreover the law entered. That's what it says.
Speaker 1 - Host: Moreover the law entered. And then it talks about where sin abounds grace does much more abound. Hey Christians, we already know that we have, and I'm speaking in parallel, figuratively speaking metaphorically so you can understand. We put on by the power of the Holy Ghost, the grace that's been given unto us, right? The cruise control. So we can look at the cops as being our best friend because we're obeying that law. We established the law through faith. Okay.
Speaker 1 - Host: And that's exactly what it is. When we're dead to ourselves and we're quickened by grace, Ephesians 2, 1, we got that cruise control on friends because grace is the power to restrain from sin, not to sin. You understand? Moreover the law entered that the offense might abound, but where sin abounded grace did much more abound. Now go back to the analogy. Everybody sees the cop. What do they do? They slow down.
Speaker 1 - Host: Have you ever seen it though? And it really does agitate me because it shows you the hypocrisy of the American people in so many different ways. Like when you're driving down the highway and a cop gets off the ramp and he gets onto the highway with everybody else, notice how everybody slows down. And then when the cop pulls out because he's going to pull someone over and then he ends up pulling someone over, what do those people do again? They see that the cop isn't around anymore. And what do they do? They begin to transgress the law again, don't they? They speed.
Speaker 1 - Host: That heavy foot of theirs gets heavy again. And that's hypocrisy. And America is filled with it. I want to tell you this, the Lord is not going to put up with your hypocrisy. And that's exactly what we're talking about right now. Talking about violent crimes, up 794%. I want to tell you this because I've seen it again the other day. They're beginning to show videos of serial killers on social media platforms.
Speaker 1 - Host: And it's a great lesson. And the reason it's a great lesson is because it shows you how soft this justice system in this country has become. It's a system of indulgence. It makes $64 billion a year. And it's holding to the commandments of man by making void the commandments of God. Listen carefully. By making void the commandments of God. For example, in this country all the way up until the 20th century, and even now in some cases, if someone was to murder someone, that person that's guilty of murder was executed.
Speaker 1 - Host: Regardless of how they did it, they hung him, they electrocuted him, they put him up in front of a firing squad. What they did is they became soft on those murders. Now let me go back to what I'm talking about concerning these reels where these serial killers are actually on camera. Hidden cameras talking to their friends in prison, bragging about the crimes that they committed. See, they're bragging about the crimes that they committed because they already know that no matter what they do, like the young people that are committing these mass murders, or they're trying to get as many kills as they possibly can. And then when the cops get there, isn't it interesting how they just throw their hands up in the air because they already know, listen to me carefully friends, they already know nothing's going to happen to them. The worst that's going to happen to them is they're going to go into a prison system that's going to reward them for their crimes.
Speaker 1 - Host: Did you hear what I said? You have a system in this country that when someone commits a crime, first of all, Hollywood and television are right there to do their best to go ahead and plant those seeds, plant them in their minds and their hearts to do things that they never thought of before. All those ideas came from what the Supreme Court now calls freedom of speech, which is a bunch of nonsense. We don't have a freedom given unto us by God to teach the young people or people at large how to murder each other. But I want to go back to this, friends. I want you to see how this works. They're bragging about their crimes because they're not worried about any consequences. And when they go into prison, they're incentivized.
Speaker 1 - Host: Actually, they're incentivized to commit the crime because once they go into prison, and what am I talking about when I say that they're going to be rewarded? Well, they go into prison. Guess what they do? They're rehabilitated on your dime. They're given three square meals a day on your dime. They're given gyms, entertainment centers. They're given free schooling, free health. I mean, is this about as backwards as it possibly can?
Speaker 1 - Host: Is there anything that's going to deter that criminal from actually being incentivized to reap the reward of prison? So he can get there and be rewarded on so many different fronts. He can receive degrees in prison today. And what are they doing? They get in prison. They brag about their crimes because they're not afraid to commit the crime because there's no consequence to the crime. That is why Americans, because the people of this country have forsaken God's statutes a life for a life, a tooth for a tooth, a wound for a wound, a blow for a blow, an eye for an eye. Yeah, that means do one to others as you would have them do one to you.
Speaker 1 - Host: And if you commit a crime, then there is going to be consequence for the crime committed. Okay. Do you know how in fact I'm just thinking about this right now? Deuteronomy 19:19 tells us just that. So, like for example, if a man murders another man, Numbers 35:33 is the resolve I'm pointing to concerning what will appease God's wrath toward those people. So when we do it the way the Lord tells us to do it, there's going to peace. There's going to be peace in the land. Righteousness will also be established.
Speaker 1 - Host: And in the process of doing both, what do we see? People are going to fear God, regardless if it's [unclear term] or diabolical. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. Hey folks, diabolical. I can walk around. I can have a concealed weapon in my pants and I see someone out there committing a crime or is thinking about committing a crime. All of a sudden that criminal that wants to commit a crime looks over at me.
Speaker 1 - Host: He sees my weapon in my pants. What is it going to do? It's going to deter him from committing the crime. And that's exactly what the church is supposed to be in America. Folks, we're so far over this way. It's a false balance. In the false balance, the Lord tells us it's an abomination. I'm here, case in point.
Speaker 1 - Host: Do you know that a man in California, he drank and drove. I'm sorry, he drank and drove. Forget me. He drank and drove 19 times he was busted. DWI. Okay? And when he stood in front of that, if you want to call it a judge, he stood in front of that judge and you know what the judge thought. That judge thought it would be really cute to go ahead and tell the man that was busted, drinking and driving 19 times.
Speaker 1 - Host: Stop for a moment. Contemplate how many lives were put in jeopardy throughout the 19 times that this man failed to obey. Conscience, which means knowledge, don't drink and drive. Also consider the fact that 12,000 families in America every year are slaughtered on the streets of America because these drunks don't understand thou shalt not drive. Drunk. See, they made the choice to get the money. They made the choice to pay for the booze. They made the choice to not stop when they should have.
Speaker 1 - Host: They made the choice to put the keys into the steering lock and then to turn the car on. They made the choice to put it and drive and to take off, didn't they? Every step of the way, they made a choice and they weren't afraid to make that choice. Why? Because they didn't fear the judge. Why didn't they fear the judge? This judge in California thought it would be cute to tell this drunk who was busted 19 times for DWI to go ahead and move closer to the liquor store. Isn't that funny?
Speaker 1 - Host: Again, consider the 12,000 families that were slaughtered on the streets. See, we reap what we sow. And more often what we're seeing is because the people have become lawless and workers of iniquity in this country. It's not the innocent pain or reaping the harvest. It's not the guilty. I'm sorry. It's the innocent. It's the innocent. 19 times people. 19 times.
Speaker 1 - Host: He was caught in the judge said, move closer to the liquor store. Do you know what happens if you drink and drive an El Salvador? A very first offense. Guess what happens? They put you in front of a firing squad. Why? Because they cherish life. They cherish life.
Speaker 1 - Host: So we have a violent crime statistic since 1962 in this country. Up 794%. We're talking about the law of sowing and reaping. America is number one in the world on the following topics. Violent crime. How could it be otherwise? You've heard that saying you are what you eat. Folks, I haven't watched that television set for 31 years.
Speaker 1 - Host: When the Lord said to come out from among him, he meant just that. Christians. 2 Corinthians 6:14. He said friendship with the world is enmity with God. James 4:4. He calls you adulterers and adulteresses. No, he not that friendship with the world is enmity with God. He gives clear commands to come out from among them.
Speaker 1 - Host: I'm not saying come out from among them and live like a monk. That's not what I'm saying. No, we're to be coming out from among them, and we're to consecrate ourselves under the washing of the water by the Word, because His Word is truth and His Word sanctifies us unto obedience. Be not conformed to the world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds by the Word of God. That's where we're to be sowing, not the other direction. But again, look at what the television, look at the movies, look at the blatant witchcraft. Folks, I really honestly don't believe that there's anything that they haven't revealed already that they're not guilty of. And they're trying to get everybody else to go along with it.
Speaker 1 - Host: That's exactly what they're doing. They're trying to dumbed down everybody else to become a part of what they're guilty of before God. That's called creating a world without God. And that world's never going to exist. It will never exist, friends, because the seed of the righteous is forever. What happened in the nation after 1962? We are the leading in divorce? Isn't that crazy?
Speaker 1 - Host: I mean, folks, now that's all you have to do is go down the street and you can see all these little posted signs in the grass where it talks about getting a divorce for $99. What happened to your oath? What happened to your marriage oaths? Concerning what you promised to God and promised to each other concerning your spouse. I mean, again, you live in a world that teaches men and women to commit adultery. That is one of the great wonders. It really honestly is.
Speaker 1 - Host: I remember even being as a kid. I would go out into South Dakota to help my cousin. He was a farmer. And I remember we would come in for lunch after we would combine or we'd cultivate corn or feed the pigs or go out and feed the cattle or whatever the case might be. And we'd come back in during lunch and I noticed what they would have. My cousin's dad and mom, they would have soap operas on television. You guys all know what soap operas are, right? This is where they teach the old people to teach each other, namely the wives that are at home working.
Speaker 1 - Host: And what's interesting is to what they teach them is to how to cheat on your husband, cheat on your wife, how to commit murder, how to steal. And I'm sitting back thinking as a kid, why would adults feed on this kind of stuff? This is illegal content. And some will say, well, Bradley, really? Yeah, did you know that adultery in this country is still illegal? Committing the act of adultery is still illegal. Anybody want to ask why that is? I'll tell you why that is because the Lord said, thou shalt not commit adultery.
Speaker 1 - Host: That's why. It's the seventh commandment. Exodus 20, dude around him, he five, Romans 13. But yet they're teaching adults at home, namely the wives that are housewives, as to how to commit the crime against their husband. I remember back in the 1990s, I was still in the world. This is right in the process of really going through a broken process. Psalm 51 verse 17, also thinking of Isaiah 66 to 34, 8 as well. And then also in Isaiah 57 talking about contrition.
Speaker 1 - Host: But I remember they came up with a television show where the dad and the wife had two kids married with children. And I remember when I was in the world, folks, I couldn't even understand why something like that would be allowed to be on a television program for families. Because everything about that program was designed to break up the family. And some people, they sat back and they thought it was really cute. They thought it was funny. There was nothing funny about it. Speaking of the law of sowing and reaping, has anybody taken the time to see the tragedy of the people that were used to promulgate that message? I don't think people pay attention to that.
Speaker 1 - Host: I'll get to that in just a little bit. I'll get to that in just a little bit. Because it's vitally important, friends, again, that you understand the seeds that you sow, or allow to be sown into your life, you are going to reap a harvest. And right now I'm talking statistically, not just individually. America is number one in the world on the following teen pregnancy. How could it be otherwise? Voluntary abortions, you know how abortion has been sold to us? You know, what about the health of the mother?
Speaker 1 - Host: What about health risks for the baby? What about the health of the mother? What about health risks for the baby? That's 6 percent. That's a medical issue. That's between the dad, the mom, and their doctors. Ninety-three percent of all abortions, according to the figure I'm citing, take place after people do what they're not supposed to do and then go to a clinic. Again, look at sowing and reaping here. They do what they're not supposed to do. Then they go to a clinic where they murder the baby, which is the guilt of their own choices. Again, look at sowing and reaping here. Look who reaps, friends, the innocent in the womb. And what do they do, friends?
Speaker 1 - Host: 93% of all abortions, the murdering of children in this country, which is folks completely illegal at every given step. And the bad guys know it. And so do the people of this country. They know it. And then what the good people say, as they call themselves, well, it's not my problem. It's not my kid. Oh, yes, it is. You are an accomplice to the crime for allowing the crime in the sight of God.
Speaker 1 - Host: That's why we're taking part in this harvest concerning the seeds that have been sown because we're not taking each other on. And we're not looking out for each other. And no, we're not loving one another any longer. And when we don't even take the time to care about the babies in the womb, there's something seriously wrong with this country. And you can know at that time, the Lord has given us over to a reprobate mind. And you can also rest assured that what's happening at this point in this country is the Lord is now setting the stage for absolute judgment. Why? Because if you look at 2 Kings 24:4, he said, that is a sin.
Speaker 1 - Host: I will not pardon for every drop of blood that has been shed in this land, namely innocent blood, there will be just recompense. You are not going to get away from it. You're not going to pray it away. Okay. How the American people sat back in the 1970s and said, Oh, it's okay. Knowing all the way, it was all the way pushed through. There was nothing lawful about it. It wasn't done in the light.
Speaker 1 - Host: It was like the crucifixion of Christ friends. Everything they did to crucify Christ. They did it illegally just like they did with the abortion or the murder of children. You know, it's also interesting to note back in the 1940s, when people found out about Mengele. You can call them Mengele. You know, the angel of death, the one that was appointed to commit heinous crimes against women, jumping on pregnant women, murdering babies, taking twins, testing on each and every one of them. I'm talking about children here. There was an outcry concerning what they called abortion during that time.
Speaker 1 - Host: It wasn't called abortion. It was called murder. And so in the 1970s, the government, your government, you are the government. They're an extension of who you are because they operate by what you allow them to do and what you don't allow them to do. They decided that they're going to go ahead and say it's okay to murder your babies. A small portion through an oligarchy and the American people as a whole, they said they didn't agree with it, but they allowed the little leaven in the lump. Isn't it interesting, the majority of the people during that particular time profess to be Christians too? But yet, isn't it true that the Bible clearly tells us that God hates hands that shed innocent blood?
Speaker 1 - Host: That's exactly what it says. That's exactly what it says. If anybody were to ask me, Bradley, if there was two things you could put a stop to right now, and my answer would be this, the sodomite agenda and abortion. Why put that up against Amos 4? Because once you see a people give a pass as accomplices to those crimes, the sodomite agenda, the gay agenda, all too well knowing what they're responsible for now 20 years later. And abortion, 80 million babies murdered because the government said so. When you see those two things in play, that is the end of a society. That is an end of a nation. Why?
Speaker 1 - Host: Because you're going to reap what you sow. Advertently or inadvertently, it doesn't matter. You know, all these politicians running for office right now. Isn't it interesting how every said conservative president since 1973 has promised to abolish abortion? Have you noticed that? Have you noticed that? Yeah, they all promised to abolish abortion. Which ones put a stop to it?
Speaker 1 - Host: I mean, someone called in on the radio show about a week and a half ago and made the point that the current administration actually committed more abortions than even Barack Obama. He's exactly right. He's exactly right. And it was the mainstream media that actually produced that information. Most of the said conservatives in the idolaters acts 1222 concerning the current administration. They didn't want to acknowledge the fact that they were guilty of putting their oppressors back into office. But it didn't matter if they wanted to admit it or not. Because that's exactly what they did.
Speaker 1 - Host: This current administration added 600 million dollars to the pot over Barack Obama concerning abortion. Yet they claim to be the most pro-life administration. If you pull the curtain back, you're going to find out just the exact opposite. Matthew 716 through 20. Excuse me. We're talking about the law of sowing and reaping the life we all live. We're talking about on a personal basis and on a national basis as well.
Speaker 1 - Host: Let's go on. A illegal drug use. Oh, here. Can I pull back for a moment? I remember doing a high school assembly in Fargo, North Dakota. It was a great assembly. And when I'm talking about great, I'm talking about the power of the Holy Ghost, church and those kids. And I had this one girl come up to me.
Speaker 1 - Host: She's probably 14, 15 years old. And I was talking about abortion in part throughout my assembly program and showing the young people what the murder of a child looks like. Because they're told that they're just fetuses. Well, fetus in Latin means what? It means little one. And what are you? Those that advocate for the death of innocent babies in the womb? Well, you're a grown up fetus.
Speaker 1 - Host: Well, the kids don't know what it is until you show them. And so I show them. This is what they're advocating for. They're appalled. But what the older generation is allowed. And so at the end of the assembly program, this girl comes up to me and she says, I got a real problem with something that you said. And she thought she was just going to tell me the deal because she's so used to. She's been trained up to control her pastor and her youth pastor and her parents.
Speaker 1 - Host: And now she's in school and she's used to telling the teachers what the deal is. Well, I'm not that guy and she ain't talking to me like that. [Brief garble in the source transcription.] She ain't talking to me like that. And she came up to me and I said, let me guess. The problem that you have with me has something to do with abortion. And she said, yes. And I said, well, it's a good thing your mama didn't have a problem with that topic.
Speaker 1 - Host: What can she say? I didn't need to create an organization to pull in millions of dollars to put up billboards to do nothing more than to complain about what I am tolerating. Well, after all, it keeps me in business. Come on, people don't shout me down. You know it's true. If there's so many people in this country that are offended by abortion, which she should be because it offends your God and what is real Christianity hating what the Lord hates and loving what the Lord loves. That's found in Romans 13 and it's also found in none other than Psalm 97 verse 10.
Speaker 1 - Host: Let's sit there and tell me about how you hold the heart of the Lord when you don't obey the Lord. He that saith, 'I know him,' and keepeth not His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 1 John 2, 4. But on the other hand, he that's say if he abideth in him, ought himself also to walk even as he walked. Amen. Okay. Also read 1 John chapter 3. So you can understand that Jesus was made manifest to destroy the works of the devil.
Speaker 1 - Host: 1 John 3, 8. Okay. Not to pander with them, not to play with them. We're supposed to take authority over all of that what she does here. It's funny how people say, well, you know abortion used to be illegal. Oh no, it still is. It still is. You've just been brainwashed.
Speaker 1 - Host: You've been desensitized. You're one of those that are listening to one of the hirelings in the pulpit today that have been taught. You know, that's an issue of the past. There's nothing we can do about it. Oh yeah, it is. I'm also, by the way, making that point. I'm humored when people say to me, you know, it's amazing to me, Bradley, is the fact that, you know, once we lose our rights, our rights are gone. And, really, why don't you tell that to our forefathers?
Speaker 1 - Host: If you want your rights to maintain and to survive, then you are going to have to fight for your rights. There is no other way to do it. I'm talking about the good fight of faith. Not by power, not by my spirit, say the Lord. And I'm also talking about 1 Timothy 6:12. I was talking about that in Johnstown just the other day. Don't sit there and look at me because I was talking about the declaration and the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Don't look at me when you don't have anything else to defend yourself with because you forfeited your Second Amendment.
Speaker 1 - Host: You've already forfeited your Fifth Amendment. You already forfeited your Fourth Amendment. You already forfeited your Tenth Amendment. You already forfeited your First Amendment. Hey folks, if you want them back, the only way to enforce it is through the Second Amendment. That's what it was given for. That's how you keep your goods in place. Luke 11, 22, 23 and 24.
Speaker 1 - Host: My goodness. Common sense comes into play. But folks, this whole idea that it's okay to murder your children, it's murder before God. And it needs to stop. Those that profess that you love the Lord, you're not going to tolerate this. Going on to the next point, America is number one in the world on the next topic, Illegal Drug Use. Yep, oh my goodness. Come on talking about the law of sowing and reaping.
Speaker 1 - Host: Folks, you know who runs drugs more than the CIA and the FBI? Nobody. Do you hear what I said? I'll bring this up on the radio program. If you've not seen the documentary called Cocaine Cowboys, friends, nobody's profited from the drug trade more than the CIA, more than the FBI. See, the people are the ones that are buying the drugs. So the bad guys, under the guise of being the good guys, under these unconstitutional agencies, which makes them bad guys, it's interesting how they go out there and they supply to meet the demand of the people. So for those that buy drugs, those that use drugs, you better understand something.
Speaker 1 - Host: If you weren't buying, nobody would be dying for you to get those drugs in the first place. But there's plenty of videos out there to expose the CIA, namely back in the 1990s, it's for public consumption, it's easy to find how the CIA was trafficking drugs to LA, to use all that money, to arm their favorites over in third world countries to topple other countries with the use of the CIA. And that's what the CIA does. They have a long history. Nobody trusts them. They know that they're the American version of the Gestapo. Got a friend that's former CIA. I have him on the show every once in a while and he'll tell you exactly what I'm telling you.
Speaker 1 - Host: But folks, there's visuals of the CIA, planes going down where there's tons of cocaine found, literally tons, four tons of cocaine found on those airplanes that the CIA was using to traffic them from Colombia to the United States of America. And if you know anything about Bill Clinton, if you haven't seen Clinton Chronicles, do yourself a favor and watch it. Bill Clinton, along with George Bush Sr., folks, they were the greatest drug dealers this country's ever had with the use of Barry Seal. It's called the Clinton Chronicles. All eyewitness information friends, all eyewitnesses, drug trafficking, the people they use to traffic drugs while he was the governor through Mena, Arkansas. Okay? Cross check me.
Speaker 1 - Host: I want to say this too. For those that think that I'm just talking about drugs, right? We're talking about sowing and reaping here if you just joined us. But we're talking about how we have the highest crime rates in the world since 1962. We used to be called the light of the world. Now we're a byword and now we're a proverb. Let me say it this way. People walk by the country now and they laugh at us so much so that the allowed representative government now allures into America through the welfare system through a Cloward-Piven to break the financial system which they're using with the use of what?
Speaker 1 - Host: Somalis who have the lowest IQ in the world and they're installing them into positions of government today. Just want to make clear that you understand where you're at. Okay? Because we're talking about sowing and reaping and that's why it continues to tell the American people not for the offense of just using drugs and so on and so forth. But you need to understand everything we've talked about right now. Our sin is finding us out because our sin is before a just and holy God, and that's why continuously make reference to the people that they need to repent. See because the only thing that's going to bring a revival of this land is the mercy of God by often repentance to those people that are sinners and all too well know that they're sinners that need to be saved from their sin because that's what Jesus does regardless of how bad you are. Remember he is a great savior but he comes into the world to save you from your sin, not in your sin.
Speaker 1 - Host: Read Matthew 1:21 and cross check everything I'm talking about. The point that I was going to make on top of drugs friends is also the use of alcohol. In 1919 to 1933 we had something called the prohibition in this country. Of course the bad guys, I'm sorry, the scoundrels in office that we were led to believe during that particular time, they thought that they were going to go ahead and amend the Bill of Rights to say you know what it's okay to go ahead and produce alcohol and sell it within the borders of America where prior to that if anybody wanted to get drunk in America, they had to go across the border into Mexico to get drunk. Why? Because it used to be illegal in this country. Just like gambling, just like prostitution, just like so many other things and people are trying to figure out why it is there's an onslaught of lawlessness taken over because the lawful haven't done anything to stand in the way of the lawless by holding them accountable.
Speaker 1 - Host: Common sense comes into play. Does it not? But folks, the prohibition 1919 to 1933. See, we had to have a bunch of representatives get involved, said representatives who were scoundrels selling out to people and they said, you know what, we have to amend that bill because of the people that we work for. Because it's not the American people we're working for. We all know that they're working for special interest groups and they're willing to sell themselves out to the highest bidders just like that of Judas. Oh, absolutely 100%. That's exactly what's been going on in this country far too long and you know it and they're only doing what you're letting them get away with.
Speaker 1 - Host: Period. Just want to make clear again, but it used to be illegal. Why is it now somehow legal? When the Lord says, you know, good wine, you know, good wine is, it's not fermented. It's not alcohol. It doesn't get you inebriated, [unclear descriptive word], drunk. It doesn't. How is it that we think there's nothing wrong with it?
Speaker 1 - Host: Isn't it interesting in question to my church family? Isn't it interesting that almost everything that you see, when I'm in a restaurant and I see television, all of these commercials that are selling women, attractive women, and then they equate it over to what? Alcohol sales. Is anybody taking the time to see how many people have died because of alcohol? I'm going to make another point in a moment.
Speaker 1 - Host: I remember going to a school in Faribault, Minnesota. There was 1,800 students there. Still see it like it was yesterday. What was crazy about it is when I pulled up into the school parking lot, we're talking about our kids. I pulled into the parking lot and I noticed that there was a car that looked like a tin can that was rolled 15 times over. It was a car where a young person and his friends were in it and they were drinking and driving. The adults gave permission to show the world the car that kids died in because they didn't understand no. I'm not just talking about the kids.
Speaker 1 - Host: I'm talking about the parents using their kids as the example as to why other people shouldn't do it. Wait a second. It's illegal for young people to drink and drive. Why? Friends, just think for a moment with me if you wouldn't mind. Why is the power of suggestion given to the young people that it's okay to drink and drive? Have you ever asked yourself that question? Yeah, me too.
Speaker 1 - Host: Yeah. I see posters across the schools and it talks about how there's another death because some kid didn't understand what no meant and what happened is he ended up dying because of drinking booze. Well, what was crazy about it is again, I'm sitting there looking at these billboards of these posters that are posted up in school hallways. I'm asking the teachers why the power of suggestion. It's illegal for them to drink and drive. Why are you telling the young people to party responsibly? It's illegal. Do you see the double message here?
Speaker 1 - Host: Do you see how it works for the bureaucracies? See, but what you don't see is you have to wait until you know, you see those cars and you see those posters. You know, I saw another poster where it was a kid and had a towel wrapped on his body, it was covered up so you couldn't see the body. But it said this year, 7,514 kids will not be drinking and driving. Remember about the 12,000 families that I told you that are slaughtered on the streets of America because individuals in America aren't afraid to commit the crime because they already see there's pretty much no consequences for their crime. And if worse comes the worst, they're going to be rewarded in what they call a prison system in America, which is an absolute joke, which only encourages and incentivize the crime. It doesn't deter the crime. I mean, that's insane.
Speaker 1 - Host: This year, 7,514 kids will not be drinking and driving. They're using their kids as an example. That is insane to me. Seriously, that is insane. And going back to the point that I want to make, you reap what you sow. You absolutely reap what you sow, even at the expense of their kids. Some people want to know why is it that everywhere I go, why am I seeing all these advertisements for people to boost it up? And then what they do is they show them party and having a great time.
Speaker 1 - Host: Good looking guys on these commercials and good looking girls on these commercials and everything they do, they have to have alcohol into their hands and consuming alcohol. You do understand why the Lord told us not to do that, don't you? I want to tell you why. Because when we look at the Old Testament, we understand that there was something called Bacchus. And Bacchus was the God of the vine. Bacchus was the God of the vine. And the reason that alcohol was promoted in such a way that it has been since the very beginning of time is to get people to do what they otherwise would never do in a million years. Do you hear me?
Speaker 1 - Host: That's what it's all about. It inebriates you; it gets you to do things that you would never do otherwise. I mean, again, it is insane. Can I add to that? Oh, I'm going to probably jack up some people here. But it's a good thing Bradley didn't say it. But if I knew it to be true, which I do know it to be true, I would definitely convey that message to you. Speaking of people that are, and I'm on a little bunny trail here, some of you people may go to Alcoholics Anonymous where you sit in a circle and then you're told to say your name and that you're an alcoholic, right?
Speaker 1 - Host: And you're doing the best that you can. I want to tell you something. Jesus, by far, out does all of that bondage. Okay. If you're saved by Christ, you're not an alcoholic. You're not always going to be an alcoholic. You're not a drug addict. You're not always going to be a drug addict.
Speaker 1 - Host: You're not a saved sinner, either you're saved or you're a sinner. That's what the Bible teaches. And until you start concurring and agreeing congruently with the Word of God and understanding that you are liberated because Christ liberated all of those chains. He broke all of those chains from off of you. He's anointed your eyes to see and he's anointed your ears to hear. Not until you come to the realization by the power of the Holy Ghost, Isaiah 10, 27, will you understand what it means to be a free man or a free woman? You are not that person anymore if you are in Christ. Straight from Bill Sardi's mouth - Dr. Sardi, Knowledge of Health - he said this: 'Alcoholism is not a disease.' Of course it's not a disease. Hey, folks, do you see? Everything's a disease now.
Speaker 1 - Host: What does that vernacular work out for more than the pharmaceutical companies? Think about what's being thrown at you. And what is pharmakeia? Come on, people. Do your homework. Do an in-depth word search as to what pharmakeia is, and then you'll understand what it is that I'm preaching out against right now by the Holy Ghost. Bill Sardi said, Knowledge of Health, 'Alcoholism is not a disease. Efforts to classify alcoholism as a disease only serve as an escape from personal responsibility.' That's like using the grace of God as an occasion for the flesh. It doesn't exist. Nor is Christ the minister of sin. He said, 'Let it be said that the designation of alcoholism' - listen carefully - 'came in at a popular time when therapists were attempting to gain reimbursement for treatment of this behavior.' Therefore, Bill Sardi said, Dr. Bill Sardi, most experts declared alcohol abuse as a disease in a self-serving manner to obtain fees for treatment. He goes on: there is no scientific revelation that brought about alcoholism as a disease.
Speaker 1 - Host: What is the absolute answer to all of the issues that man has when it comes to the issues of sin? I can tell you, abstention. I'm going to say it again, abstention. That means stop. I mean, folks, let's take it to obesity for a moment, which is a sin. It's absolute. It's carnal lust, lasciviousness. I want indulgence.
Speaker 1 - Host: It's a sin. I just seen a picture just a couple of minutes before the church service this morning when it showed people in Florida, there's nobody that was overweight then. Why? Because the government wasn't approving, namely the FDA, wasn't approving over 10,000 new chemicals added to American food supply through all of the suppliers, which is a crime within itself. Nobody was overweight. Isn't it interesting how we have to do this and that? And we, you know, if we want to lose weight, we're always looking for the quick fix or the pill that's just going to do everything to burn away all the fat nonsense. What's the best way to lose weight?
Speaker 1 - Host: You ever see the Word diet? Have you ever taken the time to spell diet? It's like the Christian walk where Paul said, I die daily. I'm just making an equation to the cross of Christ. That's all I'm doing parallel. Okay. You ever see what it says? It says D.I.E.
Speaker 1 - Host: It's just like what Moody said. D. L. Moody said, 'Be careful about your life. It may be the only Bible some people will read.' He said, if the Bible doesn't teach you to die to yourself, it teaches absolutely nothing. Well, if you want to lose weight, guess what? You better abstain from what it is that you've been eating that got you into the position that you're in today. And you can take that on so many different levels. Is it true concerning the law of sowing and reaping? You've heard that saying, friends, you are what you eat.
Speaker 1 - Host: You can say that figuratively as well. You're going to become what you continuously feed upon, because you're spiritually drinking and eating that in is really what you're doing. And so it is when you see other people that want to lose weight, then you're going to have to abstain and stop doing that as repentance. Stop doing what it is that you've always done. You have to die to your desires and your lusts. That's not scripture. My goodness, folks, I would like to know what it means then because D.O. Moody was absolutely right.
Speaker 1 - Host: Those that are Christ, they that are Christ that tells us in the book of Galatians, I just read it last night, they that are Christ have crucified the flesh with its lusts and its affections. I am crucified with Christ. Nevertheless, I live, but yet not I, but Christ that live within me and the life that I now live in the flesh, I live in by the faith of the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me. Here, you know what? When I was just talking about the definition, what Bill Sarti said concerning alcoholism and how it's a false diagnosis and it was set in place to make money for the bureaucracies that they were creating, that's exactly what it is. It's an escape from self. What? It's an escape from responsibility.
Speaker 1 - Host: He said, an effort to classify alcoholism as a disease only serve as an escape from personal responsibility. See folks, that's what I continuously say and preach everywhere I go. The gospel preaches responsibility. How many times did Jesus say take heed, pay careful attention to yourselves? Take heed to what you think on for whatever man thinks in his heart. So is he. Let your eye be single and not double. Why?
Speaker 1 - Host: Because a double minded man is unstable in all of his ways. Let not that man think he's going to receive anything from the Lord. Do you see? And furthermore, the Lord says be holy. First Peter one, be holy as I am. Holy. Why? Because he's teaching us that we got to be careful concerning the law of sowing and reaping which I'm going to get to in just a moment.
Speaker 1 - Host: As I said, we're doing a teaching today concerning the law of sowing and reaping because the life we all live is just that and we're living in it right now in the present. Illegal drug use. We have the highest rate of illegal drug use. You're being pillaged. You're being spoiled people. You can go to the nicest communities throughout the United States of America. And you know what's even sadder about what I'm going to tell you next is the fact that these communities, these conservative Christian communities, they're riddled with drugs, namely I was the only one who walked into that school that day with, among other things, a crystal meth pipe in my hand. That's another story, but maybe you need to hear it.
Speaker 1 - Host: We were doing a high school assembly in none other than Arkansas. And I got into Arkansas and they teach the dare program and I don't know if you're aware of this or not, but kids that went through the dare program, drug use has increased significantly. Why? Well, I have kids on my War series on sonsoflibertymedia.com, and I'll show it to you before the end of the service today where drug dealers that were in the school assemblies that I was doing and exposing dare for what it is. He said, you're exactly right. He said, I didn't know anything about drugs until the schools taught me exactly what it was. Well, I remember I was in Arkansas one time and when I was there, we walked into the school He walks over to me, and I said, 'These display cases right here - what are you doing with these pipes in them?' And it showed the kids all of the drugs, the paraphernalia, where I'm not joking, where to get the ingredients to make the drugs, how to get them, what they do to you, how they make you feel, how much it costs.
Speaker 1 - Host: No joke. Why are you teaching kids how to use it when they don't even know what it is? See because the more I tell them not to do something, I wish I could have you all with me during an assembly program. I could have 10,000 people there. Never met him a day in my life. And I'll ask them the question, how many in this room I'm talking to 10,000 people. How many in this room, if I were to tell you not to do something, what is it that you would do? Never met him in a day in my life.
Speaker 1 - Host: Remember that all of a sudden in unison, they'll come back and say in unison, do what you told us not to do. Why are we teaching our kids dare? Do you know what the Word dare means? It means to provoke to incite. Why are you daring your kids? Well, the Reagans, Ronald and Nancy, they were used in the same program: Drug Abuse Resistance Education, D.A.R.E. Oh, you know what? We just want to make sure kids say no to drugs.
Speaker 1 - Host: And then what do they do? They introduce them to the drugs and then what happens? Drug use skyrockets throughout the United States of America. Why? Because you just told an unconverted young person or old person what not to do. Their carnal nature wants to rebel against the commandments of God. The commandments of God, the law is holy, the commandment, holy, just in good. And so you tell that carnal man that sold under sin not to do something by the Holy Ghost.
Speaker 1 - Host: He's going to do just what you told him not to do. And if that wasn't true, aren't those people that I'm highlighting even now, the ones that were responsible for crucifying Christ? Exactly right. Exactly right. Furthermore, if you talk to a dare officers throughout the United States of America or the DEA, and not in every given case when it comes to the DEA, but when it comes to dare, they love the fact that there's a drug problem because they have security, work security. They have a future and a hope because of the price that's being paid by innocent kids that are caught up into things that they never knew of until the grownups taught them. Oh, and I have testimony after testimony after testimony on video of these kids talking about exactly what I'm talking about. I was on the front page of the paper locally when I confronted a meeting out in the county in which we reside.
Speaker 1 - Host: And I said, why are you teaching the young people how to commit the crime? And you know what's crazy about that? As I come outside, the papers are right there. The lady that was putting on the program said to me, oh, you were just here to sabotage the meeting. No, I wasn't. I'm asking you the question. I'm asking you why it is that you're educating the young people to commit a crime. A crime, by the way, they never knew anything of until you taught them how to do it, how to use it, and where to get the ingredients to make it to commit the crime.
Speaker 1 - Host: So I walk outside. And then all of a sudden here we have police officers just as ignorant as those that have put on the programs in the program designers acknowledge what I'm telling you is true, by the way. But go back to the police officers. They have all this paraphernalia. I was a young punk during that particular time, but I remember going through the D.A.R.E. program. I remember this. And I remember looking at them and I just said, so why is it that you're actually teaching the young people how to commit the crime? And he looked at me like I was the stupidest thing known to mankind.
Speaker 1 - Host: And I looked at him and I said, hey, guy, kids don't even know what that is until you teach them as to what it is. They don't know how to use that. That's a foreign object. I'm talking about these crack pipes and these marijuana pipes that now somehow or another's all become legalized because the governors of certain states said it's okay to do what God condemns. We're talking about the law of sowing and reaping and it's the life that we all live. And if we lost our heart for our young people, we've lost our soul. We've lost the soul of our country. I look at the cop.
Speaker 1 - Host: I said, why are you teaching him how to commit the crime? He looks at me and says, what are you talking about? I said, you're a police officer, right? I said, it's your job to magnify the law and condemning the crime. It's not your job to teach the young people how to commit the crime. So why are you teaching people how to commit the crime? Folks, we have the highest illegal drug use in the world. Oh, here's another no-brainer for you.
Speaker 1 - Host: Also since 1962, we have the highest illiteracy rate in the Western world. And then we also found, again, as I said earlier, 700,000 to 800,000 students in America every year can't even read their own diplomas. They don't care if they know how to read their diplomas. They care about having the students in a public school so they can rally them together and use them as a bunch of guinea pigs to make sure that they can get the money from the federal government. Isn't that interesting? The federal government now calls the shots as to what monies the states get.
Speaker 1 - Host: What happened to the 10th amendment there, friends? Voila. It's gone because now the federal government dictates everybody on an individual basis through the IRS. Let me ask you, is that a curse or is that a blessing? Everybody's going to say, well, absolutely that's a curse, but you're reaping what you're allowing, aren't you? See we're talking about the law of sowing and reaping and the life that we all live. See because you've allowed the federal government to create the unconstitutional IRS, what they did is now they have all the money. They dictate everybody that has a job throughout the United States of America and they can dictate on a personal level now in this voluntary tax system in which we live.
Speaker 1 - Host: No joke. IRS publication 557. I wish people would wake up to what's going on because you're being enslaved by a bunch of people that are violating and transgressing law. But that doesn't negate it, folks. That doesn't do away with the fact that you're not going to reap what you sow because if you allow them to do that, you're just merely reaping what you're allowing them to illegally sow. That's what's happening. Put that up against Ephesians 4:14. I have other information here as well.
Speaker 1 - Host: I wanted to cover some of my testimonial before we get into it, but how about we do this? How about we jump over and we jump over to reaping and sowing concerning the parable of the sower because again, this is absolutely vital that we understand scripturally that this is a life that we all live. So let's get over to this. I'm going to go over to Mark 4. I'm going to take another drink if that's okay. And we're going to get to this parable of the sower. It's first the issue of the heart. So we begin Mark 4.
Speaker 1 - Host: He began Jesus to teach by the seaside and there was gathered under him a great multitude so that he entered into a ship and sat in the sea and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land. And he began to teach them by parables and sat under them in his doctrine. Listen carefully, behold, look and see, there went out a sower to sow. And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the wayside, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up. This is an issue of the heart friends.
Speaker 1 - Host: Verse 5: some fell on stony ground where it had not much earth, and immediately it sprang up because it had no depth of earth. Talking about the issues of the heart. Verse 6, but when the sun was up it was scorched and it because it had no root it withered away. Verse 7, and some fell among thorns and thorns grew up and they choked it and yielded no fruit. And others fell on good ground and did yield her fruit that sprang up and increased and brought forth some 30, some 60 and a hundredfold. And then he said unto them he said, he that hath ears to hear, let him hear. When we go down we continue on. He said after saying to them to he who has ears to hear, let him hear.
Speaker 1 - Host: He goes on and says, and when he was alone they that were about him with the 12 asked him of the parable. He said unto them listen carefully church unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God but unto them that are without. Here again the Lord is calling the shots. All these things are done in parables. Why? Verse 12: that seeing they may see, and not perceive; They're going to see it but they don't understand it. and hearing they may hear, and not understand, lest at any time they should be converted Psalm 9:17 Galatians 3:24 and their sins should be forgiven them. That's a work of the Holy Ghost.
Speaker 1 - Host: It's called regeneration and renewing Titus 3:5 because that's what the Holy Ghost does when we are born again. John 3:3 and he said unto them, don't you know what these parables are and how then shall you know all parables. In other words, what he's saying is this is the first one that you need to understand because if you don't understand what we're covering right now, you're not going to understand the other parables. Here let me say it again.
Speaker 1 - Host: Verse 13: and He said unto them, 'Know ye not this parable? And how then will ye know all parables? He said, 'The sower soweth the Word.' And then he goes on and these are they or the ones by the wayside where the Word is sown and when they hear Satan comes immediately and takes away the Word that was sown into their hearts. Oh my goodness. And I'm sharing this with you right now and I've experienced it as well, but it's an issue of the heart, right? And he's talking right here that there are those by the wayside where the Word is sown when they hear Satan comes immediately and he takes away the Word that was sown in their hearts. He said these likewise are the ones on stony ground who when they hear the Word he's saying likewise just like that, who when they hear the Word immediately receive it with gladness and they have no root in themselves and so endure only for a time and afterwards when tribulation persecution arises for the Word's sake immediately they stumble.
Speaker 1 - Host: First thing I thought of first getting into the church is a baby Christian. I remember there was a guy who used to go to a church. It was a prosperity church. Matter of fact, somebody just said to me, you know what? She was addressing a new affiliate we had and they said, why do you have this guy on here? He's not for the faith movement. Well, I'm not for the faith movement because it's unscriptural. Those that preach gain is godliness.
Speaker 1 - Host: the Bible says from such withdrawal yourself and the message isn't gimme, my name is Jimmy. The message is deny yourself, take up the cross and follow me. But again, if you read your Bible, I wouldn't have to tell you that. Well, what do you want him on your platform friends? He's preaching the Word of God. Why don't you just say it for what it is that you're biblically illiterate and you like the place that you're at. You like the harvest that you continuously reap and you're trying to figure out why you're confused, why you're broke and why you live your life in such an aimless fashion. It's because it's not fixed on the author and finisher of your faith, namely Christ, Hebrews 12:2.
Speaker 1 - Host: I'm talking to this lady that said what she said. What do you have on your platform? She preaches out against the faith movement. Yeah, because it's unscriptural. Just wanted to make clear that you understood that it's unscriptural. They're enemies of the cross of Christ. Read Philippians three. But going back to my acquaintance that I knew as a baby Christian, he went to a church that was a prosperity movement that was interlinked with the Kenneth Copeland heresies.
Speaker 1 - Host: And I remember he used to get excited about what the preacher was saying and he would leave and he was happy as all could be. He was joyful. And then before he knew it, before the end of the day was up, he was backed down in the dumps. Why? See folks, it was like this. Satan comes immediately and takes the Word that was sown in his heart. See what he did is he was all excited about what was happening under the anointing. And then once that anointing went away, he went back out into the real world and then he gives himself back over to his carnal lusts and then he loses all that joy.
Speaker 1 - Host: Do you see? Why? Because he had a stony heart. That's what he's talking about here. Jesus says these are likewise the one who sown on stony ground who when they hear the Word of God, they immediately receive it with gladness, and they have no root in themselves and so endure only for a time, just a couple hours and afterwards when tribulation or persecution arise for the Word's sake immediately, they stumble in this particular case. It was the lust of the flesh in this guy's life. He gave himself back over to the lust of the flesh. He never went to the cross because it was never preached.
Speaker 1 - Host: He never crucified the flesh. He never understood what Paul was talking about in the book of Galatians at the very end that I'm crucified to the world and the world's crucified unto me. He didn't have an idea of what that meant because it was never highlighted. He never took the time to read the Bible for himself. And then he highlights and these are Jesus does, the ones who sown among thorns. They're the ones who hear the Word and then the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches. Listen to this, the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches, that's all the prosperity. Hirelings preach about what you can get from the world concerning the cares of the world.
Speaker 1 - Host: They get your eyes focused on what you can get because you give. And the Lord says the deceitfulness of riches. Nobody preached against covetousness more than Christ did. And then he says the desires for other things enter in and choke the Word, and it becomes unfruitful. I think it's important for us to all listen to what I just said because what Jesus says here and these are the ones who sown among thorns. They're the ones who hear the Word and then the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches and the desires for other things enter in and choke the Word and it becomes unfruitful. Of course it does. Hey folks, if I take seed and I plant it upon a rock, what's going to happen?
Speaker 1 - Host: No matter how much I water it, what's going to happen? It's not going to break forth because there's no soil there. It's one of those no brainers for a better way of saying it. Maybe that's youth talk, but it's true. That's why the Lord said, and you can see the test given unto Abraham when he was given Isaac, the promised child in Genesis 22, if you go back to Matthew 6:33, what does it say? It says, seek ye first, the kingdom of God and his righteousness and then all these things will be added unto you. And then the Lord says those that love their father or their mother or their sister or their brother more than me are not worthy of me. I think of Luke 12 where the Lord said, go out there and gather the people to come to my supper.
Speaker 1 - Host: This is God the father talking to Jesus metaphorically, right? But figuratively as well. And when he went out and he start to gather the people, the people started to make excuses as to why they were not going to come to the dinner. Did you also know that the Lord said to Jesus? He said, 'Listen, I want you to understand something: all those that were bidden to come to my dinner. They have no inheritance with me because of their excuses. They don't understand that when they come to Jesus, they lose everything for his sake. They don't understand that the Bible says that he who loves the world, right?
Speaker 1 - Host: We'll lose it. But he who loses his life for my sake will find it. Hey, folks, lose the world. Gain your soul. That's what he's saying here. You got to understand that Christianity is nothing to do with us friends. It has everything in the world for the Lord raising up ambassadors to go out into the highways into the byways, regardless of what function you are in the body of Christ. Ephesians 4, 11.
Speaker 1 - Host: He was never taught that. He was never told that. And how many people today when they go to church, that's the message that they hear. But yet that's the message Jesus gave. I mean, look at John 6 when all of the disciples - they called themselves disciples - followed Jesus. Oh, they love Jesus. They love the fact that he fed them with bread. They love the fact that he raised the dead and healed the sick and gave sight to the blind.
Speaker 1 - Host: They love the fact that he would work miracles. God also bearing them witness both with signs and wonders and with diverse miracles and with gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will, Hebrews 2:4. Oh, they loved it. They loved it and they followed him and they followed him. And then if you look at John 6, it's interesting how the Lord set the message straight. He turned around concerning all those that were following him and what did he say to them? Listen to me to those that have ears to hear. If you want to understand this parable, it's the most imperative, important scripture that we can understand is the parable of the sower because it's an issue of the heart.
Speaker 1 - Host: Jesus said, if you don't understand this one, how are you going to understand any other one concerning the parables? Hey, folks, what did Jesus say? What did he say? Deny yourself, take up the cross and follow me. That is the power of God unto salvation. The message is, die to self, live unto me. Oh, and it's a work of the Holy Ghost. Rest assured.
Speaker 1 - Host: [Transition wording unclear.] He told me about a man who went out and bought a television set. This was back in the 1980s, when there were only three or four networks, at least in the Midwest. [Brief geographic aside unclear.] And he told me he went and bought that television and take this figuratively people. And he said, every time he would come home, instead of his son coming to the door and greeting him and happy that he was home and gave him a big hug and sat around and communicated with him, he said, I would notice that my son didn't care about me anymore because he was glued to the television. So what did dad do? He set the record straight and he got rid of the television. Okay, folks, it's the same thing with us. In part, that's just a prime example of what I'm talking about.
Speaker 1 - Host: I also want to say this. I was just at the airport yesterday. We were in Denver and then we flew in last night. And folks, I'll tell you, I think these phones are destroying unity among people. These phones, these right here, these phones right here. When you're on the airplane, you should see the people on their phones. They're even, they're either watching some filthy movie or they're gambling on their phones. Nobody's talking anymore.
Speaker 1 - Host: Nobody's communicating anymore. Folks, they're there to destroy unity. Absolutely 100%. Use it for communications alone. That's it. That's what it's for. Okay. It's not there to absorb all of our time.
Speaker 1 - Host: And it's really, you look at a picture from the 19, let's just even go to the 90s before these phones came in. Where were the young people? They're all hanging out in parking lots. They were hanging out on the street somewhere, showing off their cars. They were hanging out friends communicating with each other. They don't do that anymore. That is not good. And that's not healthy.
Speaker 1 - Host: And I'm, I'm on a little bunny trail right now, but I'm telling you right now, if you want to destroy your family, keep those phones around. Don't get your kid a phone unless you're using it for security purposes. But understand that if you're using it for security purposes, the NSA is tracking your kid too. But I just, I just want you to know what I observed yesterday and I've seen it before and there's nothing good about it. Only nothing good about them. I think what we're doing is actually being set up for, let me say this, I think we're being set up for the fall. I think what we're doing is adding strength to those that mean to dictate every facet of our lives. And again, the phones come out.
Speaker 1 - Host: They're a great idea. We can use them for so many good things, just like television and so many other social media platforms and outlets. But what happens soon enough, the corrupt get a hold of it and then they begin to dictate and drive a narrative that is here to destroy and to control. And the more they can destroy, the more they can control. And what a better way than to try to get into the family circle and destroy the family. And the devil's been working at that for a long time. And at this point, friends, we should know way better than that. Okay.
Speaker 1 - Host: We're talking about the parable of the sower right now. I want to get back to this because when I look at the parables that the Lord gives, He's making it very clear that it's an issue of the heart before we get to sowing and reaping. Okay. He said, likewise are the ones on stony ground who when they hear the Word immediately receive it with gladness; they have no root in themselves and so endure only for a time. Afterwards, when tribulation or persecution arises for the Word's sake, immediately they stumble. And then he says, and the next one, and these are the ones sewn among thorns. They're the ones who hear the Word of God and then the cares of the world, the deceitfulness of riches and the desire for other things enter in and choke the Word. It really comes down to is what do you put your time to when the Lord said to seek me with your whole heart, whole mind, soul and strength.
Speaker 1 - Host: Guess what he meant? Just that. He didn't say whenever you get around to him. I heard Sproul, a theologian, talking about this. He was asked by one of his students once, 'How much time do I need to spend in the Word?' He said always. Isn't that what the Bible says? That's what it says.
Speaker 1 - Host: Day and night. Read Psalm 1 when you get a moment. Day and night. We're to pray unrelentingly, without ceasing; we're to be praying constantly. If we don't know the Word, how are we going to pray? Okay. So again, we have to understand the issues here, but these are the ones sewn among thorns. They're not there, the ones who hear the Word and then the cares of the world, the deceitfulness of riches, so on and so forth, choke the Word and it becomes unfruitful. That's why so many people that call themselves Christians are unfruitful.
Speaker 1 - Host: It's because what they've given their time to their heart to their mind to their strength to, but these are the ones Jesus said. So on the good ground, those that hear the Word, accept it and bear fruit - some thirtyfold, some 60 and a hundred. And then he says, he who has ears to hear, let him hear. He said again, he was ears to hear, let him hear. I want to go back to this because I want you to see this because it goes right to verse 12 that seeing they may see and not perceiving hearing they may hear and not understand less that any time they should be converted and their sin should be forgiven them. Who are those that see in here? What did he just say? They should be converted and their sins should be forgiven them.
Speaker 1 - Host: That's an issue of the heart because now the Lord has the whole of it. I was making the point just a couple minutes ago concerning those that come to Christ and they were all of his disciples. They were all going along with him, right? In part. And then what does Jesus do? He turns around and he breaks the ranks. What does he do? Unless you eat my flesh and drink my blood.
Speaker 1 - Host: He was talking again metaphorically, soul food, period. Don't get weird people. It's soul food. Unless you drink my blood and eat my flesh, you have no wise any part with me. And then the Bible says that many of them walked with him no more because this was a hard saying. Can you hear what he's saying? Because he looks at Peter and he says, are you also going to go and what did Peter say? To whom shall we go?
Speaker 1 - Host: You have the words of life. That's right. That's right. Everybody else can go do what they got to do, but I'm sticking to the plan. I got my hands on the robe of Christ and by the grace of God, I am not letting go in any sense of the Word. So when we look at this parable, because any one of the three that I just highlighted concerning the parables Jesus gave, they can be extrapolated. That means to infer, deduce, estimate or project from this parable as being the point of major importance and emphasis.
Speaker 1 - Host: Number one, uno, because this particular parable differs from most of the parables of Jesus because there's a general rule. When we come to a parable of Jesus, we look for one single center point of meaning, not interpreting parables as allegories. Oh, here allegories are a figurative sentence or discourse. That's what we're doing right now. In finding significance in each part of the story, but in this case, when Jesus gives his interpretation of the parable that he taught, he gives it basically allegorically so that we have this strange parable whose meaning is not always agreed upon even among those who have been contemplated or have contemplated its significance for many years. So when we look at the beginning of the parable itself in verse three, where Jesus begins, Again, with an imperative - an absolute, a very strong word in the Greek - it is [Greek term unclear in the source transcription]. In both cases, the form of the word is an imperative. It's a command.
Speaker 1 - Host: Oh, I wish people understood that. Hey, folks, I just got to throw this in there because this is some light somebody needs. Let me just turn the light on you a little bit. Jesus didn't give suggestions. He gave commands. I was at a church service on Broadway in North Minneapolis. They call it the hood. This is 25 years ago.
Speaker 1 - Host: I remember a guy that was hanging around the crew that was doing high schools across the country. He had said, he raised his hand at the end of the service and he said, you know, the Lord came up to me and asked me. And I said, really, what did he ask you? You know, if he would do something, if you would do something for me, he said, Jesus was asking him to do something. The only time that you're really going to see Jesus asking anything is to see your faith. Outside of that, it's commandments people. I said, I'm just kind of, I could say his name, but that's okay. I don't need to bring it up.
Speaker 1 - Host: But I said to him, I said, that's kind of interesting that you'd say that because my Bible tells me that he gave commandments, not suggestions. He that hath my commandments and keep at them. He it is that love with me. That word is commandments. That's the imperative again. It's a command. But that word here, it's also translated into the English in this manner where Jesus says, listen, and so there's a strong exhortation here that he gives to those who are around him listening to his teachings. Or his teachings.
Speaker 1 - Host: That's what he's doing. He's saying, I really want you to listen to me. That's what he's saying. There's an unusual twist in the Greek language where the verb 'to hear' is [Greek term unclear], and the verb 'to obey' is [Greek term unclear], which adds a prefix to the verb 'to hear.' Folks, I want to tell you something. A lot of times when you look at the Old Testament, because this is applicable again, when you look at the Old Testament, you look at here, I want to show you this because people don't understand this. If you really want to get somebody's attention, how do you get somebody's attention? Well, sometimes you got to yell, right?
Speaker 1 - Host: Sometimes the Holy Ghost comes down like John Knox. The great preacher of Scotland, they said he would get up at the pulpit and he would be as calm as can be. And they said within 30 seconds to a minute, he was pounding on the pulpit. Has anybody taken the time to read the book of Psalms concerning the Word of God? And how it thunders and how the anointing sent to break the yoke of bondage? And when you look at Jeremiah 23:29, where he says, 'Is not my word like as a fire? saith the Lord; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?' Why is that so foreign to the American church? I mean, a preacher raises his voice, right?
Speaker 1 - Host: People are like, whoa, what's going on with this guy? Why is he yelling at us? No, he's a preacher. And if he's anointed by God, you're probably going to be in a particular, a predicament with him over and over where you're going to see the power of the Holy Ghost fall on him and begin to command the language of Scripture that breaks the yoke of bondage of those that hear because they need to hear because they haven't heard before.
Speaker 1 - Host: So now they're going to listen to a preacher that's actually doing his job, raises his voice because of the power of the anointing. And he's that person that's never heard before is now going to hear something he's never heard before because nobody's ever loved on him that much. You understand? Jesus - the Bible says over and over - was not like the Pharisees and the scribes, the doctors of the law and the religious hypocrites.
Speaker 1 - Host: Let me remind you, church family, Jesus throughout Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, I'm going to ask you the question because this will be your homework until next Sunday. Pay attention to how much time Jesus rebukes the religious hypocrites over and over and over and over. Can you imagine John the Baptist or Paul, even today, the Apostle Paul walking into American church today, they wouldn't be tolerated. They'd be kicked out because those people think they'd be doing a service to God when in fact the opposite is true. Read John 16 verse one. But I want you to see this. When the Lord sends his word and I could go to Micah 3.8, I'll probably go over there for you too. What does it say?
Speaker 1 - Host: Therefore have I hewed them by the prophets; I've slain them by the words of my mouth, and thy judgments are as the light that We should all be preaching that word. I've slain them by the words of my mouth and your judgments are like the light that goeth forth. What was John the Baptist, one that was crying in the wilderness, the one that was pointing out the transgressions of the king. That's the New Testament people.
Speaker 1 - Host: Let me go over to this and I want you to see this real quick and then we'll stay on course which we're on right now. I want you to see again what the Word says and what does it say right here in Micah 3.8. It says, but I am truly full of the power by the Spirit of the Lord and of judgment and of might to declare unto Jacob his transgressions and Israel his sin. You'll also find that in Isaiah 58. It's the first thing he says. That's not those are not isolated scriptures friends. That's just the point you see these effeminate hirelings today that lack the Holy Ghost power and that's the point that I make. And when you go back to the preachers of old, look at Charles Spurgeon. He was right when he said it, folks - absolutely 100 percent. He said when you begin to tone down the Word of God, you are committing treason against the King of Heaven.
Speaker 1 - Host: That's exactly right. Look at the music of today. Look at how aggressive it is, how in your face it is, especially like in the genre of metal music. Look at how it's in your face, but yet kids love that. See, I don't like this passivity going on. That's why many of the kids don't even like going to churches today, just because of the fact that if they really believe what they believe, then why has society become what society has become today? Do you see what I'm saying? They don't actually believe it.
Speaker 1 - Host: The bad guys believe what they believe because that's why they're using force to do it illegally now. But if the church really believed their message, do you think they'd be toning down the Word of God? No way. No way. Absolutely not. Because when we believe something and we see others lying around us, we're going to stand up against it. You know, I think, and I thought about this yesterday, but I want to say it now, you know, you can fool. And I say this to the bad guys.
Speaker 1 - Host: You can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all the time. And you can fool God at no time. That's right. And the Lord gives his secrets unto those that are called according to his purposes. And that just happens to be in part one of them. Folks, if we really believe it, are we going to tolerate it? Absolutely not. So let me go on here.
Speaker 1 - Host: We're talking about the parable of the sower. Jesus is saying, listen, I want you to hear me. the Word is given as a command. And so he began, so that in obedience, in biblical terms, it's 'hyper-hearing.' There's hearing and there's 'hyper-hearing,' and what Jesus is calling for here is that kind of hearing, hyper hearing, where the ear doesn't just have sounds bouncing against the eardrum, but that which is heard goes beyond the ear and penetrates into the heart of the one hearing. I see it all the time. I see it all the time. Folks. I see it all over the country and I'm talking about the power of the Holy Ghost because there is nothing that a man can do to captivate a people the way that the Holy Ghost does.
Speaker 1 - Host: I don't care if I have 2000. I don't care if I have 3000. I don't care if I have 5000 people in front of me. For the time that the Lord uses me to preach, I can drop a pen because I have their attention. You're not going to do anything for the Lord until you first do something to get their attention and that's be faithful unto God and let the Holy Ghost do the rest. But I want you to understand this, that I can look around the room at any given time and almost, without fail, I have every eye watching everything that I'm saying. And then I'll ask the question just like I did in Denver, just like I did in Johnstown, anybody getting anything? And I'll usually ask that question when I feel like people are pressing me for time, or you know, your time is up.
Speaker 1 - Host: What I'll do is I'll ask anybody getting anything. And they'll say, yep, all of them, unison, and then they'll say, keep going, keep going, keep going. And that just kind of shut down my opposition to push me down. I mean, I went a long way, so I want to make the most of the time that I have allotted to me to make the most of my time, and that's what I do. But that's what the Holy Ghost does, friends. So when I'm a preacher, and I want something, I want to get something into people, I'm led to do that by the Holy Ghost. That is not conjured up by man.
Speaker 1 - Host: I want to make clear that you understand that. That's not conjured up. When you look out through the New Testament, you see where they were moved by the Spirit. They were pressed in Spirit. The list goes on. And they were pressed in Spirit, and they were moved by the Spirit to do things that no carnal man would ever do in a million years. But they trust in the Lord, and I think of Psalm 27:1. So again, we need to understand the Holy Ghost leads us to do the commands of the Lord, not to appease men, not to hold to the commandments of men, which make the void concerning God's commandments.
Speaker 1 - Host: No, just the exact opposite. And Jesus preaches against that in Mark 7 as well. So when we preach, we're preaching a hyper hearing. And that's what Jesus is talking about here, concerning the Greek and the Latin, okay? To press in. And when we hear what we want to do is we want the Word to penetrate into the heart, concerning the hearing of the Word of God. Let's go back to this. Behold, a sower went out to sow.
Speaker 1 - Host: Jesus begins to expound in his discourse. And I want you to listen to this. He said, and with that command, he tells his story, behold, a sower went out to sow. And it happened as he sowed that some seed fell by the wayside, okay? Given a further explanation. Some seed fell by the wayside. The birds of the air came to devour it. Some of the seed fell upon the path.
Speaker 1 - Host: Some of it fell upon the rocky grounds. And then some of it fell on good soil. Now the first thing we have to understand about this parable is the identity of the sower. The sower here, listen carefully people, the sower here is the Lord. The sower is the Lord. It's the seed here refers to the Word of God. Read John one. And it's the Lord who in the end distributes his word into the world.
Speaker 1 - Host: See, now you may wonder about the efficiency of his word as a sower. Well, when he distributes the seeds, some of the seeds that he throws out there is falling on the stones. And some is falling on the wayside where the birds come and eat it up. And other times it's among the hard rocky ground. Which I would say that's why we have so many mushroom converts. That's why we see so many altar athletes in the American version of the church. Every Sunday, every Thursday or Wednesday, two times a week, there's an unscriptural altar call. What do they do?
Speaker 1 - Host: They stand up, they run down. Wait, I've seen you do that now 10 times. They never repented. That means that seed is falling on rocky ground, right? And the reason it's rocky ground, in many cases I want to go back to the preacher here, they're supposed to use the plow. And the plow, what does the plow do? It digs up the rocks, it digs up the hard soil. That's why we preach the law to grace.
Speaker 1 - Host: Just like Jesus did in Mark 10:17, John 8. And if you want a scriptural reference, go to Matthew, or I'm sorry, Galatians 3:24. The preacher has to get in there and break up that hard ground, case in point. Had a kid one time, I was called by a youth pastor to come and meet with him because he had a kid in his office that just used a shovel. And he thought it was funny because he almost killed the kid, he put him in the hospital. And I got there and when I got there, I noticed that the kid's demeanor was, everything was totally okay. He was actually trying to gloat. And the fact that he just put this kid in the hospital.
Speaker 1 - Host: And I seen this guy playing the youth pastor, the one that called me and told me to come in. And I looked over at him and I said, you do realize that you about killed this kid, right? And I remember the presence of the Holy Ghost in this situation. This kid didn't know any better. He never had a dad in his life. And the Lord is a father to the fatherless. And so he was given mercy, but this way. And I looked over at him and I said, so what's funny about the fact that you almost killed this kid with the shovel?
Speaker 1 - Host: And once he seen that he couldn't push me over and he couldn't take control of the conversation, spiritually speaking, all of a sudden there was a demand of respect within this kid. And he started to look at everything I had to say to him. And it got to the point where I got in his face concerning the Word of God and what he had just got done doing to this kid where he walked out of the office and I could see that he was broken. See, he didn't need a pushover. He didn't need to hear a hireling who wasn't sure what the Word meant because that hireling within himself didn't know what it meant because he was talking out of school. Well, this young punk just came in by the Holy Ghost, got in his face and it got to the point where we were starting to plow the hard soil of his heart. To show him that it wasn't okay, that it was a sin. And as he started to break down, I seen it and I could feel him break.
Speaker 1 - Host: That's the cool thing about discerning of spirits that we might not serve dumb idols. First Corinthians 12, read the whole chapter, talks about the gifts of the spirit. I follow him out and before I knew it, he turns around and he said, what's the deal? And I said, 'The deal is, you almost killed this guy,' and he starts to bawl. He starts to break. He finally met somebody he couldn't con. And he also found finally somebody that loved them enough to get in his face and tell him what nobody else wanted to be heard or to tell him. Oh, that's love, man. That's love.
Speaker 1 - Host: We have the plow in our hands. What am I talking about? We're talking about the soil of the heart. Let me go over to Hosea 10:12. What does it say? Read it for yourselves. That's why we need to search the Scripture. and to know the scripture for ourselves.
Speaker 1 - Host: Hosea 10:12 says, 'Sow to yourselves in righteousness; reap in mercy;' 'break up your fallow ground:' 'for it is time to seek the Lord, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.' Reap in mercy. Folks, if you want righteousness, then you're going to have to preach law under judgment. And we do. What do I preach? I preach that your sin is before God, repentance before God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. I show them to repentant men that the judgment doesn't fall upon the guilty. It falls upon the Christ who stood as the mediator to deliver us from our sin.
Speaker 1 - Host: And he takes upon us our sin on that cross. That is the judgment. That is the wrath of God. And what does Jesus do in reconciling us and removing the partition between the two of us? He bestows upon us his righteousness through imputation. Amen. Hallelujah for that. Amen for that.
Speaker 1 - Host: How much does God love us? I just told you. How much does Christ love us? I just told you. And then Jesus comes down and He looks at us and says, 'As the Father sent Me, so I send you.' Okay. But they're never going to understand that until we love on them enough. And what do we do? We go back to the scriptures here talking about sowing and reaping, sowing yourselves in righteousness.
Speaker 1 - Host: You're not going to have righteousness and tell you show them their sin. That's how you drive them to the foot of the cross with the use of the law. Romans 3.20, 1st John 3.4, they sow to themselves in righteousness. You're not going to have righteousness without judgment. That judgment's upon Christ. And then we're established in righteousness, which by the way is the fruit of the Spirit, which is in Ephesians 5.9. What is the fruit of the Spirit? It's in all righteousness, goodness, and truth.
Speaker 1 - Host: And then he says, reap in mercy. This belongs to the repentance. Break up your fallow ground. Put yourself in front of his standard, the law that drives us to Christ. For it is time to seek the Lord. till He come and rain righteousness upon you. Look at the wording there. It's fantastic.
Speaker 1 - Host: It's fantastic. Because we know that when a seed is planted in good soil, the first thing we want to do is we want to water those seeds. Fantastic. That's right. That's absolutely fantastic. And I'm talking about the Holy Ghost. I'm talking about the works of the Holy Ghost. I'm talking about the leading of the Holy Ghost to show us how all of this makes sense in our carnal minds.
Speaker 1 - Host: Well, guess what? He comes into our carnal minds and he says, the carnal mind, which is at enmity with God. I want to give you the mind of Christ. So then we feed on his word. Then we feed on his word. Look at the parable. We gotta understand this parable. If we don't understand this parable, we're not going to understand anything else.
Speaker 1 - Host: Who is he talking to? Those that are repentant, those that have been converted, those that have been healed. Wow. And their sins should be forgiven them. So those that are partakers, all of a sudden they can hear and they can see what they never heard and seen before. That's the importance of this doctrine in Mark 4. We're talking about the parable of the sower right now, but we're talking about the life that we all live and the law of sowing and reaping. Okay?
Speaker 1 - Host: Folks, just wait. We're in a teaching right now, but I'm going to bring some information to you like, oh my goodness, now I understand what you're talking about. And it makes us crystal clear concerning the past and the present. Okay? And I'll bring that up to us before the end of the church service today. Some people want to know the efficiency of his word as a sower. And again, what does he do? He breaks up the rocky ground.
Speaker 1 - Host: Until finally, some of the seed falls in on the good soil and some might say, well, what's wrong with the Lord that he's so inaccurate in the planting of a seed? How dare us ever suggest that? But some people do. What farmer would go out today and waste his seed by throwing it on the rocks or throwing it on the road? I can tell you as well friends through personal experience, many of the people out there that come to church and they hear nothing, can't hear anything because of the hardness of the heart. They have rocky soil. Their heart is hard as a rock. The preacher must break through by the Holy Ghost in the anointing that he sends forward.
Speaker 1 - Host: We have to get in the face of the sinner and let him know that he either repents or he's going to perish. And if he goes on in his unrepentant state that the wrath of God abides upon him. And he's been given by the mercy of God an opportunity to set the record in response to what it is that the Lord is doing in that individual's life to convict of sin, righteousness and judgment. Okay, listen to this. When we look at the fact nobody in their right mind would take seed and they would take that seed. Have you ever seen it? I live in fertile counties friends. The studios are in fertile counties.
Speaker 1 - Host: There's farmers every single springtime. What's the first thing we see them do? Plow. Plow. That's so far. Let's see what we see in the American church today is they've completely gutted the pith and marrow of what the Word actually says. And they've created their own heresies, a modern gospel, which is in contrast to the cross of Christ. They're enemies of the cross.
Speaker 1 - Host: And what they like to do is they like to take the seed and they like to throw it, the Word of God, on a hard heart, just like some farmers would suggest to take their seed and they would throw it on hard soil unplowed soil. That's again, folks, that's heresy, but this is what we see them doing. See what we see, what we should be doing is you see the farmers who would go out today and I'm highlighting the fact that they waste their seed by throwing it on the rocks or throwing it on the road or throwing it among thorns, that would be absolutely foolish in the minds of all of us, would it not? Yeah, we want good soil. Well, that's what happens when we diligently seek the Lord because he's a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. And he's renewing us constantly. He's regenerating, this is a living work, friends, not a dead work. the letter killeth, but the Spirit giveth life.
Speaker 1 - Host: He's constantly working in us, that regeneration. He's constantly working in us, that renewing by the Holy Ghost. It's nothing you can make up. It's nothing you can make up. You know, today my cousin, he's a farmer in Northern Minnesota and today did you know that when farmers plant seeds, they actually use GPS now. And he said, Bradley, so those rows are meticulous. They're perfect. They're absolutely perfectly planted now.
Speaker 1 - Host: But if I was to call my cousin after service today and ask him the question, so when you guys plant those seeds by GPS and it's actually meticulous, it's just absolutely perfect, you guys plant those seeds in soil, that's completely plowed, right? He'd probably laugh at me if he wouldn't knock me on the top of the head and say, are you kidding me? Okay, well, that's what we should understand in the church as well. So how they use their seed, they plow the ground, they till the ground, they prepare the soil and then they very carefully plant each seed the kind of soil that has the potential to bring forth the harvest. And again, I just brought up Hebrews or Hosea 10:12, and I'm thankful for that, okay? The sower throws the seed onto the rocks, among the thorns, or on the highway. What kind of farming is that as I've asked? It's the kind of farming that, for those who didn't know, Israelites did in the ancient world.
Speaker 1 - Host: The practice of farming did not take place where the land was plowed and cleared of stones, and then the seed was planted, but the common way of planting in that time was to go out and throw the seed first and then plow. You cannot make it up, but that's what they did. Can you imagine how much seed they wasted? Can you imagine how much time they wasted time and effort and blood, sweat and tears? They did in the latter what they should have done in the former. They should have plowed and tilled up the soil and planted the seeds, but that's not what they did. They did it the other way around. So are those that come in to church every Sunday with the same hard heart that they had last week and the week before that and the week before that and the week before that.
Speaker 1 - Host: See, until the Lord comes about and plows up the soil of your heart through understanding his scripture that we have sinned before him and that we're converted as it tells us right in front of our faces and our sins should be forgiven us. That's the first step. And I don't want to say that we methodically work everything out. I'm not saying that. I'm saying that we need to listen because faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. So therefore we need to take heed what it is that he's telling us by faith because that's the promise of faith is the seed, just like the way that it was given under Abraham. I just read this in the book of Galatians yesterday. So folks, I could go on and I could go on and I could go on and I could go on concerning this topic.
Speaker 1 - Host: But for the sake of making sure we're done as a lot of time here, I want to get to what I really want people to understand because I did, when I would do my message across the country, I would talk about the seeds that I planted in my life. I would talk about my testimony because again, that's all I had to give. I can't talk outside of that nor do I want to talk outside of that. So I'd begin to tell them my testimony and I gave you guys the parable of the duck hunters and what they did. By the way, they knew they were breaking the law but they did it anyways. And at the end of all of that which was said and done, they ate the fruit of their own ways. They had to pay the price concerning the seeds that they sowed. It's the life that they lived and it's the ones that we lived.
Speaker 1 - Host: And it's the ones that were living. One of the things that I do when I go to, again, to speak, and this is what we really truly need to bring this up more in the churches across America is reaping and sowing. You've all heard that saying, what goes around comes around. You've all heard that saying, what goes around comes around. So let me bring you back into a setting where there's a thousand people. And I asked the question, if I take a kernel of wheat and plant it into the soil of the ground, I'll ask all thousand that we're in front of right now, what is it going to reproduce? Well, guess what? It's going to reproduce after its own kind.
Speaker 1 - Host: Did you hear me? The seed that I plant, it's going to reproduce after its own kind. Notice the Word kind there. And I was reading this book, it's one of my favorite books. And it's called Reaping and Sowing and Reaping, sorry. And 'let no man deceive you' - [Bible reference unclear in the source transcription]. Then it talks about mocking, but the exact quoted wording here is unclear. Because you need to understand that you are going to reap what you do to others as part of the harvest in which you are sowing into now. That's why we're supposed to take heed and we're supposed to take every thought captive and make it obedient under the Word of God.
Speaker 1 - Host: And the reason I say that is because scripture is clear and I'm bringing this up in chapters and that's why it's kind of a little messy. And I don't really need to bring it up but I will just for the sake of you knowing the scripture reference. herb yielding seed after his kind. and the tree yielded the fruit after his kind. And then it talks about, in Matthew and I bring it up, seven, 16 through 20, it talks about, do men gather grapes of thorns or figs of thistles? Absolutely not.
Speaker 1 - Host: Romans 8:13: if you live after the flesh, you shall die; eight, one, for if you live after the flesh, you should die, but if you live through the spirit, but if through the Spirit you mortify the deeds of the body, you shall live. Okay, so that was a mouthful right there. So we again need to understand that the seed is going to reproduce after its own kind. And how do we, as fruit inspectors Christians, how are we commanded by Christ to judge other men? By the fruit that they bear in their lives. Either it's going to produce the fruit that brings glory to Christ, John 15:8, or it's not. It's going to bring forth the fruits concerning the works of the flesh, which work at death. You can also bring that from Galatians 5 over to Romans 6:23, where it says the end of sin is death, okay?
Speaker 1 - Host: But I just asked the question to a thousand people and I'm asking you, if I take a kernel of wheat and sow it into the ground, what is it going to reproduce? After its own kind. So here it is. If I sow, that which violates God's moral law into my life, okay, that would be called bad seeds. What I expect good things to come out of that, because people do this all day long. They sow, corrupt seed, seeds that God condemns into their own life, and then they wonder why they actually harvest at the end of the growth of the seed that they planted after their own kind. And then they wonder what's going on? Folks, you reap what you sow.
Speaker 1 - Host: And when I'm doing, like for example, high school assembly programs, I just talked to the kids about, this is called being stuck on stupid. I can't plant corn and expect wheat to come forth. I can't plant barley and expect some other harvest outside of the kind of seed that I just planted. Okay, point made. That is called being stuck on stupid. But a lot of people think they can do it all day long. I mean, I got my testimony in front of me right now. I planted the seeds of trying alcohol, the party life.
Speaker 1 - Host: I raised up the crops of two DWIs. I went to detox three times as a kid, went to treatment twice, treatment isn't what I needed. I needed someone to love me. I needed my parents. I planted the seeds of trying drugs that I shouldn't have tried. I've OD'd - overdosed - six times, being rushed to the hospital by an ambulance, going to Hollywood, California, taking some more drugs that I shouldn't have tried, ended up in Cedars-Sinai Hospital. No joke. For eight hours, while a nurse held my hand because I was scared to death saying to myself, God, please help me.
Speaker 1 - Host: Just give me one more chance. I planted the seeds of rebellion and anger. I then raised up the crops of getting stabbed in the head in a street fight in St. Paul, Minnesota. I received six stitches in my head, got my nose broken twice. I remember having a gun stuck to my head and my chest where the cops said to me, stop or else I'm going to blow your blankin' head off. Guess what you do when a cop tells you he's going to blow your blankin' head off? You stop. I went to jail several times because of fighting.
Speaker 1 - Host: See what I was doing, friends, is I was reaping what I sowed. And folks, some will say, well, that's to the extreme. No, I'm not talking about the extreme. I'm telling you right now, as the Bible tells us all, let's examine ourselves to see whether we be in the faith. And what sort of seeds concerning the faith that we have, are we allowing to be sown into the fields of our life? I can't tell you, only you know that. But I can tell you right now, if you look at everything you have in your life right now in one way or another, you can see the harvest in what you've sown into. And we need to be careful concerning everything we allow to be planted into the soil of our hearts, especially when we belong to him.
Speaker 1 - Host: Take heed, the Lord said, to what you hear. Take heed to what you see. Take heed, the Lord said, that means pay careful attention to every idle word in every idle thought. It's a different gospel, isn't it, friends? It's a very militant, a very strict gospel, isn't it, friends? Yes, it is, absolutely. You know, it tells us in the book of Isaiah 52, 11 that the Lord only sends the sanctified ones. Look at how many people we see across this country, proclaiming something clearly they are not.
Speaker 1 - Host: Giving a misrepresentation of the Christ himself. Giving a misrepresentation by going so far, and by the way, they're encouraged to go so far to preach something that is completely man-made. And the reason they get away with that is because most people that profess to be Christians don't even know the Word of God. And that's the first one of the first prerequisites. Now, for those that are with me, and by the way, thank you, I really love this topic. I have so many notes concerning this topic, but again, I have a lot of time here, and I want to finish up with this, because I want to go back to history, and this is what I wanted you to, this is really what I wanted to get to. Not that anything that I said was unimportant prior to this point, but I want to get to the people that say, well, you know the Bible's just a mere book. You say you don't believe in the Bible.
Speaker 1 - Host: Okay, well, it doesn't matter if you believe or not. Let me say that again. It doesn't matter if you believe or not. So your problem, by the way, for those that are listening to me that say, I don't believe the Bible. It doesn't matter if you believe or not. And you already know in your heart that it's true. Well, you say to yourself, well, it's man-made. No, it's not man-made, because it goes against all man's desires.
Speaker 1 - Host: You know it's true. And because you know it's true, you continuously, matter of fact, you prove the point that you know it's true by what you speak out against the Word of God, which you need to be careful of. Because when people get to that point, either they're going to get saved or they're coming to the end. Because the Lord will drop the plumb line in your life as it talks about in the book of Amos. I'm not going to let them do what they've done before. And he also said in the book of Genesis that I'm not going to strive with them all their days. There is a time where the Lord says no more. You're not promised tomorrow, today is the day.
Speaker 1 - Host: It doesn't matter if you believe or not, sir or ma'am, because you don't need to believe in trucks neither but what happens if you stand in front of one. You can say you don't believe it all day long. But when it hits you know that it's actually there. Well, that's the Word of God, because the Bible is no mere book. It's a living creature that conquers all that oppose it. So I'm trying to get you to understand, you better get on the right side of the tracks here for your own good and put yourself before the living God. See, because your problem, it's not an intellectual one. It's not an intellectual one.
Speaker 1 - Host: It's a moral one and you know it. You want to live your life in such a way where you don't have anybody telling you how you're supposed to live your life for your own good in the temporal and in the eternal. Let me say something to you really quick. The devils also believe, and tremble. Have you come now to the point where we can go back? Is it tells us two times in the book of Psalms, namely 14, one that I'm thinking of, that the fool is said in his heart, there is no God. Isn't it interesting what it says right after that? They have done abominable things.
Speaker 1 - Host: That's right. See, they have a dispensation where they can choose to do the wrong thing, but they want you to believe somehow or another that they can't choose to do the right thing. Nonsense. You made a choice. I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, my friends. I call heaven and earth to record this day against you that I've set before you life and death, both blessings and cursing, therefore choose life. And the only life that you're ever going to find is in Christ. And I said in Christ, you step into Christ, you put on Christ, you step into the room that he's in by putting him on, you press forward into him.
Speaker 1 - Host: You put on the robe of righteousness. Okay, let me go back to those that want to know if history teaches us that we reap what we sow. You ready for this? So I'm going to fire it off for you. When we look at sowing and reaping, The law of sowing and reaping. You remember Maxentius? He thought he was going to build a false bridge to drown Constantine, but did you know that he was drowned himself? There's Sultan Bajazet - or Bayezid - who was carried by Tamerlane in an iron cage which, according to the account I'm citing, he had intended for Tamerlane. See how that works, friends? You reap what you sow. Listen to me, those that are reaping a harvest that they chose not to reap. Let me talk to the evil and wicked who know all too well what they're doing, that are going headlong straight into hell: you reap what you sow.
Speaker 1 - Host: Maximinus had put out the eyes of thousands of Christians, and soon after, a fearful disease of the eyes broke out among his people, of which he himself died in great agony. Remember Valens? He caused about 80 Christians to be sent to sea in a ship and burned alive. He was defeated by the Goths and fled to a cottage. Guess what happened there, friends? He was burned alive. Friends, I want to stop there because this applies to understanding how your father is over you as being his children. When he keeps us hidden under the shadow of the Almighty and he says unto the wicked in the evil, you think you're going to go ahead and war against me and my children, you better think again because you're going to reap what you sow. That applies to them. But let me give you some encouragement, some assurance concerning what the Word of God says. It's a righteous thing with the Lord to recompense tribulation under those that trouble the righteous, is it true?
Speaker 1 - Host: Is the book of Psalms true? Absolutely 100%. Is it true in your life Bradley Dean? Yes it is. Yes it is. All politics aimed at the church will end up in self-destruction. Is it true? Oh 100%.
Speaker 1 - Host: Is that what the scripture teaches us 100%? Is the seed of the righteous forever? One hundred percent. Some of you that are hopeless and you say to yourself because you're looking at circumstance rather than Christ like Peter did when he looked at the tumultuous waves rather than the author and the finisher of his faith where he could walk in the water, do understand this, that you're in the position that you're in right now because of reaping and sowing. But also understand that you being his child doing all that you can do. Remember in the book of Isaiah, tell the righteous it will be well with them Woe unto the wicked! We have all the promises of Christ Jesus in us friends and through us for his namesake, we're in his hand. Jesus said, no man is able to pluck them out of my hand. Who's he talking about?
Speaker 1 - Host: Those that the Father has given me, none are able to take away from me. He said, I am with you until the end of time. And I want to add that to this. sparrow He knows the hairs of your head. All things are naked and open to the eyes with whom we have to do. the Bible says that he sits in the heavens and he beholds, oh man, all, not some. Well, that's beyond my understanding. Yep, that's what makes him God.
Speaker 1 - Host: Moving on, Alexander VI was poisoned by wine that he had prepared for another. Proving the proof that the proof is in the pudding concerning the law of sowing and reaping, Henry III of France was stabbed in the same chamber where he had helped to contrive the cruel massacre of French Protestants. I love the topic. Marie Antoinette, riding to Notre Dame Cathedral for her bridal procession, bade the soldiers command all those beggars and cripples and all those ragged people to leave the line of the procession. 'I don't want them to ruin my wedding.' See, because she couldn't endure the sight of the miserable ones. Soon after, she was bound in the executioner's cart, riding toward the place of execution amid crowds - those same individuals, those beggars, cripples, and ragged people that she wanted removed. As she was riding toward the place of her execution, those crowds gazed on her with hearts as cold as ice and as hard as granite.
Speaker 1 - Host: What about Foulon? He was asked how the starving populace was to live. He said, let them eat grass. It's the same thing that we're hearing from some of the people that you would call the world elites. They are not the world's elites. The devils that are doing what it is that the people en masse are allowing them to do. But again, I want you to understand, friends, many of the people that Americans are now submitting to do not understand that this same mindset concerning Foulon are the same mindset that many of the people that are wanting genocide concerning the people of this country hold today, which only proves the point, not only is the seed of the righteous forever because bad men have been here since day one, we can understand that the church is the anvil. Remember the hammer, which is the world equated to, is always replaced, but the church, the anvil is never replaced, friends.
Speaker 1 - Host: It sustains the Lord holds us in his hands, regardless of what's going on. Because when he said, touch not mine, anointed, he meant touch not mine anointed. But let me go back to this and bring up the point like Foulon when he said, let them eat grass. Folks, these same people are out there amongst us. These are the people that are out there covertly trying to scheme against us on a 24-7 basis. But I want them to understand, because I know they listen to me, when Foulon was asked how the starving populace was to live, what did he say? He said, let them eat grass. Sounds like Bill Gates, doesn't it?
Speaker 1 - Host: Afterwards, the mob maddened with rage caught him in the streets of Paris, hung him, stuck his head upon a pike and filled his mouth with grass. Don't tell me, friends, the law of sowing and reaping is not legitimate, absolutely 100%. I am going to end with this. And this is probably the most important, because when you're in this fight and when you're in this battle, these are the assurances that you want to have confidence in, because the Bible says in Proverbs 28:1, strong is the confidence of those that fear the Lord.
Speaker 1 - Host: Let's feel that. You guys all heard of Herod Antipas? And Herodias, they were responsible for the imprisonment and execution of John the Baptist. For all of you out there now, as we end this service today that think that somehow or another, you're going to go ahead and lay a finger on the children of the most high God, the one that lives forever more. The one that said, a hair of their head will not be lost. I want you to listen to me carefully, because this is a blessing for the church in a big way. Herod Antipas and Herodias, they were the ones responsible for the imprisonment and execution of John the Baptist. And Herod himself attempted to plot the death of Christ.
Speaker 1 - Host: Okay, that would have been their first and their last mistake. But in the summer of A.D. 39, did you know that Antipas, his money, his territory were turned over to Agrippa while he and his wife were sent to exile? And did you know that Antipas died miserably? Wow. Yep, you better be careful friends concerning the seeds that are sown in your life. This belongs to the good, bad and the indifferent.
Speaker 1 - Host: What about Pontius Pilate? You know, we heard about Jesus being crucified and all those effeminate Christians, nothing could be further from that truth. But we heard about all those men in the Bible that were martyred. Yeah, but did you ever take the time to see the history behind it, to understand what happened to the men that were used like Judas, the son of perdition? Isn't it interesting how the Bible tells us in the book of Acts after he tried to make amends after he understood that he actually delivered up innocent blood, the son of God? He wanted to give the 30 pieces of silver back. What if it was too late at that point? Jesus called him the son of perdition.
Speaker 1 - Host: That means it was predestinated. Okay, what does the Bible tell us? He went and hung himself, yeah. And the Bible says that his innards gushed out. How could we never highlight? How could the bad guys never contemplate that? Well, we need to remind them of just that. Pontius Pilate who washed his hands, he's going to act like he was innocent scourging His wife even had a vision saying, a just and holy man.
Speaker 1 - Host: He didn't want to listen to that. He was a people pleaser, much of what we see in politics today, right? He was a people pleaser and the chief Pharisees, the religious hypocrites of the day, along with the Herodians, move the people concerning Pontius by trying to manipulate him and just saying, listen, Jesus is calling himself a king. He's calling himself a king. And just by that alone, they made this up, of course, they put words into his mouth like they always did. And whoever makes himself a king is an enemy to Caesar. And we have no king but Caesar. That scared Pontius Pilate.
Speaker 1 - Host: And so he gave way to the voice of the people. And regardless if he washed his hands in that water, trying to act like he was innocent, it didn't fly. Why do I say that? Pontius Pilate, who handed Christ over to the Jews to be scourged and crucified, he fell under misfortunes in the reign of Caligula in AD 37 to 41. He was exiled, okay? He was sent into exile and to Gaul and eventually committed suicide there. Did you ever hear that story? Have we ever taken the time? [Brief phrase unclear.] The script got flipped.
Speaker 1 - Host: Exactly. It's after the church bears the cross to the degree that the Lord means to bring it, that the enemies are always going to pay for it. Just like Satan did on the cross, as a matter of fact, divinely that was the plan of the Lord. And it was Satan's great gamble to say, you know what? We need to get rid of him, crucify him. And the Bible says after the fact, had they known they would not have crucified the Lord of glory, that was the greatest loss that Satan brought upon himself. Why? Because the law of sowing and reaping, okay?
Speaker 1 - Host: Pontius Pilate commits suicide. Man, I never heard that. What about the Jews who were there and rejected Christ? They were the ones that said, 'His blood be upon us.' They were destroyed by Titus. Oh my goodness, I didn't know that. And Vespasian, his father in 70 AD, about 40 years after the passion of the Christ, that's the judgment that Jesus warned them of in Luke 13:34, but they didn't want to listen. And besides those that were destroyed by Vespasian after the passion of Christ - to the number, in the wording being read, of 1,100,000 - and besides those whom Vespasian slew in the subduing of Galilee, 17,000 were sold and sent into Egypt and other provinces to vile slavery.
Speaker 1 - Host: And 2,000 were brought with Titus into his triumph, of whom part he gave to be devoured by wild beasts in the Colosseum. Others, the account says, were otherwise most cruelly slain. What about the vain Senate of Rome? You'd better put this one up against who we are as a people, because this is what we've got coming right now if we tolerate it - or should I say, if we continuously tolerate it? The Senate of Rome, after being proposed to have Christ adored as God, rejected Him. They rejected Him, being content to have the emperor reign over them rather than the meek - power under control - King of Glory, the Son of God.
Speaker 1 - Host: What happened to them? They were [historical wording unclear] for their unjust refusal. Listen people, this is what's coming. You're going to be trapped for your unjust refusing to do what it is that's commanded of you. So the just permission of God stirred up their own emperors against them in such sort that the senators themselves were almost destroyed in the whole city most horribly afflicted for the space of almost 300 years. You reap what you sow. The law of sowing and reaping, it's the life that we all live. It happens on an individual basis and on a national basis. Okay, I was going to highlight France in the 1700s.
Speaker 1 - Host: Thomas Jefferson was asked to make distinction between American government during the founding era and that of French government. He said the differences between heaven and hell has anybody taken the time to see the revolution and what it brought in France? It's horrendous. It's something, it's the book of lamentations during that particular time. Folks, what was being brought there was a hell manifesting itself whereas the Lord was establishing righteousness in the heaven that He bestowed upon America. What have we done with what He's given unto us? Because Jesus says, speaking of the law of sowing and reaping: to whom much is given, much is required. We better understand that we are, if we allow the bad guys to sow on a national level, we as a people on a corporate basis are going to reap the same harvest with them.
Speaker 1 - Host: Okay? And that starts as an individual basis. If you've ever taken the time to look at the life of Jacob talking about reaping and sowing, oh my goodness, one lie, what did it start? Just one prime example. Or you can go to the monarchies, again, back in the day and I'm talking about from the present all the way back and understand what happened when they rejected Christ. There's the wrong way to go. But on a positive, what happened when they embraced Christ? Well, we've had the longest standing constitution 250 years, haven't we?
Speaker 1 - Host: Yep. And only the Lord can do that for us friends. No question about it. I got five minutes and I would just ask that you would consider this event that we just did in Johnstown, Colorado. I want to let you know. Those that support this ministry, if you didn't support us, we couldn't have done this event. If you didn't support us, we couldn't have done the last event. Where every month we're somewhere different ministering to a new group of people.
Speaker 1 - Host: This month, it was a whole mess of people in Johnstown, Colorado, our KHNC 1360 family. Okay, before that we found ourselves in Tennessee doing in studio with David Knight, preaching to the whole country through his platform. The month before that, I found myself unbeknownst to me until I got there, I was preaching to the Republican party who had no idea concerning their left hand from their right when it came to the constitution. If it wasn't for you supporting us, we could have never done that. For all of you that support the ministry, I want to say, and I know that there should be a lot more. And the reason I'm saying that is many of you are actually shouldering the burden of those that fail to sow into the ministry. And I'm not saying that as a guilt trip, I'm saying that is because my response was, Bradley, will you do church? Was yes.
Speaker 1 - Host: And we've been doing it for the last six to eight months now. But a small minority of you people out there are actually shouldering the burden of what so many more can bring about. And I'm saying this is a positive. God loves a cheerful giver. He who sows to the ministry, remember you're giving good seed unto us for the purpose of getting out there and doing what it is that we're doing. We're not like over here casting vision, saying this is what we're going to do and we get the support.
Speaker 1 - Host: Now we're walking by faith, expecting that people are going to support us in the process. And that's what's been going on for 30 years here. And I want to say to you, thank you, thank you very much. God loves a cheerful giver. Okay? And we know that when we sow unto righteousness, we're going to reap righteousness. And my prayer always back to those that support the ministry is that they first seek ye the kingdom of God and His righteousness and that they reap the goodness of what the Lord has promised into their lives concerning what it is that they need in their lives on an individual basis for a corporate, national purpose. You can go to on social media platforms, you can go right to the bottom where the comments section is, please.
