[00:00] Speaker 1: His words encouraged many to take up arms without resorting to mob violence, and he would go down in history as a leading patriot. John Hancock is noted for stating, "Resistance to tyranny becomes the Christian and social duty of each individual. Continue steadfast, and with the proper sense of your dependence on God, nobly defend those rights which Heaven gave and no man ought to take from us." James Otis Jr., also a Son of Liberty. He was a lawyer and a member of the Massachusetts Provincial Assembly. James Otis Jr. would become one of the leading members of the American Revolutionary cause. He is famous for coining the phrase, "Taxation without representation is tyranny," which would go on to become an anthem for patriot opposition to the crown. As a lawyer, Otis became enraged by British-imposed writs of assistance, which permitted British authorities to enter the house of a colonist without notice or probable cause.

[01:09] Speaker 1: In response to these writs, Otis gave a number of speeches speaking out against British exploitation of the colonists, and his words inspired many people to rise up against the tyranny of the crown. James stated, "The colonists are, by the law of nature, free-born, as indeed all men are. It is a clear truth that those who every day barter away other men's liberty will soon care little for their own." What of the famous Paul Revere? Did you know that he was also a Son of Liberty? Paul is infamous for the warning to the colonies, "The British are coming." We also have Isaiah Thomas, who was also a Son of Liberty. Isaiah was the first to read the Declaration of Independence in Massachusetts. Then we have Joseph Warren, again who was also a Son of Liberty. He was the president of the Massachusetts Revolutionary Congress, Revolutionary War general, and established man of medicine. Joseph Warren was also a leading activist in the war cause of the 1770s.

[02:25] Speaker 1: On April 18th, 1775, he dispatched Paul Revere and William Dawes to ride to Lexington in secret to warn John Hancock and Samuel Adams of their pending arrest by British troops, and to alert the militia along the way that the British were on the move. During the war, Warren fell in battle, and this moment was immortalized in a painting by John Trumbull called The Death of General Warren. Then we have Benjamin Rush, a Son of Liberty, the founder of Dickinson College in Pennsylvania, signatory to the Declaration of Independence, and Founding Father of the United States. Benjamin Rush is certainly one of the more famous voices of the Revolution. Incredibly outspoken, Rush would make many friends, and even enemies, and his words would affect great movements towards opposition to Great Britain. Also, Thomas Paine looked to Rush when he was drafting his treaties in favor of the Revolutionary War.

[03:32] Speaker 1: A truly learned man, Rush would join the medical committee of the Continental Congress, taking on a more practical role as well as a political one. Benjamin Rush said of himself, "I have alternately been called an aristocrat and a democrat." He said, "I am neither. I'm a Christocrat." Especially on issues he deemed to be unfair to the American colonists. His strong leadership inspired the New England colonies to take up arms against their oppressors, and he continued to be a central figure throughout the latter part of the 18th century. After the war was over, Adams would go on to become a delegate for Massachusetts to the Continental Congress, and fourth governor of Massachusetts. Despite his unusual sense of morality, Adams' charisma and motivational abilities opened many doors for him throughout his lifetime, and he would cause great change in whatever endeavors he attended to. Also, take note that Samuel Adams also established the Committees of Correspondence in 1772.

[04:55] Speaker 1: Now, the purpose of the Boston Committee of Correspondence was to prepare a statement of the rights of the colonists and of this province in particular as men, as Christians, and as subjects, prepare a declaration of the infringement of those rights, and prepare a letter to be sent to... Here we go. Lower the law and you dim the light by which man perceives his guilt. This is a very serious loss to the sinner rather than a gain, for it lessens the likelihood of his conviction and conversion. I say that you have deprived the Gospel of its ablest auxiliary, its most powerful weapon, when you have set aside the law of God. You have taken away from it the schoolmaster that is to bring men to Christ. They will never accept grace till they tremble before a just and a holy law. Therefore, the law serves as a most necessary purpose and must not be removed from its place. The law cuts into the core of evil. It reveals the seat of malady and informs us that the leprosy lies deep within.

And again, people don't understand that they're commanded by God to know the doctrines, and when you look at, for example, common law, uh, I believe Tim just talked about this the other day, but people wanna know, "Well, what does common law have to do with who we are?" Well, the common law, friends, uh, here, let me just, let me just go ahead and kick this off here for you since we're talking about it, right? Since that popped up.

[10:40] Speaker 1: The Ten Commandments have historically, they have historically influenced Western legal traditions, showing the people the right and the wrongs as to what's acceptable before the Lord as the Lord teaches us, Deuteronomy 25:1, as to how we're to condemn the wicked and to justify the righteous, and the law and the knowledge of His law brings the knowledge of sins, Roman 3:20, and what is sin? 1 John 3:4. To what? To make distinction between good and evil. Folks, that is premised on the Ten Commandments of God. It has historically influenced we- Western legal traditions, including common law, particularly through moral concepts prohibiting murder, theft, and perjury. While some argue that they are, um, the foundation of American law, many legal scholars argue that this influence is indirect, with common law largely originating from customs and not directly from the Decalogue. The Torah, the five books of Moses.

[11:39] Speaker 1: Well, folks, the only ones that are arguing against who we are are the secular humanists, and they don't have a voice. Why? Because they don't have a legal standing. Let me say it this way (laughs) . When we look at the courts, when we look at those that, again, swear to uphold the laws, what do they do? They put their hand on the Bible. When you look at a judge, and I've heard this is becoming common, where you have judges in the court saying that you're not gonna make reference to the Word of God, because if you do, we're just gonna cast the case out. Are you kidding me? Why is it then that the person stands up, puts their hand in the air, swearing to God they'll tell the truth and the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me God? And aren't those judges, before they serve we the people, don't they put their hand on the Bible to swear to uphold the enumerated laws found within? See, it just shows you people how easily the people are swayed.

[12:34] Speaker 1: It's nonsense, because if it wasn't for God's moral law, they wouldn't be sitting on a bench making distinction by discovering what the law says and applying what the law says.Secular humanism has no place here, but again, the point that we're making is common law and the 10 Commandments, of course. That's all you have to do is go back to Williamsburg and understand that they premised our system of government on canonical law, is what it's called. Okay? So you're not gonna separate the two. But I'm saying this for the very purpose, again friends, that we need to get back to, again, what we're gonna be talking about here. We have our modern day politicians doing their best to war against, to up, upend what it is that our forefathers established. I also want to reiterate the point that people, you, you all the well know, all of you loyal listeners, and there's a lot of you out there, you already know friends, our rights do not come from the generosity of the state.

[13:36] Speaker 1: They, again, work for us. We do not work for them. They receive delegated authority from us as to what they can do concerning the def- definitions of their work detail. Nothing more and nothing less. That's the defined scope of authority that's been given to them by the people. Where do our rights come from? They come from the Lord. And as again, Charles D. Montesquieu said, "Liberty is the right to do what the law permits." So as long as we're doing that which the Lord permits concerning the rights that he gave us, he gave us a right to do what he permits, not to do what he does not permit. But yet a people, if we would wake up to this and understand that we have a duty and an obligation, uh, before God and man to simply right these wrongs, these simple elementary fundamental, uh, expositions that we kick off during these little rants between breaks, friends, wouldn't even, again, need to be given.

[14:32] Speaker 1: But since we can see that's exactly what's going on, the representative limited government is now asking us to give up our God-given rights. So let's get to this. This is Donald Trump. He said, "I'm working very hard with our great speaker, Mike Johnson..." He's a Judas, by the way. I don't know that I need to tell anybody that. "... along with Chairman Jim Jordan..." Ev- uh, every one of these guys are caught up in sexual scandal, by the way. "...

[22:13] Speaker 1: and Chairman Rick Crawford to get a clean extension of FISA 702 through the House of Representatives this week." He said, "I'm asking Republicans to unify and vote together on the test vote to bring a clean Bill to the floor." Without pork, right? Uh, "We need to stick together when this Bill comes before the House Rules Committee today to keep it clean." So folks, you can rest assured, mark my words, it's gonna be just the opposite. But he goes on. "When the dirty cop, James Comey..." who he failed to br- uh, bring forth to justice. Don't forget about that. He said, "The failed head of the FBI, an unconstitutional agency, went after me." Nonsense, friends. He said the same thing about Facebook going after him and censoring him. Do you guys all remember this? Yup, and then just recently, he appoints none other than Mark Zuckerberg.

[23:05] Speaker 1: Okay, so folks, you gotta understand, this is all, uh, a, a bunch of jesters and clowns in the circus of politics doing their best concerning this dog and pony show, using the stage that they have been given to distract and deceive the American people. That's what it is going on. He's talking about how, "The dirty cop, James Comey..." who's still not been brought to justice. Uh, he said, "The FISA Title I, the domestic collection, not FISA 702, the foreign collection, which needs to be extended today, well, parts of FISA were illegally and unfortunately used against me in the Democrats' disgraceful witch hunt and attack in the Russia, Russia hoax, and perhaps would be used against me in the future," he said. "I'm willing to risk the giving up of my rights and privileges as a citizen for our great military and country. Our military patriots desperately need FISA 702." Isn't that interesting? D- Have you paid attention, friends, to the double talk?

[24:09] Speaker 1: Did you pay attention to that Donald Trump, the, the said president of the United States of America, uh, who said, out of his own mouth, uh, that he has, uh, the DOJ in his hand and he can do whatever he wants to do with the Department of Justice, but that's all he does as the said president, is sit there and magnify the criminals that he failed to bring to justice? Do you understand? Now, if you read Psalm 12:8, you'll perfectly understand all the more as to how this is all being played out. They're all wearing the same jersey. They're in the club, friends, that you and I are not a part of. It's all about deceiving and pillaging the American people, and that's why, in fact, you are up to 40...... trillion dollars in deficit, say they. Do I believe that? No, I don't believe that. But I believe that they're trying to enslave you, your kids, your grandkids, your great-grandkids. That's what they want. Just ask the Zionist friends, because that's exactly what it's about.

[25:13] Speaker 1: Now, in saying that, he's asking us to give up. He's asking, uh, his idolators, Acts 12:22, to blindly rally behind him in following through with his lead by saying, not stand up and fight for our God-given rights the way that our forefathers did. No, let's go ahead and forfeit, let's go ahead and give up those essential God-given rights for the good of everybody else. Folks, that's communism. That is communism from A to Z. I, I, I don't know how it's, how to explain that one to you, friends, but that is giving and relinquishing and forfeiting your God-given rights to another power that means to tighten the noose that's around your neck right now. Does that sound presidential to you or does that sound like something a traitor would say to you? Because I'm here to tell you that slaves are made in such ways. Slaves are made in such ways, people. And that's exactly what he intends to do. Now, let's go on the other side of that.

[26:18] Speaker 1: I took the time to go to the end of the Declaration of Independence, and I want you to listen carefully, because four times in the Declaration of the Independence did our forefathers make reference to the Lord. And at the very end of the Declaration of Independence, the script, what does it say? "And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honors." What are they doing? Just the exact opposite. They're saying, "Let's desecrate those in the blood of those that sacrificed themselves to give us the freedoms in which we have." Why? Because so that we can make fortune off of their back, like they do. Just ask Mileikowski. And our sacred honor, and I say in reverse compared to what you see, compared to our forefathers, what do they say today? "And our disgraceful conduct." Because, friends, that is exactly what it is that you're dealing with.

We're talking about, uh, how today's said representatives are now asking us to give up our God-given rights. And more in particular, Donald Trump, okay? I, I mean, this is the guy that talks about our purified democracy. We're a Constitutional republic, right? You guys all remember when, uh, I got a friend out in Wisconsin, he's a preacher, and nobody stands against this gu- next guy that I'm gonna highlight, uh, more than him in Wisconsin. And, uh, matter of fact, Charlie Kirks TPUSA, I don't know if you guys know this or not, uh, but a good portion of that organization is stacked with sodomites, homosexuals, and always has been.

[34:49] Speaker 1: This guy named Scott Pressler, Fox News has been promoting him like crazy, and he's being promoted by those that are claiming to be Christians. So they're advocating and they're promoting what God clearly condemns. What am I talking about? Well, what does it say in Leviticus 18:22? It says, "Thou shall not lie with mankind as with womankind. It's an abomination." Well, what does it say in 20:13? The same thing. What does it say in, uh, Jude 1:7? The same thing. What does it say in Romans 1:26? The same thing. What does it say in 1 Corinthians 6:9? The same thing. So the Lord condemns it 33 times in the Bible, but here's Fox News playing the conservatives of the day because the people don't know the difference, and what are they doing? They're promoting what God condemns. It's just that simple.

I've done them before, but I noticed that Scott was there and I noticed all these said conservative Christians that were getting behind Scott. Okay? And you're gonna understand more so as I play him so you can hear him, how offensive he is, him and his boyfriend. But what's crazy is this individual came back to me, I said, "Why are y- why do you have Scott Pressler there?" I said, "Did you know that Charlie Kirks TPUSA gave him $5 million? A youth organization had $5 million in reserve to promote a man like this that the Lord calls an abomination?" And you know what she said?

These are the people that spit up against Heaven. And you better bet your bottom dollars when you advocate for what God condemns, when they spit towards Heaven, you're all gonna fall with those that are doing the spitting towards Heaven. But I wanna show you again how the young people are speaking up against what's going on. Changing topics. They're spraying chemicals like mad.

[38:54] Speaker 1: In all the states that have now forbidden chemtrails or geoengineering, uh, Deuteronomy 28:24, they're spraying harder than they ever have been before. So, the governors can put up false pretenses and they can disguise themselves as the righteous ones fighting for the American people, but I think these dummies ought to take the time and understand, they're breathing the same air that we all are. But they don't think that through, but someone might wanna tell 'em. Listen to this. This is the voice of the young.

These are toxic trails that will stay on for a while and slowly make their way down to our food and on us. And they found traces of aluminum, barium, graphene, and other toxic metals. There's been tons of whistleblowers, from the EPA, the US military, there's been pilots, and even people that would fill up the canisters that came forward, but still, our elected officials aren't doing anything about it. Look up. They're still poisoning us as we speak, and for what? If you listen to David Keith on Stephen Colbert or Al Gore on Ellen DeGeneres, they all say it's to mitigate the effects of global warming.

[40:15] Speaker 9: But now that we know it's a scam, we have to look at who benefits, because there is always the version of the public to absorb to keep us dumb and docile, and then there's the real reason why they're doing it that most people can't accept. And to protect the power structure, you cannot have a healthy, aware, empowered, united population. The sun gives us life and joy, but they're blocking it. Organic food and water gives us health, but they're poisoning it. And then we wonder why cancer rates are through the roof. Every time we see one of these planes murdering us, our local official office should be flooded with phone calls and complaints until something changes, because the respect we will get is in direct correlation with the respect we have for ourselves.

And the Lord says that needs to be disenrolled, but that comes from the people that are being poisoned. But that's not what the people do. Does it stop there? No, we already know about said vaccines. We already know the dangers of vaccines. We can take that to scripture. Uh, John 10:10, Leviticus 17:11 and 19:19, okay? We're not supposed to do it. But they keep trying to put themselves in the position of being God.

[41:37] Speaker 1: But I wanna bring it a step further so you can understand that, do you realize that even the clothes that you buy, do you realize going to babies because the American people have tolerated their government to murder 80 million of their own children in this country? Do you realize, and as I've said before, you're gonna reap what you sow, America? And it's coming now. The chickens are coming home to roost in a big way. Galatians 6, 7, 8, and 9. Do you know that they're poisoning, uh, socks for babies and clothing for babies? Listen to this.

But you can put chemicals on anything, and they do.

There's no such thing as a gun-free zone in America, but somehow or another, again, failure to the American people to take the time to read the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights, the, the, the God-given rights, the thou shall nots, uh, they've allowed them to go ahead and legislate, listen to this, legislate away the pith and marrow of law that ensures our God-given rights when it comes to the Second Amendment.

[51:39] Speaker 1: The American people need to get on the offense and hold every single said legislator, as they like to be called, uh, that is actually, uh, a part of creating that policy that undermined our Second Amendment, and we need to hold them accountable for all of the murders that have taken place in gun-free zones. Because, again, that sets the record straight, and how is it that they can, but the said, uh, uh, constituents can't when they represent we the people? And what am I talking about? How is it that they can legislate what they call gun control, trying to disarm the American people, those that they work for, but somehow or another, they're granted armed security detail? Again, you're setting yourself up for absolute control here when you even feed into any of this nonsense, because it's criminal at every given step. I'll give you the last word, Craig.

And then what they do is once the crime's committed, you know what they do?

Do we just let them do whatever they do and let them do whatever they wanna do so they can get away with whatever you let them get away with? Is that what you do, Americans? No, it's when the, when the, uh, people fear the government, you have tyranny. See, but what happens to a righteous, educated people, where the government fears the people, guess what they have? They have liberty. That's what they have. They have liberty. Not the other way around. Hey, folks. It was like what, uh, Samuel Adams said, and I, and I'm pulling it up, even, even as I'm speaking now, and I'm just hoping that I'm on the other side or the right side of this, but I pulled it up earlier concerning what it is that he had to say. Hey, folks.

[01:02:59] Speaker 1: They mean to dummy the people down because those dummied down individuals, those are the ones that they control, and that's what they bank on, are the people that have been dent, desensitized and literally dummied down. That is not a joke. That is absolutely, 100% true. And again, that reverts back to Hosea 4:6. "My people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge." Because once you become educated to understand what's going on, those people are not gonna be easily overcome. I mean, the American people today, if you ask eight out of 10, in a, just a, a setting, a public setting, what form of government we've been given, eight out of 10, if not nine out of 10, if not 10 out of 10, will reply with what Donald Trump continuously reminds them, of what we are not. And they will say, "Well, we're a democracy." No, we're not. Hey, folks. The deterioration of every government begins with the decay of principles on which it was founded.

[01:04:08] Speaker 1: So what happens when you depart from the Word of God, just like it tells us in Proverbs 13:13. "Those that despise the Word of God destroyeth their own souls." Well, if that's the case, on a personal level, how much more when it comes to our homes, our communities, our cities and our states? How much more? It's something for people to understand, that common sense comes into play. Hey, friends. Uh, business owners. Are they the dummies or the one, are they the ones that thought things through? Uh, who has taken advantage of the opportunities that have been given them concerning righteousness or unrighteousness, the company owner or the employee? Okay? So you have to understand, in this country, friends, you're the ones that are supposed to be smarter than your said representatives, and they're supposed to rise to the level of expectation as well. Samuel Adams said this. He said, "It is in the interest of tyrants to reduce the people to ignorance and vice." Ignorance and vice.

[01:05:12] Speaker 1: Demoralize them. "For they cannot live in any country where virtue and knowledge prevails." And yet, though you have the knowledge, the information, which is the knowledge, to become a virtuous people. Because again, if I can separate you and demoralize you from your union with Christ, said Christians, the enemy controls you. And that's at the end aim of what it's all about, and that's how the entertainers have made so much money and that's why you've lost so much control in this country as we know it. Going back to what Donald Trump said, we need to give up some of our rights, friends. Politicians, bureaucrats, especially judges would have you believe that too much freedom will result in chaos. Nonsense. Therefore, by the way, the only ones creating con, uh, uh, chaos here in the country, it, it's your said representatives. They're to maintain order. They're the ones that are creating disorder, right?

[01:06:09] Speaker 1: Therefore, we should gladly give up some of our rights, say they, for the good of the community. So in other words, people acting in the name of government say, "We need more laws or more jurors to enforce these laws." No, that hasn't worked. If you're tired of man's 10,000 commandments, get back to God's 10. Just the opposite. But if, even if we have to give up some rights, say they, in the process they believe the more laws we have, the more control, thus a better society. No. The more laws we have, say they, gives them more control that's wielded over the s- the people, basically, namely the constituents in this country. And yet, they wanna sell to you it becomes a better society the more control that they have. This theory, as they say, may sound good on paper, and apparently many of our said representatives think this way, as evidenced by the thousands, literally, of new laws that are added to the books each year in this country.

[01:07:03] Speaker 1: I wanna, I wanna reiterate this as well and clarify the point. They're not laws. They're policies, and the policies that they're creating are undermining our laws, again, because the people don't take the time to know the difference. But no matter how cleverly this Marxist argument is made, the hard fact that whenever you give up a right, you lose a free choice. And so what, what does this do? It just adds to another control, and control's real name is bondage. Right? The logical conclusion would be that if giving up some rights produces a better society, then by giving up all rights, we could produce the perfect society. We could chain everybody to a tree for the lack of trust. Well, again, this may prevent a crime, but it would destroy, it would prevent a crime, but it would destroy privacy, which is the heartbeat of freedom. It would also destroy trust, which is the foundation of dignity.

[01:07:55] Speaker 1: Do you like it when you're around people that don't trust you, especially if they have no cause not to trust you? Yeah, me, me neither. Rather than giving up rights, we should be giving up wrongs. See, the opposite of control is chaos. More laws do not make fewer criminals. We must give up wrongs, not rights, for a better society. William Pitt of the British House of Commons once proclaimed that "Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom." And this is all we see falling from the corrupt lips of politicians all day long, both in federal and state governments today. Let me say it again. "Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants and it is the creed of slaves." Let me ask you something, friends. Which one do you prefer? Because really, honestly, the choice is up to you.

[01:08:47] Speaker 1: Either you're going to right the wrongs and deal with those that are wronging the rights or attempting to wrong the rights by righting those wrongs, or else you're just gonna be overthrown. There is no in-between. So either we're gonna go back to the old past, we're gonna take the time to understand what our forefathers established, and we're gonna live according to the Word of God and the US Constitution. And when we do that and me- we mean what we say, then what's gonna happen, you're gonna start to hear the knees knocking concerning the tyrants that mean to control every facet of your lives.
