Ep242, How To Have Gods Life Living In You, Part 140, Onward Christian Soldiers: Faith, Homeschooling, Persecution, Propaganda, and the Call to Stand Firm

A Call for Christian Unity

Tony Alamo opens by identifying the episode as Part 140 of How to Have God’s Life Living in You and program 242. He begins with prayer and then introduces “Onward, Christian Soldiers” as the central theme for the message. Alamo says Christians should not fight one another and condemns churches that repeat rumors and accusations they have heard from media sources. He frames attacks on his church as spiritual warfare and warns that falsely labeling Spirit-filled believers as a cult or sect can amount, in his theology, to blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.

Homeschooling, Government, and Cultural Conflict

A major portion of the program focuses on homeschooling, California legislation, the United Nations, public education, and sexual morality. Alamo has an assistant read headlines and excerpts about SB 1441, California Christians being urged to remove children from public schools, homeschoolers being portrayed as terrorists, and fathers allegedly being jailed for homeschooling. He interprets these stories as evidence of a larger world-government system hostile to biblical Christianity. He repeatedly links those political concerns to his beliefs about the Vatican, Roman authority, sexual ethics, and the erosion of parental control over children’s education.

Salvation, Sin, and the Holy Spirit

Alamo then returns to a theological explanation of salvation and sanctification. He rejects “once saved, always saved,” arguing instead that Christians are expected to stop practicing sin after conversion. He says the law functions as a schoolmaster by identifying sin, bringing conviction, and leading people to call on Christ for salvation. In his teaching, the Father and Son then live within believers by the Holy Spirit, giving them the power to obey God. He connects this theme with the two witnesses of Revelation 11, arguing that people who love sin often hate those who preach repentance.

Responding to Accusations and Defending His Ministry

The episode also continues Alamo’s response to accusations he says have been circulated by Pastor Roger Mixon, Fairland Church, the media, and government authorities. He says he has faced more than 100 legal cases and claims he prevailed in them, while critics repeat the accusations without mentioning outcomes he considers favorable. He denies owning church property personally and describes himself as a target of government retaliation and media propaganda. He also recounts his earlier career in the health-club industry and uses those experiences to support his claim that he has substantial business and public experience outside ministry.

Fouke, Community Support, and Security

Alamo spends significant time describing his church’s relationship with Fouke, Arkansas. He says the church donated money for a public park, contributed toward a Jaws of Life rescue device, and obtained a large generator during an ice storm that helped restore water and electricity. He contrasts those acts with what he describes as recent hostility, including a bullet through a church window, threats against security guards, speeding vehicles near children, racial slurs, and angry public meetings. He says security was hired to protect families and record license plates, and he criticizes nearby church members whom he accuses of racism, hatred, and possible Ku Klux Klan associations.

Standing Firm and Turning to Christ

The program closes by returning to the idea that Christians must stand firmly with Christ rather than compromise with what Alamo calls Antichrist systems. He argues that people must remove propaganda from their minds and “put on the mind of Christ.” He then leads listeners through a salvation prayer affirming Jesus as the Son of God, His crucifixion, shed blood, resurrection, and the promise that those who call on the Lord will be saved. After giving ministry contact information and the program number, he closes with a performance of “I’ll Walk with God,” reinforcing the episode’s emphasis on faith, obedience, perseverance, and spiritual allegiance.

Onward Christian Soldiers: Faith, Homeschooling, Persecution, Propaganda, and the Call to Stand Firm

Speaker Identification

Speaker 1 – Host / Preacher, Tony Alamo

The speaker identifies himself at the beginning as “World Pastor Tony Alamo” and states that this is Part 140 of How to Have God’s Life Living in You, program 242. He delivers nearly the entire sermon, comments on news and political issues, responds to accusations from area churches, discusses homeschooling, sexuality, government, the Vatican, persecution, salvation, and closes with a prayer and ministry contact information.

Speaker 2 – Reader / Assistant

A second voice appears when Tony Alamo asks someone to read article headlines and excerpts, including material about California legislation, homeschooling, and a federally funded emergency exercise. The assistant’s name is not clearly stated in this episode, so no name has been assigned.

Speaker 3 – Recorded / Musical Performance

The program includes Tony Alamo’s recorded performance of “Onward, Christian Soldiers” near the beginning and “I’ll Walk with God” at the end. The automated transcription of both songs contains garbled lyrics, so the songs are preserved as musical segments with only clearly intelligible lines retained.

..............

Speaker 1 – Host / Preacher, Tony Alamo:

Hello again. This is World Pastor Tony Alamo.

Today we’re doing Part 140 of How to Have God’s Life Living in You, program number 242.

If you’d like a copy of it, we’ll share four different ways you can receive a copy on CD or audio tape. You have to specify what you want. Postage and handling are taken care of.

If you get copies, you may have a Sunday school or a church, and I’m sure the people in the church would like to know these things because, in my view, they’re not being said anywhere else.

Let’s right now go up to the throne of the Lord and ask Him to bless this service.

Father, bless this service. Anoint everything that is said. Let it be directly from Your mouth into mine and to the ears of the people in radio land and in churches everywhere.

Lord, let souls be saved and let the churches be edified.

I ask it in Jesus’ name.

Now we have a song that I’m going to sing today, and it’s something everybody not only has to hear but has to do.

We have to be an army—the Christians—and we need not fight each other.

We’ve got slander that different churches pass out on different people.

What they do is pick up rumors, propaganda, and lies from the news media, and because they don’t know the Bible, they think it is smart to pass those things on.

What you people in churches are doing, in my view, is passing along rumors, propaganda, and gossip that you hear from what I call the mouth of Satan in the news media.

Then you become, in my theology, part of the body of the Antichrist.

I’m not saying these things to make you feel bad.

I’m saying them because I want you to escape hell and the lake of fire.

I do not believe you can attack true Christians and get by with it.

You may think you’re getting by with it here on Earth, and you may make your congregation think you’re a big man because you’re coming against what I believe is a mighty work of God.

But I say you’re going to be in hot water with the Lord.

When you say that people who belong to the Lord—people who have Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God, living in them with the Father by the Spirit—are a cult, a sect, or a compound instead of a church, I believe you risk blaspheming the Holy Spirit.

I teach that blasphemy of the Holy Spirit has no forgiveness in this world or the world to come.

Now I have a song I sang and recorded several years ago.

I believe it was at a studio associated with Porter Wagoner, though the exact studio name is garbled in the transcript.

Porter was a good friend of mine, and as far as I know, he was a good Christian man.

Let’s play this song: “Onward, Christian Soldiers.”

I want all of you to get in line with Him.

The message is about Christians being persecuted, tortured, committed to mental institutions, accused of brainwashing and mind control.

Arise, Christian America.

The King is coming.

Hold fast.

The day of the Lord is here.

Speaker 3 – Recorded / Musical Performance:

Tony Alamo performs “Onward, Christian Soldiers.”

The automated transcript contains heavily garbled lyrics, but the recurring theme is marching together under the cross of Jesus and standing united as the Church of God.

Speaker 1 – Host / Preacher, Tony Alamo:

That’s right.

I say the United Nations is part of the problem.

I believe there is no longer a truly independent United States of America because we willingly placed ourselves under what I call a revived Roman Empire and one-world government.

I say we placed ourselves under another system of law.

The world-government system, in my view, is moving against homeschooling.

I have heard reports of fathers being jailed for homeschooling because governments want children taught what I call an Antichrist curriculum.

I say they want children taught that the Bible is wrong or evil.

I say they want schools to normalize same-sex relationships in ways I believe contradict Scripture.

There was a California law signed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Let’s read the headline.

Speaker 2 – Reader / Assistant:

“Governor Schwarzenegger Signs Bill Targeting People of Faith.”

Speaker 1 – Host / Preacher, Tony Alamo:

Speaker 2 – Reader / Assistant:

“Governor Schwarzenegger signed SB 1441 into law today. SB 1441 would require all businesses and organizations receiving funding from the state to condone homosexuality, bisexuality, and transsexuality or lose state funding.”

Speaker 1 – Host / Preacher, Tony Alamo:

That’s what the article says.

I interpret this as evidence that world government is in charge.

I say people have placed themselves under what I call Vatican or Roman rule.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was associated in business with Sylvester Stallone.

A friend of mine had video stores in Houston, Texas, and he told me Stallone appeared in homosexual films.

Schwarzenegger and Stallone were involved with Planet Hollywood.

They opened a Planet Hollywood in a Nashville building that, according to me, had previously housed the Alamo of Nashville after the government took that property away.

Then Planet Hollywood went bankrupt.

I have made accusations about the sexual orientation of Schwarzenegger and Stallone based on what I heard and on their political views.

Those are my statements.

In my theology, you are either with the Lord or against Him.

I believe Scripture condemns homosexual conduct.

I also want people to know that I do not own church property.

The press says I own the churches, but I say I don’t own anything.

There was an article recently that referred to “Alamo Church property.”

I say I do not own any church property.

I do not own the house I am in.

Different properties are owned by people in the church or outside the church, and some are rented.

Nothing is in my name.

Now what is this next article?

Speaker 2 – Reader / Assistant:

“U.N. Making Homeschooling Illegal.”

Speaker 1 – Host / Preacher, Tony Alamo:

So this article says the United Nations is making homeschooling illegal.

People say, “We have the U.S. Constitution.”

I say you gave away your sovereignty when you chose to join international systems.

President Eisenhower took command of NATO forces.

I also say General Douglas MacArthur and General George Patton were removed because they were winning for America and political leaders wanted an international system instead.

I repeat things because most people, in my opinion, do not have much of an attention span.

I may have told you this in the last two messages, but by now, I say, most of you have forgotten because so much of what you know is propaganda.

You have received chaff—worthless, untruthful material—into your mind all your life.

Then thorns, thistles, and weeds come out.

If you want to enter the Kingdom of Heaven and escape hell and the lake of fire, you have to receive what I call truth: the Word of God.

I believe the Word of God is against what this government and the United Nations are doing, especially anything that would prevent parents from teaching their children at home.

I believe the Vatican promotes teachings about sexuality that contradict Scripture.

I accuse the Roman Catholic system of hypocrisy and of trying to normalize homosexuality, lesbianism, and child molestation so that its own leaders are not condemned.

I say it accuses everybody else of being a cult or sect while, in my view, it is itself the world’s most dangerous cult.

I interpret the Bible as calling that system Antichrist and saying it is powered by the great red dragon, the devil.

I say you are listening to them.

Again, the claim is that the United Nations is making laws against homeschooling.

I say you no longer have your Constitution in the way you think you do.

When the United States gave itself over to world government, in my view, it put itself under Roman Empire rule.

I say people were propagandized into believing America could not win wars without allies like France, Russia, or England.

But after Pearl Harbor, the United States was angry and determined.

I compare American fighting spirit at that time to the fighting spirit of Israel.

Israel has a small strip of land and has faced enemies for years.

Benjamin Netanyahu appeared on television, and I heard him say that persecuting Jews had become almost a sport for the world.

The transcript around that quote is garbled, but that was the point I took from it.

I say persecution of Christians works similarly.

This anti-Christ, anti-Christian, anti-Bible conflict did not begin yesterday.

I accuse the Catholic system of persecuting and killing Christians historically.

If you are a Christian soldier, I say you ought to band together with true Christians instead of fighting them.

But churches in this area are fighting us.

There is Fairland Church and a United Pentecostal Church whose pastor is Roger Mixon.

He is passing out literature listing things I have been accused of.

What he does not show, I say, are newspaper headlines reporting that charges were dropped or that I won in court.

He says I was accused of child abuse.

I say those charges were dropped because they were false.

Then he says I was a fugitive, running from the law.

I deny that.

I say the very system called “the law” is now connected with the United Nations and the system that wants to stop you from homeschooling and wants to train children according to what I call Vatican values.

I say public schools teach children to honor government over parents.

My interpretation of prophecy is that one-world government and the religious system based in Rome receive their authority from the great red dragon, the devil.

So I ask: is that where you want to send your children?

I say the government wants children taught that homosexuality, lesbianism, and fornication are acceptable.

I say they hand out condoms and encourage sexual activity.

Then, if girls become pregnant, I say they are encouraged to obtain abortions without involving their parents.

My reading of the Bible is that sons and daughters are under the jurisdiction and guidance of fathers and mothers, not an Antichrist government.

I believe the Lord wants us consecrated away from Satan.

Again, because I think people’s attention spans are limited, I’m going to have the headline read again.

Speaker 2 – Reader / Assistant:

“U.N. Making Homeschooling Illegal.”

Speaker 1 – Host / Preacher, Tony Alamo:

Why would homeschooling be illegal if you are using curriculum that was once approved by American government and is biblically correct?

My answer is because, in my theology, the system opposing it is of the devil.

You cannot make peace with the devil.

Truth and lies do not mix.

The Bible says let your “yes” be yes and your “no” be no.

You have to choose whom you are going to serve.

Will you serve what I call world government, Antichrist, and the great red dragon, or the Lord?

The Lord says if you are not with Him, you are against Him.

And if you are against Him, I say you will not win.

I believe pestilences and judgments in the world come because people reject God.

Christ came into the world, died, and shed His blood so you could escape hell and the lake of fire.

The Lord has made a way of escape, and people reject it.

You have to make a move.

At this point, the government may still allow Christian schools.

But I say many public schools teach a Roman, anti-Bible curriculum.

And there are also Christian schools that I believe teach false doctrine.

For example, I strongly reject the doctrine often summarized as “once saved, always saved.”

I know some Baptists and others may hate me for saying that, but I am telling you what I believe Scripture says.

I do not believe the Lord forgives all past, present, and future sins in advance regardless of what you later do.

I believe the Lord forgives your former sins and tells you to “go and sin no more.”

I teach that if a saved person willfully returns to sin, the later condition can become worse than the first.

Before salvation, you still had a chance to repent and be saved.

But I interpret Scripture as warning that when a person returns deliberately to sin, seven worse spirits can return with the one previously cast out, and restoration can become impossible.

Christ died once.

He is not going to die over and over for willful rebellion.

He kept every commandment in a human body.

He died on the cross in obedience to the Father.

He committed no sin.

His blood is sufficient, in my teaching, to wash away former sins and sins of ignorance.

Why are people angry with me?

I say some have blasphemed the Holy Spirit and do not want to hear this.

Some want me dead.

Two of the most respected people in the prophetic end-time story, as I read it, are the two witnesses in Revelation 11.

The world hates them because their gospel torments people who do not want to repent.

The great red dragon kills them.

They lie in the street for three days and nights.

The world celebrates because the witnesses are dead and people think they no longer have to hear preaching against sin.

Then God raises the two witnesses to their feet.

The point is that people love sin and hate anyone who says you cannot practice sin and enter heaven.

The first and greatest commandment is to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength.

I say most people in the world do not do that.

The Bible says if you break one commandment, you become guilty of breaking the law.

So people ask, “How can I stop sinning? How can I have power not to sin?”

The law came through Moses.

The law is good because it acts like a schoolmaster.

It tells you what sin is.

You come under conviction.

You cry out to the Lord for salvation.

Then He saves your soul.

According to my teaching, the Father and the Son enter you by the Holy Spirit.

Then you have the power to stop sinning.

That is marvelous because now you know you have God’s power in you.

How can God’s power fit in you?

Think about this.

I believe the Holy Spirit upholds the entire world.

The planets are suspended in space.

I believe God’s Word holds them there because He commanded them to remain in their places and move as He designed.

The exact astronomical description in the raw transcript is confused, but my theological point is that creation obeys God’s Word.

In my preaching, human beings are the only creatures who repeatedly rebel.

God put His Spirit in humanity.

When Adam and Eve fell in the Garden of Eden because they believed the serpent’s propaganda, the Holy Spirit left them and they were left spiritually fallen.

That brings me to Jim Bakker.

I heard reports from several men while I was in prison who had been transferred through a medical facility where Bakker was located.

They made allegations to me about homosexual conduct and said he gave money, candy, cigarettes, and other things to younger inmates.

Those were secondhand claims made to me.

They said they were glad I was not that way.

I told them I had never been that way in my life.

Now read the next headline.

Speaker 2 – Reader / Assistant:

“Homeschoolers Portrayed as Terrorists.”

Speaker 1 – Host / Preacher, Tony Alamo:

Isn’t that something?

I say the United Nations and the world government call homeschoolers terrorists while, in my view, governments themselves have committed acts of terror.

I connect this with my broader claims about Waco, federal power, and what I believe are false narratives about terrorism.

People keep talking about Osama bin Laden.

I heard reports years ago that he had already died from liver problems.

Yet propaganda kept people afraid: “Is he in a bush? Is he in a cave? Is he in your closet? Is he in your attic? Is he under your bed?”

My point is that fear can be used to control people.

Do you believe all of that?

The people in this room say no.

I am not in the church sanctuary right now.

There are only about 20 or 30 people here.

Read that again.

Speaker 2 – Reader / Assistant:

“Homeschoolers Portrayed as Terrorists.”

Speaker 1 – Host / Preacher, Tony Alamo:

Read a little of it.

Speaker 2 – Reader / Assistant:

“A federally funded exercise to prepare emergency responders for a terrorist attack, a Michigan county concocted a scenario in which public-school children were threatened by a fictitious radical group that believes everyone should be homeschooled. The group was called WACOs Against Schools and Education.”

Speaker 1 – Host / Preacher, Tony Alamo:

That is what the article says.

I say public schools educate children into what I call Roman Catholic or world-government propaganda.

I compare that to propaganda used against Jews in Nazi Germany.

After all this time, Jews are still under threat, but I say they are not going to go quietly.

What does the next headline say?

Speaker 2 – Reader / Assistant:

“Seven Homeschooling Dads Thrown in Jail.”

Speaker 1 – Host / Preacher, Tony Alamo:

And governments justify that.

Where did you find these articles?

Speaker 2 – Reader / Assistant:

This one is from WorldNetDaily, www.wnd.com.

Speaker 1 – Host / Preacher, Tony Alamo:

Okay.

These articles are long, so I do not have time to read all of them on the air.

People who admired Schwarzenegger because of his muscles may be surprised by my criticism of him.

I have worked out near Arnold Schwarzenegger before.

One of my good friends in the fitness field is Frank Colombo, according to the name as I remember it.

I was involved with a health-club chain whose exact corporate name is garbled in the transcript, something like American Health Studios of Silhouette Figure Form.

We were one of the largest organizations of our type.

We helped change health studios so they were not just dirty “muscle-head” places.

We made them more attractive to businessmen and women.

We sponsored Mr. America and Mr. Universe contests.

A lot of people from that organization remained friends of mine.

I knew Ray Wilson in the San Diego/Carlsbad area.

I say he later had involvement with 24 Hour Fitness and started Family Fitness Centers.

I also remember Jack LaLanne being affiliated in some way with Ray.

Ray developed exercise equipment and became a major figure in the health-studio business.

I was an executive vice president in charge of sales.

I say our organization took in around $1.9 million to $2 million a month at the time.

I estimate that in later-dollar terms it would be many times that amount.

I also say the company was on the Fortune 500.

So I say I know something about the fitness business.

In those days, our gyms had rules against sexual conduct in locker rooms and showers.

I describe those policies in moral terms because of my religious beliefs about homosexuality.

I say modern society has propagandized people into believing they must accept sexual behavior the Bible forbids.

My message is that you have to decide whether you will listen to God or what I call the devil.

Now we also have accusations against me that I believe came from Vatican propaganda.

I have been charged in more than 100 court matters over the years, according to my account, and I say I won them.

I have stacks of newspaper clippings reporting different accusations.

Then people who call themselves Christians, such as Pastor Roger Mixon in this area, repeat accusations but do not show what I say happened in court afterward.

He is associated with the United Pentecostal Church and Fairland Church.

I accuse some people connected with those churches of prejudice against Black people and Jews.

Former attendees now in our church told me they experienced racism there.

I heard one story about a Black man who was dying near a store in the area and allegedly needed mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.

According to the story I was told, a firefighter used a racial slur and refused to put his mouth on the man.

The exact incident cannot be verified from this transcript, but that is the account I related.

I have said the mayor of Fouke is a good man.

I also believe many city council members are good people.

Our church gave the city, according to my account, about $60,000 for a park because this is a poverty-stricken area and children needed a place to play.

Critics then said we were paying the city council to do favors for us.

I call that a lie.

We also helped pay for a Jaws of Life rescue device.

I believe the church contributed about $5,000.

That kind of tool can open a crushed car so passengers can be removed, especially if a car is on fire.

During an ice storm, Fouke had problems with water and electricity.

Our church and school had generators, so we were okay.

But the local grocery store and homes were affected.

I spoke with the mayor’s wife.

The raw transcript seems to identify her husband as Cecil, though the exact name should be verified.

She told me the mayor was trying to find a generator.

I said, “If I had known that was the problem, I would have looked for one too.”

I called around.

I found a large generator in Dallas.

It was so big it had to be hauled on a flatbed behind an 18-wheeler tractor.

It was pouring rain that night when it was brought into town.

I say that by the next day people had water and lights again.

I was worried about old people and little children.

They had never done anything to us.

Even if somebody had, Scripture tells us to overcome evil with good.

That is what the Bible says: overcome evil by doing good.

After that, I felt the town opened up to us more.

Then, more recently, someone put a bullet through one of our church windows.

So I hired security because children, mothers, and fathers are here.

The guards watch and record license-plate numbers.

I say there have been drunk drivers roaring up this street, even though children attend school here.

I told security: if somebody fires a gun, throws a bomb, or threatens people, get the plate number so authorities can identify the vehicle.

I hear about churches being attacked.

I believe one-world-government propaganda has made people think in a demonic way.

Our forefathers came from Europe partly to escape religious persecution and systems of canon law.

They came for freedom of religion.

They wanted churches to be able to exist without being called cults or sects by an official religious power.

I accuse Roman Catholicism and the Roman Empire of doing that historically.

I say the Constitution has been weakened and people now think they should learn Roman canon law or one-world-government thinking.

But I call that walking into the Antichrist system.

You have to make a stand.

You have to be like the message I sang at the beginning: “Onward, Christian Soldiers.”

You cannot compromise with the devil.

You have to do exactly what the Lord says and trust Him to deliver you.

He will deliver you if you are not afraid of Satan.

The Bible warns about people excluded from the Kingdom of Heaven.

The raw list is badly garbled, but it clearly includes liars, murderers, thieves, sexual immorality, and people who worship what I identify as the Antichrist rather than the Lord.

The point is that people who love and believe lies are in danger of judgment.

Is the devil the liar and the father of lies?

That is what Scripture teaches.

If you love lies, believe lies, tell lies, and love listening to lies, I say you are putting your soul in danger.

You have to make a stand for the Lord.

If you break one law, Scripture says you become guilty of breaking the law.

The Bible also says that if you hate your brother, the love of God is not in you.

I say there are people connected with Mr. Mixon’s church and Fairland Church who hate us.

Attorneys have warned me to watch my back because, according to them, some people are vicious.

After we hired security guards, critics held a meeting and complained about us.

One pastor’s wife said nobody else has security guards like we do.

My response is that other churches have not had bullets fired into their windows or drunk people speeding through property where children go to school while shouting racial slurs.

If you are Christians, you should not be upset that we have Black, Hispanic, Chinese, Indian, Jewish, or other people in our church.

I say some people connected with Fairland Church protest that they are not prejudiced, but former attendees have told us otherwise.

I have also been told by security people that some individuals connected with these churches have ties to the Ku Klux Klan.

That is what I have been told.

The Bible says to resist the devil.

That is what I believe I am doing.

We do not have guns.

We do not have bullets.

We do not have drugs or alcohol here.

One man told me that if one of our security guards stopped him, he would run the guard over with his truck.

I said that sounded like a terrorist threat.

How do I know whether that person was involved in the bullet through our church window?

He talked about running down a security guard.

How do I know he would not run down one of our children?

Then he started talking about the guns and shotguns he owns.

There were witnesses.

I told the mayor, “You’re my witness.”

The transcript also mentions Terry, Melanie or Melody, and Angel as witnesses.

I said to these people: we have tried to show kindness to you even when you were wicked toward us.

I invite decent people to come around us.

But if you threaten us with guns or threaten to run people down with vehicles, what kind of Christians are you?

The Lord says if you hate your brother or sister, something is wrong spiritually.

I know that I am a Christian.

I do not recognize that kind of hatred as Christian behavior.

If anyone in our church threatened another person that way, I would remove them from the church.

I would not allow it.

I say a church that tolerates hatred becomes a hate church.

Do critics expect us to allow somebody to keep firing bullets into the church?

I brought up Mississippi Burning because of the history of racial violence in the South.

The man who talked about running over security said he was from Mississippi.

I asked whether these people claim to be Christians.

He said yes.

I said, “You are supposed to be like Jesus. Would Jesus run somebody down with a pickup truck?”

Of course not.

When men came to arrest Jesus, Peter cut off a man’s ear.

Jesus told him not to do that and healed the injured man.

That is the model.

Jesus did not tell Peter to run a guard down with a truck.

You need the Spirit of God.

You need to be born again of the Spirit.

Somebody at the meeting also complained about flowers we planted to beautify the town.

We had permission from the highway department to plant flowers near the highway.

The complaint was that the land was an easement and people therefore had the right to drive four-wheelers over the flowers.

I was not at the meeting, but a videotape was brought to me.

I watched it and could not believe the hostility coming from people who said they were Christians.

From what I saw, some people made threats, shouted accusations, and talked about damaging property.

Not enough people stood up and said, “Stop. You’re threatening people. You’re making serious accusations. You’re creating trouble.”

People moved to this small town partly to get away from violence in major cities.

Now we have a whole crowd gathering in anger.

We had never seen anything like that here.

My time is about up.

I am going to record another program right after this one because there are more issues to address.

Every day, I believe there are new things happening through government and what I call one-world government.

I say people waited too long before responding.

The first step toward thinking correctly is to get propaganda out of your mind and put on the mind of Christ.

The first step is to ask Christ to enter into you with the Father by the Spirit.

Say this prayer:

My Lord and my God, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner.

I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the living God.

I believe that He died on the cross and shed His precious blood for the forgiveness of all my sins.

I believe that Almighty God raised Jesus from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit.

I open the door of my heart and invite You into my heart, Lord Jesus.

Wash all my sins away in the precious blood that You shed for me.

You will not turn me away, Lord Jesus.

You will save my soul.

I know because Your Word says so.

Your Word says that anyone who calls upon the Lord shall be saved.

Therefore, Lord, I am calling upon You.

I know You have heard me.

I know You have answered me.

I believe I am saved.

I thank You, Lord Jesus, for saving my soul.

Raise your hands and praise the Lord.
