Speaker 1 - Pastor Tony Alamo:
Hello again. This is world pastor Tony Alamo. Today we are in part 137 of How to Have God's Life Living in You. This is program number 239. If you would like a copy of it, make sure you ask for program 239.

The Lord gave me salvation right out of the clear blue. I did not believe in God or Jesus, and He came out of the blue and told me to stand up in an office filled with people - including some movie stars and many people in the entourage of myself and a person I was promoting at the time to be a rock and roll singer - and to tell the people in that room about the Lord Jesus Christ and that He is coming back to earth again, or I would surely die.

Even the cross up on the hill across from the Hollywood Bowl used to offend me when it was lit up. I used to think, "These Gentiles love to exalt death. They remind me of a graveyard." The last person I ever thought God would come to with the gospel would be me, because I was into making money for myself and retiring at that time.

This was around the time the entire Democratic Party came to me and wanted me to handle publicity and propaganda for the entire party. JFK sent his men to me and wanted to meet with me. They also sent Mayor Yorty, Ted Schirach, Bob Amson, and others. I refused to do it because I did not know that much about politics. But when I read the Bible, I could see that if I put the wrong person into office, and there was a God, I would be responsible.

I never totally disbelieved that there might be a God, but I certainly could not see anything He was doing here on earth, because the powers of darkness were so evil and present in my life here on earth that I just did not believe there was a God. I believed that after you are dead, you are thrown into a hole, covered up, and forgotten about.

But the Lord came down in that office and told me to stand up and tell the people in that room about the Lord Jesus Christ, and that He is coming back to earth again, or I would surely die. I thought, "I thought God was love. Why is He threatening me that I am going to die?"

He told me to tell them. After the second time, He started pulling the breath out of me and putting it back in. I said, "Okay, don't kill me. I'll tell them." At first I said, "I'll tell them tomorrow." I thought, "I'm in the waters. They are going to think I'm crazy if I tell them this out of a clear blue sky, with movie stars in the place and about a dozen and a half of my own people working for me there." They knew I never talked about God or Jesus.

Finally, the Lord frightened me so much that I said, "Okay, I'll tell them tomorrow." Then I started thinking fast: I do not know the Bible. I do not know about God. I do not know about Jesus. Then I remembered a movie I had seen, Elmer Gantry. I had walked into the movie when I was on Broadway and had nothing to do. Money was rolling in from the 20 Original Hits album, with radio spots on WABC, WINS, and other stations. I could hear my ads everywhere.

When I went into the movie, I heard, "Jesus, Jesus," and, "Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand." I realized it was that kind of movie and got up and left. But I remembered the word "repent," so I said it. I started telling everybody to repent.

Before that, while I was arguing with the Lord, I said, "Okay, God is telling me to tell you that Jesus Christ is coming back to earth again." The Lord put before me all the different promotions I had done - American Health Studios, Canadian Healthways Limited, record promotions, and other advertising campaigns. He was showing me that I had promoted all these things. Now that I knew He was real, what was I going to do with Him?

I knew He could take my life and send my soul to hell right there. I said, "Oh my God, I'm sorry." In other words, He was saying, "You propagandized all these things." Even though some of it was good, it was still propaganda. I remembered Elmer Gantry and began telling everybody to repent. I was so afraid of the Lord that I told them, "If I can't preach God into you, I'll beat the devil out of you."

Of course, I did not know the rules and regulations then, that you cannot threaten people like that. But I knew God was threatening me. Today people say you have to have anger management, but you ought to read the Bible and see how many times the Lord gets angry and full of wrath. He is presently pouring wrath down on this earth. Many people say it is just natural disaster. No, it is supernatural. The Lord promises these things. He promises pestilence on all the people in this world who disobey Him. Disobedience is sin.

We are here in the last days. From the Word of God, we know the Vatican is the whore that sits in the city of seven mountains, the great city of the world, Rome. I was there, and I could not believe it. When they say Rome was not built in a day, I started laughing. That place could not have been built in a day. Unlike the United States, where so much is made of lamp posts, sign boards, sheetrock, and two-by-fours, everything there is huge boulders, massive statues, and homes with angels over the gates.

They have made war against God. They have made war against the Bible and against Christians. That is what my message is about today, because God has now made war against them. The Bible plainly tells us that even though we walk in this world in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh. If you are born again of the Spirit, you have the full Godhead living within you - the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

The weapons of our warfare are not carnal. The weapons we use against this ungodly cult, which I call the homosexual child-molesting church, are not carnal weapons. It is very well known to be the mother of abominations, every war, and every murder. It is what God calls the beast and the whore. The whore, he says, is the Roman Catholic cult. They call other people the brainwashing church, but if there is anyone that ever used brainwashing - brain-damaging and dirtying the minds of people - the Bible identifies that child-molesting, homosexual, lesbian, thieving, murdering, anti-Christ, anti-Bible, anti-Christian church or cult. According to the speaker's interpretation, it has murdered hundreds of millions of human souls, as stated in Revelation 17.

Our weapons are not like theirs. The weapons of our warfare are mighty through God, through the Word of God, for the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. They come against the knowledge of God by saying the Bible is evil and cannot be taught in school. Yet they say it is all right to teach that we were monkeys, which we never were. God made the fish, the fowl, the animals, and then mankind. He breathed the breath of life into our bodies.

By propaganda, Satan caused Eve and Adam to believe Satan rather than the Lord. No longer did they have power and dominion over the earth and all the creatures. God took that away. For all those years, it was in the hands of Satan until Jesus came into the world and never listened to Satan's accusations. Satan tempted Him with everything, and Jesus kept Himself 100 percent God's. He was God in the flesh, and therefore His blood was crucial.

His blood is the only means by which all the sins on our souls can be removed. There are only two places to go after death: the Kingdom of Heaven or the pit of hell. All sin has to be removed, and there is only one detergent powerful enough to take sin off your soul: the blood of Jesus, which He willingly shed.

Most people would have to be dragged to the cross to die for sinners, but while we were still sinners, He willingly went to the cross. He allowed Himself to be nailed to the cross and to go to hell after He died. He said, "Father, forgive them," because they did not know what they were doing. There were no preachers around then, and the people had not studied the Word.

The Bible identifies prophecies of the Lord Jesus Christ, and Jesus fulfilled them. The Bible tells the day the Messiah would come, the Savior of the world, and describes His suffering, betrayal, pierced hands and feet, and more. As people betrayed Jesus, the Bible says others would be betrayed too. I have had people line up in court and tell diabolical lies, betraying me and sending me to prison for something I did not do.

The Bible talks about three frog-like spirits - the spirit of devils coming out of the mouths of the dragon, the beast, and the false prophet. The beast is the government, a one-world government. We are not supposed to be a one-world government. The Lord broke up the governments and the languages because He noticed that when people get together, they become evil and think they are more powerful than God.

The false prophet is the news media and all those who exalt themselves against the knowledge of God. We are supposed to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of the Lord Jesus Christ, and to have a readiness to revenge all disobedience. That is why I come against disobedient things I see in the world. If they exalt same-sex marriages, abortions, euthanasia, and wars based on false pretenses, I come against that. No murderer shall inherit the Kingdom of Heaven.

According to the speaker, false pretenses have been used for wars and atrocities. He states that many people around the world believe Waco, Oklahoma City, and the World Trade Center were inside jobs, and he refers to claims by John P. Miller, described as an FBI and BATF figure, as part of that discussion. He says Christians are falsely accused while the world exalts the wrong things.

One thing is for sure: I put sinners out of my church. I have put as many females, if not more, out of the church than males. If they are committing sin, the Bible says in Revelation 11 that if people do not measure up to the Word of God in the last days, the Lord is doing a different thing. On the cross, He said, "Forgive them, for they know not what they do," but now the gospel has been preached all over the world. Now people know what they are doing when they reject God and disobey His Word.

The Bible said that in the last days Satan would do everything in his power to make what is evil look good and what is good look evil. That is what you see today. I have a readiness to revenge all disobedience to God's Word. My disobedience was over when Christ came to me and told me to preach the gospel to every creature. Those who believe shall be saved, and those who doubt shall be damned.

Now, Susie, my beloved wife, passed away on April 8, 1982. We were married for 17 years. There is no other female on earth who could hold a candle to her. There is not a male preacher on earth who could hold a candle to her. She was the smartest and most godly person I ever knew. When I was recording in Johnny Cash's studio in Hendersonville, Tennessee, with J.D. Sumner and the Stamps Quartet, I was about to sing "His Robe of Calvary," and Susie said, "Let me do it." I said, "Susie, you can't sing." She said, "Let me do it." She could not sing, but she sure could preach.

Speaker 1 - Pastor Tony Alamo:
Praise the Lord. That was Susie Alamo, deceased in 1982, with J.D. Sumner and the Stamps Quartet.

Before the Vatican can cause people to be put to death, according to the speaker, they first must control or propagandize the masses in order to control their thinking so that the general public would gladly see people murdered. They first must propagandize against the Bible. If they can make you think the Bible is evil and what they are doing is right - that the Antichrist is right and Jesus and God are wrong - then they can control people.

God's only guide for us to get to the Kingdom of Heaven is His knowledge, the Bible. The Bible shows how to attain the power of the entire Triune God. We must study the Bible to know that God, Jesus with His Father, must be living within us, giving us God's power, enough to live in the Spirit and live the life Christ lived on earth. These things are prescribed in the Word of God.

If the Antichrist church in Rome and its governors throughout the world are enforcing laws and ideas that go against the Word of God, then they are putting to death those who do not deserve death while protecting those who, in the speaker's view, do. He points to Waco and to Christians who have been killed. He says Jews in Germany thought Christians were putting them to death, but he says it was Catholics.

He recounts an anecdote about George Albert of Cashbox Magazine, who he says was invited to the Vatican by the Pope. According to the story, George was taken into the catacombs, saw thousands of coffins, and was told they contained the Vatican's enemies, identified as Jews. George then demanded to be taken back to the airport and returned to Hollywood.

There are many books, testimonies from former nuns and priests, and the Bible itself, he says, that testify to how vile and evil this system is. He states that there is no other organization on earth with that level of influence over kings, money, and political power.

The Word of God by the Holy Spirit is the only way to get into the Kingdom of God. That is why, he says, this satanic organization wants to take the Word of God away from you and your children and make it illegal. He argues that schools may teach other religions and ideologies, but not the Bible. Public schools, he says, are riddled with Catholic priests and nuns teaching children.

If anyone in my church wanted to go to a Catholic school, especially since I am the president of the American Association of Non-Denominational Christian Schools, I would not want them in the church. This church is run by the Holy Spirit. The media, Satan's mouth, is saying people should go to prison if they put someone out of their church for sexual sin or for believing that the Catholic Church is godly. In this church there is a separation between God and Satan.

The Bible says there is no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. Not the Vatican. Mary did not die for your sins, rise from the dead, and ascend into heaven. Jesus did. Mary was used as an incubator to bring forth the man-child who had God in Him. We are human beings, and those who are born again of the Spirit have God's Spirit living in us too. We were not born that way; we had to become born again of the Spirit. You must do the same if you want to escape hell and the lake of fire and enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

Romans 8 says there is therefore now no condemnation to those who walk not after the flesh, but after the Holy Spirit. If you walk after the flesh, that means you have received man-made propaganda. The media, which he calls the mouth of the Vatican or Satan, is propagandizing against true churches and calling them cults while exalting what he calls an evil cult. We are pulling their doctrine down by exalting the doctrine of the Lord.

Sharon, come and read some of those scriptures. We have letters we could read, but this is important. They are turning the nuts and bolts to get everything going again, because we are pulling them down by exalting the doctrine of the Lord. If you are otherwise, then you are of the devil. We have Revelation 17. Let's start reading.

And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me...

The seven vials means they are pouring out the vials of wrath on the earth, and that is happening right now. We can see the plagues, diseases, and pestilences hitting the earth now. Go ahead.

Speaker 2 - Sharon:
Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters.

Speaker 1 - Pastor Tony Alamo:
The great whore is, according to the speaker's interpretation, the mother of every abomination on the earth. The Bible says she sits in the city of seven hills or seven mountains, and that is Rome, Italy. You can go to a travel agency or airport and ask for a ticket to the city of seven hills or seven mountains, and they will give you a ticket to Rome. This is Satan's seat. This is where the whore sits. Go ahead.

Speaker 2 - Sharon:
With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication.

Speaker 1 - Pastor Tony Alamo:
The kings of the earth have committed fornication with her. That means when she says to take the Bible out of schools, the rulers do it. She tells them to teach people they are monkeys, so they will take drugs, commit abortions, and do whatever they want. She tells them there is no judgment, just like Satan told Eve there was no judgment. But the Bible says everyone has to die. It is appointed unto man once to die, and after this, the judgment. Enoch and Elijah did not die, so, in the speaker's interpretation, they had to come back. John the Baptist came back as Elijah and was beheaded for telling the truth.

And the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

Her fornication is her disobedience against God's Word.

Speaker 2 - Sharon:
So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet-colored beast.

Speaker 1 - Pastor Tony Alamo:
This woman is, in the speaker's interpretation, the whore of Rome, the Roman Catholic cult, the embodiment of Satan. She sits on a scarlet-colored beast. The beast is the government, the one-world government. The colors of the Vatican are scarlet and purple. When people in government are propagandized to do her will, we are no longer one nation under God.

According to the speaker, the United States gave property and power to former enemies after World War II under the claim of rebuilding them, while those same systems are controlled by the same power. He states that democracy is not the Word of God because democracy says, "We the people," while God says, "I am God."

The masses have always been wrong, he says, pointing to Noah's day, when only Noah and his family were saved. Unless mankind has vowed to run everything according to the Word of God, government in the hands of mankind is corrupt. Now God is full of vengeance and wrath. He will destroy the whore of Revelation, the one-world government, and the news media.

Speaker 2 - Sharon:
A scarlet-colored beast full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads...

Speaker 1 - Pastor Tony Alamo:
Their blasphemy is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. The Bible says the Word of God is the Holy Spirit, because as you read it, the Holy Spirit gives you faith. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Let him who has an ear hear what the Spirit says to the churches. Let the Spirit speak to you instead of that cult that is degrading and blaspheming God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit who live in every born-again Christian.

And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color.

Speaker 1 - Pastor Tony Alamo:
Purple and scarlet are the colors of the Vatican. She was arrayed in those colors.

Speaker 2 - Sharon:
And decked with gold and precious stones and pearls.

Speaker 1 - Pastor Tony Alamo:
There is no other church in the world decked with gold like that. I went into a Catholic church in Venice, and the walls were covered with gold. In Rome it is the same thing, with huge statues. The Lord commands people not to make statues of anything in heaven or on earth, and yet they do.

Speaker 2 - Sharon:
Having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations...

Speaker 1 - Pastor Tony Alamo:
She is drinking abominations, teaching people that sin is acceptable. But the Bible says that when you know the truth, the truth will set you free to serve God and go straight into the Kingdom of Heaven when you die, instead of the pit of hell.

Speaker 2 - Sharon:
And filthiness of her fornication.

Speaker 1 - Pastor Tony Alamo:
She is filthy. Every filthy thing, he says, is connected to her. They create fear and say they are protecting people, while, according to the speaker, they are the ones planting the bombs and causing abominations on earth.

Speaker 2 - Sharon:
And upon her forehead was a name written: Mystery, Babylon the Great.

Speaker 1 - Pastor Tony Alamo:
It is not ancient Babylon, but Mystery Babylon the Great. It is not mysterious to those of us who know the Word of God. You can know the Word of God now. There is a starting and a finishing point. By accepting the Lord Jesus Christ, the Bible says He is the Word of God. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, believe on the entire Word of God, and you shall be saved. But you start at the beginning. Ask the Lord Jesus Christ to enter into your heart, and He will. All who call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

My time is up. I have only a few seconds left, so repeat this prayer and say it to God with all your heart. I am going to be teaching the Book of Revelation more and more every day. If you have any thinking power, and if the Spirit of God gets hold of you, you will know that what I am saying is the truth. We are reading from the Bible here.

Say to the Lord with all your heart:

My Lord and my God, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the living God, and I believe that He died on the cross and shed His precious blood for the forgiveness of all my former sins. I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit. I open the door of my heart and invite You into my heart, Lord Jesus. Wash all my filthy sins away in the precious blood that You shed for me. You will not turn me away, Lord Jesus. You will save my soul. I know because Your Word says so. Your Word says You will turn no one away. Therefore, I know You have heard me, I know You have answered me, and I know I am saved. I thank You, Lord Jesus, for saving my soul.

Raise your hands and worship the Lord all day long. Say, "Praise Jesus. Thank You, Jesus," because He inhabits the praises of the saints. You will be happy if you stay in the Word of God and do what He says.
