Samantha's career in emergency communications began in 2015; since then, she has taught regionally and nationally on topics ranging from effective customer service skills in 911 to leadership development. She is a PSAP Professional and Trainer with Moetivations, Inc., a company that delivers crucial support services to communications centers all over the country, and she is a "Traveling Dispatcher" as part of their Dispatch On Demand program. Her passion is training newer generations of emergency telecommunicators to be both purpose and mission-driven and equipping them for a long, effective career beneath the headset.
