Plus, Beltane, one of the eight holy (laughs) days of the, of the Celtic calendar, the beginning of summer, and celebrating the joy of the young adults and the flowers and the maypole. So here we go. We're celebrating a lot today. Full moon was at 1:23 PM Eastern Time. And this is a 13 Akbal, the Blue Cosmic Knight. So the cosmic tone is keywords are transcending, presence, endure. In Akbal the Knight, its keywords, dream, intuition and abundance.

[04:30] Speaker 1: So here's our mantra for today. "I endure in order to dream, transcending intuition. I seal the input of abundance with the cosmic tone of presence. And our occult teacher today is the Mirror. So those are today's aspects. And, uh, let's look at it a little bit closer, this, this knight, uh, en- energy, Akbal. It's... And (laughs) our, our duties with hi- with Akbal is asking for our participation. So it's our belief in our abundance and our learning from the dream time. So we have these gifts of the protection of the knight and being the mystery of life. So let's let go of any self-judgment, any withdrawal, as we embrace these energies to- today, tonight. And then tomorrow, as we move on, it's a Wicon. No, yeah, yeah, this is a 13 for the cosmic. So we changed...

[06:01] Speaker 1: At the end of the cosmic wave, (laughs) or the cosmic tone is the end of the wave of, um, Chic Chong.And now we're going to, into the Wave of Kan. And on Saturday, so it's the yellow magnetic seed. The seed, we're also in the Year of the Seed, so we're just duplicating that Kan energy perfect f-... It's all about flowering and planting those seeds. So that's that time of year we're in right now, so let's embrace it, use its healing aspect and, and this energy that's gonna bring it through the next 13 days, includes 10 portal days. So, um, we're... (laughs) It's a powerful wave and especially being in the Year of the Kan as well, the flowering, lot, lots of activity with starting things, so, and planting those seeds. So let's work with this healing aspect a- and working with that openness to life, that self-determination. It's about harmony seeking, absolutely, and it's about timing. And seeds know it best. (laughs) So we have these gifts of possibility, that potential of creation.

[07:24] Speaker 1: Hallelujah. So let's let go of any stagnation, any lack of self-confidence, or any hesitation as we... And embrace these energies i- with complete faith, no lack of trust either. So working with all those energies for the, for starting tomorrow with that wave and all through this, this incredibly powerful wave, one of the core waves. So h- now on Saturday, that is Saturday. (laughs) On Sunday, it's a two Chi Chong, the red lunar snake. This Chi Chong serpent energy is a warrior aspect and it's about remaining open to change and distinguishing between the body and the soul and transmuting energy, so isn't that what... The energies that are happening amongst us. So let's embrace these gifts of that motivation to change, g- instinct, and body sensing, and let go of any insecurities, any fears around inta- int- intimacy or any issues about the body or any blockages by the ego as we embrace these energies on Sunday.

[08:41] Speaker 1: And then on Monday, we start these 10 days with, uh, three Cimi, the white electric world bridger. So we have 10 days in a row, just like we did a few weeks ago, (laughs) of, um, galactic activation portal days. So powerful week coming ahead. So starting on Monday with this electric, um, (clears throat) Cimi, linker of worlds. That electric energy, the three. Cimi's a warrior aspect and it's about forgiveness and moving into a state of grace. So we get to do that with that three energy that's activating all of that. So we embrace these gifts of being that world bridger and bridging between the past and the future, and that gift of transmutation as we let go of that which is no more, let go of the ego, any controlling behavior or/and... Let go of that belief that life is a struggle. Then moving on to Tuesdays, two, two, two, two, two, two, we were... Yeah, that's Monday. Tuesday, yeah. (laughs) Four Menek, the blue s- self-existing hand.

[09:56] Speaker 1: This is a healing aspect on Tuesday, is about healing the self and others, creating calm, um, contentment and peace, and an acceptance of divinity o- of ourselves. And isn't that what we're all about right now? So let's embrace these gifts of being that healer of humankind, and that ability to open new doors as we let go of any distraction, any belief in inadequacy, any procrastination. We embrace these energies on Tuesday. And then on Wednesday, it's a five Lamat, the yellow overtone star, and the courses are gapped days, galactic activation portal days. So this Lamat energy is The Star Gate, so it's a portal itself. It's a visionary aspect and it's about the illumination of humankind, and it's about opening that star gate. So we're embracing these gifts and journeying in that pioneer spirit and having that power to see beyond as we let go of any dissonance or self-doubt, we embrace these energies on Wednesday.

[11:06] Speaker 1: And then on Thursday, another gapped day, it's a six Malut, the red rhythmic moon. (laughs) Let me find it. Um, here we go. Yeah. This is an artist aspect, and it's about that wise use of our rational mind. It's about accepting spirit's direction. So listen, (laughs) con- ke- stay in contact with spirit and, and, um, remember what we came here to do as we embrace universal mind as our mind and use our telepathy. We let go of any insensitivity, any attachment to omens or self-doubt as we embrace these energies. On Thursday, with that sixth stone, it's a rhythmic tone and that just doubles the, the, the moon energy, um, 'cause it becomes a guide as well. So then on Friday when we come back, it's a seven Oak, the white resonant dog.Oak is an artist aspect, the dog. So this is a unconditional love, and healing the pain of the past.

Yes, all those beings on that talking stick, it is so awesome to see what's unfolding on this International Workers Day, where we honor everyone who has joined the unions. Amy Goodman had, um, Billy Bragg this morning singing about unions. And earlier today, I heard, uh, Pete Seeger talk, uh, singing about the unions. This is the backbone, structure of this country. It was built on unions. They can never be destroyed in spite of what the old, uh, ancient power crowd is trying to do. But there, ultimately, there are more of us than there are of them. And ultimately, they are us, they just need more love. That, that is how this gets done. Violence, hate, death, war is not the way. I mean, this is so amazing with what's happening with this full moon in Scorpio. Today, I sat with 23 deer, eight crows, and two snowy white hawks over at Moon Mountain because it's a full moon.

[21:06] Speaker 2: And we did the Adi Shakti mantra for about 11 minutes, maybe 12, and, uh, they went on their way to do their day. And, uh, Lady Nada sent me a text and said, all through this weekend, going into next week, in ch- conjunction with all the festivities of this upcoming week of the Wesak, full moon, Buddha's birthday, um, the nameless ones are up in the Wesak Valley. This is where Lord Buddha, Lord Sundara Kumara, Lord Maitreya, call him in at three o'clock on Sunday afternoon. He will be there. And all these lamas are spinning the prayer wheels up there in the Wesak Valley. It, it is so awesome to behold. All we are saying is give peace a chance. And, uh, it is at this time that ultimately the light that's pouring in from beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain, this is his ascension day, and he's the one that, uh, knows how to address Congress in the most unique and righteous way to get this completed.

[22:54] Speaker 2: All those folks in Congress, they know, and it's, it's deep, it's big, because it is about the light that's pouring in that never fails. And it's never been about war. It's always been about how we change our consciousness first and foremost, and then everything else changes. And right now, I can just say that Stephan Burns is talking about the solar flares that are coming in, and this is moving the energies. Um, there have been earthquakes in Japan, and it is about the tectonic plates moving with, in conjunction with the solar flares that are directly coming from the sun, hitting the earth. It, it's, it's so awesome and amazing to see. And it is a challenging time with the energies because the ascension symptoms are way up there.And I'm gonna start here with this short little message talking... Hey, let me see if I got this. Dancing, singing, enjoying, having dinner, all those things that you might hear around us. And yet, here I am channeling. It doesn't have to be a pure quiet, dear ones, for you to have that which allows you to tune in to some wisdom, to some things perhaps you didn't think about. The subject of the channel is this: Is it possible that spiritual systems can change? Let me explain. If you look at some of the doctrines of the planet that are spiritual, there is one, you would say, bastion of truth that all of them will proclaim. God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. You don't change God just because something happens on the Earth. Therefore, to think that spiritual systems might change is ridiculous.

[26:48] Speaker 3: What if I told you that the systems that you call ones of God are dependent on the consciousness of the human being? They're not god-systems; they're relationship systems. Your relationship to the Creator as a human being evolving into ascended planet will absolutely change the systems of old energy. What would those systems look like? Now, I've given this kind of channel before. You might say it's a, it's a channel that makes you think a little. Perhaps it's... it's an intellectual idea, but it isn't. It's beauty. It's perfect, and it's true. What have you learned and been told about some of the absolute things that never change? For instance, you now understand, and t- have been taught for hundreds and hundreds of years, about the chakra system. What if I told you there may be two more? Because when you change dimensionality, you start adding that which is a reality in your body that you never sensed before. What if you had two more?

[28:22] Speaker 3: Would that then change the basic seven, or the basic eight or nine, depending upon you looked? What if I told you there's twelve? And you'd say, "Well, this is, this is new. What are they?" You will see. They're ones that you must then work with in a new energy that is then part of a New Earth. What if I told you that one of the things that is so critical to so many religions, called karma, is no longer needed? Now, listen to my logic. It's spiritual logic, and I'm going to tell you about it. Does it make sense that you would take some of the oldest systems on the planet that come to you, that apply to you, that go into that which is your DNA and your ancestry, and then you would carry those very old, worn-out systems into a new era? And the answer is no, it doesn't. Karma pushes the envelope of manifestation and action when you come in from a past life. It's unfinished business that pushes you to do other kinds of things to satisfy the karma. Now, that is not gonna be needed.

[29:50] Speaker 3: You do not need karma. Over 30 years ago, I told all of you to drop your karma. It would not be needed in an ascended consciousness. It would be n- not needed, because you don't need that kind of a thing to push you into places that would solve unfinished business, because when you arrive next time, dear one, there will be no unfinished business. You arrive with an enhancement that I have talked about. When you come back in this planet, dear ones, you're gonna be different.... are so many of you even listening right now, and I'll say it again, say, "I'm not coming back. I've done my thing. Thank you very much." I don't have to. What if I told you when you come back, you will wake up after perhaps the age of six, seven, or eight, starting to remember everything that I'm giving you now? That you'd never make the same mistakes again? You have intuition that will steer you around the potholes that you stepped in this lifetime?

[31:10] Speaker 3: Would it make a difference if you had no redos, if you were young and fresh, and understood what you understand now and could move forward and would not have to repeat any of the mistakes? That is attractive, because you are coming back. I can't keep you away. (laughs) The Wind of Birth will be filled with those eventually on this sun deck, coming back, because you will remember and acknowledge the fact that you come back with a sense of mastery. In your DNA will not be karma. It won't even contain past life energies that you have to work around or relearn. It will not create a sense of lack of self-worth. How do you like that one? Now, one of the biggest questions light workers ask, "Well, what about now? Well, do I have to wait?" And the answer is, that's why I'm giving you this information. All that I'm giving you right now is available now. You are moving into a new kind of energy on this planet. It's a dimensional shift that changes reality, and in that, it changes you.

[32:30] Speaker 3: It speaks to your DNA. That 24th set of chromosomes we've talked about over and over from the stars starts to open to such a degree that it starts to wipe out all of the things you came in with, including propensity for ancestral disease. There are those on this planet right now showing that to you, teaching this to you, how you can get rid of that. And they're right on, because now is the time. There are so many things that are opening right now, changing the system of God, you might say. Well, it isn't the system of God. It's your relationship to the Creator that's changing, and that's why the systems are changing. What kind of a human being will you be someday, when you come back? And I will tell you, it's a kind of a human being this planet has not seen. That is the promise. That is what's going to happen. Not instantly. I've given my partner and his partner ... and my partner's partner (laughs) information about their next lives. I've even given them a timeframe.

[33:53] Speaker 3: And it's not soon. But dear ones, time goes by, and it will happen. And when these things start to occur, you will know that I was correct in this channel. You're starting to see massive change of consciousness already in the young people on this planet that perhaps you don't even know about, because you're not in touch with many social media young people's podcasts. Did you know they're talking about what I'm talking about right now? They're happening, what you would call, under the bonnet, under the hood, and they are happening. This is the beginning. There's a five-year period starting now of coming out of the shift, and you're going to see remarkable things happen in unexpected ways. And you will say, "I wonder if this is all part of coming out of the shift." Remember, some things must change, and you don't like change, in order for what replaces it to be purer, to be better. Lack of anxiety, lack of fear, a sense of self-worth is all attainable now.

[35:21] Speaker 3: Why don't you study a little bit about what I have said, uh, what you can do to make this happen for yourself that is so easy. There's more. I'll give you more. From Luxor, I am Kryon, in love with all of you. And so it is.

[35:47] Speaker 2: And I can just say that we're not waiting down the road. This is happening now. There are, um, shifts in the energy fields, where time is different than what we can experience. Time is malleable. It, it is fluid. It is shifting at the moment now, at quantum light speed. And I keep being told, you know, in spite of Kryon saying, "When you come back," ain't nobody going anywhere. Right here in these bodies, this is-... the real ascension. We are descending into these bodies and ascending with them. Nobody need not die, grow old, or get sick any da- longer. It- it's so awesome to behold, and all the wisdom is pouring forth from the quantum field right now. Talk to your crystals. They hold the memory of all of this. They are water, millions of years in the making, and when you hold your crystals up to your third eye, or your heart, or your crown, you'll see the pictures. And it's just like watching stuff on YouTube, on your phone, or this computer in front of me.

[37:43] Speaker 2: Uh, it's in living color, and it's about this shift in us down to the Planck level. The particles know, and as we talk to them, they will speak to us, let us know that we're on the right track. And ascension is assured. The things that are happening right now each day are so unprecedented. I lose the words in translation. I try not to pay too much attention to the old stories, timeline of Samsara because that doesn't solve anything. It only, you know, ah, goes through the various rabbit holes that end up wherever you started, you come back. And we're done with that. These ancient ones don't hold any more power. All they hold is what they're using as a fear tactic because they have lost, love them even more. This might sound ridiculous and crazy, but love is the answer. This is what those cells are needing at this time. They desperately need that light pouring in from creator's source. We are all sons and daughters of the most high, creator goddesses and gods.

[39:41] Speaker 2: This is how this story began, and we have come full circle taking our power back with love. The people have the power, yet it's taking that quantum leap into ourselves. And I'm saying listen to the force within you, get quiet, go out in nature. I mean, it's Beltane, it's Saint Germain's ascension day. Uh, so many things that are happening right in this first week of May coming in. It- I lose the words because, uh, uh, la-la-la-la, I, I- it's so awesome to behold because it is about love. It's not about the old timeline. And I can't emphasize that, uh, you know, I mean, you, you have to experience it. And go out and use the force, get in touch with nature. What is unfolding at this time is about the ecstasy coming in right now that changes everything. All that is going on is about this monumental shift in us as the energies that are coming in from the sun, that is the key. The sun is making it so that our particles are changing in real time. It is this simultaneous remembering everything. How far it goes back is anyone's guess. At the moment, we know this story goes so far back.

[46:22] Speaker 4: The sands on the planet remember it is most auspicious with the shift of the ages that has to do with us being in this now moment. The only thing that is happening that we can speak of which is so significant in these energies at this time is the frequencies of the sun, of what's being sent to us every eight minutes. The light that is coming in has the sequence of DNA codes that change us, change our reality for what's unfolding, which is about this new heaven, new earth that's right in our midst at the moment. Because this light that comes in off of the sun, it is conscious, it is sentient. As you watch throughout the day, the sun sends solar angels into this realm, Earth Midgard, so that we can interact with them and share the wisdom of the light codes...Words are not needed. It is about the thought, the frequency. You see the light, you know what's being said. It comes at the speed of quantum light.

[49:16] Speaker 4: Everything that's unfolding in this now moment is about how we are being upgraded into the fifth, all the way to the 12th and higher, to handle what's coming in as we are dealing with these ones who are on their way out. They are on their way out, all right, at this moment. And they are not happy about it one bit. Yet, the shift of the ages is happening. They have had their time. It is over. How we handle it, love is the answer, not hate, or war, or death, or ill will. Compassion, gratitude, kindness, even to the most heinous of souls, to use that word. As a very brief reminder of this profound truth, the Company of Heaven is reiterating that due to the literally millions of activities of light that were co-created through the unified efforts of heaven and Earth during the past several decades, Mother Earth was able to reclaim her rightful place in the universe in 2023. During the December solstice that year, Mother Earth and the galaxies from the suns beyond suns in Earth's lineage were in-breathed by our Father-Mother God into the full embrace of our Grand Central Sun. This paved the way in 2024 for the transfiguration of the dense, tar-like veil of illusion that had been encapsulating Mother Earth since our fall from grace.

[01:02:26] Speaker 6: Humanity had inadvertently created this dense, tar-like veil by choosing to use our creative faculties of thought and feeling in ways that were not based in love. Through the unified efforts of awakening humanity and the beings of light in the realms of illumined truth, once the veil of illusion was transfigured, a gossamer-like veil of light enveloped Mother Earth in its place. In 2025, as the light of God increased on Earth, unimpeded by the veil of illusion, Mother Earth and all life evolving upon her reached a frequency of vibration that inspired a unique awakening within the hearts and minds of the masses of humanity. This unique awakening cleared the way vibrationally in 2026 for a rapid evolutionary shift into Christ consciousness. This shift will be possible for the masses of humanity during the next five years, 2026 through 2030. This will be a shift within the mass consciousness of humanity that the Company of Heaven originally believed would take centuries.

[01:04:18] Speaker 6: In the heavenly realms, May is considered a mystical month because of all of the special events that occur during May. These events involve both divine intervention and special celestial gifts for humanity. Following the monumental influx of light we received in March and April of this year, May is going to bless humanity in exponentially more powerful ways. May 1st is celebrated throughout the world as Saint Germain's Ascension Day. Every year on that sacred and holy day, Saint Germain directs his legions of violet fire angels to bless the Earth with the most intensified frequencies of the violet flame that cosmic law will allow. In 2026, this sacred fire will build in momentum throughout the entire month of May. The violet flame which reflects the divine balance of our Father-Mother God is the most powerful tool for transmuting negativity available in all creation. We each have the ability to be an instrument of God during this cosmic moment.

[01:07:59] Speaker 6: Another wonderful thing that occurs during the month of May is that our beloved Mother Mary opens the doors to her Temple of the Immaculate Heart in the inner plains, and she invites all of us to visit her in our finer bodies while we sleep at night. All we have to do is ask our I Am Presence to take us to Mother Mary's Temple of the Immaculate Heart when we go to sleep, and it will be done. Since we are one with all life, we have the ability to ask the I Am Presence of every person on Earth to do the same by simply affirming, "I am my I Am Presence, and I am one with the I Am Presence of all humanity. What I ask for myself, I ask for every person on Earth in perfect alignment with each one's divine plan and the highest good for all concerned." Beloved I Am Presence, as I sleep, please take me in my finer body into Mother Mary's Temple of the Immaculate Heart. Help me to bring back clearly in the morning the memory of what occurred there. This assistance from Mother Mary is now possible because of the rapid evolutionary shift into Christ consciousness that is now available to the masses of humanity 2026 through 2030. Another event that takes place during the month of May is known as the Wesak Festival. This is the celebration of Gautama Buddha's birth and his day of enlightenment. The Wesak Festival takes place during the full moon in the sun cycle of Taurus. This year, the Wesak full moon will take place on May 1st. During the Wesak full moon, Gautama Buddha floods the Earth with the frequencies of enlightenment.

This year, on every Mother's Day celebrated throughout the world, our mother God and all of the feminine aspects of deity are going to flood the Earth with higher frequencies of comprehensive divine love than we have ever been able to experience. Everything is being recalibrated as our bodies are transfigured from carbon-based planetary cells-... (instrumental music plays) What if love was not only the force that heals, but the very shield that protects? Protection and love are not opposites. They are two frequencies that keep us clear, sovereign, and connected. When we learn to hold both, we remember that our power was never taken. It is only reclaimed. Many imagine protection as something defensive and love as something open. But in truth, they are two aspects of the same frequency. Love clears distortion, while protection maintains coherence. One without the other is incomplete. When protection is practiced without love, it hardens into fear and brittleness. When love is expressed without protection, it can lead to depletion, confusion, or entanglement with energies that are not aligned.

[01:18:12] Speaker 7: The real power comes when the two are integrated, a field of unconditional love so coherent that it naturally shields and sets boundaries so clear that love can flow freely. When we understand love and protection as inseparable, we can begin to see why shielding our energy is not about fear. It is an act of alignment. There are many forms of protection, from crystals to meditations, but some methods are more potent and sustainable than others. As we awaken to the esoteric dimensions of reality, we begin to appreciate the importance of shielding our energy field.Psychic protection is anything that repels or redirects harmful energy from impacting our energy field. Psychic protection is not the building of walls, but the creation of coherence, a way of holding our field so that only what resonates with truth can enter it. True protection is not about building a fortress out of fear. It is an act of self-love and spiritual alignment.

[01:19:31] Speaker 7: When protection harmonizes with our higher self, it becomes less about force and more about flow. We do not need to fight the current of universal consciousness. We align with it so that the universe itself supports our protection. My method for lasting protection is a three-step process. One, opening the heart. Two, practicing shielding. And three, cultivating quality of life. Together, these create not just defense, but a pathway into greater peace, joy, and sovereignty. Step one, opening the heart. Opening the heart is an ongoing process, but it's not abstract. An open heart sees all beings as source in different stages of growth. We do not have to like everyone, but we acknowledge that all have a right to exist and walk their own path. An open heart is not passive or permissive. It does not mean being a doormat for abuse. Instead, it allows us to remain in unity consciousness, seeing those who attack as trapped in their own blocked hearts.

[01:20:54] Speaker 7: This awareness alone begins to dissolve the force of their negativity. An open heart grounds us in truth. Unlike people-pleasing, which is calculated and self-serving, true love acts from authenticity and for the greater good. The paradox is that when we live this way, the universe abundantly supports us. But when our heart is blocked, our energy constricts and reroutes into the mind, leading to self-sabotage and even self-attack. The law of attraction magnifies this effect, reflecting back to us what we are unconsciously projecting outward. But when our heart is open, we revitalize our field, repel distortion, and naturally rise above cycles of projection. Oneness does not mean denying our human emotions. It means holding space without feeding the fire. At the highest level, we remember that all beings are source consciousness in different stages of becoming. Step two, practicing shielding.

[01:22:10] Speaker 7: As energetically sensitive beings, even if we're not having negative energy specifically directed at us, we are still sensing the collective's negative energy, and so shielding doesn't always need to be about a specific psychic attack, even though many times, that's why we look up spiritual protection practices. But shielding in and of itself helps us dissolve blocks inside our life because it helps define and even fortify our energy field. The key to any shielding practice is intention. Shielding from a place of fear makes us rigid. Shielding from a place of love makes us sovereign. When we activate our heart while shielding, we rise above the line of attack and align with the universal currents of unconditional love. Every act of unconditional love strengthens our timeline and even those around us. Love without distortion is not weakness. It is source itself, the code behind the simulation.

[01:23:26] Speaker 7: One powerful method of shielding is the Merkaba shield, two interlocking triangles, one pointed upward, the ascending body, and the other pointed downward, the descending body. As many of you are already familiar with, the Merkaba is not new. It is ancient, and there's a reason why its protective properties are still being utilized within this age. The Merkaba goes back all the way into the symbolism integrated into the Anahata Chakra, the heart center. In Jewish mysticism, the Merkaba was the chariot of ascent into the many higher dimensions called palaces. Also, if we look at the two-dimensional design of the Merkaba as the Seal of Solomon, we can see why King Solomon used this symbol specifically for his amulet of protection. The Merkaba itself is tried and true, even beyond all belief systems. There is something very powerful and objective about the Merkaba. Its power transcends. This shield does more than repel dark forces.

[01:24:44] Speaker 7: It harmonizes your field and helps unblock stuck areas of your life. The next layer of intention that makes our shielding practice even stronger is our ability to customize it in some little nuanced way.... so that our own energetic template is perfectly matched up with whatever shielding practice we're doing. What this does is add even an extra layer of customization and sovereignty to our shielding technique.

Protection is not just about defense. It is about cultivating joy, gratitude, and presence. Without quality of life, we become trapped in cycles of fear, constantly feeling the need for protection. By mastering our attention and focusing on what gives us life, whether a small daily pleasure or a big dream, we spiral outta fear and into vitality. Quality of life is very subjective. Each person will interpret this based off of their own peace of mind, their own hobbies, and their own intrinsic nature. But quality of life does not have to be complex. It could be sitting on our porch and drinking our favorite tea. It could be a day trip somewhere, or it could be finding out whatever new purposes or new inspirations inside our environment that we wish to pursue.

[01:26:41] Speaker 7: Quality of life can even be allowing ourselves to follow through with whatever we're curious about, without knowing that curiosity is what leads to purpose. We will be stuck in cycles of protection if we do not understand just how precious our own focus is. At a certain point of our own spiritual development, focus even becomes our god, because that's how important it is for us to be able to create peace as we are advancing and evolving. In order to understand how important our focus is, first, we have to look at all the different ways that we squander our attention and energy by looking at the things that we don't want to focus on, and we don't wanna give our appreciation to. So this also means that we have to start rewiring what we gain pleasure from. And then, that's what's gonna allow us to bring more focus into the directions and the goals that we do want to give our attention and energy to. We also won't truly be able to cultivate focus if we are not grounded.

[01:27:58] Speaker 7: So grounding becomes very vital for us to be able to not just master spiritual protection, but quality of life. Grounding anchors us into the body and keeps us present. Negative energies are often drawn to fields where no one is home. What this means is that we are not grounded and embodied. By grounding, we clear chaotic charges and strengthen our coherence.
