The Global Freedom Report with Brent Johnson
Sovereignty in the Age of AI and Surveillance
This episode of the Global Freedom Report explores the intersection of constitutional rights, independent education, and revolutionary technology. Host Brent Johnson and guest Jordan Page discuss the erosion of the Sixth Amendment, the rise of AI-driven filmmaking, and the expansion of homeschooling networks as a means to reclaim individual autonomy.
The Erosion of Constitutional Protections
The program opens with a deep dive into the Sixth Amendment’s Confrontation Clause, which guarantees a defendant's right to face their accusers. Recent judicial trends have weakened this right, moving away from the strict protections established in Crawford v. Washington toward "judge-made" tests that allow out-of-court statements to be used as evidence without cross-examination. This shift is exemplified by cases like Franklin v. New York, where administrative reports were used to convict defendants without allowing them to challenge the author's testimony. Critics argue that these exceptions prioritize administrative convenience over the fundamental "God-given" right to liberty.
Creative Resistance: AI Filmmaking and Music
Jordan Page introduces The Book of Atlas, a feature-length epic created using AI animation tools. Page clarifies that while AI assisted in the animation, sound, and voice generation, the story, characters, and dialogue were entirely human-driven. The film serves as a metaphor for decentralization, featuring artifacts like the "Genesis Block" and "Solana Stone" while critiquing international banking cartels. Page also debuts his unreleased song "Red Flag," which addresses the rise of "red flag" laws that allow the confiscation of firearms without due process. His work across music and film is centered on a mission to help families reclaim ownership in a centralized world.
Educational Independence: Firefly Education Network
In response to what they describe as "indoctrination" in public schools, Jordan Page and his wife Mary launched the Firefly Education Network. This platform acts as an "operating system" for the global homeschooling movement, offering a full K-12 curriculum, parent-facing AI tutoring tools, and a social network for families. The platform includes features like "Firefly Translate+," which uses AI to lip-dub educational content into any language while preserving the original voice. Page emphasizes that homeschooling is the fastest-growing sector in education, doubling from 3 million to over 6 million participants in the U.S. between 2021 and 2024.
Lessons in Liberty: The Bar and the "Ward of the Court"
Brent Johnson provides a critical analysis of the legal profession, specifically targeting the Bar Association. He asserts that "BAR" is an acronym for the "British Accredited Registry" and that attorneys serve the court and the Bar before their own clients. According to Johnson's interpretation of Corpus Juris Secundum (CJS) Volume 7, individuals who hire attorneys are legally considered "wards of the court" and "mentally incompetent" to stand on their own behalf. This segment warns listeners that the legal system is structurally designed to favor the state over the individual.
The broadcast concludes with a philosophical challenge regarding the hierarchy of values: is preserving freedom more important than combating terrorism? The host argues that liberty is a birthright from God that must not be waived for the sake of government-led security measures. The ultimate message is one of vigilance and the proactive use of technology and education to maintain personal sovereignty.

[05:36] Speaker 1: (upbeat music And welcome back to the Global Freedom Report. I'm your host, Brent Johnson. If you'd like to be part of the show today, the toll-free number is 866-870-KRLA. That number again, 866-870-5752. Er-... our question for the week, and we asked this a couple of weeks ago, but I'm bringing it back because we did not have enough time to take your calls to get answers, and this is an important question. So the question is this: which is more important to you, preserving freedom or combating terrorism? I'm asking you to decide which is more important. Let's assume they are both important. Which is more important: preserving freedom, or combating terrorism? R- Rachel Chu, a JD candidate at Yale Law School and a Young Voices contributor f- focused on o- online speech and technology policy, published recently a commentary on the Sixth Amendment. I wanna share it with you. According to the Sixth Amendment, "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to be confronted with the witnesses against him." Known as the con- confrontation clause, these words embody a centuries-old common law tradition. Criminal defendants should have the opportunity to test witness testimony through cross-examination. Without this trial right, a defendant could lose his or her case based on out-of-court statements wholly insulated from review. Current case lies weaken the right to confront witnesses, depriving defendants of a meaningful opportunity to ask questions and expose errors. The confrontation clause bars certain out-of-court statements when the witness does not testify at trial, and there is no opportunity for cross-examination. Although there are many situations in which different forms of out-of-court statements may be admissible, the circumstances triggering the confrontation clause often involve evidence that is high-stakes and accusatory. In these specific cases, the defendant's freedom is on the line, and the statements in question can have a disproportionate and decisive impact in the absence of cross-examination. Compared to other criminal justice topics such as qualified immunity and civil asset forfeiture, this issue receives far less attention, even though the risk to a defendant's life, personal liberty, and property is great. The erosion of the confrontation clause deserves scrutiny, and the Supreme Court has recently signaled possible intervention to address the problem. Over two decades ago, in Crawford versus Washington, the Supreme Court held that the confrontation clause applies to all out-of-court testimonial statements. This strengthened protections for defendants and overruled the prior, more lenient standard that allowed admission of statements if they were reliable. At the time, Professor Richard D. Friedman wrote in the Cato Supreme Court Review that the decision was a vindication of the rights of the accused, and victory for fidelity to constitutional text and intent. However, he warned that the impact of the opinion may be very different depending on whether the Supreme Court adopts a broad or narrow understanding of the term "testimonial." This fear proved prescient, and was borne out in subsequent cases where the justices adopted the primary purpose test to exempt statements made to assist in emergencies. Courts have continued to narrow the subset of statements deemed testimonial beyond emergencies, and thus allow more out-of-court statements to impact a defendant's outcome. The consequences can be severe. Consider the facts in a recent case, Franklin versus New York. Defendant Sid Franklin was awaiting arraignment after his arrest. Without his attorney present, an employee of the publicly-funded criminal justice agency asked him questions to make bail recommendations to the judge. At trial, prosecutors used the bail report as evidence of his guilt and did not provide him with a chance to cross-examine the report's author. The report was central to the prosecution's case, and a jury convicted Franklin. An appeals court affirmed, concluding that the bail report was written principally for administrative purposes rather than for use at trial. Last year, the S- Supreme Court declined to review the case, though Justices Alito and Gorsuch each issued statements arguing that this standard might need further review. Justice Gorsuch expressed concern that the appeals court permitted what the confrontation clause precisely guards against, and did so according to enti- an entirely judge-made test. He went on to explain that the primary purpose test has been interpreted in varying ways, devolving into raw judicial choice, where lower courts pick one version or another, and a defendant's conviction or acquittal can hang on that choice. The right to confront witnesses, like other protections in the Bill of Rights, deserves more care and attention than it has received in recent years.Cross-examination affords defendants the dignity of facing their accusers while also serving a critical role in the trial. The jury is the court's lie detector, but it is far more difficult for it to fulfill this role when the witness is not on the stand. The exceptions created by post-Crawford cases are, as Justice Gorsuch explained, judge-made, and untethered from the Sixth Amendment, and it should not be on this basis that a defendant loses his or her life and liberty. And you know, it comes back to that question, which is more important to you, preserving freedom or combating terrorism? Do you value the God-given right to independence and freedom as a gift from God? Do you put so much emphasis on it, and are so willing to defend it by whatever force necessary because of the value you put on it? Or do you subject it to other terms and conditions? Like I say at the end of the show, what are you willing to do to protect and preserve your liberty? Ultimately, that is the question regarding anything and everything that we do here on the Global Freedom Report. 866-870-KRLA, 866-870-5752 is the toll-free number. We are going to be right back with today's a- amazing edition of the Global Freedom Report. Stay tuned. (upbeat music)

[16:23] Speaker 5: And welcome back to the Global Freedom Report. I'm your host, Brent Johnson. We will get to your calls ve- very, very soon. But first, let me introduce you to Jordan Page. Jordan is a musician, filmmaker, and technology founder working at the intersection of culture, education, and emerging technology. A touring and recording artist for over two decades, Jordan first gained national attention through music tied to the Ron Paul movement, with appearances on major platforms, including Fox News, CSPAN, XM Radio, and iHeartRadio. Today, he is the founder and CEO of Firefly Education Network, a next-generation homeschooling platform designed to give families greater control over their children's education through advanced curriculum creation, global accessibility, and values-driven learning.
[17:23] Speaker 5: Jordan is also the creator and director of The Book of Atlas, an original science fiction fantasy cinematic universe that blends mythology, faith, and technology to explore themes of freedom, human agency, and the rise of sentient systems in a rapidly changing world. As an early adopter of Bitcoin and decentralized technologies, Jordan brings a builder's perspective to conversations around AI, education reform, storytelling, and cultural transformation. His work spans music, film, and technology, but centers on one core mission, helping families and creators reclaim ownership in an increasingly centralized world.A husband, father of seven, and farmer, Jordan speaks with both conviction and lived experience, offering a rare combination of creative vision and practical execution. Jordan Page, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Global Freedom Report. How are you, Jordan?
[18:32] Speaker 7: I'm doing great, Brent. Thanks for having me back on.
[18:36] Speaker 5: It is, it is absolutely a pleasure. And from the last time I had you on the show till now, boy, have, have, you- you- you have done a tremendous amount of stuff. Let's get right into it. You have just rel- you've just released a film called The Book of Atlas, which is a s- as I understand it, this is a science fiction film created by artificial intelligence. Tell us about this cinematic experience and original science fiction fantasy universe that blends mythology, faith, and technology to explore themes of freedom, human agency, and the rise of sanctioned systems in this rapidly changing world. Tell us about The Book of Atlas, please.
[19:22] Speaker 7: Sure, sure. Well, The Book of Atlas was, uh, a story that I've- I've really built from the ground up. You know, uh, you- you had mentioned Firefly Education Network, which is our homeschool, um, operating system for the homeschool movement worldwide. My wife and I have seven kids and we've been homeschooling for 15 years, and we've launched this- this platform back in January, as well as a mobile app on Apple and Google. And we- we're looking for unique ways to advertise it, to market it, to draw in people to- to- to our community. And about two years ago, you know, we were looking at releasing an NFT collection, which are non-fungible tokens. They're- they're- they're like crypto assets like Bitcoin, except they're one of a kind, like a painting rather than like a currency. And we- we were going to release this artwork collection of- of, uh, of AI-generated artwork around our- our brand and our theme, which is Firefly.
[20:18] Speaker 7: And I started making these little animated shorts, and, uh, I was dabbling in- in AI image generation and animation right when it was at the very, very beginning. So, I've seen how the tools have evolved since the very beginning. And my marketing, uh, my chief marketing officer suggested that I take these six shorts that I had made, which were these little fantasy stories and sci-fi stories, and some of them had characters in them. Uh, there was a- there was a- a medieval knight there that was battling the creature from Jekyll Island, which is a reference to the Federal Reserve and- and the international banking cartels. Um, and then there was a story with a superhero that was tied to Ethereum, which is a blockchain and a cryptocurrency, and then there was another hero named Decentricles, a playoff of Hercules and decentralization, and he was on a quest for this artifact called the Solana Stone, based off of Solana.
[21:12] Speaker 7: And the- the knight who was fighting the creature from Jekyll Island was trying to rescue this artifact called the Genesis Block that was a euphemism for Bitcoin and the first Bitcoin that was ever mined. And so I love the- the- the- these ideas of- of- of relegating blockchains into artifacts of ancient power. I'm a big fan of like, of hidden history and forgotten history and- and- and uncovering the past and understand- to understand our present and our future. And so I- I made- I made these six stories, and it was suggested that I make a seventh one to tie them all together, and as soon as I began doing this, Brent, I realized that this was a much bigger story that I wanted to tell. You know, I came up in the Ron Paul movement and, you know, was radicalized as a libertarian very early on in all of that.
[21:58] Speaker 7: And I've- I've- I've read a lot of books and I- I- I know a lot of- of amazing thinkers, some of the best minds of our generation, uh, I'm privileged to call friends, and I learned so much from them. And I- I had- I had a story I wanted to pour into this film, and it became... It- it- it quickly stopped being another short and became a- a feature-length film. I've been working on it for about two years. Uh, I've remade it probably seven or eight times total, uh, as the- as the AI tools have improved. I- I'd l- would like to clarify that AI didn't make the film. I made the film using those types of tools.
[22:35] Speaker 7: And so-
[22:35] Speaker 5: Yeah, actually- actually- actually, I wanted to- I wanted to ask for a clarification on that. Uh, my understanding, it's the first time a film has been produced totally by artificial intelligence. But what actually does that mean? And-
[22:49] Speaker 7: Sure, sure.
[22:50] Speaker 5: ... why is that a significant event?
[22:53] Speaker 7: I- I... This is a great question. So, lots of people are making short films with AI tools, and there's a big difference when you get, like, let's say ChatGPT to write a story. ChatGPT, write me a story about a- a- a- a child who becomes a superhero, right? Like, and- and- and you can use any- any criteria that you want. It will then, and I say it, it will then write a story and- and- and aggregate data from a million different places to create a story that will appeal to most people, right? So, this is not what I did with- with Book of Atlas. This was a story that I wrote. You know, I created the characters, I created the dialogue, all of... Like, the- the plot, everything was from my imagination and from- from... It was a story I wanted to tell. But I used a number of different AI processes to bring it to life.
[23:45] Speaker 7: So, part of that process begins with, you know, you- you write your script and- and- and you have a kind of an outline of where you want to go with it, and then you start generating images to... As- as source images for a particular scene. You then plug those source images into an animation tool like Kling or Runway or Pika. There's many now. Um, you know, I- I- I use, uh, a- a- a platform called Higgs Field AI, which is sort of a- a- an AI animation, image generation, uh, sound generation, voice generation command center, and that- that's- that has really, uh...... elevated my, my creative process using that. But, but there's- there's- there's hundreds of different types of tools that you can use to turn one image into a five to 30-second clip.
[24:34] Speaker 7: And then, I painstakingly created each shot and then wove it together with video editing software, 'cause I- I have s- I have some skills and- and- and experience as a video editor, and brought it all together in a cohesive storyline that follows a character through a- a- a- a- a development arc and a- and a- and a hero arc and a redemption arc.
[24:54] Speaker 5: And- and- a- and I gotta- I gotta pause you right there, okay? Gotta take a break. When we come back, more with Jordan Page. We're gonna find out about his homeschooling network as well, and we will take your calls as well. Stay tuned, this is the Global Freedom Report. We'll be right back. (instrumental music)

I do see that there is a real dilemma here, in that while it has been government policy to regard policy as the responsibility of ministers, and administration is the responsibility of officials, the questions of administrative policy can cause confusion between the policy of administration and the administration of policy.
[30:19] Speaker 9: (laughs)
[30:19] Speaker 16: Especially when responsibility for the administration of the policy of administration conflicts or overlaps with responsibility for the policy of the administration of policy.
[30:31] Speaker 17: Do you know your enemy? Well, gotta know the enemy, right? Do you know the enemy? Do you know your enemy? Well, gotta know the enemy, right. Do you know the enemy? Do you know your enemy? Well, gotta know the enemy, right. Do you know the enemy? Do you know your enemy? Well, gotta know the enemy, right.
[30:49] Speaker 5: And welcome back to the Global Freedom Report. I am your host, Brent Johnson. My guest is Jordan Page. Real quick question on Book of Atlas, and then we're gonna get into Firefly after that. But how, how c-can people see the movie? Is it playing in theaters? Is it just available online? How do people get to see The Book of Atlas?
[31:13] Speaker 7: Great question. So this is a, this is a brand new, uh, artistic art form. This is a brand new medium. I mean, AI-AI-AI filmmaking is completely in its infancy. Uh, there hasn't been a, a, a theater-wide release, uh, or a nationwide theater release of any, any AI film just yet. There's been AI augmentation on, on some major films, but that's about it. This is one of the first feature length epic, uh, films that were made entirely using AI animation. And so, we built our own... My team built our own, uh, distribution, uh, platform, which is both able to take, to, to take payments for online tickets as well as using, uh, crypto, which is gonna be web created.
[31:55] Speaker 5: So, okay. So, so short version, because you can't be this long on every question, or we're gonna run out of time.
[32:02] Speaker 7: (laughs)
[32:02] Speaker 5: We really will.
[32:02] Speaker 7: Sure.
[32:03] Speaker 5: Okay. How, how do people find out... How, uh, people wanna... People are gonna hear this, they wanna watch the movie. What do they do?
[32:10] Speaker 7: They go to thebookofatlas.com. That's it. And they can purchase a ticket there using a card. And if they wanna pay with crypto, they can pay with crypto. But it's, uh, it's a very easy process. And, uh, yeah, we're, we, we invite you to, to, to, um, get a ticket. If you use the code Brent, B-R-E-N-T, uh, from our good friend here, Brent Johnson, on the Global Freedom Report, you can get, uh, 40% off of your ticket. So, I hope that you will, uh, will type in the code Brent, and, and get a discounted ticket.
[32:40] Speaker 5: Fantastic. Thank you, and thank you for that, Jordan. Okay, before we go on, let's just take a call from Michael. Michael calling in from Jacksonville, North Carolina. Michael, welcome to the show. You're on the air. Michael, are you there?
[32:56] Speaker 18: Hello?
[32:56] Speaker 5: Yeah. Michael?
[32:58] Speaker 18: Yes, um, this is Michael Stephen Collins.
[33:01] Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah.
[33:02] Speaker 18: Hello?
[33:03] Speaker 5: Michael. Michael, you're on the air.
[33:05] Speaker 18: Yes.
[33:06] Speaker 5: Yes, you are on the air.
[33:08] Speaker 18: Okay. I... Yes. I was, I, I couldn't hear you at first. Yes, uh, I wanted to, uh, let you know about a documentary film called The Hidden Faith of the Founding Fathers, and I'm gonna... I wanna email you the, um, YouTube of it. And it, uh, it actually, uh, goes into the, the actual deism of the founding fathers. For example, um, Benjamin Franklin was a deist, and when he lived in London, he was the, um, the, um, supreme grand commander of the Freemasonic Lodge in both London and in Paris. And Paris is where they launched the French Revolution. And they, um, what it is, he was... He belonged to a, um, uh, club in London called the Hellfire Club, where they dug underneath his home in ni- uh, in 1998, and, uh, they found human body parts as if they had used them for human sacrificial satanic worship.
[34:24] Speaker 5: Okay, hang on. Michael, let me, let me, let me pause you for that. Okay, right now, we're having a problem because our, our server has temporarily gone down. So, our regular email is not going to get it to me. What I would like you to do-
[34:40] Speaker 18: Okay.
[34:40] Speaker 5: ... is call the, call the 888 number, 888-385-3733.
[34:48] Speaker 18: Okay.
[34:48] Speaker 5: Call tomorrow, and then, um, ask for the best way to send you, and Lee will give you an email. Either my secondary email or her secondary email, she will give you-
[35:00] Speaker 18: Okay.
[35:00] Speaker 5: ... so that you're able-
[35:01] Speaker 18: Okay.
[35:01] Speaker 5: ... to get the email to me. If you just send it regularly, I'm... I, I don't know when I'm gonna get it, because I don't know how long it's gonna take for the server to be fixed.
[35:13] Speaker 18: Okay. Well, I'll, I'll do that. And, uh, but it's very eye-opening, and, uh, I hope you enjoy it, because like I said, it's gonna, it's gonna reveal a lot of truth, that we always thought that they were Christians when they really weren't.
[35:24] Speaker 5: I will take a look. I will take a look at it, as I always do. Thank you.
[35:28] Speaker 18: Okay.
[35:29] Speaker 5: Thank you so much, Michael. Appreciate it.
[35:32] Speaker 18: All right.
[35:32] Speaker 5: All right. Jordan, you are the founder and CEO of the Firefly Education Network-
[35:38] Speaker 7: That's correct.
[35:38] Speaker 5: ... described as a next generation homeschooling platform designed to give families greater control over their children's education. Tell us about the platform, and how do people learn more a-about it?
[35:52] Speaker 7: Well, first, you can go to fireflyedu.org, fireflyedu.org, and you can learn all about the platform. My wife, Mary, and I have seven children. We've been homeschooling for 15 years with great success, and we... She was getting her teaching, uh, degree, her master's degree in teaching back in 2021, and we came face to face with the agenda in the public school system. And it was not anything that was truly shocking to us that it existed, but when we really saw what they're teaching teachers, we were deeply convicted by the Holy Spirit to, uh, to stand up and do something. And so, we raised money and we built this, this technology platform to be the operating system for the worldwide homeschool movement. It is available in every language, both texts, t- text, uh, content, video, workbooks. We'll have our own full K-12 curriculum, uh, by this fall. We'll have three through eight finished by, uh, by June.
[36:47] Speaker 7: And so, we're really inviting anybody that wants to leave the public school system and doesn't know how, uh, or, or doesn't, doesn't understand even where to begin, come and g- and get a subscription to Firefly. It's very, very competitely priced, very modestly priced, and we're here to help you and to help your family to get on the, the homeschooling journey, and to make it a lot easier. It's never gonna be easy as sending your kids to the indoctrination centers-But, you know, if you want your kids to, to, to be Romans, send them to, to get an education from Caesar. And so, you know, if you don't want that, y- you have to do it yourself and it's ne- it's not gonna, it's not gonna be, ever be as easy as sending them to someone else to raise, but we can help make it easier for you.
[37:28] Speaker 5: Well, now, okay, let, let's, let's, let's work on that. From a practical perspective, how does it work? Okay, people contact you, they get signed up. What happens? What do you actually do? What do you present to them that will help them to be able to get, get away from the public school insanity and, uh-
[37:51] Speaker 7: Sure.
[37:51] Speaker 5: ... homeschool their children, practically speaking?
[37:54] Speaker 7: Well, you're, you're, your question really plays into, you know, w- what are the pain points of homeschooling? Like, w- what, what is so difficult about homeschooling? Well, number one, it's patchworking together hundreds of different pieces in terms of curriculum and resources and tools, uh, in order to be able to give your kids an education. We have everything in-house. We are a turnkey solution. So when you subscribe to Firefly and you become a paid member of Firefly, you get access to all of the curriculum that's on the site. And as I said, we're gonna be have, we're gonna have a K through 12 full curriculum, as well as lots and lots of elective classes that, that you can teach, and that we also have native built-in teleconferencing so that teachers and instructors who want to make supplemental income or just get out of the public school system entirely can teach live classes through our platform. We also have the ability to translate voice clone and lip dub course videos.
[38:49] Speaker 7: Like, if you were gonna teach a course on, uh, you know, how to have a successful podcast and you were on camera, we, you could use our tools. Firefly Translate+ will translate y- you into any language while preserving the, the, the integrity of your voice tone and dubbing your mouth movements to match that new language. So you could be speaking in Portuguese or Chinese or Arabic or Hindi, what, or Spanish, whatever language your, or population you're trying to reach. Uh, and we also have a, uh, um, a built-in, um, AI tutor/chatbot assistant for the parents. All of our, m- like, m- the majority of our AI processes are all parent-facing. They're not student-facing. We don't want kids using AI to do their work or, or to disrupt the natural learning process and natural rhythms of learning that children get from human beings. We don't wanna interrupt that process, and there's a lot of education platforms out there that are doing that. We, w- we are standing a- apart from that.
[39:48] Speaker 7: The AI processes are, you know, on our system are strictly for the parents to use to en- to en- help them engage with their kids easier and teach and teach, uh, in a more streamlined way. We also have a, a parent command center to help them keep track of all of their records and all of their children's assignments to be able to prove to any type of authority or, or, or higher learning institution what their, uh, academic career has been about and, and to be able to keep those records in a solid, uh, reliable way. We also provide, uh, pathways to understanding the legal landscape and navigating that legal landscape of homeschooling, regardless of where you live. Right now, we cover all 50 states with, with, with the legal help, but eventually we're gonna s- expand that worldwide into every country. Um, we also, the, we have a Bible app. We have a field trip planner. You can type in your location.
[40:39] Speaker 7: It'll give you hundreds of field trip options, um, as, as a homeschool family about where you could take your kids within 100-mile radius of your house. Uh, there's, there's, there's so many tools. We, we, we've published a full-length e-book on homeschooling, as well as dozens of articles, and we're always adding more and more content partners and tech partners. But ultimately, this is about consolidating everything that you would need to homeschool your kids outside of the woke, leftist, indoctrinated school system, you know, being able to do it at home and having the, the, the tools and resources to be able to do it successfully, as well as connecting with community 'Cause another feature on Firefly is a complete social media platform for families to connect with each other, to share stories, to share tips and support, regardless of where you live, and because this site is entirely translatable, with one click of a button, you can translate all of, uh, all of your communications
[41:33] Speaker 7: into any language. So you can c- you can communicate with anyone, anywhere. Uh, and so w- it's very, very family friendly. We are a Christian organization. We are a very liberty-focused organization. Faith, freedom, family is our motto
[41:48] Speaker 5: Excellent. [43:37] Speaker 6: I haven't got a brain, only straw.
[43:41] Speaker 20: How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
[43:43] Speaker 21: I don't know. But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking, don't they?
[43:49] Speaker 20: Yes. I guess you're right.
[43:51] Speaker 22: And here's to you, Mr. Jefferson. We all miss you more than you will know. Well, well, well. God bless you please, Mr. Madison. Heaven help these fools that legislate. Right away. Our rights away.
[44:14] Speaker 5: And welcome back to the Global Freedom Report. I am your host, Brent Johnson. My guest is Jordan Page. If you'd like to join in on the show, 866-870-KRLA. That number again, 866-870-5752. We will get right to your calls in just a minute. Just two very quick questions for you, Jordan, before we take the next caller. How long has the Firefly Education Network been in operation and what kind of responses have you received from people who are using the system?
[44:50] Speaker 7: Well, we just launched in January. You know, we've been building up to this for probably, uh, uh, several years, you know. It- it- it took a lot to, to create, uh, the- this pretty robust system. Uh, it's- it's a, (laughs) it's a pretty impressive tech stack just from a tech standpoint, and it- it took time to build. But we launched in January. The response has been fantastic. Uh, we also have a- a full mobile app version of Firefly that's currently available, uh, through Apple app stores and- and Google Play stores. So p- so if you have a device and an internet connection, you have access to a complete education. Um, you know, our community is growing and once- once the core curriculum is completely finished, uh, a- actually really in June, I- we're gonna be really rolling out a huge marketing campaign worldwide to, uh, to attract students from all over the world because, you know, the- the United States is probably the largest concentrated population.
[45:44] Speaker 7: It went from under three million in 2021 to over six million by 2024. And it's- it's far exceeded that now. But the growth is really what- what's- what's of note there. Uh, homeschooling is- is about like, it- it is the fastest growing sector in education and it's the most underserved.
[46:02] Speaker 5: Excellent.
[46:02] Speaker 7: And that's why we made it an internationally accessible platform in order to be able to cast a wide net worldwide and not just focus on the United States.
[46:10] Speaker 5: Excellent, excellent. Now the other thing I wanted to ask you, in the last segment you mentioned that one of the things you do is you help people navigate any of the legal issues that may come up when they seek to homeschool their children. Can you give us an idea of some of the legal issues that people have encountered?
[46:30] Speaker 7: Oh, sure. Well, homeschooling has come up against (laughs) tons and tons of- of legal resistance from the state, you know. I mean- I mean, in some countries, it's out- it's outright illegal. You just can't do it. And- and anyone who does, who goes outside of the state-run system can have their children taken away. And so, you know, I know a lot of folks that went through things like that here in the US, you know, over the last 30 years. Um, but the... On Firefly, you know, we're- we're members of HSLDA, the Homeschool Legal Defense Association, and we link directly to all of the current regulations, all of the current, uh, laws in every state, so- so that you don't have to go searching for it. We- we- j- you just click on what state you're from and/or where you currently live and we provide all the links that you need to learn what you need to do.
[47:16] Speaker 7: Uh, and I highly recommend HSLDA as, uh, the Homeschool Legal Defense, uh, Association to- to help you with any, any homeschool, um, issues that you might be having with the state. But, you know, there- there are, th- there are so many things that- that can, that- that- that have happened in the past, but homeschooling has really become a lot more mainstream, uh, in the last 10 years. It's- it's- it's not anywhere near as fringe as- as it used to be seen. But, you know, the people that were, that were doing it back then were really, they were pioneers going against the grain. They recognized something was deeply, deeply wrong, uh, in the, in the public school system and it's truly a failed experiment and so they pulled their kids out. They didn't want the state raising their kids and instilling tho- those values into their children. They did it themselves.
[48:01] Speaker 5: Yes. Yes.
[48:01] Speaker 7: And- and that takes a lot of courage and a lot of, uh, determination.
[48:05] Speaker 5: Excellent. Very good. So, our question for the week, if you didn't catch it earlier, which is more important to you, preserving freedom or combating terrorism? Eric from Los Angeles wanted to answer the question. Eric, welcome to the show. You are on the air.
[48:24] Speaker 23: Hello. Um, yes, I do want to answer that question, and if I may, after that, I do, uh, need to, uh, respond to Michael's call, if I may. Um, let me get to your question first. Uh, okay, um, our Lord Jesus, Yeshua, uh, told Moses, uh, moved Moses to say, uh, "Liberty throughout the land." The government says, "I'm from the government. I'm here to help you." Now you compare the two and- and tell me which you would think would be more important. Um, and I'm gonna allow the question, sir.
[49:10] Speaker 5: Well, the question isn't, the question isn't which I think. The question is what you think.
[49:17] Speaker 23: Okay. All right. I- I was turning it around a little bit there. There's nothing more important than preserving liberty and freedom. And that was what was important to Benjamin Franklin and our founders, most of whom were Christians. I believe a lot of them were all across the board, uh, across the political landscape eventually. Benjamin Franklin, who was mentored by Evangelist George Whitefield, uh...... um, I, uh, Whitfield had a hard time reaching Benjamin Franklin with the gospel.
[49:50] Speaker 5: Mm. Mm.
[49:51] Speaker 23: But eventually, um, uh, he, he converted late. I- and you can, you can read his testimony. And, um, and I have to say this, that two days ago, May 1st, they call it May Day, some call it International Workers' Day. The communists and socialists celebrate that day-
[50:15] Speaker 5: Quick. Quickly, Eric.
[50:17] Speaker 23: ... every year.
[50:18] Speaker 5: Qui- quickly, Eric. Quickly.
[50:18] Speaker 23: All right.
[50:18] Speaker 5: Go ahead.
[50:19] Speaker 23: All right. It marked two- this year, it marked 250th anniversary of the founding of the infamous order of the Illuminati, and I wasn't allowed to get on any other radio shows, except one that I squeaked in, to say that. They said, "We can't let you on to say that." And I want that mentioned that that was the 250th anniversary. And their goal is not freedom. Their goal is to bring about as much terrorism and chaos and anarchy that would require government intervention, and they clean up and they, they, uh, establish a dictatorship over us.
[50:56] Speaker 23: So the most-
[50:56] Speaker 5: Understood.
[50:56] Speaker 23: ... important thing is preserving our liberty and freedom.
[51:00] Speaker 5: Excellent. Excellent. Thank you so much. Appreciate the call, Eric. Sorry to cut you off, but we are on time. We gotta keep doing the time thing. Um, Jordan, you, you have produced a new album called Stand in the Presence that addresses spiritual wellbeing. Now, I can already tell you folks, it has some great songs on it. Tell us a bit about how you came to write and produce this album. And you only got a co- couple of minutes to do it. Go ahead.
[51:29] Speaker 7: Okay.
[51:29] Speaker 5: Jordan, tell us about it.
[51:31] Speaker 7: So I've, I've been, I've been a musician my entire life. I've been a recording and touring artist since 2005, and God has been trying to get me to do worship music that entire time, and I've just been putting it off and putting it off, and telling Him, "I wanna do things my way." And in 2021, I lost my voice from a, a terrible, uh, bout with, with, with the bioweapon known as COVID. Uh, it destroyed my voice for about six months, and I was at a Bible study and I... the, the question came up, "What does God want from you?" And I said, "That's a great question. I don't know what, what you want from me anymore 'cause if I can't sing, if I can't perform, then who am I? You know, w- w- who is Jordan Page?" And he said, uh, I, I said, "What do you want from me?" And he said, "I want you to stop trying to figure it out and just let me guide you." And I, I submitted to that, and it was a very clear voice that I heard.
[52:24] Speaker 7: And within, you know, four months, I had, uh, you know, I had, I had the makings of a new worship album. And I hadn't written a song in about two years before that point. I had, I had gone through a very, very difficult time, and then, then losing my voice just gave, I was very despondent. And so my voice began to come back and I started writing all of these songs, and th- the, the... it, it really just kind of happened very, um, very much as, as a series of gifts and, and, and Divine interventions from Jesus. And so this, this is my first worship rock album. I'm a rock and roll guy. I'm a folk music and Southern rock kinda guy, and I just poured all of my style into this. But, but, but the music and the lyrics are, are straight from the Lord.
[53:07] Speaker 5: And I gotta tell you folks, I've, I've already heard a couple of the pieces from Stand in the Presence, and they're really very, very, very good. So the bo-
[53:16] Speaker 7: Thanks.
[53:16] Speaker 5: ... the album is Stand in the Presence and, um, is that over, is that over at, uh, jordanpage.net?
[53:26] Speaker 7: It will be. It'll be on all major streaming platforms like Amazon and Spotify and iTunes. Uh, you'll also be able to, to access my music at jordanpage.net. I mean, you can go to jordanpage.net right now and, and hear everything that I've, that I've done, and I, I'm very easy to find. Uh, if you just type in my name Jordan Page-
[53:44] Speaker 5: And-
[53:44] Speaker 7: ... and music, you'll find me.
[53:45] Speaker 5: Yeah. And we'll make sure all that information goes out in the second hour as well, because Jordan's gonna stay with us into the second hour, okay, where we're gonna have this week's edition of Freedom Follies. [54:39] Speaker 24: President Trump has triggered a $200 billion tech disruption, and Wall Street is asleep at the switch. This $200 billion investment in chip technology could make today's artificial intelligence chips obsolete, technology that will make today's AI data centers a thing of the past, like IBM's old mainframes. While most investors are focused on old-fashioned AI, there are three companies quietly building a trillion-dollar triangle that could transform every tech sector on Earth. These three companies are gearing up to develop and manufacture supercomputers the size of a dinner plate. Institutions like Vanguard, BlackRock, and State Street are pouring more than $200 billion into this AI revolution. Investment guru George Gilder has been predicting tech revolutions for more than 40 years, including the iPhone, Netflix, and Amazon. Now he's got his finger on three companies whose technology will change tech forever.

[56:58] Speaker 28: With SRN News, I'm Mary Rose. Republican Senator Chuck Grassley says American farmers are feeling the brunt of the war against Iran.
[57:07] Speaker 29: Grassley says the Middle East conflict is spiking the cost of fuel and fertilizer in his home state of Iowa, and across the country.
[57:15] Speaker 30: Diesel at, uh, more than $4, in some places it's $5 or more. Fertilizer prices have shot way up.
[57:24] Speaker 29: The senator tells the Salem Radio Network those higher costs are putting a squeeze on American farmers.
[57:29] Speaker 30: You just can't continue it.
[57:31] Speaker 29: Grassley is pushing for Congress to approve year-round sales of E15, a higher ethanol fuel blend, to help lower prices at the gas pump. Greg Clogston, Washington.

[01:00:50] Speaker 5: And, and welcome back to hour number two of The Global Freedom Report. I'm your host, Brent Johnson. If you'd like to be part of the show, the toll-free number is 866-870-KRLA, 866-870-5752. Our question for the week, t- uh, it's a question I asked a couple weeks ago, but we didn't have time to take answers. So, I'm hoping you're gonna call today to give me your answer. This is an important question. Which is more important to you, preserving freedom or combating terrorism? Now, I'm not asking you whether one or the other is important. Let's assume they're both important. Would you surrender your freedom to combat terrorism, or...Would you surrender a technique of combating terrorism because it violated your freedom? Which is more important to you, preserving freedom or combating terrorism? That is the question. 866-870-KRLA. Welcome back, Jordan Page.
[01:02:04] Speaker 5: For many years, you've been writing and performing music that promotes and supports freedom, truth, justice, and the God-given rights of all Americans. Now it is time for this week's edition of Freedom Follies. (instrumental music plays) Ah, and welcome back. Welcome back. My, my, m- uh, uh, uh, my guest is Jordan Page. Jordan, Jordan, okay. You know, as I mentioned a moment ago, you have been performing music promoting freedom, truth, and justice for decades. What inspired you to devote your life to these songs and their messages?
[01:02:59] Speaker 7: Uh, it was 2006, Brent, and I was politically illiterate. I could not have had a conversation with someone like you back then. Um, I, and I, I ha- I had a dream on December the 1st of 2006 about George Bush, and it was a terrible nightmare about war and, and suffering and corruption, and th- this was very much outside my wheelhouse of my vocabulary. And I woke up that night around three o'clock in the morning, and I wrote a song in the middle of the night that I didn't fully understand and was unlike anything I'd ever written before. And the first time I played it, uh, several weeks later, uh, for, for a, a pretty big audience, uh, I got a, a standing ovation for that particular song. It was the only song of the night that got a standing ovation. And it, and I felt the Lord was speaking to me and saying, "You know, you, you... These people know what this song is about.
[01:03:54] Speaker 7: Now it's time for you to go figure it out." And so I did a, a deep dive into the, the, you know, the, the, the dark information spheres, and it really just completely changed who I was. It, it, it... I had such a, such a deep, deep spiritual reaction to, to finding out that the world that I thought existed was not th- the, the world that's, that's actually there. And I, I... But I rebuilt with that, you know? Like, I mean, Jesus Christ is my foundation and my savior, and I, I, I'm not, I'm not here for the things of this world. I'm here for him. And so he led me, uh, you know, on this path to be a voice for freedom and, and, and liberty. You know, w- 2 Corinthians 3:17 says, "Where the Spirit of God is, there is liberty." So, that is at the heart of, of everything that I do, whether it's music or, or technology or any, any other type of art or, or business. Everything I do, uh, is coming from that, from that foundation and the Gospel.
[01:04:48] Speaker 7: So, I would s- I would say, like, my, like, my love for Jesus Christ is, is a, is a big motivator. My love for my wife and my children. You know, I'm trying to help create the world that I want them to be able to live in, in peace and harmony with their families. And so I can't do that sitting on the sidelines. No one can. I'm trying to be part of the solution and to show people that you can make a difference as one person. I'm just one person, and I've, I've made a difference, but I'm not done making a difference. I'm still out here trying to wake people up, just like you, and, and, and using various means to do it.
[01:05:21] Speaker 5: Excellent. Well, that's why w- that's exactly why I'm having you here, you know? People who, through art, whether it's performing art or fine art, okay, who through art promote freedom. Okay? I think that's a wondrous thing, a wonderful thing. Now, the first song we're gonna address here, it's called Red Flag. And as I understand it, you, you have never released this song. It's a (laughs) really good song. Do you, do you, do you plan on releasing it any time soon?
[01:05:53] Speaker 7: Yes, actually. So yeah, I, I have not commercially released this song. This is sort of a debut, I would say, for, for Red Flag. Um, but it was written about the red flag laws in Virginia and, and which have been copied in other states as well. Uh, I have a good friend, uh, Chris Anders, who, who, uh, is an elected official in, uh, in, in West Virginia and has spent a lot of time, you know, campaigning, uh, in, you know, in West Virginia and Virginia for, for gun rights. And, and this, this is really about the, the struggle that the patriots in, in that area have had in, in combating the red flag laws and about the, just the rise of tyranny.
[01:06:31] Speaker 7: And it's asking some pretty poignant questions about-
[01:06:34] Speaker 5: Well-
[01:06:34] Speaker 7: ... about, uh, you know, centralization of power.
[01:06:38] Speaker 5: Um, um, just, uh, in, in one sentence or less, okay, uh, what are the red flag laws?
[01:06:47] Speaker 7: They are laws that deprive, uh, law-abiding citizens of their right to bear arms based on accusations, but not on due process.
[01:06:57] Speaker 5: Excellent. Very good. Well, okay. Sit back. Listen up to the debut of Red Flag. It's never been released, so you're getting to hear it. Pretty much you're m- among the first. Red Flag. Take it away, Travis.
[01:07:19] Speaker 34: (instrumental music plays) The red flag of the tyrant covers all that you can see. Its fabric woven into everything that you believe. The burdens of your silence now like many times before are-
[01:07:52] Speaker 35: Can't you see them bear the standard like blood against the sky? Tomorrow waits for no one, will you kiss it all goodbye? 'Cause if you don't resist, you might as well just lay right down and die. A wicked man will conquer all, for violence is his game. A righteous man resists him when a spark becomes a flame. Your enemy revealed to be unraveling their plans. As they legislate to confiscate the weapons from your hands. Can't you see the red flag flying high? Can't you see them bear the standard like blood against the sky? Tomorrow waits for no one, will you kiss it all goodbye? 'Cause if you don't resist, you might as well just lay right down and die. The rights of man are given by the Lord who reigns above. And no man can truly rule another. To wage a war on your brother is the greatest of all sins. But if they mean to have a war, then here it shall begin. Oh. Now down in Virginia, you can hear them rebels yell.
[01:10:01] Speaker 35: "You can pry my rifle from my bones and then I'll see you in hell." To the cause of free men everywhere, will you stand and add your name? Or will they load you in the nearest empty boxcar on the train? Can't you see the red flag flying high? Can't you see them bear the standard like blood against the sky? Tomorrow waits for no one, will you kiss it all goodbye? 'Cause if you don't resist, you might as well just lay right down and die. The future's unpredictable, the past is all a lie. And if you don't wake up, you might as well just lay right down and die.
[01:11:02] Speaker 5: I love that. I absolutely love that. The, the, they, they legislate so they can confiscate, li- like that one. And I particularly like, you know, that lyric, "If, if you don't resist, you might as well just lay right down and die." I mean, if you're not going to... If you're not gonna stand up to defend the rights you've been gifted from God, then what's the point of anything? I mean, anything at all, you know? And, uh, a tremendous song. I'm actually stunned that you haven't released it yet, and I would hope that you're gonna get that released very, very soon, because people need to hear that. Wait, hang on a second. Travis, I'm not hearing... I'm not hearing Jordan.
[01:11:55] Speaker 7: Oh, sorry, sorry. I was-
[01:11:56] Speaker 5: Uh-
[01:11:56] Speaker 7: I was muted. My fa- my fault. Uh-
[01:11:58] Speaker 5: Ah, okay.
[01:11:58] Speaker 7: I- I was just saying, I, um, I will probably put it out later this year after we put out the, the worship album, uh, Stand in the Presence, and so, uh, w- we may put it out as, as a, as a single sometime, like, in the fall or winter. So, uh, so it will be coming out, but it just hasn't c- it just hasn't come out yet.
[01:12:16] Speaker 5: Tremendous, absolutely tremendous, tremendous song. 8- 866-870-KRLA, 866-870-5752. Um, you know, you, you have s- you have s- so much good material. Um, do you generally perform as a group, or do you generally do things as an individual vocalist?
[01:12:43] Speaker 7: Yeah, I generally perform on my own, um, I, I, uh, w- on my solo act I, I, do a lot of live loops where I will, I will record things live on stage and, and keep them going, and build the sounds of a band as I go with just me and my, my, my guitar. Um, yeah, I, I've, I've toured with a band for many, many years, and it's just a lot easier for me to, to hit more stops and to, to have a, have a tour be (laughs) financially successful when I'm touring by myself. But, uh, you know, I, I've, I've, I'm not opposed to doing shows with a full band, but it's been a while since I've done that.
[01:13:17] Speaker 5: And I know that's a, that's a whole, whole different dynamic at that point, yes. I, I-
[01:13:23] Speaker 7: It is a difference. (laughs)
[01:13:25] Speaker 5: Yeah. I, uh, uh, uh, I do understand that, but for certain you are not... You have not completed your journey. You have not completed what you were put here for, because if you had, you wouldn't have all this new stuff coming out. You... The creative juices would not be, um, firing up the way they are. So I consider that we are all-
[01:13:49] Speaker 7: That's for sure. That's for sure.
[01:13:49] Speaker 5: ... I consider we're all better off having you do what you're doing. Well, we have more. We have more coming up. We are not done.... with Jordan Page. If you'd like to speak with Jordan or if you have a comment or question you'd like to add, 866-870-KRLA. What do you think is more important, personal freedom or combating terrorism? 866-870-5752. We will be right back with more of Freedom Follies, more of Jordan Page, and more of the Global Freedom Report. Stay tuned.
[01:14:26] Speaker 4: (music) Don't go away. There's a lot more of the Global Freedom Report when we come back.
[01:14:38] Speaker 36: Are you ready to awaken to the truth? Birthright: Born Free, Live Free is the award-winning documentary shaking audiences across America. And now, you can host a screening in your community, either in-person or virtually. Visit birthrightthemovie.com and select Host a Screening. Hosts can sell tickets and keep a portion of the proceeds or purchase a license to offer a free event. Birthright, because freedom isn't free and silence is surrender.
[01:15:08] Speaker 37: This is Susan Lindauer, the former US intelligence asset who warned about 9/11. When truth becomes treason, you wanna be listening to the Global Freedom Report with Brent Johnson.
[01:15:18] Speaker 21: But hey, will you, will you just let me explain? This is television, that's all it is. Uh, it's nothing to do with people, it's to do with the ratings. For 50 years, we've told them what to eat, what to drink, what to wear. For Christ's sake, man, don't you understand? Americans love television. They ween their kids on it. Listen, they love game shows. They love wrestling. They love sports and violence. So what do we do? We give them what they want.
[01:15:52] Speaker 4: Freedom Fever.
[01:15:54] Speaker 38: We are citizens of an American nation and our rights are being threatened by a tyrant 3,000 miles away.
[01:16:02] Speaker 3: Would you tell me, please, why should I trade one tyrant 3,000 miles away for 3,000 tyrants one mile away?
[01:16:11] Speaker 38: An elected legislature can trample a man's rights as easily as a king can.
[01:16:15] Speaker 4: Freedom Fever, make it viral.
[01:16:20] Speaker 5: All right. Welcome back to the Global Freedom Report. I'm your host, Brent Johnson. My guest is Jordan Page. Jordan, welcome back.
[01:16:30] Speaker 7: Thanks.
[01:16:31] Speaker 5: Our question, our question for your consideration: which is more important to you, preserving freedom or combating terrorism? By the way, I don't consider there is a right or wrong answer to this. I know what my answer is. I'd like to know what your, your answer is. And if you would like to answer that question or any other reason, 866-870-KRLA, 866-870-5752. Jordan, the next song I wanna play is called Listen. It's from your Liberty album.
[01:17:11] Speaker 5: Can-
[01:17:11] Speaker 7: Yeah.
[01:17:11] Speaker 5: ... you tell me a little bit about how you came to write this song?
[01:17:17] Speaker 7: Well, so I, I, I, I spoke a l- a little bit about the, the first song that I wrote, which was called Pendulum. And that song really set me on a path and, and a journey to learn all the things I didn't (laughs) know about th- that I needed to be able to, to be able to communicate to, to people what's going on in the world. I had to learn what was going on first. Listen was the resu- was the first song I wrote after I began that journey. So, you know, it's like y- y- you, you dive down to the bottom of The Creature from Jekyll Island and Alex Jones documentaries and Aaron Russo and (laughs) , you know, all these, all these filmmakers and authors and economists who are, who are, are really, like, putting a fine point on what the real problems in the world are and, and, and where all these wars come from, where all this economic disparity comes from.
[01:18:06] Speaker 7: And so, uh, Listen was the first song that I wrote after I began that, that, that journey, after I started, like, you know, my awakening process.
[01:18:16] Speaker 5: Super. And by the way, uh, just from my engineer, he put into the chat room, "That song," talking about, uh, Red Flag, "is really good. Jordan, you need to get that on Spotify now." (laughs) And now-
[01:18:31] Speaker 7: (laughs) Will do, will do.
[01:18:33] Speaker 5: ... while, while, while you're thinking on that, okay, let's take a listen to Listen.
[01:18:42] Speaker 4: (music) Listen to the sound that you hear. Lucky nickel in your hair. There's a strange vibration rising up from the heart of America, America. Listen to the sound of the drum calling players to the game of the new world order. Don't be caught unaware when the heads start rolling. No, it couldn't happen here. I know it wouldn't happen here. But I will not submit to authority of man. I'm alive, I'm awake. This is more than I can take. If you had an open door, would you kill it a little more? Listen to the cries of the dead.
[01:19:55] Speaker 4: And know
[01:20:09] Speaker 39: Listen to the sound of applause in a chamber full of men selling out their people. As they plan their assault on the heart of America. No, it couldn't happen here. I know it never happened here. I will not submit to authority of man. I'm alive, I'm awake. This is more than I can take. If you had an open door. Would you give a little more? There's a war machine in motion. And the bullets fall as rain. And the light in the eyes of the innocent has faded into pain. Yesterday, I knew the world was spinning towards the end. But today, I see the wasteland. And it's too late to pretend. Listen to the words of the man with the rifle in his hand. Don't be mistaken. I believe in peace, but I won't be taken. I will not submit to authority of man. I'm ready to die, but not for a lie. See the stars appear. It's gonna open here.
[01:22:48] Speaker 5: Wow. Another real winner. And, uh, ob- obviously it was, because you've had it out there for a long time. Tremendous song. You, you have several websites available. These include thebookofatlas.com, which focuses on the film The Book of Atlas-
[01:23:09] Speaker 39: Correct.
[01:23:09] Speaker 5: ... and fireflyedu.org, which outlines the home- homeschooling platform of the Firefly Education Network. Then you also have a third website, jordanpage.net. This is where people can find your music. Now, is this also where people can contact you? How can those who wish to contribute to your work do so? And is your music available for people who wish to purchase it? Finally, do you have any events scheduled where you'll be performing, and how do people get tickets for, or plan to attend them?
[01:23:45] Speaker 39: (laughs) Sure, sure. So yeah, so jordanpage.net is my music website. You can listen to songs there. You can see music videos there, find out where I'll, where I'll be. You can contact me through my website. Um, Book of At- thebookofatlas.com is where you can also contact me through there. Um, you know, my, my email address is jordan@fireflyedu.org for anything relating to The Book of Atlas or Firefly. [01:24:35] Speaker 39: Sure.
[01:24:35] Speaker 5: I can't help it. So we'll be back-
[01:24:37] Speaker 39: Sure.
[01:24:37] Speaker 5: ... with more of the Global Freedom Report. Stay tuned.

[01:31:40] Speaker 42: Uh, but fireflyedu.org is the main site, uh, as well as thebookofatlas.com. You can go there and type in Brent as your code, and you'll get 40% off of your tickets, and you can also find me and my music at jordanpage.net.
[01:31:57] Speaker 5: Excellent. Jordan, it has been an absolute pleasure, and, uh, my, my prayers go out to you, blessings go out to you for much success in everything you are doing. I look forward to hearing the progress on all of your various projects, okay? And I also look forward to having you back again at some point in the near future. Thanks so much, Jordan Page. God bless you, my friend.
[01:32:23] Speaker 17: Thank you, Brad.
[01:32:24] Speaker 5: Do appreciate everything you do.
[01:32:26] Speaker 17: God bless you, buddy.
[01:32:26] Speaker 5: All right.
[01:32:27] Speaker 17: Thank you.
[01:32:28] Speaker 5: Now, it is time for this week's edition of Lessons in Liberty, and what, what I wa- I wanna do today is talk to you a little bit about attorneys. Now, the first thing I want you to know is I'm not an attorney. I'm not an attorney, nor am I a, uh, a, um, um, accountant or any certified-by-the-government professional, mm-kay? That's my mandatory disclaimer. So anything I say to you is not to be construed as legal advice of, of any kind. But I can tell you this, that having an understanding of the legal system and attorneys is very important if you are to function in that legal system. So, first thing I wanna talk to you about is the term Bar, Bar Association, mm-kay? Bar, which is short for barrister, mm-kay? Bar is an acronym. It stands for British Accredited Registry. When you are a member of the Bar, you actually have a foreign title of nobility, foreign to the United States, because only barristers, barristers can appear before the King's Court.
[01:33:54] Speaker 5: Now, all bar associations get their existence from the Illinois Bar Association, and the Illinois Bar Association attaches directly to, wait for it, the London Bar Association. (clears throat) So all bar associations ultimately are attached to the London Bar Association, and all bar associations are part of the British Accredited Registry. Mm-kay? So that's one of the first things to understand about bar-card-carrying attorneys. They are all a member of the British Accredited Registry. Now, the next thing I wanna dir- you to, uh, take a look at is a body of law that is, it's a reference body. It's called Corpus Juris Secundum, or a CJS. Corpus, C-O-R-P-U-S, Juris, J-U-R-I-S, Secundum, S-E-C-U-N-D-U-M. Corpus Juris Secundum, which is, essentially means the, the, a body of justice, essentially. If you look at CJS Volume 7, Section 4, it identifies very specifically the duties of an attorney, and while there are many duties of an attorney, there are three primary duties of an attorney.
[01:35:40] Speaker 5: The first of those duties is to the court. The bar-card-carrying attorney, barrister, is an officer of the court. That's his first duty. The second duty of an attorney is to the Bar Association, the British Accredited Registry. And the third duty of an attorney is to the client. Now, that is the order of importance to each of these duties, which means if there is ever a, a conflict between an attorney's duty to the court or an attorney's duty to the Bar, and that same attorney's duty to the client, the client loses. In any situation, the client comes after the attorney's duty to the Bar and the attorney's duty to the court. So in any kind of a conflict, the attorney only is bound to act on the client's behalf if doing so does not compromise what the court wants of the attorney or what the Bar wants of the attorney. Check it out. Look it up for yourself. Corpus Juris Secundum, Volume 7, Section 4. Now, let me con- con- continue with CJS. Corpus Juris Secundum, still Volume 7.
[01:37:18] Speaker 5: Let's go backwards to Section 2, and if you look at CJS Volume 7, Section 2, it clearly states, listen to this, that if you hire an attorney, you are considered to be a ward of the court with no rights whatsoever. Read it for yourself. You are considered that because you hired an attorney, you are incompetent to stand on your own behalf. I didn't make the words up. Check it out, and you see if you see anything different from that. CJS Volume 7...... Section 2. So, if you don't have an attorney, they consider you to be mentally incompetent, because you don't have an attorney. If you do have an attorney, they consider you to be mentally incompetent because that's what CJS Volume 7, Section 2 says. Meaning anytime you enter the legal system, everything is stacked against you. And that, my friends, is today's unpleasant yet very, very true lesson in liberty. I want to remind you of the question of the week: Which is more important to you, preserving freedom or combating terrorism?
[01:39:04] Speaker 5: And I really would love to hear from you as to w- what you think about that. 866-870-KRLA, 866-870-5752. And we have Bre... An-another Brent, Brent calling from LA. Brent, welcome to the show. From one Brent to another, you're on the air.
[01:39:27] Speaker 45: Um, a blessed evening, Brans. Good talking to you again.
[01:39:33] Speaker 5: Thank you. Thank you.
[01:39:34] Speaker 45: Um, you're, you're welcome. I fear your question of choosing between freedom or terrorism is a messy and a self-contradictory proposition. It's like asking, "What is more vital to a person, their brain or their heart?" I think first we need to clearly define our terms. Freedom to Christians and Jews has no parallel relationship to asking Islam or jihadis and democratic Marxists that question. Christian and Jewish freedoms relate to choosing between believing in the one true eternal God and his Ten Commandments or the freedom of Muslims and Marxists to slaughter and enslave all humanity and crush Western civilization. So, I-I think this comes down to values. And when you had Jordan on earlier, speaking about th-the need to, uh, school, self-school our children, uh, I think the most important thing to be teaching them are values and character, uh, which the Marxist world does not tolerate, or would the jihadi world.
[01:40:39] Speaker 45: If you don't, you know, follow their orders and their commandments, you're dead. And so I think we really have to recognize and become more sensitive to what truly is freedom. Is it just we doing whatever we feel like? Or is it we doing what God wants us to do?
[01:40:55] Speaker 5: Well, okay, that's, that, that is a reasonable, a reasonable question. Um, you know, freedom, freedom essentially means that, you know, i-if you want to take it under God, 'cause God is the one who's given us our freedom, okay? Freedom does not give you the freedom to violate somebody else's God-given rights. That has never been the case. In common law, which is at the heart of all law in the entire world, common law predates all government. And under common law, you could pretty much do anything you want as long as you did not violate the life, liberty, or property of, of another. So, I think that's a reasonable definition of freedom, that you are free to do whatever you wish to do as long as you do not violate the life, liberty, and property rights of another. Would you accept that as a reasonable definition for freedom?
[01:42:00] Speaker 45: Well, I would accept it as either a Christian or a Jew, but to those who reject God outright, and to, and reject the Ten Commandments outright, there's no application. There, it's like speaking ano- a foreign language, and so to me -
[01:42:14] Speaker 5: That may be, that may be, but, but the question is asked of you. I'm not asking anybody. I'm asking my audience. I'm asking you, okay? Which do you value more? Uh, hang on. I've, I've got, I've, I've got to take another break, but stay with me, Brent, 'cause I want to finish this up on the other side of the break. We'll be right back with more of the Global Freedom Report. (beeping)
[01:42:46] Speaker 45: Stay with us. More truth and freedom right around the corner.

[01:43:45] Speaker 46: This is Ambrose Evans-Pritchard, international business editor of The Daily Telegraph in London, and you're listening to the Global Freedom Report.
[01:43:54] Speaker 44: I don't know what God wants. It just seems like the right thing to do. What about me, huh? Where's my grand prize? You got what you asked for. No paradise. No hell. Just more of the same. What would you rather have: peace or freedom?
[01:44:19] Speaker 22: I was born in a welfare state. Ruled by bureaucracy. Controlled by civil servants. And people dressed in gray. Got no privacy. Got no liberty. Because the 20th century people. Took it all away from me.
[01:44:48] Speaker 5: And welcome back to the Global Freedom Report. I'm your host, Brent Johnson. We're talking with Brent... One Brent to another, we're talking with Brent from LA. Brent, are you still there with me?
[01:44:59] Speaker 45: I am.
[01:45:00] Speaker 5: Okay, so now here's the thing. The q- the reason I asked the question the way I did without qualifying it, is that, I'm, I'm looking for an- anybody's answer. Hey, listen, if somebody called in and said, "I'm, I'm Muslim, okay? And I think combating terrorism is more important than protecting freedom," then that would be somebody's answer, okay, I mean, in all fairness. I'm, I'm not looking to, I'm, I'm not looking to manipulate the, the outcome of the question, but I do, I do re- uh, respect your question of clarification, okay? Um, but the fact that I ask the question this way does not... I'm not looking to exclude Marxist-Democrats. I have my own opinion about them, absolutely, but I'm not looking to exclude them if they would like to an-answer the question, because I want to hear what people have to say on the issue. We don't talk about these types of comparisons ve- very often.
[01:46:14] Speaker 5: Where else have you heard somebody on the air ask a question as blatant as this: "Which is more important?" So, I want you to understand what my framework is, but I want to turn it back over to you, okay? Having heard what I have to say, how would you address the situation?
[01:46:34] Speaker 45: Well-
[01:46:34] Speaker 5: It's, it, it really is an either/or. It's which is more important.
[01:46:40] Speaker 45: Well, it reminds me of the, uh, uh, Star Trek issue of the Kobayashi Maru.
[01:46:46] Speaker 5: Uh-huh.
[01:46:47] Speaker 45: There have been times... There isn't real... Do you do what I'm talking about with the Kobayashi Maru?
[01:46:51] Speaker 5: Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah.
[01:46:53] Speaker 45: And-
[01:46:53] Speaker 5: Big Star Trek fan.
[01:46:54] Speaker 45: And there's always... There really isn't an answer because they're both essential. You can't live one without the other unless you just want to be an outright slave, and there are a lot of people who have no problem with living th- their entire life in slavery. In fact, they demand it. That's what... And, and so if you're a Marxist, there is no God, and all, and then, well, other w- other than the state, and then, eh, you don't call it being subjugated. You're now becoming part of the collective.
[01:47:21] Speaker 45: You're becoming part-
[01:47:22] Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.
[01:47:22] Speaker 45: ... of the, part of the glorious Borg. Uh, and so I think this is why we have to really be able to define our own terms and see how we are distinctly different than these groups, and that's why we have to fight them on their own terms. We have to recognize that some of that, something like the idea of Allah. Allah is not God. Allah is the devil. And Mohammed is not a, a godly prophet. He's a mass-murdering, sociopathic sat- sa- sadistic pedophile pr- prophet. A- and so until we, you know, not stop making this a moral equivalency between these two worlds, we're gonna have a real problem.
[01:48:02] Speaker 5: Uh, and I, I definitely do not disagree with you on that at all, but i- if, if, if I had to r- if I had to reframe the question, the way I would reframe it would be this. Would you waive your right to freedom in order to combat terrorism? And then the second half of it, would you choose not, not to combat terrorism if the act of combating terrorism meant you had to waive your right to freedom? You know, I am-
[01:48:44] Speaker 45: Oh, no.
[01:48:44] Speaker 5: ... looking for a comparative, comparative, um, declaration between the two, because too much today we see, "Well, we're combating terrorism." Okay? I mean, that, that's the justification for anything. "Well, we're, we're combating terrorism." As if that does justify waiving of God-given rights, which I happen to think it doesn't.
[01:49:12] Speaker 45: Ah, w- well, if we are in fact combating terrorism, we have every right and obligation, I think it's a moral obligation to combat it. Uh, what you're saying is, do we have to turn ourselves into slaves? If we do that, then it's a whole contradiction. Uh, that's why I'm not gonna fight between the Marxists and Jihadis. They're the same monster. They just wear different masks.
[01:49:33] Speaker 5: Mm-hmm. Yes. Yes, but indeed, if the government came to you and said, "We're combating terrorism by doing this thing. Now, we need you to waive your God-given rights so we can do this thing so we can combat terrorism." Now, personally, I don't care what the government says because I consider the government Thomas Paine's f- framework of the government, that government is a necessary evil. That means government is fundamentally evil. It, it seeks to control.
[01:50:07] Speaker 45: Mm-hmm.
[01:50:07] Speaker 5: I don't want to be controlled. Okay? So I, I will, I will do what I can to fight terrorism. But if somebody came to me and say, "In order to fight terrorism, I need you to give up your God-given rights of freedom."... to me, I would not accept that. I simply would not accept that.
[01:50:27] Speaker 45: No.
[01:50:27] Speaker 5: Now, I'm not... I, I, I...
[01:50:29] Speaker 45: I don't think that
[01:50:29] Speaker 5: I'm sure many people would.
[01:50:32] Speaker 45: Right. Well, uh, no moral or legitimate government would do such a thing. And that's why, uh, y- the, uh, the, our founders always said, "Our government is only designed for a moral and ethical," and, you know-
[01:50:45] Speaker 5: Yes.
[01:50:45] Speaker 45: ... righteously living people.
[01:50:46] Speaker 5: Yes.
[01:50:47] Speaker 45: It's not, it's, it's not w- working for anybody else.
[01:50:50] Speaker 5: That's correct. That is correct. And that's exactly why I ask questions like this 'cause I, I want you and e- everybody else within the sound of my voice, I want you thinking about it.
[01:51:04] Speaker 45: Yeah.
[01:51:04] Speaker 5: Because we aren't encouraged to think about it in indoctrination centers. We aren't encouraged to think about it in law school. We aren't encouraged to think about it in so-called higher education. We're not encouraged to. So here, I encourage you to think about it, and I really (coughs) I appreciate the intelligent conversation that you just brought forward with me on the subject. I really do. Thank you so much, Brent.
[01:51:31] Speaker 45: Thanks, Brent. Talk to you later.
[01:51:34] Speaker 5: Excellent, excellent. You know, when, when, when you ask a question, any question, th- the recipient of the question cannot help but think about it. So every time you ask a question, you're planting a seed, and some of those seeds will bear fruit. So every one of you, be a gardener. Plant your seeds. God will see to it that they bear fruit. (clicks tongue) What are you willing to do to protect and preserve your liberty? And what are you not willing to do to protect and preserve that same liberty? And at the end of the day, would you be proud to tell your friends, family, loved ones, your children, what you did today? Did you tell the truth? Did you keep your word? Did you honor your agreements? And if you did not, then please correct any trespass on your brother or sister, and do it now. Don't wait for tomorrow. Tomorrow is too late. On next week's show, did you know that the county sheriff is the most powerful government official in the state, bar none?
[01:52:52] Speaker 5: In- in- including the, the governor, including anybody. Also, we'll bring you another invaluable addition of Lessons in Liberty, where you can learn really useful things they never taught you in public school. And we will embark on our weekly journey into the dirty world of mind control and behavioral manipulation on Propaganda 101. That's all coming up on next week's edition of the Global Freedom Report. Don't miss it. Remember the words of Winston Churchill, "If you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed, if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not so costly, you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you, and only a precarious chance for a survival. There may be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no chance of victory, because it is better to perish than to live a life of slavery to others." ...
[01:53:56] Speaker 5: for a little bit while our server is fixed, but you will be able to visit us at Freedom Bound International at www.freedomradio.us.
