This woman is a 50-year-old grandmother who was with her four children. Folks, let me tell you about this story because I can't give you the entire situation. A woman ... 50 years old, four grandchildren, gets invaded by a bunch of US Marshals who in turn arrest her as a fugitive. She was, it was determined by an AI, okay, that she was a woman in North Dakota in 2025 who robbed a US Army ID, fake ID, who robbed tens of thousands of dollars. It wasn't her. It clearly wasn't her. As a matter of fact, she finally proved that it wasn't her, and she had to prove it. She had to prove it because the cops, the idiot cops, decided based on AI, they were going to take this woman's liberty away from her in front of her four children. She lost her house, she lost her car, she lost her job, she lost her dog.

[10:56] Speaker 8: When she finally proved that, at the time of this, this woman in North Dakota ripping off tens of thousands of dollars, that she herself was present in Tennessee. She'd never even been to North Dakota. She proved it. When she proved it, they let her out. They didn't say, "F- we're sorry." They didn't apologize. They didn't give her any reparations. They did nothing. As a matter of fact, they didn't even get her, let her, they didn't even take her home. They put her on the street. Everybody in that particular terrorist pig thug cop department should be fired, have their pensions removed. The idea that somebody's liberty is taken from her simply because an AI said something. Everybody involved should lose their jobs, lose their pensions, and lose th-, lose their freedom. They should all be put in jail and left to rot. At what point is enough, enough? At what point do we say that the technology is not justification for taking away a woman's liberty, for destroying her life?Oh, yeah.

[18:23] Speaker 8: is continuing to enforce the National Firearms Act and Gun Control Act regulations of short-barreled rifles against some, what's called brace-equipped pistols, even though that rule has universally vacated. In court, it has been found that that rule is unconstitutional forever. And this was created by the Biden Department of Justice, this rule. It basically says that, um, according to Biden, these stabilizing braces, that's what they are, these are braces designed to stabilize a, um, stabilize a, uh, a firearm. So that, you know, it's, it's easier for the user (coughs) to brace the firearm. That's what it, that's all it is. Okay? But Biden didn't like that, so he came out with an executive order that you can't have that. Well, the courts actually came out and said, "That's bogus. That order is bogus." Well, it seems that the Trump DOJ is continuing to use this tactic.

[19:48] Speaker 8: The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, which is a, is an unelected bunch of bureaucrats who are in a non-governmental capacity, it's a non-government organization, and they basically took it upon themselves to dictate to the American people what they can and cannot do with their God-given rights to keep and bear arms. And the DOJ has not shut this down, and the Trump regime has not shut this down. And th- when, when we get back, Allen Gottlieb, I intend to ask him about that as well, because, you know, e- enough is enough. I'm, I am so completely fed up, so completely fed up with the injustice going on in this country, with the absolute blatant injustice. You wanna know something? I don't care what's going on in Iran. I don't care what's happening in other parts of the world. I would like to know what is being done to fix America. President Trump promised we're gonna make America great again. He's not doing it, not doing it. Okay? The Congress is worse. Okay?

[21:09] Speaker 8: Not just the Democrats and Republicans in the South. All of 'em with some very few exceptions are worse. Why don't we have the SAVE Act? Why don't we have, you know, I- ID for people who vote? Why do we have activist judges that are going out and taking the law into their own hands and not being punished for it? It's one thing to have it happening. It's another thing to have it happening with impunity. And, and by the way, okay, um, what I would, wh- when we, when we get to the break, let me suggest, okay, that, um, get, get Allen Gottlieb on the phone and have him call in directly to the emergency number so that he doesn't have to deal with this. Okay? Just have him call directly into the emergency number and we'll work it from there. That's how we deal with that. But at what point, you know, I've been, I've been asking for this forever. I wanna see arrests made. I don't wanna see arrests made of low-level people.

[22:28] Speaker 8: I wanna see congressmen, senators, okay, executive branch, judicial branch, judges, legislative branch, I wanna see 'em put in prison. How many of you share my view? How many of you think it's time? You know, I, I personally, I think it's time for an American revolution. We need to stop this. This is absolutely unacceptable. "When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty to throw off such government, to abolish it and institute new guards for our security," our rights. [29:37] Speaker 8: Okay. Um, so, um, we've been hearing about this forever. The AI is going to make the world a better place, and all I'm seeing is AI is destroying us. Do you remember Stephen Hawking? Stephen Hawking was, while he was alive, he was considered to be the most brilliant individual in the entire world, and he was a paraplegic and he still was very, very active. Not only in terms of his science work, but he actually, he, he appeared on, on television shows, on... I mean, he was very, very active. And he said that artificial intelligence will be the doom of the human race. It will be the end of the human race. I... And, and if somebody else said it, I might think that it's, you know, it's, it's, uh, um...... fearmongering? Not from Professor Stephen Hawkings? (coughs) And I'm at the point of wondering that myself, because we see things all day, every day. We see things constantly that tell us... that something is happening, and then we find out later that that's not true. It's fake news.

[31:09] Speaker 8: It's wrong. You know, Grok looked at it and said that it's not true. Donald Trump says this, the Iranians say that. They can't both be accurate. They can't both be correct. It's possible neither one is. So my question is, how do we tell what is true? How do we, how do we know what is true? Uh, I think people are patient, people are polite, people try to avoid conflicts, and I think people don't wanna face the reality of, uh, time to roll up sleeves and it's not gonna be good. But, you know, I'm disabled. I walk with crutches, I have spinal injuries, but it's go time. A long time ago it would have been go time but pe- you know, people got entertainment, um, you know, convenience, get your food, you know, pay more for the food to have it delivered. Where's the sense in that? You know, I had friends offer, you know, "I can send you some food." I'm like, "So you're gonna pay $15 to deliver $12 worth of food?" And I never took them up on that offer. I could've, but I refused to participate in the clown show, you know?

[37:30] Speaker 8: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. It's a real problem. It's a real problem. It's a system and frankly, I think that the way AI technology is, um, on an exponential level, the technology is becoming more and more, um, more increased, more, you know, more substantial. Um, I think it's right around the corner. I mean, we, you know, we- we've gotta have some solutions. We... I, I, I hear what you're saying about people being, people being, uh, patient and all that. People need to stop being patient. Me, I've run out of patience. You know, I, I mean, you, you heard me earlier.

There are two cases 'cause they always say they're immune from prosecution, but that's not the true. They just wanna go to some other places in the world that are beautiful. There's many places that enjoy many of the freedoms that we have here in America, and, uh, that have medium and lower tax rates. And so, there's plenty of reasons for that, and there's some beautiful places, and also, there's a lot lower cost of living in places like Portugal and, uh, and, uh...

[45:54] Speaker 24: Well, that's one good example. All right, so those are some great reasons. I don't need to call somebody that leaves the country unpatriotic unless it's the billionaires who go there to escape income tax when they sell their stock.

[46:07] Speaker 8: Okay. That's, that's fair. Now, since I got you on the line, let me, let me float the other issue to you about, how do you tell what's real these days?

[46:19] Speaker 24: Well, you know, you test it against other things that you have that you know are true. You test it against other things that you see. You test it against the words of our Constitution and whe- see whether or not they jive with what the Constitution says. And so, for example, if somebody is, uh, is taken out of their house without a warrant, that sounds like something that is against the Constitution. And so I don't know why that Laotian American man was- that they did that to him. I don't- I, I don't really understand that. How did they pull that off? He was an American citizen.

[46:56] Speaker 24: And, uh, I also don't-

[46:57] Speaker 8: Well, uh-

[46:58] Speaker 24: ... also, I'm not- I'm not really ready for a revolution like you seem to be, uh, just because a judge rules, uh, in favor of due process.

[47:07] Speaker 8: Yeah. Well, I appreciate that. Um, most people tend not to be ready. I've just, I've just been, been, you know, I've, I've been doing this for 30 years. I've been seeing this happen, all the crazy stuff that happens. Here, let me give you an example here, okay? This, this is actually very interesting. Okay. President Trump tells us the ir- the war with Iran is almost over. The Iranians tell us that that's not true, okay? Now, here's the interesting thing. My webmaster lives in Indonesia. I speak with him every week, okay? I have several websites. He manages all of them. This past week, I'm speaking to him, and he's- and he just volunteered. I wasn't actually asking him anything about this, but he said, "I want you to know that..." And this is in, in Indonesia. He said, "There's been no change to gas prices, to power availability, nothing. Everything is the same as it's always been." Okay. The, the gas prices haven't gone up or down, okay?

[48:20] Speaker 8: The- except for during Ramadan when the government actually shut down power in certain areas at certain times of day, okay? Outside of that, there's been no interference of utilities, of electricity, of water, of power, uh, and, and again, the issue of, uh, gas prices that haven't gone up at all. Now, I find that very interesting because that is a firsthand perspective...We hear what President Trump says. We hear what the Iranians say. Uh, you know, we don't want to believe the Iranians because they're evil and bad and all of that, okay? We do want to believe President Trump because he's promised us so many things.

[49:08] Speaker 24: Oh, oh, oh, whoa, whoa, whoa. He, he, he has lied about so many things. Are you kidding me? Why would you trust him anymore?

[49:16] Speaker 8: No, no, but m- m- my, my, my point... This is my point, okay? This is my point that-

[49:24] Speaker 8: ... my webma- my webmaster, my webmaster tells me there is no interruption of anything going on where he is. So how do we know-

[49:37] Speaker 8: ... if what President Trump is saying is true? How do we know if what the Iranians... How do we know if any of this is true?

[49:48] Speaker 24: ... first thing I would do is ask your webmaster, ask your webmaster to send over a, a newspaper article about that, or you check it yourself and see about what an Indian newspaper would, uh, an Indonesian newspaper would say. I don't believe that your webmaster is telling you the truth. He probably likes to charge you a lot. I think you should test that and verify it, and see whether or not-

[50:10] Speaker 24: ... whether, whether or not gas is going up, because the media has said it's gone up in Indonesia as well. So I would test it. I would just see, you know, maybe all three people-

If it was one judge doing something, I would agree with you. But I see a long train of abuses and usurpations. That's what I see. I, I believe that the Founding Fathers, if they were here today, they would be calling for a revolution. I really do believe that. And we can agree to disagree on it. Absolutely. [59:37] Speaker 30: Anyway, my answer to you, and my, and my answer to your question of the week would be, people are free to go where they want to if they're sovereign citizens, you know, free, free persons, you know. And, uh, from a biblical standpoint, one of the, one of the biblical responses to tyranny is to flee, just like, uh, Joseph and Mary did when they flew to- moved to Egypt.

[01:00:06] Speaker 8: That's very good. Oh, excellent. Excellent. I love the way you just, uh, uh, you know, cited scripture as an example, because frankly, most issues, I think, you can find some kind of answer or way that it's addressed out of scripture. Good for you on that. Excellent.

[01:00:25] Speaker 30: We are, we are to live by every word of, every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. So, I mean, if there's not a, if there's not a better book to get answers to life's, life's trauma, that's the one.

[01:00:39] Speaker 8: Super, super. So, how, what... The, the secondary question that I've, I've been talking to people about now is, in today's climate, how do we tell what's real? How do we know what's really happening with all the AI stuff going on?

[01:01:00] Speaker 30: Well, you want my answer to that?

[01:01:02] Speaker 8: I would love to know what your answer to that is, yes.

[01:01:06] Speaker 30: Well, uh, we're, we are to compare everything i-... against not, not just the Constitution, but on a higher plane with, we should, we should evaluate and judge everything in light of the Co- the Bible and the Constitution. If it doesn't pass th- muster on either one of those, skip it. Don't, don't, don't, don't follow it.

[01:01:30] Speaker 8: Well, and I appreciate that, but here's the problem that many of us run into. You see a video. You see something on television, okay? You hear something on radio, okay? You see something online, social media. How do you know that it's real? How do you know that it, whatever you're seeing, whatever you're hearing is not just a fabrication of artificial intelligence? How can you tell?

[01:02:00] Speaker 30: Well, scripture said to test the spirits and, and I, uh, AI has certainly thrown a monkey wrench into the process.

[01:02:09] Speaker 8: Yeah. Yeah, definitely. Yeah, that, that's why I'm asking. I'm, I'm looking for you and, uh, you know, everybody else to help me clarify this because the truth is, I don't know anymore. I see so many things out there, so many comments, so many statements being made as if they are factual, and the truth is that I don't know, and w- the rest of us don't know either. We don't know what's real and what's not, and I'm not sure what to do about that, and I was hoping you might have some insights.

[01:02:44] Speaker 30: Well, there may not be an- there may not be an answer, you know, bec- be- because of th- th- the development of AI, which should be abolished as far as I'm concerned.

[01:02:56] Speaker 8: No, I feel the same way. I feel, you know, I mean, I actually have a concern that at some point, we're going to see the second coming, okay? I, I, at some point we're gonna see the second coming, coming down from the heavens and all, all that. Everything, everything out of Revelation. And I can't help but wonder, is it gonna be real or is it gonna be AI fabricated? I mean, they already have technology that is getting close to the, the technology of Star Trek's holo-, uh, you know, uh, holo-, uh, holodeck. Yeah, holodecks, that's right. Okay. And, and that technology is getting close to being real. We see the second coming and everybody's gonna go out there and say, "Yay, the second coming. It's finally here." But will it be real? I don't know. I am really, really concerned. Hey, Jerry, I really appreciate the conversation.

[01:04:04] Speaker 8: You know, um, it, it, even though there's no-

[01:04:07] Speaker 30: I got, oh, I got a, I got a question for you.

[01:04:10] Speaker 8: Sure.

[01:04:10] Speaker 30: I got a question for you now.

[01:04:14] Speaker 8: Yeah, go ahead.

[01:04:17] Speaker 30: Um, you touched on it earlier before the, the last break. You, you made the comment that you're convinced that if the founders were around today, they'd be, they'd be pursuing revelation just like they did with Britain. Well, I, I would follow up on that and say, not only would they be doing that, they would never have let the US get to the point we're at now. Either they'd have to launch revolution and secession, or they'd have to apologize to King George and the British.

[01:04:51] Speaker 8: I think that's excellent, and that's actually true. Um, Thomas Jefferson wrote that he thought that there should be a revolution every 20 to 25 years just to keep in practice, okay? That, um, and, and you know, one of the things that people forget is the Constitution is pretty much like a whip and a chair. And if you take a whip and a chair and you put it into a cage with a beast, nothing happens. It does- doesn't do anything because a whip and a chair is not enough. Okay? You need the lion tamer, the one who wields the whip and the chair to tame the beast, and you and I, we are the lion tamers here, and we have not done our duty, and that is the reason why the beast that is government has gotten out of the cage and done all the things that it has done against our freedom.

[01:05:57] Speaker 8: And, uh-

[01:05:57] Speaker 30: Well, you hit the, you hit the nail right on the head there. We, the people, because we, because we, the people refused to enforce the Constitution, which has become null and void because of our dereliction of duty. We're the ones that are supposed to, to hold them accountable, and we dropped the ball there. So you can point fingers at Washington, but three fingers are pointing back at, at us, the pe- the people.

[01:06:23] Speaker 8: And I agree with that. Uh, I absolutely agree with that, and I think that is true. And you know, you know, you-

[01:06:29] Speaker 30: I'll let, I'll let you go and, and let someone else have a chance, but I'll say this. If the founding fathers were around, they would also have impeached Trump and he'd be behind bars for, you know, he has not kept his oath to the Constitution since he's been in office. So they'd hold him accountable too, which we're not doing.

[01:06:49] Speaker 8: Yeah, I, I definitely hear what you're saying. I, I, you know, I think that there is great wisdom there. The difficulty is that before the beast got out of the cage, that was the time for us to stop it. Now, much more difficult. Jerry, I really appreciate the conversation.

He's, he's been given, you know, so much leeway across the board, but there are reasons to question. He did that executive order giving pharmaceutical companies, um, freedom from liability, okay, wh- you know, i- if, if they use glyphosphates. Glyphosphates are known carcinogens. They're poison. But President Trump has said that they're important to national security. I don't know why. Maybe they're used in the production of missiles or, or other military hardware or whatever.

[01:08:48] Speaker 8: Does that justify giving pharmaceutical companies freedom from liability due to, uh, their relentless pursuit of pro- profit, which in the end, okay, if they're, if they're continuing to use glyphosphates, that, uh, those... Th- that, that's killing people. That's killing people. Okay. You know, if President Trump is going to take an attitude that, um, AI is more important, making money is more important, okay, you know, um, I, I mean, making money for the corporations, not for you and me. If that's gonna be his attitude, um, (laughs) I, I, I don't think that he's gonna come out of this term of office thought very well of. However, I'm also open to being wrong. I'm open to being wrong. There are those who say that he's playing a magnificent game of chess, and that he has people thinking of him one way when he's really doing other things. You know, when you were asking the question about, you know, how do we know what's real, what's fake, uh, I just say assume everything's fake, or at least half fake until you can verify it. You know, Ronald Reagan used to say, "Trust but verify." I listen to everything, left wing, right wing, and all degrees in between, and try to see if you can triangulate, if you can see how many of them agree on something, what they agree on, what they don't. Most of them, you can tell what their agenda is very easily. And, um... But yeah, as far anymore, you really can't, if you ever could. You know, I used to always say believe half of what you see and nothing of what you hear. That's never been m- more true than now. So I would just say trust but verify, then verify twice.

Don, what I wanted to ask you, 'cause you said, you know, that we need to look for independent corroboration. And that makes a lot of sense. The problem that I run into is, how do you know that the independent corroboration is real? You go online, you check X, okay, or Fox News, or whatever, you get independent corroboration. How do you know it's real? If AI is doing all this stuff, how can we be sure? Don, what do you think?

[01:17:24] Speaker 31: Oh, well, yeah, no, I hear what you're saying. Yeah, I don't, yeah, I don't go online much. I, uh, I just, you know, watch, uh, watch TV, read the papers, listen to the radio. And, uh, between them, I just, uh, so the A- and unless, unless those stories are AI generated, I don't ... Well, all you can do is, uh, well first, go to all the available, uh, points of view you can. And like, as I s- and, and totally a great screener, I, I listen to everything, read everything from the far left to the far right and everything in between. And I try to just see, try to see what, if there's anything they all agree on, anything they don't agree on, what do they agree on? And then, but at the end of the day, you just have to, uh, trust the wisdom of the founders and of the Bible, 'cause you look at how much faith the founders put in the Bible. I mean, just read the Declaration as you do. It says it all. And, and some- and sometimes it's just, it's your own gut check, so to speak.

[01:18:29] Speaker 31: ... you make a good face of find out all the viewpoints, then you just have to trust your gut, trust your heart, and fall on your knees and pray, "L- Lord God, show me the way. Show me the way. Help me. Give me something."

[01:19:12] Speaker 34: Well, thank you, Brent. Uh, I hear you a lot on Sundays, and it's, uh, it's nice to talk with you. Um, I was calling in for a couple of things. Um, first of all, you had a caller earlier in the program, and he was quoting, uh, possibly Bill Casey as, uh, saying that there'll come a time when we-... will not know what the truth is, and we will have done our job. But I'd like to, uh, to just say that Casey was the director of the CIA, uh, from 1981 to '87 under Ronald Reagan. So that was long before the internet or cell phones were en vogue. Uh, Casey started with the Office of Strategic Services, I believe, in World War II, and so he had a lot of experience in the, uh, espionage industry. I think he was a man of integrity. I don't think he would have said that. He did a really good job for Reagan, especially down in, uh, Central America with the, uh, uh, Contras and the, the, uh, El Salvador situation too, with the, uh, Marxists.

[01:20:11] Speaker 8: Okay. That's, uh, uh, that is fair. That is fair. So let me, let me drop, drop with you, since you seem to have a good head on your shoulders, let me drop with you the question we've been discussing here. How do you tell what's real?

[01:20:34] Speaker 34: ... Don was on the next call, and, uh, and I read, uh, both sides as well. Because, uh, I read the conservative media. I listen to, uh, KRLA. I listen to, uh, uh, Mark Levin quite a bit. He has a, a great, uh, reputation and, uh, he's a, a man of, of, uh, you know, high, uh, intelligence, a lot of experience in the government. And also, I, I listen sometimes to, um, programs on PBS where you have, uh, it all stacked against Trump. You don't have a single person who's speaking favorably. So I listen to both sides, and, uh, I read my Bible. I pray, I ask God to give me enlightenment so I can try to discern between the different spirits of truth or, or falsehood.

[01:21:22] Speaker 8: And, and frankly, I think that is the absolute best solution, because the truth is, we really can't tell what's real anymore, and he can. I have no doubt that he knows what's real. So if we turn to him, I think that is probably a sound course of action. Lee, thank you so much. I appreciate the call very, very much. This is as much your show as it is my show. Now, it's time for this week's lesson in liberty. In pre-America England, only nobility could own property. Commoners could not. The Declaration of Independence established that all men and women are created equal, meaning that each of us has a God-given right to own property. Because in old England, commoners could not own property. There is a universal principle that ownership equals liability. The owner of property is always liable for damage caused by that property, whether the owner is you, a corporation, a trust, a foundation, whatever.

[01:35:13] Speaker 8: The owner of property is the principal. An agent is someone who acts on behalf of the principal. There is a universal law of principal and agent that states that an agent cannot be held liable for actions taken in good faith on behalf of the principal. Now, good faith means that the agent is doing what the agent was contracted to do. So, let's say I own a piece of property. I hire you to be my gardener. Your job is take care of the garden. Make sure that the soil is properly irrigated, you know, the weeds are pulled out, the, uh, the flora, the, the plants that are in the garden are properly trimmed, the landscaping looks good, that kind of stuff. That's your job. You are acting as an agent for me. Okay? I own the property. I am the principal. You are taking care of the garden. Now, let's say one day, you accidentally knock over a flower pot that's am- been sitting on a windowsill and the pot breaks. You might be a good person and say, "I broke that.

[01:37:17] Speaker 8: I wanna fix it." And that's wonderful and I appreciate your doing that. However, because you were, you accidentally broke the flower pot while you were in the process of doing your job, you are acting in good faith. And that means that I cannot force you to replace the flower pot. You cannot be held liable for actions taken in good faith.Now, let's take another example. Okay, you work for me. You're my gardener. I go to the grocery store to get some food. I come back and I find out that the front door to the house has been painted plaid. Yuck. I ask around and I'm told you did it. I check with you, you said, "Yeah, I did it." Why'd you paint my, why'd you paint my front door plaid? "Well, I just felt like it." Well, painting my door is not part of your job as the gardener. Therefore, when you painted my front door, you were acting in bad faith. And that means I can actually sue you.

[01:38:38] Speaker 8: You better paint my door and fix it the way it was or I'm gonna sue you because you acted in bad faith, and you are not my agent when you are acting in bad faith. That is the law of principal and agent. An agent cannot be held liable for actions taken in good faith on behalf of the principal. Now, when you understand that, you will also understand this, that in everything you do in life, you always want to be an agent, never a principal. Work that out, you will not carry liability. [01:45:42] Speaker 8: Propaganda is the manipulation of the truth to serve a pre-established political or economic agenda. Thomas Paine wrote that, "Government is a necessary evil." Most people read that as meaning government is necessary. I read that as meaning government is fundamentally evil. Today's propagandist lesson, The Goebbels Tactic. Joseph Goebbels was the Information Minister for Adolf Hitler. He was a brilliant, if evil, man, who always told the public what they wanted to hear, and always showed the public what they wanted to see. Goebbels held that 80% of the people will believe whatever they are told, regardless of whether it was true or not. For example, after Normandy and D-Day during World War II, when Germany knew they were going to lose the war, the New York Daily Mirror published a headline story, in which Hitler was quoted as saying that, "Victory was just around the corner," and telling the readers not to believe what the allies are saying. Germany is winning the war.

[01:47:00] Speaker 8: Today, we are told that artificial intelligence is a good thing, that going into debt is a time-honored way for people to live and have what they want in life. That God does not exist, and all that matters is what you believe to be true, and that government is your friend. But how do you know that any of it is really true?
