All Roads Lead 65 Max Radio with Pamela Lynnette Henderson
Guest, Bethany Shelton is the founder of Bee Limitless Now and the creator of The Presence Effect™. She is a transformational speaker, breakthrough facilitator, and coach dedicated to helping people uncover the subconscious patterns, emotional conditioning, and survival programming that quietly influence their thoughts, behaviors, and life experiences.
Breaking the Pattern: Awareness, Empowerment, and Turning Pain Into Purpose
From Pain to Purpose
Bethany Shelton describes Be Limitless as a company created from lived experience rather than theory. She says the work grew out of confronting major trauma, developing greater self-awareness, and discovering what she sees as purpose within pain. Pamela Henderson responds to the idea of “pain to purpose,” and the two discuss how difficult experiences can look meaningless while someone is still going through them. Bethany says that after coming through painful circumstances, a person may begin asking “Why not me?” rather than “Why me?” She connects that shift with faith, self-connection, and viewing painful experiences as teachers.
Breaking Repeating Patterns
A major theme of the conversation is the recognition and interruption of repeating behavior. Bethany recounts being diagnosed with ADD at age eight, being prescribed medication, and later struggling with alcohol and other drugs. She says she eventually recognized cycles in her own choices and decided she was “sick and tired of being sick and tired.” In her account, awareness of personal choice became the point at which she stopped identifying only as a victim of circumstances and began deliberately choosing different behavior. Pamela connects this theme to changes she has made in her own diet and alcohol use as she has grown older.
Presence, Choice, and the Heart
Bethany argues that people must first empower themselves before they can meaningfully empower others. She describes empowerment as presence, awareness, compassion, and self-knowledge rather than domination. The conversation then turns to Pamela’s recurring experience with people who she says have invited her to participate with the UN while repeatedly asking her to pay fees. Bethany interprets Pamela’s discomfort as evidence that Pamela already recognizes an unhealthy pattern and encourages her to trust that awareness. Bethany also describes “dropping into the heart” as a way of becoming present and deciding whether to react through an old pattern or respond differently.
Changing Habits Through Awareness
Bethany discusses thoughts, habits, beliefs, and the nervous system as influences on everyday experience. She proposes intentionally changing small routines—such as stepping out of bed with the opposite foot or brushing one’s teeth with the nondominant hand—as a way to interrupt automatic behavior and become more present. In her coaching approach, she says clients examine self-talk, habitual thought patterns, and what she calls energetic influences. Pamela relates this to her own work with women who have experienced trauma and says group conversations can help participants leave with a renewed mindset. Both speakers repeatedly emphasize noticing what one is thinking rather than allowing thought patterns to run unnoticed.
Confidence, Authenticity, and Coaching
Pamela and Bethany discuss confidence, integrity, and the way confident women may sometimes be perceived by others. Pamela describes herself as someone who does not need the world to applaud her because she can affirm herself, while Bethany distinguishes between thinking one is confident and embodying confidence. Bethany says authenticity is central to her outlook and encourages people not to base their identity on what others think or say about them. She describes her eight-week Power Journey course as focused on body awareness, thought observation, personal programming, energy, frequency, and what she calls energy hygiene. She also recounts exercises and experiments involving plants, words, water, and energetic fields as examples of the framework she shares with clients.
Grief, Belief, and Moving Forward
Bethany reveals that she lost her only child in 2020 and says that loss became the catalyst for a deeper journey of knowing herself. She explains that she chose not to conform to what she calls society’s expected image of a grieving mother and instead focused on connection, awareness, and continuing to live. The conversation returns to Pamela’s UN-related dilemma, with Bethany suggesting that rejection can sometimes function as redirection and Pamela concluding that the recurring situation has become draining and must end. Bethany closes by emphasizing belief, self-observation, and the idea that a thought is not automatically the truth. Her final message is that becoming aware of what one thinks, feels, believes, and wants to achieve can change how one experiences life.

We live in a world where people are searching for more information, more motivation, and more answers. Yet despite unlimited access to knowledge, many still feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or stuck repeating the same patterns. What if the missing piece isn’t more information? What if it’s awareness?
As the founder of Bee Limitless Now and the creator of The Presence Effect™, I’ve become fascinated by what happens when people begin to observe themselves differently. Our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, habits, and even our nervous system quietly shape how we experience life, yet few of us have been taught how to recognize those patterns.
My own journey has been one of extraordinary transformation. I overcame addiction, rebuilt my life, and after the tragic loss of my only child, I found myself asking questions that traditional approaches could not answer. That search led me into years of studying human behavior, consciousness, awareness, energy, subconscious programming, and the remarkable capacity we each have to transform from the inside out.
Today, I help people identify the unconscious patterns influencing their decisions, relationships, health, confidence, and sense of purpose. I believe we are far more powerful than we’ve been led to believe, but our greatest limitations are often the stories, beliefs, and emotional conditioning operating beneath our awareness.
This conversation isn’t about fixing people. It’s about helping them see themselves differently.
Your audience can expect an engaging discussion exploring why we repeat familiar patterns, how awareness changes the brain and nervous system, why presence is one of the most overlooked tools for personal transformation, and how small shifts in perception can create meaningful changes in everyday life.
Rather than telling people what to believe, I invite them to become curious about themselves. When we increase awareness, we gain the opportunity to interrupt automatic patterns and begin making conscious choices.
Listeners often tell me they leave these conversations with a renewed sense of possibility and a completely different way of looking at themselves. They gain practical insights they can apply immediately, whether they’re navigating stress, grief, relationships, leadership, or personal growth.
If your audience enjoys conversations that challenge conventional thinking while remaining grounded, relatable, and practical, I believe this interview will leave them with one lasting message: awareness changes everything. The moment we become fully present, we open the door to new possibilities that may have been there all along.

With that, I want to say thank you for joining me and giving me this interview opportunity, Bethany. Welcome to the show.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Like I said before we got on here, I am beyond grateful to be able to connect with you and your audience today. I’m sending that love and that energy from my heart all the way to yours.
Speaker 1 – Host: Absolutely. Thank you so much. Where are you located?
Speaker 2 – Guest: I’m in Memphis, Tennessee.
Speaker 1 – Host: Oh, Memphis. So what is there to do in Memphis?
Speaker 2 – Guest: Well, if you’re kind of an introvert and kind of like me, I’m aware of my energy, so I don’t get out too much in Memphis. I do my own thing. I’m building this company. But there are a lot of things if you like blues, jazz, and things like that. There’s some Art Deco. There are some pretty cool things popping off here in Memphis—some having and jiving.
Speaker 1 – Host: Okay. And how is the weather right now? Is it hot?
Speaker 2 – Guest: Girl, it is extremely hot. You open your front door and it is literally like the humidity just smacks you. All of a sudden, your clothes become—yeah. I tried to get out in that garden yesterday, and it was excruciating.
Speaker 1 – Host: I bet. I’m in California, of course, in this little city called Brentwood, but not Brentwood in Southern California. I’m in the Brentwood in Northern California. We’re getting between 94 and 101 degrees.
Speaker 2 – Guest: But you don’t have that humidity, though, do you?
Speaker 1 – Host: No, we don’t have that.
Speaker 2 – Guest: But you’ve got those mountains, though. Ooh.
Speaker 1 – Host: So I have a lot of questions. My first question, because I’m very inspired by you: you are the founder of Be Limitless. Tell me about Be Limitless Now. Tell me about the company.
Speaker 2 – Guest: This company was forged through facing my worst traumatic fear. Through going through this fear, I got to endure post-traumatic growth. This company has been forged from my heart, from lived experience, not theory. It comes from all the awareness, all the “aha” moments, and connecting the dots between myself, my heart, and what I was truly here to do—stepping into my purpose through my pain.
Speaker 1 – Host: Pain to purpose.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Pain to purpose. Yeah.
Speaker 1 – Host: That gets you all the time, right? Pain to purpose. We understand that when you go through pain, there’s purpose.
Speaker 2 – Guest: There is purpose. But when you’re going through that pain, you don’t see the purpose in it. It hurts, and all you see is the struggle, the hardness, the “Why me? How come me?” But once you get through to the other side, you’re like, “Why not me? Why not?” Through connection to self and through—I don’t know what other people might say—God, Source, Creator, Universe, whatever you call it, stepping into that pain and that faith and allowing this to be your greatest teacher.
Speaker 1 – Host: Absolutely. I totally agree. Speaking of that, I must say, I was inspired reading your biography. It is very heartfelt. It’s a heartfelt story about how you overcame addiction and how you wanted answers about rebuilding your life by studying human behavior. Tell me more about that, because that’s very interesting. It takes guts to become self-reliant within.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Here’s the thing. At the age of eight, I was diagnosed with ADD, Attention Deficit Disorder. So, as any great family would, they took me to a psychiatrist, and the psychiatrist said, “Oh, Bethany needs to be on these prescriptions.” I’m not knocking it if it helps someone—great—but for me, I was like, no. I was absolutely drugged with scheduled narcotics, out of my mind, and I’m eight years old.
So guess what that taught me? That taught me that it wasn’t okay to be myself. Society wasn’t going to accept me. My schoolteachers, my student body—it wasn’t okay. I had to be on this medication in order to be able to be present at that time in my reality, in my life.
Of course, that program I bought into, installed, downloaded, and kept running. I kept choosing that pain cycle, that looping, and I was wondering why nothing ever changed.
Speaker 1 – Host: Right.
Speaker 2 – Guest: But that was something that was taught and told to me. Once I started to recognize, what’s the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different outcome.
Speaker 1 – Host: Right.
Speaker 2 – Guest: No. That’s not going to happen, girl. So I had to start choosing something different in order to have a different outcome and different possibilities show up. That was awareness of what I was choosing for myself, and then being aware enough to say, “Hey, I’m not the victim here. Quit blaming others and shit.” This is what I was choosing as I got older, and I kept choosing it. Coming to the awareness that I have a choice, I can break the pattern so I can shift my reality.
Speaker 1 – Host: So when you were on drugs, you just stopped?
Speaker 2 – Guest: Yeah.
Speaker 1 – Host: You went cold turkey, stopped, moved forward, and did some self-reflection within?
Speaker 2 – Guest: Well, through my life, I did different stages. There was alcohol, and then I made a choice one day: “I’m done with that.” For me, I’m the type of person who didn’t need rehabilitation. I didn’t need someone to tell me I was doing a good job for choosing. I didn’t need somebody to stroke my ego. And hey, I’m not knocking it if that’s what you choose, but for me, myself, I didn’t need that.
Then I noticed I would choose something different. I would do a different drug. So I went through different categories of drugs. But when I made that choice—“Nope, this isn’t working for me anymore. I’m going to choose something else”—I just stopped. Once I was able to pick up on and see the loop, the insanity moments, I was like, “You know what? I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired. I’m done.”
Speaker 1 – Host: She said, “I’m sick and tired.”
Speaker 2 – Guest: I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Speaker 1 – Host: And that’s how it goes. Mostly, I tell you, that is the cutoff point with everything we do. I mean everything. It’s funny you stated that because I like wine, right? But since my diet has changed—and this has been some years—and as I’m getting older, you know how you cut out a lot of different things. You stop eating certain things.
I remember being out at lunch with some colleagues and having a glass of wine. It just didn’t taste the same. From that day moving forward, I said, “You know what? Alcohol is not for me anymore.”
Speaker 2 – Guest: You know, it’s funny. The women who are listening can understand and appreciate this. For a woman, you almost have to be a biochemist—you know, biochemistry—because everything that you eat affects the body, the hormones, all these things.
Speaker 1 – Host: Yeah. I totally understand exactly what you’re saying because, as I’m getting older, my body is changing, and things that I used to do and used to eat—no, you can’t do it. It’s funny, too, because when you look at it, when you get past 40, you have to watch your weight. You have to make sure you’re not putting things in your body that are going to cause you to collapse.
And what I mean by collapse is that we start feeling tired and exhausted, and that’s how we lead to taking this pill or taking that pill. I believe in self-healing. I believe in living off the land and what’s growing versus going to a doctor and getting this pill and that pill. I want to age gracefully, and that’s what I do.
Speaker 2 – Guest: I’ve got an interesting concept for that right there. Isn’t it interesting—what do you call the bottom of your feet, and the shoes that you wear? Your soles.
Speaker 1 – Host: Mm-hmm.
Speaker 2 – Guest: What I would assist my clients with is, I’m like, “Babe, go outside and take your soles off so you can connect to God/Source’s creation through His sun.” You can absorb and recalibrate and activate the energy, frequency, and vibration of what is hosting us, which is planet Earth, and get resonance. Just feel.
We don’t walk around with our shoes off because we have these “soul blockers” on called tennis shoes. It’s so interesting when you look at the verbiage and the ways of the world.
Speaker 1 – Host: Yeah, it’s interesting. So tell me, Bethany, in your opinion, why does empowering others matter now more than ever?
Speaker 2 – Guest: First and foremost, you’ve got to empower yourself before you can worry about others. Once you are that embodiment of empowerment, once you know, feel, and believe that you are the most powerful being in your reality, in your world, in your moment, in your day—not powerful as in, “Oh, I’m trying to dominate.” No. Powerful as in: “I am here. I’m present. I’m aware. I’m nurturing. I’m compassionate. I’m all of these things.”
When you embody that, everybody’s going to feel that. Then when you speak, talk, and share what you are and what you have, that empowers someone else, because everything on this Earth is energy, frequency, and vibration. Everything, everything, everything, everything, everything, ma’am.
Speaker 1 – Host: Yes, ma’am. Bethany, I am guilty. I am guilty.
Speaker 2 – Guest: What are you guilty of, girl?
Speaker 1 – Host: Let’s explore why we repeat familiar patterns and how awareness changes the brain and our nervous system. The reason that question touches the heart is because—let me give you an example.
I have been requested to go and be part of the UN with my foundation, right? That is something extraordinary. That is something good. I mean, who wouldn’t? But the pattern I’m having a problem with is—and you tell me your opinion and what I should do about it, because I’m a little confused, but I need an answer—this has been going on since 2015, me being requested to be acclimated in the UN.
I don’t have a problem with it. My foundation, my services, and what I present—absolutely, it would be good for the UN because I am international. But the problem I’m having, Bethany, is that every time I’m requested to come to the UN, to join and have this meeting and everything, I am being charged fee after fee.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Oh, listen. Okay.
Speaker 1 – Host: I am being charged a fee to join. I’m paying for benefits. If I get these benefits, I have to pay for these benefits—not benefits like you do at a normal job and they come out of your paycheck. These are benefits where it’s, “Oh, you have to pay for this.” You have to pay an agent’s fee for something to be FedExed to you, and then it never happens. Nothing happens. I’m exhausted. I’m exhausted.
That question about patterns—and as you stated, it can start affecting the brain and your nervous system because it’s a habit. It’s familiar. So I had to ask myself, “Bethany, am I just crazy?”
Speaker 2 – Guest: No, no, no. Not at all. But it’s interesting because if they valued you, they would come and pay you, because your time is precious. What you’re bringing is something that’s going to shift and bring awareness to the UN. But it’s interesting that they’re asking you to pay. It’s also interesting—I had this conversation with a client this week.
I was like, “You know, it’s interesting that when it’s hunting season here in the South, they make you pay in order to kill a deer. But when a deer hits your car, nobody’s responsible.”
Speaker 1 – Host: Right.
Speaker 2 – Guest: So it’s what I call “thinking is stinking.” Yes, this great opportunity has come, but you already have the knowingness. You already have the awareness that something’s not right. They’re asking me to pay. They’re not seeing that I am of value and would even like to compensate me. “I’m going to have to pay you to speak?” That’s kind of a little strange.
Speaker 1 – Host: They’re offering the benefits and everything that comes along with it, but nothing ever happens. Then they’re back to pressuring me again, saying, “We’re expecting you to come here,” and blah, blah, blah. But there’s nothing happening. This last time, I’m like, I’m over it because maybe God is saying to me, “Enough. It’s enough.” Things become toxic. The ship has sailed. I can’t do it.
I just wanted to say, as you hear me say, “I’m guilty.” I’m guilty of these familiar patterns that are never changing.
Speaker 2 – Guest: But here’s the thing: once you recognize the pattern, are you going to allow the mind, the thinking, and the storytelling to keep running it? Isn’t it interesting? The mind likes to tell you stuff that isn’t real. It’s not true.
Speaker 1 – Host: Right. It’s not true.
Speaker 2 – Guest: It is the ego state trying to keep you in the familiar. But when you are in presence and awareness, you understand what’s being shown and presented. When you have that thought pattern around it, you drop the thought pattern.
What I teach is that you drop into one of the most advanced pieces of technology you possess. We have been taught, told, and trained that it is only a mere organ pumping blood through our body. Your heart carries more information from the heart to the brain than it does from the brain to the heart. You have more electrical energy running through your heart than a bolt of lightning. Your heart is a powerhouse.
When you drop into the heart, it brings you to presence. And what is presence? Are you going to react, or are you going to respond? What’s the difference? Reacting is doing that same thing over and over again—being the same.
Speaker 1 – Host: That’s like what you’re always doing. Domestic violence: when you realize that this person is not going to change in their violence, you leave it alone. Then they come back with something else that’s intriguing or interesting for you to move forward, and then we’re back to that same old pattern.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Yes, honey. Back to that same old pattern.
Speaker 1 – Host: I was interested in that. Thank you so much. You also stated that our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, habits, and even our nervous system quietly shape how we experience life, yet few of us have been taught how to recognize those patterns. I know we were just touching base on that, but in your work you are really focused on these patterns.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Yeah. It’s so interesting, being aware of what it is you think, because what you think about, you bring about. What you bring about is what you experience. So gather what your thinking process is. How many of us have allowed our minds just to think whatever they want?
When you think a thought, that energy is a frequency. That thought pattern sends it out to the quantum field. If you’re unaware of what you’re thinking, just allowing it to go, you are putting out that frequency. That’s one thing that I’ve totally trained on.
The big changing concept here, to change the pattern, is to drop into the heart and get present. How many of us do the same thing over and over again, and we just don’t think anything about it, such as brushing our teeth? We’ve got to get a new neural pathway firing within the brain.
It can be as simple as this: when you get out of bed, what foot do you step with? Probably the same foot you always step with every morning. That right foot is going to lead. Well, to gain presence, gain awareness, and create new neural pathways and new firing, think of a piston like a car in the brain. When you get out of bed, pop out with that left foot. That brings you to presence. That brings you to awareness. That’s going to start getting that neural pathway where a new program and new awareness can start to shift, shake, and formulate.
Continue that throughout the day. If you’re right-hand dominant, you’re usually going to brush your teeth with your right hand, and you don’t even think about it. Start with the left. That’s going to continue to bring you to presence and awareness because the present moment, the infinite now, is where creation is made. You can choose not to continue that same looping pattern, that same storytelling, that same addictive behavior of being unconscious and unaware.
Speaker 1 – Host: True. Okay. Great feedback. I read feedback from one of your clients stating how the group conversations left them feeling renewed with the possibility of themselves. Tell me a little more about that, because I think that is so important.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Yes. When I have my forum with my girls and we have these discussions, a lot of them come with trauma.
Speaker 1 – Host: Yes.
Speaker 2 – Guest: But after these discussions, they come with a renewed mindset. Isn’t that what it’s all about? It’s getting into awareness of what the mind is telling and projecting, gaining access to what you think. That is the key, because this body is the tool. You’re an infinite being. You are a spirit, a soul within the body. The body is the tool for this reality. When this body dies, this is just a shell for the spirit, for the soul.
It is so interesting to start connecting with your tool, with your device, almost. The body is what wears the clothes. The body is what eats the food. The body is what has relationships. But we have never been told to connect with this piece.
I absolutely love everything about it because this is just a brief little blip in time, experiencing this world and this body. We’ve been taught to judge ourselves, have points of view, and go to conclusions. Instead, get present with it and communicate with it. Start talking to every cell in your body: “Baby, you’re going to activate, elevate, and—man, thank you. I am so grateful to have you.”
Speaker 1 – Host: Absolutely. I do that now.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Yes, absolutely. Because when you’re in that state of gratefulness, man, you feel good. You almost can’t help but smile.
Just for a minute, think about that last person who pissed you off, when you’re so frustrated. Do you feel how your shoulders literally bend in when you’re thinking those things I call lower aspects of frequency—the blame, shame, hurt, negative mind talk? You’re collapsing and restricting in on yourself. You keep doing that, and guess what’s going to show up for you? Some disease is going to show up in that body for you.
But when you’re grateful and you’re activating, talking to your body, and everything is a tool for you, you’re communicating with everything. You don’t have a judgment. You don’t have a point of view. You’re just here, smiling, thriving, and vibing because you came here to have a human experience through this body, through this tool. I’m going to connect with it, and man, you better watch me go.
Speaker 1 – Host: Right. Give me an example of how you help people identify the unconscious patterns influencing their decisions, relationships, health, and confidence.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Number one, we’re going to do a bunch of talking and self-talk. What are you saying to yourself? What’s going on? Because, like I said before, what you think about, you bring about. What you bring about, you’re going to experience. Are you the creator of your world, or are you the victim?
We’re going to talk about a series of things. Because we weren’t taught about energy, frequency, and vibration, we weren’t taught about energy hygiene. We were not taught how to clear our fields. We were taught, “If you see it, then you’ve got to believe it.” But, baby, there’s a whole different world in the unseen, unknown, unacknowledged realm. We’re going to explore all of these things. It gets interesting.
When you start to activate, talk, and have awareness of your ancestors, when you start to have—for me, I have a very special somebody on the other side that I can connect and communicate with.
Speaker 1 – Host: I’m like that with my mom. I’m very spiritual. She was my best friend. If I needed anything, if I had any questions, she was always there. I still do the same thing, but I’m doing it a little differently now. That means I can go into my quiet room, and I can either talk to Mom or talk to God. That is so important. I appreciate that feedback.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Sure. Sure.
Speaker 1 – Host: Bethany, you say people should believe rather than telling them what to believe. How do you invite someone to become curious about themselves? I know you have touched base on that, but people need a lot of familiarity and understanding when it comes to the services you are offering.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Your belief is what you will experience in this world. Seriously, your beliefs are huge. With my clients, we get to that end goal: if you are living that dream life, what would that be? What would that be? We walk to that point because once you are already that, you lack nothing. You are abundant in everything.
You can be abundant in lack. You can be abundant in a negative mindset. You can be abundant in unworthiness, but you’re always abundant. So get aware of what the end goal would look like for you, and start tapping into the knowledge and awareness of how we’re going to get to that point. What signs, synchronicities, and messages are going on in your world? What is withholding you from achieving that? That right there is the shift.
Where are you now, and where would you like to be? What would it feel like if you experienced life as though you already have it? Because you are that; you’re just unaware that you are. You’re all that and a bag of chips.
Speaker 1 – Host: That’s right. That’s what I tell them. Not to cut you off, but this is the issue I think women have. People have an issue when you are confident and when you have high integrity.
For instance, one of my students has a lot of trauma. Here I am—I have a lot of energy. I believe that nobody has really, just in my opinion, gone through the hell I’ve been through. I think I’ve just come out of the tunnel. However, anything that I do, anything that I say, I’m very inspiring, right?
She says to me, “You are very, very confident, and sometimes people can take that wrong about you.” I said, “Yes, because I don’t care, but I’m not rich.” Here’s the thing about my integrity: I hold to my integrity, and my confidence is so high. Look up there. So she looked up there. I said, “Can you even find it? That’s how high I’ve got it. You’re going to have to tap me on the shoulder and say, ‘Baby, come back. Come back.’”
That’s how I roll. That’s who Pamela is. Sometimes women, especially those who are not confident and can’t connect—me and you, we connect, and other women I have connected with, they get it. We understand that we have no jealousy, no qualms. I’m all for it. You go, girl. But women tend to have a problem with other women who are very proud of themselves. I’m going to put it to you like that.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Yeah, but isn’t it interesting? Some folks have to think, “Man, I think I have confidence,” or “I would like to have confidence,” or “I should have confidence.” Then there are those ladies, those lionesses, who say, “I am confident. I am.” One thinks it; one is it. There’s no right or wrong. It’s just where you’re at.
There’s no right or wrong here. There’s no polarity. Either you are or you’re not. It’s whatever you’re choosing for yourself to experience. If you choose to be confident, then you are confident because you are the most powerful being in your world.
When you tap in, I don’t need someone to tell me. I know that I am. Once you tap into that awareness of knowing just who you are and how connected you are to God, to Source, to faith—however you describe it—you are that presence of everything you say you are.
One thing for me: authenticity is a game changer. Being authentically true to whatever it is, as long as you are aware and authentic about it, I’m not going to judge it. Authenticity is a big thing for me, and just showing up and showing out for whatever that looks like for you.
Speaker 1 – Host: Yeah. Not caring what other folks think, say, or believe about you.
Speaker 2 – Guest: That’s not your business.
Speaker 1 – Host: It’s none of your business, and that is so true. To me, you’re confident, such as myself. I don’t have to be acclaimed or have the world clap for me. I clap for myself.
Speaker 2 – Guest: That’s right.
Speaker 1 – Host: I clap for myself. I march to my own beat.
Speaker 2 – Guest: You are the beat, and that feels comfortable and right for you.
Speaker 1 – Host: Right. Absolutely. Tell me about your coaching, and what would I get from the training if I hired you?
Speaker 2 – Guest: Okay. When you come work with me—
Speaker 1 – Host: I love your energy. I love it.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Once you go through my Power Journey course, there’s no way you can be the same being, the same person, the same energy, the same frequency. There’s no way. All of my testimonials, all of my clients, will tell you they were not the same person at the end of that eight-week course as they were when they started.
What I teach and what I’m going to bring is—I hate to even say it is “higher,” but it’s powerful. It’s energetically aligned. I’m going to get you to start connecting with body awareness, start to survey and observe what it is you’re thinking about, what it is you are, and what kind of programming you have.
Your body, like I said before, is a tool. How many of us sit down—we can go to a concert, or, for me, going to the grocery store—and put our body in these frequency fields? Sitting down and watching the news, what is that? You’re watching a “tell-a-lie-for-a-vision.” Tell-a-lie-for-a-vision. They’re telling you what to think, feel, and believe, and you’re soaking it in as truth because they said it is. But they’re telling you a lie through a vision.
There’s an energy being projected and bombarded on you. So we start to gain awareness, on a frequency bandwidth, of what it is you’re placing your body in and what kind of resonance it has, because everything has a frequency.
Your cells are mostly made of water, and you can go look at Dr. Emoto’s research on what frequency does to water structure. Water is data. It carries data. You can show a petri dish of water an image for 10 minutes. Think of a petri dish with the word “love” underneath it, and let that petri dish sit on that word “love” for 15 minutes. Place that petri dish in a freezer for 30 minutes, pull that petri dish out, and the word “love” is going to be inside of it.
Speaker 1 – Host: Huh. Okay. I like that.
Speaker 2 – Guest: We did an experiment at the school with children. We took three plants—each plant in the same kind of pot, everything. We set the three plants up and had the kids come and speak to the plants because your words carry a vibration.
Speaker 1 – Host: It makes plants grow.
Speaker 2 – Guest: We had them tell one plant, “We love you. You are so beautiful. Oh, look at those green leaves.” The second plant, we had them ignore. The third plant, we told them to tell it how ugly it was—negativity.
Girl, within three weeks, that plant receiving negativity literally was dying. The one that was being ignored was starting to slump; the leaves and branches were drooping. The one receiving positivity, girl, it was thriving and vibing. It was green as could be: “I don’t care. Look at me.”
So your words—what you say—if you’re unconscious and unaware of what you’re talking about and how it could affect other beings, think about it. If it can affect a plant, which is a being and part of God’s creation, when you cut it and take it out of its home, the dirt, it dies. It’s the same thing as the body.
Be conscious and aware of what you’re talking about, what you’re speaking about, what you’re sitting in, and what you’re projecting and putting your body in. Then pay attention to the mind. All of those are huge factors.
Then we take a look at the electromagnetic field, your energy field. What if you can read energy, such as myself? I can see what’s within your field, what’s in your aura. We go in and take a look at that because we haven’t been taught about energy hygiene. We go in and take a look. It’s very interesting. It’s a lot of fun, though.
Speaker 1 – Host: It sounds like it. I like it. I am intrigued. How does your service shape what you do today?
Speaker 2 – Guest: Well, it’s all about—because in quantum physics, there’s no such thing as distance—it’s about sharing my energy, my awareness, and my heart with my client. There’s no distance there, quantum-entangling with my field, and they’re feeling, on an energetic level, what I’m putting out into their field.
It is amazing when you get to work with somebody and they start becoming empowered. They start to recognize that they are the most powerful being, and their whole world starts to shift and change. They’re starting to gain awareness of signs, synchronicities, and messages. They’re starting to feel connected when they go out onto planet Earth and connect with the trees. Everything is a sign, message, and synchronicity, and they’re just out here thriving and vibing.
If you want to see a change, you first must be that change.
Speaker 1 – Host: Absolutely. Say it again, girl.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Babe, if you want to see a change, you first must be the change. You are that ripple effect. There’s nothing out here to fix. Everything’s within, and when you tap in, get ready because your world is going to change.
Speaker 1 – Host: I love it. I love that energy because that’s the most important part of ourselves. We have that energy, and that energy is what pulls you in because you want that person to have that same energy. We’ve got to get rid of that dull, gloomy, sad energy. We need to sit up and pull those shoulders back, because that’s who we are.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Yeah. Like we said earlier, emotion is energy in motion. When you tap in and you’re like, “Man, I’m out here thriving and vibing”—shoulders back, chin up, smiling, laughing, having a good time—feel that. Then feel sadness, sorrow, blame, shame, guilt, “less than,” “not enough,” worry, and fear. Which one feels better, and which one do you think takes up more energy?
You literally have to choose against yourself to feel that fear. You really do. You’ve really got to work at it.
Speaker 1 – Host: You do. It takes a lot to do that.
Speaker 2 – Guest: I didn’t know any of this until I faced my worst fear. In 2020, I lost my only child, and that’s what put me on this journey of knowing myself. I knew exactly what it felt like to wake up every morning and know I could have been consumed by that pain, all of that. But that was what was blocking me from connection with him, actually.
So yes, I’m out here thriving and vibing. I am not the societal norm of what a grieving mother should look like. No, no, no, because, like you said, it takes you down.
Speaker 1 – Host: I was like, “Okay, I’m tired of being sick and tired.” I came to that conclusion, which I’m bringing up again with the UN. I’m done. I’m sick and tired, and I’m done.
I was discussing it with my husband. I think part of the problem is what I was thinking: if you’re being chosen, why aren’t you moving forward? Nobody understands why I am stuck. Or is it me? You have to ask yourself that. Is this just not meant for me?
Speaker 2 – Guest: You know what? You’re divinely guided. If it was meant to happen, it would. It would already be. Maybe that rejection is a redirection. Maybe Source, God, is like, “We’re not going to waste your time right now. Let’s just keep moving.” You know what I mean?
Speaker 1 – Host: And be absolutely grateful. But no, it brings too much worry and stress—trying to figure it out, get the right answer, feeling like I’ve got to do all of it. No. I can’t. It has become very draining.
I know who I am and how I present myself and what my expectations are of the girls who go through my program. I lead by example. This is not leading by example. This has become a pattern, and a pattern that I have accepted. There’s no change. So watch me as I move forward, because I have to.
Speaker 2 – Guest: You know, and I know, and anyone else who comes into contact with you knows, that you would be such an asset to have across the stage, to share, to ask the questions, to bring awareness to the UN. You have a gift. There’s something here that needs to be heard.
For you to be jostled and juggled—“Well, this isn’t a positive yet. No, we might offer you this. No, hold on”—and to do this over time, continuing, it says, “You don’t value me and what I bring.” So, you know what? I’m really busy on that next call. You know what I mean? I’m really busy.
Speaker 1 – Host: Right. I’m just over it. So I told myself, I prayed on it. I said, “Thank you. I’m grateful. Yep. Okay. I’ve got to go.” And I thank you because you answered my question—not that I didn’t know.
Speaker 2 – Guest: You already knew.
Speaker 1 – Host: I still needed that mentor to enlighten me.
Speaker 2 – Guest: You already knew. But I get it. You think, “Oh, the UN.” Maybe, pre-2020, that might have looked good on my résumé or my speaking card. But girl, you’re still that asset. You own all that.
Speaker 1 – Host: I know. [Unclear passage in source transcript: “You have to go to New York and do all the loans.”] And it’s ongoing. So that’s fine. I’m moving forward because I’m still international, so it doesn’t matter.
My next question is: what is the core message you would want listeners to take away when you talk about helping people see themselves differently? I feel like I’m repeating myself here.
Speaker 2 – Guest: For you to know how powerful, how divine, how magical you are—how you are such a powerhouse in this world. When you start believing it, you’ll see it, because your belief system is what controls the reality.
A lot of people, some of my clients, say, “Well, I have to see it to believe it.” Maybe you’ve got it backwards. Once you believe it, you will see it.
Speaker 1 – Host: Right.
Speaker 2 – Guest: When you tap into that absolute awareness: “I am that power. I am that good. I am that love.” Everything that has brought you to where you are right here, right now, has been for your human experience, for you to learn, for you to grow. You have never done anything wrong. It’s all for your growth.
Because in that darkness, how would you know what light is? So when you’re struggling, when you’re like, “Oh my gosh, I cannot believe this is happening to me,” you are that light. When you come out on the other side, man, “God really did show up and show out for me this time because He knew I could do it. I knew I could do it; I just forgot I knew I could do it.”
When you tap into the awareness that everything is here for your soul’s evolution, for your growth, for your expansion, for you to tap into your body and your awareness, gain control of your mind. Quit letting this thing control your world, because it will tell you a bunch of stuff that’s not true.
When you have one of those down, low, worrisome thoughts—because you’re going to have them; you’re human—and you catch yourself thinking that, guess what you caught? You just caught your brain having a thought. That’s it. That’s all it was: a thought. It’s not truth.
So be observant of what it is you think, what it is you feel, what it is you believe, and what it is you wish to achieve. Getting awareness of those things will shift your world, your mind, your reality, and your frequency.
Speaker 1 – Host: Amen.
Speaker 2 – Guest: Amen to that.
Speaker 1 – Host: We are about out of time, but tell me, how can someone contact you regarding your services?
Speaker 2 – Guest: Come hop on my website—be like a bumblebee, Be Limitless Now. You can follow me on all of the social things. I don’t really hop on there like I probably should—maybe once, twice, or three times a month. It’s not daily or biweekly; it’s none of that.
The best way is to hop on there and schedule a meeting or a 30-minute frequency reset call. Let’s see where you’re at.
Speaker 1 – Host: That was good. Hop on that website and click on there because she has something to say.
Well, listeners, I have reached my destination, and I leave you with this quote: “Awareness changes everything. The moment we become fully present, we open the door to new possibilities that may have been there all along.” Bethany Shelton.
With that being said, I thank you so much for joining me today, and I’ll see you next week. Cheers.
