Attorney Mick Harrison and AE911Truth Director of Strategy Ted Walter join host Andy Steele to discuss the latest developments in AE911Truth’s lawsuit against NIST regarding its report on Building 7. The lawsuit is currently in the motion to dismiss phase, where NIST is trying to argue that the plaintiffs — including 9/11 family members and watchdog groups like AE911Truth — don’t have standing to challenge NIST’s report and the agency’s response to a request for correction submitted two years ago.
