Mindy Jackson is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Reiki Master, Spiritual Coach, Rose Path Initiate, and Creator of The Sanctuary of Krystal Sophia. Mindy uses an integrative approach, combining clinical skills with energy healing and shamanic practices to treat PTSD.
As an Intuitive Empath, Certified Medical Intuitive, Star Seed, and Energy Healer she also provides various Quantum Healing modalities apart from her Psychotherapy practices.
Coming from a life filled with adversity, trauma, and family with mental health and addiction issues, Mindy’s near death experience at age 5 followed by out of body experiences while in the hospital with encephalitis months later provided her with a magnified awareness, shifted her into metacognition, and magnified conscious awareness that gave rise to the ability to heal herself and others.
In 2023, a post operative stroke in the visual cortex left Mindy with central vision loss that she rehabilitated via painting. While painting the 22 Major Arcana of the Tarot, which tells the story of the Hero’s Journey, she regained about 95% of her vision and lived out each card as she painted it. When complete, she named her collection “Return of the Divine Feminine” not knowing the new quest life would have in store for her.
