Consciousness is not heavy or work. It is about the interaction of the expansiveness of Being. You feel the sacred, the stillness, the life, the weightlessness of the All. What also is present can be the absolute sublime sense of joy of Being and also the physical release of laughter. It is as easy as opening your inner eyes and senses and noticing what is around you.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to revisit many conflicting feelings. My own emotional state was joyful - I am starting a small online coaching group and have been contacting select people about it. It feels wonderful to connect and share this great opportunity with folks.

What a crazy time we are in. There has always been craziness, but we haven't previously had the global media pushing it in our faces to this extent before.
Tapping into our connection as Consciousness is easy. Feeling it can rock your boat. Understanding what is happening is optional and not really important at times. And there might not be a lot of words available to articulate as it is our right brain that is engaging and not our left brain verbal processor. We will show you the very simple steps and let our authentic voices make themselves heard. And, then, the shift. That is the key. What fun!

I have made, to date a miraculous recovery and work each day to regain more of what I lost in the stroke 4 years ago. I hear every day how good I look, that it's hard for others to believe I had a big stroke. This photo was taken earlier this year. I am 63 years old. I do look good, but please look beyond my appearance. |
Each person is existing within their own reality, viewing things through their own perceptions, interpreting things from their own experiences. That explains a great deal. It explains why you and your spouse heard entirely different things when having a discussion about the budget. It explains why your kid thinks 'picking up his room' means piling everything in a corner ("I picked it up to move it there"). It explains why your parents thought they did a damn fine job of raising you, but you and your siblings may beg to differ.
If you are not familiar with this it is a QR code. They are showing up everywhere. It is the trademark for a type of matrix barcode (two dimensional barcode.) It contains info about the item it is attached to. It is a machine-readable optical label. I presume those machines have computers components that read this and translate. Because can you read what this is about? I can't. I can assign meaning and assume and allow this to represent some things if I want.
It's not about life *after* death, it's that there is no death. We don't die. Our Consciousness continues living.
So what's the icon used to represent the whole religion? A cross. A death symbol. Jesus hanging on the cross is a graven image.
