Guest Host Peter Slattery Opens the ECETI Ranch Conversation

We have been doing a Self-Mastery Ambassador Workshop, and the last few days have been pretty crazy, with all sorts of phenomena and contact happening - daytime activity, nighttime activity, and many experiences around the ranch. It has been an interesting and exciting trip for me, coming in from Australia.
What we are going to do on the show is cover some of what has been happening here with the guests. If anyone wants to come up and share experiences or stories, we will do that, and I will chime in where I can. Who would like to come up and share something they have experienced? Joe, come on up.

Yes. For more than forty years I worked on the first space shuttle mission, back in 1981, and I have worked on everything related to manned space since then. I am still plugging away.

You have seen some things that, let us say, are normal within your world but not normal for most people. You had your first experience with the night watch last night. What was that like?
Speaker 2 - Joe
My first experience with the night watch was last night, and I was simply blown away by all the satellites and unidentified objects cruising from east to west. It looked like a wagon train of UFOs and satellites all mixed together. James allowed me to view some of it with military-grade night-vision goggles, and that amplified the light so much that I could see about ten times more objects. They were going in all directions. It was really amazing.

As a rocket scientist, how does that fit into your paradigm? Have you been open to this since you were young, or is this something that developed later as you saw things and had to integrate them?
Speaker 2 - Joe
I have seen unusual things throughout my life. I learned to allow what I am witnessing, open my heart, and let good things happen. And I try not to blink.

That is the thing. Even some of the activity we get here can be that quick. With a lot of the evidence I have, some beings appear in one, two, or three frames within thirty frames in a second. It is that quick. Some of the phenomena happen so fast. I think that also applies to life in general: try not to blink, and take it all in.
There are a lot of satellites and a lot of space debris. What have you seen here that convinced you this was anomalous - turns, flashes, or responses?

We experienced flashes that I have never seen before in my life. A few of us stayed up after everyone else went to bed, and we kept talking about spirituality and the presentation that you had given. Every time we came up with these ideas, something would flash over our heads. I concluded later that it was higher-dimensional beings communicating with us and giving us downloads related to these ideas, this amazing place, and the spirituality that is taught here.

Looking back on your life, even as a rocket scientist, have you or people you know received information from somewhere you do not fully understand - the kind of information that helps make science work?
Speaker 2 - Joe
Yes. One time I was working on a computer program for a device on a space vehicle, and I could not get it to work. I prayed to my guardian angel, Archangel Haniel, to give me the information I needed to solve the problem. Then I went to bed. Later that night, I woke up and received the download. I had it all in my head. I said, "Great, thank you, Archangel Haniel," and went back to sleep. In the morning I went to work, got on my keyboard, typed in 650 lines of code from memory, compiled it, and the thing worked. It was amazing.

That is a perfect example of something like that occurring. During your time connected to space work, was there ever anything anomalous that came up or was discussed during missions - anything that made you think twice?
Speaker 2 - Joe
There was some old footage from space shuttle missions where objects in space looked like jellyfish. They had that kind of motion, and some of them were translating through space like jellyfish. I saw that and thought it was amazing, and I have not seen it since.

I have filmed some daytime footage in Australia that looks like a jellyfish or an octopus. To me, through discerning intuition, there seems to be something organic living in the atmosphere. But what you are describing was actually in space, outside the atmosphere?

Yes. It was about 150 miles up, in the vacuum of space. It makes me believe there are organisms that can live up there. The Russians have done research where they went outside, scraped the side of their spacecraft, took samples, and saw organisms under a microscope - living organisms.

There is a lot to it. Have you found that scientists or people connected to NASA are generally open to UFO phenomena?
Speaker 2 - Joe
In general, it is pretty rare. Most of the engineers are there to get the job done, and they do not do much speculation outside of what they perform in their work environment.

Where has this led you? Obviously, it has led you here to E-Ceti. Has the conscious connection been a big thing for you - the awareness that there is something beyond the physical aspect of the phenomenon?
Speaker 2 - Joe
Yes. James does clearings of negative beings before each presentation. Every time he has done that, he has mentioned later that higher-level beings were present and helping us, protecting us from negative entities. I actually had spiritual experiences where this love of God filled me with love, joy, and bliss. I tingled and cried. It was pretty amazing every time James did that.

That is the spiritual and nonphysical aspect of contact. It is common when people do that technique, or hear that technique happening, to notice hair standing up, temperature changes, goosebumps, emotions arising, and sometimes a tearful reaction. In some cases, people are healing themselves. In other cases, they are blissed out from the intelligences they are interfacing with. This is where contact goes beyond just a light in the sky. There are many different masters, sages, angelic intelligences, and others we all have a link to if we choose to use that link.
When I make contact myself, it is a thought coming into the heart space. When you are in a group like this, and when you do the table work, it brings a group community together. A couple of days into these events at E-Ceti, it feels like we are one big family. It brings the group together, lowers shields, and helps people bond. Especially when you have traveled far to be here, there is an integration period, but that table can quicken the process and help release past trauma, wrong conclusions, judgments, and other things James talks about.

After your morning presentation, you took us on a walk around the property. We were instructed to use mantras for what we really wanted. One of the things I wanted was to dissolve my chronic neck pain. About halfway through, I was saying, "The neck pain is gone, the neck pain is gone," while walking. The neck pain was gone by the time I was halfway around. When we ended, I had another experience of love, joy, and bliss. I tingled and cried a little bit. It really benefited me.

That is beautiful. That is what places like this are for. It is not just contact; healings can occur, and we can do that for ourselves as well. That field of dreams out there has given many people similar healings when they walk that path. We usually say to hold the intention, let go, and walk, and those kinds of things happen.

How awesome is that? We have Cameron coming up. Cameron is a friend of the ranch and a volunteer. We first met in Hawaii. You were helping out over there as well, and we had a good time there, just as we are here. What would you like to share about your E-Ceti journey and your experiences?

It is good to be here. I love E-Ceti because I get to be present with the land, the mountain, the trees, the animals, the people, and the content here. The information and the truth of what I experience here bring me so much joy. It puts me into a space where I can be present and allow myself to integrate some of the experiences I have here.
I have been on this journey, and it has absolutely revolutionized my abilities across the board - physically, emotionally, mentally, psychologically, and spiritually. I have developed my spiritual life over time, and coming to E-Ceti has expanded that spiritual life. Doing the clearings has been a huge asset to me. I have learned so much from both James Gilliland and Peter Maxwell Slattery. I want to give both of you so much gratitude, because it has been a huge part of my spiritual growth.

There are a lot of good people here. The concept of self-mastery, to me, means taking a life experience and showing up to participate in life no matter what you are going through. We all have adversity. I show up because I am going to enjoy the ride. We will have challenges and difficulties - that is a given - but here I get to share my experience, listen to other people, and feel empathy and validation. Everyone here has significant stories, and that gives me gratitude and joy.
I was talking with someone the other day. I was hit by a train - literally hit by a train. I lost my arm and both my legs. I live my life with independence and freedom. I use two prosthetic legs and a prosthetic arm. I have developed adaptability, perseverance, and resilience. The human spirit of resiliency is real.
I know we are faced collectively with things that can seem enormous. We come here and look at the reality we are creating, manifesting, and building together. Every one of you matters. I heard someone share a beautiful story yesterday, and I hope she shares too. She has had an extraordinary life and has been through hardship, yet she found herself. She made it here. She showed up.
Because of my past, I had a serious injury that became an identity crisis, and I had to redefine myself. Later, I had another turning point when I had a UFO encounter. That sent me on the path to discover the truth. Through the years of researching, taking initiative, and exploring what is really going on, I met James. I turned up here around 2019 or 2020, as the world was going through the pandemic. Everywhere else was shut down, but James and the E-Ceti Ranch stayed open. That resonated with me. I have been coming every summer for at least one event ever since.

There are so many areas of learning that come in and out of this sanctuary - UFOs, healing, eating healthy, technologies, and more. For forty years James has been doing this. It is a powerhouse and a magnet for future humans. It is awesome that people like you come through here and connect.

The first year I came here, it was undeniable. I had been fascinated with UFOs and UAPs, but I had not seen anything truly out of this world until I showed up here. We saw fleets of ships, ships converging, blinkers, and power-ups. The power-ups are my favorite. Last night we saw quite a few. They happen so fast that sometimes it is too late to hit record.
When I first came here, I saw many undeniable convergences, fleets, and power-ups. One night I was walking back to my tent near the cabins, and I stopped and looked through the trees. There was a tiny window of sky through the branches, and in that tiny space there was a blinker flashing four times. You cannot call that chance. That kind of thing happens constantly here.
I also sky-watch all the time at home. I recently filmed a cigar-shaped ship off the central coast of California. It came out of the north, drifted slowly to the west over the Pacific Ocean, and my battery died after about two and a half minutes of footage. It was really cool.

You have shown me some cool footage. Last night there was a flash about thirty meters in front of me. It was the same kind of thing I get back at home, where beings teleport down momentarily, partially materialize, and phase out again. I have been having full-on experiences here for over a decade.
This is one of those places where two people can come here from Portland on the same weekend, discover they live a few blocks away from each other, and now they are friends having coffee together. They may have been isolated in their experiences before, but here people meet at the right time. Healings, upgrades, purging, releasing, and uplifting happen all the time.

We are on an adventure, and I am enjoying the ride. Every time I come up here, I feel like I have a family away from my family. I can drop in with people on deep levels. I have heard so many people say that they can talk about anything here and not be judged. That is meaningful and valuable.
We have all been through a lot. We have chosen the road less traveled. It is not the easy path, and because of that, we can get criticism and shade thrown our way. But it is good to be around people who understand.
We have also been laughing a lot. We were talking earlier about some of the challenges I have faced, including one situation that could have involved federal custody. I am not going to go into all of it here, but I approached it with compassion and forgiveness, and that reframed everything. Instead of playing the victim, I decided to persevere. I have been through tough times before. On the other side of that, the harder the challenge, the more glorious the reward.
I think highly of each and every one of you. We can relate. We understand. You are here doing work too. I honor you for that, and I have so much love for you all. Thank you so much.

Linda, we have been hanging out on the sky-watch field during the events. You have been feeling some things yourself with all of this.

Yes. After witnessing the miraculous skies here at E-Ceti, I purchased my own set of night-vision goggles. At home I often take the goggles out at night and see miraculous things. No matter where you go, it is there. You just have to look up and have no city lights. Everyone I have introduced the goggles to, especially people who are not believers, is instantly blown away by what they see.

It is crazy what you can see with night-vision goggles. You have no idea until you experience it. You see more satellites, but you also see things doing ninety-degree turns and other things that do not make sense. How long have you been looking to the skies?

At least fifteen years, maybe longer. I actually do not see as many satellites anymore. I do see military aircraft, and they are up there trying to figure out what is going on. They fly very stealthily, but you can see them even with your own eyes. The benevolent entities that are up there protecting us are flying through the skies too. It feels like a force out there making sure nothing gets to us and bringing love and protection. It is a fun game to watch.

No, this is my third time. I came before the pandemic, and now with all the things evolving and the changes approaching, I knew it was time to come again. The sky-watch is always exciting, no matter how many times you look. Going out into the fields and the Pleiadian Circle has also been powerful. I am a huge Sasquatch fan and follower, and I have experienced Sasquatch out in the field. This time I brought some things I know they like so I can give them gifts.
When we were walking around, there was an area dedicated to the Sasquatch family. As I approached it, I became very emotional. I could feel the love and warmth. They love us so much. If you are kindhearted, they know it. They are very psychic, and they want to help protect you. As I approached that area, it was overwhelming.

This trip has had certain energies and beings step up. We have had several people having Bigfoot experiences. We are in that part of America where, even though this is happening worldwide with Bigfoot, Yeti, and Sasquatch, this is really one of the meccas. A few people are having experiences with them this trip, which is cool because they are part of this family as well. Thank you for sharing your story.

I have been here many times, and it has become one of my favorite places on this planet. I have developed that love over the ten years I have been coming here. The first time I came, I wondered what all of this was about. Now I come here and feel, especially with this workshop, that it is about learning how to take care of yourself and truly love yourself.
The crew that takes care of E-Ceti, along with James, gives you unconditional love. When you do not feel that outside of here, it is like a party of unconditional love. Every human being needs that. When I come here, I feel like I do not have to shield or guard. My heart space is wide open, and I feel loving toward everything and everyone.
In daily life, I have to work really hard to keep my vibration in a beautiful state. It is a lot of work. Coming here is like a vacation from the construct and matrix we exist in. If you are a spiritual seeker and want to understand yourself, or if you want a vacation from the construct that is always trying to lower your vibration, come here. You will find the peace you are looking for, even if only for a moment.
The people here are beautiful. I want to make friends here, whereas in normal life I often feel like I have to watch out and shield myself. Here the food, the water, the teachings, the sky-watch, the people, and the view all feel different. This place reminds us of the love humanity should have for one another. It is an experience you will not have anywhere else, and it is worth more than any amount of money.
The teachings between you and James have been amazing. The energy you create together, the laughter, and the joy are phenomenal. I feel like I am in another dimension. Today, Peter blew my mind with something he demonstrated during the Ascension and Mastery Workshop. I do not want to reveal it, because people should take the workshop, but his teachings are just as incredible as James’.

The energy, even here in the hall, is very strong. This hall has held years of intense practices and work. We are a portal and a vortex ourselves, connected to Source. When you do your practices over and over in the same place, you build a huge energy field, and it becomes easier for the intelligences to come through. Those intelligences are really about helping empower you with your own God/Source connection - not looking at them as external sources to validate or fix situations, but allowing them to help us help ourselves. That is one of James’ beautiful teachings.
