The Metaphysical Hour with Julia Cannon and Tracie Mahan
Trust the Shift: Eclipse Energy, Empathic Connection, Signs From Beyond, and Synchronicity
Summary
Technical Challenges Turn Into Community Connection
The episode opens amid power and streaming problems at the broadcast operation, forcing the hosts to use an older workflow and direct listeners to a single Facebook location for comments and questions. Julia Cannon, her co-host, and Tiffany repeatedly help the audience navigate the disruption while joking about frozen video, missing connections, and the improvised nature of the broadcast. Rather than allowing the technical trouble to derail the program, they turn it into part of the conversation. Listeners report in from locations including Pennsylvania and Tasmania. The hosts emphasize that audience participation matters because each person contributes to what they describe as a larger energetic grid. The lighthearted handling of the breakdown establishes a recurring theme of adapting, trusting, and continuing despite imperfect circumstances.
Eclipse Energy, Fatigue, and a Feeling of Lightness
A substantial early discussion centers on the recent eclipse and the speakers' personal impressions of fatigue, heaviness, slowed productivity, and a later sense of relief or lightness. One speaker describes intentionally trying not to follow eclipse commentary so she could judge her own experience without expecting a particular result. She then compares her feelings with those of Kaya and Jenny, noting similarities in descriptions of being unable to catch up and then suddenly feeling lighter. Tiffany adds that she had been unusually tired and had taken a deep nap. The hosts treat these observations as personal experiences rather than scientific conclusions, while connecting them to their broader metaphysical interest in lunar cycles, astrology, and energy. Humor remains central, with the group repeatedly joking that the moon can take the blame for both exhaustion and technical glitches.
Retreat Plans, Santa Fe, and a Change Regarding Nepal
The conversation shifts to an upcoming Santa Fe retreat, where the speakers anticipate hot springs, sound healing, a moon or skywatch ceremony, group activities, and time with like-minded people. They also discuss the practical difficulty of live-streaming increasingly large events and explain that the retreat program will be recorded for later broadcast rather than streamed live. The group teases a future United States retreat location while withholding the details. They then announce that a planned March retreat in Nepal has been removed from the schedule. Julia says she received a strong inner message that their type of work was not what Nepal most needed at that moment and that physical rebuilding and practical assistance were more important. The hosts express sadness, affection for the country and its people, and hope that they may return at a later time after a period of healing.
Empaths, Emotional Amplification, and Communication
An audience question from Alex asks how two empathic partners can cope when an upsetting situation affects both of them and their emotions amplify each other. The hosts frame the experience as part of heightened sensitivity and what they call telepathic awareness, extending beyond hearing thoughts to sensing feelings and reactions. Their central recommendation is repeated clearly: communicate. They encourage both partners to discuss what each is sensing rather than suppressing reactions, while remembering that each person interprets impressions through individual filters. When Alex clarifies that the problem is not conflict between the partners but the mutual amplification of outside stress, the hosts suggest asking what can be learned from the experience and whether it is prompting restructuring, new awareness, or a different direction. They also suggest that by learning to navigate the dynamic together, the couple may naturally model healthier communication for other people.
Synchronicity, Grief, and Signs From Loved Ones
The episode includes several stories about synchronicity and perceived signs from the other side. One co-host describes asking ChatGPT to play the role of a psychic and predict when her newly listed house might receive an offer; she is struck when the response favors September 11th, the anniversary of the date she says she originally bought the home. She then tells a family story in which a phone call or old message appears around an aunt's birthday, leading her mother to interpret it as a reminder from Grandma Mary. A listener named Mindy asks about grief after her mother's death and whether the eclipse might be contributing to a heavy feeling. The hosts encourage her to experience grief rather than run from it, while also inviting her to ask for unexpected signs from her mother. A gnat suddenly flying around one host becomes a humorous focal point when Mindy says she has been seeing gnats repeatedly, reinforcing the episode's theme that meaningful moments can arrive through ordinary events.
Trust, QHHT, and Finding Meaning in the Unexpected
The closing portion repeatedly returns to trust as a stabilizing principle during periods of change, loss, moving, and what the hosts describe as ascension. They encourage listeners to trust timing, allow old things to fall away, retain joy, and avoid treating every spiritual experience with excessive seriousness. A final synchronicity story involves arsenic found in the well at a house one co-host is moving into, followed the next day by a QHHT session in which a client describes a past-life death involving arsenic. The speaker emphasizes that the present-day water issue has a practical solution involving filtration while still finding the timing of the QHHT story remarkable. The hosts close with scheduling information for the Santa Fe retreat recording and direct listeners interested in QHHT training or sessions to qhhtofficial.com and its practitioner directory. The episode ends in the same playful tone with which it began, thanking the audience for finding the improvised broadcast and reminding listeners to remain open to trust, connection, and joy.
The Metaphysical Hour
Julia Cannon carries on the work of her mother, Dolores Cannon, who authored 19 Books (so far) and was a Past-Life Regressionist and Hypnotherapist who specialized in the recovery and cataloging of Lost Knowledge. Dolores is widely acknowledged as a leading authority on Nostradamus and considered the World's Foremost Expert on his Prophecies. She passed to the next realm in Oct, 2014 and now continues to work and inspire from beyond the veil.
Dolores' powerful method, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), was developed over the last 50 years as her technique to not only unlock the Lost Knowledge captured in her books but also to provide amazing and life changing physical, spiritual and emotional healing to her personal clients. Her method is still being taught by Julia and through a series of online classes that Dolores developed before her passing and is in use by over 5,000 practitioners around the globe today.
Julia, a renowned author in her own right (Soul Speak) continues to run the company's publishing, academy and media businesses in addition to bringing Dolores' vision of the Cannon University of Metaphysical Studies into reality.
Speaker Identification
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon - Host. She explicitly identifies herself at the beginning of the program.
Speaker 2 - Co-host, transcribed as "Tracy Mehan." The transcript explicitly introduces the co-host by this rendering, but the exact spelling of the surname cannot be confirmed from the transcript alone.
Speaker 3 - Tiffany - Audience-question and comment coordinator. She is repeatedly addressed by name and reads or relays audience questions and comments.
Speaker 4 - Don - Production/broadcast operator. He is addressed by name in connection with the video shot, time warnings, and broadcast scheduling, but no clearly attributable extended spoken passage is captured.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Good evening, everyone, and welcome to The Metaphysical Hour. I'm Julia Cannon, and this is my co-host, Tracy Mehan.
We're having a few technical difficulties behind the scenes. There were power outages at the production company. They're back on now, and we're getting everything working. Tiffany is also here helping us with the questions.
She's not texting or talking on the phone; she's trying to get the show out on all of the channels. If you have a question, please tell us where you're coming from. Where are you tuning in from? Where are you shining your light from? You're contributing to this wonderful grid we have going on, and when you do that you're lighting it up and strengthening it. It keeps enhancing the grid and showering love everywhere, which is what this is all about.
Tell us where you're from, and then Tracy will give you the rest of the instructions once she's able to.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
I was trying to figure out whether there was a way for us to share this on YouTube, because we get quite a following there. We'll see what happens. Maybe I shared it. I'm not sure.
Host Exchange:
The hosts confirm that the stream has been shared to Julia's page and the Dolores Cannon page. Because of the technical problems, the live program is not airing normally on YouTube and the team decides to focus on Facebook for audience interaction.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
Sorry, everyone, if you're looking for us and having a hard time finding us. If you would like to ask questions, it's going to be tricky because the comments are not going into our normal consolidated system. If you're listening somewhere other than Facebook, please go to the BBS Radio Facebook page, open our live show, and comment there. Put "Tiffany" in capital letters so she knows you have a question and aren't simply making a comment.
There are a lot of instructions today, but we really do want your questions. Tell us where you're from, too. Please go to the place where it is originally airing, because if you're commenting on the Dolores page, Julia's page, my page, and other shared pages, Tiffany can't keep bouncing around among all of them. Let's make it easy and put the comments on the BBS Radio page.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
I also have the transcript in the back of my mind because I always have the show transcribed and then do things with it. I guess we'll have to do that after the fact. When Don sends it to us, we'll download it and work with it that way.
Host Exchange:
They laugh that they are going back to the way they used to do the program a couple of years earlier. They joke that they have become spoiled by the newer system and now have to remember how the old process worked.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
You were talking about the moon right before the show started.
Host Exchange:
The conversation briefly turns to what can be seen in the hosts' offices on camera, including papers and a dog bed that blends into the wall and carpet. They laugh about how long it took one of them to realize that the object in the background was a dog bed.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Anyway, you were talking about how tired you've been and blaming it on the moon.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
Absolutely. The moon can be blamed right now. It was really cool, though. I got some pretty pictures of the eclipse.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
You saw the eclipse?
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
Yes. I went out last night and could see where our shadow was moving across part of it. I got some pictures. For me, that was around nine o'clock at night. We had wispy clouds going through, too. In one picture, a cloud looked like a little UFO with a bubble top on it. I thought, "Oh my gosh, there they are. They're playing by the moon."
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Kaya had told me earlier in the week that he's very sensitive to eclipses. He said there was one coming on the 27th. I didn't know anything about it and hadn't heard about it. I generally don't pay attention to those things because I wanted to see whether I would notice an effect without expecting one.
To me, that's more convincing than knowing in advance and then looking for an effect. I have a firm belief that when you look for something, you will find it. So don't look for all the difficult things; look for the good and the wonderful.
Kaya knew he was going to have a reaction and was anticipating it. He was counting down the days. I thought, "Okay, you may be helping to create that expectation." I wasn't counting the days, although what he said was still somewhere in my mind.
Then Jenny told me today that she hadn't known anything about it. That made her a better test. I had forgotten about the eclipse as far as how I was feeling. I told Kaya, "Today feels different. I've been feeling like I can't catch up. It's heavy. I'm trudging and trying to catch up, and I just can't. But today feels different. It's like, no problem, I can do these things."
He said, "That's because the eclipse is over," and told me that people had been describing the same thing: feeling heavy and unable to catch up. I thought that was interesting because I had let the subject go and wasn't following what other people were saying.
Jenny described almost the same thing. She said she had been outside looking at the moon and suddenly a sense of peace came over her. Today she felt that everything was different, that she didn't feel so far behind, and that she felt lighter. It was almost word for word what I had been saying. So if the last couple of days have felt heavy and hard, let's blame it on the moon.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
Some people are very sensitive to the cycles of the moon, the stars, astrology, and other things. I don't know exactly what else is lined up astrologically right now, but it does feel as though something is happening.
I don't know that my feeling was specifically that I couldn't keep up. It was more like every time I sat down, somebody called or needed me and I had to get up and do something. With the way my schedule has been lately, I'm not sure I would have noticed anything unusual.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Now it's a waiting game, and things should slow down a little. That's perfect timing because I'm going to fly out in a couple of days. I'm just putting it out into the air and surrendering. Let it happen. It's out of my hands.
Tiffany, have you noticed any effects?
Speaker 3 - Tiffany:
I'm not sure. I just know I was tired all last week. I even took a nap yesterday, and when I woke up I had no idea what time it was. It could have been seven o'clock at night or midnight. I felt like I could just keep sleeping. So, yes, it may have been affecting me that way.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Interesting. I wasn't putting the two together either. I just knew I felt off and heavy. It was almost that quicksand feeling again, like everything took so much effort. Things I can usually get through quickly were harder, and then today I felt back to normal.
Tiffany, how is it going with people telling us where they're from? Are they going to the BBS Radio page, or do we need to encourage that again?
Speaker 3 - Tiffany:
We should probably encourage it again. People are getting notifications that the show is on, but they're finding us in different places.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
If you're attending the live show, there was a power outage with our broadcaster, so we're doing it old-school today. We're not getting all the messages in one location. Please go to the BBS Radio Facebook page, find our banner, open it, and put your comment there. If you're commenting on the Dolores page, Julia's page, my page, or another shared page, Tiffany has too many places to keep checking. Let's all use the same place.
Host Exchange:
The co-host's connection begins breaking up and freezes.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Tracy froze. She was tired, and now she's frozen. It may be you and me for a minute, Tiff.
Speaker 3 - Tiffany:
We have a couple of people who found us. We have Pennsylvania and Tasmania. They said it was a little hard to find us, but they made it.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
You found us - yay! Jump in and tell us where you're from. We lost Tracy, but she'll come back. There are definitely technical things going on. Maybe it's still some effect, although I thought the eclipse was over. Maybe it's Mercury - the shadow of the shadow of the shadow. You're seeing all of this play out live.
Tiff, what's on your mind today?
Speaker 3 - Tiffany:
Mostly the weekend and getting ready for the retreat. I'm thinking about what I need to pack. I'm excited about the hot springs, even if the weather is hot.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
That's going to be fun. We're doing that afterward as a special day for us. When you go on these trips, do other things too. Have fun. That's what retreats are for - to get a reprieve, recharge, reenergize, and enjoy yourself.
I've also heard good things about Meow Wolf. It's an immersive art exhibit, and there's one in Santa Fe.
Speaker 3 - Tiffany:
I went to one in Denver.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Right, Denver. You said it was interesting.
Speaker 3 - Tiffany:
It was. They're all different, apparently, so it would be interesting to see the Santa Fe one too.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
I'm mentally preparing for travel too. I haven't even figured out what I'm going to wear. What are you most excited about with the retreat coming up?
Speaker 3 - Tiffany:
I'm excited about you being on stage and doing your thing.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Tracy's back. We were waiting for her.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
My internet disappeared. I'm on my phone and using my hotspot now.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Don, if you're watching, can you get Tracy in the shot? Tiffany and I have been chatting about the retreat. Tracy, what are you most excited about?
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
I always love the sound healing. I think the moon ceremony or skywatch ceremony is going to be awesome. There are so many things - the activity transcribed as "aesthetic dance," the ceremony transcribed as a "cow ceremony," and just socializing with all the like-minded people.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
I'm looking forward to seeing Tiffany on stage.
Host Exchange:
They joke again about the unstable connection and blame the moon. One of them recalls the song "Blame It on the Rain" and jokes that they should substitute "moon." They compare the lingering problems to the "shadow of the shadow" associated with Mercury.
Speaker 3 - Tiffany:
Someone is asking whether we'll have any live broadcasts from the retreat next week.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
We won't be streaming it live, but we will record what we do and then show it after we get back. We'll get it out as soon as we can.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
In the past we streamed a summit, but as the groups have gotten larger, streaming has become harder. It took five or six people running around trying to make connections happen and keep them stable. At some point it's easier to say: just come to the event.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
The retreat actually sold out. If someone really wanted to get in, there might once have been a possibility of calling the office, but the office staff are gone now and there's nobody there to take an order. So I probably shouldn't have said that.
Host Exchange:
They laugh about the mixed message and tease a future United States retreat location without naming it. One host says it is not exactly what the other person is thinking, but it is close.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
On that thought, our next retreat had been planned for Nepal in March, and we've now taken that off the schedule. Our hearts go out to everyone in Nepal. What has happened there is devastating.
I kept getting a very powerful message yesterday that we do not need to be there right now. Sometimes, as with Asheville, we felt a calling that we needed to be there and that the work could help in both directions. With Nepal, I keep getting a great big stop sign: no, you are not needed there now. I've never gotten that message in quite that way before.
After looking at some of the reports, it felt clear that it is simply too much right now. There are other reasons as well, but we are not going there in March. We'll go to our other planned location in October, and that is still on. Then a United States event will follow.
Host Exchange:
The hosts reflect that plans sometimes change after they have selected a place, including occasions when a natural disaster or other major event occurs. They joke that people may start getting nervous when the group announces a destination.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
What I'm getting about Nepal is that what we bring is not what is most needed at this moment. They need physical help on the ground - clearing, rebuilding, and doing the practical work.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
It's hard to see what happened there. It's scary and devastating.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone there. I have been to Nepal before. It is an absolutely beautiful country, and the people are beautiful. We had been looking forward to bringing that experience to everyone because these are bucket-list places.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
It doesn't mean it will never happen.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
No, not at all. We just need to let them have time to heal, and then we'll come back. It's not off the table forever; it's just off the table for next year.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Tiff, have more people found us?
Speaker 3 - Tiffany:
Yes. I have another person, and they have a question. This question is from Alex: "My partner and I are both empaths, and when something upsetting happens, we find ourselves in a situation where we feel each other's feelings and everything is amplified. Any recommendations on how we can navigate this?"
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
The key word there is navigate. There are a lot of relationships like that now because we're evolving. To me, this is part of telepathy. It isn't only, "I hear what you're thinking." You feel, hear, sense, and know.
What an honor that you found this together. You're learning how to work with it and how to respect each other's space even while feeling what the other person is feeling. It can also help you develop a bigger understanding. You may say or do something and immediately sense, "That hurt the other person."
If you're both listening, my recommendation is: communicate, communicate, communicate. If you swallow it down and don't talk about it, it keeps building.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
If you share it, you may find that you're both thinking the same thing, or that you misunderstood how the other person was feeling because you misinterpreted what you were sensing. Talk about it and express it.
Please don't take everything personally. You're each using your own filters to bring information through. Keep an open mind and communicate your feelings and what you're sensing to each other.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Awareness is always the first step. The fact that you're aware of what's happening and want to work with it is huge. Often one person is trying to work on something and the other person isn't even aware that it's happening, so having both people aware is valuable.
Speaker 3 - Tiffany:
Alex clarified: "It's not an issue between us. It's more that something happens that makes both of us upset, and then the upset gets amplified because we feel each other feeling it."
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Then I would still come back to communication and awareness. You can say, "This is what's happening, so this is what we need to be aware of." Ask: What are we learning from this? What is this experience for? What positive thing may be emerging from it?
Even in very hard situations, sometimes something shifts. We pause. We rethink things. We restructure. We invite an opportunity or a new direction we hadn't considered before. Something can come from the experience.
I'm also getting that by working through this together, you're teaching other people. You're setting an example. Don't think that means you need to go out and formally teach a class. You're doing it naturally by learning how to work with each other. Other people can see that and learn how to communicate and cooperate.
I like a computer analogy. If "I feel everything" were a program that had a virus, you two are learning how to feel everything while raising the frequency and building a healthier program that others can "download." Even sharing your experience here may help people you don't know are listening.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
Exactly. A question like this can help more than the person who asked it. That's why we want people to ask questions.
We're still doing this old-school today, so please go to BBS Radio on Facebook, find the live banner, open it, and ask your questions there.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
While we're waiting for another question, I want to tell you something. I was playing with ChatGPT the other day. I said, "Okay, ChatGPT, I want you to be my personal psychic and tell me when I'm going to sell my house."
The house had just been listed on Wednesday. I asked when it thought it would sell. It played along and said it thought I would get a very good offer between September 6th and the 18th, but that it favored September 11th.
What it didn't know was that fourteen years ago, on September 11th, I signed the paperwork to buy that house. I thought, what are the odds that it would choose that day for an offer?
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
That's enough for you to jump on board with it and help make it happen. We manifest these things. It gave you an idea to move forward with.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
Exactly. I love the synchronicity of it.
I was also talking to my mom the other day, and this is where I think spirit and our loved ones can play with us. These are the kinds of experiences we like to talk about because many people have them but don't always share them.
My mom woke up and thought her phone was ringing from my Aunt Margie, or something to that effect. There was no one there. Then it looked as though there was a text message, but when she opened it there was nothing new - only something from months ago. She wondered what was going on, checked the date, and realized it was Aunt Margie's birthday.
I asked her who she thought might have been prompting her from the other side and reminding her about the birthday. Right away, she said she felt it was Grandma Mary.
The funny part is that she and a friend had just been talking the day before about getting messages from the other side. I told her, "They were totally playing with you."
Ask your loved ones to play with you. Ask them to show you signs that they're okay and that they're around you. It doesn't have to be heavy. They can have fun with us.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
They're not heavy over there. They know more of what's behind all of this. They may have the answers and then try to help us figure things out.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
There's also a version of us on that side - the higher self - that knows.
Speaker 3 - Tiffany:
I have a question from Mindy: "My mom passed away in April, and I know I'm dealing with grief, but is something else going on with the moon and this eclipse? I'm really feeling in 3D lately. I can't wait for the retreat. I know it'll lift me up."
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
The retreat will put you into a beautiful flow. And yes, this moon has felt heavy to some of us. "Feeling in 3D" is a good description of that heaviness.
We're also wrapping up a period where we've been purging and letting things go. With your mom passing, you've probably been grieving deeply and letting go of many things. When we lose loved ones, we often reprioritize. We spend extra time with the people we love. We remember to say, "I love you," and we don't rush quite as much because loss makes the moment feel so real.
Ask your mom for signs that she's around you. When you're grieving, it can sometimes feel harder to recognize them because you want contact so badly. Ask her to surprise you in some way when you aren't expecting it.
Host Exchange:
A small gnat suddenly flies directly around one host's face and nose. They laugh about the timing and wonder whether it could itself be a sign connected with Mindy's mother.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
This reminds me of one of our authors at Ozark Mountain Publishing. Her daughter was murdered, which is a horrible way to lose someone. She spent a long time grieving and searching for signs while people were also trying to find the person responsible.
Her book was about that process. Over time she became involved in support groups and began helping other people work through grief. As she shifted, she felt she could finally sense her daughter more clearly. In the story, the daughter essentially communicated, "I was there all the time. Your grief was so strong I couldn't get through."
I always remember that. Sometimes it's harder for us to feel the signs because we want one more moment so badly.
I feel as though Mindy's mom wants to send something. What comes to me is yellow flowers. Watch for yellow flowers and see whether they begin showing up for you.
Speaker 3 - Tiffany:
Mindy says she's been seeing gnats all the time.
Host Exchange:
The hosts immediately laugh because a gnat had just been persistently flying around one of them. They remark on how literal and humorous the timing feels. The insect disappears without being killed, and they joke that the sign was "right on the nose."
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
You see how our loved ones can still have fun with us. We're not trying to take away the grief of the loss. Grief serves a purpose too. It's part of our growth and evolution. We don't need to run away from it. Be with it, and when you can, allow yourself to have a different kind of relationship with family members who are on the other side.
Speaker 3 - Tiffany:
I have a comment from someone: "My life has changed so much over the last few years, positively. I know that from watching you ladies, it's been an easier time. Thank you for helping me to find myself."
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Thank you. That is so sweet. We're glad we can help.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
I know we get goofy sometimes, but that can be part of the fun. We don't come into these shows thinking, "I have to be perfectly professional and rigid." That's not our way. I was told a long time ago to let that stuff go and just be ourselves.
Sometimes I've wondered whether we should stop being so goofy, but then someone will say, "I love you ladies. You look like you're having so much fun." So I think we're going to keep doing what we do.
We don't always realize how much we're channeling or what may be moving through a moment. Maybe that little gnat had something to do with Mindy's mother; I don't know. But experiences like that give us permission to go with the flow and be open to the goofy. We take life so seriously, and one thing we keep hearing is: remember the joy. Lighten up.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Maybe we're the poster children for that.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
Even when we talk about something like my grass not growing, I can ask, "What is this telling me?" and have some fun with it. The grass is filling in nicely now. It looked good around the outside while the middle was empty, and now it's filling in except for a couple of patches.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
We've been in a period of purging and getting rid of things we don't need anymore - physical things, emotional things, relationships, whatever it may be. Whatever you've been going through, trust it.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
Trust has been my theme through this whole move. Trust where you are. Trust the timing. Trust that something didn't work out and that something else did. I keep coming back to that.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
I think it's a universal message. We've been getting that message for a while. I notice it showing up in blogs and newsletters too. The main theme keeps becoming trust.
If we're in an ascension process and one thing collapses and another thing collapses, we're going to have to trust that we're going to be okay through it.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
It's not always easy to see, but sometimes trust is the stabilizing factor. You need a center. Trust that there is a bigger plan and that something meaningful can come from what is happening.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
I love the way you say it's happening for us, not to us.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
I have another story. The house I'm moving to has a well. They tested the water and found some arsenic in it, which means I need a particular kind of filter. Once I learned more about wells, I understood that the practical answer was to install the appropriate filtration.
At first, though, hearing "there's arsenic in the water" sounded alarming. Luckily, my dad has a well on the farm, so he talked me through it and showed me his system.
Here's the strange synchronicity: the very next day I did a QHHT session, and the woman went into a past-life experience in which she was on her deathbed after being poisoned with arsenic. I was sitting there thinking, "What? My well just tested for arsenic, and now this person is describing a past life involving arsenic." I had never mentioned my well to her.
I thought, what are the odds? What are you trying to tell me? The practical answer is still: pay attention and get the filter. But the timing was remarkable.
My aunt and uncle had lived there for years and were older, so I was thinking about that too. In any case, the filtration issue is solvable. I just couldn't get over the synchronicity.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
You can't make this stuff up. It's like the gnat showing up exactly during the conversation about signs.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
Exactly. It was a very unusual session, but I'll be okay. The well can be addressed.
Host Exchange:
The hosts realize they have lost track of time because the program started late.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Don, you'll have to give us a three-minute warning because we're really off on the timing.
Host Exchange:
Don signals that they have about four minutes remaining.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Tiffany, anything else?
Speaker 3 - Tiffany:
No. We have six people here, but only three are talking.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
We're so glad you found us. It was a trick today because we were doing old-school broadcasting.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
We'll post this to YouTube later, so you'll be able to see it there even though we couldn't get the live YouTube stream working today.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Next week we'll be at the Santa Fe retreat. We probably won't do a normal live show for about two weeks, but we'll send the recording of what we do at the retreat so it can air after we get back. Next week can be an archive, and the retreat recording can follow after that.
Before we go, where should people go if they want to learn more about QHHT?
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
Go to qhhtofficial.com for everything QHHT. If you want to become a practitioner, go there. If you want to have a session, use the Find a Practitioner page. You can search by country, state or province, and then narrow down to the city. You'll see practitioners in the area.
Do your due diligence, check them out, and see who resonates with you. If you want to come see me, my office is in the Oregon location transcribed as "Force Grove." Come see me and we'll do a session. Magic happens there, because the magic is real.
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
We're looking forward to the retreat. If you're a listener or you watch us and you're coming, please introduce yourself. Make sure we see you. Don't stay in the shadows.
Tiffany, any parting words?
Speaker 3 - Tiffany:
See you all soon.
Host Exchange:
They joke that people at the retreat will get to see Tiffany "in a real body and a real person." Tiffany answers playfully, "I'm a real boy."
Speaker 1 - Julia Cannon:
Everybody, thank you for showing up and finding us. We absolutely love you all.
Speaker 2 - Co-host:
Thank you so much. We'll see you next time.
All:
Bye.
