The Metaphysical Hour with Julia Cannon and Tracie Mahan and Question Master Tiffanny

Post-Egypt Energy Update and the Power of Being

In this episode of The Metaphysical Hour, hosts Julia Cannon and Tracie Mahan discuss Tracie's recent spiritual retreat to Egypt, emphasizing the transformative power of group energy and the shift from "doing" to "being." They also address listener questions regarding manifestation, breaking ancestral karmic loops, and managing empathic sensitivities.

The Egyptian Retreat and Group Evolution
Tracie Mahan recently returned from a spiritual journey to Egypt, where she experienced a significant shift in group dynamics. Despite facing personal health challenges during the trip, she noted that her need to step back allowed other participants to "step forward" and exercise their own spiritual gifts and abilities. The group utilized a private dahabiya boat for a Nile cruise, which Tracie described as a "game-changer" for the retreat experience, allowing for uninterrupted meditations and a deeper sense of "time traveling" while observing traditional Egyptian life along the riverbanks.

Metaphysical Principles: Being vs. Doing
A core theme of the discussion was the spiritual importance of "being" rather than "doing." Julia Cannon emphasized that many people feel a false obligation to constantly work, whereas the current energetic shift requires letting go of that pressure. This was visualized through the "Grid," where listeners from around the world—including Australia, Spain, the UK, and North America—shared their locations to "light up" the global grid with "heart lights," creating a collective visual of interconnectedness and support.

Manifestation and Overcoming Resistance
When addressing a listener's desire to attend future retreats in Santa Fe or Egypt, the hosts provided a framework for manifestation. They advised shifting from a "fear angle" to an "excitement angle" by asking the universe "how" something can happen rather than focusing on the obstacles. Tracie shared her own "poster child" story of traveling to Spain and Egypt with minimal funds by taking leaps of faith, trading services for miles, and finding creative solutions like room-sharing to reduce costs.

Healing Ancestral Loops and Empathic Boundaries
The hosts tackled the complex issue of breaking karmic loops, particularly those involving long-standing family feuds or adoption trauma. Julia suggested that awareness is the first step; by simply deciding "it stops with me," an individual can reverberate healing across all timelines. Furthermore, for empaths picking up on others' depression, the advice was to acknowledge that the energy is not theirs. They warned that "worrying" about others actually attaches one to the negative energy and suggested using "octopus arms" metaphors to pull one's energy back to the self after offering support.

The episode concludes with a reminder that spiritual growth is an internal process that ripples outward. Whether it is navigating the logistics of modern travel or the depths of ancestral karma, the key lies in maintaining personal alignment, choosing "ease and flow," and recognizing that we have the power to step off any "hamster wheel" we no longer wish to ride.

[00:04] Speaker 1: Good evening, everyone, and welcome to The Metaphysical Hour. I'm Julia Cannon, and this is my co-host, Tracie Mahan.

[00:10] Speaker 2: Hello.

[00:11] Speaker 1: Fresh in from Egypt. (laughs)

[00:16] Speaker 2: (laughs) I don't know how fresh. Or maybe it's-

[00:17] Speaker 1: No? Okay. Yeah. (laughs)

[00:20] Speaker 2: (laughs) When I opened-

[00:21] Speaker 1: Just got off the plane. (laughs)

[00:22] Speaker 2: ... and home. Yeah.

[00:24] Speaker 1: Oh, goodness. I know, that was a wild ride, I bet. Uh, 'cause it's always so much fun, but yeah, then- then the adjustment process through the time zone.

[00:31] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[00:31] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[00:32] Speaker 2: Yeah. It's al- it's always fun, but, um, there, you know, it's like, ooh, hope... You know, I was like, "I hope there's no challenges this time." So, um, this time when I got there, my nose started to get a little bit, you know, and I start... And then- then it's a chest cough, and I'm like, "Oh, my gosh," the whole time.

[00:51] Speaker 1: Oh, no. (laughs)

[00:52] Speaker 2: The whole time. So-

[00:53] Speaker 1: Oh.

[00:54] Speaker 2: Like, uh, when we went through the channel panel, you know how you-

[00:57] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[00:57] Speaker 2: ... how I was there?

[00:58] Speaker 1: Yeah. Mm-hmm.

[00:58] Speaker 2: Whatever that was resurfaced, and-

[01:01] Speaker 1: Hmm. Hmm.

[01:02] Speaker 2: So it's really interesting, 'cause yeah, I go into the why.

[01:05] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:05] Speaker 2: Why did that ha-... Why- how was that serving me? But it-

[01:09] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[01:09] Speaker 2: ... it did, um... I'll tell you what. We had such a phenomenal group of people. And typically, you know, Laura and I will step in-

[01:19] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:19] Speaker 2: ... and- and lead things. And because- because maybe I wasn't feeling as great, somebody would step in and do it for me, and be like, "Well," you know, it's like, "does anybody else wanna tune in and get a message?"

[01:31] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:31] Speaker 2: And so they would. And so I think it gave opportunity for me to step back a little bit, and this-

[01:38] Speaker 1: Okay.

[01:38] Speaker 2: ... this group of people to step forward, and-

[01:40] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[01:41] Speaker 2: ... really step into their gifts and their powers and abilities.

[01:44] Speaker 1: Nice.

[01:45] Speaker 2: So, um, so- so for that part, it was great. I'm like-

[01:49] Speaker 1: Hmm.

[01:49] Speaker 2: ... you know, I'm really willing to do that without having any of the- any of the things going on. I'm being told-

[01:56] Speaker 1: Yeah, I've been turning it up.

[01:57] Speaker 2: ... I'm a little quiet. Uh-

[01:58] Speaker 1: Yeah, I've been turning up the volume to get you louder on my end. (laughs)

[02:03] Speaker 2: I don't know what to do about that, 'cause the microphone... I can hold it up here. Is that any better? Do I sound any louder now?

[02:12] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Oh, you say no.

[02:13] Speaker 2: No.

[02:14] Speaker 1: Okay.

[02:15] Speaker 2: Um, let me g-... Oh, let me just go to my microphone settings and see if there's anything there. Meanwhile, Julia, ask, um, what you like to ask.

[02:26] Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, I wanna know where you're from. Let's, um, shine that l- Shine your light, shine up your part of the grid. Very, very important. So tell us where you're from, and then Tiffany will be reading it off so we can all see where we're all from, so we can see that we're not alone in this crazy, wild, wacky world of all this wonderful work that we're doing, and- and being. Oh, they- they're emphasizing, "You are being. You're not doing. You are being." So... (laughs) Um, 'cause there's so many of us that think we have to do and work, and it's like, it's not. Gotta let it go, let it go, let it go. Okay. So, but tell us where you're from, and then Tiffany's gonna read it off. And I... You know, then we can see where all the pings of light are. So, Tracie.

[03:07] Speaker 2: I don't know if anything I'm doing has changed anything.

[03:10] Speaker 1: Yes. Yep. Yep, that did.

[03:12] Speaker 2: Okay. All right. Um, much better is the feedback on both ends.

[03:18] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[03:18] Speaker 2: So maybe I can move this away from my face a little bit. (laughs)

[03:22] Speaker 1: Oh.

[03:22] Speaker 2: Not feel like it's like right there.

[03:24] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[03:26] Speaker 2: (laughs) Okay, so what would I like you guys to do? I'd like you guys to ask questions. I'd love for you to open up whatever format you're in, if it's YouTube, if it's Facebook, and get into our chat, and ask a question. But how do you do that and effectively get your question asked?

[03:43] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[03:43] Speaker 2: You put TIFFANY in capital letters with all kinds of emojis and happy faces and... Maybe it's Princess Tiffany, maybe it's-

[03:53] Speaker 1: Oh.

[03:53] Speaker 2: ... Goddess Tiffany in the sky. Maybe it is, uh, Butterfly Tiffany, 'cause we like that one.

[03:58] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[03:58] Speaker 2: And so-

[03:59] Speaker 1: And- and who is Tiffany?

[04:01] Speaker 2: ... I'll fly creatively.

[04:01] Speaker 1: I didn't announce her in the beginning. Who is Tiffany? Our question master.

[04:05] Speaker 2: Oh.

[04:05] Speaker 1: Hey, Tiff.

[04:05] Speaker 2: The question master.

[04:07] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[04:08] Speaker 2: And my surrogate daughter.

[04:10] Speaker 1: You can unmute, Tiff.

[04:12] Speaker 2: Oh, hello. Thank you, Tracie.

[04:16] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[04:16] Speaker 2: (laughs) I'm glad to join the show.

[04:21] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[04:21] Speaker 2: (laughs) Finally, she unmutes. Wee.

[04:24] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[04:25] Speaker 2: Oh my goodness. So, all the good things. So I hear, um, that on Easter, which is this Sunday. Mm-hmm. That there's supposed- Like- ... to be something fantastic- Oh. ... going on with the Sphinx. And I don't know-

[04:42] Speaker 1: Oh.

[04:42] Speaker 2: ... all the details.

[04:42] Speaker 1: Oh, that's right. There was something, uh, 'cause I was asking you, I said, "When are you gonna be there?" And-

[04:46] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[04:46] Speaker 1: ... you were like, you were coming back right before it was happening. Now, I don't remember what it was, but it was like, yeah, there's something going on.

[04:52] Speaker 2: Yeah, it seemed like there was something astrological going on. So if somebody in the audience knows what that is-

[04:58] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Yeah.

[04:58] Speaker 2: ... um, can you let us know what it is? 'Cause I personally, I saw a little blip on it, about it being Easter Sunday, and that's about all I know.

[05:09] Speaker 1: But-

[05:09] Speaker 2: But yeah, not there anymore to-

[05:10] Speaker 1: ... that's cool that it's happening right after you were there, so I'm sure whatever you were doing-

[05:15] Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah.

[05:17] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[05:17] Speaker 2: It had to be directly linked to something we were doing there.

[05:20] Speaker 1: Absolutely.

[05:21] Speaker 2: Ask me.

[05:21] Speaker 1: (laughs) Absolutely.

[05:24] Speaker 2: All the other people that were there, nope.

[05:26] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[05:26] Speaker 2: Right here.

[05:27] Speaker 1: Yep.

[05:28] Speaker 2: (laughs) Yeah. So anyways, I am excited to kind of see what happens with that. But I'll tell you, the, um, the timelines that we change and shift when we go to do a group-

[05:40] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[05:40] Speaker 2: ... like that, it's... So right now, we- we just, we just returned from that. I think I got home Tuesday night.

[05:49] Speaker 1: hmm.

[05:49] Speaker 2: I think. And, um, you know, our group, w- we're in a group chat, and-

[05:56] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[05:56] Speaker 2: ... you can't really prepare people for coming home. You can kind of try and prepare them for, "Okay, when you go to Egypt, you know, the energies will be different, da, da, da."

[06:06] Speaker 1: Uh-huh. Yeah.

[06:06] Speaker 2: Your life changes. You, you change when you're there.

[06:11] Speaker 1: Yeah. Mm-hmm

[06:11] Speaker 2: And your experiences and everything that we do, and you know, when we do our groups, we, we do meditations, we do exercises, we do, um, regressions, we do all kinds of things on-

[06:25] Speaker 1: I was gonna say, it's not just because of Egypt.

[06:27] Speaker 2: It's-

[06:27] Speaker 1: Like any of the groups, any, like our retreats, any of these things where we all get together and we're doing these focused things, yeah. Mm-hmm.

[06:33] Speaker 2: Yeah. So, so things, you, you learn about yourself there.

[06:38] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[06:38] Speaker 2: And when you come home, sometimes you get that, that resistance of-

[06:44] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[06:44] Speaker 2: ... you know, you coming home like this ball of light, and-

[06:48] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[06:48] Speaker 2: ... the people (laughs) you're coming home to aren't ready for it.

[06:50] Speaker 1: "Come down to Earth." (laughs)

[06:52] Speaker 2: Yep. And it's like, yank, let's see if we can get them back down, and they're tugging on your cord.

[06:57] Speaker 1: (Laughs)

[06:57] Speaker 2: So, so it's been interesting as we all come home, and like, for me personally, it was, um, it wasn't that anybody was trying to bring me down, back down in that way. But it was like, "Well, we didn't wanna let you know, but my car broke down, my..." You know, it was things that were happening like that.

[07:15] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Sure.

[07:15] Speaker 2: All three of my kids, their vehicles stopped working.

[07:18] Speaker 1: Oh, interesting.

[07:19] Speaker 2: So now we are all using mine until we can get this figured out.

[07:24] Speaker 1: Oh, that's interesting.

[07:24] Speaker 2: And, and it's working, you know, we're figuring it out.

[07:27] Speaker 1: Hmm.

[07:27] Speaker 2: But it's like, that's interesting that all three of them-

[07:30] Speaker 1: Yeah. What's that about? Uh-huh. (laughs)

[07:32] Speaker 2: Yeah. Mommy needs to send-

[07:33] Speaker 1: Are you the, are you the engine that keeps everything going? (laughs)

[07:37] Speaker 2: Yeah. (laughs) Maybe that was their way to stay connected to me. "Well, we'll, I'll use her car. So."

[07:41] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Yeah. (laughs)

[07:42] Speaker 2: Anyways, so that's what we're dealing with here.

[07:45] Speaker 1: Sure.

[07:45] Speaker 2: And, um, yeah. It's just been, it's been interesting, as it always is, when you, we reint- reintegrate and go back into normal life, you know? Some of, I have to cook my own meals now, you guys.

[07:58] Speaker 1: (gasps) Oh my goodness.

[08:00] Speaker 2: I know.

[08:00] Speaker 1: But they're probably what you want. (laughs)

[08:02] Speaker 2: At least I get to make what I want, yeah. But, um, nobody's bringing it to me, and it's like, what?

[08:09] Speaker 1: Aw, man. Yeah. And when you're on those, you were on a little cruise, right? Did you, were you on a Nile cruise?

[08:15] Speaker 2: Yes.

[08:15] Speaker 1: Oh, you didn't do that this time?

[08:16] Speaker 2: Well, we, we did. So what we did is we-

[08:20] Speaker 1: Oh.

[08:20] Speaker 2: ... we rented what they call the daiyabaya boats. I'm probably still saying it wrong, diyabaya (laughs) boat. And it was just our group.

[08:29] Speaker 1: Okay.

[08:30] Speaker 2: So we did, we had a dedicated group of people just for us-

[08:36] Speaker 1: Okay.

[08:36] Speaker 2: ... in this little boat, and it had like 12 cabins, I think, in it.

[08:40] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[08:40] Speaker 2: And so, um, and then we spent, I believe it was four nights on, on the Nile.

[08:47] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[08:47] Speaker 2: And did all of our stops in between there.

[08:49] Speaker 1: Yeah, but my, my point is that you had somebody cooking, they were probably cleaning up when they were done.

[08:53] Speaker 2: So yes we did, but we didn't... Yeah.

[08:54] Speaker 1: That, that was where I was trying to get to is like, now you have to do all that again for yourself. (laughs)

[08:57] Speaker 2: Now we have to do all that again, yeah. Yeah. So, um, but that was our first experience with doing it that way.

[09:04] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[09:05] Speaker 2: And I'll tell you what, that's a game-changer.

[09:08] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[09:08] Speaker 2: So...

[09:08] Speaker 1: That was nice.

[09:09] Speaker 2: If anybody wants to go to Egypt, we do a really cool trip.

[09:14] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[09:14] Speaker 2: And that's, that's gonna now be a permanent part of our cool trip.

[09:19] Speaker 1: Nice. Nice.

[09:20] Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, you know what, we have the big, um, what do you call them, river cruise boats or whatever-

[09:26] Speaker 1: Oh.

[09:26] Speaker 2: ... where, you know, there's multiple people on it.

[09:29] Speaker 1: Yeah, you're sharing with other people. Oh, I love that.

[09:33] Speaker 2: I know.

[09:33] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[09:33] Speaker 2: Anyways, we did that the last two times, and this time-

[09:36] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[09:37] Speaker 2: ... and, and somebody suggested to us to try one of these boats, and we kept wanting to look at one. They were supposed to tour us on one, and, and then we just decided, you know, "Let's try it and see what happens, um, see if we like it."

[09:51] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Yep.

[09:52] Speaker 2: And you guys, it is the coolest experience to just, it's-

[09:56] Speaker 1: Nice.

[09:57] Speaker 2: I can't even. It was like, everyone there was, was commenting on how this was like the trip of a lifetime, 'cause we're literally going down the Nile.

[10:06] Speaker 1: Wow.

[10:06] Speaker 2: And there's palm trees. People don't realize how beautiful Egypt is.

[10:11] Speaker 1: Well, you are literally... I, I remember on the Nile, you, you really feel it on the cruise, on the Nile. You are really stepping back in time. Like...

[10:18] Speaker 2: Back in time.

[10:19] Speaker 1: You are. (laughs)

[10:19] Speaker 2: And there's palm trees, and there's fields, and there's people working out in their fields-

[10:24] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[10:24] Speaker 2: ... with their little carts and donkeys.

[10:26] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[10:26] Speaker 2: And, and yeah. You feel like you're time traveling.

[10:28] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[10:28] Speaker 2: That, that is the first thing. And then-

[10:31] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[10:31] Speaker 2: ... um, you know, we're out there, and it's a sunny day, and we're laying out on our loungers, and we're getting in circles and just doing our little chats and our things. And nobody's bothering us, nobody's interrupting us.

[10:44] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[10:44] Speaker 2: We get to do whatever we want. And it was like...

[10:47] Speaker 1: Nice.

[10:48] Speaker 2: I can't believe we ever did it any other way. So that, for one, was, it's a big game-changer for us.

[10:54] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[10:55] Speaker 2: And we'll be doing that again.

[10:56] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[10:57] Speaker 2: Um, and yeah. Just, we got to go into the Khafre Pyramid, which was the one that they saw the pillars under. Um, that was a pretty cool experience. I had never been in that one. Did you guys do that when you were there? Khafre?

[11:12] Speaker 1: I don't remember. I, I, I, they all fused together in my mind.

[11:16] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[11:16] Speaker 1: I, there was a few that stood out, but, um, but after a while, you know, I mean some of them, I just, I don't remember their names, so.

[11:23] Speaker 2: Yeah. So it's, so it's the one that looks like it's got a little cap on the top. And then there's the Giza, the, the one with the King's Chamber and the Queen's Chamber and...

[11:34] Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean those are, the, the, the, the big pyramid has the cap on top.

[11:40] Speaker 2: Um...

[11:41] Speaker 1: Great Pyramid. Love it.

[11:44] Speaker 2: We're gonna sit here and think about this. Uh, so it's the one in the middle. How about that? We'll do that. Um, anyway, we got to go to two of them, so that was good.

[11:54] Speaker 1: Okay. Mm-hmm.

[11:54] Speaker 2: And then at the end, we got to add a pyramid called the Medium Pyramid, which shows how they built, build them from...

[12:02] Speaker 1: Oh, nice. Okay.

[12:02] Speaker 2: ... the inside out, you know.

[12:03] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[12:04] Speaker 2: And the outer shell had kind of fallen off partway.

[12:06] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.

[12:07] Speaker 2: So you can see the inner shell of it.

[12:09] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[12:09] Speaker 2: Which is really cool.Um, we got some really cool information when we were doing our channels.

[12:16] Speaker 1: Okay.

[12:17] Speaker 2: And, and stuff like that, so it was a good trip.

[12:21] Speaker 1: Nice.

[12:21] Speaker 2: Real good trip.

[12:22] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[12:22] Speaker 2: And now we're all coming back from that.

[12:25] Speaker 1: Yes.

[12:25] Speaker 2: And, and I'll be like, "I don't have, I don't have jet lag," and then 3:00 hits. I'm like, "Why am I so tired?" (laughs)

[12:34] Speaker 1: Yeah. I'm fine. (laughs)

[12:35] Speaker 2: Yeah. Pass out. And I have to tell you guys, we're really lucky I'm here because I thought, "Okay, well I'm gonna take a little nap," 'cause I got, started getting really super tired. So I thought I'd put, like, a 40-minute timer on my phone.

[12:49] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[12:49] Speaker 2: But what I didn't notice, it was set an hour and 40 minutes. But I woke up at exactly 4:30, which is when it was supposed to go off.

[12:58] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.

[12:59] Speaker 2: And so-

[13:01] Speaker 1: Oh.

[13:01] Speaker 2: ... I woke up anyways-

[13:02] Speaker 1: You got what you got.

[13:03] Speaker 2: ... and it's like...

[13:03] Speaker 1: Probably what you needed too.

[13:05] Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. I was-

[13:07] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[13:07] Speaker 2: I was all snuggled in. You know, it's one of those really good ones-

[13:09] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[13:10] Speaker 2: ... where you're all just-

[13:10] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[13:10] Speaker 2: ... snuggled in, and-

[13:12] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[13:12] Speaker 2: ... felt so, so nice. And it was just enough that it wasn't too much.

[13:16] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[13:16] Speaker 2: 'Cause yesterday I slept, and I probably took off, you know, like, a couple hours, and then, then it's hard to get back into-

[13:23] Speaker 1: Yep. Mm-hmm.

[13:23] Speaker 2: ... normal life, so I just needed a little bit more.

[13:25] Speaker 1: (laughs) .

[13:26] Speaker 2: All right. I'm gonna quit talking about Egypt, you guys.

[13:29] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[13:29] Speaker 2: And we'll let, we'll let, uh-

[13:31] Speaker 1: Well, we did talk-

[13:31] Speaker 2: ... Tiffany talk to you guys-

[13:32] Speaker 1: That's our, that's our energy update-

[13:32] Speaker 2: ... about where you're from.

[13:33] Speaker 1: ... is Egypt. (laughs)

[13:35] Speaker 2: Yes. The energy update is Egypt. It's really cool energy right now.

[13:38] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[13:39] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[13:40] Speaker 1: Nice.

[13:41] Speaker 2: So...

[13:41] Speaker 1: Okay, Tiff. We have anybody sell them, tell them where they're, sell them where they're from? (laughs)

[13:49] Speaker 2: (laughs) $5. $5 to know.

[13:52] Speaker 1: Yeah. (laughs)

[13:52] Speaker 3: Sure. We have Portland, Canada, Australia-

[13:56] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[13:56] Speaker 3: ... um, another Australia, uh-

[14:00] Speaker 1: Okay.

[14:00] Speaker 3: ... San Antonio, Canada, Seattle, another Australia, Canada.

[14:05] Speaker 2: All right.

[14:06] Speaker 3: Florida, Illinois, California, Canada, Australia, UK, Australia-

[14:13] Speaker 1: We got one.

[14:13] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[14:13] Speaker 3: ... Spain, New Hampshire, Seattle, Oregon, Ontario, another Ontario.

[14:22] Speaker 1: Nice.

[14:23] Speaker 3: Um, Canada, Australia, New Jersey.

[14:30] Speaker 2: New England. Canada and Australia-

[14:32] Speaker 3: Wisconsin.

[14:32] Speaker 2: ... you get to pick a house.

[14:33] Speaker 3: Florida.

[14:35] Speaker 1: Good.

[14:35] Speaker 3: Connecticut, Canada. (laughs)

[14:37] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[14:37] Speaker 1: (laughs) That's a good one.

[14:39] Speaker 3: New Zealand, Kansas, Maine-

[14:41] Speaker 1: Ooh.

[14:41] Speaker 3: ... Ontario, Kansas City. That's it.

[14:46] Speaker 2: That's it.

[14:47] Speaker 1: Wonderful. Thank you so much.

[14:49] Speaker 2: All right.

[14:49] Speaker 1: Love your lights. Love your lights. Can you see it? Can you, uh, just, just close your eyes and imagine all those places that are being lit up. All those parts on the grid. That is so cool.

[15:00] Speaker 2: It is.

[15:01] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[15:01] Speaker 2: It's like light... I, I like that. I, uh, image that I get in my head when it's all-

[15:05] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[15:05] Speaker 2: ... pink, pink, like you-

[15:06] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[15:06] Speaker 2: And I see you doing this, but-

[15:08] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[15:08] Speaker 2: ... it's always lighting up everywhere.

[15:10] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[15:11] Speaker 2: Love it. Love it.

[15:14] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[15:14] Speaker 2: All right. Do we-

[15:15] Speaker 1: My God, it's those heart lights. I was getting-

[15:17] Speaker 2: The heart lights?

[15:17] Speaker 1: Every time, each time I get a little bit more vision, and I'm like, I can't grasp it enough, though, to interpret it. And-

[15:24] Speaker 2: Mm.

[15:24] Speaker 1: ... like, I'm getting a visual. Uh, anyway. But I see, it's like beams of light from your heart. That, that's what's going up to the grid.

[15:34] Speaker 2: I love it.

[15:35] Speaker 1: (laughs) Yeah. Cool beans.

[15:37] Speaker 2: All the heart lights.

[15:39] Speaker 1: Yeah. Very nice.

[15:39] Speaker 2: Are we ready for questions, or is there more to talk about? Is there anything-

[15:43] Speaker 1: I, I'm ready. Um, we would like to say, officially, we missed you, Tracie.

[15:48] Speaker 2: Aw.

[15:48] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[15:49] Speaker 2: I missed you guys too.

[15:51] Speaker 1: Glad you're back.

[15:53] Speaker 2: Thank you. Yeah. I am glad-

[15:55] Speaker 1: Yep.

[15:55] Speaker 2: ... to be home, and-

[15:57] Speaker 1: I know.

[15:57] Speaker 2: ... uh, those are very long trips for me, so-

[16:00] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[16:00] Speaker 2: ... I usually... About the 10th day, I'm like, "I'm ready to go home." And then it's like, "Oh, I got another week." (laughs)

[16:08] Speaker 1: (laughs) Yeah. Yeah, yeah.

[16:10] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[16:11] Speaker 1: That's-

[16:11] Speaker 2: But then I get a second wind, and I get, I-

[16:13] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[16:13] Speaker 2: ... I have a good time, but...

[16:15] Speaker 1: Uh, it wasn't that many years ago that you did your first international trip ever.

[16:20] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[16:22] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[16:22] Speaker 2: That was-

[16:23] Speaker 1: That was, that was not that long ago.

[16:25] Speaker 2: It was when you guys went to Peru.

[16:28] Speaker 1: So it would've been in... Was that in 2019?

[16:34] Speaker 2: Sounds about right, and then I went to Spain.

[16:36] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[16:36] Speaker 2: That was my-

[16:37] Speaker 1: You went to Spain. Yeah.

[16:37] Speaker 2: ... my first out-of-country trip.

[16:40] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[16:41] Speaker 2: Yeah, I-

[16:41] Speaker 1: And now, look at you.

[16:43] Speaker 2: Look at me now. I know.

[16:46] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[16:46] Speaker 2: Like, where else, what other stamps can we-

[16:48] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[16:48] Speaker 2: ... put on the-

[16:49] Speaker 1: Yep.

[16:49] Speaker 2: ... on the passport?

[16:52] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[16:52] Speaker 2: Yeah. One of the things I did discover, and, um, the airports are really updating their scanning systems-

[17:00] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[17:00] Speaker 2: ... at getting everybody through.

[17:02] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[17:02] Speaker 2: So I went through bells and whistles and hoops and jumps to get my global entry card.

[17:07] Speaker 1: And now you don't need it? (laughs)

[17:10] Speaker 2: I might, uh, I'm telling you, my friends are waiting for me on the other side.

[17:14] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[17:15] Speaker 2: And it's like-

[17:15] Speaker 1: That's happened a few times with me and Tiffany, um, 'cause she's got the, um, fast track and, and the global entry.

[17:22] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[17:22] Speaker 1: And the last couple of times we've been on a trip, yeah, the, my line, which has no bells and whistles, is shorter than her line 'cause everybody's doing that now. And so sometimes I've gotten through as fast or a little faster, and so-

[17:34] Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, the Portland Airport, um, all of their system is exactly why, you know, like, the whole idea is, oh, I don't have to take off my shoes, I don't have to take off-

[17:44] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Oh, it's so nice. (laughs)

[17:45] Speaker 2: ... my, my computer and my-

[17:47] Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.

[17:47] Speaker 2: ... liquids out.

[17:48] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[17:48] Speaker 2: Then I can just go through.

[17:49] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[17:49] Speaker 2: Well, now their system is like-

[17:51] Speaker 1: Wow.

[17:51] Speaker 2: ... that for everybody.

[17:52] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, they just got special machines.

[17:54] Speaker 2: And they're like, "Well, then what's the point of the global entry?"

[17:57] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[17:57] Speaker 2: So, um, and then I suppose-

[18:00] Speaker 1: They'll probably have something that makes it special later. (laughs)

[18:03] Speaker 2: Probably. But when we got back, uh, so we did customs in LA, and, um, I was with, with Laura and David.

[18:13] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.

[18:14] Speaker 2: And they're like, "Oh, well, you got the global entry, so you can go over there." And I said, "I'll just stay with you guys." You know, it's like, what's, what's the point?

[18:21] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[18:21] Speaker 2: So-By the time we walked through and got up to where we were supposed to be, we, it was like, we're just constantly moving.

[18:28] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

[18:28] Speaker 2: And I'm like, I would have had to walk around there, go over here, get over here-

[18:31] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[18:31] Speaker 2: ... to get to the Global Entry spot.

[18:33] Speaker 1: Wow.

[18:34] Speaker 2: I would just be getting there and we were already up there.

[18:37] Speaker 1: Wow.

[18:37] Speaker 2: All they do is, you scan.

[18:39] Speaker 1: Yeah. They go this side. Yeah.

[18:39] Speaker 2: You go up and you get scanned, and then you get a green light you go.

[18:42] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[18:42] Speaker 2: It was like-

[18:43] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[18:44] Speaker 2: ... that, they're doing it the same way for everybody. Nobody's getting their... You know, they didn't have to go up to the counter.

[18:49] Speaker 1: That's nice that they've got proven systems that can do that, you know. It's like, okay, yeah, we can do this more efficiently now. (laughs) So.

[18:55] Speaker 2: Yeah. So it's like, again, what was... I mean, we just went right on up and never stopped walking.

[19:00] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[19:00] Speaker 2: We never had to stop and wait or anything.

[19:02] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[19:03] Speaker 2: It just kept going and it's like-

[19:04] Speaker 1: Very nice. Because usually that's the hardest part is when you come back to the United States.

[19:08] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[19:08] Speaker 1: That's where you get all the, the stuff ...

[19:10] Speaker 4: Yeah.

[19:10] Speaker 2: Yeah, the ones that... Yeah, 'cause they have the two lanes you can go into if, if you're-

[19:15] Speaker 1: If you-

[19:15] Speaker 2: ... a US citizen, you go here, and if you gotta go through customs-

[19:18] Speaker 1: Right.

[19:18] Speaker 2: ... you know, they get the stamp.

[19:19] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[19:20] Speaker 2: You go through the other line. So yeah, so getting back in was just as quick and I'm like, seriously? I spent that time and money to get that thing and I, now everybody's doing, doing the same system.

[19:32] Speaker 1: Yeah. Well.

[19:34] Speaker 2: So yeah.

[19:34] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[19:34] Speaker 2: Anyway, that's my, my two cents on Global Entry.

[19:37] Speaker 1: Forget about it. Yeah. Hey, still elite. You've got it. (laughs)

[19:42] Speaker 2: (laughs) I, I have a card. It makes me feel special.

[19:45] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Yeah.

[19:45] Speaker 2: Even if my friends are waiting for me on the other side.

[19:48] Speaker 1: (laughs) Wow.

[19:49] Speaker 2: (laughs) Like, "How did you get through already?" And they're like, "There was no line. We just walked right through."

[19:55] Speaker 1: Uh-huh. Uh-huh.

[19:57] Speaker 2: It's like, oh, well. Anyway. All right. I betcha there's some questions.

[20:00] Speaker 1: Let's see.

[20:00] Speaker 2: If not, you guys get on that and get some questions for us.

[20:02] Speaker 1: Yeah, let's, let's see what's happening.

[20:08] Speaker 4: Um, Mom, you'll like this one.

[20:10] Speaker 1: Oh, okay.

[20:13] Speaker 4: Tiffany Blessedwings.

[20:15] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[20:15] Speaker 2: Oh.

[20:16] Speaker 4: "I was playing 2012 conference in the background. It infiltrated my dream, I started off in a room alone, then there was a group. They were talking about two new books from Julia."

[20:32] Speaker 2: (laughs) Well, hey.

[20:34] Speaker 4: Because I think it's a pre-sequel.

[20:37] Speaker 1: (laughs) You know, a long time ago, someone told me that I would be writing three books. Or it may have been right after I wrote the first one. They were like, "You've got three books." I'm like, "Look how long it took me to get the one." (laughs) Really? You think I'm gonna do three? (laughs) Um, but that's interesting. So maybe it's getting closer.

[20:59] Speaker 2: Maybe.

[21:01] Speaker 1: I'm hoping.

[21:01] Speaker 2: I'd like to say-

[21:02] Speaker 1: But I just need it to kind of make itself evident to me. I'm not gonna... I mean, that's... You need inspiration. You need something. I'm not gonna just sit here and go, "Okay, write a book." I don't... You know, I need something. (laughs) So, uh, I won't... I promised I wouldn't do the resi- the entire resistance thing that I did for SoulSpeak. Um...

[21:23] Speaker 2: Entire resistance. (laughs) Maybe a little bit of it, but not the whole thing.

[21:26] Speaker 1: 'Cause that's kind of my natural state is to resist. (laughs) So like, like, but you notice I didn't do that this time by going, "No, no, no, no more book." I just went, "Hey, I was told that before." (laughs) So, um, I'm open to it and I'm willing to do it once I understand. So that's cool. Did they happen to show you the titles or give you any more information? (laughs)

[21:49] Speaker 2: Did you get the content of those books?

[21:52] Speaker 1: Chapters, the table of contents. (laughs)

[21:54] Speaker 2: I mean, if you're gonna dream, dream big, get it all.

[21:57] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[21:58] Speaker 2: I, I think that it's-

[21:59] Speaker 1: But that's really cool.

[22:00] Speaker 2: ... it's in June.

[22:01] Speaker 1: You think what?

[22:03] Speaker 2: I was gonna let Tiffany go. She keeps unmuting.

[22:05] Speaker 1: Oh. Okay. (laughs)

[22:07] Speaker 2: (laughs) You guys don't see what we see. She's like...

[22:13] Speaker 1: She's playing with us.

[22:14] Speaker 4: All I was gonna say was you can reach out to Auntie, uh, Shawn. That's who said it, so you can, uh...

[22:20] Speaker 1: Okay. Okay.

[22:22] Speaker 4: ... get that.

[22:22] Speaker 1: See what she... Yeah.

[22:23] Speaker 2: Yeah, get, get the details.

[22:25] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. (laughs) Cool.

[22:27] Speaker 2: That's great.

[22:28] Speaker 1: Uh, uh, that's super cool. Thank you.

[22:32] Speaker 4: Okay, next question. Question Queen of the Universe, thank you.

[22:37] Speaker 2: Ooh, nice.

[22:39] Speaker 4: "I need some advice on how I can make my dream of going to Egypt next year, and before that, to New Mexico."

[22:47] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[22:47] Speaker 2: Oh, good choices.

[22:48] Speaker 1: Okay.

[22:49] Speaker 2: So New Mexico, like, um...

[22:52] Speaker 1: Like Santa Fe.

[22:53] Speaker 2: Santa Fe.

[22:53] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[22:54] Speaker 2: Yeah. You make it, all happens.

[22:56] Speaker 1: Absolutely. Um, first of all, I mean, your first thing is believe that you can, and I like that you're saying, I, I want, you know, how can I do this? And that's probably one of your best an- questions is how... When you ask how, the universe steps in and shows you how. And so, you know, how can this be accomplished? How can I do this? You know, so you're asking for the how rather than coming in with there's no way, no, you know, all the blocking that, you know, we tend to do. It's like, so just do that, say, how I, pl- you know, how can I get there? Show me how to get there. Any of those things. And, uh, and be open. Because then you'll start, pathways will start forming for you. Don't worry about the how for you. You just ask them, "Look, I really wanna be here. I wanna be at these things. Show me how to do it." Just, you know, make it happen. Whatever you, whatever, however puts it in there that you believe it and you know it will happen.

[23:54] Speaker 2: Do I go into story?

[23:56] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.

[23:57] Speaker 2: Okay.

[23:57] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[23:59] Speaker 2: I, I mean, it sounds like an echo of myself when I'm like, "How do I get to level two?"

[24:05] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[24:05] Speaker 2: "How do I get to my training?"

[24:07] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[24:08] Speaker 2: And, um, Julia was a great catalyst for that in helping in the house, but, um, I think the, the one thing that shifted my energy and made it happen was one of my friends said, "Well, you talk about this all the time. Do you know that?" And I said yeah, and they're, she's like, "Well, how bad do you wanna go?" I said, "I wanna go really bad." And she goes-... then why are you letting anything stop you? And when she said that, it was just, like, in my mind I'm like go- going through all the but but but-

[24:41] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.

[24:41] Speaker 2: ... and she goes, "Seriously, if I wanted to go as bad as you sound like you want to go-"

[24:46] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[24:47] Speaker 2: "... I mean, I would sleep in my car, I would bla bla," you know, and she's going through all the things.

[24:52] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.

[24:52] Speaker 2: That, you know, it's like, worst case scenario, sleep in your car and-

[24:55] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[24:56] Speaker 2: ... do, do that. And it's like, okay. So, then I got very determined to go. And I just took the leap of faith and started booking it.

[25:07] Speaker 1: Yeah, I remember, you just started booking. You were like, "I'm not sure how it's gonna work. I'm not sure if it's gonna book." (laughs)

[25:10] Speaker 2: Yeah, like, like, um, it was in Eureka Springs, and the hotel that you guys were having it at would let you book the hotel and then pay when you got there.

[25:17] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[25:18] Speaker 2: So I did.

[25:19] Speaker 1: Okay.

[25:19] Speaker 2: I booked it, and I'm like, "Okay, I booked the hotel." And then, remember I got this miraculous car. I don't even know how I found the website, but I rented a car-

[25:28] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.

[25:28] Speaker 2: ... for a whole week for, like, 150 bucks or something.

[25:31] Speaker 1: Yep. Mm-hmm.

[25:31] Speaker 2: And other people were paying that much just for a one-way, um-

[25:36] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[25:36] Speaker 2: ... driver to take them from the airport-

[25:38] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[25:38] Speaker 2: ... to Eureka Springs and then not have a car. And so I don't know how I did that, um, and yeah, just everything ... The day th- the day before I flew out, the money came in for the hotel. And that's-

[25:52] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[25:52] Speaker 2: ... how much faith I had to have.

[25:54] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[25:54] Speaker 2: I was going to fly out. (laughs) I was going to fly there.

[25:57] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[25:57] Speaker 2: I had a car.

[25:58] Speaker 1: Got you.

[25:58] Speaker 2: I had my flight. I, oh, and I got to use airline miles for my flight.

[26:03] Speaker 1: Yes.

[26:03] Speaker 2: I remember that. And, um, so really the hotel cost-

[26:07] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[26:08] Speaker 2: ... um, was the only thing left for me. The class was taken care of. The, like, I just needed to get there.

[26:15] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[26:15] Speaker 2: And so, the la- the day before I left, that money came in. So, I'm telling you, how bad do you want it? Because we get in our own ways and we make those excuses.

[26:26] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[26:26] Speaker 2: And it was a, that changed my life. That trip changed my life, in the fact that I started understanding that when we believe we can have it-

[26:39] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[26:39] Speaker 2: ... the universe will help us get there.

[26:41] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[26:41] Speaker 2: Now, it had to use my belief system, and my belief system was that it was gonna be really hard. And so it was really hard.

[26:48] Speaker 1: And you had to face that.

[26:48] Speaker 2: And then I started understanding that.

[26:50] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, you had to face that that's what your belief system was.

[26:53] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[26:53] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[26:53] Speaker 2: I had to, eh, and I know-

[26:54] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[26:54] Speaker 2: ... you guys all helped me with that too.

[26:56] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[26:57] Speaker 2: And, and it's like, well, what if it was easy? And you talked about that first trip I took to, to Spain.

[27:03] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[27:03] Speaker 2: That was the very first one.

[27:05] Speaker 1: Yes. Yeah.

[27:05] Speaker 2: And same thing. I traded a session for airline miles, got my tickets that way. I had a friend that was in Barcelona, stayed with her, um, and I, I literally think I left with $200 in my pocket and that was it.

[27:20] Speaker 1: Oh.

[27:20] Speaker 2: Um, and it was a leap of faith trip, and, um, and, and it was hard. It was a hard trip. I, I, one day I hope to experience Barcelona a little bit better, but I did get to do a be- a visa-

[27:35] Speaker 1: Yeah. You got there. (laughs)

[27:36] Speaker 2: And we did fun things there.

[27:38] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[27:38] Speaker 2: But, when I got back, I had a, another friend who had also gone to Spain, and she said, you know, and I was all proud of myself. "I did, I did this trip to Barcelona for under $500." And she's like, "Well, I manifested the money to go and I did it on my terms. And I got to do it this way, this way, and this way, and-"

[27:59] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[27:59] Speaker 2: "... and I didn't have all this resistance, and I didn't have to-"

[28:02] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[28:03] Speaker 2: "... worry about money and stress about this and that." And I was like, "Oh."

[28:07] Speaker 1: Oh. (laughs)

[28:07] Speaker 2: The idea that I could manifest it a different way-

[28:10] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[28:10] Speaker 2: ... hadn't crossed my mind.

[28:12] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[28:12] Speaker 2: So then, then came along, uh, it was shortly after that I think that it was the, uh, what came after that? Was it the Mount Shasta? No.

[28:23] Speaker 1: Oh.

[28:23] Speaker 2: No, no. The, I can't remember which one came after that. But it started getting easier and easier.

[28:28] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[28:28] Speaker 2: And now, like, like, we were just talking about Egypt.

[28:31] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[28:31] Speaker 2: It's my third trip to Egypt.

[28:32] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[28:32] Speaker 2: We've been to Thailand, to the-

[28:34] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[28:34] Speaker 2: ... Spain, to, um, oh gosh, all the places. I can't even remember them all. Um, but yeah.

[28:42] Speaker 1: Yeah. Lots of places.

[28:43] Speaker 2: So, I'm here t- as your example that you, you-

[28:47] Speaker 1: You really like to be the poster child for things. (laughs)

[28:50] Speaker 2: I do. Well, for this I definitely do. (laughs)

[28:52] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[28:53] Speaker 2: But yeah, uh, I, I am the, definitely the poster child of, I got nothing-

[28:58] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[28:58] Speaker 2: ... and now, now look at me. Look at me now.

[29:00] Speaker 1: Yeah. I really wanted to be there, and it worked.

[29:04] Speaker 2: Yeah. I found a way-

[29:05] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[29:05] Speaker 2: ... and it worked.

[29:06] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[29:06] Speaker 2: So, start booking the tickets.

[29:09] Speaker 1: Okay.

[29:09] Speaker 2: Um, and then know that, you know, just know that you're going. Find a way.

[29:14] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Yeah.

[29:14] Speaker 2: Start with Santa Fe. Get yourself there. Egypt, we want you there. You know?

[29:21] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[29:21] Speaker 2: Egypt wants you there. So, know that you deserve it.

[29:25] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[29:25] Speaker 2: And that you're gonna have a great time and that it's gonna be easy for you. And when you're there, you're not gonna have to worry about anything. Um, you know, you're gonna have more than enough to take that trip-

[29:36] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[29:37] Speaker 2: ... and to handle things when you get home, and all the things that you need will be there.

[29:41] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[29:41] Speaker 2: And that, that was another tip, was, well, what do you need to make it happen?

[29:45] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[29:45] Speaker 2: Sit down and write that down.

[29:47] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[29:47] Speaker 2: What do you need to make that happen? The universe wants to know.

[29:51] Speaker 1: Yes. And it's probably, and when you see it written down like that, it's probably not as much as you were thinking. Because we, we have this tendency to build things up. It's like, no, I can't go, I can't because, da da da, and we build it. But if we go what, what needs to have happened, or what do I need for it to happen, then it's different. It, that's coming from a different angle. And, and we don't build it like we do the other. You know, it's like, the others are probably un- not even realistic. They're just things we just create, putting our, those are the what ifs.

[30:23] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[30:23] Speaker 1: What if is just fear. That's all what if is, is, you know, when you start going down the what if route, that's conscious mind and fear of all kinds of things. The uncertainty, "I don't know if I can do this. I don't know if I can make this happen. I don't know what if..." See, it's all the what if, what if, what if. But what if it works? Maybe it could work. So see-

[30:42] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[30:42] Speaker 1: ... go from that direction. If it could work, what? (laughs) You know? So rather than the fear angle, go from the excited this can happen. And-

[30:54] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[30:54] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[30:54] Speaker 2: And will happen, yeah.

[30:56] Speaker 1: Exactly.

[30:57] Speaker 2: Yeah, I love it. Okay.

[30:59] Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's just a, it's a shifting issue. And it's not a big shift that we do in our thought process. It's, but it is a shift.

[31:07] Speaker 2: Here's another thing to think about is, um, sometimes... Uh, you guys usually start like a, a Facebook page for the retreat, right?

[31:18] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[31:18] Speaker 2: And in that page-

[31:19] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[31:19] Speaker 2: ... other people... You can reach out and say-

[31:21] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[31:21] Speaker 2: ... "Hey, does anybody want to share a room-"

[31:23] Speaker 1: Yes.

[31:23] Speaker 2: "... or an Airbnb?"

[31:24] Speaker 1: Right.

[31:24] Speaker 2: And boom, your cost goes way down.

[31:27] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[31:27] Speaker 2: So, those are things to think about too.

[31:29] Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely. There's a lot-

[31:31] Speaker 2: Fly in at the same time, share a rental car.

[31:34] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[31:34] Speaker 2: There's a lot of ways to really reduce your cost.

[31:37] Speaker 1: Yes.

[31:38] Speaker 2: So, get creative and get there, 'cause you're gonna have fun.

[31:42] Speaker 1: Yeah. Oh gosh.

[31:42] Speaker 2: And the people that you end up connecting with are gonna be really important.

[31:46] Speaker 1: Lifetime friends, yes.

[31:48] Speaker 2: Yep.

[31:49] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[31:50] Speaker 2: That gives me chills. (laughs)

[31:51] Speaker 1: Yeah, very cool.

[31:53] Speaker 2: I like it.

[31:55] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[31:55] Speaker 2: All right. That just, that just boosted the attendance. Everybody get there.

[31:59] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[32:02] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[32:02] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[32:02] Speaker 2: We're gonna all go party.

[32:03] Speaker 1: And we'll be... We should... I think it's Thursday of next week, we will be launching, launching the retreat. We'll be going live with it on the site.

[32:12] Speaker 2: Yay!

[32:13] Speaker 1: So, be ready.

[32:13] Speaker 2: Then we can start making it official.

[32:16] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[32:16] Speaker 2: Love it. All right. Are we ready for Miss Beautiful Butterfly Wings of the Sky? I can't see it, but...

[32:26] Speaker 1: But they're there.

[32:27] Speaker 2: They're there.

[32:27] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[32:28] Speaker 4: Can you repeat where the retreat's at again?

[32:31] Speaker 2: The what?

[32:32] Speaker 4: Can you repeat where the retreat is going to be at and-

[32:35] Speaker 1: Oh, it's in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

[32:37] Speaker 4: Thank you.

[32:38] Speaker 1: Well, thank you.

[32:39] Speaker 2: (laughs) Thank you.

[32:42] Speaker 4: Okay. Queen Tiffany-

[32:44] Speaker 2: Ooh, nice.

[32:47] Speaker 4: ... I was watching the TV series Outlander, and a line in the series caused me to Google my family history.

[32:54] Speaker 1: Oh, ooh.

[32:55] Speaker 4: You won't get the Campbells and McDonalds in room, in a room together. Anyways, I feel this helped me remember an adoption loop I'm stuck in from epic bloodline battles. My whole adoptive family have suffered passing, with my father just dying recently. How do I end this karmic loop from playing out any further? Enough suffering from past happenings. I feel like I keep playing out each side of the story, and I don't wanna repeat this anymore.

[33:27] Speaker 1: I think you're doing a huge step right now by just saying, "I don't wanna keep doing this."

[33:31] Speaker 2: Well, and recognizing-

[33:32] Speaker 1: By, by recogniz-

[33:32] Speaker 2: ... that's what it is, yeah.

[33:34] Speaker 1: Yeah, recognizing it, and just like... Because being... Awareness is everything, you know? That's-

[33:37] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[33:37] Speaker 1: You have to start with that, yeah. And then going, "You know, it stops here. It stops with me."

[33:44] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[33:44] Speaker 1: That's huge right there.

[33:45] Speaker 2: And, you know, if you wanna add an element to it, um, I always liked the Ho'oponopono prayer.

[33:51] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[33:51] Speaker 2: And just put it out there in the lines of, um, you know, in those etherical lines of the ancestors.

[34:00] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[34:01] Speaker 2: And just see it all being healed, and complete.

[34:05] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[34:05] Speaker 2: And released, and just see it in your head. And you don't have to involve anybody else.

[34:11] Speaker 1: Right, no.

[34:12] Speaker 2: You just do it all energetically through... Yeah, through your infinite wisdom.

[34:19] Speaker 1: Yeah. That's... And that's what this... I don't know if you can all s- Well, those of you that can see me. And I have to go up high, but usually I, it's done in front of your solar plexus.

[34:27] Speaker 2: You did that, and your camera went up too, so you're like-

[34:29] Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm like woo! (laughs)

[34:30] Speaker 2: ... higher, higher, higher. Yes.

[34:31] Speaker 1: Um, what I'm doing is I've got my hand, I'm doing an infinity sign with my hand, okay? And then I'm, but I'm going this way, like, from me, out, from me, out. So that... And what this does is it, it, it represents ease and flow. And so, it makes the energy between you and whatever, whatever you're thinking about. It could be an event, a person, um, ancestral lines, whatever it is, like your question there, all of that, you can, you think of that, and that's what you're working with between you and that. And it's easy, it's, it's smoothing out the energies. And it's really cool. I'll do this in crowds, and, and everybody's, they can feel it, you know? They, they can see, feel how it just calms everything down.

[35:14] Speaker 1: I notice the room temperament changes immediately, um, but a lot of them say they can feel it, um, so-

[35:21] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[35:21] Speaker 1: Anyway. But it's, definitely, it's ease and flow. And if nothing else, at the very, very least, it's very calming to you. So, if you're uptight about something, this maybe, you know, then it helps you kind of get back in alignment with you, why you're here, and what you're doing. It may be that you're giving yourself a very grand thing that isn't necessarily yours to do.

[35:48] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[35:49] Speaker 1: So, this helps put you back in perspective with what is real and what is actual for you.

[35:55] Speaker 2: I'm watching you do that, and what you're saying, and it's making me think of also how everything is our mirror.

[36:02] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[36:02] Speaker 2: And when you brought yourself back into peace and calm-

[36:06] Speaker 1: Mm, yeah.

[36:06] Speaker 2: ... the mirror around you was peace and calm.

[36:09] Speaker 1: Yes, exactly, yes.

[36:11] Speaker 2: So, I think it, it just all kind of-

[36:13] Speaker 1: Oh, I know. What is going on? (laughs)

[36:15] Speaker 2: Oh, oh, give us a message. Give us-

[36:17] Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I... well, we're doing... Hey, um, you know, if anything comes in. That was, that was close though, with just what... I've been saying there have been pieces there.

[36:26] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[36:26] Speaker 1: Um, I think that was it actually, what we just said, what I just said.... was your message. It's not yours. I mean, we say it stops here, and that's your awareness that, that you go forward with, but it's not necessarily yours to heal all these things. That's their stuff. That's their drama. That's their, their history. That's r... Whoever wants to keep playing that game, that's their business. If you don't choose that to be your game anymore, then you step off that wheel. See, karma is only something that you stay with if you choose to play it. You're staying on that wheel, and any point, at any point, it's like a treadmill or s- or a hamster wheel. It's going and you're still on it. "Oh, here we go again. We're doing the same thing over and over again, and keep doing it, keep doing it." Have you ever noticed, what does a hamster wheel look like? What does a treadmill look like? Are they boarded up on each side where you can't get out of there? They all are open.

[37:27] Speaker 1: And I was told all you have to do is walk off. Like the treadmill, it's like just step off of it. A hamster wheel, that was just showing me the same thing.

[37:35] Speaker 2: Oh.

[37:35] Speaker 1: The hamster wheel, you just divert, go over here, get off of it. You don't have to stay on it. So see, people that are doing things that appear karmic, that's what they're saying, it's just appearing. It's not actually-

[37:48] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[37:48] Speaker 1: ... because it's just habit. We do a lot of things out of habit. We've been doing it for centuries and eons and lifetimes and, and ancestral, all this stuff, and so this is our karma. This is just how we've chosen to play this game, and everybody keeps choosing to do the same thing over and over again. And that's what I feel like is your thing to say, "It stops here."

[38:09] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[38:10] Speaker 1: "I'm not gonna be on this same treadmill or this same hamster wheel. I'm gonna do something different, and that's my choice. If you guys wanna keep playing it, that's your business. Those of you back there..." 'Cause we, you know, that's the only impact we have on the history, is what we do. We really can't-

[38:25] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[38:25] Speaker 1: ... go back and change anything, but by us changing ourselves, that reverberates out to all the other timelines, you know, and what, what... I- if it's healing, whatever, it really doesn't matter to us. See, and this is where I feel like some people, we, we get so hooked up and, "What am I doing for you out there? I wanna heal. I wanna heal all these things."

[38:46] Speaker 2: Right.

[38:46] Speaker 1: And it's like, that is not what's important. What's important is what you're doing for you.

[38:51] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[38:52] Speaker 1: Focus back on you. I think we do a lot of that so we don't have to focus on ourselves, because that one is a little harder. (laughs) It's like-

[39:00] Speaker 2: It is a little harder.

[39:00] Speaker 1: ... rather than have to look at me and what's going on in me. I'd rather look at all your stuff-

[39:04] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[39:04] Speaker 1: ... and all your stuff, and, and I'm gonna heal you and you and you and this.

[39:06] Speaker 2: And I'm not gonna understand-

[39:08] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[39:08] Speaker 2: ... that it also is a reflection of my stuff-

[39:10] Speaker 1: Exactly.

[39:10] Speaker 2: ... because yeah. It's easier to think it's all out here.

[39:14] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[39:14] Speaker 2: But I think that's, um, that's powerful. And, and one of the things maybe that getting off that hamster wheel is forgive yourself for the part you played when you were on it.

[39:26] Speaker 1: Yes. Yeah.

[39:27] Speaker 2: You know, I forgive myself for the part I'm playing-

[39:29] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[39:29] Speaker 2: ... in keeping that going or carrying the burden of taking that on as if, as if it was mine to heal it.

[39:36] Speaker 1: Right.

[39:36] Speaker 2: You know, my job, my, my responsibility.

[39:39] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[39:39] Speaker 2: It's not. Uh, and that's when we start-

[39:43] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[39:44] Speaker 2: ... that evolution process. You know-

[39:47] Speaker 1: Exactly.

[39:47] Speaker 2: ... as light workers, we're here to be of service to humanity and all of that, and, and we get it in our heads that it's our job to, to heal all these things.

[39:56] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[39:56] Speaker 2: Well, I'm gonna use a word that everybody loves. That's your ego, that one-

[40:00] Speaker 1: It is.

[40:00] Speaker 2: ... that's doing that.

[40:01] Speaker 1: It, it really is. It really is, yeah. Uh-

[40:03] Speaker 2: Yeah. You're here to heal whatever you need to heal for yourself-

[40:09] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[40:09] Speaker 2: ... and start to understand that, again, what you're seeing outside of yourself... When I got this understanding is, it was a life-changer-

[40:18] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[40:19] Speaker 2: ... of how I respond to the world.

[40:21] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[40:21] Speaker 2: Because what I'm experiencing outside of me is a mirror. It's my mirror. It's not happening to me. It's happening for me, that kind of thing. And the more you understand that and start to see the mirroring of it and start to go, "Oh, where am I judging someone?" Or, "Where am I doing that-

[40:40] Speaker 1: Wow.

[40:40] Speaker 2: ... in my life?" Or-

[40:42] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[40:42] Speaker 2: ... you know, "Why is that showing up like this?" And-

[40:45] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[40:45] Speaker 2: ... "What did, what did my soul wanna learn from that?" And you start doing it like that, all of a sudden then all the characters in your play start to change the roles that they're playing in your play.

[40:55] Speaker 1: Yes.

[40:56] Speaker 2: And-

[40:56] Speaker 1: And they'll change too. (laughs)

[40:58] Speaker 2: Yeah. It's... They do. It just changes. And it's like-

[41:01] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[41:01] Speaker 2: ... well, how is that part of ascension-

[41:03] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[41:03] Speaker 2: ... if it's just about me and my own role in this?

[41:05] Speaker 1: It's always about you. (laughs) It's al-

[41:08] Speaker 2: But, you know, it, it, it's... There's a lot we don't know about our souls and, and that path, and some believe that we're all aspects of the same soul. Well, if we are all aspects of the same soul and you're, you're healing that aspect that's playing the role-

[41:26] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[41:26] Speaker 2: ... of you, you're healing all the aspects of your soul.

[41:29] Speaker 1: Exactly.

[41:29] Speaker 2: So by doing your own inner work, you're actually doing the thing that you think you came here for in the masses.

[41:35] Speaker 1: Yeah. But it's not the out, it's the in. It always starts-

[41:38] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[41:38] Speaker 1: ... with you. This is the only way you can effectively do anything, anything at all, is wi- to start with you. You've got-

[41:45] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[41:45] Speaker 1: ... to look at yourself.

[41:46] Speaker 2: And then that's how that ripples out and-

[41:48] Speaker 1: Yes. Mm-hmm.

[41:49] Speaker 2: ... and, and then, yeah, you start experiencing life differently. And-

[41:55] Speaker 1: God.

[41:55] Speaker 2: ... when you stop taking on... Uh, oh my goodness.

[41:59] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[41:59] Speaker 2: I can't even watch her anymore. What's happening over here?

[42:02] Speaker 1: (laughs) Everything. My whole face is just going... (laughs)

[42:04] Speaker 2: (laughs) I'm just gonna stop talking and see what happens here.

[42:09] Speaker 1: No. (laughs) No, keep going. (laughs) I don't know.

[42:11] Speaker 2: Oh, I don't know about that. You're, you, you seem like there's something that's ready to just explode out of you and it's-

[42:17] Speaker 1: It'll come out. I mean, it, it usually happens while I'm talking, and I wasn't... It was just while you're talking and it just, everything's going crazy, so, but I'm not getting anything. If I do, I'll say it. (laughs) But...

[42:28] Speaker 2: Okay. (laughs) Um, now where were we? Okay.

[42:31] Speaker 1: Is somebody... Okay, is something that... Is somebody else having this effect? May- you know-Maybe that's it. I'm picking up on somebody else's stuff.

[42:39] Speaker 2: I have a good, a good example of something where, you know, we're all, w- we're very empathic people, right?

[42:45] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[42:47] Speaker 2: And, um, on our trip, there was, there was one of the events that we were supposed to get to do got canceled because of weather.

[42:56] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[42:56] Speaker 2: And so there was some disappointment there, right?

[42:59] Speaker 1: Mm, mm-hmm.

[43:00] Speaker 2: Well, one of the girls that's just always cheery, cheery, cheery, and laughing, having fun, she was always the one that would get everybody else giggling and doing all that, she was just really struggling with it. And it was like-

[43:12] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[43:12] Speaker 2: ... "Well, what's happening here?" She goes, "I don't, I don't understand it 'cause, I mean, I understand we can't go out on the water because the weather, blah, blah, blah."

[43:21] Speaker 1: Right.

[43:21] Speaker 2: And we're like, "Okay." And she goes, "But I just am struggling with it." Well, there was another person struggling with it too, and it turned out that that person's room was right underneath or right over top, anyways, the rooms were stacked.

[43:34] Speaker 1: Oh, okay.

[43:35] Speaker 2: And I was like, "Wait a minute, where's this person's room? Okay, and where's your room? Okay." So, and, and she said that when her roommate came in the room, it kind of broke it for her, and she was...

[43:49] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[43:49] Speaker 2: ... kind of snapped out of it and felt like herself again, and she goes, "What was that?" So we realized that she was picking up on this energy.

[43:57] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[43:57] Speaker 2: That that was probably both of them, but also, the rest of us were disappointed as well.

[44:01] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[44:01] Speaker 2: And so, it just kind of amplified their energy. And, um, you know, these are some of the things that, that we can talk about in this as well.

[44:12] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

[44:12] Speaker 2: Because we're picking up on other energies...

[44:17] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Yes

[44:17] Speaker 2: ... that aren't ours.

[44:18] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[44:18] Speaker 2: And so when she finally realized what it was, and i- it was actually really, really cool, because in sitting at the table with a handful of us, we kind of figured out what it was, and then we figured out the answer, or, or a solution.

[44:34] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[44:34] Speaker 2: Because we, we were free from, from that drama part of it all of a sudden. And then we're like, "Well, you know, what if, what if you guys did this or this?" And so she went and actually asked the other person, "Do you wanna go do this with me instead?" Because we couldn't go out and do the thing.

[44:49] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[44:50] Speaker 2: And they went and did something else, and they had a great time.

[44:53] Speaker 1: Good.

[44:53] Speaker 2: And, you know, and, and it shifted all that energy, and it was like, "That was really cool." 'Cause one of the things we did on the trip is we really encouraged everybody to share what's happening. Share it, because you might not be the only one getting that feeling.

[45:07] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[45:07] Speaker 2: You might not be the only one with that thought or that idea or whatever, and once we start sharing it, it really can shift things or open things up for us, and that's really good.

[45:17] Speaker 1: Yeah, and it, and it, and you don't need to wonder why, "Why am I picking ..." I mean, 'cause that was just coming in too, is like, uh, one of our first questions usually is like, "Well, why am I picking up your stuff? Why am I doing, why am I doing that?" Don't worry about that part. We are just very sensitive, and maybe there is so- a common denominator there.

[45:33] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[45:33] Speaker 1: Um, that, and if there is or it's, or it's something that's really important for you to know, it will make itself evident.

[45:39] Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, a lot of times, you know, like I was saying, we were all disappointed.

[45:44] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[45:44] Speaker 2: So we all have that common denominator. And then, um, then she was in close vicinity to the other person.

[45:52] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[45:52] Speaker 2: And it kind of amplified it, like, all of our energy.

[45:56] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[45:56] Speaker 2: Amplified it.

[45:57] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[45:58] Speaker 2: And her being that in- extremely sensitive, it just, she had that resonant disappointment that just kind of got a little bigger. But the beautiful part is she's the kind of person that would share it. And not, you know, she wasn't just keeping it to herself-

[46:14] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[46:14] Speaker 2: ... and trying to put on a happy face or anything. She's just like, "You guys, I'm just having the weirdest (laughs) experience with this." It's like-

[46:21] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[46:21] Speaker 2: ... "Thank you for sharing that."

[46:22] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[46:22] Speaker 2: 'Cause we were able to just kind of, and, and it didn't take us very long either. It was just kind of like-

[46:27] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[46:27] Speaker 2: ... "Well, what's, what's happening with that?" And, you know, as, as facilitators, we were, you know, we were bummed because we couldn't provide this thing that we wanted to do. And so, being able to help shift that energy was helpful for us.

[46:42] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[46:42] Speaker 2: And so, you know, she served a purpose in helping us shift our energy as well by being open about it. And so, anyways, what I'm, I guess where I'm going with this is by even sharing that on the show-

[46:55] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[46:55] Speaker 2: ... asking us this question, we're sitting here-

[46:58] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[46:58] Speaker 2: ... thinking about things, talking about it-

[47:00] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[47:00] Speaker 2: ... getting other ideas and thoughts and possibilities, and opening our minds about things-

[47:06] Speaker 1: Right.

[47:06] Speaker 2: ... can really shift it and get a new perspective, get a new, new way to think about it, new way to deal with something, and it can really change it for you. So...

[47:17] Speaker 1: Absolutely.

[47:18] Speaker 2: Yeah. All right. I don't know if anybody's asking any more questions in there. We'll check in with Tiffany and see if there's any more.

[47:27] Speaker 1: Nope. All you.

[47:29] Speaker 2: You guys are so quiet.

[47:31] Speaker 1: So what's going on, guys? What? (laughs)

[47:34] Speaker 2: (laughs) They're like, "We know Tracie's full of stories today."

[47:38] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. (laughs)

[47:41] Speaker 2: Yeah. I have a, a funny story about one of the hotels that we stayed in. Um, I don't remember the name of it, but we were in Cairo, the last couple nights in Cairo, and the, the hotel's right on the Nile, and it's like this cylinder hotel, a really cool, cool place.

[48:00] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[48:02] Speaker 2: Um, really, really a fun place to stay. But we got back from our, uh, that was the day I think we did the step or the second pyramid, something like that. Anyways, we all get back. Oh, I know what it was. We got to go out to dinner on a river cruise boat. And...

[48:17] Speaker 1: Nice.

[48:17] Speaker 2: ... um, we got back from that, and we're standing on, th- some of our people were leaving that night, and we're standing on the front steps, and we're saying, you know, saying our goodbyes, getting some, some pictures and stuff. And then we step on the steps and the lights go out. We're like, "Well, that's weird that they would turn the lights out as we're trying to come up the steps," you know?

[48:38] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.

[48:39] Speaker 2: And, um...So then we, we pop up into the lobby area and the lights go out in that area, and we're like, "Well, that's interesting." We look over at the desk and the lights are still on over at the desk. And so we go walking over there to ask them a question, and the lights go out there. We're like, "Man, what's happening?"

[49:00] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[49:00] Speaker 2: "Everywhere we went, the lights went out."

[49:01] Speaker 1: We are powerful. (laughs)

[49:03] Speaker 2: We are. And then we're like, "Oh, no, did anybody end up on the elevator?"

[49:07] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[49:07] Speaker 2: So we're messaging everybody. Thank goodness, we had three people that had jumped on the elevator and they were just about to push the button to the floor that they were supposed to go to, and the doors were starting to close and the power went out. And one of them was smart enough to stick his arm in the door-

[49:23] Speaker 1: Wow.

[49:23] Speaker 2: ... and stop it.

[49:23] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.

[49:23] Speaker 2: And so they were all able to get off the elevator.

[49:26] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[49:27] Speaker 2: So, anyways, all of us end up finding each other and sitting in this great big lounge chair in the, um, in the s- in the lobby. And after about an hour and a half, we were like, "Okay. Let's, um, let's see if they'll let us just walk up to our rooms." Well, I was on the 23rd floor, so I wasn't excited about that.

[49:47] Speaker 1: No, no. (laughs)

[49:49] Speaker 2: But they did. They agreed. And in order to get to the stairs, we had to go through the kitchens and back hallways. It was a really weird place.

[49:56] Speaker 1: Oh, my goodness. (laughs)

[49:56] Speaker 2: It was definitely not like-

[49:58] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[49:58] Speaker 2: ... something you would find in the US. That would not have been okay. (laughs) OSHA would have had a few things to say about that.

[50:04] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[50:04] Speaker 2: But we start climbing and luckily one of the girls had, was on the fifth floor and I, and she's like, "Does anybody just want to camp out in my room until the power comes back on?"

[50:15] Speaker 1: Nice.

[50:15] Speaker 2: So there was about three of us that went with her. So there's four of us. We had a little girl slumber party in her room till that came back on. But I was like, "You watch, the last person to get to their room, the lights will come on."

[50:28] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[50:29] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[50:29] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. (laughs)

[50:29] Speaker 2: They're like, "Okay, I'm in my room." Room, the lights come on. They're like, "I literally just sat on my bed after climbing 21 stories."

[50:37] Speaker 1: Oh, fun. Well, that was... (laughs) That's so funny. Like, "Oh my God, I'm glad I stopped at the fifth floor. Mm-hmm

[50:43] Speaker 2: But, um, anyway, so that's my fun story.

[50:45] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[50:45] Speaker 2: Uh, we played with power.

[50:48] Speaker 1: I understand we have another question, so...

[50:48] Speaker 4: Well, we have a question. Can we do that?

[50:50] Speaker 2: We played with power out of... Yep. Yep.

[50:51] Speaker 4: Okay.

[50:51] Speaker 2: One more question.

[50:52] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[50:53] Speaker 4: Uh, Cosmo Princess Tiffany. Question, "Do you have any tips for us when we feel that we are picking up that energy from another person? I have a friend who has depression."

[51:06] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[51:07] Speaker 4: Uh, "Uh, I'll add, too. At least two different times when I reached out to this friend, I noticed the energy was still with me 48 hours later. I admit I allow myself to worry about her, so that's the challenge."

[51:21] Speaker 1: Yeah. Um, one of the things and I, I, it used to seem like people got... Uh, anyway. I, I, I may come back with this, I don't know. We'll see. Um, but one of the things, like early on, um, I was t- it's like they were telling me when I was first picking up on other peoples' stuff, and I didn't know it, that was what happening. I was just like, "Why am I feeling like this? This is not normal. I don't understand why I'm so depressed or I'm whatever, 'cause I'm not normally a depressed person." And, and, um, and that's when I was told is, "Your pick, you know, if you, you look at it, is this my energy? And if it's not, it is somebody else." And I like that you're already recognizing it's not yours, it's somebody else's. But just that act of acknowledging, this isn't mine, many times that will cut it off and it will just stop you from absorbing it. It's like, it's not my energy. And you can go further and say, you know, send it back or send it somewhere else, whatever.

[52:13] Speaker 1: This is where some people, I get different things when I say send it back 'cause it's not mine. And now people will say, "Well, I just said send it to the Earth." And I was like, "I don't wanna send it back to them." It's like, I think that's getting too technical. That's ego coming in. (laughs) That's a little conscious mind stuff coming in. "I want to affect it this way." I just say it's not mine. And just that act of it detaches it from me. You know, it's like it just stops. It like, it cuts. And so just acknowledging it.

[52:37] Speaker 1: Um, but like you're saying, when you worry about them, see, you, you know that this is what you're doing, 'cause when you worry about them-

[52:43] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[52:43] Speaker 1: ... you've just attached yourselves well right back (laughs) into all that, that stuff, all those feelings. So-

[52:48] Speaker 2: Well, and worrying is amplifying that energy.

[52:50] Speaker 1: Absolutely. Yes. Yeah, you're-

[52:53] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[52:53] Speaker 1: That, and that's the energy that you're giving to that person.

[52:56] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[52:56] Speaker 1: So, so think about what energy would you like them to have? Do you want them to have that worry, that negative worry energy? Or do you want them to have something upbeat, uplifting, anything? You know, I, I'd, I'd like to see y'all hugging, you know, or sending love, sending hugs, sending high vibes.

[53:13] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[53:13] Speaker 1: Things like that. So if you, if you have a choice of energy to send to somebody, make it that.

[53:18] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[53:18] Speaker 1: Rather than worry energy.

[53:21] Speaker 2: I like to do, um, I do two things. I, I see it kind of like little octopus arms going out.

[53:28] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

[53:28] Speaker 2: And we're just lobbing onto everybody. Stop, pull those back to yourself.

[53:31] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.

[53:32] Speaker 2: Just pull your energy back to yourself. You're not hurting the other person by pulling-

[53:36] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[53:37] Speaker 2: ... your energy back to you. And then ask to be cleared of the energy that isn't yours to carry. But, um, then I, I tend to say a little prayer calling in, you know, if you wanna help that person. So, you know, if it was Tiffany, I'd be like, "Thank you universe for surrounding Tiffany with exactly what she needs right now in this time that she's feeling the way she is, and that you can help her shift this energy.

[54:02] Speaker 2: And the right people come at the right time."

[54:04] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[54:04] Speaker 2: "The right place to just really help her move this energy, and she can see how wonderful she is and how great she is." You know, and I just start saying things like that and building it up in that energetic way. And just do something like that for them if you wanna put that energy in there.

[54:19] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.

[54:19] Speaker 2: But then again, when you're done with that-

[54:21] Speaker 1: When you're done with that.

[54:21] Speaker 2: ... bring your energy back to you.

[54:24] Speaker 1: Bring it back. Yeah.

[54:24] Speaker 2: Because otherwise you're still in that soup. So-

[54:27] Speaker 1: Great question.

[54:28] Speaker 2: ... they're great lessons for bringing it back.

[54:30] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Yeah.

[54:31] Speaker 2: And, you know, keep your energy to you.

[54:33] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[54:34] Speaker 2: And, you know, try, if you're talking to them in person, ask them how they would want it to be different.

[54:40] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[54:40] Speaker 2: Get them to start thinking about how they actually want to feel.

[54:44] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[54:44] Speaker 2: And those would be positive things to do too.

[54:46] Speaker 1: Yeah. And I think we've been called on time, so... (laughs)

[54:50] Speaker 2: Yeah. Yep.

[54:50] Speaker 1: Love you all.

[54:51] Speaker 2: Yep.

[54:52] Speaker 1: Thank you, Tiffany. Thank you, Tracie. Welcome back.

[54:55] Speaker 2: Thank you.

[54:55] Speaker 1: And thank you everyone for being here.

[54:57] Speaker 2: Glad to be back.

[54:57] Speaker 1: We love you.

[54:59] Speaker 2: Thank you, everyone.

[54:59] Speaker 1: Bye.

[54:59] Speaker 2: Thank you, Tiffany. Woo.

[55:01] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[55:03] Speaker 2: Bye.
