Hello, and welcome to another edition of the Jim Benson Show, Conservative News and commentary
addressing the issues that concern you here on the BBS radio and television network.
As I make this recording, the country has just had its Super Tuesday of June 2, when numerous
primary elections were held, setting the stage for and giving important indications of the outcome
of the all-important midterm congressional and other election races this November.
At this time, ballots are still being counted in many places, with more results still to be tallied.
But there are enough initial results in for some very important electoral contest that I want to provide commentary
on, most particularly in the Communist-aligned U.S. Democratic Party's key bastion of California.
California has been all but totally controlled by Democrats for some 30 years now, and is being
destroyed in a relentless drive toward Marxism and totalitarian world government.
The future corporations have been fleeing the state and its tax base in droves in recent years as smothering
governmental regulations and taxation are driving them away.
You may know about the horrific wildfires in which struck the Los Angeles area a year ago in January 2025,
where thousands of upscale homes were totally destroyed, as state and local officials did or were able to do little,
if anything, significant to fight and stop these cataclysms.
Yet even today, a year and a half later, most of these homes have not been rebuilt, as voters struggle against
insane, stupid governmental regulations.
Before these wildfires struck, state and local officials had for years failed to do fundamental fire prevention
and mitigation procedures used elsewhere for centuries as common sense prevention, such as clearing out dead vegetation
and constructing fire breaks.
That's what I've seen reported anyway.
The Communist Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom and his fellow leftists controlling the state legislature,
before the wildfire struck, had cut some 100 million for fire prevention and mitigation programs from the state's budget
in order to shore up a massive multi-billion dollar budget deficit resulting from offering free healthcare
and many other financial incentives to the state's millions of illegal immigrants.
Likewise, the administration of Los Angeles Mayor, Kerry Bass, a longtime communist sympathizer, as I understand it,
who has traveled numerous times to Cuba and praised the late Cuban dictator Fidel Castro,
cut 17 million in fire prevention and mitigation programs from the city's budget and set fire-fried equipment to Ukraine.
They also apparently drained a reservoir and lifted empty that should have provided water to fight the raging wildfires
hitting the upscale Pacific Palace Sades community of Los Angeles.
It's become all too clear by now that bringing hundreds of millions of migrants illegally into this country
and paying them lavish benefits to stay is a vital strategy of Democrats to take and hold political powers.
They move relentlessly to take over the country and oppose communism on you and me, not on them.
Because, as anti-totalitarian novelist George Orwell pointed out decades ago,
quote, everyone is equal under socialism, but some are more equal than others.
Thus, communists promoting frauds like current California governor Gavin Dusse, net worth sub 30 million,
and still the reputed favorite for the Democratic Party's 2028 nomination for president,
get and stay filthy rich while they lie and trick the low intelligence members of the public into believing that communism
is actually good for America and the world.
It's my understanding the California State Senate has passed a bill that opposed a six cents per mile driven mileage tax
on every California.
Obviously, this is big held off for implementation until the November elections are over,
but it's just part of an effort to further squeeze taxpayers and come up with yet more billions to coddle and promote
illegal immigrants with ever more public benefits and services.
For reason, illegal immigrants are routinely granted driver's licenses and other social services,
which results in their being automatically registered to vote, even though it's illegal for non-citizens to vote.
Thus, these people are automatically sent and received California's universal mail-in ballots and can all anonymously
complete a mail-in voting for left-wing Democrats who promote who promise them more and more social services and benefits
along with legal residency and even citizenship.
California has recently passed laws making it illegal for state and local government agencies and individuals to investigate
allegations of ballot and election fraud, illegal, also allowing ballots to be received and counted up to a week after election day,
and making it illegal to check for voter identification and proof of citizenship.
If with all this, you can't see what the Democrats have in mind for the nation, I feel sorry for you.
I was shocked after the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling making racial gerrymandering of election districts illegal,
which has long been a tactic of Democrats to take and hold political power,
that all the Democrat-controlled so-called blue states were allowed to hold their primary elections with these gerrymandering districts untouched.
I read that the U.S. Department of Justice planned to monitor all states to ensure compliance with the high-course ruling.
The DOJ had better get going on this before the midterms, or it could spell disaster for the Republicans,
with the Democrats taking over Congress promptly moving to a peach-etter move from office President Donald Trump,
yet again, along with doing all they can to utterly destroy the Make America Great Again or MAGA movement,
install a communist leading Democrat like Newsom in the White House in 2028,
and resume the Marxist Revolution in America, they began in earnest with a stolen 2020 election.
Our first video today, or rather with all these things in mind, let's begin today's video presentations.
Our first video is a posting by commentator Dr. Steve Turley on his YouTube channel, June 3.
Turley made this video while in Brazil for a conference.
In it, he's commenting on primary electoral results in California stating that a political earthquake has struck the Democrat-dominated state.
He is referring to what appears in early election results to be victories for upstart Republican and reality TV star Spencer Pratt
in the Los Angeles mayoral contest, which if early vote counting percentages hold, would enable Pratt to challenge incumbent Mayor Karen Bass this November.
But I'd say that's a, even if he even if Pratt is able to do this, he's still got a tough row to hold there if he's going to,
if there's any possibility of winning the mayoral race in LA with all his hordes of poor people and illegal aliens.
Even more remarkable is the same early results victory of former Fox News host and Trump endorsed Republican California gubernatorial candidate Stephen Hilton,
or Steve Hilton, as he's commonly known.
Again, if early result percentages hold, Hilton will face off against Democrat Xavier Becerra and the governor's racist November.
Turley prides himself on always emphasizing the positive it is political reporting and commentary, but as you will see, even he is adding a cautionary note on these election results,
acknowledging that Republican victories in these very important political contests will be no main feat.
Given the political stranglehold, the Communist Democrats have on California.
Like I said, I don't know what it is, but every single time I go out of the country, it just happened a couple of weeks ago with the Kalei decision when I was in Bucharest,
something always astonishing ends up happening. And this latest international trip is no exception.
Something massive just happened in the bluest of blue states of California.
So last night, the state that was supposed to be the permanent, unassailable fortress of the Democrat party forever and ever in perpetuity shook.
And I mean shook. I'm not talking about a standard California earthquake. We're talking about a political earthquake.
And it happened in California's jungle primaries yesterday is not just a local story. It really is a national earthquake, a political tremor that promises to ripple all the way to the midterm elections in November.
And if your Democrats aren't panicking now, they absolutely should be.
And so I'm going to start with the California governor's race, the primary that they had there. Now remember, this was a jungle primary.
So all candidates from all parties run on the same ballot and the top two advance, right? And for weeks now, the Democrats, the Democrat establishment, they were banking on burying the Republican Steve Hilton, a Fox News.
And the Republicans actually, I believe he has dual citizenship with the UK and the United States. He was once part of David Cameron's government in the UK, Fox News House.
A lot of you know, by that, he was a big supporter of Brexit at the time. But the Democrats were banking on him coming in third behind their two most popular Democrats who would then have a face off in November.
And that plan just literally blew up in their faces. With over 60% of the vote counted, Hilton came out on top. Hilton is in the lead. A Republican is in the lead with votes still being counted, admittedly.
California's everlasting shame. I mean, keep in mind, California is literally worse than a third world nation in counting ballots.
There'll be technically counting ballots until July, early July, as I understand, which is, of course, utterly insane.
And we have studies that find that whenever you have these prolonged countings that go way beyond Election Day, 99% of the time, it's the Democrat who benefits is the Democrat who wins.
But as of this morning, Hill was in first place, leading the pack with approximately 27, 28% of the vote. He's a head of Democrat Javier Becerra.
He's coming in around 25% and then the other Democrat, Tom Steyer, the billionaire who spent a fortune only to just limp in third at roughly 20%. So Republican is now officially leading the race to become the next governor of California.
Now, of course, Steve Hilton is going to have to go toe to toe toe with it looks like Becerra, the Democrat. And, you know, that's going to be difficult given that voter Democrat that Democrat voter registration advantage in California is like two to one.
But that said, take a look at this map.
If I asked you, which team do you think dominates California politics?
You, of course, would say without question the red team right by far.
California's Republican turnout yesterday was absolutely astonishing.
California turnout so far get this.
It is 12% redder than it was four years ago in 2022.
Let that hit you.
It's 12% redder than it was four years ago in 2022, which is absolutely insane when you consider that this is supposed to be the year of a massive blue wave.
And the fact that Republicans are doing better than the 2022 Biden midterm when GOP turnout was already very, very high. We got control of Congress.
And you could see it most starkly in the recent voter registration tally. I mean, take a look at this. This is from Los Angeles County. This is insane.
Republicans have out registered Democrats by over 100,000 voters. It's 10 to 1.
In the month of May alone, Republicans registered 138,000 voters all the while the Democrats registered just 10,000.
And that is at least in part why we saw not one, but two political earthquakes as of yesterday.
And you are, you guys know exactly the earthquake I'm talking about here.
And that's the one that just happened in LA.
The astonishing success of political outsider Spencer Pratt. He just forced a runoff against the ultra-fectless, incompetent mayor Karen Bass.
Well, I shouldn't even say she's incompetent. She's doing exactly what a Marxist is supposed to do. And that's destroyed the country.
Her part, her little part is to destroy the second or third most populous city in the country.
Spencer Pratt's own home burned down in the Palisades fire. He watched city leadership fail catastrophically.
And instead of just tweeting about it, he actually decided to do something about it. He took action.
So he ran for mayor and he didn't just run.
He redefined California primaries by putting out the single best political ads ever.
I mean, he's garnered so much attention, so much enthusiasm among the Los Angeles electorate that he was able to come within single digits of the incumbent mayor Karen Bass.
So right now, again, as of the making of this video with nearly half the votes counted, Bass is around 36, 37%.
And Spencer Pratt is at 30%. So Bass and Pratt are headed for a head-to-head November runoff.
Pratt has already declared he's ready to debate Karen Bass one-on-one.
As many times as she'll actually show up, she probably won't even take the, she won't even share the same stage with him because he'll crush her so badly.
His campaign is running on common sense, not partisan tribalism. And that may be precisely why he's winning over Democrats, independents, and then of course Republicans alike.
Again, I do. I don't want to minimize how hard this is going to be for both Hilton and Pratt.
All right, when all is said and done, as I mentioned, registered Democrats outnumber registered Republicans in California, nearly two to one.
The coastal regions are the most populous regions in California.
So this is going to be a very real uphill battle for the both of them, regardless of how read the California map looks.
But that said, the real significance of what happened yesterday really is all about Republican turnout.
And it was massive. GOP turnout was 12% higher than it was in 2022 when we won back control of Congress.
That was the last big massive, well, outside of a presidential election, 2024.
In Orange County, Republicans were up by 10,000 ballots in San Diego. Republicans running it nearly double the Democrat turnout rate.
This is unprecedented. This is a political realignment happening in real time. And again, we didn't just see it in California.
There were primaries all over the country yesterday, and one in particular in Iowa.
And the Republican turnout dwarfed 2022. It's huge.
And again, we got a preview of that with the voter registrations. I don't know if you've seen this, but California GOP voter registration is up 14% higher than it was in the Republican.
It's 14% since 2022. While Democrat voter registration has been relatively stagnant. It's very inert.
And again, that's across the board nationally. We've been talking about this a lot on this channel.
So if you haven't been with us, make sure to smack that Bell and subscribe button, because what how to rush you to say we're on the cutting edge of societal evolution here.
In all 30 states that register voters by party, the Republicans have been crushing the Democrats in 30 out of 30 states.
And yesterday we got a taste of the fruit of that registration discrepancy. And this shift is happening even again, the most blue, blue places like Beverly Hills, even among young voters.
Young voters are shifting a mass to the Republican Party. Historically, deep blue demographics are moving Republican by double digits.
Now let's zoom out. What does all of this mean for the midterms?
Take a look at the latest generic ballot poll taken by Marquette. I mean, seriously, look at this.
Democrats are ahead by just one point among registered voters. One point.
That's statistically a dead heat.
The generic ballot is the single best early predictor of which party controls Congress and with Republican enthusiasm surging with Republican voter registrations absolutely shifting over to their side.
California, California becoming competitive.
All of those factors mean that the electoral map is expanding for the GOP.
Democrats can no longer just play defense in like swing states or toss up seats.
They have to now actually spend money in California.
And every dollar they spend defending Karen Bass in LA is a dollar they can't spend defending seats in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia.
So here's the bottom line. We're all said and done.
What just happened in California is not just about Spencer Pratt. It's not just about Steve Hilton for that matter.
It's something much bigger.
The people of the most progressive state the nation are rejecting what 30 years of one party Democrat rule has done to them has done to their streets, has done to their schools, has done to their safety, has done to their cities.
The wildfires, the rampant homelessness crisis, the fentanyl epidemic, the cost of living voters are connecting.
Finally, those failures directly to the Democrats who have governed California without opposition for a generation.
And now it really does look as if a real viable opposition has arrived.
Make no mistake, this this is a political earthquake and the aftershocks are just beginning.
Our next video today is from a recent posting on the Stephen Gardner show channel on YouTube in which Gardner and his guest Robert Guevaia, host of watching the watchers podcast, analyze a recent courtroom,
signing with President Trump's recent executive order, regulating the fraud, written mail in ballots across the country.
I am again wondering if this ruling is upheld in an inevitable appeals, if it will be implemented in time for the big terms.
President Trump just got some incredible news and you're not going to believe it. A Washington DC judge actually sided with Donald Trump.
I don't know that I've actually ever reported on that here on the channel. To help me go through all of this, I have my special guest, Robert Govea Robert, thank you so much for joining me.
Stephen, thanks for the invite. Great to see you.
So Robert is the head of the podcast watching the watchers. He does great legal breakdown covers the big news stories. I want to jump into this story with you.
So if you could help my audience understand what is this new executive order that President Trump signed on mail in ballots as we wait for the Supreme Court and the Save America Act, which may or may not ever happen.
He's trying to just put his foot down, make sure that our elections are safe and secure. Then you have Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer jumping in a lot of Democrat money piling in trying to block this order because it's so damaging to them.
And then a Washington DC judge actually sides with Trump. Help my audience break the story down for us.
Yeah, it was a big one. So some time ago, Trump issued an executive order out of the White House and it was about election integrity. And there was a lot of materials inside of it. But really, there were two big components that this was focused on.
One was about creating voting lists. So in other words, every single state that we have has their voter registration list. And you've seen a lot of litigation around this from the Civil Rights Division at the DOJ, Harmeet Dillon, filing lawsuits to say we want to go and check your list.
Essentially that federal law enables the DOJ to go and make sure that you don't have dead people on your list. You don't have people who had left your state move to a different state. You don't have duplicate or triplicate individuals who were registered to vote or even people that were born in the 1900s or 1800s as we've seen in some of these reports.
And so the DOJ is checking the lists and checking it twice. Right. And what happened, of course, is many of these blue states have all said we're not going to comply with that at all. We're not going to give you access to the list because if they control the lists, then they can send out duplicate or triplicate
ballots. And I don't know about you, but I've been in an instance where I've gotten other ballots to my residents that were not for me. We're from a guy that I know that actually died and they're still sending ballots out in Arizona.
And so there's big problems with the lists. And that's why they protect these things so aggressively so that they can manage who gets into the election and who doesn't. And so that's going one way, right? The DOJ was asking the states just to inspect their list essentially.
And they said no. And there's a lot of litigation going on around that. But what Trump did in his executive order is he said, well, the federal government has a lot of information and we can make our own list.
And we can go through and validate who are citizens, where have people moved and create their own list of citizens who are allowed and eligible to vote in federal elections because states run elections, but they send representatives into DC into
Washington into the Senate and into Congress. And so there's some necessity for the DOJ and the feds to maintain the lists. So what happened, of course, is they drafted this executive order.
And all it does at this moment is say, we want to create some rules around this process of making our own list. And then what we'll do is we'll make these lists available to all of the various states.
And if you want to use those lists, you can do so. You can cross reference your list with our list. If we have problems with our list, then you can make proposals, make corrections, go make amendments, add people that are, you know, not on there on there.
Take people off and just cooperate essentially as you would expect a country that cares about, you know, democracy as they keep lecturing us about on the other side.
In order to function, you got to make sure people are voting who should be voting. So this list mechanism is part of the executive order.
And essentially right now we're just in the rulemaking phase of this entire operation, but that was really the big part. And they're furious about this.
So in the lawsuit that we'll get to, we had the Democrat congressional committee sue. We had the NAACP. We had this group called the United Citizens of Latino Americans.
And they're all just all these, you know, nonprofits and NGOs are coming together to try to even stop the rulemaking.
Okay, not even the list have been created yet, but just stop the rulemaking around the lists because they don't want to interface or the feds to interface with the states.
And the blue states are furious about this. So they're suing all over the place, California, a bunch of the blue states, Washington, Oregon, all sued in Maryland, and the red states actually want the list.
They say, this is great. We don't have to do a bunch of legwork. You know, we think we're doing a good job already.
But if you can give us this list and we can cross reference and index and validate to make sure our lists are good.
And the feds, of course, through the Social Security Administration and other agencies, they know who the citizens are, even if the states aren't checking. So it would be a nice way to just kind of shore up the lists.
So that was the big part of the executive order. The other main part of this was about the Postal Service. So the USPS handles mail-in balloting, right, because they transfer mail, even at the state level.
It's a federal agency. And of course, as we know, all federal agencies exist and are executed under the presidency, under the executive branch, which carries out the laws.
And so what Trump said is that we want some new rules. We want some new ideas. We want all these agencies to start thinking about how we can make sure that the U.S. Postal Service is not committing fraud.
In other words, not accepting votes from people who should not be using the system. And there really hasn't been a ton of specifics about it, but they're talking about a unique barcode identifier that may go on the outside of a mail-in ballot, almost like certified mail.
So it's not just traditional, you know, first-class, you know, priority mail. It would be a mail-in ballot specifically. So they would then have to comply with an envelope that looks like it's mail-in.
So it gets treated a little bit differently, gets tracked, gets followed with a unique barcode such that there is not a possibility for, you know, ballot harvesting.
Where are all these ballots coming from? We're kind of tracking where they're getting picked up from, getting where they're getting dropped off from.
So that the Postal Service can follow the chain of custody from the voter to the voting center, and it's not just a total free-for-all in bedlam across all of the various states.
So those were the two major components of this, and these were the main two areas that the left was very furious about.
So lawsuit started flying all over the place. And as you mentioned at the start, a D.C. judge, Carl Nichols, who actually is a Trump appointee,
but he has been not very favorable to Trump on a bunch of other issues. And so I was also surprised as you are. Whoa.
And he rejected the Democrats' initial lawsuit. There was an attempt to try to get an injunction, a preliminary injunction to stop this process from even getting started.
And essentially what the judge said was, it's too early right now, and the executive order, of course, very carefully crafted, said,
we're not asking in the implementation of either one of these modalities, whether it's creating a list or whether it's making some changes at the Postal Service.
Trump didn't say do anything illegally. He said to the agencies, go and start contemplating some rules.
Then you'll make a proposal during that proposal process. There will be an opportunity for comments and challenges and an opportunity to object to these things.
But they didn't even want the internal conversations to happen. And so they sued, they asked for an injunction.
And the judge ultimately said, you basically have no standing yet. You have not been irreparably harmed. There's no reason for you to claim that you are being harmed.
And the basis of their harm was, well, something bad could happen. That if this does go into effect, it might do this, it might do this.
And the judge called it kind of layers and layers of speculation. You're saying, this has to happen, and this has to happen. And then Trump has to illegally.
And the agencies have to follow illegal unlawful orders. And then all of these things have to happen.
And so it's far too speculative. And so right now, there's no basis for you to even be filing this lawsuit. It's all just adding a couple extra checks and balances to create stronger voter integrity.
And we know that's not what they want. They want, you know, their argument is voter enfranchisement. They want everybody to vote. However many times they want, we've seen in Minnesota, they have vouching.
You can just bring people and just vouch for them and say they live with us and give them all ballots. And it's just total madness, ultimately.
And so now we've got at this first initial phase of this, it's going to be a long battle, no doubt about it. But a big win and a big victory.
And it is surprising coming out of the District of Columbia.
You may be aware that the uptick in left wing violence across America in these protests of recent years of the Trump administration's policies is largely funded by dark money.
And much of that from one communist billionaire in particular, a US citizen, I believe, operating out of China.
So of course, these violent demonstrations and riots are not grassroots protests, spontaneous protests, but rather carefully organized and well funded tools of communist propaganda and agitation.
As part of the communist and communist sympathizers plot to destroy America as we have known it.

vanguard of a Marxist revolution to call Neville Roy Singham a slippery character might be the understatement of the year, someone who deserves life behind bars if anybody does.
But how to catch him.
That's been the challenge of the Trump administration until now.
A new treasury department investigation that has resulted in subpoenas served to left wing streamer Hassan piker. You know the one. He's the nephew of young Turks, Jenke you're the the angry freak who called for capitalist blood to be spilled on our streets.
We watched that video a week or two ago.
Another subpoena served to code pink co founder media Benjamin. I say co founder because her co founder Jodi Evans just so happens to be the wife of Roy Singham.
Well, there's a lot more to these treasury department subpoenas than meets the eye.
This is not just a US treasury agency investigation into financial malfeasance.
This is step one in arresting Roy Singham.
The Trump administration is crafty to go toe to toe with a man as malicious as treacherous as Roy Singham is not an easy task.
And what do we have today?
I'm going to show you exactly what's happening and why it's happening and what the Trump administration is planning.
Listen, sometimes politics oftentimes politics is so dark. It's so heavy.
It's so awful losses to the left are painful and dangerous.
But sometimes we enjoy a victory, a win that is so significant and simultaneously so hilarious that it's almost hard to believe it's real.
You guys made this happen. You did this.
You've been reporting you see you've seen the reporting on the subpoenas from the treasury department itself.
This has been happening over the course of the past couple of days. Fox News.
This is a quote Fox News Digital reported Saturday that the treasury department's office of foreign assets control has sent
administrative subpoenas put a pin in that word administrative subpoena that's significant.
And I'll tell you why in just a moment to piker. That's a son piker and leftist code pink co founder Medea Benjamin to get documents about the financial logistical and communications details of their March trips to Cuba.
Impossible violation of laws and regulations about doing business with the government of Cuba.
Now, as reported a Fox News Digital investigation has identified 145 US nonprofits and activist groups with $1 billion in collective revenues that justice and treasury department officials are investigating as part of a wider influence campaign by Cuba's communist regime and other
directors. According to public statements, it's believed that delegation members that would be the people we just listed.
Medea Benjamin has on piker possibly a Hano Mars daughter.
Delegation members stayed at a hotel that the US State Department has put on a Cuba restricted list as businesses directly tied to the communist government of Cuba, a designated state sponsor of terrorism administrative subpoenas called requests for information
or rfi seek financial logistical and communications information revolving around the trips the two people, Medea Benjamin and Hassan piker widely bragged about making to the island nation in March with delegations of the new way
straw America convoy put a pin in that name.
That's actually much more significant than Hassan piker much more significant than Medea Benjamin.
That is where the Trump administration gives us just a little peek into exactly what strategic move they are engaging in here.
Okay, so both of these individuals Hassan piker and Medea Benjamin bragged publicly about making trips to the island nation Cuba in March with delegations of the new waist draw America convoy or the translation of that is our America convoy from a global
network of communist sympathizers activists and influencers who brought supplies to the country's ruling communist part of Cuba according to sources familiar with the matter.
The
the difference between an administrative and a legal subpoena is the administrative subpoena is issued by a government agency so you know HHS could issue an administrative subpoena or obviously the Treasury Department or DEA or the FTC.
They could issue a this request for information and they can do this without without court approval.
And the purpose of an administrative subpoena is to is to compel the production of documents or testimony or other other information for investigations.
However, however, and this is a big however, unlike a court issued subpoena which is legally binding and administrative subpoena is not.
You can technically ignore an administrative subpoena to a certain extent.
If you do not respond to an administrative subpoena, you are not going to immediately face contempt of court or behold into prison.
Instead, that agency is going to have to go to the court to have the court enforce that subpoena if you try to ignore it.
I suspect that is what we are going to see happen. Now, if you don't respond and the agency does petition a federal or state district court to enforce the subpoena.
They typically will enforce it if it's if it's a legitimate type of subpoena if it has lawful authority and a legitimate purpose and relevance, etc, etc.
If the court grants enforcement, this is like a motion to compel, then you do have to comply with that administrative subpoena.
And if you don't, if you still choose not to then that court order.
If you choose not to comply with the court order to comply with the administrative subpoena, then it can result in civil or criminal contempt charges.
I would call it a level below a criminal subpoena or legal subpoena, but eventually it will likely have the bite that a legal subpoena has.
Now, again, kind of nitty gritty, but very important, because this my friends, what we are watching unfold before our eyes is masterful 3D chess.
So what's what's the purpose of what's happening? It's not to get Hassan Piker or $10,000 civil slob on the riz. Like, no one cares about that.
What's actually behind what we are watching unfold is the goal of arresting Roy Singham.
And this is what I mean. Now, you did this. Remember, this is this is thanks to you. It's okay to pat yourself on the back.
This is the moment to do that. It has been almost a year since we exposed Roy Singham as the funder of left wing violence in the United States back in July of last year out in Los Angeles.
We saw anti ice riots were what we were told were grassroots protests of law abiding Democrats who didn't want mass deportations.
That's what we were told by the mainstream media. And what we saw with our own eyes was Molotov cocktails thrown by radicals wearing kefias, Hamas paraphernalia.
They were burning police cars, breaking the windows at police precincts, attacking police officers, participating in blocking highways and in violence, not because they had a legitimate difference of opinion about mass deportation.
But because they were using that as an excuse to cause violence. And the mainstream media in the left continued to hammer this blatantly false narrative that this was all grassroots.
This is what happens when you have a president like Trump, we were told people get angry and this is what they do. This is this is organic it's grassroots.
And it was not.
We'd never heard of Roy Singham's name at that time. Or if we had, we'd heard it only in passing tangentially. Mostly we hear about George Soros and other billionaire leftists who, like most have an ego that prompts them to want to be given credit for what they do.
Well, Roy Singham is a different sort of character. He operates in secret. He operates from his office in Shanghai, an office which he shares with a Chinese Communist Party propaganda firm.
Roy Singham quietly has built a whole web, a network of groups, the groups with innocuous names to hide the fact that he pays for the operations of those groups.
For example, out in Los Angeles last year, the group, the organization that was handing out all the signs to all the people and telling them where to go.
Well, if you look at the corner of those signs, the name of the group was printed on the signs, the party of socialism and liberation.
The party of socialism and liberation is a Communist political party in the United States. They actually fractured off from the Communist Party in the United States.
And they are funded. They receive funding through this web of Singham groups, particularly through their association with the People's Forum, who has received $20 million from Roy Singham.
And once we spoke about this, you raised your voice and exposed this so that our politicians knew what was happening.
Because without citizen journalists like yourself, our politicians know nothing. You demanded justice. You demanded accountability.
Well, now a significant operative in this Singham cohort has admitted that these investigative findings that you reported over a year ago or almost a year ago are actually true.
So now at this very moment, sitting here together, we are this close to seeing happen what we have been calling for to happen, the arrest of Roy Singham, the Trump administration.
And I'm going to put this very bluntly. The Trump administration set a trap.
And left wing streamer Hassan Piker fell right into it. Hassan Piker explained after he received this administrative subpoena from the Department of the Treasury.
He explained what this Treasury investigation was actually about. Take a listen.
I think that ultimately the target is probably Singham and his operation from PSL to answer coalition to co-pink, like anything that he has ever financed.
And it's not new. It's been around for a while. But it's obviously it's held through regardless because it's ridiculous.
It's totally ridiculous to try and stop the political advocacy of an American citizen.
Roy Singham is an American citizen. He lives in China now. And he's a centimillionaire.
I think he has almost a billion dollars. Not sure how much money he has now.
But he's been a funding vehicle for a lot of political movements in the country, a lot of activism.
And they hate that shit. The American government hates that shit. So they're trying to jam him up.
They're trying to hit him on anything and everything they possibly can.
That's it. That's the goal here. That's the broader goal.
All right. Pardon the profanity.
Oftentimes you can identify people that have bad motives by the fact that they choose to use words like that.
They're angry people. They're very angry people.
Okay. So if I used to say this might be the only time in the history of the world that I will ever say.
Hassan Piker is mostly right. Mostly right. But that's not even the point of me showing you this video.
The point of me showing you this video is you might be thinking, well, we knew all of that.
We knew that Roy Singham uses this network of groups, the party of socialism and liberation, code pink, the People's Forum to fund the organization, the planning, the operation, the logistics, the payment of the paid protesters, all these things that are happening in the United States.
You might be thinking, yeah, we knew that. Well, yes, you did.
But to hear it from the mouth of an insider when the Singham crew works so hard to obscure him from what his money is doing to obscure his funding of communism and violence.
This development is of the ultimate significance. As I said, the Trump administration laid the trap and Hassan Piker walked right into it because now this allows the Trump administration to keep pursuing.
It's an admission. It allows the Trump administration to use Cuba as just the first step, the starting line. We are. This is just the.
