Conservative? You bet! Controversial? Right again! It is time to squabble on The Jim Benson Show.
First, they show that over a period of years, starting during the 2020 election cycle,
the People's Republic of China carried out what is believed to be the largest compromise of election data
in history, resulting in China's illicit acquisition of 220 million U.S. voter files.
That information includes names, addresses, phone numbers, political party preferences,
and other sensitive data that would be needed to register to vote and engage in other nefarious activities,
which is exactly what was happening. This data loss presents an unprecedented election security nightmare.
The intelligence even shows that China has signed a data exploitation unit specifically to this new project.

First, that was a short segment of President Trump's address to the nation July 16,
in which he stated U.S. intelligence agencies determined that China and other foreign actors
interfered with the U.S. 2020 presidential election, and it was covered up by bad actors of the so-called
deep state, the leftist-dominated shadow government, within our federal government.
Hello, and welcome to another edition of The Jim Benson Show, conservative news and commentary addressing the issues that concern you here on the BBS Radio and Television Network.
In his speech, Trump declared our national security's under direct threat due to badly compromised
and vulnerable election systems, specifically electronic voting and vote-management systems
that are critically vulnerable to hacking and vote manipulation, along with widespread use of fraud,
prone mail-in ballots and corrupted voter registration lists.
Several of the leftist-controlled mainstream media organizations, CNN, ABC, NBC,
refused to air the speech live to their audiences.
Reportedly, I'm sorry, while others, including CBS, reportedly aired parts of it while attempting
to debunk the President's assertions. That's what I've read anyway. I didn't watch them myself to see what they did.
His statements, Trump's statements, contradict their longstanding claim that U.S. elections
in recent years have been quote, the most free and fair history, close quote.
These corrupt leftist propaganda outlets have long been a part of the widespread conspiracy to
dupe the American public about election security concerns.
Lying, cheating, and stealing elections after all is how the political left through the Democratic Party
with support from allied rogue Republicans has been able to gain and hold power.
These media leftist propagandists are the same people who told us Joe Biden was sharp as a tack,
mentally. The Hunter Biden laptop info was Russia disinformation, and who peddled the Russia collusion
election interference hoax among other frauds.
Anyone with a brain should know by now that these people are shills and propagandists for the
Communist-leaning Democratic Party and by proxy the American and international Communist parties.
Those of us who have been following all this information coming out for the past six years about all this,
already do some of the information being revealed by the classified information files
that Trump made available at WhiteHouse.gov to back up his statements.
I've only got to look over these files, some of which I was unable to open on my newer computer,
and others I found heavily redacted. Nevertheless, journalists and commentators of the alternative
and right-leaning media are pouring over these files and already reporting on some important information
they reveal. If you've read this book,
Stolen Elections, The Take Down in Democracy is World Wide by Ralph Pezzullo,
that's P-E-Z-Z-U-L-L-O, which came out last year and is available on Amazon.com,
you know that much of what was additionally reported by former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell
and former New York City mayor and federal prosecutor Rudy Giuliani and others immediately after
the stolen 2020 election has now been confirmed as true.
Gary Bertson, a former CIA officer who's not part of that CIA faction that is left-wing and part of the deep state,
is mentioned prominently in this book. Bertson worked with Venezuela's Whistleblowers
in investigating the Venezuelan Communist regime's election-stealing operation.
This was involving electronic vote manipulation and flipping of electronic vote data to support
Communist and Communist-leaning candidates in Venezuela, the U.S., and that would include Joe Biden
and some 70 other countries around the world.
I understand there are national security and secrecy statutes which prohibit government officials
publicly disclosing some facts about these matters, but a great deal of information about this is detailed in Pezzullo's book.
There's no doubt in my mind that what Trump has asserted and the documentation he has made public is largely accurate
and shows emphatically that our election systems nationwide have been compromised and remain vulnerable to foreign
and domestic electronic interference and manipulation.

which analyzes Trump's actions and his call for major changes to address these issues.

Brennan here. So last night, President Trump delivered a rare 25-minute prime-time address from the White House
East Room, only his third of this kind since taking office, and he opened it exactly the way you'd expect a man running
on record economic and border numbers would open. He touted the golden age, lower prices, zero illegal border crossings
sustained over the past year, the lowest national murder rate in 125 years, record levels of investment nationally,
but then he pivoted and the tone in the room clearly changed.
The disclosures reveal an election system so broken and so vulnerable that no one can possibly defend it.
It is not defensible. Hundreds of millions of U.S. voter files are in the hands of foreign governments,
our machines and ballot counting systems are exposed to hacking and manipulation and corruption.
China and other countries have been trying to meddle in our elections. Evidence of fraud has been buried.
Hundreds of thousands of non-citizens and dead people are listed and active on the voter rolls,
and yet we still have elections with no voter ID, no proof of citizenship,
and tens of millions of ballots floating aimlessly through the mail.
That's a very nice summary of Trump's series of bombshells that he delivered last night.
So bottom line, Trump revealed that the CIA itself confirmed that voting machines throughout the country
are catastrophically insecure. That's not a conspiracy theory anymore. That's the CIA. That's our intelligence agencies.
He revealed that China accessed the voter files of 220 million Americans. He revealed that hundreds of thousands of non-citizens
and dead people are still listed and active on the voter rolls, and that a rogue faction inside our own
intelligence community ran what one internal email literally called a shadow government to hide it all from the sitting
president, as well as some bombshell revelations coming out of the state of Michigan.
President Trump announced the immediate declassification of intelligence covering four separate tranches of election vulnerability.
It was released simultaneously as the speech on a White House document portal so everyone can read the underlying material themselves
rather than take his word for it. That's actually rather significant and worth pondering here.
Whatever you think of the framing, I don't care what side of the aisle you're on, releasing the primary documents alongside the speech
is a pretty impressive transparency move that most previous administrations would never make.
So again, the legacy media can cover their eyes and stick their fingers in their ears. All they want.
Trump isn't just, he's not just the speech, he's showing the evidence to the American people so they can see it for themselves
or another way of saying it, he ain't just preaching, he's practicing. So let's break down. Again, you can go to the website.
I think you just put White House election integrity in your Google search and you'll see these four pillars, these four tranches of documents.
So pillar one involves the vulnerabilities in our voting and ballot counting systems.
The declassified intelligence community assessment spanning from January 2025 all the way through June of this year, just last month.
They state plainly that adversary nations like Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, possess the technical capability to compromise American election infrastructure.
But the single most alarming document in this entire release involves Venezuela.
CIA reporting indicates that Nicholas Maduro's regime specifically plotted to digitally alter US vote totals in a manner that would be undetectable through a standard post election audit.
Now again, sit with that for a moment.
This is not a hypothetical vulnerability. It's an actual documented plot by a hostile foreign government to manipulate our vote count and leave no trace of having done so.
So that's the first pillar that the White House dropped our intelligence communities. Keep in mind the very intelligence communities that the legacy media has been depending on and touting for the last five years as proof that there was absolutely
no corruption whatsoever in the 2020 election.
Those same agencies have now revealed massive vulnerability in our voting systems.
You see, this is why no one takes the legacy media seriously anymore.
Democrats do.
But the legacy media can't have it both ways.
Those very same agencies that the legacy media has fawned over.
The same legacy media agencies that the intelligence agencies, the legacy media has affirmed over the last five years have now come out and revealed the very things the legacy media wants to deny.
The only reason why they affirm or deny.
Is if it hurts the Republicans and helps the Democrats.
That's the standard, not facts.
That's exactly what they did with the Russian collusion hoax.
And it's exactly what they did with the Hunter Biden laptop.
It's exactly what they did with Elon's supposed Nazi salute.
It's all pro Democrat anti Republican propaganda.
Nothing more.
All right.
So that's pillar one.
Pillar two, China's acquisition and exploitation of American voter data.
So this is where the story gets its biggest number here.
Documents show that the Chinese Communist Party illicitly acquired the voter files of roughly 220 million Americans beginning in 2020, which is described in the White House's own materials as the largest election data compromised in American history.
But buried inside that very same pillar is the part I think that matters even more because it's not just about an enemy from without it's about an enemy from within.
The documents allege that officials within our own intelligence community knew about the breach, but they actively suppressed it and they downplayed the true scope of China's meddling, even keeping the full picture from both the American public and reportedly from the American public.
And then President Trump himself.
Now, if that holds up, this is not just foreign interference anymore.
This is not just a foreign interference story.
It's a domestic accountability story about who inside our own government decided that the president didn't need to know about foreign influence.
It's both foreign and domestic interference that worked together to compromise the integrity of the 2020 election.
Pretty, pretty explosive stuff.
Pillar three is the Michigan investigation.
So this, what I like about his presentation last night is he had these big macro pictures, but then he focused in micro here.
Again, there were reports that he was going to talk about Georgia, but it turns out it is Michigan.
The declassified FBI files reference a 2020 raid by Michigan State Police on a Democrat-aligned canvassing operation in the city of Muskegon.
Now, according to the documents, the canvassers involved admitted to forging voter registrations and fabricating non existent voters allegedly in exchange for gift cards.
Again, you can't make this stuff up.
The White House's material state that this investigation was deliberately slow walked for years by the Biden Justice Department rather than pursued to its conclusion.
So here we have an actual example of voter fraud happening in Michigan in 2020.
And then for the fourth pillar involves the shocking amount of non-citizens on state voter rolls, even as we speak.
So the Department of Homeland Security identified approximately 278,000 non-citizens registered to vote in federal elections.
And critically, the White House notes that this figure is almost certainly an under count because several Democrat run states have refused to hand over their complete voter files for federal cross referencing against citizens.
And so in some, the four tranches of evidence reveal that voting machines throughout the country are catastrophically compromised or insecure that China access the voter files of 220 million Americans,
and that a rogue faction inside our own intelligence community ran what one internal email literally called a shadow government to hide all of it from the sitting president.
Three that the state of Michigan in particular was caught in voter registration fraud and then four hundreds of thousands of non-citizens and dead people are listening active on the voter rolls.
And so of course, President Trump summed up these findings with a passionate appeal to voters all across America to do precisely this.
And so I think that's a little bit better and stronger than ever before.
Since detailed analysis and commentary on Trump's speech and the declassified documents is just beginning, we will be seeing much more coming out about all this in the coming days and weeks.

Moving on to other matters, you may be aware of the ongoing federal investigation into California's far-left governor left-wing media darling and presidential hopeful Gavin Newsom's inner circle and life.
The always self-righteous entitled and defiant Gavin Newsom often rails about how supposedly corrupt and evil Donald Trump is and what a threat he supposedly is to our republic and democracy.
It's becoming more and more clear however that Newsom is surrounded by massive fraud and abuse of public programs funded by taxpayer money.
Newsom claims he is yet another victim of the weaponization of the FBI and Department of Justice under Trump.
But of course, he applauded the real weaponization of these agencies against political opponents under the appallingly corrupt and in my opinion treasonous Biden administration.
In this video, you'll see it pointed out that the actual probe being conducted against about Newsom's inner circle started under the Biden administration.
However, I'm sure that this was done.
Biden's were his handlers direction so as to have dirt on Newsom and prevent him from running against Biden for president when at that time Biden was hoping to run for a second term.
And this last video on today's program is from a recent podcast by another of my favorite podcasters Ron Yates.
You'll see Yates do a breakdown of some of what may be interesting the feds about the Newsom families finances and activities.
I believe this was made prior to revelations which have just come out about yet another nonprofit organization connected with Newsom's wife Jennifer getting a $40 million California state contract to distribute free diapers for babies.
The governor has stated that a rigorous bidding process was conducted for this contract but has yet to release details of it.

So Gavin Newsom's story just got worse believe it or not way worse.
Forget the wire forget the guilty plea.
This was just the appetizer because his own wife Jennifer Newsom she has been running a nonprofit that paid her $1.8 million in salary.
Then shipped another $2.1 million to her own for-profit company nearly $4 million out of a charity.
Now this is not a nonprofit folks.
This is a family ATM with a tax exemption.
Oh and it gets even messier.
Xavier Becerra you know the guy that's waiting in line to replace Gavin Newsom as governor of California now has his own missing millions to explain.
Oh yeah this thing gets so deep guys.
Somebody please call an accountant or maybe a bailiff.

All right really good folks real quick recap so Dana Williamson or I'm sorry Dana Williamson pleaded guilty Alexis Podesta wore a wire for two years.
I know it's probably old news by now.
Stunning new report reveals the FBI recruited a member of Governor Gavin Newsom's inner political circle to wear a wire as early as June 2024.
So who was this cooperating witness Alex Alexis Podesta a veteran Sacramento Democrat who worked under former Governor Jerry Brown.
She did so in 2020 Newsom appointed her then to the board of the state compensation insurance fund a position that she still holds.
She later became a key cooperating witness in the federal corruption case against Newsom's former chief of staff Dana Williamson who pleaded guilty in May to federal fraud and tax charges.
And that's where the story takes a major turn.
The New York Post is reporting quote Democrat insider Alexis Podesta secretly recorded conversations during the criminal probe into Newsom's then chief of staff Dana Williamson.
The revelation that she was wearing a wire as far back as June 2024 explains why Sacramento political insiders and lobbyists were stunned to receive FBI letters last fall informing them.
Their phone calls had been intercepted during the investigation and that timeline matters.
The wiretap would have been authorized during the Biden administration and federal wiretaps aren't handed out lightly.
Investigators must establish probable cause show a wiretap is necessary and the DOJ must approve it.
Then a federal judge has to sign off and the authorization is limited generally just 30 days at a time.
With every extension re acquiring a new application and new judicial approval is required.

What a story.
So Alexis Podesta, worldwide hung around Gavin Newsom, Gavin Newsom's wife and their political circle and now they're under investigation.
Yeah, and look, I'm not always a believer that where their smoke there's fire.
But if you have a staffer of yours who is agreeing to wear a wire, there's got to be something deep there will.
And the fact that there's already, you know, been convictions that have come from some of this stuff.
It's not just this wild goose chase.
There's something there and you know what Gavin Newsom is doing right now is he is trying to figure out if he knows or doesn't know who gets the blame.
Because that's what Democrats do.
They protect their leader and somebody's going to take the heat for it.
But I think that there's something here.
Well, I think he's doing three things as you point out.
One of the three right now.
Another is we saw just about a month ago when he got wind of this investigation, he came out and painted it as a political witch hunt by Donald Trump against a man who might run for president in 2028.
He knew then this was ongoing and went out on that stage and acted like he was a political martyr at that time.
But the third thing that he's doing right now is trying to remember everything he said around Alexis Podesta.
Yeah, I mean, he's scared, right?
Absolutely. He's trying to figure out what was said, what wasn't said, was she in the room, was she not in the room, was I on the phone when she was.
But here's the crazy thing.
A year from now, I have a funny feeling.
I mean, this could be the thing that Torpedo's Gavin Newsom, right?
This is not some hokey-pokey.
This could be something that he looks back on and says this is what broke us.
This is what broke my campaign.
And how quick did he have that press release out?
I mean, he had that press release.
That statement, he put it out within hours after this came out.
He's prepared.
He's tactical.
But how he reacts to this and if he is able to survive it, this is going to be a big impact on the 2028 presidential election.
It's Gavin Newsom.
It's his political circle.
It's his wife.
There's a lot of people right now that are swept up in this investigation that now includes a wiretap among their inner circle.

And guys, the wallet is where this story actually lives.
So, Governor Gavin Newsom's world just cracked wide open again.
Different door this time, same house.
Now, this one's got numbers, real numbers, bank statement numbers, and this one hits a lot closer to home than a chief of staff.
Way closer, if you know what I mean.
Try his own wife.
Buckle up, guys.
We've got a lot to talk about.
So, say hello to Jennifer Newsom, wife of California's governor, runs a nonprofit called the Representation Project.
Now, I know it sounds nice.
Sounds official.
Sounds like something you'd nod politely at during a gala, right?
Here's what it actually is.
Okay, it's a nonprofit funded mostly or almost entirely by her husband's own political donors.
Same donors, same money, just wearing a different name tag.
You give the Gavin.
Gavin's wife runs a charity.
Charity needs funding.
Well, guess who funds it, right?
This is not corruption, they would tell you.
This is what they call synergy, right?
Sure.
And a raccoon here at it is just roommate energy, right?
How many people want a raccoon in their attic, right?
Anyway, let's go ahead and do the math slowly, because the math is absolutely where it's at.
So, Jennifer Newsom's nonprofit, the Representation Project, paid her $1.8 million in salary herself from her own charity.
Not enough, apparently, right?
Because then another $2.1 million got shipped over to her own for-profit company, and it's called Girls Club Entertainment.
charity money, landing in a for-profit business that she owns.
Add it up, guys.
This is what, nearly $4 million and $4 million.
Now, just for context, this is not a salary.
This is a lottery ticket that somehow keeps winning every single year forever.
And nobody at the IRS blinked?

What made you look into Newsom's wife in the first place, and what did you find?
Well, there are just always a lot of questions that seem to be swirling around the Newsom's, and their finances have been four years.
And so, I thought, you know, this is a man who clearly is going to be running for president.
This is worth looking at, you know, what their finances are, what the shape of them are.
And so, when I had a look at Jennifer Newsom's charity, I found that she was paying herself since 2012, $3.7 million.
And this is a lot of money when you look at the amount that the charity brings in.
So, she's paying up to a third of that to herself and her own company, $300,000 a year.
Now, that is, I did a bit of data analysis looking at what charities that size usually pay their executives,
and she was in the top 5% of all charities in the nation for pay.
So, DOJ, of course, doesn't comment on the specifics of this.
We've really only heard from Gavin Newsom claiming this investigation is targeting them, even though, as we mentioned, it started in 2022 in his orbit.
Do you think that the charity is the reason DOJ might be investigating her?
There's a whole bunch of reasons, potentially.
There are a lot of questions around their finances, so the charity could be one of them.
Now, it is legal for a charity to pay whatever they want to their executives, but one of the issues they might be looking at is who are the donors to the charity that are financing that pay.
What kind of relationships do they have with the California government that Newsom is in charge of?
There's also, if you look at his income, and he's released at least partly to journalists in closed-door viewing sessions, his tax returns, and if you look at that, his income is about 1.2 to 1.4.
That's about $4.5 million a year, and it just doesn't add up for all of his expenses.
He's got massive mortgages, $625,000 in mortgage payments.
He's got at least a million dollars in living expenses, and the two just don't add up.
I would be interested in that, if I were an IRS investigator.
One other thing to look at here is the way that his property transactions are structured lead to a lot of questions.
He bought his $3.7 million Sacramento estate.
It was done through an LLC, but that LLC doesn't seem to have appeared on his tax returns.
There's all kinds of questions why he would do it that way, and he hasn't answered those satisfactorily.
So, if I'm IRS, I'm looking at that too, thinking maybe there's an issue here.
We've yet to see what the actual details are, of course.

I mean, I'm pretty sure that this wasn't just a coincidence, kind of like how it's a coincidence that your uncle wins at poker night right after he deals the cards.
This isn't charity, folks. This is a family business wearing a costume made of good intentions.
So, let's go and break this down.
Six grade level simple. No jargon, no spin.
Step one. Look, donors give money to a nonprofit.
Step two, nonprofit pays Jennifer Newsom a salary.
Step three, nonprofit sends more money to Jennifer Newsom's own company.
That's it. This is the whole scheme. It's not complicated. It's just kind of embarrassing.
