Tune Into Good Fortune: Wishes, Appreciation, and the Mirror of the Universe
Sugandhii Iyer explores manifestation through the Law of Attraction, explaining how wishes, appreciation, dislike, neutrality, and the mirror effect shape what people continue to experience and attract.

Tuning Into the Frequency of Good Fortune

In this episode of The Good Fortune Show, Sugandhii Iyer frames manifestation as a process of “tuning” into energy, much like tuning a radio or television to a chosen station. She explains that the universe offers many possible energies and experiences, and that people use free will to tune into what they want, what they appreciate, or what they repeatedly focus on. The corrected transcript notes that the spiritual and manifestation teachings are preserved as the host’s perspective, with no outside fact-checking or independent verification performed.

Free Will, Choice, and the Crossroads

Sugandhii emphasizes that life is not simply fatalistic. Rather than saying everything is fixed by fate, she suggests that people may have tuned into certain patterns for a long time and then mistaken the results for destiny. She contrasts her own earlier life, where she says she was born into a loving family and good circumstances without consciously using the Law of Attraction, with her present ability to make more intentional choices. She describes this as standing at a crossroads, where contrast helps reveal which path feels better and which choices should be left behind.

The Four Energetic Forces: Wish, Appreciation, Dislike, and Mirror Effect

The central teaching of the episode is built around four concepts: wish, appreciation, dislike, and the mirror effect. A wish is something a person wants or asks for. Appreciation is the joyful recognition of something beautiful, pleasing, delicious, attractive, or enjoyable. Dislike is the emotional reaction to something unwanted. The mirror effect, as Sugandhii explains it, is the universe reflecting back the dominant feeling or vibration a person sends out, whether that feeling is appreciation or aversion.

Aladdin, the Genie, and Unlimited Wishes

Sugandhii uses the story of Aladdin and the magic lamp, especially as discussed in The Secret, to explain how she understands the universe’s response to desire. In this metaphor, Aladdin represents the person making the request, the genie represents the universe or the Law of Attraction, and the phrase “your wish is my command” becomes a symbol of how thoughts, words, and actions are answered. Sugandhii stresses that, in the version she references, there is no limit to the number of wishes. Life, in her view, is not restricted to three chances; people can continue asking, choosing, and creating.

Wishing Lightly Versus Wanting From Lack

A key refinement in Sugandhii’s teaching is the difference between asking lightly and wanting desperately. She says a wish should not be loaded with heavy emotion, desperation, or the feeling of not having. For example, if someone sees beautiful curtains and simply wishes for them, the universe can respond to that request. But if the person focuses on never having enough money, never being able to buy good curtains, or feeling deprived, then the stronger vibration becomes lack rather than desire. In that case, she says the universe mirrors back more experiences of not having.

Appreciation as a Creative Power

Sugandhii spends much of the episode explaining appreciation as one of the most powerful and enjoyable ways to create. When people admire beautiful trees, handsome men, beautiful women, artwork, delicious food, clean malls, luxury hotels, impressive architecture, tunnels, scenery, clothing, fashion, family time, or even a good meal, they generate feelings of happiness and enjoyment. Sugandhii teaches that the universe registers those feelings and reflects back more reasons to feel appreciation. She encourages listeners to actively notice things they like because the energy of liking can grow stronger the more it is practiced.

The Dislike Effect and Why Neutrality Matters

Sugandhii also warns that dislike can become creative in the same way appreciation can. She repeatedly uses traffic as an example, saying that the more she dislikes dangerous or chaotic traffic, the more the universe reflects back reasons to keep disliking it. Because jumping directly from dislike to positivity can be difficult, she recommends first moving into neutrality. Becoming neutral, in her view, interrupts the strong emotional charge of aversion and makes it easier to climb toward appreciation or a better-feeling focus.

Learning How the Universe “Receives” Feelings

The episode repeatedly compares the Law of Attraction to an impartial force like gravity. Sugandhii says the universe does not judge whether someone “should” want something or “should” dislike something. It simply responds to the strongest vibration being sent out. She urges listeners to understand how the “equipment” works: thoughts, words, actions, likes, dislikes, appreciation, lack, and aversion all communicate something to the universe. The practical challenge, then, is learning to send the signal one actually wants reflected back.

Choosing What to Like

Toward the end of the episode, Sugandhii encourages listeners to deliberately increase the number of things they like. She gives examples from food, fashion, scenery, travel, family time, hotels, restaurants, shiny clothes, rhinestones, eyelashes, burgers, pizza, pasta, Indian food, Mexican food, vegetables, drinks, ice cream, and beautiful places to visit. Her point is not that everyone must like the same things, but that the world contains countless opportunities for appreciation. By filling the system with more “like energy,” she says people invite the universe to bring them more experiences they can enjoy.

Contrast, Privilege, and Personal Choice

Sugandhii acknowledges contrast in the world, including poverty, war zones, homelessness, and great wealth existing at the same time. She uses these contrasts to argue that people should choose which side of experience they want to tune into, while being careful not to over-identify with suffering in a way that creates more reasons to feel sorrow or lack. She presents compassion as valuable, but cautions that too much emotional focus on suffering can cause the universe to reflect back more opportunities for compassion through hardship.

Closing Invitation to Look for More to Appreciate

Sugandhii closes by telling listeners to look for more things they can like and appreciate throughout the coming week. Her final message is that people can tune themselves toward good fortune by noticing what they enjoy, moving away from unnecessary dislike, becoming neutral when positivity feels unreachable, and filling their lives with more appreciation. She signs off by wishing viewers a fantastic rest of the week and inviting them to continue the conversation on the next manifestation-focused broadcast.

Speaker 1 - Host (Sugandhii Iyer)

Hi, this is Sugandhiii Iyer for the Good Fortune Show. How are you doing? I hope you are tuning into Good Fortune. It's really a case of tuning into something.

The way that we turn on the radio and we turn the dial and we tune into certain programs is a case of tuning into something. Even when you dial into this or call into the show, you dial into it and you are basically tuning into the show. And maybe over time you set up your tuning for different shows, for different music stations and even in the television tuning into certain shows. We are doing this for a very, very long time, right?

Tuning into things. So it's the same case, exactly the same case. In the universe there are certain energies and we are tuning into those energies that we feel that we want and we feel are good for us, something that we enjoy. It's the exact same thing.

It's a tuning, it's a case of tuning. God has made it available. Basically he said, hey, you know, children, whatever. You guys, I bet you God talks better than I do.

God is saying, "Look, I have laid out this huge buffet for you", it's got a mix of things, some good, some bad, some medium and you get to choose what you want to, by tuning into whichever energy that you want to. So you have the free will to tune. And as you tune into various things, see, this is not fatalistic. This is not about fate.

All this is going to happen to you. No, it could be that somebody tuned into something really weird from a very long time. And then it happens. And then he said, oh, this is fate.

But that is not how it really works. But by the time we find out, you know, that the real way that the universe works, we would have made so many errors, correct? You think I knew about this in childhood. And I didn't know about all of this when I was a child.

I just accidentally happened to be born into a fantastic family and had an extremely good life. You know, this is my past, whatever karma, whatever it was that the reason I was born into a really nice family and have had a fantastic life. But even I did not know the Law of Attraction most of the time. I didn't know about it.

Actually, I didn't know about it at all. It's just that we were lucky. Okay, we had good parents, good relatives, good environment, good schooling, good, you know, beautiful surroundings, fantastic food. You know, my parents are fantastic.

They brought us up really, really well. So everything good happened. But none of this was my conscious, you know, oh, I'm going to use the Law of Attraction. I'm going to be manifest.

I'm going to be using the Law of Attraction. Maybe I was manifesting without knowing it. It could be. But I didn't put it down as the Law of Attraction.

And I'm consciously using the Law of Attraction to get what I want. I just happened to get what I want. That's it. In fact, most of the times I didn't know what I want.

I just had a very nice life at all. But here we are, we are here at crossroads and most of us can now choose. For example, I have lived in the US of A, right? So now staying here in this country, I can make a conscious decision as to what I want.

I'm at a crossroad. I can go left or I can go right. That's my conscious decision. And I can see right now, this is my conscious decision.

This is not something that I was born into right now because I have choices and I can make choices taking into consideration the contrast of situations. The contrast allows you to choose. And do you think that I'm stupid enough? There you go.

It is stupidity. If I'm going to be driving against all of these people over here, that would be absolute stupidity on my part. I would call it extreme stupidity actually. Okay.

So, so after seeing the contrast, if I still continue to make the same choices of driving in this driving then that's that's called stupidity. So at the crossroads, it's obvious that, you know, the choices that I would have to make is something really much better. Correct? But this is not the case when I was growing up.

The area was really nice. It was hardly any traffic. It was green. Everything was great.

I hadn't had it naturally, but the country has, you know, gone down where so far as traffic is concerned. The movie theaters are great. The restaurants are great. All of that is great, but it's the driving that's really, really crazy that the traffic is crazy.

So now at this crossroads, then somebody would have to make a conscious choice. Correct? Oh, do I want to go this way? Do I want to go that way?

And then we use the feelings or emotions or intellect. And then we make choices and then we take action. We ask the universe for help. Now here's a tip.

Here's what's going on. You have three things going on. Two to four things. One is your wish aspect, wish, W-I-S-H wish.

So that's one thing. The second is the appreciation. Appreciation. The third is dislike.

The effect of dislike, effect of dislike. And the fourth is the mirror effect. So let's talk about these four things. Your wishes and what happens with them too.

Your appreciation and what happens with that. Three, your dislikes and what happens with that. And four, the mirror effect and what happens with them. So in the book The Secret, they're talking about Aladdin, the story of Aladdin, you know, Aladdin and the magic lamp.

And he goes into a cave, Abracadabra. He finds a magic lamp, you know. I think he's dusting it off or something. He rubs it and then a genie pops out and says, your wish is my command.

So they talk about this in the book The Secret. And we've all watched the movie. We've read the book or I assume we have. But in the book The Secret, you know, they're talking about the fact that the original Aladdin story did not have a limit on the number of wishes.

So it's like the genie gives him three wishes. That's as per the later versions of the story. Seems that in the book The Secret, they're saying that the original Aladdin story did not have a limit on the number of wishes that he could ask as many as needed. And so what they're trying to say is that your life is like Aladdin story and the Aladdin and the magic lamp, the genie, genie is the universe.

And there is no limit on wishes. You just don't get three and then it's all done. You get a lot of wishes and you can keep wishing. Now let us explain what a wish is.

A wish is something that you want. I would like to have this. I wish for this. I would like to have that.

I would like to have these curtains. I would like to have a four bedroom house. I would like to have a house with an elevator in it. You know, I told you right about this house that you found with an elevator, which I could have rented.

I would like to go on a cruise. These are my wishes. I would like to meet so and so. That's a wish.

So these are wishes when we want something and we ask for it. Now these wishes are completely respected by the universe. The universe respects these wishes and says, you know what? Your wish is my command.

I hereby or I hereby. Will it or I give it to you? So basically saying, your wish is my command, master. It is now fulfilled.

I don't think he said it's fulfilled, but he just says your wish is my command and then you know, it just comes out of the air. So this is the wish aspect. We wish for something and we want it. Now we'll go into appreciation.

So appreciation is when and I somehow tie up these things for you. Appreciation is when we see a beautiful tree and we appreciate it. We see a beautiful man and we appreciate him. God is so gorgeous.

We see a beautiful woman and we appreciate her. We see a beautiful painting and we appreciate that. We see some really nice dishes in a menu and we appreciate that or somebody has cooked us some really nice food and we appreciate that. So okay, so we're clear about appreciation.

Now what happens when somebody appreciates something? The good feelings come up. The good feelings rather remove the word good and say good feelings come up and happy and happiness is felt because of the appreciation. We feel joy.

We feel happy. Literally, you know, the saliva in the mouth and we feel happy. We're appreciating. We're in the space of appreciation.

We feel happy. Now, let's after having said that, we're going to keep this on the side and now we're going to dislike. Okay, dislike is when we see something which we don't like, the traffic of India. We don't like it.

Oh my God, all of these people. You know, it's like the driving is like crazy. So we won't like that. I mean, not for the people who have any sense.

So then there's dislike coming up. It can come up but you can become neutral about it also. Or dislike when we see some food or clothing or someone, you know, dislike. So now we know about dislike.

I don't think people need to be introduced to dislike. And then the mirror effect. The mirror effect is where the appreciation that you feel about something is mirrored back to you as and then more appreciation comes in means that the universe will give you more reasons to be appreciative. More reasons to be appreciative.

The universe gives that to you back again. So more handsome men, more delicious food, more beautiful clothing, more nice cruises, more beautiful scenery. Remember my golf course scenery? More of the nice things that we appreciate is reflected back by the universe like a mirror.

Now, the dislike effect when we dislike something more of it is reflected back. So I'm fully aware that more I dislike the traffic, more of it is reflected back to me. And there's a peacock, you know, who is the peacock is going meow-meow. It's got a certain thing.

So more of this bad traffic is reflected back to me and I know it. Even when I talk about it, I know that, you know, what more I talk about it, the more it's going to be reflected back. I know it. I'm sure that's what's happening.

But I gave up a long time ago. Some time ago I gave up because there is no way that I'm going to be ordering peace and beauty in this traffic. So I gave up. So yes, if I criticize it and the universe is just going to mirror more bad traffic, then I'm going to get me go ahead.

I don't care. I have my ways to get out of things. So I will use those ways instead. But I'm not going to try to bring order by imagining beauty, beautiful traffic and all the stuff.

I'm not going to try that at all. So yes, I'm completely aware that my dislike brings in more just like more reasons to dislike the traffic. So this is the mirror effect. When we appreciate something or when we dislike something, our feelings go out.

The Law of Attraction is so impartial. It's like the law of gravity. The law of gravity is not thinking about who it's pulling or what it's pulling to itself. It just acts on the weight of the stuff that is going on and it pulls things to itself.

It is completely impartial. The nature of poor, the law of gravity is going to act on you. So the Law of Attraction is like that and it's going to act on a person. And so a person's appreciation really, really helps.

I personally appreciate all the malls over here. They're really beautifully constructed and very clean. I appreciate the beautiful five-star hotels over here. I appreciate the huge highways and in the other city, you know, where we have this apartment where there is a golf course and a hillside and a swimming pool and a basketball court and a clubhouse running a gym.

In that city, they have built over 10 kilometers long tunnels under the sea. Beautiful tunnels. Wow! They've done such a good job, 10 kilometers and longer under the sea just to help people get from point A to point B.

Great fantastic technology going on there, fantastic architecture. They've done a fantastic job and I was surprised because I have never seen such tunnels any place in the world that I have been in. They've done a fantastic job over here. And in that other city, not the city.

So I appreciate that, you know, while driving through it, it's so beautiful. The experience is so nice that we automatically go into appreciation. We don't even, you know, eyes open wide and mouth open wide kind of situation. Very so beautiful.

I have never seen such beautiful tunnels in any part of the world that I personally have been. If it is there in any other part of the world, excuse me, but I have not seen it. I have not even seen it in the US. And they've got a few of these going now.

Wow! They're really doing a fantastic job in the other city. It's just that this city was never meant to be populated so much. So that's why.

But this appreciation, correct, when I go through the tunnel and wow is the place. And we go to the place of wow. You know, there are some things that are just even more beautiful than normal. And when that happens, we go wow.

Eyes wide open and the experience of going through over 10 kilometer long tunnel under the sea and built to the best. I mean, it's the best. It's built so well. And going through it, such a fantastic experience because the other vehicles like trucks and you know, people on bikes and auto rickshaws and all they're not allowed over there.

So we have a fantastic, fantastic experience. And so, you know, we automatically going to appreciation. So when we go into appreciation, what happens? The universe registers it and says, wow, this is appreciation.

Let's reflect more back at her. Let's give her more to be happy about. See the difference. Now, the wish aspect is when we, you know, we just want something.

We're not feeling the existence of it yet. So we want something. For example, you know, for example, I know it's not going to happen because there's no sea over here. If I wanted a tunnel under the sea over here, it's not going to happen.

There is no sea over here. So right. But if I wanted a tunnel over here, that would be a wish. A foolish wish since there's no sea, but a wish nonetheless, which I know is not going to get fulfilled.

Let's say it was a city that had an ocean or a sea and then I wished for it. Then that's feasible. So there's no active dislike going on or anything like that. It was wishing dear God, it would be really nice if you could, you know, somehow give me a very long tunnel over here to, you know, that would connect us to different places.

That's the wish. And that's what Aladdin got. He got this ability to wish for things by rubbing on the lamp. So we have to know the difference between when we make a wish and the vicious fulfill the genie, which is the universe says your wish is my command.

However, we have to be conscious about the feelings that we are flowing, the energy that we're flowing. And so that's where appreciation comes in. That's where dislike comes in. You know, we have to be careful if you're flowing appreciation or if you're flowing dislike.

Because there is a mirror effect going on all the time, a mirror effect. M-I-R-R-O-R effect with universe is impartial. It is like the law of gravity and it is going to mirror back all feelings and wishes to keep all the feelings that we have of appreciation and dislike. Which is why, you know, when we are in deep place of dislike, it's better to first get to neutral, become neutral about it.

Now I have gone way past the point of being neutral about the traffic over here. I ignore it. I ignore it. I avoid it.

I think better routes, you know. I think better roadways. So all that is going there. It's how I've dealt with it.

This thing about being neutral is very important because one cannot just jump to positivity immediately. It takes a bit of time. It takes a little bit of time to jump to being in the positive. So at least get to the neutral.

Now we are talking of other things in the world. We're not talking of the traffic over here. We're not trying to work on that at all. Not at all.

But let's say, Fictitious Jane had something else going on in her life that she feels dislike about. It's better to come to neutral and feel nothing. Then we can go to the positive easily. Because when we're in neutral and we feel nothing, it's easy to climb to the positive.

And you know something, we can go on more about this in the next section. So let's take a short break. We will listen to some music. I'm hoping you're going to be there when I come back.

You'll go away.

Speaker 1 - Host (Sugandhii Iyer)

Hi, this is Sugandhiii Iyer for the Good Fortune Show. How are you doing? So, with clarification, knowing the difference between a wish, knowing the difference between appreciation and the effects of it, the difference between dislike and just a wish, the mirror effect going on, it's really, really important because many people are flowing the wrong thing. A wish is when we ask for something, when we pray for something.

We ask for it. But we don't ask for it with heavy emotions. We ask for it lightly. Not with heavy emotions.

We don't want heavy emotions going on because then that would, okay, so what happens is we see this beautiful curtain and we say, look, I really wish for this curtain. It's really nice. The universe will say, you wish it's my command. And it will, after you meet the wish, you have to let it go.

And the universe says, the wish is my command and our command and it will bring those curtains to you somehow. Now, if, however, a person is going to the place of appreciation, then, you know, he's standing there. He's admiring the curtain. He may touch it.

There must be some sample pieces hanging somewhere. So he's feeling the fabric, then he appreciates it from different angles. And he's flowing the feelings of appreciation. And while he's doing that, his desire, his appreciation is communicated to the universe.

Through the feelings, through the vibrations and the universe says, again, it says, wow, I mean, he seems to really like this. Let's give it to him. Okay. So that's appreciation.

Now we go on to dislike. And somebody sees a really bad curtain. Since you're talking about curtains, and it's ridiculous. It's like, oh, it's like, beard.

The curtain is beard. And it creates a feeling of dislike because it made you get a memory. And this person's like, oh, this is, this is bad. This is weird.

No, just don't like it. It's like a man who's bald. Sorry. For people who like men with hair, then they would say, oh, I don't like this, right?

So then they would go into a dislike mode. And so then the universe, however, you know, it's not going to say that she doesn't like men with out hair. So let's not give her any. It is an ordinary effect.

So the feeling of not liking a man without care. Okay, it's transmitted. And that being the, that being the strong, strongest vibration. More than any appreciation or any other nice vibration or any wish.

The feeling of not liking the man without hair is what is transmitted. And the universe says, maybe she likes not liking men without hair. It's weird, right? But it's a mirror effect.

So the universe says, I think she likes not liking this. It's a strong feeling. So it just reflects it back and gives more men without hair. So we have to be careful the way that the universe interprets things.

It's a mirror effect. So the strongest vibration is seen as the desire. You know, maybe somebody doesn't like a man without hair. Right.

And so that dislike on seeing, first of all, I don't see why we should feel so much dislike for it. But let's move past that. So maybe somebody is like that who feels like that. But that person in feeling like that has a really strong aversion feelings.

And then the universe says to itself, I, you know, it just mirrors it back and gives her more reasons to feel aversion. Rather than appreciation. But let's say the girl is neutral and 50 to Jane is neutral and she's completely neutral about the man not having hair. I mean, a lot of guys shave their heads right nowadays.

So, so maybe she's neutral about it and doesn't matter to her, but she's looking at his features. You know, maybe his eyes aren't nice and kind. Maybe he's got a nice girls. Maybe he's got nice flips.

And she's looking at all of that and she's feeling appreciation. The universe gives her more reasons for appreciation. And now it's basically the universe will give her people men with great features. Whether the hair is there or not the universe is not going into that.

So it might be a man with hair. It might be a man without hair, but she just Jane doesn't care about that. Really likes those features. So the universe gives her men of different, you know, with hair without hair, etc, etc.

But with the features that she just Fictitious Jane appreciates. So, you know how when you have equipment, you have to figure out how the equipment works, correct? You have to know how it works. So in the same way, we need to know how the universe is working.

We can go into more about this, but you have to go into the nitty gritty of this. Like what is it that the universe actually is receiving from us by virtue of those by way of those vibrations that we are sending out all of our likes and dislikes, you know, the umpteen likes and dislikes that we've been having all the time. You think I don't have likes and dislikes over here. You're kidding me.

This is a place with the birthplace of likes and dislikes. There are so many things that you would like and there are so many things that you could dislike. And we're constantly, you know, feeling those likes and dislikes. So, wow, I have to be so careful about picking and choosing what I like and dislike.

For example, there is this restaurant which I really like, which we used to really like. This was years ago in 2013 when I came here and all our families were here. So at that point, what happened is my brother would take us all to this place and they would be really nice barbecue over there. But here in India, since it's a lot vegetarian, a lot of people are vegetarians, they would have a lot of vegetarian barbecue prepared completely vegetarian.

That is to say the ovens, nothing would have touched meat. No meat would have ever been laid on it. They would have a separate section somewhere for the meat. So we used to go here and used to eat there.

And we really liked it. So there's a lot of appreciation for that. On this visit, however, I did not like the waiters, the people who were serving over there. So I don't go there.

So see what happened? Light turned to dislike. And what I did was I just ignore it. I became neutral about it.

I don't go there anymore. Because of the waiters, you know, the people who are handling the food. I didn't like what the changes that they had made. And I didn't want them handling our food.

And so, you know, even though the restaurant itself is really nice, I really don't want them handling my food. And so I stopped going there. However, I'm not flowing. I'm not thinking about it all the time and flowing waves of dislike, always my experiences for other good things would go away.

You see what I'm saying? We have to pick and choose really, really carefully right now. Because we're in the land of likes and dislikes where we can like a lot of things and dislike a whole bunch of things over here. So we have to choose, pick and choose.

And from that, you know, we come up with something. And then from that something we create something new or we go back to the scene, the past, for example, Las Vegas great. So, you know, I might just decide, oh, let's all go to Las Vegas who knows, right? So from all of this, we have to pick and choose.

Luckily, we're very lucky and we're just speaking and choosing in terms of, you know, trains or we're picking and choosing in terms of restaurants and things like that. A lot of people in war zones where they have to pick and choose, you know, really, really bad stuff over there. We're very lucky. We're picking and choosing in restaurants.

All right. You're really lucky. And that itself is a reason for appreciation. And, you know, we appreciate our lives.

Really. And, and then the dislike effect is really important that as much as possible, we go into neutral. Now, I'm never going to be able to go into neutral about the traffic over here, because it's not just bad traffic. They, they, they, they drive dangerously over here.

They're like, they're like on bikes on, let's say, it's a circus. And there are, you know, these countries, artists and, you know, walking on that tin rope on, you know, strong 200 feet above or however high above. And people are supposed driving on that tiny tin rope on a bike. Before of them on it.

It's not, it's not even normal. So I can't get over my dislike for this. And so I'm not going to try to get over it, but I can definitely avoid it. And I can definitely choose differently.

That is the power that the universe, you know, I still have that power to do that. Correct. So that is exactly what we're going to be doing. And, but I'm saying that for other things, you know, which are not so you, we can definitely come to a place in neutrality and then try to be neutral about it.

And from the neutral, we can get into positive really, really quickly. So if you now understand that wish is when you see something and you want it, but not from the place of not having it. I mean, no desperate one, for example, somebody wants the curtain, but says, I don't have any curtains. I've never had any curtains.

I've never had the money to buy good curtains. And these curtains are so nice, but I will never be able to have them because I don't have the money to buy it. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, you know, putting a lot of emotion behind it. What would the universe do?

The universe would give more reasons for her not to have those good curtains. Because there is strong emotion on not having it about not having it. We don't want to go there. We don't want to go there at all.

This not having something. And then, you know, desperately asking for it. You know, we don't want to go there at all. We want to avoid those kind of strong emotions because it's not a dislike also.

It's more of not having. And not having is what lack, correct? It's not abundance. It's lack.

And when you're throwing strong feelings of lack, then what happens is the universe comes back and says, okay, she doesn't have it. Let's give her the, let us continue the place of her not having it. So we want to be understanding all of these things really, really well over here. And understand that even as we're doing it, you know, here is something which I would like you to read, but I would like to read to give me one moment.

I'm opening up the page. And it says how to use a secret. You are a creator. And there is an easy process to create using the Law of Attraction.

The greatest teachers and avatars have shared the creative process through their wondrous works in a collection of forms. Some great teachers created stories to demonstrate how the universe works. The wisdom contained in their stories has been handed down through the centuries and has become legendary. Many people today do not realize that the essence of these stories is the very truth of life.

James Ray, he says, if you think about Aladdin and his lamp, Aladdin picks up the lamp, dusts it off, and out pops the genie. Always says one thing. Your wish is my command. The story now goes that there are three wishes.

But if you trace the story back to its origins, there is absolutely no limit whatsoever to the wishes. Think about that one. Now let's take this metaphor and apply it to your life. Remember, Aladdin is the one who always asks for what he wants.

Then you've got the universe at large, which is the genie. Traditions have called it so many things. You're holy God, an angel. You're higher self.

We can put any label on it. And you choose the one that works best for you. But every tradition has told us that there is something bigger than us. And the genie always says one thing.

Your wish is my command. This wonderful story demonstrates how your whole life and everything in it has been created by you. The genie has simply answered your every command. The genie is the Law of Attraction.

And it is always present and always listening to everything you think, speak and act. The genie assumes that everything you think about, you want. That everything you speak about, you want. That everything you act upon is what you want.

You are the master of the universe and the genie is there to serve you. And so many never questions your commands. You think it and the genie immediately begins to leverage the universe through people, circumstances and events to fulfill your wish. So after this, Lisa Nichols, she says the first step is to ask.

Make a command to the universe. Let the universe know what you want, the universe responds to your thoughts. So amazing to know that we actually control the universe. It is really nice to know that, I mean, to know that I can stand here, that I can sit here and ask for what I want.

And the universe is just going to give it to me. No need to feel rejected. No need to feel dejected, de. But all you have to do is ask, get into alignment with what you ask and receive.

It's so easy to do that, right? I mean, all that they've taught us from all the wars in the world and all the dictators. All this economy is bad. All that economy is bad.

All of that they have taught. It's all false. That what applies to the rest of the country does not apply to us. That we can create our own island.

That we can be successful in our own selves. How amazing is that? So it means that people are being lied to, you know, that they're being lied to, that somehow people, society, likes to tell people that they're connected to the rest of the society and for the bad things, for the bad stuff. And that what happens to the rest of the society is going to happen to them.

Wow. That's a lie because every person is their own island. Of course, they will say each person or every person is not their own island, but in this particular situation. Okay, think about it.

In this very country in India, sorry, India, I'm using you a lot today. Okay, in this very country. There is somebody who could be homeless. While there is somebody traveling on a cruise, both exist simultaneously.

Both exist at the same time. One who is homeless and another who could be on a cruise right now. And I know the cruises are running. We will go on one in a few weeks and travel to the other city.

Correct, where we, you know, the goals course and everything. You'll be doing that. But there could be someone who is homeless right now and somebody who's on a cruise. There could be someone homeless right now and somebody in a who spent 600 million US dollars on a single wedding.

Both exist simultaneously in this very world and you get to choose which one. We get to choose which one. So that's why don't give out too many feelings of sympathy and compassion. I know I've spoken about having compassion.

It's always good to have compassion. But not to the extent that the universe starts to recognize those feelings that are flowing of sympathy and compassion as something that you want. You know, Mother Teresa, correct? She has a lot of compassion, but the universe gave her more reasons to have compassion.

So she spent a lot of time in a city in India in the poverty areas trying to help them. And the very same Indians are, you know, spending 600 million. That time was different, but this time is different. But there were even very, very rich people, even then living out lives of millionaires.

So the contrast is there and each person over here gets to make the choice about, you know, what, what side of the contrast he or she wants to be. You know, we get the power of choice. God is not saying that God universe, the all is not saying that you're faded for this or that. No, right now, make the turn.

Choose another road to walk on. The universe is like a mirror. It's a mirror effect. Dislike effect results in more of what you don't like coming in.

Appreciation results in more of what you like coming in. So that's why, you know, have some more things that you can like. Example, if somebody just likes to keep dieting all the time, you know, it's better to start liking more food. More things to like.

Food is something easy to like because our taste buds are always yummy, yummy, yummy. Correct? I like this. I like that.

Food is easy to like. Design and fashion is easy to like. Liking colors, liking this, liking that. A good hairstyle.

It's easy to like. Seenery is easy to like. So when we have more reasons to like something than the like energy in our system increases. Do you see what I'm saying?

When we have more things that we can like, the like in our system, L I K E in our system energy, the like energy in our system increases. And the universe using its mirror effect gives more. Well, so for all those people who are, you know, on a perpetual diet, please like some food. A juicy burger.

It does not matter. I mean, as long as you know, it's not harmful to your health. There's so many things that we can like in food. A juicy burger, pizza, pasta, Indian food, Mexican food, beans and rice, avocado, all of these things are there.

There are many, many, many more things that we could like. Beautiful vegetables have been created by God. Beautiful, beautiful vegetables that can be made into anything. So just imagine, you know, we like all of this food.

Then in Las Vegas they have some really nice clothes over there. Does this particular store that I went to all the time and they had some designs that are like and I would buy those designs. And that store always had something nice coming in. And then Las Vegas you will have always have this shiny stuff, right?

Shiny jackets, shiny caps, you know, with sequins on them glitter and little stones, rhinestones and things like that. And studs, jackets with studs and handbags, you know, which are pocketbooks and handbags with purses with a lot of rhinestones and gems and studs on them. You get all of these and Las Vegas it. You're not that expensive.

You know, they're okay. You're like 50, 100, 150, 200, even some things you can get 25 sometimes. Choose with the rhinestones and gems and studs and things like that. And in Las Vegas the thing if eyelashes are so important.

Oh my God. So, everybody has these voluminous eyelashes, voluminous lashes, you know, they will only take once and they all look and the hair will be done like their body dolls and these voluminous lashes and they all look perfect. Like they look ready as if they're going to be walking down the aisle. Sorry, not the marriage aisle, but a fashion show aisle walking down that runway.

Yeah, runway not aisle. So, in Las Vegas you have so many things that you can like literally, you know, once you have those voluminous eyelashes on, I never wrote those voluminous eyelashes because they're really thick, but there are a lot of people who can carry them off really, really well. I like other things, but not the volume ones. Volume ones are really, really thick, but there are women over there who have this, you know, this hair, blonde hair in the blue eyes and the voluminous eyelashes, correct, and the body.

So, they have all of this going and they have the right costumes and they will all look like Barbie dolls. So think about it. If there are so many things that we can like in the universe, in this world of us, the amount of life energy in us goes higher and higher and higher. So one may not want volume lashes, but one can go in for a simple pair, correct?

That's completely doable and possible. So, you know, the volume lashes being really thick, one can go for a sequins, one can go for a sequel. It's very, very important. This is for the women and, you know, the guys, there are so many things.

So, this world of ours has a lot of things that it offers us that we can like. So, somebody doesn't want to drink alcohol, they can go in for a diet Coke, they can go in for a Diet Sprite. They can go in for a non-alcoholic punch, a non-alcoholic, what's that called? Oh, I forgot what the name is.

But they can go in for all of these things, right? There's no limitation. And just imagine clothes, food, drinks, then ice creams. We have ice creams to like the end in different places to go and visit, different places to go and visit, different scenic views that one can have.

So, just imagine if one is, and of course, family, family time, just imagine if one puts himself or herself in all of these likes. Oh, I like this, I like this, I like this, I like this. And please do not think of the rest of the society. If they can't afford it, that's their problem.

If they, it's literally their problem, it's not yours. You need to fill your system with more things that you can like, with more things that you can appreciate. And the universe will think, oh wow, she likes all of this, let us give her more stuff that she can like. And with this, we're at the end of the show.

We will be meeting again for the joyful manifestation show next Friday, 7 p.m. Pathways 10 to 10. Until then, do look out for more things that you can like, fill yourself with it. This is Sugandhiii Iyer, wishing you a fantastic rest of the week of Fantastic Rest of the day.

And I'm signing off for the good fortune show. Thanks for watching. Thanks for watching. Thank you for watching.
