The Global Freedom Report with Brent Johnson
Common Law Pure Trusts
This broadcast, hosted by Brent Johnson and sponsored by Freedom Bound International, explores the intersection of historical American principles and modern-day strategies for personal liberty. The episode features urgent security alerts, historical analysis of the Revolutionary War, and a deep dive into asset protection through Common Law Pure Trusts.
Urgent Security Alerts and Current Events
The program opens with a critical emergency warning for all Americans currently in Mexico to leave the country immediately. Following the death of a cartel leader known as "El Mencho," cartel members have reportedly taken over the Puerto Vallarta airport and are actively seeking Americans to target in retaliation for U.S. assistance to the Mexican army. Additionally, the show notes a breaking security incident at Mar-a-Lago, where Secret Service agents fatally shot an armed intruder who breached the perimeter, though President Trump was not on the premises at the time.
Historical Foundations of Liberty
Host Brent Johnson reflects on the influence of Thomas Paine, whose pamphlet Common Sense is credited with moving colonial support for independence from 25% to over 50%. The narrative highlights the extreme hardships faced by George Washington’s Continental Army, emphasizing that the struggle for freedom was a "long shot" against the world's most powerful military. Johnson draws a parallel between the colonists' dependency on the British Crown and modern Americans' dependency on government regulations, suggesting that true liberty requires breaking this cycle of "dependency on the oppressor".
The Philosophy and Practice of Asset Protection
A central focus of the broadcast is the "Common Law Pure Trust," a device used for asset protection since 1790. Johnson argues that because "ownership equals liability," individuals should seek to own nothing personally while maintaining control through irrevocable trusts. Unlike statutory trusts created by the state, Pure Trusts are based on the constitutional right to contract and are intended to create an "ironclad wall" around property, vehicles, and businesses to shield them from government seizure or personal lawsuits.
Public Discourse and Listener Rants
Listeners contributed "Rants and Raves" regarding institutional mind control and the perceived infiltration of communist principles in America. One caller, Lee Parker, criticized the "grooming" of children in schools and the use of fear during the pandemic as forms of behavioral manipulation. Another caller, Jaylene, recounted a list of "salient points" for subverting a country—including planting fear and creating gender confusion—which the host linked to the 45 principles of communism entered into the Congressional Record in 1963.
The Global Freedom Report emphasizes that freedom is a "birthright" granted by God rather than a privilege bestowed by the state. By combining historical awareness of the American spirit with practical legal tools like Pure Trusts, the program aims to empower listeners to reclaim their property rights and personal sovereignty in an increasingly regulated society.

[06:01] Speaker 3: And welcome back to the Global Freedom Report. I'm your host, Brent Johnson. Our question for the week: If it stays on its current course, where do you see the United States in one year? In five years? In 10 years? Where do you see the United States going if it stays on its current course? I would love to hear from you on tonight's show, on today's show, okay? Uh, the number to call in is 866-870-KRLA. That's 866-870-5752. We have a news alert. If you have not yet heard, you're about to hear about it a whole lot. The United States government has issued an emergency warning for all Americans to leave Mexico as soon as possible. As of 4:22 Central Time, the airport at Puerto Vallarta has been taken over by cartel gangsters after their jefe, El Mencho, was taken out. People are seen running across the tarmac, hoping they will not be taken as hostage by the cartel. The cartels have taken over most of Mexico and are killing innocent people and are seeking Americans.
[07:34] Speaker 3: According to current information, and this is developing as we speak, the US government assisted the Mexican army in finding the location of El Mencho, so cartels are looking for Americans to take out their anger on them. Anyone with friends and family currently in Mexico, they need to leave immediately. Literally, their lives are in real danger. And we will gi- give you additional reports or we will have them posted on the website at freedomradio.us as those reports come in. Or you can always just call us off the air and we'll give you an update as we have it. 888-385-3733, that's our off-the-air number to get in touch with us, 888-385-FREE. Arriving in America just five months before shots were fired at Lexington and Concord, Thomas Paine had a front row seat as the American Revolutionary War was unfolding. Despite the shot heard round the world on April 19th, 1775, calls for independence were relatively muted throughout the colonies.
[08:55] Speaker 3: Historians estimating th- that only about 25% of citizens supported the move. That changed after Common Sense hit the streets, being widely read and discussed openly in taverns and coffeehouses throughout the land. Within approximately one year, an estimated 100,000 copies were sold. Now, that's a remarkable feat considering the population of America at the time was only about two and a half million people. After its widespread di- distribution, Paine's words proved highly persuasive to tens of thousands across the colonies, nudging support for independence to well over 50%. (coughs) Paine followed it up with an even more persuasive clarion call, The American Crisis, in December 1776. Its words were so grippingly effective that General George Washington had it read out loud to his troops in an attempt to keep his army together. "These are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country.
[10:08] Speaker 3: But he that stands by it now deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered. Yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph." As America had a minuscule army and ineffective navy in 1776 versus Great Britain, with the most powerful army in the Western hemisphere and a colossally equipped navy, only the most aggressive wagerer would have made the bet that the colonies could prevail. (coughs) After the move for independence was put into writing on July 4th, 1776, the die was cast. The members of the Second Continental Congress understood that what they were hoping to achieve would be a long shot by any reasonable standard. King George III and his senior military officers had a lot to be optimistic about early on. The city of Boston was surrounded.
[11:09] Speaker 3: Then Crown forces took control of another major port, New York, and Washington's troops were not only on the run, they were ragged, nearly starving, and dangerously low on supplies. Retreating across the Delaware River to Pennsylvania, Washington knew he had to be bold to survive. With the help of financier Robert Morris and others, Washington received enough cash and materials to forge not only one but two attacks that would change the way people viewed the war. The Battle of Trenton on December 26th, 1776, and the Battle of Princeton on January 3rd, 1777, were brilliantly conceived and stunningly successful victories at a time when the commander knew his army was near collapse. Being a deeply religious man who often visited ch- local churches during the war, Washington was convinced that a higher power had kept his dream, what he called the cause, alive.
[12:10] Speaker 3: (coughs) Historian John Ferling captured the essence of this tumultuous era effectively in A Leap in the Dark: The Struggle to Create the American Republic. In the book, Ferling describes the behind-the-scenes workings of all the major players, noting their strengths, their weaknesses, and their own doubts about whether they could possibly succeed. Washington's army was desperate for victory to end the conflict, that's an understatement. Most days, they were just hoping to find food and stay on their feet. Though the continental army eked out a few wins, the odds still favored the British. The war would drag on until British General Cornwallis found himself in deep trouble in Virginia, getting surrounded by Washington's as well as France's troops and warships leading up to the climactic Battle of Yorktown in October 1781.
[13:06] Speaker 3: Though it may be apocryphal, when Cornwallis surrendered, it has been reported that the British troops were so stunned they played the English ballad, The World Turned Upside Down as they relinquished the battlefield to Washington, who literally by the grace of God, had managed to survive. The soldiers who stood by Washington from the beginning, through the defeats in New York and Philadelphia, the horrendous freezing winters at Valley Forge and Morristown, surely felt in their veins what those assembled in downtown Philadelphia had written on July 4th. "With a firm reliance on the protection of divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor." We'll be right back with more of The Global Freedom Report.
[14:06] Speaker 3: (alarm beeping)
[14:06] Speaker 4: (instrumental music) You are listening to The Global Freedom Report. We'll be right back. Are you ready to awaken to the truth? [14:50] Speaker 5: I was born in a welfare state. Ruled by bureaucracy. Controlled by civil servants. And people dressed in gray. Got no privacy. Got no liberty. 'Cause the 20th century people. Took it all away from me.
[15:19] Speaker 3: And welcome back to The Global Freedom Report. I'm your host, Brent Johnson. Now, just so that you know 'cause some of you are wondering what happened. (coughs) Our original scheduled guest, Randy Sutton, was scheduled to appear tonight. Was is the operative word. At 3:30 Central Time, a little over two hours to showtime, my producer got an emergency call from Randy. He had been sent to a location by Fox News and they scheduled him to do a six-minute segment which would have been well prior to this interview, and he would have been on the air with us at the appointed time. Well, Fox News changed the timing and Randy cannot be on with us and Fox News at the same time. Ne- needless to say, Fox News won out and we don't have our guest for tonight. My producer is livid and we just have to take it on the chin. I just wanted you all to know why it is that we've been announcing all week that Randy Sutton would be on with us, okay?
[16:42] Speaker 3: And he is not with us this evening, and that is the reason why. Make what you will of the situation, okay? We have our own feelings about it. Now, it is time for a rant and rave, and Lee Parker is going to join us to share her rant and rave. Lee Parker, welcome to the show. How are you?
[17:12] Speaker 6: Thank you, Brent. I'm here, I'm doing well, and I'm excited to get this rant out in the public ear.
[17:20] Speaker 3: Well, let's, let's hear what you have to say. Tell us about your rant and rave.
[17:26] Speaker 6: Okay, will do. Anyone that knows me very well knows that a real hot button for me, a real burr under the saddle, so to speak, is mind control. We see it everywhere, but I want to take you back about 46 years ago. My son was seven at the time. Picked him up at, uh, one of the better schools, if there was such a thing in Oakland, California, and he came in the car and he proceeded to inform me, to educate me on the world of homosexuality that he had learned about in his school classroom that day.I thought it was rather strange. Why would they be talking about homosexuality in an elementary school class? And I listened to him, talked it over with his father, and didn't think much more about it. Well, let me tell you, today we have a word for that. It's called grooming. 46 years ago, they were grooming my child, our children, as to the acceptability of that lifestyle. Now, I have no problem with, with... I'm not homophobic at all.
[18:51] Speaker 6: But it is not the place for a seven-year-old child, an innocent child, to be introduced to an alternative lifestyle. And this is a form of mind control, only it's worse. It's institutional mind control. My child, unbeknownst to me, was being directed into normalizing what was against our religion, against our lifestyle, and against the American family. And that would have been 46 years ago. So s- I started looking around. Where else do we see institutional mind control? Oh. Oh, I know. Here's a good example. It's called the pandemic. It's called the shot, that everybody needed to go get the shot or they were going to die. Well, let me tell you, many of those people that took that shot did die, not from the pandemic, but from the shot itself, with the blood, with all of the things that came out of that. And I am sick and tired of institutions being used to mind control the people. We find it everywhere.
[20:11] Speaker 6: I want you all to start looking and watching and being alert, because they are controlling us for their purposes. And it's wrong. It was wrong 46 years ago, it's wrong now, and it'll be wrong 46 years in the future. Th- It is not the place of government-
[20:33] Speaker 3: (coughs) .
[20:33] Speaker 6: ... to mind control the people. It is our responsibility to look at what they tell us and check it out ourselves and say, "True," or "False." Because most of the times, mind control is false, it has an agenda, and it is not for your wellbeing. So that's my rant. And I hope people take it seriously, because it is serious.
[21:04] Speaker 3: Well, thank you so much, Lee. And, uh, (laughs) you know, I take it seriously. I would be very surprised if my audience does not take it seriously. And I can only imagine there are a lot of people out there nodding their heads while listening to what you have to say. Thank you, Lee Parker, with your rant and rave. Let's go over to line one, Bill from Los Angeles. Welcome to the show. You are on the air.
[21:34] Speaker 5: Thank you, Brett. How are you? Um-
[21:37] Speaker 3: Doing just fine. How are you?
[21:39] Speaker 5: W- I'm okay. I was, uh, not gonna call in, but when you had that fellow that had to, uh, bow out for the evening, I thought maybe I'd just call in to maybe help you with some, uh, topics and kill off some time. But, um, y- I'm just kind of g- gonna talk about war, because I was in that one there they had in Southeast Asia that we should not have been in. And it was all about money, as was World War I, in which Woodrow Wilson introduced to us the previously nonexistent second tenet of the Communist Manifesto, which is the income tax. It became our Sixteenth Amendment around 1930, somewhere in there, plus or minus a couple of years. And they used it again in World War II. Things we were not told were the reasons why we were attacked at Pearl Harbor, because we cut off Japan's trade with other nations. People are not told that.
[22:42] Speaker 5: And I heard that from three people, uh, who knew about that personally, and, uh, that the merchant marine ships were shut off the path between Japan and Hawaii, so they would not be able to witness what happened. And as a matter of fact, apparently the Atlantic fleet had been summoned to pull in around to the Pacific and pull into Pearl, Pearl Harbor itself. And the commander of that fleet smelled the dirty rat, and he didn't do it. And they ended up helping us later on in that war. And, um, all these things we keep getting, and there's money to be made. There's a very good book worth reading called War is a Racket by this particular author, because there's several by that name. He was a marine in World War I by the name of Smedley, S-M-E-D-L-E-Y, Butler. And then shortly after he wrote that book, he ended up, uh, shortening his life too, so to speak.
[23:51] Speaker 5: And, uh-
[23:52] Speaker 3: Well-
[23:52] Speaker 5: ... we need-
[23:53] Speaker 3: Well, let me-
[23:53] Speaker 5: ... to pay attention... We need to pay attention to what our government's doing. Go ahead. I'm sorry.
[23:58] Speaker 3: No. No. Th- that's okay. I wa- I wanted to say I'm glad that you made it home and that you still have enough of a brain to be able to sit and discuss this with us. So God bless you and what you've done and how you've come across from it. Can you give me a very quick answer? I'm about to run out of time.If it stays on its current course, where do you think the US is in a year? In five years? Real quick.
[24:24] Speaker 7: No, I thi- I think we're in big trouble, but it didn't start here. Uh, the, I think the, um, try to, to stop what's going on worldwide is, uh, gonna focus on us.
[24:40] Speaker 3: All right, I-
[24:41] Speaker 7: But the commun-
[24:42] Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
[24:43] Speaker 7: ... the commun-
[24:43] Speaker 3: I'm sorry. I, I gotta break it up. I've got a hard break in front of me. Nothing I can do for it. Thank you so much for the call, Bill. Call again please. Stay in touch and keep listening. God bless you, my friend. We'll be right back with a look at the declaration, coming up on The Global Freedom Report. (instrumental music)
[25:07] Speaker 8: This is where the truth matters. The Global Freedom Report. Don't go away. Brent will return in a moment.
[25:13] Speaker 9: A common law pure trust organization is the most powerful asset protection device available. Pure trusts establish ironclad protection for real property, vehicles, businesses, and just about anything else. Do they have to be throwing you on cattle cars before you start saying, "Now, wait a minute. I don't think this is a good idea." How long is it going to be before you finally resist and say, "No, I will not comply"?
[29:59] Speaker 19: This plan. I'd rather die than be your slave. I will survive. Can you feel my rage? It's not a question of being brave. I'd rather...
[30:24] Speaker 3: And welcome back to the Global Freedom Report. I'm your host, Brent Johnson. If you'd like to be part of the show, the toll-free number is 866-870-KRLA. That's 866-870-5752. Now, it is time for this week's edition of a look at the Declaration. (instrumental music plays) It's time for another look at the Declaration, the foundation of everything that is the United States of America. Prior to July 4th, 1776, there was no United States of America. Our republic was established on the foundation of the Declaration of Independence, written by Thomas Jefferson, inspired by the works of Thomas Paine and John Locke. Rooted firmly in scriptural concepts, this sacred American document lays the groundwork for our society. All government, all laws, all regulations, and the very fabric of America as a whole are based on the principles enshrined therein. In order to understand our country, our laws, our government, you must first take a look at the Declaration.
[32:21] Speaker 3: "He has dissolved representative houses repeatedly for opposing with manly firmness his invasion on the rights of the people. He has refused for a long time after such dissolutions to cause others to be elected, whereby the legislative powers incapable of annihilation have returned to the people at large for their exercise. The state remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within." Among the numerous complaints listed in the Declaration and levied against the King of England is this singular statement about the tyrannical nature of the British monarch. For 10 years, the colonists had been petitioning the king for relief, to no avail. (coughs) When it reached a point that they could bear it no further, they took their grievances to the royal court, standing their ground on a firm bed of convictions and principles. The king responded by dissolving their representative bodies completely.
[33:39] Speaker 3: This served as a deterrent against those who might otherwise rally the crowds to resist the tyranny of England. You might think that the colonists were happy to have the king officially dissolve whatever institutions and agencies (coughs) the Crown had built, leaving them free to pursue their own desires, but it wasn't as simple as that. True, the legislative powers cannot be annihilated by an act of the government. Rather, they return to the people at large for their exercise. This invited tribal clashes, feuds, and general mayhem among the people. However, the king had truly abandoned the colonists. Their respective states were left thoroughly exposed to the dangers of invasion from foreign belligerence, and of those, there were many (coughs) , and also to internal collapse due to a lack of infrastructure. You see, the colonists had, to a large degree, come to depend on the royal presence to ensure the orderly and relatively peaceful routine of their day-to-day existence.
[35:02] Speaker 3: It had been well-said that sometimes the victim of oppression becomes dependent on the oppressor. George had left the American colonists totally vulnerable to its own dependency on the mother England. He pulled the safety net out from under the people so that they would capitulate and willingly accept his authority as absolute monarch. When any form of government refuses to permit opposition to be expressed, then it places itself on a pedestal of perfection, disallowing even the suggestion or implication of wrongdoing on its part. Maintaining such an image requires extensive and continuous monitoring of communications, control of the media, and strong regulatory and enforcement divisions, and always, always leads to tyranny.
[36:17] Speaker 3: Do you begin to see similarities between the way the original American colonists were treated by their government and the way today's modern Americans are being treated by theirs? We have the example of history to show us what they did to correct the injustices of their time. The question remains for all of you: What will you do? What are you willing to do to correct today's injustices? And that, my friends, is today's episode of A Look at the Declaration. And if you want to get the entire series of episodes of the Look at the Declaration, they're available on two DVDs, actually two CDs, from Freedom Bound International. [42:48] Speaker 20: All American mass media has to do is to unplug their bananas from their ears, open up their eyes, and they can see it. There is no mystery. There is nothing to do with espionage. It's a slow process which we call either ideological subversion or active measures, (Russian) , in the language of the KGB, or psychological warfare. Marxism-Leninism ideology is being pumped into the soft heads of at least three generations of American students, without being challenged or counterbalanced by the basic values of Americanism.
[43:21] Speaker 2: Network news makes the people snooze. Watch the liars speak tonight. Distorted views keep them all confused. See the liars speak tonight.
[43:38] Speaker 3: And welcome back to the Global Freedom Report. I am your host, Brent Johnson. If you'd like to be part of the show, the toll-free number is 866-870-KRLA, 866-870-5752. And our question for our listeners for this week, if it stays on its current course, where do you see the United States in one year? In five years? How about 10 years? 866-870-KRLA. Let's go speak with Jaylene from West Hills. Jaylene wants to reply to Lee's rant and rave. Jaylene, welcome to the show. You are on the air. How are you?
[44:34] Speaker 21: Thank you so much for this opportunity. I sure would love to add to what the lady said, um, in her rant. Um, I want to give you some information. When, uh, in 1965, my father presented me with a book. I was going to college at the time. And he said, "Jaylene, I want you to read this book, and I want you to remember as many salient points as you can." I, it did not have a cover. I don't know the name, but I read it. I knew he meant business, and he said, "Someday, in your lifetime, you may recognize these salient points." We left it there, and I followed through and read the book. When the pandemic came along, our, our wonderful COVID pandemic, and the mask-wearing, and the lockdown, all of a sudden, these points came into my head. And the f- I can remember four of them, and let me tell you what they were. The first one, plant fear. The second one, create chaos. The third, indoctrine as young as kindergarten. Number four, gender confusion.
[46:07] Speaker 21: Now, the plant fear hit me right away, and I started to thinking, I started thinking how fearful everyone was. I, on the other hand, said to my friends, "Fear will weaken you, and you will be more susceptible to this virus." But I thought beyond that. The mask-wearing, I had been in the 1957 and the 1968 that spilled over in '69 global pandemic. No mask-wearing, the, the, um, my dad went to work at Technicolor Motion Picture Corporation. Hmm, America did not collapse. So, I started thinking beyond. With that fear, where did that fear start? Oh, yes, global, global c- or climate change, globally, climate change. I did not buy into that at all. And I went, "Hmm. Whoa, boy, this is getting people weak." Now, create chaos. What do we have now? And indoctrine, what has been happening in our schools for the past few years. Of course, the lady talked about it started 40 s- about 47 years ago, she, she said, and my children are 42. Okay. Um, and then the big one, gender confusion.
[47:33] Speaker 21: What the heck? Talk and, and, and encouraging people to be of a different sex. So, by the way, by the way, I want to just sp- uh, finish with one s- thing he said at the time. Uh, not at the time, a few years later. I said, "Dad, what, Daddy, what was that book?" Uh, what was the book, and, and let me say what it was. It was, uh, how do you, how do you take a country into communism, these are the steps in how you take over a country. So everyone be aware, it's right in front of your face now. These points are becoming real. I wish Dad was alive so I could just say, "Thank you so much for giving me this book." I do a- I wish I could remember, or tell, ask, what was the title? But how about that? And honestly, it's come, it's real, it's reality right now. What do you think of this, Brent?
[48:36] Speaker 3: Wow.
[48:37] Speaker 21: What do you think?
[48:38] Speaker 3: I th- uh, uh, I, I, I, I think-
[48:41] Speaker 21: Yeah, it's starting with us.
[48:43] Speaker 3: ... it, i- i- it, it, it speaks so clearly about what really has been going on. Back in 1963-... in that particular new Congress, it was, like, the beginning of January-
[48:54] Speaker 21: Mm-hmm.
[48:54] Speaker 3: ... so it was a brand-new Congress. The, one of the first things they did was they put into the Congressional record the 45 principles designed to implement communism in the United States. This is 1963.
[49:13] Speaker 21: Oh.
[49:13] Speaker 3: This is over 60 years ago.
[49:16] Speaker 21: Oh.
[49:16] Speaker 3: They, and it's, and you can actually, you can actually look it up. If, if, if you, if you call us off the air, I'll send you the actual article. It tells you, John McCormack was the Speaker of the House at the time, uh, I believe it was January 10th, 1963. The 45 principles of communism, and everything you mentioned is included in that and much more, were entered into the United States Congressional record, officially.
[49:49] Speaker 3: So everything you're saying-
[49:51] Speaker 21: Oh.
[49:52] Speaker 3: ... absolutely 100% true. If anybody wants a copy of tho- those 45 principles-
[50:00] Speaker 21: Oh.
[50:00] Speaker 3: ... I'll be happy to send it out to you. Call me off the air at (888) 385-3733, (888) 385-FREE, and ask for them, and I'll be, I'll email or I'll snail mail them to you. But, Jalene, I think what your dad did-
[50:17] Speaker 21: Can, um, can, can you repeat that number again? Can you give me his number again?
[50:17] Speaker 3: What, what your dad ... It, it's (888) 388-385-3733.
[50:32] Speaker 21: Uh-huh.
[50:32] Speaker 3: That, that spells free. Okay?
[50:34] Speaker 21: Okay. Got it.
[50:35] Speaker 3: And, Jalene, the, the one, the, the w- the one thing that-
[50:38] Speaker 21: Yeah.
[50:38] Speaker 3: ... the one thing that I hear from you clearly is that your dad really, really loved you, to, to have shared that.
[50:46] Speaker 21: Oh, he told me.
[50:46] Speaker 3: That was a gesture of genuine love.
[50:51] Speaker 21: Absolutely. Oh, he was a wonderful man.
[50:55] Speaker 3: Amazing. Amazing.
[50:55] Speaker 21: He loved this country, and he would, I'm telling you, Brent, he would be so appalled and so sad to see that people are tearing down our country. He, he would be so sad, uh, to know what's happening, um, you know, people, (laughs) you know, that live here that don't love the USA. I, I mean, and I don't know if you remember, there were, there were billboards. There were billboards in the '60s, and they would say, "Lo-" it's about our country, "Love it or leave it." I, I wish I could win the lottery-
[51:31] Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
[51:31] Speaker 21: ... and plaster these posters all over our, our LA (laughs) , where I'm from.
[51:37] Speaker 3: Well, I'll, I'll, I'll tell you-
[51:38] Speaker 21: But thank you, Brent. Thank you, you're sweet. Oh.
[51:42] Speaker 3: Oh, abso-
[51:44] Speaker 21: What?
[51:44] Speaker 3: ... absolutely. That, that, that's, again, that's what's different about this show. It really is here for you. But let me tell you something. Let me tell you something. The one thing that saddens me the most, and that I've made my life about, is to remind everybody, you are all children of God. Now, that's important, because that means that you, every one of you, is a member of the royal family. You are the queen of your life. You are the king of your life. You are royalty. You are the ones who change the world. So everything, what you say, Jalene, "It's so sad to see what's happening," absolutely it is. But the thing we have to remember is each of us has the ability to do something significant to change it back, to make it better.
[52:43] Speaker 3: That's-
[52:43] Speaker 21: And you know-
[52:44] Speaker 3: ... that's where hope lies.
[52:44] Speaker 21: ... and, and you're right, and, and God, and God praise ... And you see, our, our, um, our, you know, when we speak, and, you know, this is one nation under God.
[52:57] Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
[52:57] Speaker 21: This is one nation under God, indivisible.
[53:01] Speaker 3: Yep.
[53:01] Speaker 21: With liberty and justice for a- but one nation under God. They forget that God was, you know, that brought us together. Thank you, Brent. You're doing a wonderful job, and thank you for letting me speak to the world today. Thank you so much. And I'll, I'm gonna-
[53:18] Speaker 3: Absolutely, and-
[53:19] Speaker 21: ... call that number and get one called for you.
[53:22] Speaker 3: Absolutely, and by all means, you call in any, any time. This show is here for you, every one of you. So don't hesitate to call in when you have something you wanna share. God bless you, Jalene, and God bless all the rest of you as well. Just here to listen. 866-870-KRLA is the toll-free number, 866-870-5752. We gotta take a break. [01:00:10] Speaker 3: And welcome back to The Global Freedom Report. I'm your host Brent Johnson. Welcome to hour number two of The Global Freedom Report. If you'd like to be part of the show, the toll free number is 866-870-KRLA. That's 866-870-5752 to go on the air. If ... Our question for the week: If it stays on its current course, where do you see the United States in one year? How about in five years? How about in 10 years? If it stays on its course, where do you see the US in a year, five years, 10 years, however many years? 866-870-KRLA. 866-870-5752. Now, sit back. If you got some paper handy, keep it handy, 'cause you're gonna wanna take some notes. I'm going to teach you what nobody else will teach you, either 'cause they don't know how or because they have alternative, nefarious objectives. I believe the ultimate j- object of life is to appreciate and use the gifts with which you were endowed by your creator.
[01:01:46] Speaker 3: Those gifts include your unalienable, meaning unchangeable, rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And the pursuit of happiness means your property rights. Your creator is the supreme ruler of the universe. That means you are literally part of the royal family. You are the king or the queen of your own life. You are not a subject of any government. Rather, government exists to secure your rights and to do nothing else. You and your friends, family, brothers and sisters are responsible for protecting your own rights to life. You were born with a right to liberty, but most of you have waived that right by asking the government to take care of you. However, you can always reclaim your right to liberty. It is my conviction, however, that your right to property must be addressed before you can adequately take on restoring your right to liberty. This is because the government is staffed with criminals, and I mean that literally.
[01:02:57] Speaker 3: The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. Government workers, whether elected or appointed, are trained to circumvent the Constitution as if it is a nuisance to be avoided rather than an absolute limitation on the government. That means those people who work for the government are breaking the law, which means they are criminals. Now, criminals, by character, seek to take what is yours and make it theirs. By using common law pure trust organizations smartly, you can eliminate government's ability to take your property and thereby protect your property rights. That is the focus of what I'm going to talk to you about right now. Now, th- there is one other point. There are no silver bullets. Many people seek to find that one document or process that will make them immune from any regulations, taxes, (coughs) or other controls exerted by the government.
[01:04:05] Speaker 3: While- while there are certainly ways to establish such immunity over you and your assets, it is not only the document or the process that provides the protections you seek. You must be willing to stand up for your rights if the criminals in government seek to violate them. Knowing and using the law is, by itself, insufficient to protect your rights. The law doesn't protect you from criminals, including government cr- criminals. You must be willing to take action, if necessary, rather than just wait for the document or process to achieve your objectives for you. A trust, any trust, is a right of property, real or personal, held by one party for the benefit of- of another. For example, you go to a fancy restaurant. You give the keys to your car to the valet to park your car. That is what's called an implied trust. It is implied because it's not written down. If it was written down, it would be called an express trust.
[01:05:23] Speaker 3: But the valet has control of the asset, the vehicle, and he can take it and park it anywhere he wants. He does not have to go to you and say, "Excuse me, do you want me to park it here or should I park it there?" No. He doesn't need to do that. You're having your dinner at the restaurant, he has the keys to the car, he can put it in- i- them in, turn on the motor, and take that vehicle wherever he wishes to park it. When you're done with the meal, he goes, gets it, and gives it back to you. That is a trust. Now, what the valet cannot do is, while you're having your meal, he cannot go out there and... (coughs) Excuse me. He cannot go out there and take the car, even though he has the key, and go cruising up and down the boulevard to impress his friends. Why not? Because that would not be for your benefit. Now, Americans have the unlimited freedom to hold, transfer, sell, give away, or dispose of their property in any manner they wish.
[01:06:37] Speaker 3: Common law trusts provide a lawful method of relinquishing ownership along with its inherent liabilities while maintaining unlimited use and practical control of the property. A trust is a contract...... in which an individual or artificial entity transfers property into the trust managed by one or more fiduciary agents in exchange for the beneficial interest in that trust. A trust can be statutory or non-statutory. Statutory trusts get their existence from the state. Therefore, the state can tax, regulate, and control such trusts. Attorneys normally handle only statutory trusts. Common law trusts, also known as pure trust organizations, pure trusts, true trusts, or unincorporated contractual organizations, or UCOs, get their existence from the natural God-given right of contract, which is protected from infringement by the government through the Constitution for the United States.
[01:08:04] Speaker 3: Now, common law predates all government, which is why governments lack the authority to control or regulate such trusts. The statutory government cannot regulate common law trusts. There are numerous Supreme Court rulings that pure trust organizations lie outside of government control. A revocable trust is one in which the grantor may void out the trust at any time. An irrevocable trust is one in which the grantor may not void out the trust once it has been created. A common law trust is always irrevocable. A statutory trust may be either revocable or irrevocable. A little background, the first common law pure trust of record in the USA was created by Patrick Henry, patriot Patrick Henry, give me liberty or give me death. (coughs) It was created in 1790 for a businessman, Gouverneur Morris of Virginia. This trust was still fully operational until the 1990s, over 200 years later under the n- the name of the North American Land Company.
[01:09:33] Speaker 3: It is a precept in law that ownership equals liability. The owner of property is always liable for damage caused by that property, whether you or a corporation or a trust is the owner. So l- let me tell you a little story. In 1959 or 1960, I think, John F Kennedy had a cat. This is a true story. When you are a Kennedy, you own nothing, and thus you have no liability. Ownership equals liability. Well, sure enough, the cat was owned by a common law pure trust organization, similar to the trust that we do at Freedom Bound and what we're discussing right here. And the cat was the only thing held in that particular trust. One day, someone was badly scratched by the cat. The victim thought, "I've been scratched by a Kennedy cat. I'll sue." So he did. He sued the trust, he won the case, and he was awarded the cat. True story. Everyone laughs, but there's an important moral to this story.
[01:10:44] Speaker 3: If one of Kennedy's mansions or yachts or Rolls-Royces was held in the same trust as the cat, then those assets could have been attached to satisfy the cat s- the cat scratch damage award issued by the court. But because the only thing held in the trust was the cat, the victim got, got the cat. I'll tell you a second Kennedy story. Again, true story. In 1969, Senator Ted Kennedy (coughs) drove off Chappaquiddick Bridge in Massachusetts. (Coughs) His companion, 29-year-old Mary Jo Kopechne, died. Senator Kennedy did not. H- he was videoed right after the accident falling down drunk. The entire world knew that he was responsible for her death. Her parents sued Kennedy for the wrongful death of their daughter. The attorneys for Kennedy's insurance company offered them an insurance settlement of $30,000 and told them if they did not take it, they would get nothing, because Kennedy owned nothing.
[01:11:58] Speaker 3: As it happens, Ted Kennedy at the time had, in the public record, something called a notice of civil death, which meant he could not own anything. It was proof that he did not own anything. So they, the parents could have sued, they would've won the case. The whole world knew Kennedy was responsible for Mary Jo Kopechne's death. Th- they might have gotten a $50 million, $100 million award, no question about it. But they would never be able to collect, because ownership equals liability and Kennedy owned nothing. The less you own, the less your personal liability. If you own nothing, you have no personal liability. Our world's wealthiest and most influential people have long established trusts to protect their assets. They own nothing. You are not supposed to know.... what they know. Take a breath. It's a lot of information. I know that I'm giving you a real graduate school lesson right now. Take your notes, make your notes.

[01:13:42] Speaker 8: (instrumental music) Don't go away. There's a lot more of the Global Freedom Report when we come back.
[01:13:52] Speaker 29: DOJA, the Department of Government Accountability. This is our citizen-led watchdog task force under American Made Action. We're exposing corruption in child welfare, family courts, and unconstitutional federal programs like Title IV-E, the funding that is s- sifted straight down through the Health and Human Services Agency into the Social Security Administration and directly out to the agencies across 50 states that are responsible for the separation of children and families. And through lawful notices, federal lawsuits, and investigative media, DOJA is holding those rogue officials accountable, demanding transparency, and restoring parental rights. We're not waiting for Congress. We're the people taking lawful action now. Visit americanmadeaction.org. Hit the Take Action button and join the reckoning.
[01:14:51] Speaker 30: Hi, this is Scott Stevens with weatherwars.info, and you are listening to The Global Freedom Report with Brent Johnson.
[01:14:58] Speaker 31: This war will be fought not on the frontier or on some distant battlefield, but amongst us, among our homes. Our children will learn of it with their own eyes, and the innocent will die with the rest of us.
[01:15:20] Speaker 19: They will not force us. They will stop degrading us. They will not control us. We will be victorious.
[01:15:50] Speaker 3: And welcome back to The Global Freedom Report. I'm your host, Brent Johnson, 866-870-KRLA. Th- those who've called in, stay on the line. I will get to you at the beginning of the next segment, so stay with us. I will get to you, not to worry. I still, I want to continue, however, teaching you about protecting your property rights. Now, a trust, uh, uh, ev- as I said before, a trust is simply a right of property held by one party for the benefit of another party. A pure trust cannot be held liable for your personal debts, and you cannot be held liable for damage caused by trust-owned property. By diversifying assets in different trusts, you minimize the liability in each trust. Now, the, the main reasons that people set up pure trusts are privacy. This is a real, honest to God, private contract. Nobody knows you've done this unless you tell them. Liability reduction or elimination. Anything you put in trust, you no longer carry liability for it.
[01:17:28] Speaker 3: These trusts, I've been doing them for 35 years. We have 100% track record. None of these trusts has ever been successfully attacked. They've been attacked, but in every case, the attacking party has lost, has not been successful, and it is an excellent, excellent legal strategy. Now, there are four main parties to a pure trust. They are the exchanger, the creator, the fiduciary owner or trustee, and the protector. The exchanger agrees to a contract in which he or she transfers his or her assets to the trust in exchange for units of beneficial interest in the trust. Now, the exchanger no longer owns the property put in trust and therefore no longer carries liability for that property. However, the only person or persons who can benefit from the property now owned by the trust are the holders of units of beneficial interest in the trust. So the exchanger gets those units, all of them, in exchange for putting property in trust.
[01:18:49] Speaker 3: So the exchanger becomes the sole holder of beneficial interest in the trust. So the house doesn't belong to him anymore, but only he can benefit from it. If the house is sold, he gets the proceeds. He can live there. His family can live there rent free. But if the IRS comes knocking on the door, he can honestly say, "Hey, buddy, I just work here. You're gonna have to go talk to the owner." Now, the most common types of assets that are put into these trusts are real property, meaning land and structures on land, vehicles, and businesses. However, anything can be placed into pure trusts. I manage trusts holding precious metals, cryptos, all kinds of equipment, trademarks, patents, et cetera. There are two schedules in a pure trust which are used exclusively to conduct a transfer of assets in exchange for the beneficial interests in the trust. If additional assets are transferred into the same trust, then those assets are also held for the benefit of the holders of beneficial interest.
[01:20:07] Speaker 3: Once the trust has been activated, the... any real property held in it is transferred by recorded warranty deed to the pure trust, meaning it's owned by the trust, but then you notify the public record that it's owned by the trust. At that point, any claim against you, including by the IRS, any claim against you cannot go after the property, because it does not belong to you, even though only you can benefit from it. Th- this is what the so-called elite do with their own assets. You're not supposed to know about this. Additionally, if you hold beneficial interest in a pure trust, you can receive distributions from the trust at any time of any assets the trust has. It can be distributions of funds, real property, vehicles. Whatever the trust owns, it can distribute to you. Understand, a distribution from a pure trust organization is not a taxable event. (sniffs) A pure trust has no EIN, no taxpayer ID number, so it cannot open bank accounts.
[01:21:33] Speaker 3: So what if a trust holds assets that generate revenue? A business, uh, real property that is rented, anything like that. Well, where do you put the money? It's a legitimate question. So, let me tell you the answer that I give people, and I have found it to be the most effective answer today. I suggest that the trust contract with a South Dakota single-member LLC to be a financial management agent for the trust. Now, if you set up the LLC, you hold total control over the LLC, though your name is not in the public record, thereby maintaining your privacy. That's because South Dakota state law does not require your name to be in the public record. So, nobody knows you control this LLC, unless you tell him or her. Furthermore, this type of LLC is considered to be what's called a disregarded entity. It has no reporting requirements and generally does not need to file a return with the IRS. It is a single-member LLC, and it is considered by the IRS and government to be a disregarded entity.
[01:22:57] Speaker 3: Now, the LLC uses its EIN to open a bank account that is used to receive funds from and pay expenses associated with the business or the property owned by the trust. So now, you put your business in trust. Trust hires you as general manager. You run the day-to-day operations of the business, do the hiring, the firing, everything. But you just work for it. You don't own it. Ownership equals liability. You are an agent. You carry no liability. That is the nature of a pure trust organization. Now, there's more, and I will give you more on the other side of the break. I will also take your calls when we get to the other side of the break. So I want you to stay tuned if you wanna be part of the show. If you have questions about trusts, or you wanna answer the question of the week, if it stays the course that it's on, where will the US be in a year, five years, 10 years? 866-870-KRLA is the toll-free number, 866-870-5752, if you'd like to be on there.

[01:24:45] Speaker 8: We'll be back in a moment. You're listening to The Global Freedom Report.
[01:24:49] Speaker 9: A common law pure trust organization is the most powerful asset protection device available. Pure trusts have been around in the USA since 1790 when patriot Patrick Henry created the first one. Pure trusts establish ironclad protection for real property, vehicles, businesses, and just about anything else. A pure trust creates a wall of privacy over its assets, reduces personal liability, and protects property from attachment. Freedom Bound International has been creating pure trusts for over 35 years, and none of their trusts have ever been successfully attacked.

[01:29:03] Speaker 36: Hi, I'm Nicky Kaye, New Zealand Member of Parliament for Auckland Central. I believe in freedom and justice, and you are listening to the Global Freedom Report.
[01:29:12] Speaker 3: (trumpet music) And welcome back to ... Welcome back to the Global Freedom Report. I am your host, Brent Johnson. If you'd like to be part of the show, give us a call toll free at 866-870-KRLA. 866-870-5752. Our question of the week. If it stays on the course that is, is set on, where do you see the United States being in a year or five years or 10 years? If it stays on course. 866-870-KRLA. Let's go to Gene from Los Angeles. Gene, thank you for waiting. Appreciate it. Good to hear from you. Welcome to the show. How are you?
[01:30:13] Speaker 37: Mr. Brent Johnson, thank you. Just the letter G and it's in Glendale. It might be LA pretty soon. Uh, I wanna address my-
[01:30:19] Speaker 3: Oh.
[01:30:20] Speaker 37: ... old enemy, Mr. Brent.
[01:30:20] Speaker 3: Oh, I ... Oh, uh, wait-
[01:30:21] Speaker 37: And new enemy
[01:30:21] Speaker 38: At least for now.
[01:30:22] Speaker 3: Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, hang on, hang on. Okay. So, to the-
[01:30:28] Speaker 38: Yes.
[01:30:28] Speaker 3: ... screener at KRLA, it's G not Gene. It's always printed out for me as Gene, that's why I keep saying that. I apologize for that. I will try to remember that.
[01:30:40] Speaker 37: No, no, no.
[01:30:40] Speaker 3: Okay. Make sure-
[01:30:42] Speaker 37: It's no big... It's no... No, that, that's no big deal.
[01:30:43] Speaker 3: Make sure ... M-
[01:30:43] Speaker 37: In fact, um, he's a ... Like I told you last w-
[01:30:45] Speaker 3: Don't say it.
[01:30:45] Speaker 37: ... two weeks ago, he's a great screener. Great, uh, young man, and, um, in fact, I should, uh, just call him the letter G. It's no big deal. Listen, I should have called you last week, especially since you didn't have any, uh, callers, and I wanted to ... Two weeks ago, I forgot to stay silent about Mr. Gerald Cilenti, but before I do, listen, you're, uh, you guys are big time over here, and we, we love open lines, but I'm sure you have a big Rolodex so fo- you know, one, um, one ho- one guest falls through, you can call on Mr. Scott Stevens, Gerald Cilenti, the Begich brothers. You know, you got infinite people you can call in, so you know, at the last minute. But that's that.
[01:31:18] Speaker 37: As far as Gerald Cilenti-
[01:31:19] Speaker 3: I-
[01:31:19] Speaker 37: ... I know he's in the mix. I hope you get him on. I've been trying to talk to him for decades. I love him. He's not 100%, but I lo- I was trying to ... I, I try, I ... In fact, I called in when you had him on, I forgot to tell you, two weeks ago.
[01:31:30] Speaker 3: (laughs)
[01:31:30] Speaker 37: But the call screener said actually it was from tape. I don't know if you did that because sometimes we've been having ... We haven't fixed our phone lines with your show yet. Hopefully we will soon. And you didn't want to miss out, but if you can get him online-
[01:31:41] Speaker 3: No, G.
[01:31:41] Speaker 37: ... because I'm re-... uh, rest in peace-
[01:31:42] Speaker 3: Hang on, hang on, hang on. G-
[01:31:45] Speaker 37: ... to Devil R. Bell. To devil R. Bell-
[01:31:45] Speaker 3: G, G, G-
[01:31:45] Speaker 37: ... and to devil George... Huh?
[01:31:47] Speaker 3: No, no, uh-
[01:31:48] Speaker 37: Yes?
[01:31:48] Speaker 3: Just so you know, Gerald Celente asked to tape it. He did not want to do the live show. He asked to tape it. So, if my, if my guest says-
[01:31:58] Speaker 37: Okay.
[01:31:58] Speaker 3: ... he wants to tape it, I always, I always afford him that. And by the way, finding out two hours in advance, there's no time to get anybody and replace... There's absolutely no time. So, I have to, I have to come up with material that I hope keeps you interested, entertained, okay, and informed. And hopefully, I am successful at doing that.
[01:32:22] Speaker 37: Okay. (laughs)
[01:32:22] Speaker 3: That's my job. But go ahead, G.
[01:32:26] Speaker 37: Definitely. But let him know that he's got fans that will not call that devil, self-hating Arab Zionist George Noory Show, uh, at least at the, for the time being, to talk to Gerald Celente. Tell him he's got fans here that wi- you know, would love to talk to him, that wouldn't call George Noory or maybe Clyde Lewis. I won't call Clyde Lewis, but just let him know where the ground zero. But, um, yeah, that'd be great. But listen, uh, I want to get to, um, before I get to Mr. Bill and Miss Jaylene, my old en- enemy and my new enemy, you have a caller, uh, another European supremacist, Zionist, genocidal maniac, that called you at least once, if not twice. He also called the gun screener... uh, gu- gunslingers in two hours, who I haven't heard from, so I'm well kind of worried about the kid. His name is... I call him Michelle Rubenstein out of El Segundo. His name is Mike Robbins. So, if Mike is out there, we haven't heard from you for a while. I mean, I missed one of your shows, Mr.
[01:33:16] Speaker 37: Stevens, and I might have missed a gunslinger or two, a few hours knocked out here or there. But I haven't heard from him for a minute, and I agree with nothing he says, but I'm kind of worried about him. I want to make sure he's okay. So, if he calls you guys, just to let you know he's good and all that. But listen, um, I'll address Miss Jaylene another time, you know, the nonsense she was saying. And thank you for pointing out that we're all children of God. Like you, like I told you before, I'm from the Islamic Republic of Iran, I'm Moslem and I'm Communist, and, uh, thank you for speaking out on a- all humanity, as opposed to Miss Jaylene. And you shouldn't have to do that. You're only 50-something. She's like, I think in her 80s, and I'm gonna respect her as far as an older person, but maybe it's 'cause she's from West Hills and you're from Riverdale, maybe you're, you're at a hi- much higher level. But listen, as for Mr. Bill, he mentions Smedley Butler, and, you know, he, he...
[01:34:02] Speaker 37: I- I don't agree with his views on communism. But he mentioned Smedley Butler. Let me in, let me expound on that a little bit. He, he forgot to mention a few things, but he did teach us... Uh, I probably heard that Smedley Butler was probably taken out, but I- I appreciate him clarifying that. What he didn't tell you, and this is a hat tip going out to the three Louis's. Rest in peace Louis Hill, Ejon Lewis, and, um, Will Lewis from Pacifica Radio-
[01:34:25] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[01:34:25] Speaker 37: ... on Royal Hollywood Show. Rest in peace, uh, Dave Emery from spitfirelist.com, who spits a lot of game. Dave Emery, according to him, Smedley Butler, he thinks that FDR... Not I'm the biggest fan of FDR, but he thinks that FDR was taken out. And in fact, what Mr. Bill didn't say was, back in '32, Prescott Bush and his sweetheart, those sweethearts, those little girls tried to take out FDR. Smedley Butler went in front of so-called Congress, and he spilled the beans. Otherwise, they were trying to get Smedley Butler to overthrow FDR back in '32. Two things about that. First of all, the New York Times, who's supposed to be some leftist thing, they're the biggest... Like I heard on Pacifica Radio, they're the biggest fans of the CIA. They're the CIA's go-to. Uh, The Post and The Time, The Times and The Post. And they pooh-poohed Smedley Butler, called him crazy and all that.
[01:35:17] Speaker 37: But what FDR's problem was, he didn't arrest and, you know, prosecute, uh, Prescott Bush and them, and I think, uh, I think as a consolation prize, Prescott Bush said, "Even though I'm not sending bushy-wushy one, HW, into the war," he was forced to. Otherwise, Bush would have never been a so-called war, uh, hero or whatever. But he should have arrested, FDR should have arrested Prescott Bush and all the oth- other oligarchs. I don't know if, uh, um, uh, Rockefeller and them were in the mix and all that. I'm sure they were. But he should have arrested them.
[01:35:48] Speaker 3: Trevor Lewis.
[01:35:48] Speaker 37: And a- according to, uh, uh, uh, Dave Emery, uh, the what you call got taken out. Uh, uh, uh, FDR, he believes was taken out. He didn't just die in '45. So that's that. Also, on the heels of what Mr. Bill said about Smedley Butler, it is true that they don't tell us history, but it has been leaking out for decades now. In fact, on the heels of the great Bobby D checking out last week, he's one for the ages now, Robert Duvall, rest in peace.
[01:36:16] Speaker 37: If you look at part two, uh, with Godfather Part II with guy Marlon Brando, the part they didn't put-
[01:36:21] Speaker 3: G- G, I-
[01:36:22] Speaker 37: ... that's supposed to be in Part II but in the kitchen scene.
[01:36:24] Speaker 3: G, I ne-
[01:36:25] Speaker 37: When, when they're standing around the kitchen, Jimmy Caan and them... Jimmy Caan is showing you the complexities of being a human being. He gets on Pacino for going into the war and he says, "Your family..." You know, he says... That's my country. He goes, "Your family is your country." But he also says, he, uh... James Caan-
[01:36:42] Speaker 3: G-
[01:36:42] Speaker 37: ... who I met in Beverly Hills one... He, he, he said-
[01:36:45] Speaker 3: G, I-
[01:36:45] Speaker 37: ... derogatory terms for the Japanese.
[01:36:47] Speaker 3: G-
[01:36:47] Speaker 37: And he says, "How you like them Japanese-"
[01:36:49] Speaker 3: G, G-
[01:36:49] Speaker 37: "... people bombing us from Hawaii?" And if you remember-
[01:36:52] Speaker 3: G, let me-
[01:36:52] Speaker 37: ... Robert Duvall-
[01:36:53] Speaker 3: G, G, G, G, G, G, let... G, let me int- let me interrupt you. I, I love it. You got a lot to say. I appreciate it. But I've got others on the line also, I gotta make time for them as well. So, uh, uh, I'm gonna put a, I'm gonna put a bookmark in it this time. We'll continue next time you call in. But thank you so much for the call. I love hearing from you. I really appreciate you listening to the show. And again, I apologize for interrupting, but, okay, we gotta move on at this point. Thank you, G. Appreciate it. Let's move on to Eric from Los Angeles. Eric, welcome to the show. You're on the air.
[01:37:34] Speaker 39: Hi, Brent.
[01:37:35] Speaker 3: Eric.
[01:37:35] Speaker 39: I'm as long-winded as Gene is, but I, I know that I'm, I'm not gonna go that far. Um, I, I do want to answer your question, uh, but I do have a couple of quickies I want to throw out there for-
[01:37:48] Speaker 3: Sure.
[01:37:48] Speaker 39: ... Gene right now, if I could, please.... um, Prescott Bush-
[01:37:52] Speaker 3: And it's G, by the way.
[01:37:53] Speaker 39: ... and his Skull and Bones.
[01:37:53] Speaker 3: It's just G.
[01:37:55] Speaker 39: And Skull and... Yeah, Skull and Bones was, uh, uh, the extended cabal that backed communism, uh, after the Rothschilds, and, uh, that's important to know. I share, uh, Gene, I share your frustration about Zionism and the state of Israel. Uh, true Israel is not that little strip of real estate. True Israel is all the Jews scattered all over the world, uh, since 70 AD, the Titus Roman invasion, and God will bring them back on his time. The state of Israel is a counterfeit. Okay, so with that said, uh... Oh, and, and one more quickie for Gene. He, uh, y- mentioned Robert Duvall. The greatest movie ever made, I thought, uh, it outdid, uh, 1984 George Orwell, was George Lucas' THX 1138. Anyone that hasn't seen that movie, rent it and watch it. It'll chill you to the bone. 1971. All right, now, um, there's so much on my mind, Brent, from what you've discussed today. I know I'm not gonna be able to get it all said today. I just know it.
[01:39:09] Speaker 3: No, uh-
[01:39:09] Speaker 39: But let me try to answer your call.
[01:39:10] Speaker 3: ... I only got, I only got about, I only got about two minutes before the break, so you got two minutes.
[01:39:16] Speaker 39: Okay, thanks for the heads-up. Um, the way we're going, now you see Britain is still our enemy, and, and, um, lately now they're basically saying forget the, forget America under Trump. Forget it. Well, good. That's a good thing, because we don't need Britain or Australia or, or Canada. That's, uh, that's the axis of, of evil right there, in my opinion. Um, the way we're going, under Trump, economically, uh, we could, we have the potential to have a renaissance in this country. Uh, of c- of course a lot's gonna depend on how the midterms go. And Republicans, you'd better get out and vote. Uh, I was a non-voter for 26 years. I know the frustration. But right now, you gotta go out and vote. Uh, my biggest concern, and I'll sum it up with this, my biggest concern is what they're doing with, with kids as young as kindergarten in the, um, in the private agenda so-called public school system.
[01:40:21] Speaker 39: It's destroying their innocence, and basically conditioning them to be revolutionaries and to hate this country. That's a big concern of mine. We can talk about that later. Um, and, um, and that, that's it. Um, Brent, I hope that this spring I can do a friendly counterpoint with you about John Locke and Adam Smith. I believe Nicholas of Cusa was the main, uh, one that our founding fathers, uh, were influenced by, his writings and his teachings. I'll leave it there for you.
[01:40:53] Speaker 3: U- And, Eric, if you're interested in doing a point counterpoint, the first step is you need to call and speak with my producer. Call this number: 888-385-3733. 888-385-FREE.
[01:41:12] Speaker 39: I have had...
[01:41:12] Speaker 3: And say, "I would li- I would like to do a point counterpoint," okay? And that's how you get the process started, and-
[01:41:21] Speaker 39: And I have talked with her about it. W- we have talked about it, uh, by the way. I've talked with her, and we will. So, um, again, I love your show, and thanks for all the-

[01:43:02] Speaker 3: We want information. Information. Information. Who are you? The new number two. Who is number one? You are number six. I am not a number. I am a free man! (laughs)
[01:43:27] Speaker 19: Gonna pass me a brand new resolution. Gonna buy me a one-man revolution. Someday, gonna stop that running my life.
[01:43:39] Speaker 3: And welcome back to the Global Freedom Report. I am your host-
[01:43:47] Speaker 19: Take me away.
[01:43:47] Speaker 3: Take me away, yeah. All right. The Kinks. All right.Welcome back to The Global Freedom Report. I'm your host, Brent Johnson. Okay. Uh, phone number if you want to get in is 866-870-KRLA, 866-870-5752. I will get right back to your calls in just a moment. I just want to wrap this up on pure trusts. Couple of things you should know. Number one, the Internal Revenue Service admits that it cannot tax property owned by a common law pure trust organization unless the trust engages in a taxable event. Most, most attorneys would not advise you to create a common law trust, since it would represent a direct conflict of interest on their part. Okay. So let just some basic information about the trust. Now, if you want to know more, if you are intrigued to learn about these, to, to use these to help protect your property rights, go to freedomradio.us. Www.freedomradio.us, and under services click on the menu Pure Trust Organization. You'll find a link to trust applications.
[01:45:07] Speaker 3: You'll also find information about trust costs, things like that. Alternatively, just give us a call toll-free at 888-385-FREE. 888-385-3733 and ask for information about pure trusts, and, uh, you know, we would love to get you involved because this is the way, this is the first step. Once you've protected your property rights, then you could stand up for your liberty, because now there's nothing they can take from you. What they try to do, the criminals and government, is they try to threaten to take your property, and that's a pretty powerful threat. Well, once they can't do that anymore, there's nothing left to threaten you with, and now you have the freedom to actually stand up for your basic rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Again, that number off the air is 888-385-3733. 888-385-FREE. Linda from Burbank, thank you so much for waiting. God bless you. Welcome to the show. You are on the air.
[01:46:27] Speaker 41: Yeah, Brent.
[01:46:28] Speaker 3: Linda, are you there?
[01:46:29] Speaker 41: You were asking...
[01:46:29] Speaker 3: Hi.
[01:46:32] Speaker 41: Okay. You were asking w- what will happen to the United States in like five years, I think. Um, m-
[01:46:39] Speaker 3: In one year, in five years.
[01:46:41] Speaker 41: What do you think -
[01:46:41] Speaker 3: If, i- if it stays on the course, where do you think it'll happen?
[01:46:45] Speaker 41: If it stays on the course. It depends who gets elected president. That's only common sense. Now, if J.D. Vance gets elected president, you know, it will stay on course. Now, if any of the Democrats get elected president, it'll go downhill. That's only common sense.
[01:47:06] Speaker 3: Well, what, what about... The first part of the question is if it stays on course, what happens in one year? So, in one year Donald Trump will still be president, hopefully. (laughs) Uh, God willing. Um, you know, uh, so how would you answer that?
[01:47:23] Speaker 41: I think it will-
[01:47:23] Speaker 3: If, if, if the, if the course it is following right now continues, where will it be in a year?
[01:47:32] Speaker 41: I think under Trump, you know, it will be fine in a year. I think what will be going down are... Is like, you know, certain states, especially where I'm at in California, under Newsom.
[01:47:49] Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
[01:47:51] Speaker 41: Newsom gets elected president, he'll wreck the whole country. He's wrecked California.
[01:47:55] Speaker 3: Well, uh, yeah. He, he certainly has. He certainly has. I, I understand, uh, now Steven Spielberg, uh, has now left California. (laughs) He's taken his whole operation out of Califor... I don't know where he's going, but it's not California, you know. And, uh, thank you, thank you, Mr. Newsom. Driving everybody o- out of California. Maybe that's what he wants. I don't know. (laughs)
[01:48:25] Speaker 41: When he first got elected governor, I chose not to drive. You know, I just had a feeling gas prices would go up, and sure enough I was right.
[01:48:36] Speaker 3: It's one of those times that you're kind of sad that you were right, you know what I mean? (laughs) It, it's just one of those times. I wish I was wrong about many of the things that I see happening, but I tend not to be. (laughs) I, I, I do understand. I do understand.
[01:48:50] Speaker 41: And the auto insurance would go up too.
[01:48:52] Speaker 3: Uh, and, and, the, the, the positive is as much as Newsom is driving everybody worthwhile out of there, I don't want that to happen because we need people like you to be in California. Otherwise, the only people who are left are the people who support people like Newsom. Then the, then, then there really is no hope. It's a beautiful, beautiful state. Absolutely gorgeous. The only problem is the government. (laughs) Get rid of the government and the state would be like paradise.
[01:49:30] Speaker 41: I would like to leave California-
[01:49:31] Speaker 3: Yes.
[01:49:31] Speaker 41: ... but I'm in physically no shape to leave alone by myself.
[01:49:37] Speaker 3: Yeah, uh, I can, I can understand all the challenges with which we all, are all faced. The thing to remember is you are not alone. No matter how it seems, you are not alone. There are a lot of people out there-Who... That's why I do this show. There are a lot of people out there, okay, who think the way you do, who, who feel the way that you do, who believe the way you do. And never, ever forget, you are royalty. You are a child of the creator. Never forget that, 'cause that is important. You can make a major difference. Linda, I gotta go. It's getting near the end of the show, but thank you so much for the call. I really do appreciate it. Please call again. God bless you, and God bless all of you who, who participated in today's show. Uh, it really makes all the difference in the world, 'cause it is your show. What are you willing to do to protect and preserve your liberty? And what aren't you willing to protect and preserve that same liberty?
[01:50:49] Speaker 3: And at the end of the day, would you be proud to tell your friends, your family, your loved ones, your children what you did today? Did you tell the truth? Did you keep your word? Did you honor your agreements? If not, we all fall off the path now and then, then please correct any trespass on your brother or sister, and do it now. Don't wait for tomorrow. Tomorrow is too late. And everyone is your brother and sister. On next week's show, Professor James McCanney will join us to discuss current weather anomalies being caused by the passage of Three Eye Atlas through our solar system. (coughs) Plus, we're gonna bring you another invaluable lesson in liberty, where you learn really useful things they never taught you in public school, and we will embark on our weekly journey, though we skipped it tonight, into the dirty world (laughs) of mind control and behavioral manipulation on Propaganda 101. That is all coming up on next week's edition of the Global Freedom Report. Do not miss it.

It is a gift from God, not the government. Government can never take it away. Government is not your friend. It is evil, fundamentally. Your rights are a gift from God. Please treat them accordingly. God bless you all. We'll see you next week.
[01:53:27] Speaker 2: ... that America is still land of the free. America, land of the free. Right to life and liberty. Open your eyes and you will see that America is still land of the free.
