Because I am broadcasting live on the internet to approximately 63 nations, I never know who is listening. If you are new to the show, welcome to my update on fast-changing world news.

I have been saying for decades that it is all about frequency—the Aquarian frequencies. There are specific frequencies that tune us into the spirit that matters on Earth and throughout the cosmos. I am going to send some Cosmic Love frequencies and vibrations your way.

I will begin with the first of four Cosmic Love songs on the Cosmic Love home page at BBS Radio. I created these keynote frequencies with the show’s co-producer, Donald Newsom. Don provided the AI music prompts that took some of my Cosmic Love content and created a harmonic romp through multiple musical modalities. I am going into the show now with five newsletters from the two weeks since the last program. My method of operation with these shows has been to tell you what I am going to tell you, tell you, and then sum it up by telling you what I told you.

The first newsletter, published August 11, is called Checkup from the Neck Up: A Reality Report. I think I will begin with that. It is fairly short, but I will first discuss the newsletter I published today. I publish these pieces on Substack. The piece I published this morning is called The Enlightenment Option: Vision, Virtue, Valor for the Victory. It includes a beautiful image of a sunrise with geese flying in a V formation, representing vision, virtue, valor, and victory. I do not know whether you saw the movie “V is for Victory” [title requires verification], but The Enlightenment Option summarizes where I believe we are in cosmic evolution at the cusp of Aquarius and amid the energy shift now underway.

I use the metaphor of metamorphosis from caterpillar to butterfly. Civilization is currently in the cocoon stage. The caterpillar is disintegrating and the butterfly is forming, but we are not there yet. The butterfly has not emerged. We are in the disintegration stage of caterpillar civilization, which is why there is so much chaos and virtual insanity in the mainstream media.

My pure intention is to bring harmony and order to chaos while keeping things light—with more light and love. Here is to the spirit that matters. That is my pure intention.

I hope I also have time to return to the August 12 article about the solar eclipse, Healing a Broken World Promptly. It addresses how to prompt healing processes with AI and authentic intelligence—harnessing AI with authentic intelligence to encourage the healing of a broken world.

Each newsletter is what I call a Cosmic Love sandwich, made with the sourdough bread of truth, slathered with light and love on both ends, and strong meat in the middle in the form of direct truth-telling, peppered with satire and garnished with cosmic humor. My intention with each newsletter love sandwich is to provide savory food for thought to those who are truly thoughtful.

Before I enter today’s newsletter, it is time for a cosmic weather report—a little astrology and psychology about what is happening in the cosmos and quantum field.

The sun is in the final degree of the fire sign Leo, and it moves into Virgo later today. Right now, the sun is the focus of a yod, also called the Finger of God pattern, involving Pluto and Neptune. I describe this as focusing cosmic fire in carrier waves through the sun and into Earth, just as a laser beam can carry vast amounts of radio and television signals.

These yods focus cosmic energies through the planets and signs involved. Pluto is in Aquarius, and Neptune is also focusing and blending its energies through a sextile with Pluto. A great deal of cosmic fire is being focused through the sun in the final degrees of Leo. The final degrees can contain some of a sign’s strongest energies.

Leo is a fire sign, and this has been a fiery month—psychologically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and politically. It has been an intense month, and I think most people would agree based on their own lives.

The moon has just moved into Capricorn and is the focus of what I understand as an arrow yod [term requires verification], combining the energies of Jupiter and Uranus. A cardinal grand cross is also present, with the moon opposing Mars and crossing Venus opposite Saturn. I could spend the rest of the show explaining what all of that means, but I will not unpack it now.

I am saying that there is distinctive astrological psychology in operation. I will try to be an instrument or channel for these energies, because this is the fire of transformation and transmutation. It resembles the alchemical process of purifying gold, physically and metaphysically. Physical fire melts metal and removes impurities before the metal resets.

Metaphysically, I believe the heat of cosmic fire in the quantum field brings up everything that is less than itself—the impurities in collective consciousness that are now very much in our faces. I call it caterpillar consciousness, and it is disintegrating throughout the media. Mainstream media reflects caterpillar thinking and the dregs of the Piscean Age that have risen to the surface for transmutation.

This is a unique dynamic. It is a time of revelations we could never have imagined. People call it the quickening, the Great Awakening, and the big shift into the Aquarian quantum age.

I was reading about a Genesis Project [name requires verification] that announced AI research into suppressed quantum science and the possibility of full disclosure. The project says there is potential to initiate 500 years of innovation in only 20 years. Can you imagine that acceleration?

Global civilization is about to reboot, reset, recalibrate, or ascend to a higher state of unified-field harmony. I see that as the divine destiny: more light and love, easier and faster. These are Aquarian frequencies and a pure golden intention for a new common sense within the family of humanity in a global village—the United Sovereigns of Earth.

Thomas Paine gave us the American Revolution and the term United States of America. Now we are looking at a global affair, an instant, everywhere-interactive global village. The United Sovereigns of Earth is what I believe is in process. We are not there yet, and caterpillar thinking will not get us there.

If you can do a little imagineering and envision the potential represented by these Cosmic Love coordinates and frequencies, you can see the matrix being transformed by a collective, unified-field Christ consciousness and a cosmic Golden Rule language for a golden age of universal love.

This is love in action. Nothing raises the frequency of the Holy Spirit like the joy flame, understood as the power of love in action.

This is a time to remember, and I will now enter Checkup from the Neck Up: A Reality Report, first published August 11. It is linked in the footnotes, so you can follow along or simply listen.

That article deals specifically with another piece called Calling a Spade a Spade. Its byline is, “Truth is the prerequisite for freedom.” It discusses the advance of what I describe as a digital control grid, which challenges opportunities for freedom on the planet.

I argue that the ruling class or power elite needs AI, its infrastructure, and data centers to run, surveil, and control society simultaneously, regardless of whether Democrats or Republicans are in power. I see that as the agenda behind the digital control grid. They create crises to compel order and lock down freedom in the name of security until we have neither freedom nor security.

If you have not noticed, the geopolitical world is a volatile mess. I believe this is being created intentionally to compel alignment with a digital agenda, whether you call it a social-credit system or a control matrix.

Some people call the current geopolitical and media situation insane and seemingly unpredictable, but I believe there is a method to the madness. The quantum shift has hit the fan. That is “shift,” S-H-I-F-T. The Aquarian frequency shift is here, and, as I keep saying, it is all about frequency.

My newsletter contains a link to a full page explaining the Aquarian frequency and quantum age. Mainstream media is not discussing that. It is trying to control the continuation of old systems, such as petrochemical energy, rather than frequencies that might be used to create what I call free energy.

AI is not causing the quantum shift. In my view, AI is being caused by it, as shifting frequencies create an environment in which quantum change can thrive and the veil can thin, uniting us internally. This leads back to unified-field consciousness, common sense, and unity in diversity on the inner plane manifesting on the outer plane.

This does not happen all at once. It is a process of conscious evolution for humanity. People represent a full spectrum of consciousness worldwide. Some understand what I am describing and others do not. Some people are more enlightened than others; it has always been that way.

For some people, the future is more real than the present. Many seniors, by contrast, may be rerunning memories from the past and seeing little of a future. There is a full spectrum of people conceiving, believing, perceiving, and achieving consciousness in different ways.

In general, things are accelerating with the quickening. A quickening of conscientious common sense is underway. It is like a revolution in higher consciousness gaining speed.

I currently see global civilization in the cocoon stage of metamorphosis, with caterpillar institutions disintegrating before the butterfly takes shape. The only fatalities are caterpillar thinking, cognitive dissonance, paradigm paralysis or stinking thinking, and intractable “sin”—S-I-N, stuck in negativity.

I have written extensively throughout the year about this metamorphosis in individual and collective consciousness. I also recently wrote about the Lion’s Gate and what I see happening in collective consciousness through the energies represented by Leo the lion. That discussion addresses transformation, transmutation, and the transition into a new collective consciousness.

A good summary of the Lion’s Gate program is included in the footnotes of my previous Cosmic Love podcast. It offers insight into the overview I will be discussing throughout the 2020s. We are at the cusp of Aquarius, and the 2020s represent a turning point, like a 10-year period. I have discussed this since January 1, 2020.

We are in the middle of that cycle, and people can now see the turning point. Global civilization is turning from a downward spiral toward an upward spiral. A great deal of downward-spiral activity remains, including war, disease, death, and hell—the four horsemen of the apocalypse and the dregs of the Piscean Age rising to the surface for transmutation.

At the same time, we have Aquarian frequencies and energies: more light and love, easier and faster. We have the can-do spirit of “I am, I can, I will, by God’s grace. Done deal. Fantastic and getting better. Yeah, baby!” You have to keep dancing.

Take advantage of Earth’s transformational energies at this distinctive time. I believe there was a major shift of conscientious common sense entering the mainstream through the Lion’s Gate. It was a burst within the Great Awakening process. We are on the cusp of great enlightenment, although we are not quite there yet.

Some people have already moved into what I call 5D. They are enlightened, have unified-field consciousness, and sense how everything is connected, in divine order, and ultimately good. Maintaining harmony can be difficult in the 3D world, where you still have to do what is necessary to pay the bills.

There is spirit and there is matter. The spirit that matters above all is pure intention that focuses attention, with love retention, for personal and planetary ascension into a dimension of full comprehension.

Conduct a good life review. Consider how far you have come from caterpillar thinking, then create a good life preview of how you can mature and soar as a butterfly.

I will now move to the piece published this morning—or perhaps last night, although I dated it for this morning’s show—The Enlightenment Option: Vision, Virtue, Valor for the Victory. Claim the victory.

At the beginning of the article, I invite readers to skip to the bottom for two videos, Parts One and Two of the Ascended Master Summit. These are for people interested in ascension, ascended masters, and what they understand as the unveiling of the mysteries of God. I consider them excellent recent videos.

Before entering the article, I mention that the previous piece serves as a preface. It is called True Revelations Are Disruptive, or disruptive to pathological “BS”—belief systems. This is part of the enlightenment process and the enlightenment option.

I begin The Enlightenment Option by discussing general enlightenment through mass communication and giving a brief history of global enlightenment as a function of communications technology. You could say that our social, political, and economic problems are, at their root and core, communication problems involving how we enter unity, community, communication, and communion.

The rapid advance of communications technology has brought us to the enlightenment option. In the article, I discuss tech billionaire Mark Andreessen, who pioneered the internet through Netscape Navigator. The raw timeline I mention is “1987 or 1990” [date requires verification]. Netscape was a superior browser that became a performance standard for web browsers.

I remember Andreessen saying, to paraphrase, that it is better to create something wholly new than to retrofit old systems. This is a metaphor for the metamorphosis of our networked reality, shifting from caterpillar-style, one-way messaging toward butterfly-like interactive mediation.

Remember when the internet primarily gave us email around the world? It evolved toward instant, everywhere-interactive communication. That interactive process can involve and evolve individual and collective consciousness. This is the butterfly emerging.

In my interpretation, Andreessen is now providing wings for our networked reality. I describe Substack as a leading internet publishing platform and a global phenomenon comparable, in its time, to Netscape Navigator. Citizens worldwide can now create communities of interest, like an open-university upgrade of the core freedoms of speech, assembly, and religion.

The butterfly is emerging from the cocoon and spreading wings of quantum reality. My newsletter links to a full discussion of quantum reality and the AI quantum shift, accelerating from the internet to the “inner-net,” or from cyberspace to inner space.

I imagine that Andreessen could take general and “netizen” enlightenment to the next level through the next major development in the computer and internet revolution. Hardware, represented by companies such as IBM; software, represented by Microsoft; and networks, represented by Netscape, are now being optimized, integrated, and synergized by AI for another quantum leap.

This is an evolution from hardware, software, and networks toward “heartware”—Web 3.0 telecom cyberethics and what I call a global TLC reset. TLC is not merely telecom; it is telecare, teleconscience, telecommunity, and telecommerce. It is a reset for all of us as the United Sovereigns of Earth in a global village of unified-field diversity.

Then I say, “No, I’m only kidding. I’m dreaming again.” Andreessen did not say all of this. I am imagineering, as Walt Disney called it, or practicing what Buckminster Fuller called comprehensive anticipatory design science.

Disney dreamed up and engineered Disneyland and Disney World. Fuller created models of the future through comprehensive anticipatory design science. We fondly called him Bucky at the 1974 World Game Studies Workshop, where I was present.

Fuller appears to have inspired the principle Andreessen later expressed: create something new rather than retrofit old systems. Fuller said, in a quotation presented in my graphic, “You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.”

That is the process of creating the butterfly—a new model that makes the caterpillar obsolete. Netscape Navigator made an older, crude, and clunky internet model obsolete by streamlining it and making it more efficient and effective.

Andreessen helped create a butterfly blueprint that has continued to evolve. With Substack, we can see the internet’s potential for networking and the value of net reality through communication that creates real communities, unity in diversity, and a spirit of at-one-ment.

That is the spirit at the heart of real community, not virtual or pseudo-community. Fuller’s work concerned whole-system solutions through a global TLC reset addressing systemic social, political, and economic crises through telecommunications, telecare, and telecommerce. The linked TLC-reset discussion offers three models for systemic, whole-system solutions and what I see as an emerging golden-age model on Earth.

As I said at the beginning of the article, readers can skip to the bottom for two inspirational videos. Part One of the Ascended Master Summit is from what sounds like The Bret Lueder Show [title requires verification], with guests David C. Lewis and Doris Davis.

They discuss an esoteric guide to reality, consciousness, and ascension. Doris explains the significance of the 13-moon calendar. David and Doris ask whether reality is an endless cycle or whether human evolution has a distinct endpoint. They discuss the Knowledge Book and how it might support a person’s spiritual mission on Earth. They also discuss Saint Germain, whether there is more than one Saint Germain, and what they regard as profound revelations.

Listeners interested in spiritual evolution, ascended masters, ascended-master teachings, and the idea that the hosts of heaven are stepping through the veil to establish a golden age may find useful insight in those two videos. Part Two goes deeper into what I describe as mysteries unveiled for initiates.

I have time to enter another newsletter, Healing a Broken World Promptly. This piece addresses the TLC reset through telecom, telecare, and telecommerce—the media, medical, and marketing model. I compare it with Hermes Trismegistus, or “thrice-great Hermes,” and ancient alchemical and mystical metaphors for the media, medical, and marketing matrix.

TLC is not rocket science or inconceivable. It is simple enough. TLC is the master key. The higher the concept of love and kindness in form and frequency, the greater the results.

Think of authentic intelligence as the authentic benefit of AI: an information ecology that recycles general information and pattern recognition in a way that empowers wisdom through love in action. That is the spirit that matters above all and can prompt a TLC reset.

With AI, you get what you ask for; what you prompt shapes what you receive. I have experimented with AI and seen what I regard as phenomenal potential in these Cosmic Love songs and in an image of myself as a metaphysician and metaphysical guardian holding a scepter. Those were created with AI.

The potential of AI is phenomenal if it is prompted correctly. Prompting a TLC reset could help remodel the media, medical, and marketing matrix for a golden age. Think of it as the eclipse of the old paradigm of caterpillar thinking and the reset of a new paradigm in which the butterfly soars.

Nature’s miracle of metamorphosis happens physically, but it can also occur spiritually. It is a frequency shift. You can tune into the frequencies of the Cosmic Love songs and find them uplifting.

Global civilization is in the cocoon stage of transformational metamorphosis, before the butterfly forms and while caterpillar normalcy disintegrates. We are seeing the disintegration of caterpillar institutions.

I include a meme attributed to Chris Hedges [attribution requires verification] stating that we live in a nation where doctors destroy health, lawyers destroy justice, universities destroy knowledge, the press destroys information, religion destroys morals, and banks destroy the economy. That is a cynical view, but it is one way to describe caterpillar institutions that are disintegrating.

Again, I say the only fatalities of the shift are caterpillar thinking, cognitive dissonance, paradigm paralysis, stinking thinking, and intractable “sin”—S-I-N, stuck in negativity.

I argue that governments are owned by corporations and run by sociopaths and psychopaths, fueled by illegal wars, destroying ecosystems, poisoning food and water, decreasing education, increasing prisons, manipulating media, suppressing free-energy technology, making people struggle and starve, humiliating us, and killing the world. These, in my view, are caterpillar institutions in the crosshairs of transformation.

What is coming is the butterfly, but that is difficult to see while we remain caught in the disintegration of the old order. I have written extensively throughout the year about this metamorphosis in collective consciousness.

This is a good time to set your intention, focus your attention with love retention, and pursue personal and planetary ascension. It is a process. The process is serious, but you can still have a good laugh and practice levity in brevity.

If you focus only on caterpillar thinking, what is happening can be depressing. If you can enter the emerging butterfly consciousness, you can smile and become less attached to the past. You can look forward with a better attitude.

Remember that it is not your aptitude but your attitude that determines your altitude—whether you soar with eagles or butterflies on thermals of grace, or scratch with turkeys for bugs and hold a grudge. Your attitude matters.

Real change is in process. My newsletter Have a Good Laugh includes many infographics and memes. One says, “Remember when they destroyed your life if you didn’t get the vaccine, but then let 17 million unvaccinated illegal immigrants into the country? It was never about your health.” That is the claim made in the meme.

I ask how you know when you are being played. Greta Thunberg, who became prominent at age 16, is not a scientist, reads from a script, and receives continuous media coverage. Dr. Judith Curry, whom I identify as a climatologist and scientist who has published more than 140 scientific books and papers, says it is all a hoax but receives no media coverage. I offer that contrast as an example of mainstream media manipulation and caterpillar institutions engaged in mind control rather than truth-telling.

I also include a quotation attributed to John Cleese: “I’m not a racist. I’m a culturist. I believe some cultures are superior to others. I prefer cultures that do not encourage wife-beating, pedophilia, clitoridectomies, or stoning. Notice that hate does not come into this—only moral preferences.” The exact quotation and attribution require verification.

The point is a preference for cultures that do not encourage wife-beating, pedophilia, clitoridectomies, or stoning. Some cultures coming into America engage in those practices more than others. I will not go deeper into that here. I would also call myself a culturist in the sense of cultivating consciousness to involve and evolve individual and collective awareness.

Quantum science has revealed that everything is connected. Throughout cosmic history, I believe cycles in the quantum source field have raised civilizations from ruins like cosmic clockwork. The quantum universe and the kingdom of the cosmos are within us, just as the kingdom of heaven is within us.

Another infographic in the levity-and-brevity newsletter discusses the seven-year transit of Uranus through Gemini. To people unfamiliar with astrological psychology, this may seem like “woo-woo.” However, I believe people should understand that quantum reality and science recognize astrology as a quantum energy field with geometrical patterns such as yods, trines, and sextiles.

In the metaphysical understanding I use, God represents geometrically ordered divinity—the order of the universe. “In the beginning, God geometrizes” is ancient Hermetic wisdom. In the end, we become what and how we geometrize in consciousness and life, including how we bring spirit into form through manifestation.

Call it alchemy, imagineering, or comprehensive anticipatory design science. It is a process of transmutation.

Understanding Uranus in Gemini over the next seven years involves the geometry of the transit and how it triggers aspects of personal and collective astrology. I see these as powerful dynamics.

Uranus represents flashes of insight, light, and technological innovation. It corresponds, in my interpretation, with AI, quantum reality, and quantum science. Gemini represents the mental body. Together, they express something like the spirit of Aquarius. Gemini is an air sign and corresponds with the mind of God, geometrically ordered divinity, the universe’s order, and the fractal structure of a holographic universe.

These are the energetic dynamics of the hour. Uranus entered Gemini in early 2026, and I have discussed the transit on previous shows. It continues into 2032 or 2033, with a brief period in which Uranus moves back into another sign [the raw transcript says Cancer; astrological wording requires verification].

When I speak of the cusp of Aquarius and changing times, I mean that we are at a major turning point. I describe the transit as beginning April 25 and continuing through 2032 [dates require verification]. It involves embracing the lightning of change, awakening your inner genius, and understanding how your voice may help birth a new Earth.

We now witness systemic global metamorphosis: the cocoon phase in which caterpillar institutions disintegrate and shape-shift into the butterfly. Some institutions are more stuck in negativity than others, but the process continues.

Paradigm paralysis and caterpillar thinking have hit the wall of a paradigm shift toward the birth of a new Earth. By butterfly thinking, I mean 5D conception, direction, and correction beyond the fraud we have known.

The media discusses SNAP fraud, Medicaid fraud, Medicare fraud, home-health-care fraud, daycare fraud, medical-transportation fraud, hospice fraud, and many other kinds of fraud. Yet, we are supposedly expected to believe there is absolutely no election fraud. I believe we will hear more about that as part of purging what I call the big lie.

We can return to “January 7” [date requires verification] and what really happened, but I have written and spoken about this for years. I believe conditions had to become this serious to create compelling demand for real intelligence, which can prompt AI maturity and worldwide love.

The revelations now emerging—including what I see as the butterfly revelation, free-energy technology, and full disclosure—are disruptive to the pathological belief systems of the old order, which will do almost anything for self-preservation.

The affirmation is to let the past be past, learn from it, and have the last laugh. Keep your sense of humor. I love the quotation attributed to Mark Twain: “It’s easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled.”

We know the slogan “Fauci fooled us” [wording requires verification]. It began with “trust the science.” Later, I characterize the message as, “Sometimes the science is a little wrong,” and then, “We completely made up the science.” I also refer to Anthony Fauci pleading the Fifth during recent news coverage [event requires verification] rather than answering for what I describe as lying, deception, and betrayal of science and truth.

In my synopsis of what I call psychological operations, I include an infographic claiming vaccine companies make $60 billion a year selling mandatory vaccines and $500 billion a year selling EpiPens, inhalers, anti-seizure medications, diabetes medications, arthritis medications, and other products.

The infographic claims that many of the medications are intended to treat diseases listed as possible adverse effects in vaccine manufacturer inserts. It attributes to Robert Kennedy the statement that this is a perfect business model: “They make all of us sick and create lifetime customers.” These figures, claims, and attribution require verification and are presented here as material quoted or paraphrased by me.

I see this as exposure of caterpillar thinking and caterpillar institutions. I could continue into the keynotes and what I regard as the real story, but the article is one of my favorites. I encourage you to see it for yourself.

It summarizes issues I have wanted to discuss for the past 20 years. Its infographics include quotations attributed to leading medical authorities and The Lancet, which I say expose deception by the medical-industrial complex. The piece finishes positively, and that is also how I want to finish today.

This is a time to remember. Cosmic history will record what I understand as Earth’s metamorphosis from caterpillar crawling to butterfly soaring. We are in the cocoon stage, where the old order disintegrates. The butterfly’s wings are still forming, and the soaring comes later.

In the “meme time”—and in the meantime—we have major drama involving a global power shift, an AI quantum leap, and a new common sense about global unity in diversity.
