Serving as president of a $1 billion business -- BASF Canada -- and then vice president and chief communications officer of BASF Corp., the North American division of BASF SE -- a $100+ billion-dollar global company, Robin has proven expertise in strategy development and leadership. Whether as an attorney or a C-level business executive, she’s helped restructure businesses, build successful teams and engage in employee outreach during her distinguished career.
Robin is currently an author, successful public speaker and mentor-coach in the fields of personal, professional and business development.
Named one of Best 50 Women in Business by NJBIZ in 2018, Robin has been a member of various business and law organizations (including Board Member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce). She served on the Board of Trustees for Children’s Specialized Hospital, was a director and volunteer of the Special Olympics New Jersey, and an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She’s also a recipient of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce “Women Who Shine” award.A Toronto native, Robin lives in the Franklin Lakes area with her husband Mitch, and their lab/retriever mix dog, Mango.
