Michael A. Warech, Ph.D. is a recognized expert in the field of youth sports, mental skills development, and performance analytics.  His research has focused on the role of sports in promoting physical, psychosocial, and achievement related development, with an emphasis on the identification and measurement of the key drivers behind meaningful, engaging athletic environments.  Dr. Warech has worked extensively with coaches and teams to enhance the quality and success of their programs.

Dr. Warech holds a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology.  A frequent speaker at national conventions and conferences, his research has appeared in peer review journals, newspapers, and business periodicals.  Dr. Warech was selected to serve on the National Commission on Testing and Public Policy, chaired by President Bill Clinton.  An active member of the American Psychological Association and the American Psychological Society, Michael received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Emory University.
