Hello!
My name is Dr Jennifer Variste. I am a board certified pediatrician who empowers moms and dads to raise their kids to live happy healthy lives full of positive memories and discovery. I have been practicing for more than 8 years since medical school.
I also speak to working moms about the guilt from not being with their kid while they are at work. Addressing this increases the morale and productivity of working moms in a corporation or job site. If you have a significant number of working moms in your company it is in your interest to acknowledge this as it could significantly increase company morale, productivity and consequent earnings.
I also share stories of anonymous moms in my practice who have overcome hurdles to give the best to their families. I’d love to be a guest on your podcast to add value to your audience and inspire other mothers and daughters. Of course, I will be happy to promote our interview to my audience as well on my Facebook page and Instagram.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Board Certified Licensed Pediatrician with more than five years of outpatient experience at a federally qualified community health center where I see 20-28 primarily Medicaid patients per day, ranging from well visits (newborns to 18 years) to acute visits including respiratory and gastrointestinal symptoms, ADHD, injuries, rashes, etc. I fully enjoy pediatrics and have currently been serving as senior pediatrician in my clinic since December 2016. In addition to visits, I respond to telephone encounters, review labs and review paperwork for prior authorizations, referrals and consult notes. Though I continue to further my proficiency, I am able to conduct most well and acute visits in Spanish. I’ve worked with eClinical Works, Epic, Cerner and Allscripts.
I also enjoy speaking to and educating the community. I am scheduled to speak on financial literacy to pediatric residents in October 2019. My passion is to empower working moms by addressing guilt from being away from their child. By acknowledging this pain, I increase the morale of working moms and consequently their productivity increases.
