This week we have guest Michael Baer who started the online campaign to Abolish the Electoral College on MoveOn.org (https://petitions.moveon.org/sign/abolish-the-electoral-6?source=c.fwd&r_by=4535897).  Abolishing the Electoral College would require an amendment to the U.S. Constitution.  Michael would like to see presidential elections decided by the popular vote.
