After having survived breast cancer 4 years ago, she decided to publish a legacy of 22 books. She’s now on book #21 and is feeling great. Born Stacey Yvonne Barlow, December 18, 1968 to Juanita Barlow, she was faced with many obstacles dealing with her cerebral palsy.
Stacey Barlow has written a poem for the volunteers of The American Cancer Society of Pittsburgh, Texas. “Celebration of Life” (2001).
Published a piece in “The Head Doctor Presents Punany: The Hip Hop Psalms III The Onliners Erotic Poems and Short Stories from People Just Like You” entitled “Punany Ritual” in 2005.
She has also received three Editor’s Choice Awards for the poems “I Can’t Love You If You Can’t Love Me“, (1995). In the winter of 1997, Stacey was elected into The International Poetry Hall of Fame. “My Name Is. . .” (1997) was recognized by the judges as being among the best 3% of all entries judged. Two published poetry books "Cold Hearted Warm Hearted" and "Rejuvenation: Innocent Until Proven Guilty" Four manuscript finished, five manuscripts in process, one in the process of being published
Why Am I So Happy
I love sharing a smile or compliment with others and being a positive energy in the world. I am so grateful for the guests and listeners I come in contact with everyday through my shows. I wish to be a beacon of hope, light and Inspiration in a harsh world. A place where others can tune in to embrace the positivity of others, leaving them feeling uplifted and loved.
