Sheryl attended Community College in Cocoa Beach, Florida with continued studies at the University of New Hampshire. She obtained training and certification from Patrick Porter in New Port Beach, Virginia and Los Angeles, California. Sheryl is certified by the Society of Psycholinguistics as a Master Hypnotist. She is also clinically certified by the American Board of Hypnotherapy and the American Council of Hypnotists Examiners with specialized training in Psycholinguistics and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Currently Sheryl is the Director of Corporate Development for Positive Changes Hypnosis Centers and is involved in ongoing training for all Positive Changes Hypnotists to ensure life long client success.

 
Guest Profile: Lisa Romary My name is Lisa Romary. I live in Beaverton, OR and I am a Therapeutic Massage therapist. My goal for using Positive Changes Hypnosis was to reduce and eliminate pain and to reduce my medications.

Nine years ago I was in a car accident and 1½ years after the accident, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. The more I tried to work and continue a normal lifestyle, the worse and more debilitating my pain became. My pain and how to manage it became my main focus in life. It affected my ability to work and participate in all the outdoor activities I enjoy. I tried everything; Acupuncture, Chiropractics, Message, Yoga, Exercise and Meditation. Everything helped a little and for a short time but the constant pain was depressing and extremely stressful.

 
Guest Profile: David Mosher My name is David Mosher and I live in Beaverton OR. Im a longshoreman here in Portland OR. I heard about Positive Changes through the newspaper ads. I knew that I needed to do something to lose some weight. Ive been overweight for several years. Its been slowly creeping up 5 to 10 pounds a year for probably the last 10 years or so. On New Years Day, I weighed myself and it scared me how much weight Ive put on. Since coming to Positive Changes, Ive lost 53 lbs to date.

My wife is very supportive. She loves my new look and is very excited. Im skinnier now then I was 10 years ago. Ive tried several different diets in the past. Ive tried Weight Watchers and Ive tried to follow along with my wife when she did LA Weight Loss. None of them would work. I would lose a little bit of weight, but would always gain it back. With Positive Changes I saw results immediately. Within 3-4 days my eating habits changed; I was drinking more water and eating more fruits and vegetables. Its been really easy ever since. The weight has just disappeared. I lost an average of 5 lbs a week for the first 6 weeks and then 3 lbs a week since then. Within 2 weeks I was starting to exercise. I was walking on the treadmill 3 times a week and then 5 times a week and I havent done any exercise like that for a long time.
