The Global Freedom Report with Brent Johnson

The Second Amendment, Digital Currency, and the Fight to Preserve Liberty
Guest, Alan Gottlieb, Founder of the Second Amendment Foundation

Brent Johnson Opens with the Right to Keep and Bear Arms

In this episode of The Global Freedom Report, host Brent Johnson frames the show around truth, justice, liberty, and the question of whether Americans will live as free people or as subjects of government control. He announces that the episode will focus heavily on the Second Amendment, describing the right to keep and bear arms as a God-given protection against government tyranny. Brent also invites listeners to call in on the question of the week: whether people who move out of the United States should be considered unpatriotic.

Defensive Gun Use and the Case for Armed Self-Defense

Before introducing his guest, Brent reads statistics and definitions concerning defensive gun use in the United States. He discusses the wide range of estimates for annual defensive gun uses, from narrow crime-based reports to broader self-reported surveys involving brandishing, warning, displaying, or firing a firearm. Brent argues that public discussion often emphasizes shootings and gun deaths while ignoring cases in which armed citizens deter or stop crimes. He uses this material to support his view that the right to keep and bear arms remains essential for self-defense and resistance to tyranny.

Alan Gottlieb Discusses the Second Amendment Foundation

Brent then welcomes Alan Gottlieb, founder of the Second Amendment Foundation and leader connected with the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms. Brent introduces the Second Amendment Foundation’s history, including its founding in 1974, its legal-scholar conferences, its Gun Rights Policy Conference, educational publications, and its participation in many legal actions defending and expanding gun rights. Alan discusses the foundation’s current litigation work and explains that the organization is involved in dozens of active cases challenging state and federal gun restrictions.

Machine Guns, AR-15 Bans, Sensitive Places, and 3D-Printed Firearms

The interview covers several specific gun-rights disputes. Brent asks about a proposed West Virginia approach involving machine guns, while Alan cautions that federal restrictions on newly manufactured fully automatic firearms remain a major obstacle. They then discuss Virginia’s ban on certain semi-automatic firearms and magazines, which Alan says has already become law and is being challenged in federal court. Alan also describes litigation over so-called “sensitive places,” including the Hawaii case concerning whether firearms can be carried on private property open to the public. Brent raises California’s efforts against companies and individuals distributing computer code for 3D-printed firearms, and Alan explains that those cases implicate both the First Amendment and the Second Amendment, because publishing code is also a speech issue.

Warrantless Searches, Pistol Braces, and the Pace of Gun Litigation

Brent asks Alan about court rulings involving warrantless police entry and searches, especially when authorities claim they believed someone needed help. Alan says he does not support warrantless searches and expresses concern that some gun-control laws could lead to police knocking on doors because people previously purchased firearms that later became restricted. They also discuss the federal pistol-brace rule, with Alan saying his information is that the Trump administration is moving away from enforcement of certain Biden-era gun policies and has taken several pro-Second Amendment actions. Alan emphasizes that court victories are slow, expensive, and often delayed by procedural tactics, urging listeners to support the Second Amendment Foundation through saf.org and the Citizens Committee through ccrkba.org.

Callers, Patriotism, and the Risk of Digital Currency Control

After Alan leaves for another radio appearance, Brent opens the phone lines. Callers respond to the question of whether leaving the United States is unpatriotic, with one caller arguing that those who threaten to leave but stay only to attack the country are more unpatriotic than those who actually leave. Brent then shifts into his concern about digital currencies, warning that if money becomes primarily digital, government could potentially control people’s bank accounts and purchasing ability. He proposes an educational and activist effort encouraging businesses in states where gold and silver are legal tender to accept precious metals, so that people have alternatives if digital systems are ever used to restrict buying and selling.

Propaganda 101 and Brent’s Warning About Technology

In the later portion, Brent continues warning that every technology can be used for good or evil, and he says he evaluates technology by how it might be abused by government. During Propaganda 101, he defines propaganda as manipulation of truth for a political or economic agenda and invokes Thomas Paine’s description of government as a necessary evil. Brent argues that government is fundamentally prone to abuse and that new technologies, including digital money and information systems, can become tools of control unless people remain vigilant. The episode also includes listener calls debating whether such government control is likely or far-fetched, with Brent maintaining that the possibility alone is enough to justify preparation.

There are approximately 102 million gun owners in the United States of America.
Of these, between 0.5% and 2.5% report using firearms for self-defense every year.
Studies and surveys from 1987 to 2025 suggest instances of defensive gun use range from 65,000 to 2.5 million times each year.
The most conservative defensive gun use estimate from the NCVS is 65,000 per year.
According to recent surveys, 56% of gun owners state they carry firearms for self-defense.
Defensive gun use, GGU, has no single definition. Some researchers define GGU according to the shooter's assessment of the situation.
Others only apply to shootings performed during the commission of violent crime.
This report covers a variety of sources and methodologies.
GGU's were combined into two categories based on methodology. Sources were categorized by
definitions and defensive use factors as follows.
Broad GGU.
Surveys based on self-reports of brandishing a firearm verbally warning an attacker stopping a confrontation or defense and displays with no shots fired.
These incidents may not be reported to the police as there are no accompanying injuries or property damage.
Narrow crime based, GGU.
Officially reported incidents in which a defender threatened and offender with the use of firearm during a documented crime.
For example, a robbery assault burglary with confrontation.
Federal databases such as the FBI crime data explorer and CDC wonder were referenced to analyze crime and firearms related deaths.
The National Crime Victimization Survey was referenced to analyze defensive use cases based on reported crimes.
Per capita rates are calculated using US population estimates ranging from 319 to 339 million.
DGGU estimates vary depending on sourcing methodologies. Studies and surveys between 1990 and 2023 consistently suggest there are between 60,000 and 2.5 million DGGU's annually.
18 to 750 uses per 100,000 people.
A survey based study published in the Journal of American Medical Association Network Open in March 2025 estimated 489,000 annual DGGU's in which a firearm was discharged.
These incidents included a defender firing at and or in the vicinity of a perceived threat.
Self reported survey data suggest that an average of 750 people per 100,000 deter or stop a criminal with a firearm annually.
Crime based reporting studies suggest that between 18 and 30 people per 100,000 stop a threat and report to the police annually.
These data do not include all DGGU's because they are based on reported crimes and a DGGU indicates that a crime was thwarted.
Polls and self reporting surveys over the past 30 years range from 1.4 million to 4.3 million DGGU's annually.
These polls and surveys include respondents grabbing a firearm due to a perceived threat.
These sources include incidents of brandishing, displaying verbally warning with a gun in hand or firing a weapon at a potential threat.
The Gun Violence Archive reported 18,414 DGGU's between 2014 and 2025.
This database uses more than 7,000 publications to identify incidents in which a shot was fired defensively and reported to the police and news outlets.
Justifiable homicides in the US are defined as the lawful killing of another person.
The FBI tracked 4,712 cases of justifiable homicide between 2015 and 2024.
Of those, 59% of cases involved a civilian stopping a threat and 41% involved a law enforcement officer stopping a threat.
Note, the FBI's justifiable homicide data capture only a small subset of self-defense homicides.
These incidents are classified and reported by law enforcement agencies nationwide.
They do not represent the total number of defensive homicides in the US.
Of the 4,712 justifiable homicides reported by the FBI between 2015 and 2024,
54% occurred in the south.
The Midwest reported 22.2% of the nation's justifiable homicides, followed by the west with 17.5% and the northeast with 6%.
Just a reading on the numbers of defensive
uses of a firearm, uses of a weapon to thwart a crime, to stop a crime.
We hear about the people who shoot people and kill people.
We do not hear about the number of Americans who lawfully brandish weapons and firearms
and defend against and protect against a weapon-brandished crime.
We do not hear about those.
That is why I thought I would share this little tidbit with you.
Because today we are going to be talking about our God-given rights to keep and bear arms.
Why is it so important?
Why is it so important?
Well, the bottom line is that we came from a war against a government that was abusing us
in every possible way.
Our right to keep and bear arms guarantees that whatever the government does, we can stand up
against it and we will.

In the mid 1970s, Second Amendment Foundation held its inaugural Legal Scholars Conference,
an annual event that has evolved from its inception into a place where scholars and the leaders in
Second Amendment litigation come together to analyze recent court decisions and share ideas
and strategies to adopt to ensure a sustainable foundation for further future victories.
In 1986, SAF, along with the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms,
held the first annual Gun Rights Policy Conference, a gathering of individuals interested and or
involved in national, state, and local pro-gun organizations, allowing for the free exchange of
ideas and collaboration of strategies while recapping the prior years, wins, and losses in the
legislative and legal worlds. Both of these conferences continue to this day, drawing esteemed
scholars and litigators in state groups from across the country, such as California Rifle and
Pistol Association, Connecticut Citizens Defense League, Florida, Carey, Illinois State Rifle
Association, and Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus. Second Amendment Foundation was founded in 1974
by Alan Gottlieb with a unique and innovative vision for its time, building the necessary
foundation to bring a case addressing the Second Amendment to the Supreme Court through scholarly
pursuits, public education programs, publications, and legal action. Since its inception, SAF
has been a leader in the legal arena, having participated in over 260 different legal actions,
leading to the continued defense, restoration, and expansion of the Right to Keep and Bear
Arms throughout the United States. Second Amendment Foundation has also been responsible
for the publication of numerous educational materials, including books, newsletters, and journals.
These materials include the Journal on Firearms and Public Policy, the Gottlieb Tartaro Report,
and the Second Amendment Foundation Reporter. With more than 50 years of experience,
Second Amendment Foundation continues to lead the field in contributions to preserving our
God-given right to keep and bear arms through its work. Alan Gottlieb, it is my pleasure to
welcome you back to the Global Freedom Report. How are you, Alan?
Doing well, thank you, and it's great to be back with you. I appreciate the opportunity.
Absolutely, and we are about to expand the Global Freedom Report
within the next few weeks. And when that happens, our audience is going to also expand substantially,
and intent to have you involved, because we need a lot of people to be reached
regarding the work that you do and the work that you've been very, very successful at doing. I'm
looking forward to speaking with you about what is going on these days. Gun Owners in America
has been instrumental in bringing forward a proposed law in West Virginia that uses a
creative legal approach to help promote passage of the bill, which would make it lawful for
people to own machine guns if they're purchased from this state. Now, I've read up on this, and
I think it's great. I think it's a brilliant idea. Can you tell us briefly about it and how this
process is progressing toward actually creating a law? How's it going?
Well, it's going slow, unfortunately. It's not going as fast as a lot of people would like,
but the problem behind the scenes is that there's still a prohibition on the manufacture of new
fully automatic firearms in the United States, a federal law, and the federal law is going to
supersede state laws. So I don't know how this state law is really going to get around it,
and it's probably going to play out in a lot of court challenge.
Well, my understanding is that the law that is on the books says that individuals like you and me
okay, cannot purchase a fire, a machine gun, but it makes an exception, as I understand it,
for the government. And so if you purchase through a government sponsored licensed firearm dealer,
there seem to be a way to use the way the law is written to allow individuals
to get these weapons. As I understand this, it's an infrastructure.
Yeah, I'm not sure that that's going to totally work. The problem we have is that since 1986,
no newish fully automatic firearms can be made in the United States and sold,
even through a licensed dealer. It's a federal law. So in many states right now, you can own a fully
automatic firearm if it was made before 1986. Some states prohibited, but many states allow it.
The problem is you have to be able to manufacture new ones so that people can purchase them,
because there's only a limited supply of ones that are made before 1986.
So it's a much more complicated process, and I'm not sure that law is going to work or not.
It'll play out and we'll have to find out and see.
Oh, okay. I was actually pretty excited when I first heard about it and all that. Okay,
let's see where it goes. So on the other side of this spectrum, the Marxist legislature of Virginia
is seeking to pass a law that would make it more difficult for Americans to use firearms
by declaring AR-15 magazines too dangerous for people to use.
Patriots have been handing out AR-15 magazines at the Virginia State Capitol to openly defy the
upcoming ban. What do you think of this grassroots revolt and what are you and the Second Amendment
Foundation doing to combat this proposed ban? I'm glad you brought that up. First of all,
the proposed ban has now become law. Virginia has passed it ban on both the semi-automatic firearms
like the AR-15 as well as magazines. We filed suit last week in federal court
challenging that law and we hope that law will be overturned. It's going to end
up probably having to go to the United States Supreme Court, where we already have a challenge
to us, a semi-automatic ban from another state pending along with other challenges that we file
with the US Supreme Court, who eventually is going to take one of these cases.
And so I'm pretty sure over time we're going to win, but to me a right delayed is a right denied.
And right now in Virginia that right is being denied. Likewise, with half a dozen to a dozen
other states in the United States where we have similar problems. So it's really this about a
dozen states in the country that have gone crazy infringing on Second Amendment rights.
We've got a number of laws actually legal challenges. I mean actually about 55 lawsuits that are
filed currently in federal courts challenging those laws in 12 states. Three of which are pending
cert before the US Supreme Court right now. The Supreme Court has heard one this session
dealing with what we call a vampire rule, but it's a sensitive places where you can't have a firearm
and a sensitive place and the defined sensitive places it was stated for why that any that's publicly
people it's privately private property but open to the general public. So like a you know a restaurant
you know it could be lots of different places where you want to go with your automobile.
Let me bookmark you. I've got a hard break coming up. Stay with me. Don't lose your train of thought

I sure hope I get to hear from you soon. 888-385-3733. Welcome back, Alan Gottlieb of the Second
Amendment Foundation and Citizens Committee on the Right to Keep and Bear Arms. It's a pleasure
to have you. Do you remember what you were talking about when we went to the break that I had to
break off? Yes, I do. We were talking about the case that the U.S. Supreme Court heard. We were
waiting for a decision now any day. And this is a YA case on so-called having your firearm in
sensitive places where they find sensitive places as any privately owned property that's open to the
public. You know, your supermarket, your gas station, it could be virtually anything. And so while
they were forced by the courts to issue permits to carry, they've now made it next and possible
to carry the firearms anywhere. And that's the case we're going to win. We're just waiting for
a decision from the U.S. Supreme Court now. Excellent. Good. Good. Okay. You know, we need more of those.
You know, I mean, we have forgotten to value life. You know, the very first God-given right
specified in the Declaration of Independence is the right to life. And we don't think about that
anymore. We think, nah, your life belongs to the state. The government gets to tell you for your
own good what you can and cannot do. And we need people like you and like the Second Amendment
Foundation to stand up and say, no, our rights come from God, not from the state. And we need you
to act on our behalf because, you know, most of us don't know how to navigate that legal system.
So I look forward to hearing, I'm looking forward to hearing how that case does come out.
Marxist outlaw California Attorney General Rob Bonta has filed a lawsuit against two
out-of-state companies and 100 individuals accusing them of distributing computer code
that lets people 3D print their own firearms. This is a case that pits the right to keep and bear
arms against Sacramento's latest bogus and unlawful anti-gun crusade. What can you tell us about this
case and how are gun owners of America and citizens right to keep and bear arms fighting
against the never-ending unlawful efforts by California to deprive people of their God-given
rights to defend themselves? Yeah, I mean, it's not just a Second Amendment case,
it's also a First Amendment case because the right to be able to publish computer code
is really a First Amendment issue. It's like a freedom of speech question. And so California's
infringing on two areas of our federal bill of rights. And we've had a number of legal challenges
in cases with this up and down the court system and it's still in the court system right now.
The Second Amendment Foundation has and Defense distributed, who has provided the code on the
internet that people free is one of our plaintiffs in this case. And it's ongoing. We've had some
mixed reactions to it. The government as a whole doesn't really want to fight it on First Amendment
grounds because they know that it lose it and they really don't really want to fight it on
Second Amendment grounds either. So what they really try to do more than anything is have the case
on technicalities, bounce all of the different states and different courts to try and make it
so that we can't get a final decision. And that's sort of what their strategy is at this point.
Well, what do you do when you run into that? Well, if it's a problem, we've had cases
filed in Texas and New Jersey. And one of the defendants in the case is the Attorney General
and the State of New Jersey, which predates California doing it as well. And so this case is a little
further ahead in the courts and it bounces back and forth. New Jersey says that should be heard
in their circuit. We say that should be heard in Texas because that's where our defendant
defense distributor is based. We also have situations where the Attorney General in New Jersey wrote the
State of California to impose the laws that California did. So now it makes it federal
crossing state lines. So it's not just a New Jersey situation. It's also California
situation. It says California responded back by prohibiting defense distributor from putting
the code out in California. We think Texas is the best place to have it. It's bounced up and back
to the appeals court and back down. The Fifth Circuit appeals court, which handles Texas,
basically ruled that it belongs in Texas and New Jersey and California sort of ignoring it
and saying no, it should be heard more friendly grounds to us. And they just don't, eventually,
we're hoping this case gets to the United States Supreme Court as well. One of our problems, in all
honesty, is we've got so many cases pending cert and getting ready to go to the U.S. Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court is really only going to take like one case a year most on gun rights. We're
backed up on getting our rights recognized by the Supreme Court and striking down some of these
anti-gun proposals all across the country. And if you knock it down in one state, it's going to
affect some of these anti-gun laws in other states as well. And again, as I said earlier,
right to late is the right to nigh. And the other side has become very good at delaying a lot of
our litigation and running up our costs and making it difficult to work it through the court system.
But we're giving it everything we can. Again, like I said earlier, we currently have a little
lower 55 cases in the courts right now at one time. That's a lot of litigation and a lot of expense.
If you're listeners and viewers, we'd really like to get more information about those since we have
a limited amount of time. If I go to our website at saf.org, saf.org, all the cases are posted there.
And it's really a great educational reading just going through the briefs.
Well, let me ask you, if the Fifth Circuit out of Texas ruled that this particular case belongs in Texas,
why doesn't that resolve it? Because California, I mean, in New Jersey, in this case, got the circuit
that they're involved, they're engaged in, and to rule it belongs in their circuit, not in the Fifth Circuit.
So you have two sets of courts finding it out and eventually the Supreme Court's going to have to
decide which circuit the case should be in. We've been litigating this for over six years at this
point. I think it's coming up on eight or it started with the New Jersey case, and then of course,
the California stuff being added to it. And it's out of control, and the Supreme Court needs to step
in and clarify this. Well, yeah, if you have two appeals circuits with differing perspectives on
the same case, doesn't that give you immediate access to the Supreme's? Well, it doesn't give us
immediate access to court. You can petition the court to take the case, they still have to take it.
And the problem is there's so many gun cases right now pending cert at the Supreme Court
that it's really difficult to move the needle right now. It's a slow process, it's expensive,
it's not fair to people when your rights are in jeopardy, but nevertheless, the system moves
unfortunately very slow, especially when it comes to gun rights.
Oh, God, you know, it's, you know, just when you think you have something going on,
okay, then you run into these technical technical. Let me give you an example. Let me give you an
example. We filed suit like, I think it was about six years ago, now in New York, case known as
Christensen, New York had their permit system, they lost struck down that made it impossible
in a permit to carry a firearm for self protection. They got it struck down so they went past another
law on sensitive places. So if you get a permit, you can't take your gun any place anyway. We filed
that case in New York, we want it at the lower court level. We just this past week got the second
circuit court of appeals to rule in our favor or firming our victory and took that long just to
get it to the appeals court and get a ruling. Now, of course, New York has the option of trying to
get it before the US Supreme Court. We don't know if they will or not, but the final say on it might
still be in jeopardy. Of course, I believe the court would rule in our favor if he gets there,
but it takes forever to get these cases moving up the ladder.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I don't know what the solution is to that. I really don't, you know, but
at least you are persevering with them because I know that in order to get a
favorable ruling, you must persevere, you can't give up. Now, last you have to raise,
you have to raise the funds to do it. And it's very difficult to fund 55 cases.
In some of these cases, again, of costing $2 million a pop of the time we get to the US Supreme
Court, it's an amazing chore and amazing amount of time that has to go into that. So again, if any
of your viewers or listeners would like to help us out, they can surely help these lawsuits out
at going to our website at saf.org, S-A-F-D-O-R-G to help. And you can see what the monumental
task that's in front of us. And we will give that information out regularly over the next few
minutes and everything. We're going to keep giving that out, okay, because we do want people to help
out. This is, you know, this is your life as well as other people's lives. This is not just
this one organization. This goes to your fundamental right to defend your own life
from, among other things, an intrusive government. We have to take another break. When we come back,
I want to ask you about a case called Burns versus Felix. I'm going to ask you about that case
when we return 866-870-KRLA 866-870-5752. We're talking about the second amendment to the US
Constitution. We'll be right back with more of the Global Freedom Report.

while empires all around or bow beneath the weight of their own armament. A republic whose flag is
loved by other plagues all over the years.
Now you are none of you are alone. Okay, we are a community of truth and freedom lovers. Welcome back
to the Global Freedom Report. I'm your host Brent Johnson. My guest is Alan Gottlieb of the Second
Amendment Foundation. Alan, welcome back. Last year the Supreme Court issued a ruling in the case
of Barnes v. Felix rejecting a legal doctrine that had presumed that police were immune from
liability for conducting warrantless searches. However, a few months ago the High Court upheld
the warrantless entry of police in Montana, which resulted in the death of the homeowner
because the police said they believe that he was in need of help.
Would you comment on these two cases and help us understand the court's position around warrantless
searches and seizures? If all it takes is a cop saying, well, I thought this person needed help,
then what's the point of the prohibition against warrantless searches?
Yeah, obviously none of us support warrantless searches. I mean, we have a constitution that
protects that and it's a different amount of case law that warrantless searches are not,
you know, justifiable on almost every case. These are some gray areas and I'm not sure I
appreciate the courts ruling on these quite honestly. There is a problem from time to time
of warrantless searches. Of course, when it gets to the Second Amendment issues, we have extra
concerns because you get a number of different states like California being one of them,
where they pass laws saying you can't own certain firearms and all of a sudden you get a knock on
your door because they know you own the firearm because you quote unquote have purchased it,
had to fill out forms and they're knocking on your door without a warrant. That's a very scary
possibility in a lot of places here now in the United States with a lot of these anti-gun laws
being passed. Sometimes there are unintended consequences that also infringe on other rights,
not just Second Amendment rights. I can't really tell you what the court's total logic was in that.
I've read the court's opinions in those cases and quite frankly, I find it very difficult to follow.
Yeah, that makes two of us for sure. Why is the Trump Department of Justice continuing to allow
the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms to enforce the pistol brace rule that courts have
already found to be unconstitutional? Well, that, my information has just recently changed. They
no longer are. We have a new director or the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms that has been
confirmed. There's definitely a Second Amendment supporter who cares about gun rights. Those are
leftover things from the Biden administration and they're all going buy-by. And quite frankly,
the Trump administration deserves a pat on the back in a number of different areas. One, they've
now filed suits against three jurisdictions to declare various gun laws unconstitutional.
And they've also filed three amicus briefs in cases the Second Amendment Foundation has filed
in support of our lawsuits to overturn some gun laws. They've done a very good job. They've also
done a good job of figuring a way around a federal prohibition on the restoration of rights for
people who commit nonviolent crimes who shouldn't lose their gun rights for their whole life.
And they've now issued over 300 restorations since they've started the process. First
administration to do that. So there's probably, in all honesty, this administration's the most
gun friendly administration America has ever had. While they're not 100% perfect, they're all
close to it. I really appreciate the efforts and restoration of gun rights by this administration.
I am really pleased to hear you say that coming from you that goes a long way. I appreciate it.
Now, okay, let's get down to basics. The Second Amendment clearly states that the right of the
people that keep in bear arms shall not be infringed. Period. Now, I would imagine that the
the framers of the Constitution thought they had spelled out the limits of government concerning
this right yet efforts to obstruct this fundamental right have never stopped and sometimes gained
traction. Why have these clearly unlawful political acts been allowed to continue? And
the Supreme Court itself has said standing ruling that an unconstitutional law
nobody needs to obey it. Nobody can be punished for violating it because it is void on its face.
Now, that's a standing ruling. So why are we even having this discussion?
Well, for a few reasons. First of all, the gun grabbers or the gun ban lobby in this country and
their politicians and people in the media who support their efforts aren't going to stop. They don't
care what the Constitution says. They don't respect it. And there's no doubt that they're going to keep
pushing it at every chance they get. Likewise, you know, until a law is overridden and struck down
by the US Supreme Court, it's still considered so to speak to be valid. So you can violate it,
but you're doing it at your own risk. And you may end up in prison for it. So it's an ongoing battle.
Obviously, those of us who care about freedom, err on the side of individual liberty and put the
burden on the government, not on the individual. On the other hand, the gun grabbers and like it
or not, they control about a dozen states and almost control Congress. The bottom line is they
don't care and then they're going to keep pushing their anti-gun rights agenda. That's why we have
to be vigilant at all times, where we have to stay engaged and be active in the right to keep
your arms. You know, like Ronald Reagan once said, that, you know, our rights and our freedoms are
only one election away from extinction. And that is definitely the case. And I'm very concerned
about the upcoming midterm elections, because the second amendment rights could just disappear.
And you got situations where our opponents want to even pack the United States Supreme Court,
expanding and putting on a bunch of anti-gun judges to overturn some of the rulings in favor
of gun rights that the court has already ruled on. This is what we're up against. I mean, we're
up against a tenacious opponents that don't care about freedom. And they want to attack it because
they want to control us. Well, and, you know, to me, I mean, I'm a traditionalist, but to me,
it seems very simple. If the Supreme Court has said, okay, you cannot do this and you go out and
you do it anyway, why don't they just throw them in prison? You're in contempt of the Supreme Court.
That's it. You're gone. I like your logic, but basically the courts have also ruled that they're
not going to imprison politicians for passing, you know, unconstitutional laws. They've said
that the remedy is up to the voters to remove the politicians. It's not for the court to do. We have
division of government and the court's not going to throw out the rest of the legislators for doing
it. They're, again, a rule that the voters have to do it. And so that's what it's all about. So
there's a lot of public education that needs to go on educating voters when these political
extremists take away your rights and freedoms. Wow. Okay. Can you stay with me a little bit
into the second hour, please? I wish I could, but I have another show backed up to do right after this
one. I'm a guest on an armed American radio, also syndicated by the Salem Broadcasting Network.
Oh, no. So I'm, I'm, I'm, I wish I could, but I can. Can I keep you for another five minutes or so
into the second hour? Or is it that tight? No, five minutes you got, but I got to leave exactly
at five minutes. Okay, well, okay, that will give us about one, one and a half minutes or so when we
get past the top of the hour break, but I want to get out the information about the websites. And I
want to make sure that goes that before you leave. So we'll, we'll do that on the other side of the
break. We have to take a hard break. This is a top of the hour break. I can't, I can't not do it.
So sorry about that. Stay with me, Alan, please appreciate it. We'll be right back with hour number
two of the Global Freedom Report. Stay tuned.

And welcome back to hour number two of the Global Freedom Report. I'm your host, Brent Johnson.
And my guest is Alan Gottlieb of the Second Amendment Foundation. Alan, I'm glad you state
for just a couple more minutes here. You have two websites. You have saf.org. You have ccrkba.org.
Which of these provides the best way to contact you? How do people find out about the work of
the Second Amendment Foundation and the Citizens Committee on the Right to Keep and Bear Arms?
And do you offer programs that involve people directly in protecting all our rights? And can they
through these websites contribute to your organizations? Yes, they can. Either one is a great way to
reach me. But since you mentioned, you know, gaining people involved next week on Sunday,
I'm on a Saturday, the Citizens Group with the right to keep your arms at ccrkba.org is holding
a New England firearms advocacy conference outside Boston, Massachusetts. If any of your
listeners or callers are in that particular area of the United States, they probably really enjoy
attending that conference. That information is at ccrkba.org. And for the Second Amendment
Foundation, again, all our legal cases are listed there and ways to get involved with this are there,
as well as registering for our national gun rights policy conference, which is going to be in September
in Dallas, Texas this year. And you can do that at saf.org as well. Thank you.
Excellent. And I would presume that any other events you may have are going to be on one of
these two websites as well. Most definitely. So saf.org for legal and educational stuff and
ccrkba.org for grassroots lobbying and political stuff. Thank you.
Excellent. Alan Gottlieb, thank you so much for spending this time with us. I wish you well
whichever show you're going to right now. I know you're going to be great
on there. And I look forward to having you back. And please keep me informed on that
Hawaii case. I'd really like to know what ends up happening with that case. Thank you. Thank you
so much. Alan Gottlieb, Second Amendment Foundation. And I'll let you go right now. Now you folks,
stay where you are, because we will open up the phone lines and take your calls in just a minute.
Again, Alan, thank you so much for being with us. God bless my pleasure. God bless you too.
All right. 86870, KRLA 868705752. That is the toll free number to be on the show. Question
of the week. Do you believe people who move out of the United States are unpatriotic? Eric,
calling in from LA wanted to answer the question. How are you, Eric?
Well, okay. Who's my answer to that? The most unpatriotic people are those that say they're
going to leave, but don't. Back in 1964, oh, I heard it over and over. But fairy goldwater
wins in November. I'm leaving this country to which I would say, well, we'll go. Go. Unfortunately,
he lost. When Trump was running each time, oh, how many times have we heard people including
numerous Hollywood celebrities, big shots, oh, if Trump wins, I'm out of here. Well, hey, I'll
help pay your way to make it a one-gree ticket. Those are the most unpatriotic people because they
don't go. They don't leave. They just talk. They stay here to keep destroying the country
with their hatred of America. The people that do leave, they're the ones being patriotic.
They don't like the country. They're free to go. We're not holding them in here like like in East
Germany, the Berlin Wall and all that. They're free to go. If you don't like it, go. Now, hang
on. What about people who have spent their lives fighting for America and who have gotten to the
point that they think that America is so broken, I need to find a place where I am more free than
what has essentially become the fascist police states of America? What about people like that?
People who leave because they don't think that they can pursue or even fight for the American
dream anymore? That's a very good point. I think that's even more debatable than what we were
discussing a minute ago. Very, very good point. I've thought of that myself. I've heard people
mention that there are several islands out there in the ocean where people are totally free
that they've thought of going. Right now, though, I think with Trump in there and with the mega
movement growing and the potential for revival, that we still have a chance of saving America.
And if we can, let's do that. Let's not run away. If they really close in and put the straight
jacket on us, well, then we can talk about that some more. Okay, that is fair. Thank you, Eric.
I appreciate the call very much. Thank you for your thoughts and for your insights.
Let's go to Mark from Ventura. Mark, welcome to the show you are on the air.
Hi, Brad. How are you doing? I was listening to Alan and you know, I have a hard time understanding
because we have Murdoch versus Pennsylvania. It's found in volume 319 US Supreme Court reports on
page 105. And that states no state can require a fee and a license for any of our Constitution
guaranteed rights because by doing so, it converts our Constitution guaranteed rights into a privilege.
So I'm not even sure why are we even addressing it seems like no state can even issue a CCW.
And I still write about it online before they took away my online. And then we have
Schuttlesworth versus Birmingham, Alabama that's in volume 373 US Supreme Court reports page 262.
You may have been referring to that case. If the state does pass an unconstitutional law,
then the person has the right to disobey such law. Okay, then we have US versus Bishop,
volume 412 US Supreme Court reports page 346 the state. There is no element of willful intent
if a person relies on the Constitution and the Supreme Court cases period. The prosecutor has
no case because we rely on Murdoch versus Pennsylvania and Schuttlesworth versus Birmingham, Alabama,
Murray versus Madison, takes that Constitution is Supreme law of the land. So I don't understand
why are we even arguing the CCW and something that Allen showed up that, you know, it's hard
to go after these judges. No, there are two cases, Owen versus city of independence volume 100,
very old case Supreme Court reports page 1398 as well as main versus Tibido,
volume 100 Supreme Court reports page 2502 says it removes the immunity for the judges and
prosecutors that are not following the Constitution. And maybe we should file under those cases to,
you know, penalize these judges. So that's my good friend.
And I think it's great what I think Allen would say because I kind of sort of asked him
something along these lines basically. And I think what he would say probably is that,
yeah, you know, the fact that there are constitutional prohibitions against doing certain things like
you mentioned, they can't put a fee for a firearm permit, okay, because you're entitled to have
the firearm as a fundamental right. They do it anyway. They don't care. They do it anyway. And
now if you want to challenge it, you have to actually go through the legal system to challenge
it, which is costly and time consuming and all of that. And so I think that's probably a reasonably
accurate answer on Allen's part. You know, why I agree with you, why are we even having this
discussion? Okay, because there aren't teeth that have been put in to the system that say,
if you violate the Constitution, you go to jail, that's all. That's it. It's the supreme law of
the land you violated the supreme law of the land. Nothing can be more deserving of jail time
losing your pension and all that stuff. So I'm completely with you on that.
And any other thoughts, Mark? I agree. You know, as far as people leaving, I guess it depends on
the circumstances that the people are leaving. If somebody wants to spend time with families,
he relatives, or they wanted to visit a country or old friend, that's fine. But you know, people
like who was it Rosio? I think she finally went right Rosio down when she went to Ireland.
I don't know, maybe they'll throw her out. But you know who needs to go is the Rosanne Barr.
I can never stomach down that national anthem she did. And how she has to stay in with me,
I'll be locked and blew around the gurney. I will never understand. She's wondering if
people needs to go. You know, I'm an immigrant. My parents went away from the communist eastern
70s to come here. I was eight years old when he did that. I cannot stomach such an act that she
did this. Yeah, you know, the anthem, you know, what you're talking about, it was been a baseball
game some years ago. I just I just don't understand how people just, you know, she didn't need security
and a helicopter to get out of that stadium. Yep, I hear you. I hear you. Thank you much.
Thank you. Thank you.
Finally published these things in one of the magazines that I was writing for years.
Finally, like some months ago, they published it. So I'm happy with that.
Excellent. Thank you, Mark. Appreciate the call very much. 866870K, our LA 8668705752. Now,
there's been a lot of talk about the push for digital currencies. And in that talk, there are
great concerns that with digital currencies, the government will take control of whether or not
your money is yours and will be able to stop your bank account, stop you from buying things.
Okay. It's it's a a argument that says digital currencies equate
to the mark of the beast. When we come back, we've got a break coming up. When when we come back,
I want to say a few words on this topic because I was speaking with a friend yesterday and we came
up with an initial plan. I'm going to tell you a little bit about our plan and see if we can encourage
you to join in on the effort. We want to encourage businesses in states where
gold and silver are legal tender to accept gold and silver so that when
when the government tries to control everything through digital currencies, people will have
avenues to spend real legitimate money and get the things they need. We'll talk about that on the
other side of the break 866870KRLA 8668705752. And Mark from Ventura, if you are still listening
and my producer, Lee Parker wants you to call her toll-free number 888 3853733.
888-385-free. Mark, give her a call. We'll be right back with more of the Global Freedom Report.
Don't go away. There's a lot more of the Global Freedom Report. When we come back,
are you ready to awaken to the truth?
This is Professor Steve Payne, the author of debunking economics, trying to bring some sense
to a senseless discipline and you're listening to the Global Freedom Report.
For the Civil War, states were all separate. People used to say the United States are.
It wasn't until the war ended. People started saying the United States is.
They still found a breeze. It's not a question.
You call me in, pray, by the time.
The day you speak.
All right. I welcome back to the Global Freedom Report. I'm your host, Brent Johnson. I would like to
suggest to you the following.
Thomas Payne, my favorite founding father, wrote of government that it is very best.
Government is a necessary evil. That means government is fundamentally evil.
Now, whenever I look at any kind of technology, I always evaluate it for its potential for abuse
and in particular abuse by the evil government.
It does not matter who is in the position of power in the government.
You can have very good people in the government, but the nature of the beast is evil.
Any technology can be used for good or for evil.
Let's look at digital technology when it comes to currency.
The potential for abuse is that the evil government could come in and start to decide what you can
and cannot do with your life. If you don't do what we say, we'll shut down your bank account.
You won't be able to, if you have taken the mark, you won't be able to buy or sell or engage in
commerce at all. You may say this is not going to happen and maybe it's not going to happen,
but scripture says it is going to happen.
For the sake of discussion, if it does happen, what are you going to do?
If it does happen, would you be prepared?
Now, we know that in our country, in the United States of America,
the Constitution itself says that only gold and silver are real money.
Now, I don't happen to believe we're ever going to go fully cashless.
Okay, so cash, gold and silver. Let's presume those things will be money.
What are you going to do if nobody wants to take your gold and silver?
What we are looking to do is create first an educational campaign and then
turn it into an activist, a volunteer activist organization, where we want to encourage
businesses. First off, in the 15 states where gold and silver are actually legal tender.
We want to go after all the businesses say, are you going to take or do you take gold and silver?
If you don't, why not? Are you willing to take gold and silver? So that when the evil that is
government seeks to abuse the popularity of digital currencies to harm people, we want to have people
who have thought about it in advance and will have avenues, ways to use real money
to get what they need so that they do not find themselves trapped
by the mark of the beast. So, I'm going to start by designing a basic newsletter to
promote this. And over the next several weeks and months, we will be discussing this and
discussing it more and more and more. If we look out, we've been told that freedom requires
eternal vigilance. We have to be watching out for abuse all the time. Right now, we're taking a
look at the potential for abuse on a major scale. If all these digital currencies are implemented,
if as President Trump says, we're going to segue everything over to digital, fully digital,
and the Constitution doesn't allow for that. So that's going to be a real chore. But they will
probably succeed in getting a majority of the people to segue over to being fully digital.
When that happens, they are at risk in my opinion. Our job is to find ways to mitigate
that risk so that when the time comes, we will have solutions for people. That's the idea.
And by the way, if you have any thoughts on this, give me a call 866870KRLA 8668705752.
Truthfully, what my attitude is this. Any technology will potentially be abused
by the evil that is government. Government seeks to control everything. What about those of us who
don't want to be controlled? That's the issue. And what I say at the end of every show, what are
you willing to do to protect and preserve your liberty? And what are you not willing to do to
protect and preserve your liberty? And if you can't answer, I'm willing to do anything,
absolutely anything to protect and preserve my liberty. Any other answer, any other answer,
gives the evil that is government the tools it needs to undermine your freedom.
I'm willing to do anything except I'm not willing to risk the safety of my children. That sounds good.
Yeah, most people would nod and say, yeah, yeah, that's a good answer.
Then all that is needed is to threaten the safety of your children and you will give up
your God-given rights to life, liberty, and property. And then you have nothing of value,
nothing at all, to leave to your children when you're gone.
It's a sad thing to say, but you have to be willing to do anything, anything
that is required to protect your God-given rights. These are gifts from God.
Where do you draw the line on what you're willing to do to preserve and protect the gift from your
Creator? Serious question. I'm willing to do so much, but I'm not willing to do more. Really?
That's what you think about His gifts to you and every one of you.
Would do well. Every morning, every evening, you look in the mirror and you ask, what am I
willing to do to protect and preserve my liberty? And what am I not willing to do
to protect and preserve that same liberty? And keep asking yourself that question.
And you might even write down your answer and do it again tomorrow. Write down the answer. Do
it again tomorrow. See whether or not your answers change over time. Do they remain the same?
Ultimately, it's the most important question you can ask because government is fundamentally evil.
Government will abuse your rights. That's its nature. And government cannot take away your rights. The
only thing it can do is violate your rights and it will violate your rights. And so the question
you need to answer is when my rights are violated by the government, what am I willing to do about
it? How am I willing to fight back? There's no wrong answer to this question, only an honest answer.
And I'd love to hear yours. 866870KRLA. We'll be right back with more of the Global Freedom Report.
We'll be back in a moment. You're listening to the Global Freedom Report.

The answer. Breaking news. Memorial Day weekend travel underway, but this year drivers are dealing
with higher gas prices, especially here in California. Doug Johnson with AAA says the
pain of the bump won't keep drivers off the road. They're still going to go on their vacation,
but they're going to cut corners where they can. Says with the Stratton poor moves still closed,
two California refineries closed, the price per gallon will likely keep climbing,
especially as demand goes up with summertime travel. Larry Marino won the answer with breaking

This is Mark Plurner with the Constitutional Alliance working to protect citizens against
global biometric enrollment and financial control. You're listening to the Global Freedom Report
with Brent Johnson. Freedom Fever. Everything the establishment has told you is wrong with you.
It's actually what's right with you. You see things other stones. You are hard ones to change
the world. You utter lack of progression. You're wide eyed idealism. You're unmitigated open minds.
These are the tricks shared by the creators, pioneers, and engineers. Innovators, revolutionaries,
freedom, freedom, and the acid on.
And welcome back to the Global Freedom Report. I'm your host, Brent Johnson. If you'd like to be
part of the show, the toll-free number 866-870-KRLA 866-870-5752. Mark from Ventura, if you missed my
comment earlier, Lee Parker, that's my producer, has asked you to give us a call off the air.
Okay. The toll-free number is 888-385-3733, 888-385-3. Give her a call, please, Mark. Appreciate that.
Also, Dave, if you are listening, Dave, you sent us a couple of your original songs
for me to review in preparation of bringing you on our Freedom Follies segment.
Talk about your work and share your music with our audience. Unfortunately, my recent technological
challenges in which I had a computer crash and then my servers crashed on top of that.
I've lost your contact info. So, the only way I can proceed, Dave, is if you will call us off the air,
888-385-3733, 888-385-3. I identified the two pieces of music. I'll know it's you. And then we can go about
scheduling you. I sure hope that you are hearing this message. If not, well, hopefully at some
point or another, you will check in with us. Thanks so much, Dave, and thank you for submitting
your Freedom Music for consideration. And that leads us to the idea of various segments that we
have on the show that involve you members of our audience. Maybe you have issues that you want to
rant about or rave about. You feel so strongly about them that you want to rant or rave about
the issues. Well, give us a call off the air and we will schedule time for you to go on the air
and share your anger, your outrage, your frustration, or maybe your kudos if it's something you really like
about whatever the issue is that is bothering you or concerns you. It's called rants and raves,
and you have an opportunity to participate in that way. So call us off the air at 888-385-3733,
888-385-3. And say, I want to rant and rave about something, and we will get you on the air to do
it. Additionally, you want to become a member of the press. This is an opportunity to do so.
Okay, you could become a freelance reporter for the Patriot News Network. You will go out and
travel in public areas and ask people about current events and topical issues. And you'll have to
have your own equipment, but it doesn't take much to set yourself up with that. And then your interviews
will then be edited for airing, and then we will put it on the air as a man on the street or woman
on the street interview. If you are an artist, whether a performing artist or a fine artist,
whose work is focused on freedom, self-determination, and individual rights, we want to hear from you
because we will schedule you for a Freedom Follies segment where you can share the work that you do,
the work that you do in support of freedom. And I look forward to being able to do that with you,
and all you have to do, if you want to get involved, it's very simple. Call us off the air at 888-385-3835,
373-33. That's 888-385-free. Jerry Collean from Pasadena. Jerry, welcome to the show. You are on the air.
I'd like to comment on your statement. You're promised that there was a child in government or all
governments that want to control us. And I don't doubt there's probably a few people in all governments
around the world that want to control us, but it's so improbable and unlikely in the United States
government to happen. I work for eight different agencies, from a Navy Department of Army,
on internal revenue service, Social Security, U.S. Customs, Customs and Border Protection,
U.S. Forest Service and Immigration and Nationalization Service are now retired.
And so I can tell you, government has difficulty even sending a package across town or from one
agency to another. It's so disorganized. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
And you're saying somehow this crack efficiency of a government is going to get to the point
where they can, quote, control us. Now the Democratic Party can enact laws that will seem to control
us. I don't deny that. But as far as why don't you're citing us control? I'd like to give you,
tell me, give me a scenario whereby you, they would take control of the citizens of this country.
Well, okay, the topic I was addressing was the indication that we are moving to a point where
our currency will be mostly digital. Okay, now, okay, when that happens, when that happens,
and now we've seen this happen in places like the United Kingdom. I mean, we have seen this.
Okay, when that happens and when you get to a point where most people are tied into digital
currencies, the concern I have, and it's a concern, I'm not saying it will happen, but I have to assume
that it could well happen and work to mitigate that possibility. Okay, the possibility that the
government through its resources will have control over individual bank accounts. Okay, and if it has
that control, okay, the idea that in government, and I'm not saying everybody in government would
do this by any means, but it only takes one or two to create a major problem. My concern is that
if the ability to go in with government technology and manipulate and control
individuals banking, for example, if the ability is there, somebody in government is likely to
utilize that ability to cause problems. That's my concern. I'm not saying it will happen, but
if it could happen based on the technology, don't we have an obligation to ourselves and to our
brethren to do whatever we can to mitigate that possibility?
You asking me? Yeah, I'm asking you.
Well, of course, but again, your premise is so far faster, it won't happen. First of all,
that's why we have a democracy in this country whereby we have two parties that
deliberate before making these types of decisions as far as cryptocurrency and so forth.
I'd like you to tell me how is this going to happen that we will go in a form of what we currently have
now with you, the dollar has value in this country versus cryptocurrency. How would this happen?
I don't understand it. Well, President Trump just said that he wants to create the next generation
of financial currency to be totally and completely cryptocurrency. Now, if he does that,
how do you do that? I don't understand the question. There is already a great push.
There is a great deal of push for implementing crypto currencies.
And the problem is that the actual technology is flawed. I'm not saying it's going to happen.
I'm not saying it's not going to happen. But if it does happen, look at what's happened over in
England. People are literally having their accounts shut down because somebody said something and
somebody else was offended by it. Now, they're doing that in England. Our country came from England.
If they're doing that in England, what makes you think they would not do something like that
if they could in the United States? Now, I hope that I hope it never happens.
I hope it never happens, but I'm not going to assume that it won't happen just because I hope it won't.
Can I have a comment? Yeah, please.
I would just like you to give me a scenario where President Trump says he's one man in the country
of 350 million people. One man says he's going to want to change the currency,
some cryptocurrency. How would he accomplish this? Educate me. Maybe he could, but I don't know.
Just I'm asking for an education how this would happen.
I know you're a scriptwriter or you're a novelist and you're writing a script about this. If you're
writing a book, a dramatic book, how would you write this in your storyline?
Well, I can tell you this much. There is something called a quantum financial system.
That is a system of finances that is in process of being implemented as an alternative to the
existing SWIFT system. For a time, the quantum financial system will coexist with the SWIFT
system, but the objective is to eliminate the SWIFT system in favor of the QFS.
That in itself doesn't necessarily mean that there will be problems, but if the entire system
has changed, the QFS is designed to be a blockchain system where everything is done digitally.
If we completely segue into that financial system, then you are looking at a scenario where everybody is plugged
into the digital system and that opens the door to the people who do want to undermine the system,
undermining the system. Hang on. Jerry, I got to take one more break. Let me take a break when
I get back. I'd like you to respond. Okay? Hang in there for a second. We'll be right back
with more of the global freedom report.

My ideas are my property. They were taken from me by force, by breach of contract.
No appeal was left to me. It was believed that my work belonged to others to do with as they
pleased. They had a claim upon me without my consent, that it was my duty to serve them without choice
or reward. I came here to say that I do not recognize anyone's right to one minute of my life,
nor to any part of my energy, nor to any achievement of mine, no matter who makes the claim.
It had to be said, the world is perishing from an orgy of self-sacrificing. I came here to be heard
in the name of every man of independence still left in the world. I wanted to state my terms.
I do not care to work or live on any others. My terms are a man's right to exist for his own sake.

866-870-KRLA is the toll-free number. If you'd like to be part of the show 866-870-5752. We're
talking with Jerry from Pasadena. Jerry, I'm going to give you the last word on this. What do you think?
Jerry, are you still there?
I think maybe we lost Jerry.
All right. Well, again, I'm not going to sit there and try and give you examples
as to how something like this might happen, but we can see historically it has happened. It has
happened in other countries, and I believe that if it's happened in other countries, it certainly can
happen here. I appreciate you, Jerry, for the work you have done. I suspect you have done your job.
You know, with honesty and integrity. Okay. Not everybody in this country. I'm sure you would agree.
Who works for the government operates or acts with honor and integrity.
All right. 866-870-KRLA is the toll-free number. If you'd like to be part of the show 866-870-5752.
It's time now for propaganda 101. Propaganda is the manipulation of the truth to serve a pre-established
political or economic agenda. Thomas Paine wrote that government is a necessary evil.
Most people read that as meaning government is necessary. I read that as meaning government is
fundamentally evil. Now, here's the thing about propagandists and new technology. There is something
I call the Gebel's tactic. Joseph Gebel's was the information minister for Adolf Hitler.
He was a brilliant, if evil, man who always told the public what they wanted to hear and always
showed the public what they wanted to see. Gebel's held that 80% of the people will believe whatever
they are told, regardless of whether it was true or not. For example, after Normandy and D-Day
during World War II, when Germany knew they were going to lose the war, the New York Daily Mirror
published a headline story in which Adolf Hitler was quoted as saying that victory was just
around the corner and telling the readers not to believe what the Allies are saying, Germany is
winning the war. Today, we are told that artificial intelligence is a good thing. That going into debt
is a time-honored way for people to live and have what they want in life. That God does not exist
in all that matters is what you believe to be true and that government is your friend.
But how do you know that any of it is really true?
And what if what we're being told is a lie?
What then? If you're going to trust government, then government can lie to you
and it can get media and it can get social media and it can get technology and it can get AI
to support its lies to help you believe it. The reality is the only way to defeat propaganda
is to always think for yourself and never believe or accept what the evil government tells you,
regardless. Never accept it. I stand on the principle that whatever government's official
story is, it's a lie. Whatever president Trump says about the Iran negotiations,
there may be truth in it, but it's also a lie because we don't get the whole truth.
And when somebody puts out something about Iran says that they just defeated the government,
the US government, that's also a lie because government does not tell the truth.
So you need to think for yourself and never believe or accept what the government tells you.
And if you want to learn more about how your rights have been undermined by government propaganda,
I strongly advise you to get a copy of my book, The American Sovereign How to Live Free
from government regulation. Check out my website at www.freedomradio.us. Everything you find there
is designed to help you seek the truth rather than believe the lies that propaganda uses
to influence you. And that my friends is this week's propaganda 101.
Cliff from Beverly Hills, you got about a minute to go on this. Go ahead, Cliff.
Thank you for, I hope I can get you another time. The real problem is the platform. As
strangers, it is everyone's hearing about gold tier one. It's physical. You have it.
Strangers, it is the dollar in paper that we have is actually showing what the government has to pay
on. Once they go on an electronic platform, that can disappear in a heartbeat. They say,
Oh, something happened. What happens then? Gone. Plus they want to track you. And when they say
10,000 out of your account, it's because of possibly money to wondering what it really is,
is they do not want a second tier economy that anything in paper and solid will be able to do.
Capital gains. That's the deal. And that's exactly what the devil fired up.
All right, Cliff, I got to let you go because I'm out of time, but I really, really appreciate
your taking the time to call in. And I hope you will do it again. Thank you so much. What are you
willing to do to protect and preserve your liberty? And what are you not willing to do to protect
and preserve that same liberty? And at the end of the day, would you be proud to tell your friends,
family, loved ones, children, what you did today? Did you tell the truth? Did you keep your word?
Did you honor your agreements? If not, please correct any trespass on your brother or sister
and do it now, don't wait for tomorrow. Tomorrow is too late. Be sure to visit the Freedom
