Accountability Against the Administrative State:
Brent Johnson with Guests, Ann Vandersteel and Chris Burns on DOJA, CPS, and Parental Rights

Brent Johnson Opens The Global Freedom Report

In this episode of The Global Freedom Report, host Brent Johnson opens with his usual focus on liberty, government power, and the question of whether a functional free society can exist in today’s globalist world. Before bringing on his guests, Brent comments on California politics, election laws, ballot harvesting, Los Angeles mayoral politics, and the state’s broader government problems. He then turns the program toward the main subject: the work of the Department of Government Accountability, or DOJA, and its efforts to expose corruption inside government agencies.

Ann Vandersteel and Chris Burns Join the Program

Brent welcomes Ann Vandersteel and Chris Burns of the Department of Government Accountability. Ann is introduced as an investigative journalist, constitutional advocate, public speaker, and author of The CPS Pipeline: State-Sanctioned Kidnapping. Chris is introduced as an attorney with more than 20 years of experience in family law, criminal defense, personal injury, estate planning, and corporate law. Brent frames both guests as people working to expose government overreach and restore accountability where agencies have abused families, parents, and citizens.

DOJA’s Mission and the Fight Against Agency Power

Ann explains that DOJA is a citizen-led accountability initiative connected with American Made Action and American Made Foundation. Its mission is to document misconduct, support whistleblowers, organize legal action, use media exposure, and apply public pressure against officials who violate constitutional rights. She says the work has been difficult because agency government is deeply entrenched, often behaves as if it does not answer to the people, and protects itself through bureaucracy, funding structures, and institutional inertia.

Child Protective Services and Title IV-E Funding

A major focus of the episode is Child Protective Services and the federal funding incentives that Ann and Chris say encourage family separation. Ann argues that many children are removed without meeting the proper legal threshold and that Title IV-E and related funding streams reward foster placement more than family reunification. She says DOJA’s strategy is to reduce wrongful intake by raising the legal threshold for removal, thereby cutting off the financial incentive for agencies to take children unnecessarily.

Proposed Legislation to Strengthen Due Process

Ann describes proposed legislation designed to restore stronger due-process protections for parents in child welfare cases. The bill would limit removals to cases involving serious imminent risk, require rapid judicial review, require stronger evidence before removal or continued separation, and force courts to consider less restrictive alternatives such as in-home safety plans, family support, or kinship placement before foster care. She also says the proposed legislation would create a right to a six-person unanimous jury trial in dependency and termination-of-parental-rights cases.

Chris Burns on the Legal Reality for Parents

Chris explains how child protective cases often work in practice. He says the state may accuse a parent of abuse or neglect, initiate court proceedings, and place the parent into a process where the burden of proof can be surprisingly low despite parental rights being fundamental rights. He describes the system as difficult to challenge because parents often want the fastest path to getting their children back, while systemic appeals and constitutional challenges can take longer than the case timeline itself. Chris says this makes it hard to find cases that can fully challenge the structure of the system.

Administrative Courts, Judicial Rights, and Systemic Corruption

Brent and the guests discuss the difference between ordinary judicial protections and administrative proceedings. Brent argues that administrative courts can short-circuit constitutional protections, while Chris and Ann describe agency power as one of the major barriers to justice. They also discuss the Loper Bright decision and the broader question of whether agencies should be allowed to interpret, enforce, and effectively adjudicate rules that affect people’s rights. The episode repeatedly returns to the idea that government agencies must be forced back under constitutional limits.

Chris Burns’ Own Legal Pressure and Burnout in Family Law

The conversation also touches on Chris Burns’ personal experience as an attorney working against child welfare abuses. Chris says attorneys who handle abuse, neglect, and family-law cases often burn out quickly because the cases are emotionally heavy, poorly paid when court-appointed, and difficult to win against the state. He also discusses professional pressure placed on him, including the suspension of his license, and says that while he may temporarily step back from giving direct legal advice, other attorneys have offered to help continue the work.

Whistleblower Protection and Public Exposure

Near the end of the interview, Brent asks Ann about whistleblower protection. Ann explains that DOJA works with attorneys who specialize in protecting whistleblowers because people inside government systems often face retaliation when they speak out. She says people frequently contact her with documentation but are afraid to go public themselves, so media exposure, legal protection, and public pressure all become part of the accountability strategy. Ann presents whistleblowers as essential to exposing misconduct that would otherwise stay hidden.

Closing Message: Citizen Action and Accountability

The interview closes with Ann directing listeners toward American Made Foundation and American Made Action, while Brent promises to include contact information for both Ann and Chris on the show page. Brent praises their commitment to truth and justice and says he is encouraged that people are actively working to counterbalance corrupt systems. The episode’s larger message is that accountability will require citizen action, legal challenges, legislative reform, whistleblower protection, and continued public exposure of government abuses.

Our question for the week.
I really want you to think about this one.
Do you believe it is possible to have a functional free society in today's globalist world?
Do you believe it is possible to have a functional free society in today's globalist world?
Well, California has officially announced on Wednesday that they had finally finished counting the votes,
and Ronald Reagan has officially won the 1966 Governor's Race.
Exit polling data showed Reagan with an early lead on the night of November 8, 1966,
but election officials were hesitant to declare a winner before each and every vote
was painstakingly tabulated.
Now, 59 years later, Reagan was declared California's next governor.
I'm excited to see how Reagan will clean up our state, said one voter.
He didn't say much about the fentanyl crisis back in 1966, but I'm confident he'll work hard to get it off our streets.
Is this the beginning of California becoming a red state?
It is too soon to tell, say, experts what concerned voters in 1966
doesn't necessarily concern them today, said Dr. Abel Hemming,
a political strategist and historian.
Reagan doesn't even have a plan to prevent wildfires because they weren't a big problem back then.
So I'm not sure how well he's going to go over with today's Californians.
Reagan, a former screen actor, could not be reached for comment.
At publishing time, it was revealed that Ronald Reagan, who apparently served two consecutive terms as president of the United States in the 1980s,
had sadly passed away in 2004 and therefore could not serve his gubernatorial term.
Yuck, yuck, yuck.
Hey, you know, you got to inject a little bit of humor now and then,
everything gets absolutely crazy otherwise. But on a more serious note, reality TV star turned Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt came out with a, this is real,
a new ingenious way to advertise his campaign to make Los Angeles clean again and turn out voters to the polls in November.
Instead of putting up expensive signage and campaign ads, Pratt literally is taking his campaign straight to the street.
Using power washers, Pratt's team has been clearing grime from Los Angeles sidewalks with his stencil featuring his campaign logo and a message for citizens.
Imagine if the streets were this clean, the creative signs read.
Maybe this will force incumbent Marxist Democrat Karen Bass to have the sidewalks cleaned for once. Either way, it's a win-win said Pratt.
Pratt shared a clip on Facebook, writing quote, it's time to think bigger for LA. We don't have to accept the filth and the decline.
We have the greatest slice of heaven on earth with our city and we deserve better vote for Pratt vote for LA vote today. Let's clean this city together.
In another clip, a woman is seen sweeping the streets and raving about how great Pratt is to replace Karen Bass. The corrupt Karen Bass came after me.
She said, I'm an activist. She sent her little goons after me.
Pratt is making waves across LA.
His polling has been close enough that he is expected to advance to run off with Marxist Mayor Bass if the primary vote is not stolen by the Marxist Democrat party.
And that, of course, really is the question.
Is it going to be stolen?
Same thing with Steve Hilton.
Steve Hilton and Spencer Pratt from Tuesday's primary both looked really good, but I'm not sure how well you are familiar with the way the state legislature has made it legal to do ballot harvesting and to have third party individuals
who are not part of either the Democrat or Republican party, third party individuals who can literally take ballots over to, and they do this, they take ballots over to senior centers, then they take the very elderly and they encourage them to fill out a ballot.
And then they sit there and make sure that the elderly has filled out the ballot correctly.
And if the elderly individual does not put a Democrat down as his or her selection, then that ballot mysteriously disappears and does not get delivered.
Oh yeah. Oh, this absolutely goes on because of how the ballot harvesting is allowed.
Furthermore, even the legislature says that you cannot conduct campaign activity within a hundred feet, I believe it is, of a, of a ballot delivery site.
You can't do it. They do it anyway. Karen Bass has already done it several times in direct violation of California law. So California has set their election laws.
If you can call it that they have set them up where crime does pay.
I have no idea what's going to happen. I sure hope Spencer Pratt is on the ballot in November and Steve Hilton is on the ballot in November.
But if they are not, I can almost guarantee you.
It is because of the bogus ballast harvesting laws in the people's republic of the Marxist state of California.
I was talking to somebody the other day, he said, you know, California is such a beautiful place. If it wasn't for the government, it would be heaven.
And that's true. I lived in California for quite a while. California is absolutely beautiful place. Gorgeous.
And if you get rid of the government, it would be a wonderful place to live as it is. It's a garbage hole.
Literally.
In LA, you've got human feces all over the place. You've got 70,000 homeless people all over the place.
You know, and, and this, they take so much tax money to help the homeless and why is it the homeless are not being helped.
Because they take the tax money. They don't spend the tax money on whatever it is at the people who gave that money.
What?
That's how California works. If you agree, if you disagree, I'd love to hear from you. I'd love to know if you think that I'm being too harsh and that California's laws are wonderful and they're compassionate all that.
I'd love to hear from you 86870KRLA.
Can we get accountability in government?
Well, we're going to find out what the Department of Government Accountability is doing these days. We'll be right back with the Global Freedom Report.
Your listening to the Global Freedom Report will be right back.
Doja, the Department of Government Accountability. This is our citizen led watchdog task force under American made action.
We're exposing corruption in child welfare, family courts and unconstitutional federal programs like Title IVE.
The funding that is sifted straight down through the Health and Human Services Agency into the Social Security Administration and directly out to the agencies across 50 states that are responsible for the separation.
Of children and families and through lawful notices, federal lawsuits and investigative media, Doja is holding those rogue officials accountable, demanding transparency and restoring parental rights.
We're not waiting for Congress. We're the people taking lawful action now.
Visit americanmadeaction.org.
Hit the take action button and join the reckoning.
It is not true that the legislator has absolute power over our persons and property. The existence of persons and property preceded the existence of the legislator and his function is only to guarantee their safety.
It is not true that the function of law is to regulate our consciences, our ideas, our wills, our education, our opinions, our work, our trade, our talents or our pleasures.
A function of law is to protect the free exercise of these rights and to prevent any person from interfering with the free exercise of these same rights by any other person.
And the freedom's way to breathe.

And Vandersteal and Chris Burns, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Global Freedom Report.
How are you both?
Great. Thanks so much for having us here tonight, Brent.
Great pleasure.
It's a pleasure to have you with us. Absolutely. So let's get started.
And let's, okay, let me start with you. The Department of Government Accountability was established to provide a method of utilizing legal actions, political activism and grassroots techniques to bring genuine accountability to our government.
Which has become one of the most corrupt criminal enterprises in the world.
Would you bring us up to date on where dojas objectives stand today?
Well, you know, it's interesting. I guess we'll never be out of work because nothing ever changes. It just seems to get worse, doesn't it?
But, you know, we have the real undue honor of standing in the battlefield as American made foundation, American made action, and the Department of Government Accountability, which is a citizen led accountability initiative.
With the mission, like you said, just to expose and confront government corruption by documenting it, documenting their misconduct, which seems to again never end.
We take in and support whistleblowers every day on the phones all the time.
And we organize the legal action and apply public pressure using media with shows like this one shows that I run and many others that welcome to get the exposure out there so people know exactly what's going on.
But when you name and shame the public officials who violate constitutional rights, the due process, whether it's property rights, parental rights, or just human rights,
it gets a little bit toxic after a while because it's difficult to get change coming out of a machine that clearly doesn't want it.
So, taking a more localized approach and really sort of, you know, splitting the baby into where we have a federal focus where we're lobbying in Congress and testifying and bringing a lot of information to them on how we are on the ground in the state level,
adjusting legislation, for instance, in child protective services.
We've written the legislation to button it up to increase and raise the threshold by which anybody in a CPS organization across all 50 states, but primarily starting here in Florida, we've raised the threshold making it more difficult for families to have their children taken because the statistics will prove
95% of the children that are taken, Brent, don't meet the legal threshold for that child to be taken because you've had constitutional due process violations all over the place.
Here say employed to have a child removed because little Johnny got a bruise, went to school, and the school called and said there's abuse going on with absolutely no investigation whatsoever.
So, by taking a hard stand and rewriting and adjusting legislation at the state level, making it adaptable for all 50 states by state statute, working with national organizations and going to Washington, D.C. to address this with members of Congress, and then pushing for change there because, again, once you raise the threshold and you reduce the intake by 95% for those cases that simply wouldn't qualify anyway,
the money that funds this primarily coming out of the federal government Brent will be reduced equally as well by 95%.
So it's basically a tactic to defang and defund, but more importantly, reunify the families which are forever in a state of separation because of the financial incentives to keep the families separated.
Super. All right, Chris, you are the chief attorney on the legal team charged with bringing lawsuits against corrupt government agencies in order to address the criminal activities perpetrated by many people in government to attack the fundamental rights of we the people.
Where do your efforts currently stand? It's just a baseline for the conversations that we're going to have throughout this evening.
So we're in the process of compiling a number of cases usually each case that we've always usually looks for about six or so different families, different back patterns spread across different jurisdictions to send the court the message that this is not a one off.
This is a systemic problem here.
We've got several of those working on right now in a couple different jurisdictions. We've got one that we're working on Massachusetts who got some stuff going on in Florida.
We're the process of getting those together writing the complaints and we get those filed probably in next month or so.
And hope to move forward and get some change in the system.
Fantastic, fantastic. I am looking forward to what you two have have to tell us, okay, about all of these efforts. We need this so badly. We need this so desperately.
You know, I've gotten to the point that I'm telling people that in America crime really does pay.
And, you know, we all grew up hearing that crime doesn't pay crime. Well, in America these days crime does pay except what you and you Chris are doing in my humble opinion is setting the standard to make it pay.
And when we come back from our break, we got a hard break at the bottom of the hour can't change that. But when we come back, okay, we're going to get into some of the nuts and bolts of what's going on, what the two of you are doing to essentially bring accountability
to this criminal cabal. 866870K RLA. If you'd like to be part of the show, we will take a break when we come back.
We will have more of the Department of Government Accountability here on the Global Freedom Report.
This is where the truth matters. The Global Freedom Report. Don't go away. Brent will return in a moment.

Hi, this is Kenny Michaels, host of the show, Striking Gold.
You know, every week on my show, I talk about people moving their retirement accounts, their cash into physical gold and silver.
Well, why not? It's the most popular investment today in America. It's the safest investment in America, and it's still the most profitable investment in America.
Why not? Think about this for a minute. Not only can you move your retirement account into physical gold and silver, you can move your cash into bank.
And think about how smart that would be. You have money in the bank, and the bank pays you a tiny bit of interest.
Then at the end of the year, they send you a tax form. Now you gotta pay tax on the tiny bit of interest.
Why that joke? Instead, put it into gold and silver. Wanna know how?
Tune into my show, Striking Gold with me, the good looking Kenny Michaels, every Saturday from 7 to 9 a.m. and again from 12 to 1 p.m.
Or call me at 888-406-6222 or go to kennygoldquiz.com.
Alex Marlau is a friend of our Commander in Chief.
I spoke to President Trump about this in the White House. I got to visit with him. Very strange and amazing day.
I got to talk to him off record and the off record. The nature of it actually is really informative.
One thing that he said that I don't think he's minding me sharing is that he's seen people run on bad records.
And he believes the Democrats fully intend to run on bad records and they can win that way.
The Alex Marlau show, weekday morning, 6-9, here on AM870, the answer.
This is Dr. Jerome Corsi with God's Five Stones Foundation, working to expose election fraud.
And you are listening to the Global Freedom Report with Brent Johnson.
Freedom Fever.
Remember, remember the 5th of November, the gunpowder, treason and plot.
I know of no reason why the gunpowder treason should ever be forgot.
Freedom Fever. Catch it today.
I'm truth for God's sake, please. Welcome back to the Global Freedom Report.
I'm your host, Brent Johnson. My guests are Ann Vanderstiel and Chris Burns of the Department of Government Accountability.
And you started Doja a little over a year ago. At the time you had a clear idea of what you wanted to accomplish in terms of cleaning up the corruption that existed throughout the federal and state.
You certainly took on a handful. Clearly.
Clearly the corrupt systems that have become entrenched in governments throughout the United States of America do not want their gravy trains or golden geese to be shut down.
Now, a year later, outside of legal issues you have encountered that seek to undermine the work of Doja, what challenges have you encountered in pursuit of your efforts to clean up the garbage that permeates the system?
Well, other than the obvious they don't get done, but really frankly, the biggest obstacle should really be answered by our attorney, Chris Burns, Christopher Burns.
They have suspended his.
And we're going to get that. We're going to get that. Absolutely. We're going to get to that. But I first wanted to get your hit on, you know, when you, when you started this, I know you are all excited.
Okay, because everybody wants this to be done. Well, now you found that it's not always true. And so I'm curious what that what you have encountered in that time.
Sure, it's a slow process. That's what the encounter is. It's a slow process because agency government is so entrenched across this country. They have their tentacles into everything.
And they are all about themselves that have absolutely no compunction or remorse in actually stating that basically to your face.
They really do not see the requirement to report to we the people because they aren't elected by us. They're not part of our republic.
They are a fiction created through corporation. It's a corporate fiction, essentially, that's created. It's not part of our government.
You know, God created man, man created government and we created corporations. And so they flipped the tables just like they flipped the tables on our constitution, which is a trust and denture.
And so it's difficult to get these people to understand that they actually do work for us despite the fact that Loper Bright was overturned.
And we no longer have to worry about agencies, you know, basically writing law and then adjudicating the same law. That's not how it was ever designed to be.
They were there to do oversight. But what we've learned is that that oversight is really a protection for the industry that they're doing oversight for most recently.
I could talk about an S several SEC stories that I've covered intimately. And it's clear that the SEC is there to protect Wall Street, not to protect the investor from bad actors on Wall Street.
So when you, you know, so our job really, Brent has been to educate, educate, educate. And then through the relationships we have with some of the good guys in the Department of Justice bring these cases to them, whether it be for pardons, whether it be for investigate,
investigate, investigate, investigate material that's leading up to some bad actors, particularly from the Clinton and Obama era that, you know, attacked politically, we're not politically motivated attacks to companies that had Trump fans inside of it running the business.
So this is the kind of stuff we're doing. But because the corruption is so systemic, so vast, so deep and just brought all over America, it's really hard to just kneecap it. And frankly, what we're trying to do with CPS is do exactly that.
The best way to kneecap these, these rogue agencies, these tyrannical agencies is to cut the funding. So American children and families, which is part of, you know, health and human services, which is, you know, taking that money from the Social Security Administration and dispersing $81 billion into the variety of various CPS organizations across the states.
That needs to be defunded. And the only way you can do it is to reduce the intake. So we are going to be reducing the intake by raising the bar that children can be taken. We're starting with one agency CPS because children are our future brand.
And if we don't solve this crisis of 500,000 children, which are essentially held hostage by the government, then we know what are we doing as a country.
I can assure you if 500,000 American hostages were in Syria or Iraq or wherever, we would send the military there to get them out.
We'd go to war for that, but we have 500,000 children held hostage right now in a given second in this country. And where's the war?
So people stand up and, you know, we need to go right for the jugular here. And that's what we're doing.
Okay, let's hear what the attorney has to say, Chris, you've been an attorney for over 20 years now.
Many lawyers have become more interested in the money they can make than the justice they can provide, which is why so many people find it difficult to find a good lawyer when they need one.
However, you seem to be the exception to that rule. You have shown a tremendous dedication to using the legal system to render truth and pursue justice.
I know that is an uphill battle and I applaud you for your stand.
What actually prompted you to take the hard road of seeking justice instead of the easy path of just making money.
So I call it the Atticus Finch syndrome if you're familiar with Tequila Mockingbird, but I want to be a lawyer my entire life.
And when I went to law school, there were a couple of professors had mentioned this. There are two types of attorneys, one that enjoys law school and the other one enjoys practicing, and they're two completely different types of attorneys, which at the time when I was in law school really didn't mean anything to me.
But then you graduate, it's our practicing and it makes perfect sense. Because when you go to law school, you read textbooks where case law is hand-picked and the court always gets it right and the little guy always wins and justice is always done.
Then you start practicing and you realize, well, those textbooks are kind of fictitious to a certain degree because it's really astonishing how many times the court gets things wrong.
You don't get justice at the trial court, you get a decision.
And that decision is often not anything close to what I would consider to be justice. So after helping hundreds of families, parents who have been accused of abusing, neglecting their own children, most attorneys do it for a while and then give up after a few years.
I did it for over 20 just because in the back of my head is if I don't help these people, I'm who will.
And these people clearly need help to stand up to the government. I mean, they're being accused by the state in VHHS, who where I am, VHHS gets a third of the entire state budget.
So now when VHS comes along and says to a family, we think you've done something wrong. Prove to us that you haven't.
You're going to need somebody who knows what they're doing, stand up to all the resources that are being brought against you.
And it's so good to have somebody like you. Okay, with your kind of knowledge, your kind of legal knowledge. Okay, to be taking that stand.
You know, you've been instrumental in mounting legal actions against government agencies in order to stop them from using a broken and corrupted administrative system.
And so I think that's what I'm going to say to people of their lives, their children and their freedom.
What can you tell us about some of these cases, how they proceeded types of problems, even counter.
And the general state of dog just efforts to essentially bring accountability to me. What really gets me is that, you know, what you just said, they come to you and they say that, well, you know, can you show us that you haven't done something wrong, whatever happened to you.
What happened to innocent till proven guilty that show us that we have done something wrong, not the other way around these administrative agencies are, I believe, out of control.
How do you deal with all this? What have you encountered? What are the cases? Tell us, you know, give us a little bit of a history as to what, what legal stuff you are involved with and what is going on in the, the, the plus is the
minus is the wins, the losses.
So, I guess from a, from a general perspective, I'll sort of describe what the process is. The state comes along and says to a parent or maybe both parents says, we suspect you've abused or neglected your child.
You're going to file a petition against you, you get your day in court. You know, there's a preliminary hearing when you talk about deadlines and schedule it for a trial.
But the problem is, and this all looks good on paper, it sounds like you're going to get treated fairly, but that's not what happens because rights come in a variety of different shapes and sizes.
Not all rights are equally important as other rights. So your most important rights are fundamental rights and they're subject to the strictest scrutiny.
So parenting rights are fundamental rights. So they're in that category where the state has to have a compelling interest before they impinge upon their rights.
Now, that being in mind, that keeping that in mind, you would think that the standard when you go to one of these appears to neglect hearings would be a very high standard, but it's the exact opposite.
The, by statute, the state only has to prove who are pondering to the evidence, which is the minimum, the absolute minimum burden that the state has to follow through on.
51%. That's how they have to prove and they can take away their fundamental rights. So let's say you go to trial and the state gets a finding against you.
Your next hearing would be a dispositional hearing where they tell you what you have to do to correct the conditions that led to a continuum of your children.
And then after they tell you that you go back for review hearings every three months, and you get 12 months to correct the conditions.
And then at the end of the 12 months, if you haven't corrected the conditions or you haven't done enough to correct the conditions according to the state,
the state can authorize child predictive services to file a new petition which terminates your rights and would lead to your children being adopted.
So what you're looking at on one hand is a process that takes about a year versus, okay, well, if you want to challenge the system and the procedure, you've got to, because you know, you can't appeal anything until it's a final decision.
So you've got to get to the end file your notice of appeal, then go through the appellate process.
And that's going to take quite a long time.
So it's very difficult to find a case that has a fact pattern that is right for appeal and to convince the family that's involved.
No, don't take the easy way out, which is giving child predictive services what they want so you can get your children back within a year.
You've got to challenge the system, which is going to take longer than that year.
And that's a gigantic ask for parents to say, ask them to potentially give up on all the time and all the milestones you're going to miss because we want your case to challenge the system.
So it's difficult to find cases to appeal to begin with.
And beyond that, once you get to the appellate process, keep in mind what we're trying to do here is change a system that results in the state's getting millions and millions of dollars every year under the Social Security Act.
Title four of the Social Security Act will reimburse states for foster care expenses that they incur through a Child Protection Act.
There's no similar reimbursement if you reunify kids with the biological parents.
So every year, this system generates millions and millions of dollars because the federal government will send you a great big check if you put kids in foster care and it will give you absolutely nothing if you do what you're supposed to do, which is reunify kids with parents.
Well, I mean, this is, you know, this is so basically the, the legislatures create laws that give financial incentive to the administrative state to go take your children away.
And then when they do that, okay, it gets so difficult that the parents who are involved in that don't even want to pursue it any for.
The whole thing is rigged. The whole thing is rigged and, and I mean, have you, I got to ask you, have you ever gotten to the point where you think your efforts are hopeless or not worth doing?
Have you ever thought about giving up?
A fleeting second. And then I remember, you know, that's, that's not what we're here to do. We're not here to give up. We're here to protect those that are unable to protect themselves.
And that's why the bill that we have written and drafted, which is ready to be adapted across all 50 states restores that constitutional due process protections for parents in these, in these child welfare cases, it, you know, limiting the child
to the child's
to cases involving seriously, you know, imminent risk or death or bodily injury. And it requires a rapid, I mean, not like take the kid and then the see them and see when court in a couple of weeks, it requires rapid judicial review after removal, including court authorization
and very tight timelines to requires DCF, the Department of Children and Families to prove to prove removal and continued separation by very clear.
It's got to be super convincing evidence, Brent, they just, you know, just can't do through, do through hearsay like they've been doing for years. And it requires the courts also to consider the least restrictive alternatives before taking a child.
So they have to have, you know, they've got to be able to provide in-home safety plans. They've got to look towards family support or kinship placement first before they put this child in a foster care environment because these foster care environments are handsomely enriched every time a child is in a home.
And if a child takes a bed and we see, we hear cases all the time where children are moved 20 times in a year. And if they're getting paid 50, 60, 70,000 dollars per bed per child and that child moves 20 times, now you're over a million bucks just for the child in one year.
This is the kind of money we're talking about that keeps these children separated from their parents. And most importantly in our bill, we created a statutory right to a six person unanimous jury trial.
Independency and termination of parental rights, which means the parents are required to have counsel. They have to have meaningful adversarial hearings, including they have the right to present any evidence which in many cases, Chris can tell you the parents never get to present their exculpatory evidence to prove they are at the cause of harm here.
And of course they should be able to cross examine witnesses and get access to discovery. These are things that go routinely denied. I mean, we're talking serious due process denials here.
So, you can't, you can't just function in the environment. We are anymore. I could go on and on about this bill because there's so many.
I know you can. I know you can. And, and, and, you know, it's, you said something important. You said judicial hearings. Okay. You know, it's the, it's these administrative hearings because it just to the audience. If you're not familiar with it.
Okay. Going into an administrative court. You lose a whole you bypass a whole lot of, of your fundamental rights in a judicial hearing.
You know, and so it's kind of like they short circuit that they make it more convenient to do what they want to do. Yeah. And it's absolutely crazy making Chris. Okay.
I, you know, I got, I got to ask you about them. Much of the trouble in today's legal system, in my opinion, is due to the administrative regulations and the administrative courts operating outside of the normal checks and balances provided to judicial courts.
Does does this, what, and just described this legislation. Do you believe with your experience that this legislation considering it goes against the financial incentives that are in place.
Do you believe that this legislation has a chance to actually become implemented so that parents will actually be able to enjoy, you know, the, the, the legal benefits.
Okay. That a judicial court provides that administrative court does not.
Chris, you still there with us.
Great. A great start.
When you actually do a deep dive into what the family court does. The technical rules of evidence don't apply at least in all the family courts that I practice in.
And the theory is, well, we don't want the issues regarding children to be resolved on technicalities. But the unintended consequences of what has happened is you have people go into court and say, I'm going to testify against mom and dad because my
friend has a cousin who dated one of the parents three years ago and I know some stuff about him. Like that, that would never be evidence in any other court except in the family.
There's not a technical rules of evidence that apply here. See, it comes in. You can get anything under the sun.
Decisions get based on emotion and what happens is caseworkers go look at whatever notes they want, whatever documents they want, talk to whoever they want.
And then they show up and they testify.
And then on cross examination, when I ask them a bunch of questions to undermine their position, well, they don't have access to that information.
So, you know, as convenient, they only know the bad stuff about the parents and then sort of bypass anything else.
But that's perfectly acceptable under the current rules.
So the isolation that Ann was talking about hopefully plugs at home.
Well, I have, I have seen situations where CPS or DCF people have actually been there and intimidated the mother to go after to undermine the father.
You know, look, if you don't go along with this, you're going to lose your child. I mean, what's a mother to do in that situation? You know, and I, I, I have seen these things happen.
And it drives me absolutely crazy. And, you know, to know that there is something, there is some plan that actually has a chance to be implemented that can turn the tables.
You know, and I'm not a parent. I'm not a victim of this kind of thing, but it absolutely breaks my heart to see people victimized in this way.
So to hear that you have this going on, and that you really believe with your legal mind, Chris, that this can indeed make a difference to the injustice here goes a long way.
We think so. Yeah, I can tell you how many cases where I've had, I've been counseling cases where the caseworker will tell one of the parents.
We're not going to close this case until you get divorced.
So, what, what, talk about a catch 22 or Hobson's choice, like that, that's your choice.
What's the side between your spouse or your kids? And good luck fighting that one.
There have to be consequences that, you know, I mean, I am, and this is where this is where I love what Doja is seeking to do that there have to be consequences.
The people who do this must be punished. They should not be, they should not take away their pension, take away their job, take away the financial incentives.
Well, we're just doing our job. Where did we hear that? Where did we hear that? We're just following orders and all that.
Yeah, yeah, you know, and, and it's, it's, it's, I'm so glad that I would have made a nasty attorney, because if I was an attorney, I wouldn't have put up with this. They would have hated me.
You know, I would, I would have fits in quarters, something like that. Okay, we got a hard break coming up. When we come back, I would like to hear from you and about your new book.
Okay, it, the title sounds great. Okay. I want to hear more about it, please.

Hi, this is Kenny Michaels, host of the show, Striking Gold.
You know, every week on my show, I talk about people moving their retirement accounts, their cash, and the physical gold in the silver.
Well, why not?
It's the most popular investment today in America. It's the safest investment in America, and it's still the most profitable investment in America. Why not?
Think about this for a minute. Not only can you move your retirement account into physical gold and silver, you can move your cash in the bank.
And think about how smart that would be. You have money in the bank, and the bank pays you a tiny bit of interest.
Then at the end of the year, they send you a tax form. Now you gotta pay tax on the tiny bit of interest.
Why that joke? Instead, put it into gold and silver. Want to know how?
Tune into my show, Striking Gold with me, the good-looking Kenny Michaels, every Saturday from 7 to 9 a.m. and again from 12 to 1 p.m.

The breakdown of the family is a major communist concept.
As far as they're concerned, the government is the family as well as God.
I want to welcome back my guests, and Vanders' Steel and Chris Burns of the Department of Government Accountability.
And what do you think of that comment out of the chat room?
Can you repeat it again?
Because I had my volume turned off, and it wasn't until you turned the...
I'm sorry, I was listening to something else that I had the volume turned off.
Repeat the chat comment.
In capital letters, the breakdown of the family is a major communist concept.
100%. 100%. Listen, President Trump, when we elected him the first time, it was all about MAGA.
Make America great again.
You cannot make any country great if their families are not great.
And here in America, as I said earlier, 500,000 children are held hostage by state actors.
That is not making your family great when 95% of them clearly don't have the warranted evidence or frankly the proper due process.
Constitutionally afforded due process for these children to be taken.
And the fact that we're not looking towards kinship, family placements, working with churches and the communities to support families that are seriously in distress tells you all you need to know about a system that is funded to separate families.
So absolutely communism.
We are sliding headfirstness at 100 miles an hour right now, and anybody that can't see that is living under a rock at this point.
They're doing everything they possibly can to destroy the family so they can subdivide America one more time as if they haven't done it with sex, gender, ideology, you know, party lines, etc.
They've taken us apart as many different ways they can.
So now they're going to continue to destroy us through the family.
So absolutely it's communist all the way.
They believe the state can do it better and we know that they can.
Of course. Well, tell us about your new book the CPS pipeline state sanctioned kidnapping.
This looks well passed overdue.
Yeah, you think.
Yeah, it's it is it's way past overdue.
So this book right here CPS pipeline.
It's not just a book about child protective services. This is a field guide.
And it's, you know, it's a quick read. You can read this in an afternoon, but it's basically a documented indictment of a system that millions of Americans still totally misunderstand because they've been trained to believe that the words.
Child protection automatically mean child safety.
So this book that you can get on Amazon.com or Barnes and Noble.
It's available online. It's also available in Kendall.
The this book will walk readers behind the language behind the court.
Behind the court orders behind all the sealed hearings behind any of these agency reports behind foster care contracts.
And of course the funding streams that have turned too many American families into targets of state controlled machine again, a.k.a. communism because
when people here CPS or DCF, they imagine an agency that only steps in when a child is being beaten, starved, sexually abused, trafficked or abandoned.
And of course, we know that real abuse exists and real neglect exists and real predators exist and real predators as proven in Mike Pompeo's Secretary of State.
2019 trafficking in persons report. We know that real predators make foster care their number one place for praying on the on the vulnerable on the children.
So we know with real traffickers existing children are really in true danger and we've had to protect them.
But this book asked the question that the system doesn't want the public asking and asks what happens when the agency claiming to protect children becomes.
One of the greatest sources of trauma in a child's life. So if you're having children removed without evidence, you know, you've got to stop and take a look at why that's happening.
And what happens when poverty is treated like Nick like because, you know, let's face it, we have millions of Americans living below the poverty line.
But now they're going to treat that like neglect so they can take more children so they can bill and suck from the government.
Teeth more millions of dollars. So this is all, you know, these are all questions that we address medical neglect.
Perhaps you disagree with a vitamin K shot as in the instance of the Rivera family with five children who had their children taken because they wouldn't give it to one of their infants.
So you can't have parents presume guilty before ever entering a courtroom.
And that's in fact with this organization with CPS does. So we've got to look at all of it and the book breaks it all down.
And we have a bonus chapter in here Brent that gives you an idea for how you can prevent your children from ever being put into the system in the first place, how to protect and, you know, keep your children out of the state sanctions taking, if you will.
Does the book in any way address how we can.
Punish the perpetrators. The one. Now I'm not saying everybody in CPS is a bad person. I'm not saying that at all. I don't know one way or the other.
But we do know there are people like the Rivera's where CPS bureaucrats have just done reprehensible things to the parents and destroy the matter what, you know, no matter what happens in the future.
Those children are traumatized for life. There is no way they can forget what has been done to them period. Okay. Does the book in any way address.
You know, what we can do to punish the perpetrators. The DCF perpetrators.
That'll be the book that we're going to write once we show the world how we actually did it. And this is one of the reasons I know you want to get to Chris here in a minute and let him tell you his story.
But, you know, frankly, you have to hold these people accountable, which means you have to look at them and punish them with federal lawsuits, not only in their personal capacity, but also in their personal capacity.
And it's not just the administrators of the agency. It's also the judges. It's the law enforcement. It's the guardians. It's the, it's any of the surrogates or parasites that are attached to a case where children were wrongfully taken.
And, you know, that will stack up to be in the millions of dollars. And frankly, the people that are in the judicial system should be disbarred for this because they are knowingly destroying families and they're doing it at the behest of the almighty dollar.
So between the media machine that we use when we expose these cases and we make it a really big national story and the, you know, the legitimacy of the legal system using their system back on them weaponizing it right back on them.
It's basically a case of the taste of their own medicine, but I'll let Chris further detail that.
We're going to get to that. And, and I love, I love what you just said there. And I'm looking for that next book, by the way. Okay. The one that hasn't been written yet.
You know, because indeed, indeed we really have, you know, you said, go after them in their personal capacity. The problem with suing.
And I'm sure you'll agree with this, Chris. The problem with suing in most cases, a government agency is in the end. You win the lawsuit. Who pays for it? The taxpayer.
The people who did it, they don't care. You know, nothing, nothing gets taken out of their pay. Nothing gets, they don't get harmed. And I'm, I'm, you know, what do they say in the Bible, you know, spare the rod, spoil the child in this case.
You know, spare the rod. Okay, spoil the bureaucrat. Chris, tell me about your situation, please.
So I've practiced law for almost 25 years.
I ran any problems until I started to, I filed a couple of 1983 claims, wrongful arrests named a couple police departments. One of them involved the state police and the governor of New Hampshire.
And it was shortly after that where we started getting notices from the bar association about some things I was doing that they weren't happy about.
It started with, they were telling me certain people were complaining. The first few times they did it, the people they were talking about weren't even my clients. So I pointed that out to them and they kind of abandoned that, that angle.
And eventually found somebody who was a client who wasn't following through with anything I asked him to do.
Eventually his case got dismissed because he didn't give me what we needed to move forward but I'd agree.
If they search deep enough, they'll find somebody who has something to complain about and then they'll latch on that forward. So, that's essentially what they did to me and went after me. But you can only, you can only fight the system before the system fights you back.
You know, you can only do that for so long and then you're going to be in the cross hairs.
But, you know, we're not alone. We've been doing this long enough that there's plenty of other attorneys that have offered to help us out. So I'll step aside, somebody else will do it.
And I'll have jokingly refer to myself as the world's most experienced parent legal at this point.
I was in on a license to actually dispense legal advice on being a supportive role for the time being, which is fine. But where were we on vacating things and getting getting the license back?
Yeah, and how is that going by the way?
We're just starting. So it's sort of, you know, the court in the legal system seems to measure time completely differently than everybody else on the planet.
To say the court will get to it soon is soon to the court is not soon to everybody else. You know what the drill is there.
Well, and I mean, I seem to remember something in the Constitution about a speedy trial.
You know, I also remember something about innocence till proven guilty. But hey, you know, I mean, maybe my memory is faulty or something.
All right, you're getting you've gotten a look at the problems, Chris. You've gotten a look at the issues when you as an attorney, okay, decide to go after people who don't like it and how they take action against you.
What is your prognosis regarding your work in support of doja? Do you believe the injustice and corruption of administrative agencies can be stopped through legal action and honorable judicial court rulings, or have you ever gotten to the point?
I asked the question of and before I'm going to ask you, have you gotten to the point where you said, you know, you just can't beat City Hall.
Have you ever felt that it's just hopeless, you know, or are you more inspired to keep going?
Yeah, you know, there seems to be practicing family law, I think, as the highest burnout rate among attorneys.
I think sort of an informal, you know, discussions that I've had with colleagues of mine. It seems to be around the seven year mark.
Family law attorneys are ready for a change and give it up.
That's just family law. That's, you know, divorces child custody, things like that. That's not working with child protective services.
You factor in child protective services. Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, let me do not lose your point. Please, gotta take a break. We'll be right back with more of the Department of Government Accountability. This is the Global Freedom Report. Please stay tuned, Chris. Don't lose your point.

Hi, this is Larry Clayman with Freedom Launch, working to bring justice to the American people. And you're listening to the Global Freedom Report with Brent Johnson.
Freedom Fever.
A new generation of Americans, one willing to witness or permit a small undoing of those human rights to which this nation has always been committed.
Freedom Fever, catch it today.
I'd rather die than be your slave. Welcome back to the Global Freedom Report. I'm your host, Brent Johnson. If you would like to participate. If you'd like to speak with my guests.
If you have any questions or comments, or maybe you have had an experience with child protective services or Department of Children and Families or any of the bureaucratic agencies doesn't have to be about children issues or family issues.
86870KRLA 868705752, my guests are and Vandersteel and Chris Burns Chris.
You were telling me about your prognosis of the situation. Okay, you said that a lot of family law is about a seven year period and then people kind of burn out. Are you feeling burned out or are you being inspired?
Well, you know, to limit it to attorneys who just practice abuse and neglect case, I think that number is probably close to three years of a shelf life.
And then they decide to do something else because in addition to the subject matter, you're doing corner pointed work, which is which is paying you about a fifth of what you could charge a private client.
So you're going to make way more money doing private clients. And usually it's just a stopgap measure to get a client base that you don't need to take any work.
So I'd be lying to you if I said I hadn't thought about, you know, telling the clerk's office, don't take any corner pointed work in the business.
I've probably thought I was done hundreds of times. And then I inevitably get that call from some single parent who says, Hey, child predictive services is trying to do this to me.
Is that okay? And, you know, the call sucks me back in because again, in the back of my head is, well, you know, I'm 20 plus years deep. If I don't help these people, who will.
So that kind of what keeps sucking me back in. And as far as the prognosis goes, I think what and and on with the legislation, the systematic changes is absolutely necessary to change the, the standard here so the burden of proof is higher.
And I can't overstate the issue of immunity for not just the judges, but the case workers who go out there and take these kids without proper notice.
Without a court order, sometimes they'll show up with police because they'll say, well, it's a safety concerns. I got to bring the police with me.
So when a parent opens a door and you've got the police with a case worker there saying, we want to take your kid, like, can you imagine somebody who doesn't know what the law is? Well, what are they going to do with that situation?
You know, nine times out of 10, they, they air on the side of the caution and say, Oh, well, the state showed up and told me I had to do something. I don't know what's going to happen if I don't do it. So they end up complying.
Just because they think they have to do.
Well, well, and then you're sitting there knowing that they have some options. Okay. And if you're not there to encourage them and let them know what their options are, they're probably going to comply.
And it's definitely, it's definitely a serious problem. And, you know, like, like I said before, this administrative stuff.
This this this thing, you know, I remember the recent relatively recent Supreme Court Chevron ruling that said that administrative agencies do not have carte blanche.
Do you just go on your property and do what they want simply because they want to do it.
And it is my hope that building on that ruling, you know, more and more can be done to emasculate the administrative state. Do you think that's a reasonable possibility?
I'm hopeful. I think, well, here's the the conundrum with what you're saying.
If the court is the family division were to apply the law.
That that would solve the problem. But here's the problem. The family division doesn't always apply the law, especially when it's federal law.
Because there's case law in the state that says in order to answer these questions, they come up in court. We first look at state law.
And see if we can get the answer there. And if it's not answered under the state case law, then we'll go to federal.
So federal is kind of a second thought to the family court because they're focused on state case law. So if you can convince the family court to start applying.
You know, the Chevron case there's from 2000. There's truck trucks versus Granville, where the federal Supreme Court said.
Parents are presumed to be fit parents unless the state can show otherwise.
But that is kind of ignored by the state. I can't tell you how many times I've been when they're I cited the case.
And it just it goes nowhere. So it's part of the overall objective to sort of refocus what the family court should be focusing on. And that's protecting these fundamental rights and making sure they follow the federal law and the federal case law.
Well, all right. You have and you have two websites American made foundation.org American made action.org Chris your website is very toss legal.
Dot com. I want to ask both of you which of these websites provide the best ways to contact you.
How do people find out more about the work of the Department of government accountability? Can Americans dedicated to the pursuit of truth and freedom?
Contact you to become more involved in your work. Both of you and provide financial support for your efforts as well.
Yeah, Frank. Thank you so much, Brian for the opportunity.
You know, this book has got a beautiful forward by General Michael Flynn. And if you might entertain me for just a minute, just to read a couple sentences here.
Sure. Okay. He writes, General Michael Flynn, there are moments in a nation's history when truth itself becomes an act of rebellion.
When speaking out against tyranny is branded as dangerous. And when defending the family is painted as radical. And when those who stand for innocence are the ones accused of crimes.
The CPS pipeline state sanctioned kidnapping exposes one of those moments. I've spent my life in service to this country on the battlefield and the intelligence community.
And now on the front line of a spiritual and civic war for the soul of America. What Maureen steel and Vander steel and Chris Burns and their team have uncovered in these pages is not just a bureaucratic failure.
Or a policy gone wrong. It is a systemic war being waged on the American family and institutionalized assault on parents, children and the sacred sacred covenant of home itself.
I think, you know, he goes on in the forward. It's very well written, but he's really striking a chord here because, you know, it is, it's our civic responsibility.
When we see families in trouble and distress. And we know it's within our own family. We need to reach out and solve these issues. We cannot become dependent upon the state because we are now basically giving the power to the state and making ourselves wards of the state.
And that is not what a constitutional republic is intended. That's not God's design at all. As a matter of fact. So, you know, from where I'm sitting, Brent, you know, we really have an incumbent responsibility to step up and stand up and step into the gap for families
and distress. And, you know, the solution really is in the book. And it's what we've been talking about here on the show. It's citizen action. It's legal warfare. It's legislative change, which we've demonstrated that we've written some incredibly powerful legislation.
It's the media using public exposure. And it's offering whistle blower protection so that we can get court accountability. We can audit contractors.
And we can really work towards family preservation and the restoration of constitutional rights. So you're going to find all that more in this book. And I hope folks can, you know, find me at American made foundation.org just hit our contact us button.
And your email will come to us.
Excellent. And I tell you what, and Chris, stay with me to the other side of this one break. Just stay with me.
I want to talk to you about whistle blower protection. And I want to hear what Chris has to say about his website as well. Okay.
Just hang in there. We'll be right back with more of the Department of Government Accountability.
We'll be back in a moment. You're listening to the Global Freedom Report.

Not only can you move your retirement account into physical gold and silver,
you can move your cash into bank.
Tune into my show, Striking Gold with me, the good looking Kenny Michaels, every Saturday from 7 to 9 AM, and again from 12 to 1 PM.

I'm Radio Pastor Ernie Sanders, the voice of the Christian Resistance Movement. And you're listening to The Global Freedom Report.
Welcome back to The Global Freedom Report. I'm your host, Brent Johnson, my guest, and Vanderstiel and Chris Burns, the Department of Government Accountability.
And Chris, your website VeritasLegal.com. Can people get in touch with you through the website? And if they want to help support the work that you are doing, and perhaps also maybe help support your efforts to undo the injustices that have been done your way, it's thrown your way.
Is that a good website to contact you?
You know, Brent, I appreciate the plug here. I would love to tell you I'm some sort of IT guru, and you're going to see all sorts of new fan dangled bells and whistles on my website. But the reality is, I'm a step away from the Rotary Fall.
So, the best way to reach me is through the American made site, the hand just gave you.
Excellent. Okay. And, okay. Now, you mentioned something that I just wanted to touch on.
Okay. And that was that you said that, that American made action provides whistleblower protection, and that struck me.
And I just, I want you to talk a little bit about that, because there are people, like I said, not everybody in government is a bad person.
There are people who think that what's going on is reprehensible, and they're kind of trapped by the bureaucratic spider webs as well. So, protecting whistleblowers, I think is very, very important.
And I wonder if you could just expound a little bit on that, since you did mention it a few minutes ago.
Yeah, it's very simple. I mean, we work with attorneys that specialize in whistleblower protection. So, you know, it's not, it's not anything more complicated than that. You know, I'm not filling out paperwork for them.
The attorneys are, and you know, I am not an attorney. I can speak to what they do, but I can't do it for them. Chris and others are the ones that are responsible for that.
People have to have it, because the system, as you know, that doesn't matter what department you're in, when whistleblowers stand up and speak out, there's usually some form of retribution that comes back their way.
And when you file whistleblower protection paperwork, you give them that legal protection and standing that if there is retribution going their way, they really can't, you know, have an army with them, you know, to go back and sue for damages.
And so, that's important. We want people to feel safe. I mean, this is a very corrupt system. And, you know, every day I get a phone call, Brent, where somebody's calling it. I got another one to today as a matter of fact, where somebody was calling, complaining about something and giving
me the receipts on it. And they want me to break the story, because if they do it, they know there's going to be retribution.
And this is just a sad, sad state of affairs when truth and honesty is sort of the bottom wrong of the latter these days where people just don't consider it as an option anymore.
And that's the whole point of the Department of Government Accountability is to get that accountability through truth and transparency.
Well, let me say that, you know, I am pleased to be involved with the organization. I am pleased to be able to give air time to the organization.
And I am thrilled that you have such passion. This is both of you. Okay. Have such passion for the pursuit of truth and justice. And it's been an absolute pleasure.
We will have all the information about how to contact and how to contact Chris, the websites, the whole thing. It will be on a global freedom report.us.
If, you know, and the show is archived, you can check it out at that website. You can also download it to an MP3 file, play it in your car or whatever.
Share it with other people as well. It's been an absolute pleasure having you. And thank you for being with us, Chris. Thank you so much for being with us. God bless you both.
And God bless you in your efforts. Thank you. Department of Government Accountability.
God bless. Thanks so much.
All right. Wow. Wow. You know, it is so gratifying to know there are people like this out there because we know there are bad people out there that much we do know.
And we need to have some people out there who are counterbalancing the bad people. Question for the week. Do you believe it is possible to have a functional free society in today's globalist world.
Now it's time for this week's Lessons in Liberty. In pre-American England, only nobility could own property. Comiters could not own property.
The Declaration of Independence established that all men and women, by the way, are created equal, meaning that each of us has a God-given right to own property.
There is a universal principle that ownership equals liability. The owner of property is always liable for damage caused by that property, whether the owner is you, a corporation, a trust, a foundation, it makes no difference.
The owner of property is the principal. An agent is someone who acts on behalf of the principal.
The universal law of principal and agent states that an agent cannot be a libel for actions taken in good faith on behalf of the principal.
Now, let's assume I have a piece of property. I hire you as a gardener. Your job is to take care of the garden and make sure the soil is watered.
Make sure the plants are watered. Make sure the weeds are pulled. Maybe do a little landscaping. That's your job.
While you're doing your job, you accidentally knock over a flower pot and break it.
Because you were acting in good faith, meaning you were doing the work you were hired to do, I can't go out there and sue you for breaking my flower pot.
You might just be a nice person. I want to replace it. That's fine. But I can't take legal action against you because you are acting as an agent.
An agent cannot be held liable for actions taken in good faith, meaning as part of your agreement on behalf of the principal.
My point here is, in life, you always want to be an agent. If you have no liability, then the government will leave you alone because you have nothing it could take from you.
The idea is to hold practical control over property without carrying the liability of legal control.
This is what the wealthiest so-called elite, the people who seek to rule the world, do for themselves, and you are not supposed to know about this concept.
If you arrange to hold property, for example, in a common law peer trust organization, then you benefit from the trust-owned property.
You get to live in and on the property. You get the proceeds that the property has ever sold.
But you do not carry the liability of legal ownership. If the IRS comes knocking on the door, you can honestly say, hey, buddy, I just work here.
I'm not the owner. So nobody can ever take the property from you.
That is the principle of property ownership.
And you all have a right to own property, but you also have to understand that the government looks for your liabilities and draws a straight line to your assets.
If you really want to enjoy your property rights without carrying the liability of legal ownership,
you should get in touch with us at Freedom Bound International at 888 385 37 33.
And that, my friends, is today's edition of Lessons in Liberty.

868-705752 our question of the week. Do you believe it is possible to have a functional free society in today's global world?
Eric from Los Angeles calling in with an answer. Welcome to the show. Eric, you are on the air.
As individuals, we can live more and more freely if we acknowledge the powers that they may be to the greatest extent possible.
Don't turn to them for help. Don't acknowledge them. Don't engage in commerce with them.
That's for us as individuals now as a society, as a civilization and a free republic.
We're not going to get that back unless somebody, and I'm hoping it will be President Trump,
finally comes follow through and abolishes the unconstitutional unlawful Federal Reserve system and the enforcer, the IRS,
which has put us enslaved as debtors and a debt system, a debt slave system.
We charter the third national bank, a national bank, which would be like a people's bank, where we can borrow money on credit for infrastructure,
do all these things like assess the Hamiltonian system. We have to get it back.
And until we do that, we're still under a debtors system, which keeps us enslaved. And that's what I have to say on that.
Wow. Good words. Good words. And by the way, just so you know, next week, I'll mention it again in a few minutes,
but next week we're going to have on the show, G. Edward Griffin, the author of the creature from Jekyll Island, the man who pretty much
fathered the expos of that Federal Reserve. And I got a lot of things I want to ask him about the Fed yesterday and the Fed tomorrow, because I think that you got a lot of people who feel as you do that the Fed is much more part of the problem than it is any solution at all.
Well, thank you. Yeah, really. Yeah.
Post-apparent money only coin and regulate currency, but not credit. That's the problem.
Yeah. Yeah, it says so very clearly in the Constitution. The Constitution is a document of negative authority. If it is not listed in the Constitution, the government has no authority to do it. It doesn't matter what the legislature says.
And so yeah, you're absolutely correct. Absolutely correct. Appreciate it, Eric. Thank you so much. God bless you, my friend.
Okay.
868 7 870.
K. R. L. A. 868 7 0 K. R.
L. A. And let's see. All right. I think we will.
Forgo this week's.
Propaganda 101 because I don't think we have enough time to get through this particular one. 868 7 0 K. R. L. L. A. So yeah, I would like to know what you folks think about the lack of election integrity.
In California law. I know a lot of you are Californians and you just went through your primary and they have what they call the jungle ballot. They have like a hundred people running for mayor, hundred people running for governor and two of them.
Okay, whatever the first two are, they're the ones who get to run against each other in November. There's something wrong with this system. There's something wrong with third parties going into elderly assisted living homes and.
Encouraging old men and women to fill out ballots telling them how to fill out the ballots and then throwing out the ballots instead of delivering them.
If somebody decides they want to vote for say a Republican.
That's how it works. That's actually how it does work. I'm not making that up.
There is this attitude.
Okay, there is this attitude primarily by the Marxist.
Okay, that this is really a dictatorship and anybody who's in office gets to do whatever he or she wants to do.
There's no restrictions, no limitations at all.
And the truth is that.
By your silence.
You consent.
By your silence.
You allow this to go on.
Ultimately, I just did a show.
On sovereign radio a couple days ago and I was asked.
About this.
And I said, you know, ultimately you have to be willing to force the issue. You have to be willing to escalate the issue.
Refuse to comply.
And if they don't like it.
They send the police after you then you get your, you know, you get your crew of people.
Equally or better armed.
And stand toe to toe with the police.
You want to escalate it? We'll escalate it.
We refuse to obey. We refuse to comply. What are you going to do about it?
You're, you're, you're going to try to arrest us. How about we arrest you? Citizens arrest? All you.
We've got more, more weapons than you have.
We just need to have the gumption.
To stand.
By our principles rather than just go along with what they tell us to do.
If Spencer Pratt and Steve Hilton are not allowed to be on the ballot.
Because.
California has stolen.
the primary election.
What are you gonna do about it?
What are you willing to do about it?
And that's always the question at the end.
What are you willing to do to protect
and preserve your liberty?
And what are you not willing to do to protect
and preserve that same liberty?
And at the end of the day,
would you be proud to tell your friends,
family loved ones, children, what you did today?
Did you tell the truth?
Did you keep your word?
Did you honor your agreements?
If not, then please correct any trespass
on your brother or sister and do it now.
Don't wait for it tomorrow.
Tomorrow is too late.
