The unrest ripping through Belfast, Ireland should be seen as a predictable social reaction
from a local population that believes it has been ignored and overruled by a global managerial
class of unhinged politicians who have spent more than a decade enforcing nation-killing
mass migration policies without public consent.
The recent attempted beheading of a native-born citizen earlier this week involving a third-world
migrant invader appears to have become the catalytic event that pushed long-simuring
anger into the streets.
Unlike much of Europe where public backlash is weak or suppressed by the globalist regime,
Northern Ireland now appears to be entering a more volatile phase with local communities
signaling that their tolerance for mass migration and the resulting security failures has reached
a critical breaking point.
Local outlet, the Irish News, wrote on X.
Residents had to be evacuated from their homes in East Belfast following fires.
Northern Ireland's fire and rescue service officers attended the scene at Lendrick Street
on Tuesday night.
Northern Ireland's first minister, Michelle O'Neill, condemned both the attempted beheading
and the subsequent social unrest.
The attack in North Belfast was heinous and wrong, but there are dangerous attempts to
exploit that to target and attack innocent people who were simply trying to live, work
and raise their families here, said O'Neill.
Activist Tommy Robinson, who was long warned about mass migration chaos, shared an image
of the victim before the beheading attack, which he says was carried out by a Sudanese
invader.
Robinson blasted Marxist Lefty Prime Minister Q.R.
Mr. President, this twat imports the problem, dumps murders and rapists into our communities,
then winds about what is and is not acceptable.
Stop importing rapists, murderers and sex pests from savage third world countries who
put young girls' lives at risk.
Once you have advocated for that and the removal of unwanted illegal invaders from communities
who never asked for or wanted them, then you can take the high road, continued Robinson.
He noted, I have very little timer patience right now, listening to those who plant
unvetted savages into our communities who rape, murder and prey on our children.
And they have the audacity to tell us to shut up for the sake of diversity and everyone
is racist.
What needs to be addressed are the globalist politicians who pushed population replacement
against the will of the people, not just in Europe, but in the United States and flooded
nations with years of mass migration.
It increasingly appears as though their objective was to collapse these countries from within
and transform them into one party states governed by globalist elites.

A Sudanese invader decided that he took offense to the Irish citizen.

And I've seen pictures of the citizen in the hospital and it's horrible.

Starmer, who by the way, it looks like he's going to finally resign tomorrow.

to take up arms, to burn down buildings, to take physical action?

Well we are rapidly approaching the 250th birthday of the United States of America.
It's very, very close.
And these next couple of weeks I intend to discuss some of the foundational elements
of the USA.
And we're going to start with the most foundational element, the founding document.
No, it's not the Constitution.
It is the Declaration.
In Congress, July 4th, 1776, the unanimous declaration of the 13 United States of America,
the declaration of independence.
When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the
political bans which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of
the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's
God entitle them.
A decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes
which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they
are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life,
liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, that to secure these rights governments are instituted
among men deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any
form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people
to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such
principles and organizing its powers in such form as to them shall see most likely to
affect their safety and happiness.
Prudence indeed will dictate that governments long established should not be changed.
For light and transient causes, and accordingly, all experience have shown that mankind are
more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufforable, than to write themselves by abolishing the
forms to which they are accustomed.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations pursuing invariably the same object, events
are designed to reduce them under absolute despotism.

The history of the present king of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and
usurpations all having a direct object, the establishment of an absolute tyranny over
these states.
To prove this, let fast be submitted to a candid world.
He has refused his assent to laws the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless
suspended in their operation till his assent should be obtained, and when so suspended,
he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people,
unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the legislature,
a right inestimable to them, and formidable to tyrants only.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant
from the depository of their public records for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into
compliance with his measures.
He has dissolved representative houses repeatedly for opposing with manly firmness, his invasions
on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time after such dissolutions to cause others to be elected,
whereby the legislative powers incapable of annihilation have returned to the people at
large for their exercise.
The state remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without
and convulsions within.
He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states for that purpose, obstructing
the laws for naturalization of foreigners, refusing to pass others to encourage their
migrations hither and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands.
He has obstructed the administration of justice by refusing his assent to laws for establishing
judiciary powers.
He has made judges dependent on his will alone for the tenure of their offices and
the amount and payment of their salaries.
He has erected a multitude of new offices and sent hither swarms of officers to harass
our people and eat out their substance.
He has kept among us in times of peace, standing armies without the consent of our legislatures.
He has affected to render the military independent of and superior to the civil power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction far into our constitution
and unacknowledged by our laws, giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation
for quartering large bodies of armed troops among us, for protecting them by mock trial
from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of these
states, for cutting off our trade with all parts of the world, for imposing taxes on us
without our consent, for depriving us in many cases of the benefits of trial by jury, for
transporting us beyond seas to be tried for pretended offenses, for abolishing the free
system of English laws and neighboring province, establishing therein an arbitrary government
and enlarging its boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument from
introducing the same absolute rule into these colonies, for taking away our charters, abolishing
our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments.
So suspending our own legislatures and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate
for us in all cases whatsoever.
He has abdicated government here by declaring us out of his protection and waging war against
us.
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of
our people.
He is at this time transporting large armies of foreign mercenaries to complete the works
of death, desolation, and tyranny already begun with circumstances of cruelty and perfity,
scarcely parallowed in the most barbarous ages and totally unworthy the head of a civilized
nation.
He has constrained our fellow citizens, taking captive on the high seas, to bear arms against
their country, to become the executioners of their friends and brethren, or to fall themselves
by their hands.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants
of our frontiers, the merciless Indian savages whose known rule of warfare is an undistinguished
destruction of all ages, sexes, and conditions.
In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms.
Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.
A prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is
unfit to be the ruler of free people.
Nor have we been wanting in attentions to our British brethren.
We have worn them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarranted
jurisdiction over us.
We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here.
We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them
by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations which would inevitably interrupt
our connections and correspondence.
They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity.
We must therefore acquiesce in the necessity which denounces our separation and hold them
as we hold the rest of mankind, enemies in war, in peace, friends.
We therefore, the representatives of the United States of America in general congress assemble,
willing to the supreme judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do in
the name and by authority of the good people of these colonies solemnly publish and declare
that these united colonies are and of right ought to be free and independent states that
they are absolved from all allegiance to the British crown and that all political connection
between them and the state of Great Britain is and ought to be totally dissolved and that
is free and independent and independent states.
They have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce
and to do all other acts and things which independent states may have right to.
And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine
providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

I remember a time I gave a sovereignty seminar in Virginia Beach, Virginia many years ago.
During the midday break, a woman came up to me, she was 29 years old, she was from
Philadelphia, and she said, you know, that's the first time I ever actually heard the reading
of the Declaration of Independence in school, public school.
They read to us the Communist Manifesto, but never the Declaration of Independence.
She was 29 years old, she never heard it.
This declaration, written by and signed by people who were traitors to the British crown,
who knew that they were declaring themselves traitors, who knew that their lives were
never going to be the same.
Most of them died miserably, had their families destroyed, had their property destroyed.
Why?
There was something more important, the God-given rights to life, liberty, and property.
God-given rights.
Prior to this declaration, the principle of God-given rights did not exist on the planet.
The King's Word was long, King's Word was considered to be given by divine right everywhere.
We have something different here.
Not only that, the idea that our rights come from a greater source from government, and
you'll hear a lot of people who really don't understand the meaning of the words they say.
A lot of people talk about our inalienable rights.
That's not the case.
The declaration says, unalienable.
Unalienable means that our rights cannot be changed.
The word inalienable means our rights should not be changed.
They are not inalienable.
They are unalienable.
What God has given us, no man can take away.
No government can take away.
No police can take away.
No military can take away.
No president.
No congressman.
No senator can take away.
What God has given us.
That is the foundation of the United States of America.
That's what makes it worth fighting for.
That's what makes it worth living for.
That's what makes it different.
We have the absolute right to rise up and shut down the government.
The truth today is the same as it was 250 years ago.
We have petitioned in the most humble terms.
Our repeated petitions have been met by repeated injury.
A prince who acts with actions that define a tyrant is unfit to be a free people.
It doesn't matter what individual is president.
It doesn't matter whether President Donald Trump or fascist pretender Joe Biden or worthless
un-American Barack Obama.
It doesn't matter who it is.
The system itself is broken and it will not fix itself ever.

It will never happen.

I hear people saying, oh, they're taking away my rights.

So the question is, what are you going to do about it?
What are you willing to do to protect and preserve your freedom?
I say that at the end of every show.

So when the criminals in government and they are criminals because they have no right to
violate your rights.
Therefore when they violate your rights they are committing a crime.

It doesn't matter whether they've legislated their authority.
They have no power to exercise such authority.
So they are the criminals.
So when criminals violate your rights, what are you willing to do about it?
You are endowed by your creator.
You are the child of God.
That means that you are part of the royal family.
You are a king.
You are a queen in your own right.
You are the king of your life.
You are the queen of your life.
You are royalty, not just any royalty, part of the royal family of God.
If you would just embrace that, then ask yourself the question again.
If criminals in government violate my God given rights, what am I going to do about
it?
I created an international incident because I refused to take the poisonous COVID-19
jam when I was in Tonga.
They wouldn't let me leave.
I didn't do what they wanted me to do.
I refused to.
And they wouldn't let me leave.
So I went on the air and I became the poster child for freedom all over the world.
Everybody wanted me on their show.

Prior to July for 1776 there was no United States of America.
Our republic was established on the foundation of the Declaration of Independence.
Written by Thomas Jefferson inspired by the works of Thomas pain and John Locke rooted
firmly in scriptural concepts.
This sacred American document lays the groundwork for our society.
While government laws regulations and the very fabric of America as a whole are based
on the principles enshrined therein.
In order to understand our country our laws our government you must first take a look
at the declaration.
He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states for that purpose obstructing
the laws for naturalization of foreigners refusing to pass others to encourage their
migrations hither and raising the conditions and new appropriations of land.
He has obstructed the administration of justice by refusing his assent to laws for establishing
judiciary powers.
He has made judges dependent on his will alone for the tenure of their offices and the amount
in payment of their salaries.
I hope that by now it is becoming apparent that many of the numerous complaints that
spurred the American colonists to revolution are very similar to government abuses endured
by our today's Americans.
The English king was interfering with the immigration of Brits to colonial America making
it increasingly difficult for the colonists to sustain what they were building without
appealing to mother England at which point the king would grant them whatever they wished
so long as they accepted their roles as lowly servants without individual rights.
It was an untenable set of circumstances for the original Americans and it should be no
less acceptable in modern America.
Believe it or not the federal government has no business determining the conditions upon
which someone may enter one of the union states.
You see our founders never envisioned the United States of America as a welfare state.
Rather anyone wanting to come here was welcome as long as they respected the law of the land.
There were no social program incentives so anyone immigrating to the United States of
America knew beforehand that his family's survival depended on his ability to work.
There were no handouts offered.
So the character of the early colonists was one of rugged individuality.
This also served to eliminate outright those who were looking for a government handout
of any kind because there weren't any.
Under fundamental American law and the principles on which our republic was founded there was
no need for intrusive regulations or social burdens to be placed on new citizens.
Of course one of the principle reasons for the American revolution was that the king
himself was obstructing any legitimate judicial process.
When the colonists' rights were violated they had no legal recourse to remedy the resulting
damage to themselves, their families or their property.
The early Americans asked for judiciary powers seeking a just solution to their problem but
the king refused to allow for any judiciary independent of his control.
To this end the king ensured that all judges knew that their positions were dependent exclusively
on the goodwill of the king.
They held their offices and tenure by good grace of the royal house and for no other
reason.
It's not so different today don't you think?
After all the president makes all federal judicial appointments and I assure you that
all federal judges are quite aware of that fact.
In any case the judiciary no longer considers itself answerable to the people and that
was enough of a reason for our founding fathers to embark on the necessary path of armed
revolution.

The first thing I want to say is I'm sorry that I missed last week's program but she had

I was traveling that day and I would have loved to have called in and talked with them
a little bit.
We go back about 40 years.

Okay I knew it would be.
All right I do if there's time after I answer the question I do want to do a few things to
add about the British and our declaration but let's see how fast I can go.
The experience that I had that I would like to relate to you and your listeners and there
are cases where I've had justice administered but I'm going to give you one you know to
do all that would take a book.
But the one that I want to relate to you is one where justice was denied.
Four or five years ago my van was stolen at a gas station when I had my back turned for
a few minutes.
They just jumped in there and pulled up alongside it and one guy jumped in and got
it and rolled out.
I didn't even see that happen.
The people inside the store got it on tape and they said while you weren't looking they
jumped in and they took your van.
Not notified the police right away.
They were very helpful.
They drove me home that night and they put out an APB and guess what I didn't know until
the next day but three hours later they caught the guy and they retrieved my van.
They did their job all the way from the San Fernando Valley down to South LA.
They found the guy and I was called by the detective on the case the next day and he
said he said Eric you have no idea how long we've been looking for this guy.
It was two men and the guy that jumped out of the van he was in and took my van was
a guy behind the wheel of my van and they got him.
All right so fast forward what happened with all this at the time LA was burdened
with a Soros district attorney named George Soros.
George Gescone.
George Gescone he was terrible and numerous people wanted to sue him and his office because
they weren't getting justice and criminals were just putting being put back on the street.
Well okay they get the guy that they've been after for so long and what do they do?
They let him go.
They let him go and before he went to trial the police did their job and they found him
again.
They found him again and set him up for trial or I should have gotten compensation for
all of that victim's compensation.
Just what?
He got released again.
They let him go again.
He never went to trial.
Well what was the official justification for the release?
I'm not sure but guess who had to buy the van back?
I did.
I had to buy it back from the police pound for over $500.
I got it back but look at what it cost me to get it.
There was no justice in that situation whatsoever.
This is why the original colonists revolted.
He got defeated.
The stone got defeated thank god in 2024 by a landslide because the word got out that
he was terrible.
So that's the experience I would relate to you.
There's been no justice since then about that.
I'm not sure what it is.
That's a British Empire.
It's still on the meat.
America got corporatized as the US, US Inc.
In 1871 we lost, they set aside common loss.
You were explaining about inalienable and unalienable.
A lot of people think that our Christian counter revolution against the British Empire
was all about taxation, taxation without representation.
Taxes are only mentioned once in the declaration.
It was more than that.
Benjamin Franklin said we would have gladly borne the tax increase on tea.
That had not been for the fact that the Brits took away our colonial script.
They took it in half.
People were thrown out in the streets in 1770.
They created a depression in the colonies.
They did not recognize that our rights came from God.
John Hancock and Samuel Adams were both sheltered because the British were after them.
They were sheltered by a very prominent minister and a church at that time.
It was the churches that banded together and called for the volunteers.
That eventually won.
Absolutely true.

A woman who worked as a longtime signature collector for ballot initiatives pled guilty
on June 8th to paying homeless people in Los Angeles' skid row and elsewhere two or three
dollars to register to vote.
Her name is Brenda Lee Brown to arms strong C64 from Marina Del Rey, also known as Aneka.
She entered the plea of one count of paying someone to register to vote a federal charge
that carries a penalty of up to five years behind bars.
Sentencing is scheduled for August 31st.
According to her plea agreement for nearly 20 years, she periodically works as a petition
circulator in that row.
She was paid by coordinators to collect voter signatures on official petitions that qualify
initiatives, referendums, and recalls for California state ballots.
Prosecutors said arms strong drove around the LA area to find registered voters to sign
the petitions.
After getting enough signatures, she returned the petitions to her coordinators who then
paid her a set amount for each registered voter's signature.
The amount she was paid vary depending on the specific ballot initiative.
Because her coordinators only paid for signatures attributable to registered voters, arms strong
and devory to ensure that people who signed her petitions were registered voters.
Now, she solicited signatures in skid row where people will do anything for money.
She paid between two and three dollars to induce people to sign the petitions, but they're homeless.
They don't have an address.
You need an address on the form.
So what did she do?
She gave them her own address.
Hundreds of people at the same address that clearly did not live there.
That invalidated the votes, but it didn't matter.
She still did it.
You have already seen how corrupt the mayor's race has gone.
And there's already all kinds of legal action going on.
US Attorney Bill Essay said when arms strong was charged, we're going to aggressively
prosecute voter fraud.
A video shot by media figure James O'Keefe and reposted by an account called Real America's
Voice showed a woman handing cash to a homeless person.
O'Keefe said his video led to arms strong being charged.
Essay Lee said on June 5 that his office has multiple probes underway into voting
fraud.
What declining to provide details, he pointed out that arms strong's case is an example
of what he's investigating.
All of this happened the day after President Donald J. Trump publicly accused Democrats
of engaging in election fraud in California, pointing to the mail-in voting process that
represents legal plunder by California.
The Department of Justice sued California Secretary of State Shirley Weber last year
demanding the state hand over the unredacted voter file, which includes registered voters,
full names, residential addresses, et cetera.
The DOJ claimed to have the right to access the data under the Civil Rights Act of 1960
and the National Voter Registration Act.
In January, Santa Ana federal judge dismissed the case saying that it violates privacy laws.
Another example of injustice all we're trying to do is get election integrity.

He said the Treaty of Arona in 1820, he's seated a lot of the US power back to the British
crowd.
Andrew Jackson and Martin Van Buren were the ones who took away our independence with
the abolition of the second bank and allowed for slavery to flourish until Lincoln.
Now, I got to say, I'm not sure about that.
I don't really view the shutting down of the second US central bank as a bad thing.
I'm not a fan of the bank-bensters at all.
So I don't think of that as a bad thing.
But the comment I wanted to make to you, Eric, is this.
Nobody can take away your independence ever.
You are endowed by your creator with certain unalienable rights.
Nobody can take away your independence.
So no, neither Andrew Jackson nor Martin Van Buren nor anybody else took away your independence
or our independence because they can't.
They can only violate your rights.
And when that happens, you can stand up and refuse to comply and refuse to allow it.
Remember, you're a king, you're a queen, you're a member of the royal family.
You are of a higher authority than any of these other people who supposedly are violating
your rights.
I want you all to get that.
You are a higher authority.
You are a child.
Do you believe in God?
Maybe you don't.
In that case, you got a real problem.
But I know that he exists.
I know that my rights come from him.
I know that I'm a member of his royal family.
And I carry myself that way.
Let me tell you something.
When you hold that you really are a king, you really are a queen.
People see you differently.
They know that there is something special about you.
It's true.
You've seen it happen regularly.
Now it's time for lessons in liberty.
And today I want to talk about the word include.
Now here is what the United States Supreme Court says.
The legal meaning of the terms including, including actually are.
The ordinary significance of the terms as defined by dictionaries both weptered and
the standard are to confine within, to hold, to contain, to shut up, embrace, and involve
include or the participle or participle form as to comprise within, to hold, to contain,
to shut up, and synonyms are contained in clothes, comprehend, and brace.
Now these are terms of restriction, not expansion.
These terms do not normally mean in addition to.
They normally mean only that which is listed.
In order for such terms to be interpreted as expansive, the unlisted things that are
being asserted as included among those things that are actually listed must have some formal
relation to those listed things by naturally being of the same class or type.
For example, if a statute reads the term fruit includes lemons, limes, and oranges, then
the similarly in the class or type of those items listed, they're all citrus fruits.
So they might include other citrus fruits.
A grapefruit would be able to be included.
But not an apple.
This means that other fruits that are not naturally citrus are not allowed to be included.
Anybody speaking, in law, you will see a phrase if they want include to be expansive,
then it would say it.
The term includes, but is not limited to, where the term includes without limitation.
So when you look into the internal revenue code and you see that the word states or United
States, it says the United States includes the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam,
American Samoa, and other federal insular possessions or forts.
It does not say it includes the 50 states because it doesn't.
So when you read, the work includes or including in state or federal statutes, only what is
specifically listed is meant to be included in the definition according to the United
States Supreme Court.
You think about it.
And that is today's edition of Lessons in Liberty.
That is so important.
People think that include means everything related to whatever it is is included.
That's not the case.
Includes is restrictive.
If I say color, it includes blue, red, and green.
Then color only includes blue, red, or green.
Unless I say color includes without limitation, blue, red, or green, or color includes, but
is not limited to blue, red, or green.
Then color includes other colors.
Unless I say that, then color includes only blue, red, or green.
That's the reality of it.
And that's one of those lessons in Liberty.
They don't teach you in public school.

It's just disgusting what's happened.
I and a bunch of other guys serve in various wars.
As we come home and are treated like pieces of garbage, the government takes away our
guns and the right to keep them bare.
There's no comes from the government.
It's a God-giver right.
That's right.
I'm the bad guys.
And I'm in favor of making sure the bad guys don't do anything to anybody quite.
You know what that means.
But...
Yeah, absolutely.
And by the way, I have never bought a weapon from a licensed firearm dealer.
When I buy a weapon, I get it privately.
I don't play their game.
Yeah, go ahead, Bill.
I'm not going to do it.
That's the correct way to do it.
And I think that started, what, in 1932?
I'm not exactly sure.
I think it might have been 32.
And with your weapon and the second question is, thank you.

I'm just kidding.

Wilson was 1915-1917.
Roosevelt was in 32.
That's right.
Both of them were bums.

He's one of them got us into a war.

And read the U.S. Constitution.
It's not that hard to read.
And pay attention to Article 1, Section B, I think it is, whatever is in the part for
the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives.
And it's what he Wilson did was he took the Senate away from the House of Representatives.
And he took the Senate away from our states and made it a general vote.
So here in California, the idiots, the people didn't read the bill.
They just voted.
It was okay to steal up to, I don't know, some numbers, 700 or $1,000.
No, but I'll tell you something, Bill.
The 17th Amendment is invalid on its face because the Constitution specifically says no state
is not the most private of its equal suffrage in the Senate without its consent.
That means the 17th Amendment would have needed a 100% ratification to be valid.
It didn't get it.
Therefore, it is invalid.
Okay, voting, people voting for the Senate is invalid.
It's not law.
It's completely bogus.
We've got a literally criminal government that is using elements of the Constitution as if they're real, which they are not.
16th Amendment is invalid.
Every single amendment, okay, since the 14th is invalid for a variety of reasons.
But I want to give it back to you.
I don't want to take up your time.
Go ahead.
Okay, I want to hear more of what you have to say.
And then you have a question that you made apparent to me is how do we reverse this?
What do we do to get the people to wake up?
I don't know about that.
But what course can we take?
I hope, let me say it.
