[10:12] Speaker 6: And one more time I wanna ask the question of the week: What has been the most effective technique you have used to awaken people to the truth? Now, I'm gonna tell you about the latest piece of garbage out of the commonwealth of Massachusetts. Massachusetts lawmakers, sit down, get ready for this. They're barreling ahead with a bill that would force the state to slash the total miles that residents drive, all under, under the banner of cutting greenhouse gas emissions, something that scientifically has been proven to be a false issue. The proposal is Senate Bill 2246. It doesn't slap a hard cap on your daily commute yet, but it orders the Massachusetts Department of Transportation to set binding goals for reducing statewide vehicle miles traveled. It also creates a new government council tasked with pushing people onto public transit whether they like it or not. The bill proposed in Massachusetts would limit how far you can drive in your own car.

[11:24] Speaker 6: Fascist lawmakers falsely say it would help reduce the state's greenhouse gas emissions. While no specific mileage limit was listed, the bill would require MassDOT to set goals to reduce the number of statewide driving miles. It would also establish a new council to find ways to make public transportation more accessible to residents. Critics say a cap on personal vehicle miles would directly impact those in rural parts of the state. The fascist committee gave it a favorable four to one vote and shipped it off to the Senate Ways and Means Committee, keeping the radical plan alive on Beacon Hill. This isn't some fringe idea cooked up in isolation. It is part of a broader push to ration mobility under the twin excuses of climate and equity.Similar thinking powers the 15-minute city concept, the urban planning fad sold as convenience, but designed to make driving anywhere outside your little neighborhood a bureaucratic nightmare.

[12:35] Speaker 6: If you need or want to visit family across town or haul supplies for a business, well, that's just too bad. The goal is fewer cars, fewer miles, and more dependence on government-run transit that is already unreliable and crime-ridden in blue cities. Europe is already testing the waters with energy rationing talk amid ongoing crises. Officials have floated work-from-home mandates, driving restrictions, and even limits on flying or heating homes to meet net zero targets that have no basis in science and are simply fearmongering tactics designed to tell the public that they will die if they do not comply. Massachusetts Democrats are importing that same top-down control in America, where rural families, tradespeople, and anyone not lucky enough to live in a walkable Boston enclave gets punished hardest. Supporters dress it up as aligning transportation plans with emissions goals.

[13:42] Speaker 6: The bill's own text demands the state develop a reasonable pathway to cut the number of miles driven on the streets through everything from denser development to parking restrictions and tech-enabled tracking. Critics rightly call it what it is, a precursor to surveillance, fees, or outright limits on how far your personal vehicle can go. This is the same crowd that cheered COVID-19 lockdowns while elites jetted off to climate conferences. They are eyeing your car as the next target. Rural Massachusetts residents already face long drives for work, groceries, and medical care. Forcing them onto broken public buses or trains isn't progress. It is punishment for not living the approved urban lifestyle. This creeping surveillance state is an affront to freedom, including the personal freedom to drive where you want, when you want, in the vehicle you choose.

[14:48] Speaker 6: Massachusetts Democrats just proved again why voters are fleeing blue strongholds for red states that still respect individually, individual liberty. If this passes, expect more families packing up and heading to places where the government doesn't treat your car like public property. The fight against these soft tyrannies is ongoing. [18:33] Speaker 10: Okay, good. Um, our Lord Jesus said, "You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." And, and I'm a believer, I'm a Christian. If I'm dealing with a born again believer, cite scripture and tell them, remind them what Jesus would do and what Jesus would say. And if they're open to the truth and they're teachable, they will get it. If they're not, and many believers are resistant to Bible doctrine, uh, that's part of our problem in this nation. They're gonna just argue against anything. So that's number one. Now I'm gonna give you one more technique that's very successful, and it's three words; feel, felt, found. Now, everybody hearing this, repeat those words wherever you are, feel, felt, found. Now I'll elaborate. They're not getting it, but they're conversant with you. "Okay, here you go. I know how you feel. I felt the same way myself at one time, but I found out..." And then you go from there. And when you do that, they, they realize that, that you're open and not...

[20:10] Speaker 10: That you were not stuck on a belief system when you were convinced of what was right and what was true, and that they're no different from you. And if they don't, if they don't follow that, then they're stuck on a belief system, and that just comes back to them in a negative way. That really opens people up. And, and salesmen use that line too, I, I've learned. "I know how you feel. I felt the same way myself at one point, but I found out...", and you go from there. That's it.

[20:48] Speaker 6: Excellent. Oh, excellent. That's really great. So have you... Okay, you've just shared with us a technique. Do you use that technique?

[21:01] Speaker 10: I probably should use it more often. I probably don't use it as often as I should. Um-

[21:07] Speaker 6: It sounds real good. I, I gotta tell you, it sounds real effective. I, I invite you to do exactly that.

[21:16] Speaker 10: Mm-hmm. But it does work.

[21:20] Speaker 6: Well, I'll tell you something else.

[21:21] Speaker 10: It really does. Well, that's what I have to share with you today.

[21:24] Speaker 6: Well, and, and speaking of scripture, just so you know. Okay, I'm sure you know. Okay, but, um, not, not everybody is willing to hear or see or know the truth. Those who have ears, those who have eyes, not everybody does. And so we are told scripturally, if somebody doesn't wanna hear what you have to say, dust off your hands, dust off your feet, and move on. Okay? But the formula is-

[21:55] Speaker 6: But the for- But the f- Yeah, but the formula is sound.

[22:00] Speaker 10: Go ahead.

[22:00] Speaker 6: The formula is very sound. I applaud you for that. Excellent.

[22:05] Speaker 10: Yeah. Uh, blind- blindness leads to hardheartedness. When you're initially blinded by the enemy to the truth, you harden your heart, you become more blind to it, more, more hardened to it. And then eventually, you know what it leads to? I've studied this recently. It's in the Greek. Torture, torment.

[22:28] Speaker 6: Yeah.

[22:28] Speaker 10: It's mentioned in Revelation, and that is the reason in the tribulation period, which we'll miss 'cause I do believe in a pre-trib rapture, but, um, those in the tribulation that resist and resist, the worse things get, the more they curse God. The word, the Greek word, va- vas- vas- vasalian, vasa- vasanian, it means torture. And these unbelievers, the more they harden their hearts, they, they're tortured by the message. The more they hear the truth, they're tormented by it. And it says it right there in Revelation, Revelation chapter 11, for example.

[23:12] Speaker 10: But that, that's (audio cuts out) that's a whole doctrine in its, a whole teaching in itself.

And the quote was, he said, "When everything Americans believe is false, our misinformation campaign will be complete," and it relates to AI. And some gentleman called after me, couple calls, maybe two calls, and he was saying it wasn't Bill Casey and that, so I just wanted to correct the record on that.

[24:11] Speaker 6: (laughs) Well, I, I... In, in the spirit of accuracy and truth, I applaud you, okay? And I thank you for that. Let me ask you a question, okay? You just heard what I said about what Massachusetts is looking to do. Okay, you're, you're in the Republic of California.

[24:31] Speaker 6: If California comes out and says, "Hey, you, you can't drive more than..."

[24:37] Speaker 12: ... however many miles a month, what are you gonna do?

[24:42] Speaker 11: I don't care what they say. It's ridiculous. It's, uh, people have become accustomed to be complacent and compliant. And I'll give you an example. I'm disabled with spinal injuries. I go through a lot of pain and, uh, the doctors, "Well, I'm afraid of the government." Um, I said, "Well, what about the pharmacy?" And my doctor, I saw her last Wednesday, well, the pharmacies, they're afraid of the government, right? 'Cause you have to use, like, mo- uh, morphine opiates to be able to, you know, get off of the floor that you're resting on and get things done. So, our country has gotten through, uh, some kind of abnormal state where a doctor is afraid of the government, and I told the, uh, the doctor, I said, "So you're the doctor and the government's telling you how to treat a patient?" I said, "That's not the way it should be. You're the doctor.

[25:30] Speaker 11: You tell them to buzz off," 'cause, you know, but, uh, people have become complacent and compliant and-

[25:37] Speaker 12: Yeah.

[25:37] Speaker 11: ... uh, polite and, and that, that's a big problem.

The government, uh, uh, you know, the 1953 Funk & Wagnalls Dictionary is the only place they define the term that I found in the English language, terrorist government, and it's defined as a government that rules by intimidation. That's what you have. You have it all over the world, not just here, and the only solution is not to comply. Our republic was established on the foundation of the Declaration of Independence, written by Thomas Jefferson, inspired by the works of Thomas Paine and John Locke, rooted firmly in scriptural concepts. This sacred American document lays the groundwork for our society. All government, laws, regulations, and the very fabric of America as a whole are based on the principles enshrined therein. In order to understand our country, our laws, our government, you must first take a look at the declaration. "He has dissolved representative houses repeatedly for opposing with manly firmness his invasion on the rights of the people. He has refused for a long time after such dissolutions to cause others to be elected, whereby the legislative powers incapable of annihilation have returned to the people at large for their exercise.

[33:18] Speaker 6: The state remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within." Among the numerous complaints listed in the declaration and levied against the King of England is this singular statement about the tyrannical nature of the British monarch. For 10 years, the colonists had been petitioning the king for relief, to no avail. When it reached the point that they could bear it no further, they took their grievances to the royal court, standing their ground on a firm bed of convictions and principles. The king responded by dissolving their representative bodies completely. This served as a deterrent against those who might otherwise rally the crowds to resist the tyranny of England. You might think that the colonists were happy to have the king officially dissolve whatever institutions and agencies the crown had built, leaving them free to pursue their own desires, but it wasn't as simple as that.

[34:42] Speaker 6: True, the legislative powers cannot be annihilated by an act of the government. Rather, they return to the people at large for their own exercise. This invited tribal clashes, feuds, and general mayhem among the people. However, the king had truly abandoned the colonists. Their respective states were left thoroughly exposed to the dangers of invasion from foreign belligerents, and of those, there were many, and also to internal collapse due to a lack of infrastructure. You see, the colonists had, to a large degree, come to depend on the royal presence to ensure the orderly and relatively peaceful routine of their day-to-day existence. It has been well-said that sometimes the victim of oppression becomes dependent on the oppressor, and King George had left the American colonists totally vulnerable to its own dependency on the mother England. He pulled the safety net out from under the people so that they would capitulate and willingly accept his authority as absolute monarch.

[36:04] Speaker 6: When any form of government refuses to permit op- opposition to be expressed, then it places itself on a pedestal of perfection, disallowing even the suggestion or implication of wrongdoing on its part. Maintaining such an image requires extensive and continuous monitoring of communications, control of the media, and strong regulatory and enforcement divisions, and always leads to tyranny. [39:07] Speaker 6: I'd like to know what you think is going on with the situation in Iran, and if the United States has so much oil, why are all our gas prices going up? President Trump says that we don't get, you know, we don't use the Strait of Hormuz, so why is what's happening in Iran, why is what's happening in the Strait of Hor- Hormuz affecting our gas prices? People will say, "Well, because it's a global, it's a global product," but that's... The point is, not if we have our own energy. If we have our own energy, we can give it to ourselves. "The Unites States will automatically register eligible men age 18 to 25 for a military draft pool starting in December.

[40:30] Speaker 6: The, the rule change was submitted by the Selective Service System which maintains a database of Americans who would be able to serve in the military." What do you think about it? What do you think? You know, if, if you become a member of the military, all of you veterans know this, you sign onto the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and that means that you literally waive your God-given rights and become, effectively, property of the military, which means the government. In other words, the government gets to tell you how to behave and what to do, and you have no choice but to obey. Now, if you voluntarily sign up to be a member of the military, that's great and my hat's off to you, my heart goes out to you, and I wish you well, and I certainly hope that, you know, you don't encounter any horrible situation and get, you know, get your, uh, get yourself hurt badly. However, a draft basically tells you you have to waive your God-given li- rights and become a subject of the government.

[41:56] Speaker 6: Personally, I think that that's absolutely counter-freedom. That runs against the principles of the Declaration and that certainly runs against the limitations imposed by the Constitution. What do you think? How do you feel about the possible prospect of having the draft restored? What do you think about it? Now, y- you may be older than the age. Uh, what did they say, I think, uh, 18 to 25, or 18 to 35, or something like that, okay? So, you may be 50 or 60 and say, "Well, it doesn't matter to me." I'm not interested in hearing that. It needs to matter to you. We are brethren. We are all brothers and sisters. We are all part of the same family. We are all children of God.So, you must look out for each other. What you just said, okay, it, it makes intellectual sense, but not economic sense. If we have all this oil a- and we are simply using it to get money, money is worthless unless you use the money for something.

[47:38] Speaker 28: ... re, uh, refinance the military industrial complex of the, all this, all the apparatus they've given away, 'cause I think next week they're gonna have to have a, a bill that's gonna, like, I don't know, authorize, like, $200 billion of borrowing or something like that for just the Iran war. And, and I don't know how much the Ukraine war was. It was probably way more than that. So, they gotta pay the interest on all this new borrowing they're gonna do.

[48:02] Speaker 6: Well, but, but so what you're basically saying is it doesn't matter how much oil we have, we're never going to see it. We're never going to see the gas prices go down. Is that what you basically think is g- I mean, is, is that what you think-

[48:15] Speaker 28: Well, I, I think they will-

[48:15] Speaker 6: ... the reality is?

[48:16] Speaker 28: ... b- once they open up, once they open up Iran, then China and Japan will get their oil from Iran. They won't get it from us, and then they don't need our oil. Then we got, then it's gonna go lower.

[48:28] Speaker 6: So, you know, I mean, I guess, I come from the traditional, you know, uh, supply and demand. If we have the supply and we have the demand, we shouldn't have any kind of a problem. Am I being terribly naive here? (laughs)

[48:42] Speaker 28: Well, you know, in some parts of America it's still $3 a gallon. It's just ours is not, that's all, you know? In the middle of the country-

[48:50] Speaker 6: Right.

[48:50] Speaker 28: ... it's still $3. Damn.

[48:56] Speaker 6: Well, you know, I, I, I know that, I know that, uh, um, you know, everybody is getting tired of what's happening here economically. I know Joe Biden destroyed the economy, but I have to tell you, right now I am not happy with the results coming from President Trump's activities. Um, you know, um, and I, I've been a big, big supporter of President Trump since the beginning. You know, he's, he's playing chess. He's, you know, he, he's, he, he's got things planned out and, and we're going to see, but I keep hearing, "We're going to see." You know, "We're, we're going to see the arrests. We're going to see the justice. We're go-" I'm no longer interested in going to see. I think it's time for us to see, to see the arrests of people, to see the prices go down, to see the cost of living become much more reasonable. Now, again, I may be, I may be in the minority.

[50:03] Speaker 6: I might be one of those people who is, uh, the, the, the global government doesn't work that way, but you also have to remember, I'm not a globalist, okay? I, I think that, you know, America should design its activities for Americans first, you know, and let the rest of the world get along on their own. It's not up to us to have to pay for everything everywhere else. That's just my own opinion. What do you think, Tony?

[50:35] Speaker 28: Well, the first thing Trump's gotta do is get the Federal Reserve guys outta there and bring in some new guys to lower interest rates. That'll, that'll kick it off, kick, kick off the economy, lower rates.

You know, and what you're saying is true. If the, if the interest rates go down, it's gonna affect people because everybody goes into debt. I would love to see people stop going into debt. If you can't afford something, don't buy it. Whatever happened to that? You know, you can't, you can't afford it, don't buy it, okay?

[51:28] Speaker 28: Well, if you lower the interest, uh, you, you can make double payments on the, on the principal or whatever, so you get out of debt faster by lowering the interest. That's all.

And, and, you know, what it comes down to is people are intimidated by fear, like what the other caller was saying, f- you know, people in government, people, the doctors are afraid, the nurses are afraid, the teachers are af- Everybody's afraid of the government, okay? [01:11:04] Speaker 38: Because they're taking away their licenses they worked so hard for. They studied-

[01:11:15] Speaker 6: So go and do what you do anyway. You don't need a license. Do it anyway, okay? You know, people need to stop looking to the government for permission. What'd I say at the beginning of the show? Okay, that, you know, stop... Those people who we have allowed to run our government for us, don't ask them for permission to do anything. It's a radical concept for many people, but it's the, it's the way to freedom.

[01:11:52] Speaker 38: Yeah, a lot of us are trying to get... Yeah, a lot of us are trying to get other people elected, you know, people who are conservative, people who care about people, not communists. Communists don't care about anybody, and they're godless.

[01:12:12] Speaker 6: And, and the thing to remember, Gloria, is also what Stalin said. He said, "It doesn't really matter who votes. It matters who counts the votes." Until we get rid of-

See, what, what I mean, Mr. E- Mr. Eastman should never... He's a teacher. He teaches that. He knows it, and he had a whole stack of proof, and they wanted to ignore that, and they did ignore that. In California, all these communists, they do whatever they want, and we are sick of those people. All of us are.

There's David Hernandez that he started the Los Angeles Hispanic, uh, Republican Club, which I joined because, uh, it, he, you know, I- I walked in and he, when ... He said when the door would be open, and sure enough it was open, and everything was great. But, um, I tried to go to the other Republican s- people, and, uh, you couldn't get in the door, and you weren't sure if somebody was there.

The reason why prices are... I believe the, the reason why prices are going up because, uh, the two most powerful Illuminati bloodline families, that being the Rothschilds who control and manipulate the Federal Reserve System, and the Rockefellers who, uh, manipulate the price of oil and gas, don't want the prices to go down.

And, uh, remember Exxon. If you look at the Exxon logo, the Exxon logo has a double cross. Looks like a cross on its... Laying on its side. It comes from the reptilian Illuminati bloodline family, the, the House of Lorraine. Uh, and Exxon, um, has the double cross, and so the double cross is like the...

[01:22:40] Speaker 42: Uh, if someone want to manipulate them, this is the symbol found in the Rockefeller-guided oil giant, Exxon, okay? And Texaco, for example, has the pentagram inside a circle with a T square of Freemasonry. And the symbol of the Atlantic Richfield oil company, ARCO, is a pyramid with the capstone missing, looked at, from above. And AMOCO has a lighted torch, looking at the names of some of the brotherhood's insurance companies, and of course... But the thing is, they are giving you a little hint who controls and manipulates, um, the world economy. And so it doesn't matter. Like I said, they... Just like, um, um, um, Amschel Bayer Rothschild said that he doesn't care who, who is king or queen or president of a country. Whoever controls and manipulates the money supply is the one that is in control of it.

Now, it is time for this edition of Lessons in Liberty, where you learn really useful things they never taught you in public school. This week, part two of the income tax. I wanna give you a little bit of background on the income tax, okay?

[01:34:38] Speaker 6: The, the income tax is purely a socialistic Marxist principle. The second plank of the Communist Manifesto is a progressive and graduated income tax, meaning the more you earn, the more you pay. In other words, the more you earn, the less you have, which is what keeps you as an indentured servant to the government. Now, there, there is an act from 1939 called the Public Salary Tax Act, and it was created to address how to tax judges who were federal judges operating in the Union states. Federal government had no authority to do that. So the Public Salary Tax Act created 10 federal districts, and they were numbered by the numbers zero through nine, and that's the first digit of your ZIP code, by the way. And this was a, an act designed to create a bubble, a federal bubble, in each of the Union states where the tax could be applied to federal workers, particularly judges, who were federal judges operating in the Union states.

[01:36:14] Speaker 6: And nobody thought much about it, and then a few years later, in 1943, the victory tax was passed. The victory tax was a 5% tax on everybody's earnings in order to support the war in Germany and getting Adolf Hitler, and at the time, everybody was big on getting Adolf Hitler, and so everybody was big on supporting the tax. Nobody complained about it, okay? The victory tax. Five cents out of every dollar I earn, I'm happy to do it. If I can't go fight the Germans, at least I could send some of the money I earn to help. No problem. In May of 1944, the victory tax, as required by law, it was a temporary tax, was repealed. However, the federal government did not announce the repeal of the victory tax. It simply did it. And at the same time it did it, the federal government instructed all corporations to present their employees with what then was the equivalent of today's W-4 form, which is a Request for Withholding Allowance. Up to that point, nothing l- like that existed.

[01:37:46] Speaker 6: So the...Corporations would have these forms brought by human resources over to all the workers and they said, "You have to sign this so you can get paid. It's something new." At the time, the income tax was 5%, so nobody knew the victory tax was over. They continued to get 5% taken out of their pay, but they thought that it was going to fight Hitler. But now it was going to the privately held Internal Revenue Tax and Audit Service Inc. That is how the income tax really began. That's how the people were duped into it. And if that bothers you, it should. The entire thing was done based on fraud, and over the years, they've raised the tax rate and then they come out and they say that the only thing that's sure in life is death and taxes, which is not true. The way the government and the IRS perpetrate and maintain the fraud is through what I call the definition game, and it's one of the greatest tools of the propagandists.

[01:39:23] Speaker 6: Words like employee, taxpayer, trade or business, United States, and state. You think you know what those words mean, but they've been redefined, and they do not mean what you think. The word employee specifically means somebody who works for an employer. That sounds like you know what it means. But the word employer under the Internal Revenue Code means a government agency. Taxpayer. Anybody responsible to pay a tax. That makes you think that everybody is a taxpayer, but it isn't true. The IRS will actually tell you that the income tax is for activities effectively connected with the conduct of a trade or business in the United States. That's true, but unless you go through the Internal Revenue Code and look up the definition of the terms trade or business, United States, and state, you won't know what it means. The, under section, title 26, section 7701A, that's the definition section, you will find the subsection, I believe it's subsection 10, it defines trade or business.

[01:40:53] Speaker 6: Trade or business, listen to this, means the performing of the functions of a public office. If you don't work for the president or the governor or the mayor or the government agency, you're not engaged in a trade or business and therefore you are not repli- required to pay the income tax. The term United States means the territories and insular possessions and forts of the United States, but does not include the 50 states. The term state means the same thing. It does not include the 50 states. And the word income is not even defined anywhere in the Internal Revenue Code. And you renew your contract with the government and the IRS through bank signature cards, filling out form W-4, filling out form 1040, checking yes in a box on a government form that says you're a US citizen. The tax is all based on voluntary compliance, but silence under commercial law is consent. It's called tacit acceptance.

[01:42:15] Speaker 6: All of these things go in to the mix and explain to you that the income tax is not your tax. You are not obligated to pay it. Thomas Jefferson said, "Government should no longer take bread from the mouth that it has earned." That's what Thomas Jefferson said way back then, and that is today's edition of Lessons in Liberty. You know, what I used to do to get the message across, 'cause most of us go to a Costco, or a Walmart, or someplace else, I would print, uh, very short messages on one sheet of paper, so I would get four strips out of a single sheet, right? I'd cut it into four, so that'd be, like, two and a half inch strips, and for example, I used to pass out the, uh, House Resolution 5736, which turned into the Smith-Mun Modernization Act.

[01:46:00] Speaker 6: Uh-huh. Uh-huh.

[01:46:00] Speaker 11: And I would, like, where people can find info on it, and then I would include a quote from Eric Holder. "We need to do this every day and really brainwash people into thinking about guns in a vastly different way." And I would, you know, state, it was... So, anybody can do that. It doesn't, you know, cost a lot of money, and, you know, five sheets of paper will give you 20 little flyers that each time you go out, you know, and you multiply that. Each time you go out, you could get something done.

[01:46:30] Speaker 6: Excellent. Excellent. And, you know, th- that kind of thinking is exactly what I'm talking about. We need to be doing something. We can't just sit around and, you know, watch the videos and listen to the shows, and it's not enough. It's not enough. I try to keep this show entertaining, but it's not about entertainment. It's about your fundamental God-given, God-given rights. Your rights are a gift from God. Those are things... Gifts from God are things you should value, and defend, and protect. And using your brain to do exactly what you just said is w- one vital way to protect and inspire people, okay, to value the gifts that we have been given. Absolutely brilliant, Mark. Um, yeah, I'm calling about your, your, you're talking about taxes, and, um, you know, here in Los Angeles, I guess in m- a lot of cities, you know, they have a permit, uh, tax. Uh, it's called the Office of Finance for City Taxes and Permits, and they want to, uh, tax me for driving for Uber.

[01:48:15] Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.

[01:48:17] Speaker 45: And so, I have... They want me to get a business license. I received a letter, they were assessing me for $1,067, and I don't even make the kind of money... The basis of that is $60,000. I do a very part-time, make about 5, $6,000 a year.

[01:48:36] Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.

[01:48:37] Speaker 45: And I'm wanting to know if you can tell me anything that, uh, that... Anything that applies to my rights on that.

[01:48:45] Speaker 6: Well, okay. First, I'm not an attorney, so I can't give you legal advice, but having said that, I can tell you this, okay, that there are ways for you to reduce or even eliminate your liability which makes it impossible for the government to take what's yours. They can sit there and say, "You owe us this money," but if they... If you have actually crafted your life in the proper way, and I... That I can teach you how to do. If you have crafted your w- life in the proper way, you have no liability. They will actually leave you alone, because the government is staffed by criminals. Criminals seek to take what's yours and make it theirs.

[01:49:34] Speaker 6: Make it unavailable. Everybody is tied into the system.

[01:49:40] Speaker 45: (clears throat)

[01:49:40] Speaker 6: That's how they know how to go after you.

[01:50:07] Speaker 6: Okay? That is not what makes you liable. What makes you liable is you fill out a return and you say, "I earn this much in taxable income." And now, you are liable-

[01:50:18] Speaker 6: ... because you actually admitted it. But it's not as simple as-

[01:50:22] Speaker 6: ... don't fill out the return.Okay. That's why I tell people, "Get a copy of my book, The American Sovereign," because you need to-

[01:52:02] Speaker 6: That's not, that's-

[01:52:03] Speaker 45: ... haven't had the right to...

[01:52:06] Speaker 6: ... that's not what I'm s-

[01:52:07] Speaker 6: ... that's not what I'm saying because I haven't seen the letter. The best advice I can give you is set up a consultation with me so I can see the letter, and then I can actually discuss with you how I would recommend addressing it, okay? That's the best I can-

[01:52:26] Speaker 6: ... do for you because I would not, I would not be so foolish as to tell you to do something and I haven't even seen the letter.
