Gayane Simonyan began playing the piano at the age of four. She earned a Bachelor of Music Degree in Piano Performance from Tchaikovsky Specialized Music School and Master’s and Doctorate degrees with Honors in Piano Performance and Keyboard Collaborative Arts from the Komitas State Conservatory in Yerevan, Armenia where she later became a faculty member. Her principle teachers has been Anaida Shahbasyan and Yuri Hayrapetyan. She has also studied with Hovhannes Parajanyan and Victor Rosenbaum at Longy School of Music in Cambridge MA. Gayane Simonyan has been featured as a soloist, chamber musician and accompanist throughout the United States, Latvia, Russia and Armenia.

Her performances have been broadcasted on Armenian Radio and Television as well as on Watertown Cable TV in Watertown MA. Recognized for her musical sensitivity and exceptional ensemble, she is in high demand both as vocal coach and collaborator. Her collaboration with many renowned artists including Gohar Gasparyan, Haik Deinian, Hasmik Dishchekenian, Tiran Lokmagozian, Carol Babikyan has been enthusiastically received. She has played competitions, auditions, masterclasses. Recent performances in music festivals include the International Double Reed Society (IDRS) Annual Conference in University of Redlands. She also accompanied in Eleonor and Alice Schoenfeld studios. Currently Ms. Simonyan maintains a private piano Studio; she is on the faculty at Glendale Community College and organist at the Our Lady of Grace Church in Encino.

Kate Curtis began specializing in alternative methods of pain relief in the early 90’s as an addition to her professional career as a nurse and midwife. She continued her healing education, qualifying in Reflexology and then graduating with a Licentiate from The Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland College. Having completed a post graduate internship in one of the Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals, she received a Diploma in Acupuncture from Nanjing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China.

She has trained extensively in different healing modalities including Qigong and Tuina qigong, Reiki, and Taichi Chuan, and also in classical acupuncture and celtic herbalism. Kate has also trained with Dr. Stanislav Grof in transpersonal psychology and Holotropic Breathwork.

Kate’s specialty lies in her ability to help a person get to the root of their pain.  Her extensive understanding of energy healing and her knowledge of western medicine, and midwifery, brings reassurance to the people coming to her for healing.  She also brings the values of empathy and integrity, and has learned to listen to silence.  Her gift lies in her intuition, which facilitates her to be able to help bring to the surface the more deep and hidden issues, thereby allowing a person to heal from the deeper core level.

Kate has in more recent years also been working with more emphasis on the psychological and spiritual aspect of the individual. This has led her to work more closely with the more ancient traditional systems of healing, incorporating different cultural philosophies, such as is found in the shamanic traditions of each country. She uses alongside the traditional Chinese medical form of acupuncture both esoteric and classical forms of acupuncture which assist the person in their quest for consciousness exploration and personal awareness.

Julian is a champion of organic farming, and a hands-on President of the International Coalition to Protect the Polish Countryside.  He and his partner co-launched a highly successful ‘Campaign for a GMO Free Poland’ while leading a high profile defense of peasant farmers who he holds-up as the true guardians of biodiversity throughout the world.  Regular listeners to BBC radio 4′s Framing To-Day will have heard Julian’s 2007 series of once monthly “Letters from Poland” passionately highlighting the crisis provoked by forcing ‘corporate globalization’ onto traditional family farming communities.  As a result, there are now GMO FREE zones established in Poland, leading the way throughout the global community.

Terri Jay is an Internationally acclaimed Medium, Intuitive, Pet Psychic, Horse Whisperer, Energy Healer and more. She is also renowned as a medical and veterinary intuitive. Robert M. Gould, MD graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and from 1981 until 2012 worked as a Pathologist at Kaiser Hospital in San Jose. In 2012 Bob was appointed as an Associate Adjunct Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at the UCSF School of Medicine, to serve as Director of Health Professional Outreach and Education for the UCSF Program on Reproductive Health and the Environment (PRHE). 

Since 1989, he has been President of the San Francisco-Bay Area Chapter of Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR), and in 2003 was President of National PSR, to serve again in this capacity in 2014. Since 1986, Bob has been an active in the Peace Caucus of the American Public Health Association, for which he has been Chairperson for numerous years, and in 2009 APHA awarded Bob the prestigious Sidel-Levy Peace Award.
