Reclaiming Ourselves and our Nations: From Words to Action
People everywhere are rising up and moving beyond merely asking for change. They are taking back their communities from criminals and the wealthy. But what does self-governance look like in practice? How are we in the Common Law Republic movement bringing it about, and what models do we look to?

In today's show your host Kevin Annett and guests from Canada. America and Ireland will discuss these questions and review the growth of Common Law Peoples' Assemblies in their nations. Also featured will be updates and reports of recent occupations in Dublin and latest news from inside the Vatican.

Although scarcely reported in mainstream media, we are now in a uniquely dangerous situation owing to recent events in Syria. According to Blackstone Intelligence and other alternative media, our troops are embedded in various pockets throughout Syria, including IdLib Province, where Russian and Syrian Airstrikes have been taking place within the last week in preparation for a major ground action to take back control of the last major stronghold of the so-called rebel fighters. These fighters are not civilian revolutionaries poised against the Assad regime, but are mercenaries in terrorist groups, indirectly funded by the United States and their allies to wage war against Assad. So we are deploying ISIS and Al Qaeda-related troops taken from Libya after the assassination of Assad in Syria. These are basically enemies of the United States who have become mercenaries trained as surrogates to take down Assad. Perhaps most serious is that U. S. troops are embedded with them and, although Russia has warned the U.S. to take the troops out, we have sent more. They are being held there like human shields to discourage the Russians from attacking, knowing if U.S. troops are killed, this could trigger World War III. Further, since there has been some kind Intel about a potential chlorine gas attack, there is talk of the U.S. mounting their own pre-emptive strike, a massive one throughout Syria.

Our guest this week  is Professor Edward Schmitt, an Associate Professor of History at UW-Parkside,  currently working on a book about the unique role of activist and humorist Dick Gregory in the social movements of the 1960s. Dick Gregory (Richard Claxton Gregory) was an African-American comedian, civil rights activist, social critic, writer, conspiracy theorist, entrepreneur, and occasional actor. During the turbulent 1960s, Gregory became a pioneer in stand-up comedy for his "no-holds-barred" sets, in which he mocked bigotry and racism. He performed primarily to black audiences at segregated clubs until 1961, when he became the first black comedian to successfully cross over to white audiences, appearing on television and putting out comedy record albums.

Peaceful Planet Guest, James Murray December 16, 2017
Graphic Artist, Designer, Medium and Movie Actor

Bios:

Robert Murray (AKA Bob or Father Murray)

For more than 30 years, Robert had been communicating with "people" who crossed over. Before he channeled, he mentally set up psychic protection for himself. He then sat down with pen and paper and later at his computer in his home where he received the messages. When he received messages from Michael or anyone else, he tuned in and wrote or typed their messages on the computer. He could be called a receiver. He had to find the correct station and there had to be some fine tuning. He heard voices and saw pictures. An interaction took place. He was conscious and quite aware of his surroundings while he wrote. During his conversations with the "people," he saw them in their surroundings and sensed their feelings and emotions while they spoke. All this came through him and was recorded by him. He had developed the ability to slow down the messages and wrote them accurately. This was not automatic writing, but rather transcribing what he actually heard. He had also written books containing a diary of messages from his son-in-law, Michael.

James Murray

Bob's son, James Murray is now channeling messages and creating drawings of his visits and experiences with the Other Side.

The artist James Murray's page has information about the afterlife, his dream drawings, psychic images, the book "The Stars Still Shine", life after death and the after life.

James Murray has been drawing most of his life. As a young child even before he could talk, he was creating "little" pictures to communicate. He is a professionally trained artist and has several years experience as an animator in graphic arts.

Life Changes Show Guest, Alain Lagger December 11, 2017
Philanthropist, Speaker and Guide

ALAIN LAGGER

Alain’s goal as a speaker and guide is to heal the “us-them” mentality that has become so rampant and entrenched in American culture today, and to assist his audience in developing a harmonious state of interpersonal flow.

Alain began his career as a police officer at the age of 16, the youngest officer on the Dutch police force. After eight years of brutal and desensitizing experiences, Alain resigned from the force and embarked on a life-changing journey:  he traveled the world in an attempt to reconcile his desire for healing and connection with the violent, divisive things he’d experienced as a police officer.

On the course of his travels Alain has worked with children in a Mexican orphanage, and village elders in an indigenous tribe in Panama; he’s counseled prison inmates in Colombia and corporate CEOs in Brazil; he’s aided homeless youth in the favelas of Medellin, and at-risk youth in the projects of Watts.  In 2012, he imagined and successfully pioneered the position of “Director of Happiness” for large corporation in Latin America.

Throughout these experiences Alain has found a simple and recurring theme: productive harmony and flow – in business interactions, law enforcement environments, and educational settings – is best achieved by establishing connection through the practice of compassion.  Alain draws on his many personal and professional experiences to show how and why connecting through compassion is the key to success in any endeavor.  He actively engages his audience in connection exercises that are both eye-opening and life-altering.

Alain’s ability to implement his practice in a variety of environments has led to profiles and interviews by diverse media sources such as Forbes, Dinero, El Tiempo, Exame, and Santa Domingo Times Magazine, which featured Alain on the January 2014 cover, naming him as one of the “Los Mas Attractivos,” honored for his merits and innovations in business.  In his speaking engagements, as in all of his endeavors, Alain’s goal is to bridge the “us-them” divide and give people the tools and the inspiration to connect to one another in a harmonious and productive flow state.

The Veterans News Hour Guest, Mike Partain December 11, 2017
Co-founder and spokesman, "The Few, The Proud, The Forgotten"

I am Mike Partain, a co-founder and public spokesman for an organization called "The Few, The Proud, the Forgotten."  From 1953 until 1987, the base water supply for Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, was highly contaminated with industrial chemicals. For the past decade I have served as a community representative to the estimated one million Sailors, Marines and their families potentially affected by the Camp Lejeune contamination. I have testified twice in Congress and I am recognized as an expert on those issues.  I was invited as a special guest to the White House in 2012, for the signing of the Janey Ensminger Act into law. Much of our fight for justice was chronicled in the award winning documentary "Semper Fi: Always Faithful."
