Anyone who’s taken a Stacey Griffith SoulCycle class, or listened to her podcast knows that among her pillars of wisdom is that “you can work out as much as you like, but it only starts to show up on your body when you watch what you put in your mouth.” To that end, Stacey partnered with Sarah Wragge to extend The Way brand to a 6-week one-on-one fitness and nutrition program with customized exercise and clean nutrition plans to meet their individual needs. The Way Six program launched in August 2019 and already has high retention among clients.
