Robert W. Oliver is a trade published technical and non-fiction writer working on a novel, computer / IT expert and programmer with over 15 years of experience in all types of computing setups, large and small, and a Reiki Master. Enjoys composing and playing music as a hobby.

Robert founded OCS Solutions, Inc. in 1997. He is involved in nearly all technical operations and is very hands-on. He holds several certifications in Linux, PHP, and Microsoft Windows and is a published technical author.

Robert is an expert in Ruby (including Ruby on Rails), PHP, C/C++, Intel x86 Assembly Language, Visual Basic (including .NET), and HTML/Javascript.
