This is part 1 of a 2 part series.  Here  we focus on self care, our place as an integral part of the Universe and  explore the 5 elements of the Dagara cosmology and  how they relate to ourselves and the world around us.

Tilde Cameron and Tina Fiorda  share with us  the experience of co-creating their book, A Book of Insight, with their spirit guides using the Ouija board. Being sisters, they have shared  in their spiritual journey all of their lives (at least one). They began working with the Ouija board as teenagers and as they matured, their experience likewise deepened until their spiritu guides introduced themselves. We explore important lessons that the book offers, as well as how to work with the board in a safe and ethical way.
